John was absolutely phenomenal. We figured this would be an all day affair and within minutes of being in the store he was able to point us in the direction of the exact sofa we were after. No run arounds, really personable and honest. 10/10 would recommend Ashley furniture and look for John!

Excellent customer service
Dee is amazing and helped us pick the right dining set we were looking for. The store manager is also very helpful. Would recommend the store!
Run, don’t walk away. I went to the store in Waterbury and selected a specific dining room table. When they came to deliver it, it was the wrong table! When I called, the Customer Service Manager said that the salesperson wrote the wrong code. Instead of making it right, they told me that I had to pay a 25% ($250) re-stocking fee! The Sales Manager would not even speak with me. He made the Customer Service Manager tell me. Everyone makes mistakes. It is the way that they are handled that matter. They should be ashamed of the poor way they treat their customers. I don’t see them being in business much longer. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, you will shop for furniture elsewhere.
