My parents purchased a family room set back in late December early January. Was told it would be in early February called three weeks ago they said chair was the last item being made we should here from them by the end of the week or following week. Here we are into the 2rd week of February and not a word and now can't even get a answer from the store or a call back... 🙄

What a great experience! We were unsure of what we wanted until we got to Ashley home Store in Dover DE… as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ashley! She’s was the sweetest! Who knew she was farely new ( we didn’t find out till partially through the time being there) she was very knowledgeable about everything we looked at, sat on, she was very patient with us never rushed us once! Edit: THEY GOT WORSE! It’s like they decided they already hit bottom and it was time to dig an underground parking garage of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have the information about our location on a military base, they have the extra money for mattress removal. What do they do? They send someone who can’t get on and asks US to come get the mattress from them at the gate. What are we PAYING YOU FOR???? Husband and I bought a mattress. Did not need credit - paid outright. This store ran a credit check without permission. Also, their salesperson, Tony, outright LIED about when the mattress would be in. Didn’t put in a rush on it, nothing. Just told us what he thought we wanted to hear, and now we have to worry if we are getting our mattress prior to PCS. Fun fact: Tony lied to a veteran on Veteran’s Day for a sale. Don’t trust this store.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jacqueline, and let me tell you she is very kind, patient and has a great eye. What I couldn't see put together she did and kept working with me until I seen my own vision. I went to the Ashley Furniture Store in Dover, as soon as I walked in Ms. Jacqueline greeted me, at first I was saying to myself O Boy!!!! But it was the best experience I ever had shopping for Furniture. Ms. Jacqueline asked me what brings me in today? I told her I'm doing a remodel in my FR, BN, Kitchen and DR. I was taking up the carpets & Kit & Dr floors. When I tell you I had to be in the store for a few hours, but Ms. Jacqueline was right there with me through the whole process. I Was torn between Reclining Sets and Regular Sets. She told me to act like the Furniture was in my house, get comfortable, put your feet up. She really wanted me to LOVE it. I seen what I wanted and I know hubby would like it, he's a Recliner man. I took pics of everything and told Ms. Jacqueline let me process everything and I'll be back. I did go back yesterday 9-11, however Ms Jacqueline was off, she actually came in to finalize the sale, but before it was finalize she seen that I was getting a little overwhelmed, she said come on outside to get some air which we did and for about 5 mins we was talking like we knew each other for years. We’ve had two great purchasing experiences at Ashley Furniture, Dover! Just moved into a new house and have had to furnish it from scratch. Both times we’ve worked with an amazing salesperson: Bralen Polite. Bralen was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Not “pushy” at all, which we appreciated. He also worked hard to get us the best deals, and made sure we’ve been satisfied with our purchases. We HIGHLY recommend Bralen P. ! Also, our furniture deliveries went very well. The delivery staff were on-time, efficient and extremely professional. All around a great experience!
Tony from Ashley in Dover Deleware was very welcoming,efficient and helped us choose our furniture in a timely manner.
My husband purchased a Party Time Recliner in October of 2022, the chair was recalled due to an electrical issue in September of 2023. There is a defect in the chair's cup holder which can possibly cause fire damage. My husband reached out to Ashley furniture recall center, at the time they were overloaded with calls and he could not stay on hold for 30 minutes waiting as he has to work. My husband was finally able to get an appointment date for March 27, 2024. Yes, you read that correct six months. Unfortunately my husband and I were not home when the technician arrived to fix the chair however, my mother-in-law was, she called us stating that the technician was requesting the part for the chair. My husband informed him that we never received a part for the chair. My husband called Ashley furniture Recall center again, and we were informed that another technician would come out. After a week and a half had passed I told my husband we need to go to the store where it was purchased because this is an issue. We went to Ashley furniture store

Went in for a bedroom set. Walked out with bedroom and mattress 😌. All in one stop. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I waited about 2 weeks for my delivery and everything came out perfect. I'm so happy with my bedroom. The power base has Bluetooth. I can just lay in bed and vibe out. Best purchase so far this year.

A great experience from beginning to end at Ashley Furniture in Dover, DE. Needed a sofa sleeper for company arriving unexpectedly. Bill the store manager worked patiently with us and handled the order as well as updating us with the expected delivery, Crystal gave us the early arrival news and gave an extra call to move our delivery to an "early as possible" on actual date. Luis the lead delivery person updated us on delivery time and arrived exactly as stated. Luis and his team were able to respectfully navigate this sleeper down a hall and through a narrow turn into the bedroom. He also took the time to demonstrate the opening and closing of the sleeper. Altogether this was a truly pleasant experience and will be returning to Ashley in Dover, DE for more shopping. Thank You Bill, Crystal and Luis!

I’m totally dissatisfied with Ashley Home Store’s policy of not giving customers a free delivery especially for items purchased worth about $800 and also making customers to pay for the cost of shipping items purchased at the store in Dover Delaware but not available which would require shipping from the warehouse at Philadelphia. This is not fair at all

I haven't been in this store in over 5 months. And they kicked me and my Fiance out for just walking and getting ideas for our wedding/new home. I swear dover Delaware furniture stores are really getting stupid. Not to mention that they were eyeing me and my fiance down like we don't have no money at all to afford any of their bedbug roach infested furniture.
Worst furniture store ever! Don’t bother buying the protection plan because they won’t let you use it at another location if you move away. The store manager Bill was rude on the phone and will straight lie. Still waiting on a phone call back and it’s been almost 5 years. They will try to get you to sign wavers on delivery which will cancel out your protection plan by the way. Worst company to buy from and the the highest prices too. Your better going off going somewhere else.
We walked in and were immediately pleasantly greeted by Michelle. She assisted us with our furniture selection, provided options and price variations. We also spoke with her manager, James, who offered additional financial discounts (shipping & military). Such a wonderful experience and highly recommend for your furniture purchases!
UPDATE: I had to go back there for something else and while I was there, Melissa saw me, smiled and said “hi Holly!” It has been about a month since I’ve been in there, and I know she has helped many people since then, but she STILL remembered me, and made me feel welcome all over again! Definitely ask for her when you’re there! Melissa helped us and was very helpful with all of our questions. She helped us work out everything and was very professional. She went above and beyond to help us and make this work for the situation we are currently in. We will definitely be back!

