The delivery was within the window given. The team made certain things were placed where I wanted.

Extremely pushy, dodgy and unprofessional salespeople who get visibly upset when they can't make a quick buck on the spot. I cannot feel a single bit of empathy and friendliness through these employees. I will never be back to buy anything else due to the way the sales reps communicated with me in person, after multiple visits. Quite honestly the worst kind you will find. Hire better people if you can't train them well.

Luis F. Hernandez the sales person was very kind and polite. He answered all my questions and what I liked about him, he was not pushing me to buy. He is a very excellent sales person. These are the kinds of sales people we need.

Awesome sales service. But your ladies behind the counter need to be more nicer to your sales persons. 2 of them had like an attitude and it look like they didn’t want to be there. I know we all go through different things in life but at least smile while we as customers are there buying what we need for our homes. God bless.

Great service and the young lady named Adriana was amazing, helpful and very informative.

Our salesman Justin was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the features of the temperpedic mattress and the app interface and I purchased one. The store was clean and well organized and everyone that I came into contact with was polite. I definitely recommend that you check out the store, and you will be impressed with the quality and value.

Incredibly unpleased. Order delayed twice, poor scheduling communication, parts arriving on different days, the delivery team ripped my vinyl floor, and the customer service to resolve any of these issues is mechanical and uncaring. They said they’d open a case to review which in reality meant sending me a Google review link with no other resolution.

The sales reps/manager at this store were great, helped me get a good price on furniture. For the sake of this review, I will omit the names of the rep/manager that assisted me. The Ashley Furniture company itself is awful. They rush you sign contracts without reading them, and the contract says otherwise than what they said in store. Let alone talking to customer service. I bought my furniture ahead of my move in, during a fall sale, because the sales rep assured me that I would be able to reject furniture for a full refund if it wasn't able to fit. I couldn't say no to the prices. Sadly, most of the purchased furniture did not fit; everything seemed fine, the delivery guys said that they'd take it back without a problem, and that someone from Ashley would call me with the process of refunding. I waited days. No call. So I reached out. After speaking to 5 different reps on 3 different platforms on different occasions, I found out that I had to request to cancel my furniture, myself. It's been weeks since I've submitted the initial cancellation, I've now attempted 2 more cancellations, and I have yet to receive a confirmation. Let alone a refund. I have resorted to texting the company, so I have everything in writing. See my messages below. The delivery times are unreliable as well - they cancelled on me twice (once on the day of, which was incredibly frustrating). I came home early from a family trip to be home for this furniture. Just to be cancelled on at 7am for my 11am delivery. I wish I could give Ashley Furniture the benefit of the doubt, but I just can't. This has been an insane struggle to get back hard earned money. This business is dishonest, and quite honestly, it feels fraudulent. I cannot recommend buying furniture from this company any less; and I will never, ever come back.

Great job by Justine new his stuff, I was in the market for a new bedroom and was pleased with information I was given and made my selection.

I was looking forward a small end table. While I was looking they were available but not hovering. When I had a question they help me to the end of my purchase with a wonderful attitude.

My trip to Ashley was "great." I purchased a "Black Friday, Door Buster," deal on a dining table with 4 chairs. It was my first stop and perfectly fit my needs. My representatve was Teresa. She was "awesome." She is friendly, knowledgeable, coueteous, kind, and took the time (not rushing, or pushy) to help find what I wanted. If you're shopping for furniture or accesories try Ashley in Eastland shopping Center and ask for Teresa. Thank you Teresa and Ashley..the price was right, and the service oh so nice!

We have bought furniture and other things from there before and we like the service and prizes. I think we have always bought during a sale. Either President's Day or Black Fri. Sales. The no interest, I personally think helps you guys to sell more. Melvin was great. Again, you are offered great assistance/help, but they are not on top of you bugging) pressuring you. We went to Mathis, a little better furniture, but too expensive. We will return when we are ready for our Den furniture. We'll see how good the delivery and the putting the furniture together goes tomorrow. 👍👍

Very Pricey and they love to push the insurance

I visited the Ashley location in Montclair and I was so disappointed with their customer service. I left the store and decided to visit the location in West Covina. The moment I entered the store , I was greeted by a Sales Associate and she was very knowledgeable. I told her what i was looking for and gave her the measurements for my space. She showed me several sofas and ultimately, I selected one of them. The purchase process was easy and quick. In addition, the delivery process went smoothly. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Ashley West covina. I love my new sofa and I will definitely be back to purchase my next piece of furniture.. a kitchen table 😆

