Crystal is an excellent saleswoman! We came in months ago and she helped us find a living room set we loved, but couldn’t afford at the moment. I got an email from Ashley about a 4th of a July sale and Crystal was still there to help us and remembered the set we picked out. She was able to find an affordable arrangement for us so we could get the set that made us happy in the color we desired. An associate also brought balloons out to entertain my children. Great family friendly service.

Not only was the manager rude and disrespectful in store, she then called me TWICE at home to be nasty and totally unprofessional.

From the time we first walked into the store until we received the couch all things went very well, salesman Darnell was pleasesant and courteous We're were given a three To four-week time limit however th couch arrived at the store in about three weeks the delivery crew were friendly and courteous. Huge showroom store. Very nice staff.

Update: Will from the Ashley store was responsive; he contacted me promptly and was able to address my issue for which I am appreciative. Horrible experience, poor quality of furniture and terrible after-sales customer service. The original delivery in February was bad as it is, delivery folks walking in with their wet shoes. The couch had too many issues big and small, including major issues with the right arm. I reported it to their customer service team with photos. They made me wait over two months, being told the "parts are being ordered", and then had to wait another month because their master craftsman could only do a few Saturdays. Three months after the purchase he showed up with 3 cushions covers, one of which had stains on it and no "parts". He had to untack the entire fabric on the right arm and was not able to put it back together neatly and tightly. They are quick to shove a phone in your face to sign saying all is good, and these issues get discovered later. The right arm of the couch was poorly reassembled together and looks horrible. This will be my first and last purchase with Ashley furniture.

I had the pleasure of having Crystal be my sales person and she was the Best of the Best. She made sure that I got the exact Dining room set that I looked at another store and a much better deal than the store that I left. She has a great personality and she delivers exactly what she says she will do. When we finished with my purchases it was like I had known Crystal all of my life. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for any help with any purchases you are interested in. My delivery from Ashley Furniture was exactly like she told me it would be she also texted me to make sure everything went as was planned and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything. If the sales person at the store had told me that, I won't purchase the sofa or I might choose to pick it up at the store rather than paying extra money and waiting for more than a month.

Great customer service. We have purchased twice from this location. Once during the pandemic when everything was very delayed they kept us informed and shipped us as things were received usually they only ship everything at once. We didn’t have to pay extra. The second time was during their Black Friday event still going on at the time of this post and we received everything within ten days.

After moving into a new house , furniture selection was hard. The second I walked in, Desirae was extremely helpful and very friendly. After a search full of informative comments from Desirae , we finally settled on a great furniture. 10/10 recommend desirae and her upbeat personality!

Just bought a nice table and chairs. I made sure to tell the salesman I worried about having everything level. He assured me it would be. I got it on the 23rd and since my kitchen had to be fixed, we didn't use the table and chairs until Wed. Well two chairs are unbalanced. So I called and the lady told me to take it to the warehouse and they could fix it. I paid to have it delivered and I had surgery and my strength is just not there. I can't even lift the chairs and I need to have them picked up and brought back. Guess I will be calling back and see what I can do.

I was greeted by some very friendly staff at Ashley Furniture. They were not pushy at all and they gave me my space while looking around for a dining room table set. Also, while in the store, I received an extra 5% off of my purchase due to being chosen for a golden ticket. This furniture store has good, quality furniture at great prices. I will be shopping with them again. I purchased the black and gray counter height dining room set, I have yet to see the gray in it. It looks more dark brown to me and that's what I love about it. The color is amazing and it's an eye catcher. I've been getting a lot of reviews about it from my family.

I was not told that I would need to "ASSEMBLE" the chairs if I picked them up from distribution center nor was I offered a fee to install them. Hannah's manager never called me back about the sofa, Love seat and chair clearance set that I could of purchased. I checked with millsboro store and they could find them but not offer me the clearance price. I doubt I will ever buy anything else from Ashley stores

Ok guy but big on misinformation I had a hard time at the Ashley in millsboro I went to Delmar to retrieve credit the bed was a different feel from what I had so it was working 100 days down the road the beds comfort level is trash call in to do a comfort exchange was told I could do it then because of the mattress I have it can’t be done $1200 down the drain DONT SHOP AT ASHLEY’S FURNITURE FOR A MATTRESS !

