Went in to get a couch 75in for a small apartment showed them the couch I saw on line they didn't have it but they had a very similar couch with the same foam used in the online line couch salesperson very helpful didn't try to get me to buy something else he was very knowledgeable about their products so I ordered the online couch and he made sure I got best deal got got the online price including a extended warranty

If you are bothering to read this BEFORE shopping at Ashley Furniture store please go to Yelp and see the 3,150 reviews that give an average 2.2 review. I don’t know how the Google reviews can be so different. Rude high pressure salesman pushing HARD for their warranty and rude outsourced customer service who read from scripts and don’t understand you. They have the perfect bedroom set I want but I will never shop at any of their stores again after my 2 week couch ordeal.

I am beyond fed up with this company. They promised me a delivery date and since has been delay after delay. Then they told me that they want to try to say the next day is on Christmas it’s been over a month. And you have the audacity to attempt to ask me to take me from time with my family. How about you just deliver on time with my promised date. Honestly biggest regret shopping there and false promises and attempting to show up at my house for a separate order hours before my scheduled time of 9:15-12:15. This company is as unprofessional and unreliable as I can imagine. Will never be shopping at Ashley’s again. You’re better off shopping at Amazon to get anything on time.

Wonderful sales rep & customer service! Everything was on time. Product wood varied in color from pics & in person, but it was mango wood. I liked what I received better actually. Set up was great. There was a nick, but I failed to notice it so it was my bad.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I spent over an hour selecting living room and bedroom furniture, agreed on a price, and was charged at checkout. The printed invoice was missing an entire sofa. When I pointed it out, the sales rep (Aryan Ashrafi) argued with me, then passed me to Mohammad, who spent another 45 minutes fixing the invoice. After more than 2 hours in the store, I finally left. A couple hours later, Aryan called demanding an extra $400 or they would cancel the order—then claimed it was already cancelled. Three days later, instead of receiving a refund, the charge actually posted to my credit card. Corporate confirmed no refund had ever been processed. They cancelled my order and kept my money. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this place.

Awesome experience from start to finish at delivery. Purchased two mattresses one being high quality temperpedic. Sales associate was very professional, informative and fought to get me a great deal. I’m very satisfied and LOVE my new mattresses.

Come visit this location if you want: to be ignored for an hour by multiple employees, lied to, cheated out of two end tables that it clearly states are included in the price, given attitude when you ask about the end tables, then ignored some more, then after you pay in full you want to be given a dolley and ignored the rest of the night while you take the dolley through the furniture store loading up your entire couch by yourself into your truck…. a few good clearance deals though! Oh by the way, not a single manager or customer service representative has responded! So be careful shopping with ashley furniture!!!! You will not get what you are promised.

It was fast and easy ,1 week wait time in time for Thanksgiving. And the salesperson was very helpful. We buy all our furniture at Ashley's.

We had a great experience buying a sofa from Ashley Furniture in Yorba Linda. The salesman was incredibly helpful and patient while we figured out our best option. The delivery scheduling was very easy and the chatbot was very helpful in keeping us updated with the driver's status. The delivery guys were friendly and very efficient. And on top of all of that, we love the sofa! It is great quality and the dimensions are exactly what we were expecting. We're very happy!

Cheap furniture, doesn’t last, not worth the prices. Ashley does not take care of their customers afterwards either. Be aware.

Done business many times with this place; soon as there is any issue they wash their hands and send you to the customer service # to deal with everything yourself and you have to spend countless hours dealing with BS. This place lost a customer, but I guess it makes sense, they dont want all the upset customers showing up when they busy trying to sell you.

