I purchased a couch from this location with the protection plan. Upon trying to cancel this plan according to their policy, the company has been non responsive. After calling, emailing and speaking to an employee in person, this request continues to be ignored. I was urged to leave a 5 star review while I was in the store completing my purchase. I'm glad I chose not to now that I have experienced their non existent customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.
Today, I went shopping for a mattress and an adjustable base with Angel. He was fantastic, working within our budget and offering us a great deal. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness, service, and patience. I highly recommend visiting this store, as Angel will be there to assist you. Derek’s assistance was very helpful in our recent visit to Ashley’s. He took the time to answer our questions, measuring dimensions, giving us options but while also maintaining the space to allow us to shop without pressure, but always close enough to answer questions quickly. You know how the fairy godmother materializes out of dust when she is most needed? Well Laurie at Ashley furniture must have trained her. When trying to furnish a new start on a modest budget, I was ambivalent about how much to purchase new vs. bargain hunt for. Laurie guided me with patience, no pressure and educated, realistic insights. She helped furnish multiple rooms less than I had budgeted for one, helped tick off my guilty pleasure box, AND kept coming back with extra surprise bonus savings. I had a horribly rude and targeted interaction with an employee at the Hale Rd location, on sunday. Me and my friend (we are 17 and 18) stepped inside and right away, the employees all stared at us and then one of the workers, a man, proceeded to ask us for id’s and claimed that nobody under 18 was allowed inside.. my friend pulled out his id to show him, but then the other employee claimed it was a joke and they told us to have fun. I thought that was strange but the end of that. Obviously we are teens but we aren’t children. We were walking around and trying out the chairs, when the same man yells at us from across the room demanding us to “come here”. So we go over, we’re confused because we can’t understand what he was saying, we were just talking to eachother and sitting on the furniture, and he asked us what we were doing here, we explained that we were just stopping in and we were simply trying out the furtniture, we weren’t being rough or disruptive, or anything that would have deserved what he said to us. Then he proceeded to say “You can go date somewhere else, this isn’t a place for a date.” And he kicked us out of the building rudely, and the other employees just sat behind him sulking and glaring at us. One, me and my friend weren’t even dating, and did nothing to suggest that. He probably assumed that because one of us is a girl and one is a boy, and he said he was “waiting for customers”, basically assuming that just because we appeared to be young that we weren’t customers like anybody else. Never have I felt so unwelcome, violated, and targeted. I would understand that he kicked us out if we were being disruptive or acting as children, but we did nothing wrong and were simply walking around the store and using it how it’s intended. It’s really rude how he assumed we were dating or on a date simply because a boy and girl are in a store together. And the ID’s clearly wasn’t a rule nor assuming we weren’t customers due to our appearance and ages. The man that treated us like this appeared to be indian, had an accent, was middle aged, and seemed to be the main employee welcoming people into the store. Honestly, I hope this man gets discliplined and learns how to treat customers, thats probably why this Ashleys location is always so empty. Also, when he kicked us out there were no other customers even though he claimed they were waiting, and the employees were all just sitting around looking bored. Please be more welcoming and don’t assume somebody isn’t a customer if they appear to be younger. Plus my friend is a legitimate adult so asking for an ID and assuming we were both children is ridiculous. Please learn to be respectful and kind and how to treat a prospective customer, even if you may assume something based on your personal bias. I really hope some accountability is taken, but for others looking to shop here, just don’t. The staff is incredibly rude.

The couch and mattress I ordered are fine, came as expected no complaints there. HOWEVER… I say beware because they offered a promotional package for airfare and 2 nights in Las Vegas or Orlando, which was part of the reason why I bought from them. That was over 3 months ago and I’m STILL trying to get my 2 night trip. The company used for the promotional package is ghosting my emails / calls AFTER they charged me $360 for “taxes associated with the hotel and airfare”. At this point the package is a scam, not happy with Ashley Furniture for promoting it and not being able to help with anything since the vacation promotion is not run by their company.

I had done extensive online searching for couches and bedroom furniture and didn't find anything to my liking. I hadn't thought about Ashley because I thought it was lower end (quality) furniture. So glad I decided to check it out because boy was I wrong. The furniture quality was just as good as Raymour and Flannigan with much more diverse choices. We found a couch and a bedroom set within 20 minutes of walking around. Moe was a pleasure and delight to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable, gave us enough space to browse but was on hand for any questions. He made the experience stress free and actually fun. Such a nice guy with a great sense of humor. We had to go home to measure and came back the next day at opening and immediately sought out Moe. And as a bonus, they had a promotion right now where you can get vouchers for flights and hotels to Vegas or Orlando with qualifying purchases. Selection, knowledgeable friendly staff and a vacation? Yes please. We will certainly be back when in the market for furniture again.