Great Customer Service

I purchased a bed and a dresser from Ashley Furniture, and the entire experience has been a complete disaster. The bed took a full month to arrive after placing the order, and on the day of installation one of the bed drawers was missing, along with all the handles to open the drawers. They told me the missing parts would arrive in two weeks, but nothing showed up. I called again and the customer service was terrible; they told me to wait another two weeks. After three months since my original order, the missing drawer finally arrived, but still without the handles. This is absolutely unacceptable. The store sells good-quality products, but their customer service and delivery process are extremely poor. For anyone planning to shop here, please make sure everything is delivered complete on the day of arrival — and if not, you’re better off returning your order right away.

Overall product quality is acceptable, but the salesperson will push you on higher-margin products. The delivery service was terrible; the mattress was dragged across the floor after being unpacked. The return service was extremely slow; three months after visiting the store and contacting them by phone, the full refund had not yet been received. Seems someone steal my email account to leave this review, please ignore this review and i will delete it soon

AMAZINGLY horrible store! WITHIN FIVE MINUTES OF HAVING A CHAIR , even though it looked small in the massive showroom, WE KNEW IT DID NOT FIT OUR SPACE AND PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX TO RETURN. NOW...After 3 weeks of trying to return this chair, they are still refusing to return it or at least do an even exchange. AND Now, they are sending texts saying another chair is being delivered! A second chair of the same make and model, UGH REALLY! We just want to return this chair and get a chair that fits our space! NOT THE SAME CHAIR AGAIN! OBVIOUSLY, The staff at this store are horribly incompetent. I would not waste my time BUYING ANYTHING HERE. They say on the website that they have a return policy. My wife simply bought a chair. It does not fit our space at all, SO IT WAS PUT BACK IN THE BOX! The website lead us to believe and understood we could exchange it within 3 days. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, THEY DO NOT RETURN THINGS FOR ANY REASON! We just wanted to exchange it for a different chair and we could not. Do not let a salesman talk you into buying ANYTHING at the store. Amazing service! The sales person George was very friendly and helped with finding a recliner for my husband who just had surgery and needed a confortable chair to recover. He worked with his manager to get the chair delivered way sooner than expected. Amazing people working there. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

They refused to deliver or give me the missing item, and said it’s MY FAULT for not checking the invoice. UNBELIEVABLE! No apologies, just plain hard no and blaming back at the customer, of the mistake made by their salesman. The store Manager is even worse, instead of investigating what really happened, he didn’t bother and just said, he was not present when transaction was made, so he can’t do anything about it. Now I tried to return the entire set, same day they delivered. Manager said it’s a “NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY!” POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT’S ALL MADE IN CHINA ANYWAY. BUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE THING MISSING IN THIS STORE —- WEST COVINA, CA BRANCH. I’m just Speechless! You’ve been warned people! Go somewhere else. It’s all made in China anyway. Worst customer service

Found the perfect recliner for my bedroom, couldn’t pass it up and the price was perfect and within my price range. My new recliner is so comfortable.

I purchased a beautiful Millenium brand dining table and I was delivered a damaged table and chairs. I am very disappointed in Ashley furniture store for delivering damaged items. I told the delivery people it was damaged and they told me just to keep it and they would send a new one. I called to request a new table and chairs the same day of delivery and they said they would send a technician out to see it first to fix it. This is unacceptable i purchased new furniture not a clearance item. I am very disappointed in Ashley furniture for sending damaged furniture to my home.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AT ANY ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE! Buyer beware! They're website says you have 72 hours to see if it will work. they deliver on the 3rd day, the chair we bought did not fit, even though we measured. we were lead to believe we could return the chair. WE CANNOT... AND NO STORE CREDIT OR EVEN EXCHANGES! We had the chair out of the box for 20 minutes, realized it was wrong, and now we are stuck with a chair we cannot use. THIS PLACE IS THE REASON I DONT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! Prices aren't bad.... not great... but if you're not able use it, you've now wasted your money and time, and still have to find a chair. They do not care about you! they only want you to buy the furniture, and even though the website talks about returns and exchanges, DONOT BELIEVE IT°! They use ultra-fine print in the return policy to screw you! ITS SAD TOO. I was looking to buy furniture for a whole house, and our cabin. LEARN FROM MY LOSS, AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE! ,........ Sooooooo....... Everyone sees that they responded to my complaint. Its now been a week and we've responded as THEY SAID TO AS YOU SEE listed. NO ONE RESPONDS WHEN WE CALL.... They were really rude and gave me a bad attitud, they were using my name, phone number and email to sell to other people , went to the store to find answers and work something out but they just told me it will never happen again, after two days another purchase from another person happen again the changed the address for my account and add the phone number so they could do the sell.Customer service didn't help but treat me like trash and hang the phone on me when they were the ones who were supposed to contact me regarding their last mistake but instead Daisy treat me so bad and like I said she even hang on me. If I could leave zero stars or take them i would.

Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, twin adjustable frame & cooling temp mattress. Was welcomed as I walked in and told the associate exactly what I wanted. "Need twin adjustable bed with cooling technology twin mattress". Associate told me "Yes we have twin adjustable frames". I explained "I only wanted twin, NOT twin XL. Associate told me "No problem, let me show you" As we we're walking to the back corner of the store, I again told her because of room dimension and 3 way medical assistance that only a twin would work. We arrived at the back corner of the store and I told the associate "I only want to try twin beds". She looked surprised. I again asked "which cooling tech mattress comes in twin and fits adjustable bed frame?" Associate looks around, turns back to me and says "Well we don't have twin and you can only get adjustable frames in twin XL" I asked her "Why did you lie to me and walk my special needs daughter, elderly mother and myself all the way back her knowing full well that you didn't have what I needed". Associate didn't answer. Didn't apologize. I walked to the managers desk. Explained the situation. Manager told me "Maybe you didn't explain yourself properly" I was angry raised my voice "What do you mean, it's my fault your associate gave me the run around and lied" Manager tells me "well if your yelling at me we're done" I lowered my voice. "I clearly knew what I wanted, explained it to your associate and she lied" Manager "Well what do you want me to do about it" "TRAIN YOUR ASSOCIATE, NOT TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS" & No I didn't yell! Never coming here again!

Not sure if Ashley will like me sharing this information w/ everyone, but Ashley will price match! I found the same furniture at a different furniture store, and they price-matched, no fuss! I just had to show them proof (I took photos of the furniture and prices at the other store, and also showed them the website). I purchased two pieces of furniture: a 7-drawer bedroom dresser and a nightstand. From price-matching, I saved $750!! We will be getting the furniture this Wednesday and I'm so excited. Ashley offers delivery and assembly for a fee, but we chose to assemble it ourselves to save a little more (my honey and I are very handy and capable of assembling furniture). I made the purchase at the West Covina location. If you want to save on delivery and assembly, you can pick up the furniture yourself at the Colton location. So depending on where you live, it may be worth it to pick up the furniture yourself if you don't mind assembling the furniture yourself. We are having the dresser delivered to us, but we are picking up the nightstand ourselves in Colton. Maybe I just got lucky, but it was a pleasant experience at this Ashley store. Lily helped me the day I purchased the dresser, and Theresa helped me the day I purchased the nightstand. Both lovely, helpful girls. And thank you to the manager for approving the price-match :)

