We had some problems with an earlier purchase and brought to the stores attention. They were good enough to give us a total refund toward a replacement even after 2+ years. We considered this quite fair and we are happy with the replacement.

My mom and I went to Ashley Furniture last week and had the best experience. Omid walked us through the whole store and took notes of all the items we wanted. He was patient and very friendly. We can't thank Omid enough! He and Rueben also helped us pick the best financing options possible. We couldn't be happier with the customer service; it was the best. We will definitely be coming back to Ashley for our future furniture needs.

Sales people were very nice. Went in for a specific sectional they didn't have one on the floor but ordered it anyway not even close to what I thought I was buying couch is ok but not the right color and not very comfortable

Don't buy anything from Ashley Furniture!! They do not have any guarantees on anything you buy. We got the worst mattress ever and they were so unhelpful. We wanted to exchange the mattress for a better one since the one we got felt NOTHING like it did in the store and the manager flat out told me NO! The manager was so unhelpful and really quite rude. She argued with me on the phone and had no customer service skills. I will never buy from them again. I wish I would have gone somewhere like Sears or something that has a Satisfaction Guarantee unlike this place that says if you're not satisfied, too bad. Terrible!!

BEWARE: I purchased a loveseat 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. I received notification 3 days ago it would be delivered today 8/17/14 I also received text message that it would arrive between 1215-415pm. Now its 8/17 and I just received a call at 230pm stating it was back ordered for another month. WHAT CRAP! The dispatcher was an idiot. I called the store and spoke with a supervisor Sue ( would not even give full name) who was also worthless. This is horrible customer service I cancelled my order and have told numerous people to not use this store. Mary Russ

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay clear of this company and especially this store. the furniture is of the lowest possible quality. They do not back their products or products they sell. I, like many customers purchased the scam guardsmen plan. ITS A SCAM!!! After you read some of these reviews please ask yourself why is furniture less than a year old breaking down so easily or upon delivery???? Buyer beware, I called the store manager today to ask if there was anyway possible she could help me with my issue with guardsmen. If there was a representative from guardsmen she could contact, to help me get through since I've been given the run a round. Diane rudely suggested I call them and deal with them myself. UMMM hello I just told you I called them 10 times. Spent several hours. No sympathy, no customer service. I was reading online how a different customer from Lazyboy had a problem with guardsmen and how lazy boy step in to take care of the customer. Diane and her lack of customer service is just one of the many reasons why you should avoid this place.

Don't ever wanna buy anything from this store anymore. They are good of lying when it comes to their delivery service. I just refused to accept the delivery of my new mattress today cause it's missing the bunkie board. It's very upsetting when they already have your money and they won't deliver what you paid for.

