We are very disappointed we bought a sofa bed and we ordered different color (parchment color) we specifically told the sell man about the color we wanted but still they delivered a wrong sofa bed color. We talked to them but their giving us a run around it looks like their not going to do anything to resolve this problem! Very disappointing and frustrated! I’m going to wait if they will fix this problem until then I will not change my rating!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Here's the scoop. We went to purchase a bed frame and nightstands on 9/28/25. Staff seemed helpful and pressed us to purchase a bed and box spring through them as well ( we had planned to purchase from Costco). We also purchased a protection plan and other furniture items from them. They delivered (most of) our items on 10/3 but failed to bring the slats for the mattress. They returned (unexpectedly/without notice/without scheduling) on 10/4 with the slats. Luckily we were still there as this is a vacation rental home and we are not usually there. When they put it together, the mattress combined with the box spring was so tall that its well above hip height for me (I'm 5'3"). If I were to sleep in the bed, I'd need step stool to climb in. As mattress experts (pushing the mattresses purchase), I don't think they should have suggested such a large box spring for us. I called to ask them if they would exchange our TALL box spring for a smaller box spring (no one has slept on it). They told me to call the 800 customer service number (I did, twice) only to be put on hold for 10+ minutes for the guy to come back and tell me all sales are final. I asked him, "If you work for Ashely and all sales are final, why did you put me on hold for 10 minutes?" He just repeated his "sorry, all sales are final" line. Seems like that info should be day 1 of his customer service orientation. And while the paperwork they gave us on the the protection plan we purchased expressly states "You may also contact Guest Experience for inquiries regarding mattress or foundation returns" -which would imply that there is at least such a thing for those who coughed up the $429.99 fee for the protection plan", but apparently not. Haven't figured out how those two concepts reconcile. We spent over $5400 with them and they went into great detail about a protection plan--but never mentioned it was "ALL SALES FINAL" or that the language in their protection plan re: mattress or foundation repairs doesn't' actually apply? I admit it mentions sales are final in the 5 single space typed pages they handed to us after we completed the purchase...but never mentioned "ALL SALES FINAL" when we purchasing AND at the same time, that same paperwork says to contact them regarding mattress returns in the protection plan--but that must just mean so they can put you on hold and tell you that you can't return them. It was a $299 box spring. I spent more on the protection plan. Ashely, we wont' be back. Bad first (and now last) experience.

Store was nice. I don’t like you get stuck with the salesperson whoever is next when you walk in the door. Our salesperson obviously was a smoker and I had a hard time talking with him or him showing us stuff on his pad. I would prefer working with someone when I was ready that seems knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t smell like cigarettes from 6 feet away. He seamed nice, just the smell made it hard to work with him.

Bought a dining table and had to call for a technician since the table wobbles abnormally a lot and had scratches when delivered. Technician came and did nothing and said customer service will call.... no follow up so I contacted them several times (again no follow up) then same tech showed up...ugh. He actually tries to do something but did not make sense what he was doing and made it worse. We have to wait again for another follow-up. 9/23/25 - I have to go thru the entire process again... The tech left a note saying that we were not happy with his repairs... HE RUINED THE TABLE.

I had not been to Ashley furniture store for a long time. I was very impressed with the store and all the lovely pieces of furniture. I purchased a sectional and it’s what I was looking for. Nil Simaee, who showed me different sectionals, was very helpful in helping me find the right one for my home…size, configuration and color. I’m excited to see it in my home.