Melissa the salesperson was fantastic and patient (I stopped by 3 times). Love her energy. Only downside of purchase is that the delivery costs are a percentage of the $ amount spent. That means if you buy a single more expensive piece of furniture, you can pay more than someone who bought a five piece bedroom set which is definitely more pieces and more weight. Doesn't make sense to me. Took off 1 star. Anyway, that's not her fault.

Think twice before buying their furniture. I brought over 3000 dollars worth of tables, chairs, and rugs. All junk. Six months old and the chairs are falling apart. Look somewhere else.
The ladies by the customer service desk by the entrance we not friendly at all. They did not get greet us, however when we made eye contact we said hi and how are you a few times to all three (while they made eye contact) and they ignored us. The only good part of this experience was our sales rep by the name of Steven. He was very helpful, and patient.

I will never order from this company again! I ordered a matching table to our table we bought long ago, and it came broken. We called and complained that the table was broken, the box was broken and the unit was broken and they told us that we had to donate the furniture piece for them to send us a new one. So we did just that, brand new piece of furniture dropped off at the Habitat for Humanity. Then the same week the new replacement came and the box was left in the back of our house, and the box was all beat up and with holes in it again! We called them and told them we just wanted to send back the box without opening it because we were sick of receiving damaged boxes from them!! Now two weeks later they have received the box and WE STILL HAVE YET TO GET OUR $200 back!! Disputing this with out bank as we HAVE PROOF they received our package!!
Though the representative was nice the furniture quality was terrible and that’s after waiting for months for the item. Also the protection plan and customer service is horrendous.

They deserve no stars. My worst experience as a customer of a furniture store. I had to prepay for all my furniture when I ordered and was told I would receive the dining furniture within 8-12 weeks. Placed the order in March 2022 and now it’s September 2022 and still no dining chairs. I’ve been given a runaround every time I speak to a rep at the store over the phone with new ETAs every time I call to get an update. I was finally given an ETA of 8/30/22 and when I called on 9/1/22 the manager Steven tells me the items still shows an ETA of 8/30 but they don’t know where the furniture is nor can they give me a date of actual date of delivery. Ridiculous customer service and highly disappointed. Ashley Furniture is one of the only furniture places that don’t let you cancel the order 3 days after you order it. They have taken our money and promise an estimated delivery but now after 6 months still no furniture. Save your time and money and buy from any other furniture place (Raymour, Kirkland etc. as they have kept their word with their estimates delivery dates unlike this company). I’m without my dining chairs for 6 months!

Love the store but very pricey for the cheaply made products but that is mostly all furniture stores in Delaware. You are paying for the brand name not the product.
I ordered the most lovely 3 piece set of glass tables My delivery went smoothly with the exception of a wobbly main table which Ashley refuses to replace and further has yet to be repaired after 4 months! The lack of care and quality of customer service is abysmal and Never will I patronize this company again!
This company only deserves no stars. They are horrible! I ordered my furniture in October 2020, it didn't arrive until the end of January. The couches didn't even make a year before they lost all power in September. It is now February and I just received the parts. I just received a call to schedule the fix and they earliest appointment is March 11th 2022. This is crazy!!!!!!
We ordered and paid for a sectional on 2/20/21, they said we would have our furniture in 8-12 weeks. In July (which was past the 12 weeks) we were told part of it came in so they said they could do a split delivery and the other pieces were due in August so we did it thinking it will be okay since it's only a month away. Now, 1/22/22 we still do not have our end pieces to our sectional. They keep giving us dates further out, now saying April and not sure if we will get it then or not. We have asked for our money back and to return it so we can get some furniture that is in stock. They said they can't do that.. So how long are we supposed to go with just partial furniture in our living room???? We have been so patient but we are fed up and want something done.
The salesman, Abel, was a great help. He was friendly and informative without being pushy. He did everything he could to get us the best price possible. This is our second time in the last 3 years to buy furniture from Ashley Furniture. It has been a very pleasant experience both times so far.

The Dover Ashley store exceeded our expectations with their friendliness, pricing, transparency about the delivery timelines, and overall willingness to work with us. We purchased a bedroom set at a significantly lower cost (during a sale) than another Ashley store in the state. Derrick (Abel) was a pro at helping us find what we were looking for and applying every discount possible to make this attractive to us. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable and friendly, making this a great experience.

I ordered a glass coffee table with 2 matching endtables & paid for a protection plan on the furniture. Ashley delivered a coffee table, one tall end table & a short plant table. They did not deliver one of the end tables that I paid for in spite of my paid protection plan. I contacted them and they have not agreed to correct their error & have not given me what I paid for. All I want is what I paid for. As required, I gave them pictures of the tall endtable with the short plant table side by side clearly showing that they delivered only one end table & substituted short mismatched plant table that was not ordered. They have refused to even talk to me about my complaint!!! This is just bad business!!! They deserve 0 stars!!! Dalphine Cager

Great experience at Ashley furniture, soon I walked in to the vestibule of the store, there it is the dining table I wanted then I was greeted by Kathryn Dixon, who was very helpful, as help me with my purchases greatly and she was super nice, I will definitely make future from Ashley Again thanks katttt

Absolutely the worst experience buy furniture ever!!! Do not buy here! We bought furniture back in November 2020 and it is 7/8/2021 and only have half of what we ordered and no one can tell us why or is even willing to find why. To top it off we were told other people who ordered the same furniture in June 2021 have already received it ! Unbelievable right so if you are reading this review ask yourself do you really want to put yourself through this? We even tried get up with the corporate end and that's nothing but a dead end. Our next step is getting ahold of the local news and putting them on blast. We are not that type of people but we are running out of options. All I want is my furniture that I paid for from a company that get this are you ready from a company that there business is selling furniture !

I would give 0 star if I could! I have purchased 4 dining chairs from that store, and after only a month, 2 of them were already broken. When I call Ashley Center, they told me that they could not replace or fix them, they could only order the pieces and I would have to fix them myself, but what is worse, the lady at the phone gave me a FAKE email to send her the photos of the chairs... They are purely THIEVES!!!

