Homeira was very helpful during my visit. I am a first time buyer who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. She was very informative and I was able to get everything I need for a affordable price.
Although we did not end up buying from here, there is a nice selection of furniture. We had excellent customer service from Crystal. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was very friendly.
The service was great sales woman was very good and as a Veteran I was treated very good and I purchased a recliner and I love it thanks Ashley.
Despite not normally wanting to interact with salespeople in most commission sales situations, I found Rohan to be a real delight. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would easily choose to shop here again due to my interaction with him and the extra care he took to ensure as much of furniture would arrive as early as possible.

Jorge, the manager, was extremely helpful, patient, and personable. My mom just moved cross country and will have many more expenses to come. But, I can honestly say that Jorge lightened her load on this purchase. She was able to get 2 great quality beds, bed frames, a dresser, and mirror for a great deal. And Jorge was even kind enough to throw in some extra goodies. We appreciate the time he invested and the deals he was able to get for us. We will definitely be coming back for more to furnish our new home! Thank you!

Had not good experienced the first in store. But the second day I came back because I was asking about a sectional. A nice man walked up and spoke and asked could he be assistance to help. So we talked and went to different furniture sectional and came to one.i liked. So he worked his numbers and I got what I liked. He was friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed. Thank you Nic T34.
Great selection and prices. We needed to purchase several items and the salesperson, Homeira, was very helpful and patient. She also made sure we received all the discounts available. Great experience.
Was never greeted when entering the store, but there was a woman who was concerned and tried to give us the customer service care we deserve but, we was so disappointed about it and went about our way.
This is my first time using Ashley’s. I went in for a couch and Brian helped us out. He was patient with us as our one year old ran around the store. I was very happy until my furniture never arrived. They told us our couch would be delivered in 2 days then they changed the delivery date to 5 days which wasn’t bad. When the delivery date came I waited all day NO CALL NO SHOW. When I called I heard from the virtual assistant that the delivery changed and now it’s 14 days with no call or explanation and I’ve been sitting on the floor with my toddler. Then to speak with someone about it is another ordeal I would not bother. From experience there are many other furniture stores with better and quicker service.
15 months after purchasing their couch it started to come apart. I tried to apply their bogus extended warranty I purchased but the 3rd party company they have to do repairs refused to repair it. I went to the store manager and he told me "It should cover it, I will see what I can do"and never heard back from them again.Poor quality furniture. Do not buy from them.
Over 11,000 dollars cash for damaged furniture, no customer service. No one cares No action. Will be getting a lawyer if its not resolved soon. Lies.
The experience in the store wasn’t horrible. If you’ve ever been to a used car lot then you’ll be familiar with their sales people following you around for 2 hours saying “we’ll give you a great deal on that one!” However… when purchasing we were told “Ashley builds their own furniture so we’ll ensure you get the couch in no time. June 15th was our delivery date… it’s now July 10th… and I’m being told the beginning of August BUT they can’t even guarantee that. Tired of being told this at the store and on the phone, I called in and asked for a refund. They said okay. I requested a confirmation email and she said “yep”. I asked, “do you need to verify my info?”. She answered “nope, thanks and have a nice day”… click. After 2 hours of waiting for a confirmation email I called back. Apparently the previous support specialist didn’t create a ticket or a claim for a refund. Complete laziness and incompetency on her end. Fortunately my next customer service rep, apologized for her colleagues behavior and sent me confirmation, however, there was no reason I should’ve had to go through this process again in the first place. After our call, she received a 5 out of 5 review. This store and the customer service given prior: 1 star.
I have been waiting for at least a month for my furniture to be delivered, my delivery date has changed multiple times. Whenever I call, they keep telling me it never came to the warehouse. I am never ordering from here again.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. And the store (Altamonte Springs FL) is run by a manager who thinks that it is not his problem of the delayed delivery. We purchased a mattress a month in advance and only got informed 3 days before the delivery date that they cannot make it on time. Just imagine the stress of having 2 kids with no bed to sleep moving to a new apartment. The customer service does not have any clue of the delayed problem, they do not have access to the delivery department, they do not have access to the store manager (the manager won’t answer their call), no one returned my call or respond to an email to give me a status update or provide an alternative solution, and I have to go back to the store to find out what was going on and only to be treated with an attitude by the manager. He never apologized, and that it was not his problem as it was the delivery department who screwed up. In short, he made the sale and it is someone else problem after. I understand that issues happen last minute but the problem was handled unprofessionally. If they were transparent, honest and responsive, I would have been forgiving. We like their product but will never be buying again after this horrible treatment and experience.
The returns process is too painful, I had received a Sofa and a rug and for some reason didn’t like the rug go with my decor! I had called just half hour after i received the item requesting a return and it’s been more than a week with nothing happening and am struggling to still return the item and get my money back! I would expect the post sales/ returns process to be smoother here for me to think about buying anything from Ashley in future!