We had the pleasure of working with Angel during both of our visits to Ashley’s. Angel was very friendly, fair and was not like your typical sales person. He didn’t follow us around the store, rather he said where we could find him in the store in case we had questions. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but when we did want to purchase, Angel made it a seamless process. Would definitely recommend Ashely’s! This will be our second couch from them.

Don't waste your time with Ashley, either here or in Newington. They seem nice and some salespeople are genuinely helpful, but we have struggled with them from beginning to end. First, they don't represent their policies correctly. I'm not sure if they're outright lying or just making mistakes and then doubling down instead of admitting it and making it right for the customer. Communicating with them after making a purchase is a nightmare, delivery people are rude, and warehouse disorganized. They only want to get as much of your money as they can, and don't care if you actually end up happy.

I was looking around for a living room set for my new home. I decided to go to Ashley Home store in Manchester and a wonderful gentle man named Angel greeted me right when I walked in. He was very helpful and wasn't to pushy. He showed me lot's of options with such patience which I really appreciated because I am a very picky person. I found a living room set that I loved. I will definitely be buying again from Angel in the near future!

The new building has a great selection of bedroom sets, mattresses, dining room sets, living room sets, and more! We worked with Linda and Angel. They were so nice and helpful and best of all they didn't stalk us throughout the store like some furniture places. The prices were very reasonable for the good quality of the living room set that we chose. To our surprise the set will be in within 4 weeks, we were expecting a couple months. We will definitely be shopping there again for future furniture needs.
This Ashley store in Manchester, CT has the most attentive and knowledgeable staff. Abe and Davonte were standouts for us but every single employee was so helpful and pleasant without hovering. The furniture looks great! Also, I have to mention the delivery. WOW!!! These guys we pleasant, fast, clean and made us feel like family. We are going back for more as we finish our remodel.

Went to manchester, ct to shop at their store. I called because we couldn't find them. The answering machine said NOTHING about being closed, nor did it say they were relocating. There was no indication on the website that they were closing and relocating either. Very poor business!

Location is moving but they managed to have what we wanted on sale due to moving! Also no where as busy as nearby competition, honesty not sure why but didn't feel rushed, upsold or lost in the store.

This is my second purchase at this store in the last 2 years . Michael has helped us each time. It’s always fun when you can be shopping for furniture but talking about martinis . Michael helped us with picking out the right furniture to meet our needs and I was able to help Michael learn how to make a dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives and onions. The customer service staff was great too. They were so helpful in making sure our order was in correctly. We will be back again