Been calling since 9:00 a.m. it is now going to be 12:30 p.m. still no answer been trying very hard to be patient but they just don't pick up their phone. UPDATE 07/14/25: We will NEVER shop from Ashely’s again and we would tell anyone who asks to run somewhere else. It took 5 deliveries to finally get us correct and undamaged furniture. The hassle has been excruciating and such poor customer service through it all. From the store managers Julio (who never ever reached out) to Samantha and supervisor Daisy who initially made us think they would be helpful but we ended up being told today that the store is no longer communicating with us and that has been ordered by manager Samantha. Customer service is just as bad making us feel terrible and being passive aggressive when we would decline to keep the damaged furniture. They have said we would receive compensation after the horrendous ordeal but no one will provide us with details on the refund as it seems to be short of what they promised. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL. It has one star cause it doesn’t let you give them zero. UPDATE 06/11/25: I have called the store to assist as it’s 7 days later and still no resolution and still no bed and continue to sleep on the floor. I have asked for Manager Julio to call me and has not even bothered calling me back or any other manager for that matter. Do NOT shop at Ashley’s they are a nightmare. Original Review: Unfortunately although ours salesman Melvin was great management and Ashley’s did not deliver to satisfaction. Once we made our decision with our salesman we came back the next day to pay in full and were assisted by Manager Julio. After we paid him in full he realized he placed the delivery address as the stores and not our home and he stated “Let me change that right now” as the manager we trusted he’d do his job and update it especially since we saw him turn back to the computer. Well guess where they delivered our furniture the day of delivery to the store and not our home. My husband and our helpers took the morning off work to receive the delivery and build the furniture none of which happened because it went to the store. It was a hassle and frustrating to even finally get it delivered to our home and with the help gone our items are not built. It’s been over 8 hours since the incident and we haven’t even received a single phone call from Manager Julio apologizing for his errors and offering help or a call from anyone to check in. Truly disappointed not sure we would go back or recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were "helped" by a middle aged Asian man, unsure of his name but I think it was Steven. He was running all over the place trying to "help" as many customers as he could, maybe for commission. They clearly weren't short staffed because there were several other sales people standing around. We decided on a set of side tables and a dresser. Upon finalizing purchase, this salesman was completely careless with inputting our information and put our order under the WRONG PERSON/ADDRESS. He processed the other WITHOUT CONFIRMING any of our info. So now, our order including credit card info was under a different person. He escalated it to his "boss" DAISY who said she fixed the problem but clearly didn't. She said that they amended the order to the right address. We kept expressing our concerns and they kept saying they fixed the problem. Today, however, is delivery day and it was sent to the WRONG address. I then tried calling the Ashley store for 30 minutes and they haven't picked up their phones. My calls just keep getting sent to a call center which clearly won't help the present problem. Now I am sitting here with a delay in my delivery and a wasted day off since they said my items would be delivered today. This was an absolute horrible experience and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this store unless they wanted incompetent people assisting them.

Horrible Furniture/Cheap Quality Made products. And No Return Policy when purchased at store, but they allow 3 day window return Policy for purchases made online! Absolutely Ridiculous! We purchased a king bed frame that was not on the showroom floor for viewing but ordered through them at the store, which by the way, they never mentioned/brought to our attention of their policies! "Deception" by "Omission"! The same exact product can be found on Amazon for $261 while Ashley buys it/brands it & sells it for $499.00 + Taxes/fees. VERY DISAPPOINTED & HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! It was a pleasant and easy experience for us- we purchased, our living room set and I am so happy we walked into Ashley that day.

I purchased a full set of furniture from this store last month, including a sofa, coffee table, and nightstands, totaling over $7,000, which I paid in full. As part of a negotiation, I accepted the store’s in-house discount offer and paid $499 for their White Glove Delivery Service — but this also meant I couldn't price-match with online prices. One week later, everything was delivered — except one nightstand was missing the built-in charging port that was clearly included in our order. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to send the correct charging part and have a technician install it. The first part they sent didn’t fit the nightstand. I followed up, and the manager promised to reorder the correct part and have it installed by the following Tuesday. When nothing arrived, I asked to return the nightstand, but was told that they do not offer returns or refunds for in-store purchases. I was then told the part would arrive “no later than Friday” and I would get a call. On Friday at 3 PM, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called the store over 10 times — no answer. Since I was out of town, I even ordered an Uber to visit the store in person and speak to the manager. He said the part had been ordered and would follow up — I never received a reply. Later, the manager confirmed the part had arrived and scheduled the installation for today between 12–3 PM, but he never showed up or contacted me. If you're considering purchasing from this store, please be aware: There is no return policy for in-store purchases. Customer service is extremely hard to reach by phone, and follow-up on issues is unreliable. Sadly, I spent over $7,000 to learn this the hard way. I can provide call logs and receipts to back up this experience.

