Wrong couches delivered, Ashley won’t fix their mistake My wife and I bought two couches from Ashley Furniture back in September — a loveseat and a regular couch. We spent around $3,000 and thought we were getting a quality set like what we saw in the store. What we got delivered was completely different. The cushions were the wrong size, the color was off, and the whole thing felt cheap and not what we picked out. It didn’t make sense until Ashley sent us new cushions after we complained — and that’s when it really hit us. The new cushions were clearly made for the couch we actually ordered, but they didn’t match the couch we received at all. So basically, Ashley delivered us the wrong furniture, and even with proof, they’ve refused to do anything about it. All we’re asking is for them to pick up the wrong couches and give us a store credit so we can get what we paid for. We’ve been more than fair — but their customer service has been a joke. We’ve filed a BBB complaint, and unless this is resolved, we won’t be shopping here again — and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else trust them either.

Completely different furniture delivered — no resolution offered I spent nearly $3,000 at Ashley Furniture in September for a couch set (a regular couch and a loveseat) that looked and felt great in the store. But what was delivered to my home was not the same product — different color, different cushion sizes, and noticeably lower quality overall. It felt like a cheaper version of what I picked out. I went back to the store and they filed a complaint. Ashley sent out new couch cushions, and that’s when I realized the full problem — the replacement cushions were clearly made for the couch I actually ordered, and didn’t match the couches I received. In other words, this confirmed I had been sent the wrong product altogether. Despite trying multiple times to get this resolved, Ashley Furniture has refused to make it right. I’m not asking for a refund — I just want the incorrect furniture picked up and a store credit to choose the couch I originally paid for. They won’t even offer that. It’s extremely disappointing to spend this kind of money, trust a major brand, and get treated like my experience doesn’t matter. I’ve since filed a complaint with the BBB. Until they start standing behind their products and treating customers fairly, I can't recommend shopping here.

Kyla was amazing! She greeted me with a smile when I walked in, listened to my needs and preferences and she helped me find the perfect dining room chair!
