Our custom ordered couch chaise did arrive damaged, they ordered me a new one no issue but then charged me $60 to have the new piece delivered to my home and the old one taken away. Considering it arrived damaged I feel I shouldn't have had to pay a delivery fee. The sales reps in the store are very nice.

We loved our experience shopping at Ashley Furniture. Desirae is patient and knowledgeable. She didn’t hover but she had a 6th sense about whenever we had a question and needed her expertise. We’ve bought furniture from her on three occasions and we’ve window shopped with her help a couple of times. We’ll definitely return for her help the next time.

I purchased a mattress and adjustable base! I had a few issues with miscommunication. They did work with me to resolve. Happy with all, but highly recommend that if they try to sell you a mattress cover make sure you check it out first! I am not able to use it and that $80.00 Not excited about that.

David was excellent. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. Our only concern involved a female supervisor who was called to clarify a few technical questions. She presented a "hard sell" for items that held no interest to us. If she had been our salesperson rather than David we would have spent our $9k elsewhere. We have more items to purchase over the next few months, and we will contact David again!

David was very knowledgeable & took the time to show us all of our options. We were doing our best to match a color that is no longer available & he helped us find the best match. They even moved furniture around the store for us to compare colors! Payton was also very helpful when doing our best to match colors because the store lighting created discrepancies. After searching on their website, we went into the store to try out our choices for loveseat and sofa. We were disappointed that none of our choices were on display. However, there were other items Patrick showed us which provided a similar fabric/leather/comfort of our choices. I found the Next-Gen Nuvella fabric provided a comfy feeling and it's durability impressive. We hadn't planned on buying that night, but we did. Within 12 days our new furniture arrived. The delivery crew was great. We're enjoying our new furniture.

Stopped at Delmar location after having a nightmare experience at Millsboro. Didn’t mention anything and asked to be show a tempurpedic to meet my needs. Told her my main concern was hip and back pain and my wife slept hot and I did not. She took directly to the adapt series. I then began telling her the specifics of my purchase of the probreeze. She was honest with me which is what I always have received at Ashley’s. She said she always informs customers of all fees associated with purchase. Even though she can’t fix what has happened she confirmed what had happened was unfortunate and not the normal. I can only hope someone steps up to correct my situation.

Not only was the manager rude and disrespectful in store, she then called me TWICE at home to be nasty and totally unprofessional.

Update: Will from the Ashley store was responsive; he contacted me promptly and was able to address my issue, for which I am appreciative, hence I am updating my rating. Horrible experience, poor quality of furniture and terrible after-sales customer service. The original delivery in February was bad as it is, delivery folks walking in with their wet shoes. The couch had too many issues big and small, including major issues with the right arm. I reported it to their customer service team with photos. They made me wait over two months, being told the "parts are being ordered", and then had to wait another month because their master craftsman could only do a few Saturdays. Three months after the purchase he showed up with 3 cushions covers, one of which had stains on it and no "parts". He had to untack the entire fabric on the right arm and was not able to put it back together neatly and tightly. They are quick to shove a phone in your face to sign saying all is good, and these issues get discovered later. The right arm of the couch was poorly reassembled together and looks horrible. This will be my first and last purchase with Ashley furniture.

I had the pleasure of having Crystal be my sales person and she was the Best of the Best. She made sure that I got the exact Dining room set that I looked at another store and a much better deal than the store that I left. She has a great personality and she delivers exactly what she says she will do. When we finished with my purchases it was like I had known Crystal all of my life. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for any help with any purchases you are interested in. My delivery from Ashley Furniture was exactly like she told me it would be she also texted me to make sure everything went as was planned and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. Initially, the shopping experience was great. I bought a sofa with a decent price. However, the delivery took more than a month. If the sales person at the store had told me that, I won't purchase the sofa or I might choose to pick it up at the store rather than paying extra money and waiting for more than a month.

Great customer service. We have purchased twice from this location. Once during the pandemic when everything was very delayed they kept us informed and shipped us as things were received usually they only ship everything at once. We didn’t have to pay extra. The second time was during their Black Friday event still going on at the time of this post and we received everything within ten days.

Just bought a nice table and chairs. I made sure to tell the salesman I worried about having everything level. He assured me it would be. I got it on the 23rd and since my kitchen had to be fixed, we didn't use the table and chairs until Wed. Well two chairs are unbalanced. So I called and the lady told me to take it to the warehouse and they could fix it. I paid to have it delivered and I had surgery and my strength is just not there. I can't even lift the chairs and I need to have them picked up and brought back. Guess I will be calling back and see what I can do.

I was greeted by some very friendly staff at Ashley Furniture. They were not pushy at all and they gave me my space while looking around for a dining room table set. Also, while in the store, I received an extra 5% off of my purchase due to being chosen for a golden ticket. This furniture store has good, quality furniture at great prices. I will be shopping with them again. I purchased the black and gray counter height dining room set, I have yet to see the gray in it. It looks more dark brown to me and that's what I love about it. The color is amazing and it's an eye catcher. I've been getting a lot of reviews about it from my family.

I was not told that I would need to "ASSEMBLE" the chairs if I picked them up from distribution center nor was I offered a fee to install them. Hannah's manager never called me back about the sofa, Love seat and chair clearance set that I could of purchased. I checked with millsboro store and they could find them but not offer me the clearance price. I doubt I will ever buy anything else from Ashley stores

We spent entire afternoon with Michelle at the Delmar store. She was so patient!! We asked if we could just browse around since we were interested in purchasing several items. Michelle listens to her customers! We were free to roam and any questions we would find her. Everyone from the manager to sales people were so friendly and checking to make sure we were ok. Great experience.

Michelle is AWESOME! She has helped me with all my needs and concerns. The delivery went great and again Michelle checked in with me on every decision, delivery, if I liked or disliked my purchase, if I needed any changes. I never had to wait on anything since she reviewed everything with me and made sure she was in contact with me whenever I needed her. The furniture is so much more than I expected since I ordered it through her after looking online. This is furniture is not cheaply made like other companies. I am so very very happy!!! Thank you Michelle for everything! It is great doing business with you as I will continue to do so!!

Had an unusual experience at this store, fantastic salesperson. She stayed back and let us look, but was close enough you could get answers. I will be needed a recliner in the future and would take the drive in a second when ready. No pressure, and what she didn't know she found out within a minute or two.