She promised us if any issues contact …. 4 weeks ago our rug we paid a lot of money for was delivered and thrown in the dirt the packaging was damaged so our giant rug was dirty n stained we have tried calling and calling wanah n no response….‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ horrible service rep never again will I go to this location ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We are very disappointed we bought a sofa bed and we ordered different color (parchment color) we specifically told the sell man about the color we wanted but still they delivered a wrong sofa bed color. We talked to them but their giving us a run around it looks like their not going to do anything to resolve this problem! Very disappointing and frustrated! I’m going to wait if they will fix this problem until then I will not change my rating!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Here's the scoop. We went to purchase a bed frame and nightstands on 9/28/25. Staff seemed helpful and pressed us to purchase a bed and box spring through them as well ( we had planned to purchase from Costco). We also purchased a protection plan and other furniture items from them. They delivered (most of) our items on 10/3 but failed to bring the slats for the mattress. They returned (unexpectedly/without notice/without scheduling) on 10/4 with the slats. Luckily we were still there as this is a vacation rental home and we are not usually there. When they put it together, the mattress combined with the box spring was so tall that its well above hip height for me (I'm 5'3"). If I were to sleep in the bed, I'd need step stool to climb in. As mattress experts (pushing the mattresses purchase), I don't think they should have suggested such a large box spring for us. I called to ask them if they would exchange our TALL box spring for a smaller box spring (no one has slept on it). They told me to call the 800 customer service number (I did, twice) only to be put on hold for 10+ minutes for the guy to come back and tell me all sales are final. I asked him, "If you work for Ashely and all sales are final, why did you put me on hold for 10 minutes?" He just repeated his "sorry, all sales are final" line. Seems like that info should be day 1 of his customer service orientation. And while the paperwork they gave us on the the protection plan we purchased expressly states "You may also contact Guest Experience for inquiries regarding mattress or foundation returns" -which would imply that there is at least such a thing for those who coughed up the $429.99 fee for the protection plan", but apparently not. Haven't figured out how those two concepts reconcile. We spent over $5400 with them and they went into great detail about a protection plan--but never mentioned it was "ALL SALES FINAL" or that the language in their protection plan re: mattress or foundation repairs doesn't' actually apply? I admit it mentions sales are final in the 5 single space typed pages they handed to us after we completed the purchase...but never mentioned "ALL SALES FINAL" when we purchasing AND at the same time, that same paperwork says to contact them regarding mattress returns in the protection plan--but that must just mean so they can put you on hold and tell you that you can't return them. It was a $299 box spring. I spent more on the protection plan. Ashely, we wont' be back. Bad first (and now last) experience.

Store was nice. I don’t like you get stuck with the salesperson whoever is next when you walk in the door. Our salesperson obviously was a smoker and I had a hard time talking with him or him showing us stuff on his pad. I would prefer working with someone when I was ready that seems knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t smell like cigarettes from 6 feet away. He seamed nice, just the smell made it hard to work with him.

Bought a dining table and had to call for a technician since the table wobbles abnormally a lot and had scratches when delivered. Technician came and did nothing and said customer service will call.... no follow up so I contacted them several times (again no follow up) then same tech showed up...ugh. He actually tries to do something but did not make sense what he was doing and made it worse. We have to wait again for another follow-up. 9/23/25 - I have to go thru the entire process again... The tech left a note saying that we were not happy with his repairs... HE RUINED THE TABLE.

I had not been to Ashley furniture store for a long time. I was very impressed with the store and all the lovely pieces of furniture. I purchased a sectional and it’s what I was looking for. Nil Simaee, who showed me different sectionals, was very helpful in helping me find the right one for my home…size, configuration and color. I’m excited to see it in my home.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! ! Well at least in ASHLEY WEST COVINA, CA branch. I paid for the entire sofa set in ASHLEY WEST COVINA, CA last Labor Day weekend. They delivered with missing piece couple of days after. Now they’re saying I didn’t pay for that small little thing attached to the solo seat. They refused to deliver or give me the missing item, and said it’s my fault for not checking the invoice. UNBELIEVABLE! No apologies, just plain hard no and blaming back at the customer, for the mistake made by their salesman. The store Manager is even worse, instead of investigating what really happened, he didn’t bother and just said, he was not present when transaction to on was made, so he can’t do anything about it. Now I tried to return the entire set, same day they delivered. Manager said it’s a “NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY!” POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT’S ALL MADE IN CHINA ANYWAY. BUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE THING MISSING IN THIS STORE —- WEST COVINA,cA! You’ve been warned people! Go somewhere else. It’s all made in China anyway. It’s the customer service matters these days. Hard earned money just stolen from us, to get their salesman and commission. I was a loyal customer for years, never complained until now. Never been UNSATISFIED until this sale.

