Carissa was amazing. She didn’t hover over us or push us into anything. She was very patient with all my questions and had great insight. She made sure we got a bedroom set that we were absolutely happy with. I would definitely recommend anyone coming here to ask specifically for Carissa.
I wanted to change my loveseat and recliner to a new color, but it would delay my shipment a week later. Angie took her time, and helped me with the color change and moved my delivery date a day earlier than anticipated. She is awesome, and I enjoyed my experience at Ashley's Furniture.
I got a little scare at the beginning when Rose gave me the first quote but after that all was sweet. Rose knows everything a representative should know. Super customers relation skills. She is willing to go the extra mile to please and satisfied you. Great job Rose.
I went to the Altamonte Springs location looking for a sofa with a chaise. David Bruce was great at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I took the measurements home and found that it was going to be a little too big for my space. I went back to the store a few days later, and David helped me find a sofa set that I liked even more than the first one! It should be perfect for the space…can’t wait for it to be delivered soon!
Our salesperson, Jeff, at the Altamonte Springs location was very helpful.
Large store. More options were found. Salesperson Brian or something similar first name beginning with "B" was very helpful and mobile.
Very friendly associates available to help.
I called and was on hold for an hour so I went in only to find out that they only had an item on line. Wasted trip. The store did not answer the phone at all. Two different stores nor did the 800 number.
Great to had visit ,met an old school mate there
no point of buying the warranty, a lot of there items are overpriced and the warranty takes forever to deal with and they get to pick and choose what they will cover.
I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER IN THE PAST 15 YEARS PLUS AND SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON THEIR FURNITURES, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE AFTER MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY. IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!! ASHLEY IS NOT HOW IT USED TO BE. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING JUST BECAUSE IT LOOKS NICE. IT'S NICE IF THEY DELIVER IT AS PROMISED. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! The sales person was too busy selling extra stuff to make extra commissions and FAILED TO INCLUDE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS OF THE FURNITURE. All they say was "We're not in control of that". After almost 5 months waiting and kept getting different delivery dates, the bed finally arrived WITHOUT a box spring that the sales person FAILED to include. After I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was able to receive assistance from Joelle who promised that he will reimburse us if we purchase the box spring somewhere else since they didn't have it at the store, the person in charge of processing the reimbursement made it so difficult by dividing the amount into two different credit cards. Nightmare continues!! I still have to wait until the reimbursement really shows or not. That's not including my experience with horrible customer service representative over the phone and online chat. Total chaos!!!
We were promised our two sofas by the 30th of August OR EARLIER1!. We have waited patiently for over a month and a half. Where are our sofas?
The worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. To start, the sales man we worked with was pushy and rude, but that's the least of the issue. We ordered two couches in May and did not receive them until August. I understand that there are supply chain and manufacturing issues going on right now, so the long wait wouldn't have bothered me if not for the fact that there was no communication throughout the process. They first told us that they would be in by the end of June, but never let us know about the delay until we called multiple times. When the couches were finally delivered, the delivery people just left the two very large, very heavy boxes in the middle of the driveway right before a rainstorm, and we couldn't get them into the garage until I had help when my boyfriend got home after work. Then, when we called about this issue, the customer service worker called the delivery team to ask about the poor service and they lied and said "oh we didn't bring the boxes in because they wouldn't fit through the door." Not only is our door the same size as literally everyone else's, we measured the boxes and they would have fit, but the delivery team would not know that because they made zero effort to help me. Even if they didn't fit, the least they could have done was put the boxes in the garage to avoid water damage. The customer service team promised to reach out the next day so that we could reach a resolution with the manager when they were back in office, but no call. We finally just had to dissasemble and reassemble both pieces entirely so that we could get them up the stairs since they were too heavy for me to lift.
Told us in store day of purchase everything was in stock. then called and extended delivery date two weeks. Chair missing from order. took forever to get a online agent who told me it's back ordered. Can not get through to local store manager or sales person. This was our first Ashley purchase and likely our last!
Worst experience ever. We purchased a table set. Our bank account was charged three times. We set it up so it would just be left at the doorstep. Our chairs, bench and barstools came just fine. Our table is a whole other story. The third party delivery person decided to ring and knock on our door and sit in his truck for 30 minutes and when we didn’t answer the door because we were working he took the table back to the warehouse. It was supposed to be left at the doorstep. My husband talked to three different people and they said it should have been left at the door. So we had to wait two weeks for it to be delivered it again. They sent us an email saying they would be here today from 1-5. So we made sure to be home so this doesn’t happen again. Payment was reversed at the beginning of the week and we were never notified. So here we are waiting for the table that now won’t be here until the 17th. I will never shop at ashley furniture again and I advise you don’t either.
Terrible customer service, the GM of the store provided no help when I told him the couch we bought was the wrong color. Even during our conversation he walked off and started helping another client. The one we wanted versus the one we got Update: after two years our couch is nearly falling apart.
If I could give Ashley Homestore zero stars I would. I don’t leave reviews, but I had to on this one. I purchased a bed, and box spring in May. It is now the end of July and I have not seen my purchase. I understand materials are scarce due to Covid, but come on now! I have basically been sleeping on my mattress on floor for 3 months. This would not be so bad if customer service wasn’t so horrible. I have never received an update from customer service each time my delivery date was changed. I have had to contact customer service to find out. Whenever I contacted the number I would get a message stating that they have too many calls and I would have to call back. I eventually found a way to speak with a live person each time. The representatives were empathetic but they had absolutely no idea when the furniture would arrive. It got to the point after a 3 month wait that I had them escalate this situation to a manager. I was told a manager would call me back that same day. No one ever called back. That day I decided to go into the store where I purchased the furniture and get my full refund. Horrible customer service. Shame on you Ashley Furniture! Even in a pandemic you should still be able to treat customers as if they are valued, and human.