Went in after several failed attempts of finding the right piece of furniture for my partner and I, only to finally come down to Ashley and have it be the perfect fit for us! My partner and I got shown around by Dave, who would listen to our requests and show us to anything and everything we were looking for. He was extremely courteous of my partner and I, would listen to our pros and cons, and was a man who was solution oriented. Rather than letting us leave with a compromise or slight reservations, he would continually share with us furniture options until we could come to a concrete conclusion. He even gave my partner and I ample space to discuss our final decision as well. All this, without mentioning the price. With other options we've looked into in the past, we've always had slight reservations about the furniture shape, layout, or something else that we've looked at and be hit with a high price on top of that. Here, we were able to be shocked with an item that's a perfect fit for our home and at a price much cheaper than anywhere else we've checked!! We've left with great gratitude and excitement, looking forward to slowly building out our own little home! Thanks to Ashley furniture for the prices and pieces that they have and Dave for the help and inspiration! We will be stopping by again!

1st the guy who helped us didn't tell us our choices we're out of stock until we paid. Also once I had paid I notice on the bill it had insurance which we we're never asked if needed or wanted insurance. 699.00 worth of insurance for a poor job done. 2nd he said in two weeks we would be getting our order 3rd I get my order 2 months later 4th who ever called me for a delivery appointment said from 12 to 4 pm. Which I asked for a better estimate as I had things to do. She said that the day of I would get a call with a more accurate estimate. 5th I waited till 3 pm. No one arrived or called so I had to go pick up my daughter from a banquet I couldn't attend because I was waiting for the delivery. 6th when I left they called me they were 15 min away. I could come back as my daughters were waiting for me to be picked up. 7th. My oldest son had to receive the furniture and the delivery team asked him “ do you want them to be assembled ? which to he said no because he thought he had to pay extra. The delivery people know if they have to assemble them or not. Why would they ask? Because they don't want to do their job. Now I have the furniture left unassembled in my leaving room. Poor service overall

My experience with the furniture purchased from this store has been deeply frustrating. This was already the third delivery attempt, and each time there were either missing or incorrect items from the same order. One particular drawer cabinet has been delivered three times—and it’s still defective. This has seriously made me question the overall quality of their products. To make matters worse, I had to tip the delivery crew each time. The final delivery was just a chair, which they simply left at my doorstep without assembling, despite the store’s promise of free delivery and assembly. I didn’t bother calling again for just one chair and ended up assembling it myself in twenty minutes. In short, the sales process was smooth and friendly, but the after-sales service left much to be desired. Another concerning point is that the sales staff seem to be in intense competition with one another, giving the impression of a disorganized and unhealthy team environment.

Everyone was exceptionally helpful. Found what I was looting for, at the price I wanted, and being delivered within a week. Works for me.

We purchased furnitures for a small one bedroom suite : loveseat , recliner, coffee table , lamps , bedroom furnitures , entertainment center , etc … Andruw was our salesman; he was new to the job, but he stayed and worked diligently with us the whole time until we finished with a lot of changes back and forth. He was wonderful to work with, never condescending; he was the most helpful and understanding as we bought furniture for our aging parents in their transition to a home needing all new furnishings. Andruw even told us to call him if we need to either make changes or add on to the current furnishings when they’re delivered .

A place full of liars. The salesperson is a liar and the manager is a liar. Spend more than 10,000 dollars here and the manager is a liar which sold me something that’s not existed at all and when I didn’t receive the thing I went to ask. they said because it’s never existed. Then why are you guys selling it to me at the first place? The best thing they said throughout the entire conversation is when they sell you the stuffs. This is their delivery team’s service which is stepping on my floor without any shoe protections.

DO NOT SHOP HERE – $900 FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED AND NO RESOLUTION I had a nightmare experience with Ashley Furniture and I will never shop here again. I recently purchased $8,081.52 worth of furniture from this store, only to find out after receiving my statement that I was fraudulently charged an extra $900. This was not an accidental overcharge — it was a blatant error that no one is taking responsibility for. It raises the concern that this is a common occurrence within their department. Their entire system is antiquated and it should be very easy to identify where the mistake was made to fix the problem. Upon receiving my statement, I immediately contacted the store and spoke with both the salesman, Phil, and Daisy, who is the absolute worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to provide their information and hung up on me. I finally spoke with the manager, Julio, who assured me he would look into it and that he would make sure I was only being charged the $8,081.52. That was last week and nothing has been resolved. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times and received nothing but excuses, dodging, and zero accountability. No callbacks. No updates. No resolution. Just a complete runaround. The lack of professionalism and urgency to fix their mistake is unacceptable, especially from a company of this size. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored after spending a significant amount of money. If this is how Ashley Furniture handles customer issues — by brushing them under the rug — then I strongly urge everyone to think twice before making a purchase here. I’m now forced to escalate this with my credit card company and potentially pursue legal action, all because they refuse to do what’s right. Save yourself the stress. Shop somewhere that values its customers and takes ownership of its mistakes.

