My intention in walking into this Ashley store that day was merely to browse. The selection, quality and pricing won me over and with the patience, kindness and eye of an interior designer of the manager, Michelle, I purchased what I both needed and wanted! The sales team at this store is wonderful - no pressure and very knowledgeable - and would absolutely recommend - this store in particular - for all bedding and furniture needs!

Jazzmyne was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to answer my many questions. What a great experience!

ASHLEY FURNITURE MIDDLETOWN DELAWARE LOCATION: One star since zero isn’t an option. We waited 3 weeks for the delivery . Upon arrival the delivery truck was badly loaded with furniture unprotected and just thrown into the truck. We ordered a full bedroom set and a mattress and boxspring. Bedroom headboard had scratches on the top, fabric wasn’t sewn correctly and there was pulls all over it. The dresser was not put together properly and the tall dresser had chips on the bottom and on the side. The mattress had a 1 inch hole in it. SEE PHOTOS. We denied delivery. Ashley offered us $300 off and told us to wait another 3 weeks for new furniture. We spent $8000 so $300 was a low ball refund. They don’t care about their customers and the quality of furniture is trash. BUYER BEWARE.

Top notch customer service! I can’t say enough good things about Mason & James. The last couch we bought was a leather Lazy Boy 25 years ago so this was a big decision! They were so nice and patient, no pressure just options. I work in customer service and Mason & James are great at what they do. We came 3 times before we decided and they were so very patent! We will be back for more furniture in the future.

We’ve had our couch for a few years now. No complaints about the sofa itself but just be weary of spending a few hundred on warranty. My son spilled vinegar on our sofa and I’m having a hard time getting the smell out. I was told when I got the warranty that child mishaps were covered, which is why I got it since we were just having a baby back then. But the warranty somehow covered nothing except if our recliners were to break. The list of what isn’t covered is like 27 lines ensuring they’re literally not responsible for anything. They wouldn’t even send someone out to clean it or look at it. Even though it’s only one square of the entire sectional. Definitely a waste of money.

While I got quick, friendly service here, after I paid for my furniture, I was told it would be 8 weeks until I got my furniture. Make sure to ask about that before buying ANYTHING. A friend asked me how did I pay? I said I paid for it up front and that's when I was told had I financed it - where they get more money from me - I might have gotten quicker delivery. I still have another 4 weeks to wait. PLEASE ask about this before purchasing.

My partner and I are expecting, just moved into our home, and went in last night and were looking for a rocking recliner for our bedroom that would be eventually moved down to livingroom with a matching set for the livingroom. Mason J gave us so many options, He was so patient and kind with all my questions and funiture needs. He made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. Completely different furniture delivered — no resolution offered I spent nearly $3,000 at Ashley Furniture in September for a couch set (a regular couch and a loveseat) that looked and felt great in the store. But what was delivered to my home was not the same product — different color, different cushion sizes, and noticeably lower quality overall. It felt like a cheaper version of what I picked out. I went back to the store and they filed a complaint. Ashley sent out new couch cushions, and that’s when I realized the full problem — the replacement cushions were clearly made for the couch I actually ordered, and didn’t match the couches I received. In other words, this confirmed I had been sent the wrong product altogether. Despite trying multiple times to get this resolved, Ashley Furniture has refused to make it right. I’m not asking for a refund — I just want the incorrect furniture picked up and a store credit to choose the couch I originally paid for. They won’t even offer that. It’s extremely disappointing to spend this kind of money, trust a major brand, and get treated like my experience doesn’t matter. I’ve since filed a complaint with the BBB. Until they start standing behind their products and treating customers fairly, I can't recommend shopping here.

Dell, was a big help with my purchase. He was friendly and informative....i actually came back a couple hrs later to make my purchase based on his info and after my son looked at the pictures i sent earlier.

Had a pretty bad experience buying from this store. Bought a floor model and they sent me the bed with wrong parts and it took me countless hours to explain the issue on calls as well as couple of store visits to finally get the correct parts. The bed was not usable for about 40 days after the delivery. Their delivery team is even a bigger mess as they have damaged my brand new house stairs and a ceiling wall while taking the furniture upstairs. The worse part is the delivery guy tried to use a sketch pen to cover up the damage on the stairs so I wouldn't notice. Showed the damage to Delivery head and he took the pictures of the damage. Reported the issue to Ashley services and shared the pictures of the damages and after few weeks they said they cannot do anything as I failed to report the issue within 72 hours of the damage.

I went to Ashley today to look at new furniture for my bedroom. I was greeted by Jacquelynn, she assisted me with my search. I was unsure if I was just looking today or buying, and Jacquelynn wasn’t pushy at all! She took her time, was extremely knowledgeable on all the pieces. I greatly appreciated her honesty and the amount of time she took. I didn’t feel rushed and the other employees were extremely welcoming and briefly talked with me as well. I often find that furniture store employees can be pushy and like used car salesmen but my experience here was the complete opposite!

We told him we were just going to browse around. Now, we knew what we were looking for, but we just wanted to be able to look around with no pressure but Gary followed behind us striking up conversation. At first, I was thinking "oh no, this is not what I wanted" but Gary ended up being a wealth of information and offered no pressure to buy. We ended up buying an awesome sectional!
