I went to 2 other stores right before I went to Ashley and the other sales people were rude to me as soon as I told them my budget they were rude and wanted nothing to do with me. Very easy deal. Once we got home we saw on their website the same piece we bought for $270 less. We notified the salesman and he said he would take care of it. Took a few days, but he did. Delivery was great!

Staff were friendly and attentive and listened to our needs. Can’t wait for our new bed to arrive so we can finally sleep comfortably!

Surprisingly good. Saleswoman Debbie and Manager Dean were super helpful, in spite of some technical challenges with their iPads. Can’t really speak to the delivery experience just yet, as our delivery isn’t scheduled for another 5 weeks.

We ordered a sofa for new apartment without doing the right research on how it would fit inside the front door. Of course, that lack of planning led to the sofa that didn’t fit. Dean has helped us find a replacement and minimize the stress of the unexpected no sofa for the new apartment. He has exceeded our expectations with both his professionalism and his guidance. What could’ve been an intensely and immensely stressful situation was minimized by his professionalism and overall positive attitude. We are grateful.

Would not recommend this location. Dean and Mike are the works sales managers I have ever come across. I was told I had to pick in stock items for my delivery day. Fine. Day of delivery. Wrong bed. Missing mattress and ottoman. Dean and Mike kept trying to upsell on other products instead of paying attention to the issue at hand. I just moved into my apartment. What was I going to sleep on. They refused to resolve the issue which led to me having to go else where to buy a mattress and wait even longer for the ottoman. Today is delivery day for the ottoman and they sent the wrong one. Come to find out it wasn’t the warehouse or the delivery drivers fault but the actual sales people in the store putting in the wrong product codes and then expecting me to pay for their mistakes. The absolute worst experience of my life and too over priced for the quality of products.

We found a great chair for a great price to use in our camper with Joe’s help. In fact we bought 2! If they come in by the time we are back in Delaware, like Joe says they will, we will be very very happy!! If not, we will be very, very disappointed. All in all it was a good shopping experience.

Hailey greeted me when i walked in, asked what i was looking for, then looked up items as i was shopping. She is the perfect person to ask for recommendations, and has wonderful tastes matching furniture.

We had a great experience in this store. Hailey was amazing patient, and personable. She gave great customer service from suggestions to just plain conversation. However, it is true about the price difference from the store vs. online. I was not aware of pricing matching nor the significant difference. I encourage all to check online before locking in with them. I have overpaid by almost $440. My hope is something will be done about it or I will be returning my items and purchasing them online.

John was very helpful, kept his distance but stayed aware when we needed him. Everything went smooth

We went in because we received an email with offers and there is always small print and a catch, our sales person dropped us when another customer she invited for the VIP sale entered and she stated she would get back to us and never did, we had to search for her and her manager assisted us. The neglect from our sales person was unacceptable and since we are repeat customers did not sit well with us.

Amazing how if you do everything the store wants things go smooth. They damage my dining room on delivery than want me to take it back for 10% off only or it will take 10 business days for refund. It literally took 30 seconds for them to take my money. Over the years we bought 25k from Ashley but will never buy again. I will post again to update on refund. Been 4 days now!

Terrible store! They charge substantially more than other Ashley stores for the exact same furniture. Quoted much higher prices than the Ashley website too. Didn’t know they were individually owned franchise stores who price gouge at will! If you don’t mind getting ripped off, this might be the store for you.

This rating would have been higher if our salesman had followed through with us about Ashley's price match policy once questioned. Our initial experience in the store was fine, however after the sale was completed we discovered that the item we purchased was $300.00 less on Amazon. We contacted the salesman , Jim and he said he was unaware of the price match policy even though it is on Ashley's website and he gave us a credit for $30.00. We then sent him the link with their policy from their own website requested a response but never received one. When we received the delivery and the item was damaged our delivery person contacted the office and we were given an $90.00 credit due to the damage. Very disappointing experience.

Showroom looked organized and vignettes were fun to walk through. The salesperson Joe was informative while not being too pushy. I always feel reluctant to enter a furniture store because I feel pressure to interact but Joe gave us space and stepped in when needed. I was with my husband so we were both sold on this particular couch after looking for quite some time!

When my wife and I entered Ashley, we were not planning to buy, only looking. We were met by Debbie upon arrival and wasted no time describing what we were looking for. She understood our vision and helped us navigate through the entire store, starting with and coning back to what ended up being our final selection. Debbie was pleasant and easy to talk to. She explained the purchase information with and without the extended warranty of which could be used as many times as needed or converted to store credit if not used after 5 years. Before we made our final decision Debbie asked her manager to go over the numbers including the option for financing if were interested. No stone left unturned. Overall a great experience.

