THIEVES , I had a bedframe delivered on June 14th to men came to set up bed , I had just taken my apple watch off and put it on my husbands dresser because I was cooking well they were setting up the bed. When they left I gave them a big tip went into my bedroom to charge my watch and it was missing . So next day went back to savi ranch store and I told them what happen they gave me a number to call to put in claim, I asked to see manager he would not come and see me. Put a claim in with Kawana B and they responded if I didn't have cameras in my bedroom to bad basically. So I started another claim with Paulette and have not heard back. so I called Savi Ranch store again begging to speak to manager he refuse to talk to me said Katrina. So I called back again and spoke to Tracey and she said manger told her to tell me to call customer service I told her I did 10 times and I want to speak to the manager I said give me his name she laughed and said it was Charles and told me have a nice day and hung up on me. DON'T TRUST ASHLEY FURNITURE THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT STEAL FROM YOUR HOME . WHY DO THEY HAVE A MANAGER THAT WON'T HELP PEOPLE.
My wife and I went into the Ashley Furniture Store in Yorba Linda to look at a couch. I’ll advice you to check the prices online before walking in. I didn’t do this so the deal I thought I got, was not a deal at all. Not a good first and last experience with Ashley Furniture.
On March 14, I purchased several pieces of furniture with Angel Gazleh of Ashley's Furniture in Yorba Linda and scheduled it for delivery on April 18, 2020 as I was moving to a new place on that date. All of the furniture that I ordered was delivered on time except for one piece of furniture and this furniture was rescheduled to arrive May 31. I was informed this was due to it being on backorder. However, it did not arrive on that date. I called to get status on this after several days and was told it was sitting in a warehouse after being on hold for several hours. I did not understand why I was not advised of this but nevertheless I scheduled a delivery date with the representative on the phone for a new delivery date of June 6. I received a call before June 6 and was advised that the item was now on backorder and won't be available until the 16th of June and it was set to be delivered between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. After expressing my frustration with this constant rescheduling and hours wasted on hold I was offered a $50 gift card due to the inconvenience and I was promised a return call from the manager. However, I neither received a phone call nor the gift card. I chose to work from home on the date of the delivery as Ashley's requires that you remain available. The day came and I again received NO DELIVERY. After checking status I saw that the delivery was "unable to be completed" and when I tried to call the driver I received no response only a Voicemail that was in spanish. I tried several times to reach him to no avail. I was then forced to called Ashley's Yorba Linda's store customer service 3 times (twice the phone call was dropped or no one picked up) and was on hold for SEVERAL HOURS to which I was told that they were having furniture delivery issues due to COVID-19 which could not be accurate as I received prior shipments with no issue. Then, I was advised that the driver attempted to call me at 8:15 a.m (15 minutes earlier than the scheduled arrival time), however I did not receive this call. Regardless, I do not understand why a driver would need to call and not bother to reach me via text OR at the very least knock on my door to at least ATTEMPT delivery. Neither of this occurred and I received no explanation. I was placed on hold AGAIN for several minutes to which the representative, Diana, explained to me that the store will attempt to contact the driver, however they made a disclaimer that he may not even pick up the phone and he is already at his last stop of the day. At this point, I have very little hope that I will EVER receive this item of furniture despite the fact that I have already paid for it. This customer service was a complete NIGHTMARE and I will never do business with this establishment again.
Rick Flynn is a dishonest sales man. do not get duped into paying "threshold delivery" when it is advertise for free delivery. Also he said half off if we paid debit or cash. but online it was already half off regardless of type of payment. he added $200 worth of extra charges and explained it as a discounted price for making an appointment. avoid this salesman at all cost !
Bought high quality furniture at a price that can't be beat. Salesman Sergio was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.
Told them what we want and in kess than an hour we were out the store with exactly what we wanted at a price that was slightly less than we planned to spend!
Had a really great experience at Ashley Furniture store. My wife and I went to look at bedroom set and our sale rep. Shear was amazing didn’t haggle or stock us but was some how always around if we had questions. Give us a great deal on our bedroom set and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.
