I loved decorating my new home with Ashleys furniture! Dealex was awesome to work with. He was super knowledgeable and professional. The manager Ashley was so sweet. Highly recommend Ashleys in Hamden.
Overall, the experience was decent. The furniture is solid, but the prices online were notably LOWER than in store. The store associate matched the price online, but if I had not done the research myself, I would have paid hundreds of dollars more. So, CHECK THE PRICES ONLINE before you buy anything in the store.
I walked inside of Ashley, a young women approached my mom and me as if she saw us walking in. She greeted us with a smile and we begin talking, she asked if we were looking for any thing particular. I begin to shared what I was looking for and she walked with us through out the store, selecting our items. She was friendly, kind and very helpful to my needs. I had such a good experience! Dealex greeted us at the door and was so kind and helpful! We’re relocating to another state so we couldn’t purchase from that store but he went above and beyond to show us around anyway! He is worth taking the time to ask for when you go in! He’s very knowledgeable and will take great care of you!