Absolutely terrible instillation of furniture and I PAID FOR IT!!! It was over the span of a WHOLE YEAR until I got all of my furniture and set up completely!
We have browsed here twice looking for things and every time we have terrible customer service. No questions were answered about products and they walked us to their big kiosk to browse instead of showing us anything they had in store.
We ordered a couch and table on 11/07/2020. Was told up to 12 weeks. It is now 03/27/20 with not 1 call updating our shipment. When we called 16 weeks after was told it would take until may 22 before we get a delivery. WHAT A JOKE!
My husband and I purchased furniture in November and were guaranteed 8-12 weeks for delivery. We paid for delivery, since pick up was not an option. We even paid for a 5-year protection plan that we actually didn't request. The salesman added it without our consent and then by the time we got to the actual invoice we had been there a ridiculous amount of time and didn't feel like questioning it at that point. Around the 12-week mark, we hadn't heard anything from Ashley regarding delivery setup or anything at all. I called the store and found out that our furniture had been delayed and we were waiting on a part of the couch to be manufactured (so if I hadn't called, we wouldn't have heard anything from them). I was then quoted that our furniture would be ready "towards the end of the month (Feb) or beginning of March." Okay, no problem. But you don't update your customers on any delays in their orders? "Our systems were not built for a pandemic and they do not provide updates." Okay, I also understand that (to an extent). However, being a year later, you can't use the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service. I was then told I could cancel the order if I wanted or I could continue to wait for it. Obviously, we want our furniture, so I will wait to receive an update for delivery beginning of March. Fast forward to today, I received a call to notify me that my order is now "anticipated" to be ready mid April! Another 4 weeks tacked on to my wait time, in April we are coming up on 20+ weeks now waiting for this order. I was given the option again, that they would refund and waive the stocking fee if we wanted to cancel the order if we wanted to look around to find somewhere else that could deliver something in a time frame that worked for us. Well what about the rest of my order? I ordered more than just a couch. I kindly explained, we wanted this furniture, we looked around prior to settling on what we ordered. It's ridiculous that our only options are to cancel or wait. Ashley Furniture is not even offering to waive the delivery fee or discount any of the order. You would think that they would be trying to keep the order and customer as happy as possible by doing something for us, the customers. We have purchased from Ashley furniture in the past, and I will continue to wait for this furniture because it's exactly what we wanted. But I will not purchase from here myself or recommend them in the future due to the poor customer service and ridiculous wait time.
Our experience with this store is never again. We went 2 this store December 15th or the 16th and look at some bedroom sets found what we like we talked 2 a male sales person he looked in the computer 2 see if it was in stock he told us everything was in stock except a footbed so we said ok He also stated we had 2 wait 4 weeks which we had no problem with. We went to the sales desk got our papers we noticed at the bottom it says 12 to 18 weeks but all sales employees at the front desk ensures us it would have been 4 weeks so we said ok.now this is December.I call January 16 no bedroom set. January 20 something I called again no bedroom set now we are piss.The 1st week of February we go up there they had another excuse. So they stood by their time line never again why would purchase a house then make plans 2 purchase or expect our bedroom set and don't get it until February 20th so 10 weeks we waited never again.

They are amazing! After 19 weeks of waiting for a sectional from another store we went to them desperate for furniture. The team (Abel, Bill and one other) jump right in to help us find what we needed. They even looked through their entire inventory to find out what was in stock so that we would have furniture by Thanksgiving. They had by far the best customer service that my family has encountered since we moved to DE in the spring.

The experience me and my wife have had with the store has been an absolute disaster. We placed our order in the beginning of June for a large sectional and a bedroom set, and we are still waiting for the headboard/footboard & bedrails as of September 25th. The order was originally supposed to be completely delivered between 6-8 weeks due to COVID-19 and we were waiting for one extra piece we purchased for the sectional and the bed rails since they were not in stock on the date of the order. Fast forward to two months later and the store has not contacted me with a set delivery date or an update about any changes, so I drove to the store (since they were not answering their phone) and they stated it would be another month because we are now waiting on more pieces that are no longer in stock. This date was pushed back yet again after contacting the store multiple times. The couches and nightstands were then delivered in August, but the couch was making a piece (which was in stock when originally ordered). After about a week, I drove to the store to pick up the missing piece (even though delivery was already paid for). Another week went by and I drove to the store to pick up the dresser. Today the remaining pieces for the bedroom set were supposed to be delivered between 10:00 and 2:00, and at 10:30 I received a call stating the delivery has to get rescheduled because the truck won’t start. This has been the most chaotic and regretful purchase I have ever made. We spent over $5,000.00 on furniture that was not even delivered for 2 months and still is not completely delivered almost four months later. The employees at the store seem like good people, but they truly do not care about the customers or service provided after the sale is made. I would recommend to anyone reading this to go to another furniture store where customers and the entire customer experience is valued.
Salesperson lies right to my face and told me another furniture store in the are only sold 2nd quality ashely furniture when it turns out they order from the same warehouse. don’t go here unless you want higher prices and to get lied to. they don’t even sell quality furniture only imported junk. glad we didn’t end up spending our money here, hopefully no one else does
If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. This has been the WORST furniture buying experience I have every had. We went into the store to purchase on 20 June...the sales men was friendly and we purchased two twin beds, a full size bed all with mattresses and boxsprings, a tall dresser and nightstand.The salesperson originally told us it would be two weeks for delivery. When we went to the "checkout counter" we where handed off to a lady that did not greet us simply carried on about her conversation or whatever she was doing, rang us up took my credit card and said it would be 2-6weeks for delivery...Huh weird I thought when 10 min earlier I was told two weeks but whatever we get the awesome pandemic has slowed everything down. Bottom line she was VERY RUDE. Fast foward three weeks, I call to check on our order and was they are still waiting on a "few items," called the next week and told the same each time and they said they would call when all items where in. Each time I talked to a very RUDE woman. About week five I receive a random call from PA, apparently the Ashley furniture customer service center for the area and they schedule us for delivery for 8 Aug (6wks to the day since I bought the furniture) and that I would receive a call the day before from the delivery team with timeframe, on 6 Aug I got a call again from the PA number verifying my address and telling me again I would get a call on the 7th. The 7th roles around and surprise NO CALL. I call the customer service number the morning of the 8th at 10am (when they opened) because the local store doesn't open till noon, and was told the delivery would be between 1pm-3pm, and I would get a call an hour before. So we cleared our kids rooms and got ready. 2pm roles around and NOTHING, called the local store and it rang and rang, called the PA store and after waiting on hold for over 20mins was told they wouldn't be able to deliver but would "make and exception" and deliver on Sunday the 9th BUT couldn't give me a time and I would get a call to confirm window that day.....SOOOO at 5-pm after not getting a call from the delivery team, I called the Ashley store in Dover again, I had to call at least 6times because no one would answer even though the store hours showed they where open, I got the same lady who I talk to every time and she basically told me that either the Customer Service folks in PA where lying or I was lying about them delivering on Sunday because they don't typically do that and she basically couldn't tell me anything and I had to just wait and hope they show up on Sunday. BOTTOM LINE worst customer service I have every seen, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, they suck at communication and are rude (I say they, the sales person was nice but the lady at the checkout was rude and condescending and the lady Ive talked to numerous times on the phone is even worse)
I have not experienced any service at this location. However my wife and I are purchasing a home in Delaware and is looking for a great furniture store to furnish the entire house. Were looking for a one stop shop and based off the reviews I don't know if this will be it. Can someone who recently shopped at this store give me the latest feed back. Better hope that your purchase doesn’t have any problems. My couch didn’t fit up my stairs and had to go back onto the truck. I was told that someone would call me that day to discuss a store credit for another couch. It is now day 17 since the failed delivery and there has been no call or contact from Ashley Furniture other than some e mails telling me that someone will call me. I have called the store on many occasions -no answer. I go to the store that has signs everywhere that they are open for business but can’t get in without an appointment because of COVID. I can’t get a freaking appointment because they never answer their phone. I am out $1900 and this store has ghosted me. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. Update: finally got to speak with a very professional and helpful customer service representative over 3 weeks after delivery issue. They resolved my conflict and offered a refund. Purchase and delivery was fine. Customer service was frustrating but eventually reached a good resolution.
It happened to be one of the worse experiences ever. If it wasn't for the fact I liked the furniture and couldn't find it a reasonable price; I would have gone somewhere else. The service was the worse; your manager did not wear a mask, he was the only working the store. The best part was his girlfriend behind the counter continued for 20 minutes while she powdered her nose and the rest of her face and every other kind of make-up she had in her purse. No mask was worn by her but your door required a mask. Totally unorganized mess I have ever experienced. Was promised delivery on Tuesday well; after an hour on the phone, the furniture is coming two weeks later. I will make this the last time I ever purchase anything from this company. Very-Very disappointing and poor service.
Made my second purchase from Ashley's last week. Salesman was very informative and was not pushing me to buy. Gave me a good deal, typed it up and I took a couple days to think about it and compare. Went back and made my purchase. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.

