We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture in Millsboro with our sales consultant Ayana. She knew what we were looking for and gave us the time and space to explore on our own while she was looking at their entire inventory of the type of furniture we were looking for. We found our new store for furniture shopping thanks to Ayana.

Polite, client-oriented, knowledgeable, and patient — it was truly a pleasure to work with her. Kelee answered all of our emails quickly and efficiently, and my overall experience with her was excellent.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience at the Ashley Store. We went in to shop for a couch/sectional, prepared to buy, but expecting to just window shop. We went with our two kids, 3 & 6. Greeted at the door kindly and with zero pressure. After our initial walk through the store trying out items, Hailey asked us if we had any questions. We talked about items we liked and were expertly answered. We deliberated for a while about our options and never got the feeling that our sales rep was a third in our decision making. She was so kind to our kids, talking with them so we could actually make a slow and thought out choice. We ended up making a purchase! They knew their products, were incredibly kind, and made the whole process refreshingly pleasant.

Incredibly impressed! I previously haven't shopped at Ashley just because of reputation. We stopped in just to check as we were shopping for a new family room sectional and recliner. Andre was super helpful yet didn't hover, and the rest of the staff were great. Bought it right away! Arrived within a few weeks and I LOVE IT!!! Couldn't be happier!

Great experience, Andre was very helpful in helping us to find the furniture we needed, and at no point did we feel pressured Andre then jumped thru hoops to make sure that we had a bedroom set the day after we moved it. We will be back again with our next purchase.

Extremely disappointed in what will be our last purchase from Ashley furniture. We have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years, but our last experience has left me feeling frustrated, used, and disrespected. If you do choose to purchase from them, DO NOT purchase the extra warranty, they will not honor it. We were heavily pushed into purchasing an expensive item that we were on the fence about, the manager made us feel comfortable by telling us the extra warranty would provide us with a credit if the item did not fit our needs. We'll after delivery it not only didn't fit our needs, but it was a lower quality and not comfortable. Ashley would not honor our warranty leaving us stuck with the expensive and lose. Their reason... they have no control over what the sales staff tells us and the sales staff was incorrect about the warranty. So the sales staff is known to lie apparently to close a sale, absolutely disgusting.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We found what we were looking for right away.

My wife and I had a great experience with Ashley in Millsboro. Mr. Andre Williams helped us find the perfect couch. He really made the process very enjoyable, giving us space but also answering questions and even doing some extra research when we asked for additional info. We set a delivery date and it arrived right on time - we were all set up in a matter of minutes. The living room looks so much nicer, and the couch is super comfy! I found a furniture style on line at Ashley, but wanted to see it in person before purchasing. I called the store and spoke w Andre and he helped by sending me a quote and inviting us in to see the furniture. We ended up purchasing 2 Dining room tables, 12 chairs, buffet, and king bedroom suite. The process was painless! Very nice store to shop in and all the staff were very nice and professional, not pushy!

Andre is a phenomenal sales associate!!! He pays close attention to the details I was spewing out. I can't have a foot board, it bruises my hands/arms while changing sheets, no high side boards either I have a foam bed etc. Andre listened to everything and guided me to bedroom sets that met my needs. Andre is NOT an overbearing salesman. He is personable and knowledgeable salesman.

I've already given a review, so I'll repeat that Kaylee was very kind, thoughtful and knew her products. I am semi-handicapped so I knew I wouldn't be shopping multiple stores. Kaylee told me that the Purple mattress had standard discounts for sales that were the same anywhere else and that made me realize that I didn't have to shop anywhere else for pricing. She took her time with me and made me feel good about the purchase!

I needed a sofa asap as I had just moved here and was having family visit for Thanksgiving. Joe was amazing and so very helpful!!! Love our new recliner couch and chair. It is a very stylish piece of furniture without screaming “Lazyboy”. It is also very comfortable. Jim was our salesperson and was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit and purchase of the set. The delivery was also excellent. They actually showed up early and were very careful carrying in the furniture into the house (it was a tight squeeze through the front door, but they made it through).

I had a great experience with my salesperson, Jamaal, who gave me space and time to look around the store to see what living room furniture sets were available. When I didn’t see the sofa set I had seen online, I inquired whether it was still in stock. He checked their inventory and the color and pieces I wanted were available to order, and I was also able to receive the lower online prices. I can’t wait for the furniture set to be delivered and set up in my home.

I just purchased a new home and needed furniture for almost every room. I had browsed an Ashley's in another state, but found out each store is individually owned, so I was unable to purchase and have it shipped to my new place. I knew there was an Ashley's close to our new home, so I took pictures of a few of the items. Upon entering the store, we were met with the smiling face of Joe. The store was also bright and clean. Joe brought us right to the couch set I wanted so everyone could be sure it was still good! This store did not have the dining room table on the floor, but Joe was able to pull it up and immediately noticed how well it went with the living room furniture. My family looked for bedroom furniture and mattresses, and I picked out a sleeper sofa for the basement. We spent the better part of the afternoon with Joe, and it was very easy. He went through a lot when it came to picking out the right mattresses and did not pressure anyone into anything they were not sure of. The ladies behind the desk were able to get my financing upped so I could take advantage of the 2 year interest-free deal they had going on. All in all, it was a great experience. Now it's the hard part ... waiting for the furniture to arrive!

