Karen was phenomenal!!! She made our shopping experience a breeze. She took her time, didn't pressure us, and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had to check myself and be careful because she wad so good, I was ready to buy more stuff!! If I ever need anything else from this store Karen is my salesperson for sure.

Update April 18: Don't agree with their ludicrous explanation of $7.00 refund error. All I will say is SHOP ELSEWHERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! UPDATE April 16: Still awaiting correction in refund amount. In their response to myself and the BBB, Ashley Furniture stated several days ago they were working on this error; however, there has been no sign of a correction. They have yet to explain how $599.17 minus $99.99 equals $492.18 - the amount they refunded me. It's not the $7.00 - but the principle of the error. They refuse to acknowledge this simple error and keep playing games with myself and the BBB, dragging my complaint with the BBB on and on for weeks now. For this I had to take away the 2nd star I gave them April 8. I want resolution but they have yet to cooperate, continually saying they are "Working on it". Generic answer to keep from owning up to their mistake in my refund amount. I feel a reputable company would acknowledge and immediately correct their error in subtraction, but Ashley, for whatever reason, refuses to do so. UPDATE April 8: Ashley Furniture has refunded my card, with exception of delivery charge and I expected that. There is still a pending refund matter as their refund amount was incorrectly figured. I am awaiting their response to this subtraction error. I give credit where credit is due. They did allow this return for which I am very grateful and hopefully they will correct this refund amount error. UPDATE April 1: Ashley Furniture actually called me after reading my post and approved return/refund of this recliner. They picked up the recliner early afternoon Wednesday, March 27. I videotaped the entire pick up of the recliner. I was called immediately by Ashley Furniture after the recliner was picked up in an Enterprise truck and told I would receive refund within 72 hours. I check my credit card and still NO REFUND is showing or even PENDING. Due to the fact Friday was Good Friday, then Easter weekend, I will give Ashley Furniture a day or two longer for the refund to show on my credit card. I want this issue resolved as much as they do. UPDATE: Ashley responded to my negative review. SERIOUSLY??? This offer to help is FAKE! If they truly wanted to "assist" me, they could have done so yesterday. They do NOT want to "assist" me, nor do they "completely understand your frustration". They just want to "LOOK GOOD" for the public who read my post. I say to them IF YOU TRULY WANT TO DO RIGHT BY ME, GRANT MY REQUEST AND ALLOW ME TO RETURN THIS RECLINER AND REFUND MY MONEY! To the public who read my post: I'll keep you updated ... but not holding my breath! WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ITEM IN-STORE!!! MINUS 100 STARS! THEY DO NOT VERBALLY INFORM YOU THAT NON-DAMAGED, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED! In much smaller print HIDDEN ON THE BACK of your invoice you will see this disclosure but when they give you the invoice,THEY DO NOT CALL YOUR ATTENTION THAT THIS VITAL FACT ON RETURNS IS ON THE BACK OF YOUR INVOICE. Had I been properly informed of this store policy, I would not have purchased this item in store. If you find the recliner (as in my case) uncomfortable, unsuitable, TOO BAD FOR YOU! Damien, a Customer Experience Agent stated "Your request for a return has been Denied. Based on the delivery service you chose of premium delivery items can be refused at *time of delivery." SERIOUSLY? Based on this "logic", I'm supposed to "know" that I am going to be dissatisfied with the recliner at the TIME OF DELIVERY!!! DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE WITH EVEN HALF A BRAIN??? I couldn't possibly know that AFTER HAVING THE RECLINER IN MY POSSESSION and sitting in it 3 hours I would find it uncomfortable and unsatisfactory! I called Customer Service well within 24 hours of having this recliner in my possession. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! They don't care why you need to return an unsatisfactory item,