I was helped by Keisha and she was great! Got me a better price and shipping fee than what I saw online for the bed frame we wanted. I also liked that when I went back to purchase and she was on break her coworker (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was nice enough to do my paper work for her instead of me having to come back (or someone trying to scoop up her sale)! Definitely recommend going to the physical store instead of buying online! Haven’t received my bed yet so I can’t comment on that- but service was great! :)

I went into the Dover store in November and spent $3700. The sales associate was excellent. I ordered a power pack for my love seat that until this day I have not received. I went into the store on Sunday Jan 5th to speak with the manager but he was not available. I was told he would give me a call, it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from a manager and still don’t have the power pack. What type of customer service is this? What type of managers don’t reach out to customers. I’m not happy with my service.
This review has no perks or benefits for me, just wanted to share my experience now that it’s done. I was overwhelmed with the idea of making my first and only large furniture purchase. I wanted a sectional and was disappointed with all the mixed reviews online of my local store options in Dover, but I had to see what I was buying or something very similar in person. Ashley’s customer service was great. Our sales guy didn’t bother us when I said I immediately I really needed to take my time, consider the logistics and our pets, while discussing the options with my boyfriend alone. After 45 minutes, I told him I was ready to discuss two options. The sales associate answered all my questions directly and did not distract me from what I wanted. We were out of there in an hour and a half. Our couch came in in six weeks (the longer of the timeframe) like we were told. My phone call for delivery did not come until a week in advance so five weeks with no contact. I got another call saying the couch would come and a 4 hour window would be set two days before. Then the day before I was given the window 8 to noon. Our couch arrived at 9:15 a.m., honestly to my surprise. My couch is high quality, firm, great fabric, fits perfectly, has all the pieces I paid for. The guys brought it in gently with no damage to anything in my house. They were gone in 20 minutes. TLDR: My experience with Ashley Furniture in Dover was great, despite other scary reviews, and it may be worth it to find out yourself like I did. Saved me a lot of money and zero hassle going with them.
Staff was not to friendly. Also followed us around like car salesmen. Due to this we bought the same bedroom set and kitchen table they had at another store for half the price.
At least 6 sales people near the entrance offering assistance. Reminds me of going to a car dealership.

Fantastic service. Ordered 3 rooms of furniture on a Sunday morning and all was delivered and set up by Wednesday morning. Wonderful sales person, John and also store manager, Joe, who ensured the delivery happened so quickly. Will use them again when we finish furnishing our condo.

I did not even have a chance to walk into the store. I called because I am currently out of state. The female on the phone was less than pleasant. The website said contact store for sale price. She said " It's like around $2000". I asked her if I were to purchase this couch today what would be the total? She said, "Hold on". She placed me on hold for 20 + minutes. I finally just said forget it. I found the same couch at Johnny Janosik with a lot better customer service and cheaper then what I was quoted by $1300.
Thief's! Came to agreement on living room set with salesman after his smooth slick talking and to have furniture delivered 2 weeks later missing parts to the set and being told that it was never part of the deal after he talked my wife an I into it for over an hour just to mess around with the paper work to RIP us off with only half the set of furniture