Bought a 3K QUEEN bed room set from Ashley. 5 minutes after they guys dropped it off and set it up i noticed damage to the head board. Called Ashley right away and explained the damage. They wanted to see pictures of the damage which i provided. So instead of replacing my head board they send a so called “technician” out to try and fix the damaged wood. He did a horrible job and used some type of extremely strong and toxic chemical clearcoat, which made me sick and gave me a headache. Such an unprofessional and dangerous thing to do. Now I’m sitting outside because my whole house is Toxic and unsafe to be in. Ashley called after the technician left ask me how it went. I told her I could not breathe due to the chemicals in my house and she told me oh don’t worry it’ll go away at two or three Hours. At that point i was thinking about seeking legal consultation. After going back-and-forth. They finally agreed to send me another headboard which they should’ve done from the first place. I will never spend another penny with Ashley furniture as long as I live. I’ll stick to living spaces then don’t play silly games like sending technicians out to ‘TRY” to fix damaged furniture they just replace it!!

Experience in th store was good. But I was asked what day I wanted delivery. I purchased the mattress on Mar 23rd & asked for delivery on Apr 1st. I never received a text, email or a phone call. I tried calling the store, but couldn't get anyone to answer. I went on the app and had a chat conversation after 25 mins later, the information I received was the delivery is scheduled for Apr 4th. What an inconvenience! Waiting for delivery and it never happened and no one at Ashley's had the courtesy or professionalism to contact me to tell me it wasnt going to be delivered on Apr 1st. I am a very disappointed customer! And as I'm writing this, I'm still waiting for my mattress to be delivered! What a shame....this was my 1st & last purchase from Ashley's in West Covina!

I went back to buy a matching love seat for my existing couch which I also bought at Ashley. The salesman was very pleasant and expedited my transaction. I didn't want to spend all my afternoon there. I am hoping it gets deliver the date they promised. I only have an issue with the store not having a direct number when tuyo call , it goes to a general number. I also would have liked to have my love seat delivered much sooner than a month later. I’ve tried Bob’s Discount Furniture store, had (3) consecutive back to back unsuccessful returns, due to a defective fabric on couches material… In-Home warranty tech came by to verify, on the third delivery, wife and I got fed-up/tired and gave up on Bob’s Discount Furniture… Finally got my refund after back and forth struggle with the mgt. Came to Ashley’s Furniture and the star was born!!! Those (3) professional expert teams were right on top of their knowledge & expertise, they welcome us like family. We received a warm welcome from Lino, Phil, & Zully. They helped us chose the right FABULOUS set of couches, colors & design!!! Basically, I went in looking for a TV table, I walked around the store to look to see what they had, a sales person approached me, but I like to go off on my own to really look to see what they have in the store. I like to shop on uninterrupted, then I found and saw what I really needed and wanted it. That’s when I needed the sales person help, I had a lot of questions and they were all answered, and I walked out with a smile and the purchase that I needed for my TV. I actually got a discount on my table and Free delivery, I was really really happy with their service. It was the one Stop shop decision., Shout out to the sales lady, that helped me.

We went into the West Covina store at 8:30, which was approaching close time of 9p. We walked the store and waited for an associate to help us. We were there to purchase my daughter’s recliner chair and look at new couches. No one approached us or greeted us for the 10 minutes we browsed the store. I was able to flag someone down by 8:40p, and the transaction to purchase the chair was quick. The staff was really busy. We purchased the chair on Friday, 11/29. The earliest delivery date was Wednesday, 12/11. We continued to browse the store while the associate went to printout the paperwork. My total with tax and delivery was $795.00 He stated the chair was usually $799, despite the tag on the chair in Montclair reading $649, so I don’t know why he eluded to giving us a deal. We will most likely return to Montclair store as they were much more attentive when we initially found the chair last month.

