Ashley Furniture Homestore on 51 Richards ave in Norwalk Connecticut blew me away. The mass amount of assortments in their gallery was phenomenal.As soon as i walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed as if i was like family. I had so many questions and was amazed by all the amazing varieties of furniture they had in store. A sales associate by the name of Corey Horton ended up helping me . He took the ambience of the place to an entirely different level. I've never seen such dedication and ambition to make sure a client/customer is satisfied with all there needs and wants.He made my dreams of a nicely furnished home turn into a reality. Which I'm very grateful for that young gentleman and the management over there made sure i was well taken care of. The owner of that fine establishment should be proud of the amazing team and management they've assembled they are top notch. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL MY PURCHASES and i will continue using them. The worst experience ever!!! Customer service is far from appreciating the customer!! Purchased furniture in December of 2021 as of today I still don’t have my items spoken to too many people and nothing has been done to satisfy my inconvenience and they tell me to either cancel my purchase or now wait til Aug 2021 to receive my items. Milford and Branford store are the worst don’t ever purchase from these store they don’t care about the customers!! They don’t care about your inconvenience, time or frustration having to deal with them because of their LACK or CARE!! GM & Managers of Milford are horrible at customer service , returning calls, and they Lie!!!
Worst furniture buying experience ever. The people working there are incompetent and all give different stories and don’t follow through on what they say they’ll do. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else! 0/5 stars (this doesn’t include the 18 week wait time to get furniture ‘due to covid’. It is purely based on the people in the Norwalk location that work there).
I would give zero stars if i couldFirst offThe people are awesome when you're buying from them but when you need more assistance with your orders they pretend like they don't even know who you are The quality of the couch i purchased is ridiculous, cheap, and not comfortable and it took 8 weeks to get delivered I understand covid is going on but that's besides the pointI would never shop here again in my life and i hope everyone reading this takes my advice, they're scam artists I tried cancelling a product a few days after purchasing and understandably enough they couldn't cancel it and i was promised a $100 gift card to the store by the liar salesman FERRIS which i never received but that's fine because I'll never step foot in this store again, very disappointed
Horrible experience...never ever will I recommend....worst customer service by far! So many people are without jobs...I am sure there is a much better fit for a management position that would offer at the very least an apology and show some form of care and concern for the paying customer! Unbelievable....