We are very happy we went Ashley. The furniture here was of a much better quality than we had seen at other stores. Our sales rep, Kalob, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas we were interested in. He really made it easy for us to make a decision. We would definitely go back here for future purchases.

Several months ago—June 1st to be exact—we purchased some furniture from the Ashley's location in Yorba Linda. A couple weeks later at the time of the delivery, we refused a broken mirror and were told by the delivery team that we would not be billed and immediately spoke with customer service on the spot. We were told that we would not be billed for it but to call back after a few days just to make sure. We waited several weeks later to make sure enough time had passed before we called customer service again in order to inquire about the adjustment needed for the broken mirror. We were told at that time to wait a couple more weeks to see if the charge would drop off or a credit was issued. Tomorrow will mark the 3rd month of this issue. So we walked into Ashley's a few minutes ago to inquire about this issue. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately approached by a salesperson who was bummed out we were only there to deal with customer service. He walked us over to the customer service counter and the issue became worse. We explained the situation to the person you see in the video. We asked for a printout of the items they billed us for. Apparently they cannot do this. So I asked if I could screenshot the computer screen if he couldn't print it out for us. He said "absolutely not" so then I asked to speak with a manager. Of course he replies with I am the manager. Wow. So I take out my phone and start recording since he had been dismissive and condescending during the entire interaction. This so-called manager refused to give me his name and a printout of what we were billed for. Apparently only he is able to print out anything. I buy some stuff about 2 years ago (all living room stuff, dining table set and i got the INSURANCE for all my stuff and I pay more than $500 for the insurance... and when I try to submit a claim the insurance says that it's no cover.. no I dont understand why they sale an insurance if not responded for the damage etc... so ALL people DONT BUY THE INSURANCE...

The sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, I’m not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.

Nic, our salesman was great made our time and decisions easy. I would return to the store. I gave a four star because we have not received our product yet. It should be here within three days of one re-ordered it.

The salesman doesn’t have the full knowledge of the product they are selling. We purchased a very expensive sofa set with recliner chairs and the batteries are not functioning properly, the way we were told it would work and now we are stuck with the set. Make sure you know they have no return policy and their customer service support team is nonexistent, when you call there’s no supervisor or manager to talk to. I would never give business to this company again. Stay away from this company.

July 29, 2025. I visited Wanna at the Sabie Ranch store. We buy 90% of our furniture from Ashlee, but we are very particular on finding a final walking recliner and after almost an hour of her showing me details on her big computer screen, and the floor model. Everything worked out very specific to our needs. And we are picky. Thank you.

Very poor experience with Ashley Furniture. The salesperson was good, but everything else including quality, delivery and customer service is terrible. The delivery service tried to leave after setting up a new bed with five bolts missing. When I expected it they said the bed doesn’t need them? Wrong answer. They also left several bolts loose that I had to retighten. The warranty they sold me doesn’t cover the frame on the bed which is why I purchased it. I’m trying to cancel it now. I still don’t have the missing parts one week later with no firm date on when it will be fixed. So I have a bed I can’t use. I am going to dispute all charges with my credit card company until everything is resolved. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them and will not do business with them in the future.

We had questions and sales person provided information.

Lots of furniture ranging from college dorm to pricey household pieces. Some sales reps are a little more pushy than others. We just requested time to browse and would only require service if/when making the purchase. Sales rep tried to upsell more items and options even after we said no. Our requested free delivery was erroronsely substituted for the $200 white glove delivery that was corrected the next day after a few phone calls and an in person revisit. Furniture was better quality and option than a few other local furniture stores.

Loved shopping at Ashley. Let me shop without following me around the store. I could shop freely and ask questions when I was ready. Very smooth persuade and fondly sales people!!