Laurie was an absolute gem to work with!!! She welcomed myself, my mom, and my 3 boys in with open arms!! She was knowledgeable about any piece I had a question on and helped me pick things that worked with my overall scheme!! I had to furnish just about an entire home and she was just amazing!!! When we were waiting for the cashier to call us up regarding our paperwork Laurie sat with my 3 boys and showed them pictures of her family and talked about her background as a bus driver and limo driver with my boys!! My wife and I tried to shop at this store today. It was totally impossible. As we entered the store we were immediately attacked by a female salesperson. We told her that we just wanted to look around. This did not work for her. She followed us and would not let us shop. She never asked what we were looking for and just kept pushing items we were not interested in. We tried to separate from her but she would not let us shop. We left the store without shopping at all.

Despite the order having been placed in early August, I just found out that the manufacturer has discontinued the item. That’s simply unacceptable and, since I had already gotten rid of the existing furniture, this was a major inconvenience! Fortunately, I found a bed that is almost a duplicate (of the one ordered from Macy’s) on the Ashley Furniture website. When I called local Ashley store, I had the good fortune to speak with Joe. He was fantastic! He not only handled the order, but made sure I got the best possible pricing with the delivery and assembly included. It remains to be seen if the delivery can be arranged for the original (Macy’s) delivery date, but I am confident that Joe is doing all that he can to make it happen. If you are in the Millsboro, DE area and are in the market for new furniture, definitely ask for Joe!

Our salesperson was Joe. He was very helpful in mixing and matching and having fun with us. His upbeat personality was refreshing. I also loved how he didn’t stalk us (but had his eye on us) through the store. My husband and I recently visited Ashley Furniture in Millsboro, DE. We were looking for new mattresses and possibly new recliners. We were greeted with a friendly smile by the reception staff and then greeted once again by Amy Ottinger. We told her what we were looking for and she lead us to the “sleep shop” to start our search. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and NOT “pushy”. By the end of our visit we not only found mattresses but 2 recliners and 2 tables to give our family room a new look. She helped us with measuring and colors by looking at pictures of our room on my iPad and the measurements we brought with us. She left us while we talked to make our decision and finalizing the purchase was easy and didn’t take as long as we thought it might. Much to our surprise, our items arrived at their storage building sooner than expected. We were notified of the arrival immediately. We chose to pick up the items ourselves instead of having them delivered. She checked in with us to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we were pleased with our purchases. We will definitely go back to Ashley Furniture and DEFINITELY ask for Amy again.

Hailey was a great sales consultant. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. She was not pushy and gave me the space I need to look around, but checked on me when she saw me sitting on a few couches and was readily available when I had questions. Once I determined on the sofa we reviewed the pros and cons of each style and she was honest and thoughtful with her opinion. She asked me questions so she could best understand my lifestyle and what would make the most sense while being stylish in my space. Once it was time to write up the contract she was thorough and gave a nice handoff to the finance team. Once the sale was complete Hailey confirmed I had everything I need and assured me that she would check up on the back ordered item to provide me with updates. She sent me a thank you note the next day via text and a few days later a hand written note arrived in my home with a personal note about an upcoming trip. Hailey is the type of sale consultant you want to do business with because it was more than just a sale it was about making a connection!

To meet the requirements, we decided we also wanted to purchase a small coffee table for our sunroom. Again, we walked around the showroom, where she found the perfect table. We then completed the the financing application. Upon approval, we completed the transaction. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Kelee. She far exceeded our expectations. She was not aggressive nor did she show any impatience with us, even though we went back & forth between the items numerous times. Kelee made the entire experience non-stressful & satisfying. I have been searching for a sectional couch for many years now. On a whim, I decided to visit our local Ashley furniture store (Millsboro) yesterday. I was immediately greeted at the door with smiling faces. The sales team was great and gave me the time and space that I needed in order to explore their showroom.The moment that I saw the Carnaby sectional, I knew that I had found “THE ONE.” Mya was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best service/price/payment plan. I was in need of a lot of furniture as Im going thru a divorce and need to start over. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a manager, he asked a couple questions and then turned me over to Joe. Joe was fantastic. Told him I wanted to start with bedroom sets, but I had no idea what I wanted. He put me on this contraption that scanned my body to show me where I needed the most support. He had me lay on a couple different mattress and found one that hugged my curves like a lady in a little black dress. After that we started looking at bedsets for that matress (pro tip, always look for a matress, and then find your bed) After that, we looked at a few other items. He was awesome in his suggestions. My wife and I recently shopped at the Ashley HomeStore in Millsboro, DE. We were looking for a new sofa and a power recliner. Sales Associate Debbie Eisenbrey greeted us at the door. She showed us several sofas that would match our decor and we selected a well-appointed 91” model that included 4 accent pillows. A We looked at several recliners as well, both rocking and stationary. We selected a stationary recliner that offered zero gravity recline. Ashley HomeStore provides a great selection of quality merchandise and as well as excellent customer service.

Khalif and Richard delivered and setup two beds in my grandson’s bedroom. Let me tell you they were the nicest, friendliest, guys ever. Sometimes I’ve had deliveries from other companies, the guys come in, no small talk at all, no interaction but not these two guys; they asked us questions, then wanted to know if everything was ok and were we happy with their work. We even talked about the Super Bowl (Go Eagles). Just wanted the company to know they have great guys, that hustle for them, and do it with a smile.
