Our dedicated and experienced General Manager, Piers Ikerd, has built a team that is committed to being your trusted home partner and specifically prides themselves on their mattress and home furnishings knowledge. You can find us near Home Depot and for those of you on a tight schedule, the best time to avoid the crowd is between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. We are not only thankful to be a great local furniture store, but we are also dedicated to charitable work with the Hope to Dream Foundation. First of all I was greeted by Ping Jiang who by the way is an awesome sales associate.Please send your friends and family if they are looking for things for their home. I highly recommend the friendly professional staff not to mention the quality and furniture styles available. You won't be disappointed.

Love the Altamonte location. Homeira is the absolute best. She is extremely kind, personable and professional. She genuinely care about the needs of all customers. I strongly recommend Ashley’s furniture to any and everyone!

Spend your money elsewhere. Very poor quality furniture. All they care about is making a sale. Store manager Jeff Thompson clearly missed customer service training day.

1 star because I can’t give 0. Ashley Altamonte Springs has THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. I bough a living room set and received it in May. It’s only been 4 Months And the Furniture is already defective and has been since day one. The couches leave a mark of where you sit making a hole in the cushions. It took them 3 MONTHS to finally have a tech come out to change the foam in the cushions to see if that would fix the problem. This only after endless calls to their costumer service department and trips to their store to speak with the store manager JEFF THOMPSON. Unfortunately, the foam they replaced it with is even worse than the first . The store has refused to return my money or replace the furniture. Basically acting like since they already made the sale, this is no longer their problem. The store manager, JEFF THOMPSON, is the absolute worst. Has no clue of the meaning of the word costumer service. Has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help us. Always dismisses us with a “let me call you with a solution ” and NEVER DOES . Today he even threatened to call the police and never allowed us back. I seriously did not deserve to be treated like this. In no moment was I being rude, disturbing the public peace or even being loud with him. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable in wanting my money back on a furniture that is not even six months old and is already defective and has been since day one!!

Buyer Beware! The Altamonte store has a NO RETURN policy. I was not made aware of this policy at time of purchase. The manager, Jeff, at the Altamonte location was extremely rude, walked away when I was speaking to him and did absolutely nothing to help me. He was the most unprofessional “manager” I have encountered in a long time. The store should make every customer aware of the no return policy prior to purchase. The website states they will accept returns for items ordered online, yet the brick and mortar Altamonte location won’t accept returns.

Do NOT order from Ashley’s Homestore. From beginning to end, our experience has been the worst I've ever had with any furniture store, or company for that matter. We ordered a bedroom set from the Altamonte Springs, FL location. Scheduled for delivery on Sunday, 9/15. Day before received notification delivery would be from 9:45am-1:45pm. At 8:25am, get a message saying they'd be there in 10 mins, over an HOUR before our window. We don't live in our apartment yet so we weren't there that early. We arrived at 9:15am & our concierge said the deliverymen had already left. We waited & at 9:55am we received message saying, again, they'd be there in 10 mins. After 45 mins of waiting & not having them show up, I drove to the nearest store location (Millenia, FL). I spoke w/ 2 women at the support desk & was rudely told I should've known they can deliver outside our time window. The other woman pulled up my account & read the notes from the driver which said they were there at 8:30am & again at 10am but had to leave at 10:10am when there was no answer from us (which was a lie- we were there at 9:15am). The woman reached out to ask the driver to come back, but he refused. I was then told I have to speak w/ the Altamonte store to further fix the situation. Next, called Altamonte & spoke with Andria, the manager. She very rudely put blame on us for not knowing they can deliver at any time. She said there's nothing else she could do but wait until the furniture returned back to the warehouse & then we could set up redelivery. Over 24 hrs later waiting to hear from her, she called, & set up delivery for the following Saturday (9/21). She then offered to refund our delivery fee. (As of the 21st, we still haven't received that refund). I then explained this now means I won't be able to live in my apartment for an ENTIRE week since I won’t have any furniture. I'll be wasting a week’s worth of rent because of their mistakes. She said there’s nothing else she can do. Still feeling very frustrated & treated poorly as a customer, I asked who else I could speak with & she just gave me an # for Customer Care (CC). I spoke with someone at CC on Tuesday morning & explained our experience. She offered a $100 gift card & to let me speak with a supervisor. Later that evening we received a voicemail from Lisa, the supervisor at CC. She stated all she could offer is the GC but said I could call her to speak further. While I was at work, Wednesday morning, I called CC & waited on hold for 15 mins with no answer. I called again on my lunch break & waited 28 mins before speaking with someone. This woman said she could set up the GC for me & then transfer me to Lisa. She asked to put me on hold for a moment but then it hung up. I was at the end of my lunch break though, so I had to go back to work. So next day I called & waited 25 mins to speak w/ someone that said the GC had been sent (even though nobody confirmed my address or told me how/when I'd receive it). I then asked to speak with Lisa & she tells me Lisa's not available. She says she'll send her her an email w/ my name & # to remind her to call me. Now 2 days later & I haven't heard from her. I called CC again today & after waiting 45 MINUTES, I finally speak to a woman that says she's equivalent to Lisa & we can speak instead. I explain everything & she tells me there's nothing else she'll do. Even given how terrible the customer service has been with Ashley’s, I tell her I'm actually thinking about a mattress & couch from them & ask if they could do anything further to help w/ that purchase (whether a discount/free delivery), to help fix the situation. She bluntly states there's nothing else they're willing to do since they have already sent a GC & they'll not make any more attempts to make us happy customers. From the storefront manager Andria, to the nonexistent supervisor Lisa, to the wasted TIME spent on hold during phone calls, and to the wasted MONEY I spent on a week of rent without being able to live in my apartment, the entire Ashley’s team has been a headache to deal with.