Michael was my sales associate at the Ashley Store in Delmar. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have a specific purchase in mind. He let me cruise the displays, answered my questions and looked up options for me to look at. When I found an end table I liked he even checked to see if they had another one like it in their sister stores. Then he personally loaded my purchase in my truck when I decided to take it with me. They had a large inventory of living room and dining room furniture for me to choose from and Michael was knowledgeable about their products without being pushy and was a pleasure to shop with!

Saleswoman Melissa was terrific - friendly, smart, and reasonable. She spent time with us even though it got busy with other customers. For the amount of money you spend on furniture however the company DOES NOT have free delivery OR free take away. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY AND TO CART AWAY YOUR OLD FURNITURE. So the advertising was misleading. So the response was that they do offer free delivery. Yet I was charged $200 for delivery. I even questioned it during check out. I was told it was not free delivery. So, they are not sure what they offer.

Patrick worked with me on a furniture purchase. He was knowledgeable about the different options, and gave me the opportunity to try the ones that I thought would work best. He also showed me options on possible future purchases. I made a purchase and would certainly ly work with him again.

We ended up not buying from here, but the staff was super friendly, took the time to show us some inventory, wven gave us a quote to take with us. They didn't have a style of bunk bed that worked for our family, but we'll definitely go back if we need furniture in the future.

I had such a great experience at this Ashley Home Store! I was so lucky to be assisted with my furniture selection by Antoine Jones , Product Specialist. I had 2 bedrooms, a living room and a dining area to furnish. It was very overwhelming to select furniture for all this space, but Antoine was extremely patient, informative, and organized with keeping track of my selections , as well as choices I wasn't sure of . I worked with him for 2 days! Not once did he ever give me the impression that he was getting impatient , or that I was wearing him thin. He and his colleagues went as far as moving furniture to show me pieces that might work well together, and searching Ashley's inventory to help me find the perfect match! I finally completed my order, and put 4 rooms together all with Ashley furniture ..which I love ! I don't think I could have done it without Antoine Jones...not in 2 days that's for sure! He was Great , and I highly recommend you request his assistance , and definitely shop at this Ashley Home store , because it will be an Amazing experience! When I arrived at the Ashley Furniture store, the gentlemen Patrick greeted my family and I and he was very polite. I explained and mention too him what I was looking for a bedroom set for my daughter and a living room set. Patrick showed and pointed us in the direction for each set I was inquiring in. Once I found the bedroom set I liked Patrick helped with pricing and color selections for everything I needed with selecting the bedroom set that I wanted. Eventually I found a living room set that I did purchase. If it wasn't for Patrick with the wonderful customer service he provided too me and my family I probably would still been looking for furniture for my home. More company's need to have great employees like Patrick that made my experience while shopping at Ashley a long lasting one. I bought my living and dining room set from here over the summer. Kerrigan Dashiell was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. We had such a great experience the first time that we recently returned to start furnishing our bonus room during the President's Day sale. Melissa Corder took care of us and managed to get us great pricing as well. Highly recommend coming here and working with these two great associates for furnishing needs.

However, I was quite disappointed with the manager who would not honor the advertised sale price of the chair because each store is independent. She suggested several options after I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for and remained available as I looked at the selection, finally settling on her original suggestion. The Ashley furniture store is always my first stop when I am looking for furniture. Antoine helped me when I was looking for a living room chair. Antoine is wonderful, he asked me a couple of questions and immediately started showing me chairs that fit. The process was easy the manager, Paige, and the customer service desk were super helpful. I did check out other stores, but I said Ashley is my FIRST stop. Ashley is My LAST stop.