This store has a great selection of all different styles for you to choose from and knowledge salespeople. They also have great prices. Shar helped me with picking out both a XL TV console and 2 Lift top coffee tables. I will definitely return should I need anything else in furniture.

Kind, quick, quiet, and courteous

Customer service at the store was very good. Our sales people were knowledgeable, kind and allowed us privacy to discuss our decisions. But the delivery of our bed was a nightmare. It was done very unprofessional, incomplete and without care. I would’ve given Ashley a five star rating prior to the delivery, but I’m giving them two stars overall. I’ve complained to the store about the delivery and I’m waiting for the solution that I hope happens soon.

Went in to buy some new pieces for my new house. Met some friendly salespeople and purchased a 5 pieces. 3 of the pieces I had to order online because it was not on the showroom. Was advised that I could return if I didn’t like the online order. However, when the delivery driver arrived, I tried to refuse the online order and they said that they weren’t responsible for return and that I had to keep it and go into the store to return it. I immediately went into the store to start a return but the customer service rep said that it was too late since I signed off. They opened a case for me and two weeks later still no response. I went into the store three times after to get assistance but no one was willing to help. Was not able to speak to the manager despite asking 3 different times. Now I’m still stuck with $1,000+ furniture that I never saw in person.Please don’t waste your time and money with this location.

Our shopping experience was fast, easy and no pressure. Our salesman (Omid) was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely shop there again!

I knew just what I was looking to find, bedroom furniture. The salesman, Ben, greeted us at the front door. Ben directed us and explained he would let us look and would be available if we had questions. I found the perfect set and he quickly rang up my purchase and we were out in a flash.Ben was a well informed and very polite gentleman. Review for Ashley Furniture – Yorba Linda, CA We made a large purchase at Ashley Furniture in Yorba Linda on February 21, 2025, which included a dining table set with six chairs, a complete bed set, patio furniture, and accessories. Given the size of our purchase, our salesperson Yola along with their manager, Raj, strongly encouraged us to purchase the five-year indoor warranty, assuring us that it covered “anything and everything,” including accidental damage. However, when we actually needed to use the warranty, the experience was a complete nightmare. On March 2, our daughter accidentally made an engraved pencil mark on the dining table while doing her schoolwork. Following the advice of Yola, my wife immediately contacted the warranty provider to file a claim. Instead of receiving the seamless support we were promised, we were bounced back and forth between Extend (the warranty provider) and Ashley Furniture, with no resolution even after more than a week. Frustrated, my wife even went to the store in person to seek help from Yola, who tried to assist, but we are still stuck with an unresolved claim and no clear answer. We have been extremely patient, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. While our initial buying experience was smooth, the post-purchase support has been awful. The warranty we were sold feels like a bait-and-switch, offering great promises but failing to deliver when needed. Our biggest mistake was trusting the verbal assurances of the salesperson and their manager and not reading the fine print. If you’re considering shopping here, be wary of their warranty pitch—it sounds great at the time of purchase but is a nightmare to actually use. Also, while Google reviews looked decent, we later checked Yelp, and unfortunately, our experience aligns more with the negative reviews there. Bottom line: Great sales experience, terrible after-sales support. If customer service and warranty reliability matter to you, think twice before buying here.

Sales transaction was completely botched! My sale was placed under a different name and phone number. As a result I was unable to pick up my item. Took two days to resolve the issue. The transaction had to be completely voided and reissued. Finally got an appointment to pick up the item, but had to wait 45 minutes for it to be available. Overall not the best experience.

My wife and I came in for a love seat. We were treated with a great amount of respect even though it was going to be a small purchase. The store Manager Raj came over to great us. He offered us a fantastic incentive on the purchase of a new Mattress. We were thrilled that the store Manager had come to spend time with us. Yola was an expert at explaining Mattresses. We listened to Yola and decided to purchase a Tempur -Pedic mattress. Our additional purchase had to do with the way we were treated from start to finish. We have purchased much furniture from Ashley in the past and this is the reason that we came back. Terrible! Sold us furniture that was back ordered almost at 3 months! And it was only supposed to be two weeks they keep pushing the order back and back Didn’t offer any type of help or concession for the horrible service I will never buy another piece of Ashley furniture again! And when they finally attempted delivery after waiting months! They delivered to the wrong address! And now I have to wait! For a re delivery! Not to mention it’s only half my couch! I still have to wait another month for the other half! Beware! They responded asks me to email them and then completely ignored my email and still have offered no assistance!

