I wanted to change my loveseat and recliner to a new color, but it would delay my shipment a week later. Angie took her time, and helped me with the color change and moved my delivery date a day earlier than anticipated. She is awesome, and I enjoyed my experience at Ashley's Furniture.

We have been loyal Ashley Furniture buyers for over 25 years, and overall we love their furniture. On a recent purchase in the store we had a very frustrating experience. I will just state facts and you will then be aware of what to look for yourself. We found a few pieces of furniture on the showroom floor, but we had also seen it online before going to the store. The prices online are usually cheaper we have found, but they will usually match that price, or maybe even have a lower price. We were in a hurry since the process was taking a long time and we had an appointment. When we signed the paperwork after the salesperson wrote everything up, I questioned that the total did not seem correct. The person explained how he was working out the price and subtracting from a few difference places in order to mark it down. After I had time to look at everything and figure out how they did it, it showed they charged $98 too much. It took me 3 days, lots of phone calls, and 2 managers in order to get my credit. Bottom line: a) look online first for a better price and more % off, b) have them match the price if better online, c) take enough time and subtract everything yourself, not just take their word for it being shown to you.

I called and was on hold for an hour so I went in only to find out that they only had an item on line. Wasted trip. The store did not answer the phone at all. Two different stores nor did the 800 number.

Terrible costumer service. I was sold furniture and wasn’t told about pieces that were on back order. I bought in August and now being told I will get it next year. Sometime in May. Also, delivery of other items didn’t come on day that it was scheduled for. Had to reschedule. Just a mess. Was charged for warranty that I didn’t want. I will never buy from them again.

This store in particular uses deceptive deceptive sales tactics such as as telling consumers they have to purchase a protection plan but they can cancel it upon delivery of the furniture. The sales person gets a commission and win the consumer goes to cancel they are told they don't know why they were told that. Ghost Bender hard earned money somewhere else like havertys.

Company sales reps use deceptive sales approaches. Rep told us we "had" to purchase a protection plan but upon delivery of furniture we could then call the plan company and cancel. Day 1. Plan company told us to call store. Day 2. Store said they aren't sure why the sales rep would say that. Go to havertys like we did on all our other purchases. Meanwhile will continue looking to warn others about ashley home furniture so they don't fall victim. This purchase was 2 couches and an end table from the altamonte springs fl location.

STAY AWAY!! This entire company is a scam and thieves. I got an end table purchased 8/26, home delivery 8/29, arrived damaged and not repairable. I’ve called countless times, waited on hold for accumulated hours, been pushed around 4 different times, lied to and been told it’s being escalated but never resolved and still no money back. Its 9/28, still no calls from them, still no refund and still have the broken piece and it’s boxings in my house! The store is useless, they close earlier than advertised, they claim they can fix the issue and I’m still waiting!

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER IN THE PAST 15 YEARS PLUS AND SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON THEIR FURNITURES, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE AFTER MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY. IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!! ASHLEY IS NOT HOW IT USED TO BE. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING JUST BECAUSE IT LOOKS NICE. IT'S NICE IF THEY DELIVER IT AS PROMISED. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! The sales person was too busy selling extra stuff to make extra commissions and FAILED TO INCLUDE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS OF THE FURNITURE. All they say was "We're not in control of that". After almost 5 months waiting and kept getting different delivery dates, the bed finally arrived WITHOUT a box spring that the sales person FAILED to include. After I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was able to receive assistance from Joelle who promised that he will reimburse us if we purchase the box spring somewhere else since they didn't have it at the store, the person in charge of processing the reimbursement made it so difficult by dividing the amount into two different credit cards. Nightmare continues!! I still have to wait until the reimbursement really shows or not. That's not including my experience with horrible customer service representative over the phone and online chat. Total chaos!!!