I was in immediate need of a new mattress. Prior to visiting the store, I called and spoke with Jamaal. My needs were expressed as well as how I intended to pay for my purchase. Jamaal greeted me upon entry into the store. He took me to the sleep center and explained the difference between several mattresses. Since my priority was next day delivery, he found a set that was comfortable, affordable and in stock. I walked out of the store satisfied in less than an hour.

The price of the furniture was decent but not the best. It was supposed to be a Labor Day sale and it was only up to 15% off. I don't feel like I got 15% off because I had to pay $179 for delivery. I literally live 5 minutes down the road and I can't believe they charged that much to deliver. It just made me feel like I wasn't really getting a discount because the delivery ate that up. I know that Hailey and Dean were just following protocol and they were great. Although the couch I really lijed wasn't in the store so I couldn't sit on it to see if it was comfortable.

We walked into Ashley in Millsboro, DE 20 minutes before close and were welcomed as though it were midday. Laurie B was our Product Specialist and a Specialist she is. Kelee made the process of selecting furniture easy for our new construction. She took the time to listen and not push for a sale. She would suggest then listen to feed back and come back with more suggestions. Great Customer Service

Went into Ashley Furniture in hopes of finding a new bed. Mary was an amazing person to deal with. She took the time to explain the mattresses they had and even took us 1 by 1 to each and explain the differences in them. I originally had "Purple" mattress but with the knowledge they shared, I decided to go Serta. She was able to do a test and find our pressure points when laying and recommended the firmness we needed. I did get the power base and let me tell you, worth it. I have had the bed in house now for about a week and it has been the best sleep I have had in awhile. Wake up feeling refreshed and notice I am not tossing and turning. Without the help of the staff at Ashley, I would have just got some random bed and been miserable.

I would have purchased the living room suit but your company asking for 100% payment before my furniture even arrives. I do not like doing business like that. The company I made my purchase from ask for 50%. No more until all set up, and I'm pleased that's who I'm going to do my business with.

Hi, I went into Ashley home store and was greeted by Joe and he kindly asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was in need of a small sectional and he took immediately to look at three sofas. I said that is it. It was $100 less than the actual floor price I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes I returned I had home and noticed on Facebook that Ashley had the same sofa for $90 cheaper called back to the store and they immediately gave me a credit for the difference. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Joe and floor manager that day.

Jim was very helpful. We had a very good shopping experience.

We purchased a $3,000 couch from Ashley Furniture in Millsboro, DE last year, and the fabric has severely deteriorated due to excessive pilling. When we contacted the store, they directed us to file a warranty claim, which was denied, stating pilling wasn’t covered and recommending we shave the fabric. After escalating to a customer service supervisor, we were told the only solution was replacement cushions since the couch has been discontinued. The fabric is falling apart, and this level of service is unacceptable. We filing a complaint with the BBB.

And then when you meet the person who walks up to greet you and help you and again you know this is just the type of person you were hoping would help you? That’s how it was for me when I went into Ashley Furniture in Millsboro and was greeted by Laurie Bliss, who was just phenomenal to work with. My furniture is so beautiful and perfect and I could not have done it without her. Ashley and Laurie will be my go to for anything furniture related. Highly recommended!!

I was looking for new furnishings for a vacation home this month. Hailey was a joy to do business with. She is a knowledgeable sales professional. I’m glad we came into the store when she was there.

I visited the Ashley store in Millsboro on Jan 18, 2025. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, I had been looking online at a lot of different sites for mattresses and living room furniture. Laurie met me at the door to see if I needed help. Laurie was very professional and friendly which I liked and asked me what i was looking for. Laurie led me to the bedding dept and showed me the purple medium firm mattress. It was just what I was looking for and she let me know it was in stock along with the adjustable frame. Laurie was very knowledgeable about all of the details. I was also looking for a sofa set and found just what I was looking for. I had originally thought I wanted leather but chose a more practical fabric that I love. I cannot give Laurie and the Ashley crew enough praise for my experience today. I can't wait for my furniture delivery which is only 5 days away! ❤

This is my second purchase from Ashley‘s furniture in Millsboro, Delaware. My sales lady Debbie Eisenbrey Has worked with me through both purchases. I ended up even buying a dining room table when I only went in just for a bedroom set so she’s very good at what she does. I love the furniture ay Ashley. I bought The Robbinsdale sleigh bedroom set in antique white. I can’t wait for it to get here. They have great deals going on right now so glad I went there. They also have wonderful mattresses. I got the beautyrest Black series king. It was fabulous.
