Ashley better hang on tight to Laurie Bliss. She has excellent customer service. I know. When I was working, our company sent us all on an 8 week customer service training class. Laurie makes you feel comfortable, explains all your answers and some you didn't even know to ask.She takes her time with you. You're in good hands with Laurie. Most of all Laurie shows integrity which is hard to find in this day and age. I will send anyone that wants to buy furniture straight to Laurie Bliss.

The price of the furniture was decent but not the best. It was supposed to be a Labor Day sale and it was only up to 15% off. I don't feel like I got 15% off because I had to pay $179 for delivery. I literally live 5 minutes down the road and I can't believe they charged that much to deliver. It just made me feel like I wasn't really getting a discount because the delivery ate that up. I know that Hailey and Dean were just following protocol and they were great. Although the couch I really lijed wasn't in the store so I couldn't sit on it to see if it was comfortable.

We walked into Ashley in Millsboro, DE 20 minutes before close and were welcomed as though it were midday. Laurie B was our Product Specialist and a Specialist she is. Laurie helped make our experience as perfect as it could of been. With laughs combined with experience and knowledge Laurie guided us through, making the move into our new to us home more much more enjoyable. Very nice experience with Ashley in Dagsboro, DE. Laurie Bliss & Dean were very helpful and spent time going over options to suit our needs. Kelee made the process of selecting furniture easy for our new construction. She took the time to listen and not push for a sale. She would suggest then listen to feed back and come back with more suggestions. We stopped in one day to ask questions and she was not there, but her manager Dean stepped in to help and was communicating with her the whole time. Between the both of their feed back we were able to comfortably pick a master bedroom set, and living room. Highly recommend Kelee to help layout out any room you are questioning.

I walked into the Millsboro Ashley store two weeks ago looking for a new bed and Hailey was answering my questions right away! She explained the different kinds of mattresses and adjustable bases, let me try a few and gave me all the info I needed. I went ahead and ordered what I wanted, and she handled the sales process smoothly and clearly. My bed arrived this Tuesday, delivery and setup were a breeze, and I’m a happy sleeper 👍!

Laurie Bliss was incredible!! She met us at the door with a wheelchair after seeing us getting out of the car and seeing my elderly mother with difficulty walking. Laurie was thorough and extremely patient with my mom who can be a lot sometimes. We viewed multiple pieces of furniture and were able to find exactly what my mom needed AND wanted; right color, right fit, and all the things!! If I could rate this higher, I certainly would! We visited the store on July 4th, as our son wanted to buy a sofa for his first apartment since recently graduating college. Laurie was a tremendous help, and we were able to quickly identify a sofa that was comfortable and also immediately available at the nearby warehouse in Delmar, and our son had the sofa in his apartment the next day. Great experience, could not have worked out better.

Great Customer Service

Went into Ashley Furniture in hopes of finding a new bed. Mary was an amazing person to deal with. She took the time to explain the mattresses they had and even took us 1 by 1 to each and explain the differences in them. I originally had "Purple" mattress but with the knowledge they shared, I decided to go Serta. She was able to do a test and find our pressure points when laying and recommended the firmness we needed. I did get the power base and let me tell you, worth it. I have had the bed in house now for about a week and it has been the best sleep I have had in awhile. Wake up feeling refreshed and notice I am not tossing and turning. Without the help of the staff at Ashley, I would have just got some random bed and been miserable.

I would have purchased the living room suit but your company asking for 100% payment before my furniture even arrives. I do not like doing business like that. The company I made my purchase from ask for 50%. No more until all set up, and I'm pleased that's who I'm going to do my business with.

Hi, I went into Ashley home store and was greeted by Joe and he kindly asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was in need of a small sectional and he took immediately to look at three sofas. I said that is it. It was $100 less than the actual floor price I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes I returned I had home and noticed on Facebook that Ashley had the same sofa for $90 cheaper called back to the store and they immediately gave me a credit for the difference. I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Joe and floor manager that day.

I worked with Joe. He was very friendly and professional and most of all gave me space to think through what my best options were. Joe has followed up and stayed in touch, glad to be working with him through this process. Especially after a very bad experience with Wayfair. Thanks Joe!!

We purchased a $3,000 couch from Ashley Furniture in Millsboro, DE last year, and the fabric has severely deteriorated due to excessive pilling. When we contacted the store, they directed us to file a warranty claim, which was denied, stating pilling wasn’t covered and recommending we shave the fabric. After escalating to a customer service supervisor, we were told the only solution was replacement cushions since the couch has been discontinued. The fabric is falling apart, and this level of service is unacceptable. We filing a complaint with the BBB.

We came in, wanting to look at living room furniture. Joe greeted us at the door, and allowed us to walk around and look on our own before approaching us, which I appreciate. Beyond the quality service we received, our four kids were allowed to explore, which makes the experience even better for me, as they can be a handful just being kids. Once we decided on the couches we wanted, we decided to look into a new mattress. Joe easily answered our questions in that area also. We left to think on our options, and didn't feel like we were being an inconvenience. Honestly, the way we were treated was one of the reasons I was willing to go back the next day to purchase. All in all, we had a good experience in the store as a family of 6 with young kids.

The purchase of our new recliner couch went well. There were so many options it was tough to decide, but Debbie helped us immensely. She patiently showed us the various couches’ features from colors, fabric, powered neck feet and lumbar support, to options like a built in console with cup holders, wired & wireless phone charging, and even a reading light. We chose a 7’ leather couch that was comfortable, with lots of support, built in storage in the arm rests, and a center council with all the bells and whistles. Debbie got us a great deal and we hope to enjoy the couch for many years. We plan to return in the summer for new outdoor furniture. Thanks Ashley and Debbie.