The 5 piece sofa sectional/recliner did not line up and was an inch off. The technician they sent could not fix the problem. Now we have to wait another week and a half for a replacement to one of the piece that the technician thinks is the problem. This will be the 3rd time someone from Ashley is coming over to our home during this holiday season.

I had the pleasure of working with Raj and Nik at the Ashley store in Yorba Linda. They were kind attentive and provided excellent service. We purchased a leather sectional and a sofa set. Raj, the store manager secured an excellent deal for us, while Nik, the sales associate, assisted in finding the perfect items. This store is so much better than the Colton location. It is well organized and there is a large selection of furniture. Our sales person William was outstanding! We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for and will purchase furniture again from Ashley's and we will look for William to assist us.

In July we needed a double recliner for my wife's comfort following hip replacement surgery. Ashley had a good value buy which was affordable and comfortable. We had not owned a double recliner before so the piece was a welcome addition to our home. The original delivery had hidden damage but Ashley sent out its support team who confirmed the damage and it was replaced at no charge. Good customer service from the sales floor manager to the delivery team.

Bad return policy. They don’t care about customer satisfaction or loyalty. Bought a carpet that we never used and they wouldn’t return after few days. Nothing on their order confirmation talks about their 72 hours window if you you want to return.

In the store, buying the furniture we had an Amazing experience. The furniture is a high-quality. However, the delivery sucked! I did receive part of my order first which I was told what might happen. But then they said they couldn’t find my address because I gave them the incorrect address. I don’t understand how I gave them the incorrect address when they’ve already delivered to my house.. Communicate with them a couple of times and then nothing for a week. I called and was told that the furniture was not available and will not be delivered until the end of the month. I asked him how that could be possible when the furniture was being delivered to my house on the Friday before. They had no answer. my son-in-law had to throw a fit and be on the phone with them all day in order to get my furniture sooner . This was a horrible experience and because of this experience, I would not recommend Ashley furniture.

In the past 30 days, we have purchased a leather couch, loveseat and 2 ottomans and a temperpedic bed to the tune of over $14k. We were assured that the sales manager would order 2 additional pillows for our couch and they would be shipped to me immediately. It is now 4 weeks later and we have made several trips back to the store to address the issue. No pillows, complete runaround at the store and zero follow through on the commitment made to convince us to make the purchase. My next step is to work with my Chase preferred client representative to refund my purchases and return all of the furniture. Very unprofessional lack of customer service and commitment to deliver as promised to secure a sale. I had to delete my prior positive review based on the lack of response. Today I sent a detailed communication to the CEO and the Escalation Response Team with screenshots of text communications with the store since the store manager refuses to meet with us and claims family emergency as to why he is unavailable. Sales Manager refuses to provide the leadership name and phone #.

Wilmer, our advisor is the kindest person you will ever meet. He is great at his job and helped us out a lot. Raj, who is the manager was also super helpful with everything and a great person at heart. Honestly have never met people this helpful and kind. If you need any furniture for your home, I couldn't recommend them enough.

We visited Ashley on Saturday late afternoon looking for a couch. We talked with a salesman Wilmer and he gave us a lot of good information about different fabrics, listened to what we were looking for and only showed us those couches. We narrowed it down to 3. We left at 6:30 to go to a dinner, talked about the 3 couches in the car, then went home. Sunday we went to Mathis Brothers, Living Spaces and Jerome’s. Didn’t dind anything we liked in the size we needed. We can’t have anything larger than 85” & Ashley had several. Back to Ashley we went. Walked in and Wilmer was there. He answered more questions we had. He asked us a couple of questions. The thing I appreciated was that he didn’t hover nor did he ever try to sell us anything in particular. I’ve been known to walk out if the salespeople hover or pressure us when I say I’m just looking. The end result is we bought a couch from Wilmer and would highly recommend him!! Good sales approach and very informative!