DO NOT PURCHASE OR DEAL WITH THIS STORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could give no Star I would!!!! I wouldnt recommend shopping at this store, not sure if its all Ashely stores but this one is really bad. I ordered a sofa from this location a couple weeks ago, I called a couple times talked to 2 different people and been told that part of it is available and we are just waiting on the other part to be delivered so they can call me...And I should be expecting it end of July, the latest beginning of August. I called again yesterday, I was told both pieces are still pending and they should be available end of August, which didnt make sense. So I went to the store in person, spoke to one of the receptionists, that was super rude, like I was talking to someone off the street.. One of the so called managers was even worse, telling me that the part that was available was relocated to another order, why??? not sure why, apparently its the system's fault. Then when I insisted for an explanation, he told me "DO I NEED TO TEACH YOU HOW THE SOFTWARE WORKS ' if this isnt bad customer service I dont know what I would it call it then... After I asked to speak to someone different, they brought this guy, that thinks Im stupid, telling me that it was a system problem and on your way back here we put it back to your order, IT MAGICALLY HAPPENED...And I should wait the 10 weeks or whatever for my couch to be delivered. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, Ive ordered other furniture from other stores and it went as smooth as possible, I dont think anyone has to go through this much stress for stuff we pay with our own money. If this doesnt get resolved I will go higher, Corporates if thats what it going to take... PS: The only guy that was nice was the actual store manager Calvin Update: after talking to Calvin, the store manager. He explained things better and was very helpful, also he offered compensation for all the trouble that was caused. I’m waiting on my order to come in hopefully this month.
This place is the worst. We had ordered a furniture set in April.. they told us baby mid may it would get here. Then it turned into June.. then beginning of July.. then late July.. here we are the first week of July so I call for an update and they are telling me beginning of august.. like are you kidding!?! We have been months without a furniture set.. we had to buy a futon from Walmart in the meantime just so we have something to sit on. This place just keeps giving us the run around. And we can’t get a credit back either. Don’t waste your time here.
We ordered a bed a couple weeks ago, with the understanding that it would take up to 12 weeks to be delivered. Despite this, we were advised at checkout to call a couple days after ordering to check order status. This was told to us by the floor manager who handled our purchase AND by the cashier. We paid in full with a card. Today, my wife called and inquired about the order, as we were ADVISED TO DO, and the floor manager was extremely rude and condescending to her. I KNEW there was something off with this guy, and he just proved me right. We will be canceling this order and purchasing from Raymour and Flanagan instead. Beware of the “Bro” floor manager!
Ordered a Dorsten Sleeper Sofa in March 2021, got an email saying it would be delivered 7/03/2021 and still have yet to sit on this couch. If I could give 0 stars I would, companies like this should not sell products if they do not have products to sell, this is just greed. Enough said!
I would think twice before spending your hard earned money at Ashley Homestore. I purchased a patio set. Upon delivery 50% of the pieces were defective. The customer service representative advised to refuse delivery. They have no quality control on furniture they manufacture themselves. I asked for a refund and was told I have to pay a 25% restocking fee. What is there to restock when the furniture is defective. They are lacking in customer service skills and do not value the customer. How do you not value the people buying your products that keep you in business. I will never spend a dime of my money with this company.

bought a leather living room set they talked us into the so called insurance plan not even a year went buy a the leather cracked they didnt want anything to do with us they said call insurance after multiple emails and phonecalls they said not covered screw them go to bobs or anywhere else poor customer service and quality i wish there was a zero for stars
I had a terrible experience with this store and company. I bought a mattress and couch. I was told the mattress would ship withing a week or two, and ended up waiting two months for the mattress. Also at about 2 months we were called by the warehouse saying our mattress was ready but when driving to the warehouse I called to tell them I was going to pick up my order and they told me they gave my mattress to someone else who came for the same mattress and had to wait a few more weeks. My couch took 6 months to come in. Every time we called we were given a different story, that different pieces were missing. We were also told that we couldn't pick up individual pieces to avoid this issue. 6 months later the couch is delivered and 2 of 5 pieces were damaged, with holes and a break in the frame. After the broken pieces were removed from our house we noticed gouges in the wall, a chip in our door frame, garbage (wrapping) was left on our door step, a frame was hit off the wall and the door was left open. We had a terrible experience, and were wer compensated at all for the headache or damage to our home. Shop anywhere else! Terrible.
When I entered Ashley Furniture today I never expected the service I received from Chris and Clint. I previously had a bad experience after waiting 6 months and lost a lot of money dealing with Lazboy. Chris and Clint at Ashley wanted to be sure my time with them would be pleasant and they were determined to find me the perfect sofa...and they did! Plus no waiting 6 months. I'm getting it next Friday! I can't say thank you enough to Chris and Clint but THANK YOU again! I'll be back 😊
Would not recommend. Been waiting on a couch that was paid in full since November. Originally was told I’d have it end of December. Every other week, another month is tagged on with the the customer service saying “we really don’t know but hopefully it’s in by then.” Asked about refunds, free delivery, etc to accommodate and get laughed at. It’s bad enough that you don’t know when the product is being delivered but it’s even worse when the business providing it doesn’t know either. Who knows when I’ll get it at this point but for anybody looking in the future, Raymor is just down the road and gets your stuff there on time.

Friendly and helpful staff sets this store apart from other furniture stores. When I walked in, I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed by eager sales staff. I was moving into a new apartment and needed furnishings... the works. Sarah was there to greet me. She was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about what Ashley had to offer. She spent a great deal of time with me and was incredibly patient. Sarah was amazing. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery of certain items. I went back to the store, worked with Sarah to find a replacement item (dining room table), and made the switch. She and her manager did everything possible to make me feel valued as a customer. I cannot express enough how appreciative I was of their time. While I hope to not need furniture for a long, long time after this, based on my experience I would certainly go back to Ansley Furniture in Manchester and hope that Sarah is still there.