I found myself in a dilemma trying to locate a recently discontinued piece that goes with a bedroom set I had purchased last April. After trying a few stores in my State of PA I had no luck. Tried another store in DE and ended up getting the Dover DE store where I was so very happy with the above and beyond service I had received from Mi'Asha and Morgan. They not only located the item for me but they were also was able to have it delivered to my home. I am extremely grateful for all their assistance!! Truly the best service a person could ask for!! We went to this store a couple weeks ago found a couch paid outright for it that night. Were told it will be in that week. That week comes and goes and my wife calls for an update shes told that it will be there Wednesday morning and they would let us know when its there. Wednesday afternoon i call and am told very rudely that she will call me when the couch is ready shes busy. Finally around 230 they call say its ready for pick up and must be picked up before 6pm. So we get there at 3pm. No one is available to help up load the couch except for a lady that was answering the phones. She didnt know how to lower the loading dock platform and asked for my help to figure it out. I slip and luckily landed on my butt instead of falling out of the loading dock to the concrete. We finally get the couch inside the truck and the manager shows up once were done. As my wife starts to tell him how ridiculous this all is he shuts the loading dock bay door on both of us without even apologizing and before we can get copys of our paperwork. The mangers name was JOE WE WILL NEVER GO TO THE DOVER STORE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER! Unless of course youre looking for overpriced furniture, plently of headaches, 0 customer service and lazy rude employees .
Furniture is good quality and good customer service
It's the lowest number of stars I could leave. If you have an other than regular schedule like I do. Be prepared to be told that you should have discussed it with the salesman after you already did no less than a dozen times. When they say four hour window for delivery they don't mean your four hour window. Maybe other locations will treat you different but the woman talked to in Dover yesterday didn't want to listen. Told me I should have discussed my schedule with the salesman, which I did. She told me she wasn't a child when I was trying to explain to her that delivery needed to be by 2pm so any day works as long as the four hour window was before 2. Then she hung up on me. I thought that was a nice way for her to treat someone since she already had my money for over a week. So I don't know if I will ever see my furniture. Good luck to you as a customer. I hope you have all day free and don't work nights where you need to sleep in the afternoon and evening.
Very positive experience. My salesman, Bill and his counter partner, Miasha were very nice. No pressure at all to purchase. Bill answered any questions we had and got us a great price on a couch and recliner. Miasha was very professional in our check out process. I would use them again in the furture for any of our furniture needs.
Presidents sale seemed to be a bit of a scam. We recently purchased a couch on their floor for less than half of the retail sticker price. The president day sale claims you can save up to fifty percent off.
The service at the store was good in the beginning; it’s what happened after. On the delivery day, 3 of the 6 pieces had scratches, and the solution of the delivery person was to cover it with a marker, that wasn’t even the same shade of color! So we rejected those items, then the deliver guy found out he was also missing one of the bed supports. It’s been ten days now of my son sleeping on the couch, because we had given his old bed away the night before he was supposed to get his new bedroom set. When I called the store, I was told the manager wasn’t available and that he’d return my phone call. Of course, no one called to date! Very disappointed!
I found this store to offer better prices on quality furniture vs. a competitor with less quality and higher prices. The salesman did a great job at listening to what we were looking for without being pushy, and we were offered many payment options.

We went in looking for furniture to buy for my grandpa because at his age and health status, he needs something that’s better. Abel was our salesman. He was very nice, helpful and patient. The store manager, I’m not sure what his name is, but he was wonderful. He really helped us find the best deal when I told him what my budget was. Also, we had to spend a little more to get the financing that I needed, but in the end it worked out better for my wallet thanks to him! I highly recommend the Dover location to anyone! The only thing that bothered me, which is why I give it a 4 star, is that the girl sitting at the counter was eating and she used language in one of her conversations. It’s just not professional. But if you’re going there to shop, tell them what you need, and I’m positive they’ll do what they can to get it for you.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. It took over an hour just to ring us up to pay for the products. The we get the run around about the delivery of one of our products for 3 weeks. They they deliver some and still did not get the original piece. Every time we call to talk to the manager his is "busy". We leave message after message to be called be and after at least 6 calls still nothing. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
My wife and I went into the store the day after Christmas and saw signs all over the windows that read "ALL FURNITURE 50% OFF PLUS AN ADDITION 20% OFF AND FREE DELIVERY/ SETUP." The only fine print read "prices based off of corporate prices", which was fine considering we would be getting 70% off. Well, we told the salesman the specific dresser we needed and he came back with a price that was MUCH higher than the "corporate retail price". Even after the hefty discount the total did not add up. Not even close! He then explained that this was a privately owned franchise and their prices were different from Ashley's corporate prices and there was nothing he could do about it... even though the hundreds of signs on the windows and in store state otherwise. They are purposely false advertising to get people into the store! Needless to say, we will not support a business that operates like this, and I would advise anyone who considers shopping there to do the same! Total scam!

The manager was absolutely awesome to work with. The staff on the other hand wasn’t great. He follow us like a hawk and would just chime into our conversation. He couldn’t answer questions without running to the back or to someone else. At check out him and the lady that handles finances were arguing over who should do what and how it needed to be done which was less than professional. I wish that we had just worked with the manager the whole time.

