Haley was very informative and helpful and I would use her again if I thought I could find something in that . One of the managers I spoke to, and found out that each store independently owned and The brands that are on the Ashley website are not in each of the stores, nor offered. I purchased a mattress and looking forward for it to be delivered and see how well I sleep!

Jim was very helpful. We had a very good shopping experience.

We purchased a $3,000 couch from Ashley Furniture in Millsboro, DE last year, and the fabric has severely deteriorated due to excessive pilling. When we contacted the store, they directed us to file a warranty claim, which was denied, stating pilling wasn’t covered and recommending we shave the fabric. After escalating to a customer service supervisor, we were told the only solution was replacement cushions since the couch has been discontinued. The fabric is falling apart, and this level of service is unacceptable. We filing a complaint with the BBB.

I visited the Ashley store in Millsboro on Jan 18, 2025. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, I had been looking online at a lot of different sites for mattresses and living room furniture. Laurie met me at the door to see if I needed help. Laurie was very professional and friendly which I liked and asked me what i was looking for. Laurie led me to the bedding dept and showed me the purple medium firm mattress. It was just what I was looking for and she let me know it was in stock along with the adjustable frame. Laurie was very knowledgeable about all of the details. I was also looking for a sofa set and found just what I was looking for. I had originally thought I wanted leather but chose a more practical fabric that I love. I cannot give Laurie and the Ashley crew enough praise for my experience today. I can't wait for my furniture delivery which is only 5 days away! ❤

This is my second purchase from Ashley‘s furniture in Millsboro, Delaware. My sales lady Debbie Eisenbrey Has worked with me through both purchases. I ended up even buying a dining room table when I only went in just for a bedroom set so she’s very good at what she does. I love the furniture ay Ashley. I bought The Robbinsdale sleigh bedroom set in antique white. I can’t wait for it to get here. They have great deals going on right now so glad I went there. They also have wonderful mattresses. I got the beautyrest Black series king. It was fabulous.

We came in, wanting to look at living room furniture. Joe greeted us at the door, and allowed us to walk around and look on our own before approaching us, which I appreciate. He was very helpful, and walked us through a few different options that met our needs, and took the time to figure out all the numbers for us. Beyond the quality service we received, our four kids were allowed to explore, which makes the experience even better for me, as they can be a handful just being kids. Once we decided on the couches we wanted, we decided to look into a new mattress. Joe easily answered our questions in that area also. We left to think on our options, and didn't feel like we were being an inconvenience. Honestly, the way we were treated was one of the reasons I was willing to go back the next day to purchase. All in all, we had a good experience in the store as a family of 6 with young kids.

The purchase of our new recliner couch went well. There were so many options it was tough to decide, but Debbie helped us immensely. She patiently showed us the various couches’ features from colors, fabric, powered neck feet and lumbar support, to options like a built in console with cup holders, wired & wireless phone charging, and even a reading light. We chose a 7’ leather couch that was comfortable, with lots of support, built in storage in the arm rests, and a center council with all the bells and whistles. Debbie got us a great deal and we hope to enjoy the couch for many years. We plan to return in the summer for new outdoor furniture. Thanks Ashley and Debbie.

Very easy deal. Once we got home we saw on their website the same piece we bought for $270 less. We notified the salesman and he said he would take care of it. Took a few days, but he did. Delivery was great!

Surprisingly good. Saleswoman Debbie and Manager Dean were super helpful, in spite of some technical challenges with their iPads. Can’t really speak to the delivery experience just yet, as our delivery isn’t scheduled for another 5 weeks.

Would not recommend this location. Dean and Mike are the works sales managers I have ever come across. I was told I had to pick in stock items for my delivery day. Fine. Day of delivery. Wrong bed. Missing mattress and ottoman. Dean and Mike kept trying to upsell on other products instead of paying attention to the issue at hand. I just moved into my apartment. What was I going to sleep on. They refused to resolve the issue which led to me having to go else where to buy a mattress and wait even longer for the ottoman. Today is delivery day for the ottoman and they sent the wrong one. Come to find out it wasn’t the warehouse or the delivery drivers fault but the actual sales people in the store putting in the wrong product codes and then expecting me to pay for their mistakes. The absolute worst experience of my life and too over priced for the quality of products.