Hi, I had ordered my dining table with white glove delivery and 5 year plan from Manchester CT store in January 17 ,2021. I was told that it would be delivered in February to March and if it would take longer than that I could cancel the order. I have been following up with the store where they said they had partial order ready and could be delivered and rest delivered later however today they are disagreeing for everything and telling me that my order might come in May month and if I choose to cancel they will take 25% of money . Also if I choose to deliver the available part now, I have to pick up the rest from warehouse and that too will not be assembled and given to me. I really felt like stuck today and very frustrated with the customer service. During sale it was different and now the attitude is totally different.. not buying anything from the store again and I am not sure if I should explore more legal options. This experience doesn’t seem fair..didn’t signup for any of this.
Last year I got a sectional couch from them, I had a very friendly and professional salesperson and my order got delivered on time by an amazing delivery crew. This year I tried to get a full bedroom set. It was supposed to arrived in 5 weeks but ended up being close to 10-11 weeks , only because I canceled part of the set, if not it would of been longer. Again, the delivery crew was friendly and professional. One of the 2 dressers ended up having a small crack on it, and is going to take about 3 months for them to come over and fix it. I still have a lot of furniture that I was hoping to buy from them but I’ll be taking my money somewhere else, since I can’t trust that my order will come when told and in good condition.
Love there stuff. Bought a nice sectional 5 piece. Love it. Went back to see about another set. Will go back to order it in a few weeks. Sales person was Tyler. Had him before. Will try to give you best deal he can. If he can.
I walked into the store intending to buy a sofa however, I had to go to the service desk to ask for assistance since no one even approached me or greeted me. One salesman walked by me 2 times but never asked if I needed help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I would never recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone as I believe it is engaged in deceptive sales practices. Notably, Ashley lied to me about the expected date of delivery when I purchased a loveseat, then six weeks later it lied in stating that the loveseat left the factory (a lie that Ashley admits to as the loveseat never left the factory) and now refuses to issue a refund even though its internal records show that there is no pending order! This deception is so horrendous that I have been forced to file complaints with the BBB and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection to help obtain the refund to which I am clearly entitled. By way of background, I placed an order for a loveseat on September 9, 2020. I was told by salesperson Carl Lyon, prior to placing the order that, due to COVID, there would be a four-week delay in delivery, and that the tentative date for delivery would be October 9, 2020. I was later told that the tentative date of October 9, 2020 needed to be changed to a confirmed delivery date of October 24, 2020. The reason it is clear that October 24, 2020 date was a confirmed date (and not a tentative date) is that (i) Ashley never sought to revise the delivery date and (ii) because (according to Ashley), it had left the factory. When I called the store on October 25, 2020 to ask about the loveseat, I was told to call back on October 27, 2020. On October 27, 2020, I was told that the loveseat had been on a truck but that the truck was involved in a motor vehicle accident on its way to a “warehouse.” I then spoke with an Ashley manager, Clint Taylor, and requested that Ashley provide a tracking number so I could verify what I was told. Ashley refused that request, stating that only store employees could track the shipping status and verify that the loveseat had left the factory. After I pressed Ashley on this issue, it admitted it had lied! Specifically, Ashley acknowledged that no loveseat ever left the factory. Adding to Ashley’s deception concerning the “truck story”, Ashley now confirms that I have no pending order! Since there is no pending order for a loveseat, I am undisputedly entitled to a return of my $1,031.57. Ashley cannot legally keep money for non-existent orders, yet it continues to refuse to issue a refund. Simply put, Ashley took my order based on false pretenses: that the expected delivery delay would be only four weeks. It then sought to deliberately mislead me concerning the delivery status by falsely telling me that the loveseat had left the factory. Thereafter, it confirmed—in writing—that there is no pending order. Yet, despite this serious deception and no pending order, Ashley is refusing to issue a refund. This is reprehensible.
Carl and Denise were absolutely wonderful! Carl, the sales associate, was knowledgeable, kind, and didn't try to push any unwanted products. I'm very glad to have worked with him. Denise, who assisted in the checkout, was informative, polite, and clear. She answered all my questions about picking up my order. My visit was a huge success thanks to Carl and Denise!
I’m not good at writing reviews (not too computer literate). Just know that there’s a guy there named Clint Taylor (Sales mgr) who knows about the materials and pricing of the furniture. He took us on a showroom tour and we found everything we wanted. He gave us space to make our own decisions. Great guy. Since we just moved to CT from NY, we needed furniture for almost every room. Thanks for the help Mr Taylor .....or as we joked about....Mr. Clint Eastwood Taylor! Lol. Stay safe
I have lost all respect for this company based off of this interaction. Calvin lied to me. I was browsing and didn’t find a sofa that fit my dimensions. I thanked him and said I was going to shop a few more locations. He told me some of the stores I wanted to go to were out of business. I drove by la z boy and they are very much open and actually won my business. Don’t lie, it’s just shady. That’s not the type of sales person I want to work with.