I went to purchase new furniture for our house, including beds couches and tables, I spent around 10 thousand dollars for al and the manager mike had terrible customer service, he was because our first purchase was missing one of our beds when all of our stuff was delivered and we already threw out all of our stuff they continued to say they'll deliver it the next week but when the day came they said one of the parts were missing and they wouldn't be able to continue to build it because it could've broke, I was already frustrated due to this not being the first time so I went to the store and cancelled it, my wife than later went to the store later and told them what happened and explained it but we also wanted to purchase a table, the girl that was originally helped us was super kind but she had to clock out and the manager later helped us and his name was mike he didnt introduce himself at all or anything and was just super rude throughout the whole process when my wife went to repurchase the furniture she told me all of this and on top of all of this they increased the price of shipping by 400 and also was trying to get us to pay almost 600 more so my son just said we don't want the bed and nightstand etc. so we took the table on the floor since it was on clearance and just left, my husband later went to go pick it up in a u haul and the same manager mike said we had to disassemble the table by ourselves and load it all by ourself with no help, they gave us no tools or anything but when we asked the sales manager he said he could get us some help and we asked him why the other manager said no, mike than came back and said we could get someone to help with it and they disassembled it and put it next to the truck when the person who helped us disassemble it said lets help them mike than said no they can do it themselves, so we had to load it tie it all by ourselves with no help overall I was really disappointed because I was a lifetime Ashley's customer and my old furniture was from the same store a while ago but the way mike treated us was not professional at all and was no help and after around two weeks im still sleeping on the floor due to me never getting my complete delivery.

I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed from them they sent a Sterns & Foster mattress instead of Sealy mattress that I paid for and purchased when I specifically ordered it. Now the mattress is sagging in the middle and sinking on both sides they sent there service person out and told me I would here back in 3 days now it’s been (3) weeks. I have talked the Store manager and was told he would get back to me and nothing!

I cannot recommend Wilmer enough; absolutely wonderful guy. Go see him and you won’t go wrong.

Ben Le at the Yorba Linda store was super helpful and kind! Him and his manager worked with my budget and I was able to get exactly what I wanted within my price range. UPDATE: It’s my promised delivery date today and my order is being sent to the wrong address. Luckily it is my cousins address and I was able to have her decline the delivery of my order. Customer service is now telling me that I can call back Thursday to get my delivery rescheduled. They are asking me to call back for a mistake they made? My address is on receipt and it was the address provided for delivery. This has been such a headache and costing me a lot of time wasted while at work trying to figure this all out. They are not willing to find a solution for me and I understand the problem started at the store since they are the ones who set up the delivery. At this point, I’m better off canceling my order and buying elsewhere. Delivery driver states these mistakes happen all the time. This is unacceptable.

Drove in from Az to assist my 81 yr old mama with the purchase of a sofa and small recliner. Sales associate Sher is amazing!!!!! Fabulous customer service!! He helped us find the perfect pieces!!! Unfortunately when the sofa was delivered it was damaged by delivery crew!! The Ashley replacement process is a nightmare!!! Had to deal with incompetent customer tech. Office in which NO ONE speaks clear English and they are overseas!!!! Totally nightmare d along with them!!!! Unfortunately the great salesman Sher had no power or authority to simply replace the damaged sofa!!! After weeks of back and forth with the horrific tech office…my mama is finally going to receive a new replacement sofa! My fiancé and I loved our experience Ashley Furniture! Raj, Ben, and Yola were all very helpful and we are definitely going back for our future furniture needs as well.

