Rohan is rhe best!

Ashley deserves no stars from us, but I had to leave one star to write this review. The item of my review has been in our home for less than a month as of today. My husband and I were loyal customers of Ashley, but our last purchase has been a nightmare. Within two days of having the Castano 2-piece sectional at home, we notice sagging and the wrinkle-free aesthetic is supposed to have it's completely gone. This poorly constructed sectional is far from what we expected from Ashley Furniture which we have bought other items from them before. Castano 2 is the worst sectional we have ever bought, the construction and quality is not as advertised. Ashley claim that they pride themselves with the best furniture in their industry and strives to exceed customer satisfaction, but do they stand behind the quality of their product? We say no! They claim the customer is the cornerstone of their business but at this point, they are losing one of their loyal customers. According to the Ashley website, they have a 30-day exchange or refund policy, but they are refusing to grant us this clearly stated policy from their website. The sectional looks like we had had it for years with the amount of sagging from each seating cushion. It is not worth the price we paid!!! It is unbelievable that they are not willing to acknowledge our honest concern and dissatisfaction with this horrendous sectional. It is not the firm quality we viewed at the store at all. The trust I had with Ashley is no more especially with a dismissive response from corporate. We want them to uphold their return/exchange policy!

Homeira was very helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect sofa as well as bedroom furniture for our home. Ashley has options for any lifestyle and aesthetic at competitive prices.

I recently bought a sofa couch and matching lounge/rocker chair from Ashley furniture. I really appreciated the assistance I got from Robert Peterfy. As a special incentive for my purchase he gave me a rug and two throw pillows except the pillows did not come stuffed. He got the stuffing for them and delivered them personally to my home. Then later he called to make sure that they fit OK. That type of personal assistance is rare these days and I really did appreciate it!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. Positives: - sales person Jeff Schroeder and assistant manager Juan were great. - furniture meets quality expectations for what you pay. Negatives: - zero flexibility on returns, which plays poorly as most purchases at the store are of a meaningful dollar amount. - total lack of customer service by general manager Jeff Thompson. While communicating on an issue we had, he was short, curt, unhelpful and rude. Zero understanding of what it means to be a leader of a customer focused sales organization. Take your business to an establishment that appreciates your sale and the post sale support that is required, even if it is another Ashley. They can’t all be as poorly led as this one.

If I could them 0 stars I would. Do not at any cost go to this Ashley HomeStore. They got our phone number and email wrong on our purchase, when we called to change phone number they said it was changed and that they would tell the delivery service, BUT they DON'T! And the manager JEFF is the WORST, he does not help at all!

Ask for Jason! He is outstanding and very knowledgeable about Ashley's products!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stores I so would. Anderson was amazing! He helped my boyfriend and I pick the right furniture for our new place. Every time we walked into the store he was right there to greet us and he knew exactly who we were each and every time. Such a wonderful experience and he never disappointed us at all. Shoutout to you Anderson! Thank you so much Ashley Furniture Store and all that you have done for us!

I would not recommend any of my friends or family to buy on this store. When you come to their store, they will approach you with all smiles and so friendly, however when it’s time for them to deliver the furnitures you ordered? The worst..all the delivery dates are like bunch of promises, but never fullfilled. 1.) Late deliveries 2.) delivering to the wrong address 3.) Shipping one item in one day, not what I expected 4-5 items to be delivered in one day, and what was written in the receipt they gave you. For an item to be shipped on December 1, they move it on Dec 23. I paid more than a thousand bucks, and I get to suffer. It will be my first and last purchase in Ashely store. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Sales people are awesome. Not sticky. Knowledgeable.

The store manager Jeff is beyond rude.

Great staff, great selections.

We loved Glen! He was patient, knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to be around. He knew what we wanted even before we did :-). We came back a few days later and decided to purchase even more furniture from Glen because we wanted to finish out the rest of our living room.