I have no complaint about the Manchester, Ct store. What my complaint is about is the warehouse. We were told as long as we put a deposit down we were good. In hindsight the sold our furniture to others who paid in full. MIND you we purchased our furniture 6 weeks before we needed it. When we called to see when it w9 be delivered they stated it was sold to someone else because we did not pay it in full. That is total BS. Never rec6 an email to tell us now we have to wait an additional 6'8 weeks for part of our order. I would NOT recommend Ashley furniture to shop. Avoid if at all possible. One dissatisfied customer, never again.

Not only did the delivery guys try to hide the devastation they wreaked on the foot board of my bed but they tried to hide it with a marker. Called the store for the replacement and the status of the rest of our order and was told we're not receiving our stuff for a month. The sales rep Tyler was great but the rest of the experience has been a nightmare.
Do not order anything ONLINE. Go into the stores and make your purchases. Better customer service and honest representatives! I will be visiting my Manchester CT store from now on.
I purchase a sectional for about $3,000.00. Within the first year the main board broke at the back of the couch. I emailed customer service several times, visited the store twice, and emailed Bob Ahearn, twice to no avail. Poor customer service. Update: I have an appointment for July 30th. Will keep you posted. Clint was by far the best sales person I know. He did not push us into purchasing any furniture. Very knowledgeable and patient. You walk out of the store feeling accomplished and satisfied. 10 thumbs up to CLINT.
Clint T. was extremely helpful! He asked what we were looking for, helped us pick from the options available, and was very knowledgeable! He told us what to consider with different pieces of furniture and different fabrics. He brought up things we didn’t originally think about which made us that much more informed. He never pushed us in any direction, and was very patient with us. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Him and his team were amazing!

In store service was great. I bought a bunk bed. Delivery service very poor. They messed up delivery 2x wasting the delivery people and my time, the gentleman who first came were very polite and professional, apologetic for them not having all the materials once again holding up the build. The 3x they could finally build it and the technician sent out was very rude and unprofessional, criticized our rooms space, because I have control over the square feet of the room. Now I understand that everyone is on edge because of the virus but leave it at home when you’re on the job. Do your job, you’re in someone else’s home, be respectful. They need to work on delivery service customers service. They were hard to reach for weeks On end. I called many times, they told me they would call me back and never did. I had previously discussed refund of delivery fee with warehouse manager, who was rude and did not want to even discuss anything or take responsibility. She told me she could wave the delivery fee as soon as the item was in my home. Then after I finally got the item in my house she stated she could not do that for me. That’s where this company fails. I wish you would care about the customer more. Very disappointed one star for the 1st delivery guys and 1 Star for in store customer service. With a total of 2 stars for your performance Ashley furniture.

We drove an hour to pick out a sectional after doing some online research. They price matched their store price to their online price ($100 difference) which is the only reason I decided to purchase the 5 year protection plan. The other way they were able to make the sale from me is that he fact that they didn’t stalk or hover around me in the store... which we all know is rare! The staff were very polite and I didn’t feel at all pressured. I would have liked the automated delivery call to be the day before delivery AND the morning of, so I could tell my job what time I was expecting my furniture so I could leave.(morning or afternoon makes all the difference). Delivery guys were polite as well as on time. Whoever loaded the truck in the morning forgot the footings to my new couch, and it was going to take nearly 20 whole days to send someone out... (the whole couch only took 3 days) so that’s the only con here. We opted for them to mail it to me and I’ll just do it myself. Overall very happy with my purchase and would consider again

We had a wonderful experience at Ashley. This was the first time we entered a furniture store and not felt pressured by salespeople. Michael was so pleasant, helpful and professional! He allowed us to go through the entire store without feeling like someone was breathing down our neck. When we needed assistance he was right there to help us. We found a bed we absolutely fell in love with but it had been discontinued. He pulled the mattress off the floor model in order to find the item number and hunt down the bed. Michael kept searching for the bed until he finally he found one. He actually found the LAST one in Philadelphia! Michael was so genuine, truly on a mission to provide the best customer service. He was more like a friend, instead of a salesman. We have had a difficult journey trying to find the right bed and are so appreciative of his help. We will be coming back to update the rest of our furniture and will definitely contact Michael when we are ready.