Ordered a couch and bedframe back in July and was told 2-6 weeks for shipping. The customer service there was amazing, but it's almost October and I still havent recieved any of my items. I called for an update and was disappointed to hear that my couch wouldn't be in until November 5th, and that my bedframe was sitting in their warehouse but they wont ship it to me without the couch. Very disappointed that I paid $2400 just to wait 4 months for my items.
We bought furniture from this store to furnish entire house in January it was delivered. 1 wrong item was ordered and 1 mismatched mirror was delivered for dresser. After 4 months of phone calls and excuses back and forth they finally agree to replace the wrong items, but only to change their mind and said I have to pay for them again. My mistake was that I walked into that store and made a purchase. From the start the staff was not attentive and rude, talking loud and laughing among themselves and made me feel like I was not welcome there. After learning that I am purchasing furniture for entire house their attitude changed and manager was involved in the transaction. Long story, short - I have to look in the mirror every morning that is from a different bedroom set and does not match bedroom furniture color and style and every night I rest my book on miss-matched nightstand. It serves as a reminder to never set foot in Ashley store again.
This is by far the worst Ashley’s Furniture I have EVER been to! My husband and I purchased furniture in which the Manager John Brown assisted. He told us we would receive our items within a week or two. Well four weeks later we received only HALF of what we purchased. We called Ashley’s Furniture immediately as the rep told us, “you’ll be receiving the rest of your items by end of day, it had to be put on a separate truck.” Well after waiting all day, the furniture never showed up. We drove down to Ashley’s Furniture and was told that our recliner was in the back of the store and “human error” was the explanation we received. We were then informed that the Manager John Brown would be calling us the next day. We waited two days, and never heard from John. My husband had to take the initiative to speak with John, as John told him that he would send an email out to find out what happened to our furniture and would call my husband right back. It has been 1 week, and have we heard from John…NO! Do we have our furniture as we have patiently waited for 5 weeks….NO! The manager John Brown was very quick to throw us a sales pitch and take our credit card information, but when there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. I am such a good customer with Ashley’s Furniture but this will be the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME I SHOP AT THE DOVER ASHLEY’S FURNITURE. Looking at the rest of the reviews for those that have had problems, whom ever is responding giving information to contact customer service via email….do not bother! Rather than respond telling me to contact customer service and feed me a bunch of nonsense, how about investigate where my furniture is and look into hiring a different manager! I highly discourage shopping at this furniture store! This store is not even worthy of a 1 star rating.
I have never received such poor, dishonest, and deplorable customer service from any business as I have from Ashley Furniture. I ordered several pieces of furniture for my new home. On the day of delivery my furniture did not show up until after 9 o'clock at night, after having to wait around all day. I was not living in my home yet, it was dark, and I was exhausted. I saw that the furniture was delivered and signed off on the delivery. A few days later I went to move the dresser from where the movers had placed it. I noticed that the entire corner was missing. Not only was the corner missing, it had been covered up with matching stain. I was appalled that the dresser they had delivered to me was known to be damaged and attempted to be "fixed". I paid for a new dresser, not a used refurbished one. I called the Dover store, talked to the manager John, and he said that it would be no problem to get a new dresser. This was over 3 weeks ago. Since then I have talked to every customer service rep, the warehouse, and corporate. All of which made the promise to call me back with information. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. After being passed off from department to department for several weeks the verdict was that I waited to long to make the complaint. Despite several customer service representatives, whom I sent pictures to, said that I was clearly not to blame and that I should get a new dresser, they refuse to right their wrong. I explained that I did not want anything for free, simply what I paid for. Ashley Furniture is a horrible excuse for a business. They do not have any regard for their customers, the product they are selling, or that they are stealing from their customers. I will continue to contact and explore every avenue to ensure that NO ONE has the same degrading, awful, frustrating experience that I have had to endure. Ashley Furniture should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. I would urge anyone to steer clear of this business, as they are criminals.
I've been to this store twice, and both times have had very helpful sales associates that did NOT pressure or breathe down my neck like some furniture stores - which is highly appreciated. Great quality goods for the prices. And I love the little "spilled food and drink" displays on the furniture. It took me a few minutes to realize that they weren't real!
Amazing experience! Quality furniture and great selection. All of my furniture is Ashley and 6 years in, no issues in craftsmanship. The associates here are GREAT. They helped me with selection, room decorating, and staying within the budget I had specified. Becky is awesome; she was patient while I tried out chairs and looked at colors. She didn’t rush me or hover which is a plus when it comes to sales. Highly recommend!

The salesperson named John Powell who assisted me with my purchase was very professional and respectful of my furnishing needs. I got what I wanted with no problem. I have purchased from Ashley furniture store in the past. Today is one of my best experience with Ashley furniture store. I highly recommend anyone to shop at your store.
Im a little late posting this. I went to this Ashleys a few months ago. The sales person was awesome, but the supervisor/manager who sits behind the counter and provides you the finance paperwork was a real piece of work. Our sales guy forgot to tell us we had to put $100 down, which was no big deal because we had already figured that and were prepared. She looked at us and it felt like she sized us up as being a couple who cant afford to put $100 down, because she LOUDLY started informing us that we cant finance unless we have $100. And the tone she used made it very obvious that she thought we didnt have it. She had stereotyped us. And it was humiliating. At first we said nevermind and left, but as we sat in the parking lot, we decided to go back in, throw it in her face that she almost caused her salesman to lose a sale because of her loud ignorant attitude, and we made our purchase despite her pre-labeling us. She TRIED to be polite after I told her about herself (and after she found out Im a veteran and my husband is an EMT), but I just gave her the cold shoulder and let her see how it feels to be singled out in public. Sales people get 5 stars, but the supervisors treatment of customers gets a zero, so Im setteling with a 1 star. Its never been ok to label people and loudly humiliate them by implying they cant afford your cheap furniture. I dont know if shes still there, but I hope theyve replaced her with a supervisor who doesnt stereotype and pre-judge.

I came here a couple weeks ago to look for a couch for my apartment. I had been shopping around for a while so I knew generally what I was looking for and what price range things *should* be. The staff at Ashley were nice and somewhat helpful, but I still felt the strong vibe they were just trying to make a sale. The main reason I got my couch from here was because they told me they could get it to me the soonest out of all the stores and that they would work to have delivery “expedited” for me. I’ve now just gotten a call saying it’ll be another week before it’s delivered... the same wait time all the other stores had. Could have gotten a better couch for a better price somewhere else if I knew I had to wait same time everywhere. I know the salsperson doesnt have much to do with the delivery, but it was the fact they acted like they were going to do all they could to get it to me ASAP. Naive of me. Three stars because they were still friendly and at least pretended they were gonna be helpful, and I got an OK price on my couch.

Came in to look at bed frames with my son and husband. I also happen to be heavily pregnant, which was immediately pointed out by the salesman. He deemed it appropriate to comment on the closeness in age of my children and make suggestions on how to ‘stop while we were ahead’. Immediately walked out. Very rude and inappropriate.
Called to ask about a lift chair for my mother. Asked for sales and was transferred. I asked what they had In lift chairs. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any information from this salesperson. I asked 3 times what they had. Still no answers. I got hung up on and called the store in Delmar. They on have 2 models and Elwood the sales person was very helpful and I bought the chair all within 5 minutes. I called back to this store and asked for manager to tell her about my very bad experience. I think it was the same sales girl that was the manager too because she was also rude and wasn’t even listening to me. When she did not seem interested in what I was saying, I asked her if she was listening to me, she said, well I’m busy doing other things. I’m surprised they even have 3 stars. I usually don’t give out bad ratings because I own a business and things can happen. This is just a very bad store. Call Elwood in Delmar if you want fast good service and actually want the prices of things without having to beg.
Amazing customer service, excellent attention to detail. No pressure sales team. Was more like visiting with friends that were helping me pick out what I needed for my house. I would recommend them to anyone. And when they found out that I was a veteran, they showed me so much respect and made sure that if there was anything at all that would help that they would make it work.
They had furniture, everywhere. This location appeared to be recently opened as with the surrounding shopping center. Overall my experience was pleasant as I was on a mission looking for something specific. I didn't find it there but wasn't really expecting to so it's not their fault.

The quality of the products are great! And we received great customer service with our second couch from Ashley’s! Unfortunately the restocking fees are very high so if you have to return something be prepared to pay. Otherwise overall good quality service in general.