I purchased a loveseat and it came with a fabric defect. I contacted Ashley within 24 hours. Ashley sent two Techs to look at it. First they said it’s a stain but then said it’s just the way the fabric is. And if you get another one it probably would be the same way. I said then I want to get a refund. They told me contact the store. I went to the West Covina store and in about three days was told they could only replace it. I said I don’t want to have it replaced because the Techs said it would look the same way. I was told call the warranty department and see what they will do. I contacted the warranty department again and after following up with them three times with no response. I decided to contacted them for status today and was told it was already resolved. I asked why didn’t someone contact me regarding this matter. Sorry about that I don’t know why. This is their resolution: We will give you $100.00 dollars but you will no longer have a warranty. I just said what! Can you explain why no warranty. She said that’s just the way it is and no replacement is available. I guess I have to live with a brand new loveseat with a defect. This is no way to treat a customer.

After shopping @ different businesses & other Ashleys, we were so happy to have had Nelson assist us @ the West Covina store. His knowledge, patience, experience was remarkable. We purchased a full bedroom set, walked us through the mattress choices, and sofa/love seat and even threw in a few perks. He worked beyond his shift to complete our transaction. My wife and I are so happy to have visited Ashely Furniture for the first time. We were doubtful of buying anything at the time, yet we noticed the quality of excellence both of the furniture and the staff. We were blessed to have Phil help us upon our visit and give us detailed explanations of the products design and material. I would recommend people furniture shopping to definitely come by and see exclusive designs other stores don’t commonly have. In addition, the store manager was so nice to offer military discount!

Store offered Acima Leasing, got qualified. However, you can’t talk/reach anybody from Acima Leasing. I called back Ashley store to get some assistance. I was told to call Jully Escoba, left her multiple msgs, no return calls. Reason for the call, want to pay in full! And online, you can’t get this done! Terrible Acima Leasing, never again!!!!

Horrible customer service!! They didn’t accommodate my delivery time they promised Got my items a week late because my items came broken the first time.

I received the furniture that I purchased but was not happy with what I got. When I went to see the furniture in the store they did not have the color I chose on the floor so I was not too sure what to expect. Then I got the couches delivered and they do not fit in my living room. One of the couches also has a big wrinkle in the back that won’t go away. I called Ashley’s to see about re-selecting a different style and they will not let me at all. The customer service has been horrible. Now I’m stuck with the couches and will be forced to try and sell my self. I will not be returning back to Ashley’s just based off this experience.

At first, I thought we were going to have a bad experience. We ordered a dining room set and unfortunately one of the chairs came dirty. Contacted customer service and they were going to send someone to clean it. We refused as didn’t think it was necessary being that it was a new chair instead we preferred chair to be replaced. Customer service initially did not want to honor request. We returned to the West Covina store and spoke to the manager and he made things right. Yes, I would strongly recommend Ashley‘s home furniture store.

Before I purchase the furniture I asked if they could deliver it to my property up in the mountains. I was assured that it wouldn’t be any problems for delivery. After two attempts to delivered the furniture I was compelled to cancel the purchase and get a reimbursement that I had paid. After several phone calls and a trip to the furniture store I was referred back again to the previous phone number. It took an unreasonable period of time to get the reimbursement. I’ll never visit or buy anything from Ashly.

Terrible Experience at Ashley Furniture I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture. They made an offer over the phone, so I drove over an hour to the store, expecting to finalize the deal. But when I arrived, they refused to honor the offer they promised. After leaving, they called me back, saying they would make it work if I returned. So, I drove all the way back again—only for them to still not honor the original offer we agreed on over the phone. This wasted hours of my time and was completely unprofessional. I ended up finding the exact same items at another store for $2,000 less! Save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else—you’ll get a better price and avoid the runaround.

Purchased dining set in ashley west covina 4 July. Delivered 13 July. Found two barstools were defect. Two out of four legs are not touching floor, makes it wobbly. Last week Saturday 20 July ashley repairman came to try to fix these D546-524 swivel barstool. the type that is heavy and sturdy and it has no level to adjust. He couldnt do nothing to fix it AND today 27 July at 9pm he came for the second time. Name is Romeo. Very fine young man. He took a photo of all the codes and labels under the barstools and told me to expect ashley team to reach me back in 24 hours. Please help me to get the right goods as soon as possible. This set is not a cheap set. It costs me $1500. And i used to trust Ashley s reputation. It s really disappoint me to get defect products like this from Ashley. Order number 151198620

I went into aShley furniture on fourth of July to Buy and see the furniture and home decor items. I did make a purchase of three different mirrors, and they said they would be delivering it to my home. It was a very very hot day, and it was around 1 PM in the afternoon. I asked for water, and they said the store doesn't have water. They said they have a welding machine and I can buy water. Ok Was quite astonished that a store like aShley furniture which I consider a good store doesn't even have water for their guests who are coming and making purchases. It is very sad to see that basic necessity like water is not there in the store.