We recently purchased a few pieces of furniture at Ashley Homestore and were very pleased with our experience. After shopping around for a good idea of what was out there as far as quality and pricing goes, we were happy with what we found at Ashley and the quality and pricing was unmet elsewhere. We worked with Carl L. and found him to be very helpful and patient. He gave us room to walk around the store without pressuring us but was also close by in case we had questions. We had plenty of questions and appreciated his help in finding furniture that would fit our living space and budget. The store manager, Clint, was also very patient with us and periodically checked in. We will be sure to return to Ashley Homestore for all of our furniture needs in the future! Thank you Carl and Clint! I also suggest a trip to the store rather than purchasing online as the pricing in the store are much lower.

The one thing most I appreciated about him was that he was not pushy. He would periodically check to see if my daughter and I had any questions. When we did he was able to answer or point us in the right direction. I am moving to Maryland and the information and instructions that he gave I was able to order my furniture today on line. Needed a sofa and love seat. Tyler helped us immensely without any of the hard sell you get in other places. He knew when to walk away and leave us to wonder about and when to check in on how were doing. He gave us the clear price and I mean the out of the door price that hits the credit card. Not just a sticker price without tax and delivery etc. This meant we knew exactly what the true cost was. Also he told us everywhere else that they could or could price match with and he also worked to give us a great discount so seek him out if you go shopping there. We'll go back there often.
Got a bed frame and paid for delivery waited almost two months only for them to cancel the day of delivery an hour after delivery time. Then be told that I would have to wait another week.

Went to Ashely Store at Bucklands Hill on 9/13/19 and bought a sofa loveseat for $639 incl del. What we got a customer service nightmare. First sofa delivered three weeks after and the legs could NOT be attached. I refused shipment and was told a new sofa would be delivered the following week. Replacement sofa delivered 13 days later and this one also had a leg that could not be attached. I Kept sofa since they promised a resolution in a few weeks. Got a call from the Manchester store saying I needed to purchase a maintenance plan to get the sofa fixed for $109. Why? I refused and said this was NOT something I did since the product was defective. The main store person I was speaking to was rude and outright nasty. I spoke to manager and she said she would look into it. We were promised a call back. After three days and Not getting any call, I called and again asked about status of repair. Was told they would look into this. Got a call back and said repair scheduled for the 29th, which is 46 days after we made the purchase. I’m assuming this saga might be over? Our recommendation – NEVER GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST DEAL.

Bought a couch from here 3 weeks ago, told today it’s going to be another week and a half before they can deliver it. I even offered to pick up the couch, I was told no that’s not possible and then I was hung up on. Customers have questions there’s no reason to be rude. Great experience buying the couch horrible experience getting the couch. Never returning here or recommending this place.

Was told the furniture I ordered was in stock and available by end of the week. This was August 19th. It's now September 8th, and furniture delivery will not be until September 11th. Until then, I dont even know if it will be the right order or color. None of the paperwork or receipts had details regarding color choice. My salesman Chris was helpful, and polite, maybe he didn't know my order would be out of stock. I'm giving Ashley's a 1 star rating because of thier poor communication and customer service. I called the warehouse to check on my order and got the "Mailbox is full" like WTF is that? Somebody's cell phone?! Anyway, I could go on, and maybe I will once my order comes to my door. To be honest I'm not looking forward to it. 23 days from order until delivery... should have gone to Bob's

Can I give less than 1 star?? Never buy furniture from Ashley Furniture I mean NEVER!!! We ordered a bedroom set from them on August 17th. We Still don't have everything in yet, still. The dresser has come in to the warehouse to be delivered but has been damaged twice. I will say, I've received a bunch of "I'm sorrys" but unfortunately I can't put my clothes away in I'm sorrys! 🤷 When our 2nd dresser was delivered they said the hole was drilled incorrectly and we needed from wait on a new drawer to be shipped, we got the drawer in today, *30 days later* No handle was enclosed in the package and guess what? Turns out the drill holes were not the issue!!!! The handle hole is not drilled all the way!!! As someone who worked in customer service as long as I have I cannot begin to comprehend how this is okay. But based on my conversations with EVERYONE from Ashley furniture it seems to be the normal and acceptable! I don't even know where to go from here. I'm too mentally drained and physically worn out to fight with anyone else who has no power to do anything to actually make it right! So I end on....NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!