ZERO STARS...........I purchased an entire master bedroom full of furniture plus an overstuffed reclining chair on the 24th of November. Items listed a delivery date of December 26th, a full month after purchase. Cleaned out all of my old furniture, had it picked up and was ready for delivery on Monday morning. Friday the 23rd I get the call, your items are on back order.....My response was that was a month ago. You're supposed to be calling me with delivery times today for Monday. Back ordered another month. Ruben said he get back to me regarding the ASAP delivery on the 26th of December. Heard nothing by the 3rd January. I called twice that day, took him 5 hours to get back to me, he said it was a long conference call. Said he dropped the ball in calling me, said he was sorry....seemed genuine. However, items still not in stock and in fact some have been pushed further out now. 70 + days for furniture, that is paid for. I have not had my price reduced beyond what they offered sale wise. I still have delivery charges. No compensation what's so ever for their continuous delays. They have my money and the furniture. This is just my story.........today I'm furniture shopping in hopes of finding another set I like as much if not better.....I'll take my receipts with me (I'm sure someone will want to beat their price for my business) then I'll cancel my order with Ashley furniture. Ashley furniture is not going to stay in business if they continue to have customer service like this. So sad, tried to do business in my home area. Salespeople very kind, Omid did his job to sell the product. Update.....afternoon of 1/4/17 now they say the 1st week of February. Offered to reduce my price $400.00 Update 1/18/17....morning. pushed my order an additional week. Certainly expressed my unhappiness. Update 1/18/17......afternoon......THEY called me back and have been able to get my furniture here on the 29th of this month. Optimistic but not holding my breath. Did take them up on their offer for reduced price but haven't heard anything back regarding that. Update ......1/25 all in stock Update 1/26/17.......called around noon to talk to Ruben, store manager regarding reduction in price as they had offered but not given and delivery since I had not heard anything. Joy said she would speak to him and get back to me. She called back around 4:30pm said they would give me a $50.00 gift card to the store.....far cry from the $400.00 reduction from the 18th. I said no, you said $400.00 I had to settle $345.20 which is the part I paid in cash as the credit card has already been paid off. The credit company will not write me a check for the credit. She said she was going to lunch but would get back to me regarding the money as well as the delivery. At 7:30pm I called Joy as she had not returned my phone call. She said all my items were confirmed in stock and ready for the Sunday delivery, that I would get a call Friday or Saturday regarding the delivery. And that it would take 4 weeks to get me my cash back, 4 WEEKS. UPDATE 1/27/17.....patty from the warehouse calls to schedule delivery, I ask if the order is complete and she said no, the two night stands are still in production.....no idea of a delivery date. I refuse the order as I had already stated to the store on many accounts that I would not take a partial order, saw too many complaints from those who received partial deliveries, then they were stuck. Call into Ashley 10:30am to get ahold of Ruben, spoke to Sue (very kind lady) Ruben is busy with a customer.....he'll call you back. Call again at 2:30pm Is Ruben available, "Yes, who's calling please" give them my name and instantly Ruben is busy. Now I'm on my way down to the store. Since they know I'm coming, I expect he'll be gone or not available. Ruben was available 3:30pm they have no explanation as to why they don't have all my order but now offer a new date of 2/6/17. There only explanation is they have been changing warehouses. My reply, you've been changing warehouses for a year, I don't think that's a valid excuse any longer. Will receive $345.60 back sometime within the month and a free candle holder for their list price of $150.00 (might be worth $50.00) for my compensation of being jerked all over the place and no bedroom furniture for more than 2 months. UPDATE 2/6/17......excited delivery day!!!! Never mind sent the order back, damage to both night stands, dresser mirror, AND the overstuffed chair is peeling already. 68 days to get damaged goods.......

I had bought some furniture from Ashley's. The salesperson sold me the furniture protection plan. Which is from Guardsman. The protection plan is for 5 years. I have a couple of chips and scratches on my pieces. I called up Ashley's. They informed me what I needed to do. I called Guardsman. I did exactly what they told me to do. I took the pictures and filled out the forms. Guardsman is NOT going to protect my furniture. It is within the 5 years that I bought the furniture. Guardsman says that I waited too long to send in the request. To me, this is bull shit. I have a 5-year protection for my furniture. Ashely Furniture doesn't back the customer. I'm requesting my money back for the Guardsman Protection Plan. So far I haven't received a penny back from Ashley's. To me this is wrong. Like I said before. I called Ashley's and Guardsman. The Manager's name at this location is Ruben. He is an ASS. He gives you very poor customer service and does not care if you are unhappy with the service or the furniture. IT IS WITHIN THE 5-YEARS OF MY PROTECTION PLAN. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A LOT OF BS TO GET IT FIXED. THAT'S IF THEY WILL FIX IT?? GUARDSMAN PROTECTION PLAN IS A FRAUD. DO NOT BUY IT! YOU HAVE OTHER PLACES TO SHOP FOR FURNITURE. LIKE JEROME'S FURNITURE. I BOUGHT A DINNING ROOM TABLE FROM THEM. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came to Ashley, and this was the start of a nightmare. we ordered a bunch of furniture, 2 couches, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, and a love seat. Delivery comes and the chairs and couches to do not match, even remotely. The took the couches back, but not the chairs. A couple days later a rug??? is delivered by FedEx. We never ordered one, so hauled that down there to return it to them, and then changed the order, and ordered all new furniture. Which then could not be delivered in time for the holidays. So I had to rent a truck and drive out to Colton to pick it up myself. But it was not all available. A month or so later they came out to deliver the missing chairs, but not pick up the wrong chairs, so then like 3 weeks later they came and took the chairs and ottomans. Then a couple weeks after that called to schedule to pick up the chairs again, because I guess they were not checked in properly or something. Looking for an adventure, this is the place... and the sales staff seems to change frequently, every visit spoke with someone different. I don't feel like we were screwed, but it was pretty stressful.