So here’s my dilemma... the store itself is amazing. We ordered a sofa and loveseat through them as a Christmas gift for my in laws. Our sales rep Derek was so helpful, he came in on his day off to ensure that our order was taken care of successfully... overall ordering our couch set was a great experience... But then all hell broke loose when it came to getting our couch set from their warehouse. My husband and his friend had rented a small trailer to pick up the couches because we don’t have a truck and the warehouse is almost an hour from where we live. So they get the couches, start unpacking them in my in laws living room, only to realize that they gave us the right set, but the couches were two different colors... one grey, ones taupe. Obviously we called the store to try and rectify this situation and they said someone would give us a call back... Well after a week of us hounding the warehouse to give us info on how to get the correct color couch, they finally call us back and tell us the wrong couch was given to use cuz someone had ordered the same set as us but in the opposite color and we got one of theirs but that WE would have to go all the way back to make the swap. No remorse. No compensation. And no help was given from these people. I informed them that we didn’t have a truck, and didn’t wanna pay yet again to rent one when the mistake wasn’t even ours or the stores fault in the first place... it was the WAREHOUSES! These rude, ignorant people couldn’t freakin deliver the couch to us, give us our money back, give us any sort of compensation what-so-ever for THEIR mistake all because they said we should have checked the couches before we left. Well we finally went to get our couches and sure enough the guy who gave them to us informed us that it is their duty to open the packaging at the warehouse so the customer can see the items are in tact and correct BEFORE the customer signs off on receiving them. So this is the lengthiest review I’ve ever left... but I’m freakin pissed off. This stupid warehouse ruined a Christmas gift for my in laws, all because they couldn’t accommodate. Great store, but beware of the warehouse 😳

My sales rep was Mika Reed. She was so down to earth and informative with another customer that I waited for her to become available so she could help me too. Initially, I planned on spending $600. However, after checking out all the deals, I walked away paying $3000 for $7000 worth of furniture!!! Great experience and I will be referring Mika to a friend who is ready to replace all their furnishings throughout their home too!

My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture on black friday and experienced nothing but quality service and assistance from their staff. Mr. Jerry and Shantell helped us from the very start, answered all our questions and were generally just pleasant to be around.
Bill did a great job selling us our couches! He didn’t push us into a sale and showed us everything we asked for. We ended up purchasing a sofa, sleeper, and loveseat. The financing was quick and easy.
Purchased our table, chairs, a couch, and ottoman form here today. We stopped because there was a guy dancing on the side of the road for a Columbus Day sale. Derrick was very friendly. We did not make a purchase the first night we were there but came back the next day due to Derrick's personality. He didn't follow us like a shadow but was there every second we needed him. Definitely recommend the Dover Ashley with its friendly staff and customer care!!!
So I came into the the store and the sales associate EJ was so very helpful. He was very nice and patient with me. EJ is an awesome sales associate with great customer service. Just moved to Delaware early June and went to the Dover store to look for a bed for my daughter. I've used Ashley's in Easton MD several times and had great experiences. Not so with this store. Salesman told us delivery would be fairly quick as item was in stock. After 3 weeks I got a call asking if I'd accept delivery on July 4th. I said yes since I was off work that day. The day before received a call that we were the 4th delivery and should arrive before noon. Got a call from driver at 10:30 that they'd arrive in half hour. They arrived in an hour, no big deal. Two guys carried the boxes and pieces to my daughter's room. After about 20 minutes they called me up to tell me that the legs to the footboard were missing. They said they called their boss, Art, and he would drive to the Newark distribution center to get them and then deliver them to us same day. At this time I also noticed there was a chip in the footboard. I asked the guys about the chip (and took a picture) and they said Art would bring something with him to fix the chip and "you'll never notice it". I was told it would take about 2 hours for Art to arrive. They left with the bed half assembled in the middle of the floor and her bed/box spring up against the wall. We waited and waited and then at 3pm (3 hours later), Kara called us from the distribution center and said there were no legs to deliver. She was very nice and apologetic but that didn't help the fact that we wasted our entire day on a holiday waiting for promised furniture that never came. The next several days I made several calls to the Dover Store to 1). see when I could expect to receive the rest of the bed and 2) to ask for the delivery fee to be removed ($100) as that's the least they could do for ruining our 4th of July and 3) ask how they were going to address the chip in the footboard. Each time I spoke with females who were very understanding and professional - they made arrangements for the footboard to be picked up and told me they'd deliver a new footboard when they delivered the legs to the footboard. They gave me the name of the store manager as "Bobby Everhart" but he was not available and "just left the building". I asked her to call him and give him my number to call. She called me back an hour later and said "he asked me to call you and apologize. He can't call because he's driving. He can't refund the delivery fee but he does have a gift card for you." I deal with the public in my position and find his lack of customer service quite surprising for a "General Manager". I asked for his boss and was told "that is the owner, but I'm not allowed to give you his name." I guess nothing will come of it at this point. My daughter slept on the couch for 3 nights until someone came to pick up the chipped footboard and dismantle the bed. My days are too busy to keep wasting my time calling to follow up. However, when I am ready to purchase more furniture, I will NOT use the Ashley store in Dover. Never did get that gift card either!! LOL. What a joke!
Just bought a bedroom set here for a great price. The sales lady was very nice even threw in a free decorative item. Delivery was a bit of a mess, first try "truck broke down" second try had to wait all day on a delivery supposed to show up at noon. Reccomend hauling items yourself if possible.
Horrible. They tell u it will take 4wks now at 7 with out furnkture. Managers have no clue what is going on. They don't want to take care of cuatomwrs. They tell you 1 person is manager call warehouse. Then get run arouns. I would not recommend this company. They take money and are not good with customers. They have no organization . Kim manger a warehouse horrible. Dedria new to store lies and does not stand up to what she says. Tell you she will call the next day and doesn't. Then Jordan excuse I just haven't made it down the list yet. So if you want to wait 3 months for furniture use them. If not go somewhere else. Had to give 1 star since it won't post with no star. But it does not deserve anything.
I have brought many Ashley furniture pieces in the past and always was very happy with the product and customer service. But last month I went to the Ashley store in Dover DE (2/19/17) I brought a sofa and chair and as of today (3/27/17) I STILL DONT HAVE MY FURNITURE. I have put in several calls into the manager there (Rico) who is the worst manger ever!!! He has no customer skills at all and he really need to be FIRED! It's very sad how this one person is giving a bad name for the whole company....I know next time to take my business somewhere else.
Manager (Rico) is rude and unprofessional. The night I was in the store, my salesperson (great gal) had several questions for her manager and kept going back-n-forth to his desk. He was on the phone giggling, laughing, and carrying on instead of doing his job. You would think that after my salesperson had gone to him so many times that he would've come over and assisted her. Nope! He stayed on the phone and continued in the same manner. The next day I cancelled my order after receiving a call from him (Rico) saying that my order would be longer than promised (4 weeks). I attempted to ask some questions but he would not let me get a word in....kept talking over me. When I walked in to sign the cancellation and receive a refund, he hid behind some of his employees (ladies) on one of the couches. (A wannabe ladies man) Definitely not manager material! Seen me walk in, but did not speak to me. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero.