I recommend Ashley's Furniture without a doubt! My family went into the store with the idea of looking for a new couch. Linda first greeted us at the door, and then another man asked if any one has greeted us yet & said he just wanted to make sure that we got told "hello" and greeted. My family walked around the entire store without being hounded on. When we did find the perfect couch, Linda came over to us--it's like she knew we had found the one. She sat down with us, went over prices, answered our questions, kept my 7 year old entertained and was sweet to her. We ended up buying the couch & my family cannot wait for it to come in! Also, when we got home and looked up the couch online, we did find the prices to be a bit less for our two seat sofa and our oversized recliner. They willingly matched the prices without any hesitation or attitude which we appreciate it! The only thing is it made our delivery fee go up $10 because it is now the online price and delivery instead of in-store. We still ended up saving $30. Everyone was very helpful & we definitely would return again for any future furniture shopping!

I have shopped here before but let me tell you I am so happy I went back!! I had the BEST experience today with the staff at the home store in Manchester, Mike was an attentive, friendly, fun saleman. No pressure from anyone and they were being accommodating of my requests and questions including rearranging furniture so I could envision pieces together. The manager was so kind, thoughtful, attentive and went above and beyond to make me happy!

Takes 2 months to receive an item, delivery is impossible because they will not deliver after work hours although everyone clearly has a job. The solution I was given was to take off work to schedule the delivery. Absolutely absurd. Warehouse staff was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Do not buy from this store because the service is horrific.

Mike was fantastic! Most of the time, when you walk into a furniture store, you are attacked at the door by well-meaning sales people. However, that did not happen at Ashley furniture. I was greeted by Mike, and was able to browse the store at my leisure without constant interruption. When I did need help, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I returned a few days later to make a purchase, and he remembered me! I wanted to purchase a rug, and he and his coworker Linda were wonderful. They moved all the heavy furniture off of the rug, and wrapped it up for my purchase. He even brought it out to my car. It was a wonderful experience to receive such not only great customer service but also be left alone to browse. They also have great personalities with a sense of humor. I will definitely shop at the store again and hope that Mike or Linda will be the ones to help me.

We decided to buy a new king size mattress and we had no idea the amount and options and technology exist today. We went to two stores but decided to choose Ashley HomeStore in Manchester because of how patiently, professionally and knowledgeable Jonathan responded to all our questions. Took a month and some change to receive my couches, I found that pretty ridiculous then too find out they always deliver the same couches all the time. It’s a rip off wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
Johnathon was very helpful in answering our questions and finding the right mattress for our comfort and budget. No hassle, no pressure sales environment let us pick our furniture on our own time, not rushed from one set to the next. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and ask for Johnaton, he'll be very helpful.

My husband and I spent a whole saturday traveling all over to different furniture stores and made a stop for the first time ever at Ashley Homestore. We were greeted by Clint Taylor at the door, he was not pushy by any means and once I let me guard down instead of just saying "We are all set" or "Just looking" He came up with fantastic options for my husband and I. He kept in mind that I have two dogs so I wanted a fabric that was easily cleanable but not cheap looking! By far the best pricing and best customer service I have had in a long time. We went to another furniture store and I won't say who but the person who greeted us didn't even make eye contact with myself or my husband. We are a younger couple but we were definitely serious about buying that day! We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and ask for Clint!
Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Brought a living room set only to find a dead mouse within the sofa! Not sure if they even inspect the merchandise that they sell! Spoke to Bob and he was no help and very disrespectful when I brought this to his attention! I’ve never done business with a company who doesn’t care about their customers or their product. For now.. I’ll shop anywhere but here!
Best furniture store I’ve ever been to. I have been to many stores and this is by far the best. Really good customer service and helped me find my purchases very quickly. If 5 stars wasn’t the limit I wouldn’t know how high I would rate.
Google limits the number of characters so I am attaching photos. Do not be fooled by the customer service in the store. When things go wrong you will have to deal with the warehouse and they are a circus.
The staff are friendly and not overbearing. We found the sofa we wanted online and although they are a privately owned store they honored the online pricing. We would do business here again.