Stay away from Ashley unless you are 100% sure the product is exactly what you want. We received coffee table and didn't realize it has wheels on it until afterwards. We would have examined more thoroughly or thought twice before we accepted the delivery if the delivery person did not say we have 7 days to return. We checked the website and found no where mentioned the wheels on the table. We complained online. PS. Because we purchased in store for an online item, online chat can’t help with any issues AT ALL! Nothing they can do. We went to the store. The front mean lady brushed us off by saying if the item is in our house, nothing they would do. Basically Ashley hired the third party, delivery company, to lie to us about the return so we would sign off the delivery quickly. THATS HORRIBLE! We don't even want the money back. We just want to exchange with another item! Please make sure to read all the fine print before purchasing from Ashley. I am awake at 2am because all I can think about is we got stuck with a piece of furniture we don't like. How upsetting that is. I found a news that Ashley settled on a class action lawsuit in December 2023. I might look into more detail and find some lawyer who’s experienced with this type of matter. Obviously one class action lawsuit isn’t enough to improve the way how they do business.

Make sure you like what you buy. If you have any complaints DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. We made that mistake the delivery drivers insisted we have 7 days to return the product. This is not true according to Ashley all sales are final and not returnable. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Shady.

The story is : On 05/16/2024, I went to buy furniture at an Ashley store located at 2753 E. Eastland Center Drive, Suite 2050, West Covina, CA 91791.Because I don’t speak English well, I found a sales who speaks the same language as me. I purchased furniture worth 1,220.70, which included 1,099.99, for the five-year warranty. Because I don’t speak English well, I was deceived into buying it by a salesperson named Lily without fully understanding the terms. Second, they sent the wrong mattress to me. Third, I chose the size of the bed according to the size chart provided by Ashley. When they delivered it to my home, the size chart and actual item did not match. Fourth, my house was just delivered, and I hope it will be kept clean, but the delivery staff from Ashley very bad during the installation process. I provided them with shoe covers, but they impatiently put them on and then impatiently took them off, dragged all the furniture onto my carpet and dismantled it, polluting all my carpet. Then, they said the size was correct, but I measured it again and again and it wasn't correct at all, so there was a verbal conflict between me and the store. After that, found the manager and talked to him, the manager's attitude was even worse and no patience at all. This made me very angry and they still wouldn't let me return the bed which made the store a mess. Even the police came and tried to get us to stop arguing. Overall pretty good experience. Ended up getting a lot of items there (sofa, bed, nightstands, chest) and the staff and manager were accommodating enough to throw in as many deals as they could. Since we went in across multiple days, we were helped by Manny and Dave. Both were great but Manny was exceptionally courteous and helpful and truly went above and beyond with his patience and attitude to make the purchase experience easy and enjoyable.

This is by far the worst furniture buying experience of my life. From a salesman who was extremely judge to the point of asking me "Are you sure you want that?" to it being two weeks later and i still don't have a damn mattress. Multiple days off work waiting for furniture that shows up late. Take your business elsewhere.

Upon entering the store, no one approached us to see if we needed any help. We were only greeted. We went to the rug section and found the rug we wanted to purchase. There was a salesman in the area, and I approached him to see if he could help us. He told me to go up front up for someone to help us. I had taken a picture of the rug we wanted. When we walked up front the salesman said what I needed help with. I showed him the photo and he ordered the rug. He stated that it would take a few days for us to receive it. It was probably the easiest sale the salesman had. I guess my biggest concern is that we did all the work and even though he got the sale. It left me me with the feeling if I wanted to return to the store for possibly a bedroom or living room set. I think not.

My husband and I were looking to purchase items for our new home and it was so easy working with Andrea, she was able to answer all of our questions, she helped us select items in store and online.
