Yola is amazing! She didn’t hover and let us wander, but always was nearby to answer questions. The store is huge and there was so much to look at. We didn’t feel rushed or neglected. Our experience was awesome. We will be back!

I had a very pleasant experience at Ashley home store today. Angel was very helpful in getting me exactly what I need after showing me several choices that I would like. I was able to not just match but beat a competitors price for the same sectional. I am never disappointed when I go to Ashley!
I went to a few Name brand locations and as always Ashley come up on top. with Pricing and delivery. But most of all the salesman was such great help and was not pushy. I was in and out with a purchase with an hour. You can't beat that time is of the essences. Well for me. In short thank you Ashley Furniture.

Very upsetting that I struggled so much to get through the store with a stroller. I would walk 5 steps and have to move some piece of furniture so that I can get by. So I just rushed through and left the store, it was very frustrating
So, we go in looking for a pair of lamps for the bedroom. We're asked for our names to "check us in" and then we were told we couldn't take anything home, it would be delivered within 5-10 weeks....🤣
Furniture was good, lots of selection but the sales associates were super awkward. We got greeted by one sales associate who said that she would be helping us, but when we decided on a couch we couldn’t find her so we asked another associate to help us and then she re-appeared and they were arguing over the sale in front of us. SUPER awkward. I will return to Ashley but not this location.
Worst customer service EVER!!! Went in store hoping to get furniture sooner than ordering online. Was told by salesman Nik some of the purchases I made were on back order but assured me I would receive the couch and loveseat on Sat (5 days), I was never contacted regarding delivery. I tried finding some info on the website, which they encourage! Kept getting same thing, I have no account, no order. I called customer service (45 minutes On hold) on Friday, the account number was imputed in wrong, She told me the delivery was scheduled for October 2 and got me in touch with the store.. I spoke to a young lady who assured me she fixed my account number and told me she would put in a call to shipping manager and that he or herself would call me back later that day or the next (at the latest)! NO CALL!!! On Sunday I called again (account number still not put in correctly) and got the run around that the next available delivery is 9/21!! I told her I was done dealing with such an incompetent/right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing company and to cancel my order. “I’m sorry ma’am, I can’t do that over the phone, you will have to come in! Ok! That’s gonna be fun!
Never buy anything from this furniture company. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. When my furniture was delivered I reported damaged items no one has ever contacted me to let me know when it would be replaced.
This was my first furniture purchasing experience it was terrible. I would not recommend this store or Ashley to anyone. They sold me two items that were out of stock without telling me. The couch was damaged by the factory. I have put in at least five calls to customer service and the salesman who are not calling me back.
We were at this location today to buy home office furniture. We waited 30 minutes for someone to assist us but no one came. There were at least 4 employees near by playing on their phones or just completely ignoring us. Super disappointed.
Beware! Bought a Tempurpedic bed to be delivered June 3. After numerous cancelled deliveries it took 3 tries to get everything and it was delivered not working properly. As of Aug 15 it still wasn't working and Ashley wasn't providing any real to get it fixed so we contacted Tempurpedic direct and they helped. Ashley also didn't tell us that we needed a kit for the headboard and that our footboard couldn't be attached. They did issue $150 gift card, but when I asked it to be applied to purchase, they refused tonight. They also refuse to attach the headboard. I was told to make another trip to the store Saturday (13th attempt to solve this.) We are repeat customers over the years, but they have permanently lost our business.
I purchased a dresser online with the app. I received an order confirmation and a delivery date. The delivery date was 6 weeks out which is understandable with the delays due to covid. After my delivery date passed I called to see what was going on with my order. They could not find my order and told me in an email the next day that my order was canceled do to a problem with ordering through their mobile app. When I tried to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for 40 minutes before the same employee came back on and said I would have to reorder and wait another 6 to 8 weeks. When I asked the employee why the supervisor spoke to her and not me she said there was nothing the supervisor could do. This was my second bad experience with them and recommend shopping at any other furniture store. Horrible customer service.
