Erin and her manager Donny were amazing! They spent over 3 hours with me selecting furniture and working out great deals for furniture for my new home and I am a happy customer! The furniture I chose was durable and ready to ship which was a plus considering everything online was a longer wait and delivery time. Extremely happy with my service and the team today. Thank you!

placed a order and for furniture and for unforeseen reasons had to cancel it. the Hamden CT store had no phone number so got directed to a new jersey number where someone places you on hold and calls the store for you but cannot give the store number. Still trying to cancel my order, waiting for a call back. If I don't get a call by the afternoon I'll have to drive to the Hamden store!

We came here looking for a couch and were greeted at the door by Dealex. He was very patient and saw the vision we needed for our home. Dealex is the best!!!! We had an amazing experience especially since we went to raymour and flanigan and had a horrible experience. So all thanks to Ashley’s and Dealex.

After having big problems with Ashleys on line!!! And several attempts to fix it. Finally went to Ashelys in Hamden. Everything worked out great!!! Customer service was great, not pressured, allowed to look and all questions answered. Ashelys on line needs to take lessons from the store in hamden on how to help their customers!!! I will be back to purchase more from the hamden store!!!

This was a ridiculous experience and one I'll never do again. I went to these guys to buy furniture for a new home. I wound up buying furniture for the master bedroom and dining room, which was all I could buy from them because we were continually told items weren't in stock. Six weeks later and several calls made, we still didn't have the furniture. I even left a message for the manager, who never called back. I finally made a call and wasn't all that nice, which lead to them actually putting the manager on the line. I don't remember his name, but he did work to get the problem corrected and I received the furniture today. So, whoever that was, thank you. On the flip side, I shouldn't have had to make several calls, shouldn't of had to wait 6 weeks with zero communication from the store, and shouldn't have had to finally call the store ranting and raving to finally get the manager on the line. If there was a problem with stock, the store should have properly communicated with me. We received no calls, at all. They took our money and just disappeared until I made enough noise. As a comparison, we went to Raymour & Flannigans the same day we were at Ashley's and the experience was remarkably different. We bought two rooms there as well and 7 days later, all the furniture we purchase was delivered and they communicated with us as things progressed. I certainly will never go back to Ashley's because buying furniture shouldn't quite frankly be a stressful experience. That said, I do want to thank the manager of the store again. It would have been better if he actually returned my call the first time, but I do appreciate him hearing me out and finally getting the situation resolved so my family and I can actually sleep at the new house.

I recently shopped at Ashley’s Furniture and had an excellent experience thanks to Keilon. He was incredibly relatable, patient, and understanding, making us feel comfortable throughout the process. Keilon took the time to listen to my needs and answered all my questions without any pressure. His genuine care helped me find the perfect pieces for my home. I purchased a king size bed set with the mattress, my experience with Ashley and D’Alex was very pleasant. Ashley and D’Alex were extremely helpful and patient lol, as I’m a very particular person. I look forward to doing business with them again in the near future, at the Hamden location.