Hailey greeted me when i walked in, asked what i was looking for, then looked up items as i was shopping. She is the perfect person to ask for recommendations, and has wonderful tastes matching furniture.

We had a great experience in this store. Hailey was amazing patient, and personable. She gave great customer service from suggestions to just plain conversation. However, it is true about the price difference from the store vs. online. I was not aware of pricing matching nor the significant difference. I encourage all to check online before locking in with them. I have overpaid by almost $440. My hope is something will be done about it or I will be returning my items and purchasing them online.

We went in because we received an email with offers and there is always small print and a catch, our sales person dropped us when another customer she invited for the VIP sale entered and she stated she would get back to us and never did, we had to search for her and her manager assisted us. The neglect from our sales person was unacceptable and since we are repeat customers did not sit well with us.

Amazing how if you do everything the store wants things go smooth. They damage my dining room on delivery than want me to take it back for 10% off only or it will take 10 business days for refund. It literally took 30 seconds for them to take my money. Over the years we bought 25k from Ashley but will never buy again. I will post again to update on refund. Been 4 days now!

Terrible store! They charge substantially more than other Ashley stores for the exact same furniture. Quoted much higher prices than the Ashley website too. Didn’t know they were individually owned franchise stores who price gouge at will! If you don’t mind getting ripped off, this might be the store for you.

This rating would have been higher if our salesman had followed through with us about Ashley's price match policy once questioned. Our initial experience in the store was fine, however after the sale was completed we discovered that the item we purchased was $300.00 less on Amazon. We contacted the salesman , Jim and he said he was unaware of the price match policy even though it is on Ashley's website and he gave us a credit for $30.00. We then sent him the link with their policy from their own website requested a response but never received one. When we received the delivery and the item was damaged our delivery person contacted the office and we were given an $90.00 credit due to the damage. Very disappointing experience.

She explained the purchase information with and without the extended warranty of which could be used as many times as needed or converted to store credit if not used after 5 years. My sister and I went to Ashley Furniture with the intent to browse for some furniture I needed for my new home. We were met and greeted by Joe who was very professional and friendly. After telling him what I was looking for, he immediately pointed us in the right direction. He proceeded to find everything I was looking for and process my order promptly. Joe was very attentive to my needs and very professional. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him. I will definitely look for him the next time I shop at Ashley.

Great experience. We were created immediately upon entering the store and Brian came forward to assist us. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to a few sets, answering our questions and making recommendations. He did not hover and gave us time to look around and discuss options on our own but always available to answer questions and provide measurements and prices. Can’t wait to get our new furniture. Go to Ashley in Millsboro and ask for Brian.

John was very informative on my initial visit. Brought my husband back and found what we were looking for. We purchased. We then came back the next day and made an additional purchase. We will be returning in tbe near future to work with John again.

Purchased 2 bedroom sets, dining room table and chairs plus living room couches. Great experience and salesperson Andre was great. No pressure sales. Enjoyable shopping experience. He answered all of my questions. I am recommending Ashley furniture.

Laurie was an absolute gem to work with!!! She welcomed myself, my mom, and my 3 boys in with open arms!! She was knowledgeable about any piece I had a question on and helped me pick things that worked with my overall scheme!! I had to furnish just about an entire home and she was just amazing!!! When we were waiting for the cashier to call us up regarding our paperwork Laurie sat with my 3 boys and showed them pictures of her family and talked about her background as a bus driver and limo driver with my boys!! They loved hearing her stories and as a mom there is nothing better than seeing your children happy and comfortable being around someone they barely know!! Thank you SO much Laurie!!

My wife and I tried to shop at this store today. It was totally impossible. As we entered the store we were immediately attacked by a female salesperson. We told her that we just wanted to look around. This did not work for her. She followed us and would not let us shop. She never asked what we were looking for and just kept pushing items we were not interested in. We tried to separate from her but she would not let us shop. We left the store without shopping at all.