Ordered furniture on Sept. 4th (two couches, coffee table, two end tables, and a king size headboard, footboard, and panel). Was promised 2-4 week delivery and it's now been over 6 weeks and I still have not received my furniture. Have spoken to manager several times. I have been told it was on back order and was being trucked from PA the week of Oct. 3rd and delivered the week of Oct. 10th. Then on Oct. 8th I was told the order wasn't placed until a few days after Sept. 4th so then it would be trucked the week of Oct. 10th and I would receive a call no later than Oct. 16th to schedule delivery. That day has gone and passed and still nothing. I will be calling today to get an update, but I don't think I will get anywhere. They are rude and poor customer service. I've heard many excuses from them on why it's not delivered yet and they are running out of lies to tell. Will never purchase from here again!
They are very shady, thought I asked for and bought a 3 PC. Living room set, when I got the furniture it was only a 2 PC the table set was missing the hardware, and they where very rude when I called about the problem will not ever buy anything from them again!!!!!!

Sales person was great, my 5 year old daughter loved her. Wish I knew her name so I could mention it. How ever that was the only great thing about this place. We placed an order for a coffee table and side tables. They said it shouldn't take long because it is coming from PA. It took 3+ weeks. Every time I called, they were rude and had no information for me. I'll stick with Magnolia Furniture for now on!
I purchase a table set that was a floor model. After I paid for it, Tara became very rude and pulled out a sheet of paper that stated their rules & regulations, about getting help with moving the table to my car. She said "NOBODY CAN HELP YOU MOVE ANYTHING, HERE ARE THE RULES". I respect their policy and I got my brothers to help me the next day. She just was so nasty about it, and I didn't know that the "friendly sales guys" couldn't help me. I world never send anyone there, go to American Signature. She's horrible all I felt was buyers remorse because I should of went somewhere else because I regret buying anything from her..

Delivered bedroom furniture with no bed rails. .took almost a month to deliver..and could not give a time of delivery I was number14 whatever that means waited all day...then bed rails took 3 weeks to come.i got a call saying the driver got hurt after waiting all day called me at 8pm..smh
DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! First purchase ever with Ashley Home Furniture. Bought a new sofa from ASHLEY FURNITURE in Dover, DE for our finished basement. We paid $100 for "professional delivery". They delivered it and couldn't get it to go through a standard size door frame. Do we get a credit for our purchase? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! We get charged a 40% RESTOCKING FEE!! If the sofa is so large it can't fit through a standard doorway, the store should warn buyers they may have to return it and not even get credit for it. Poor business decision and practice. I called the store today and asked for the manager's name and the person who answered the phone refused to give it to me. I learned my lesson, I will buy furniture from local businesses. They certainly would never had done that. They have better business sense.
The worst delivery schedule I've ever seen. Still sitting at 6:30 pm on a Friday night awaiting my delivery. Telling me that I am Stop 9 means, "WHAT"....Sitting at home, took off work, this is ridiculous. Never ordering anything from them again. Did I mention that I call the Dover store; Absolutely no sympathy at all. The clerk had the nerve to tell me; So people don't receive deliveries until 8 pm...I informed her, "If they show up after 8 pm, no one will be here...I want to go out to eat. Had I known it would be this late, I would've went to work vs burning a days leave. THEY GOT MY MONEY NOW, CAN'T COMPLAIN...WORTHLESS!!
was happy that this Dover store had a selection with delivery available to my new home in Milton DE. Currently, living in VA until my home is constructed I visited an Ashley Furniture showroom in Woodbridge, VA instead of making a 2.5 hrs drive to Dover. We found a Queen bedroom set we liked, called the Ashley Dover DE store and told them we have an Ashley Ad showing the sale price at $999. A Kyle confirmed they too have the sale, that they could honor the sale until 7-14-14, but that they would have to order it, as long as I drive to Dover and buy it. I made hotel arrangements, took time off from work, incurred costs to go buy my furniture. The day before my trip to Dover, I called the Ashley Dover store so they can have things ready... now they decided to tell me because Ashley furniture is a "franchise" that they could not honor the Woodbridge VA sale of $999 but could only offer it at $1600... Of course I was livid, I was previously told they could offer the same sale, stopped my life, hotel, time off from work. .. a cost to me... When I explained this to the manager he showed no sympathy, he called the other Ashley VA store his competition, and that he couldn't "giveaway" furniture. ... as if I was asking for a handout... NOT once did he seem sympathetic to possible mis-communication by Kyle, not once did he show any sympathy for misunderstanding, he remained tepid as if they can do no wrong. .m We made our attempt to keep our money at their store, we even purchased $2500 of furniture the weekend before. This manager gave me the feeling that I was poor and begging for a handout. He expressed zero to no remorse for the potential of misrepresentation by his employee, it didn't even phase him how I explained I took time off from work, incurred hotel costs. .. this guy gave you the feeling of "too bad, so sad... not my problem". I care about the employees their and their jobs, so I won't go so far as to say don't buy their products. But.. don't put yourself in a situation where store manager displays a holier than thou attitude. .. they really gave me the impression they didn't care less... By the way, Kyle and other floor salespeople treated us nice, and I accept that either he or myself may have misunderstood each other. . But you get the feeling that they have run to the store manager as if he's the great Wizard of Oz... behind some curtain working magic. You get that used car sales feeling, and if the manager talks to me the way the way I perceived, imagine how he talks to the salespeople. .. DON'T put yourself in a situation that you have to deal or talk to this manager, he really needs to brush up in his customer service skills.. .. used car sales lots gave you more sympathy. . I am not doing business their again... I was planning on filling my 3300 sq ft house at a budget of $1000 to $3500 a room....