I will not recommend this store, my concern is not the product but the staff in this store. The staff are hardcore sales people and up until you buy from them they will help you every way however they keep minute details with themselves in case the customer would want to return. I had a slight issue with the dimensions of the sofa I bought and submitted a case then and there when the sofa was delivered but because of the no return policy of Ashley I couldn’t return the sofa and get a different one in exchange. The entire process was not friendly, the sales people ( Yola ) were rude to my husband when he went in the store to explain the situation and basically refused to help. Overall I will not recommend it will not even provide 1 star

I was looking for a particular Ashley power recliner loveseat I had seen on the internet. Upon entering the store in Yorba Linda, I was greeted by Halle Sam. Showing Halle the SKU number, she knew exactly what I was looking for. Halle was very professional and at no time applying any pressure to buy. I was also interested in a possible replacement for my bed. Halle spent a great deal of time explaining the benefits of a Tempur-Pedic matress and the available options. Halle knows her products and I highly suggest seeing her when visiting the store.

We visited the YL store. Great selection, quality and pricing. Jaden was a great help, very friendly and not pushy. We ended up finding a whole new living room set, including a rug at a great price.

I called Ashley’s (Yorba Linda) first thing when they opened and spoke with Sasha (salesperson). I expressed to her I needed to get a queen bed frame that matched my existing dressers. She helped me for hours on and off the phone attempting to locate exactly what I was looking for showing me many different options. She set up different orders for me that I approved then changed my mind on. She never once seemed annoyed or bothered. I didnt up purchasing anything and expressed to her how sorry I was for taking so much of her time. She said her job is to provide great customer service and she didn’t mind at all. If you go into the Yorba Linda location she will do her best to make you happy.

We went to this location to find a sofa and a recliner. I don't recall the gentleman's name, I believe it is Willmar or William. He went above and beyond to help us and although we didn't find what we were looking for and at the time frame we needed it. He tried his very best to make it happen. He even offered to find us a third-party delivery company or give us the info for the warehouse to pick it up. Sadly we couldn't do it. But we'll definitely recommend him and this location. I bought a couch and reclining chair and also purchased the 5 year insurance plan that I was told covered everything, since I was paying $2,500 for it tried to make a claim and was told no it was not covered the leather furnature is pealing. This is not even 2 years old.

Mike the store manager in this store is horrible. He has zero customer service skills. He is rude and mean just because I was asking for a discount. I even tried to gently enlighten him about how his reaction came across and he was not receptive at all. I love this store and I hope I don’t come to shop when he is working again. I would give him a zero but that is not an option here.

The couch in question was out of circulation so they offered me a store credit. I was free to use the money as I saw fit. The manager, Agash, was super helpful and accommodating! Best Ashley’s furniture location out of all locations I have been to. Very helpful and straight to the point. They are understanding when it comes to what price range we are looking for, came here back in July when I got my first apartment and came back again for my father in laws new bed set. Will be coming back here for all my furniture needs in the future and recommend anybody that is out here in the OC area.

I have been here more than 3 times so far for bedroom living and kitchen. If I could I would have given 0 for the guy from the mattresses, a very rude, and unprofessional guy, because I was interested in a mattress of about 800 dollars and he kept insisting on showing me one of 9000 dollars and because I was not interested buy, he asked me to leave the store....in addition to this, he talked too much without understanding the client's need....specifically, I have worked in sales for 17 years, but I have never seen such an attitude towards a client,... I don't think this man has what he is looking for in this position to talk with the customers, that is, he was talking a lot and stupidly ... I do not recommend this store because of this individual ...

Ashley furniture West Covina is one of the BEST retail stores in the area. If you need furniture come here and ask for Robert Houston. He is genuinely dedicated to really help you figure out what you are looking for. Give him and Ashley furniture of West Covina a try. We were NOT disappointed.

Do not buy from here! First off, the prices are marked up. You can get them to drop the price by huge amounts. Item was delivered damaged. I told them it’s damaged and which time the delivery person took a photo of it and said it would be replaced. She had me sign for the items on her phone,but didn’t not display the fine print, which was emailed to me. In the email it says the items were delivered undamaged. Scam! I called them and was told tough, I accepted delivery. I told them I had not and even wrote down damaged. They again said tough. Do not buy from Ashly. They do not care about you. Lastly, once you place your order, the sales person will hand you a receipt which says you can’t sue on the back of it. It’s all done after the fact. Odd thing to put on a sales order. Good luck!
