We had a horrible delivery experience with the “white glove service” from Ashley Furniture Industries that we paid an extra $400 for. The delivery team was rude, unprofessional, and left trash behind in our home after the delivery. That is the exact opposite of what you expect when paying for a premium service. When we contacted Ashley to resolve the issue, the only response we received was that they “apologize.” No effort to make it right, no follow-up, and no accountability. Based on this experience, I will not purchase from a company that doesn’t prioritize its customers.

One of the WORST COMPANY i have ever made a purchase from. I so wish 0 stars was an option. During last November i made a purchase of a mattress and a base, i was told that within a week my items would be delivered, got a call stating that they dont have both items available and would only be delivering the base, which was delivered but Ashley's team didnt honor the agreement to have it set up. Note I had white glove service. After waiting and waiting only to be told time and time again that my delivery date have been pushed forward I requested a cancelation and a request to return the base which was delivered, they agreed to accept the return if my mattress wasn't delivered on the said date , unfortunately it wasn't and when I called to cancel my mattress and return the base they refused to accept the base and ever since I have been trying to and have been turned down. For 3 weeks I have been sleeping on an air mattress waiting on Ashley's to pull through until I made a purchase from a different company and cancel my order and now they wont accept my return. This base was never touched, still in its original packaging. Your service sucks.

Jason was really attentive and informative. My only issue was that we were promised a discount and then after we chose our furniture and started the paperwork, were told that discount only applied if you paid everything off in 12 months.

The place was nice, it super busy so it’s hard to get help! I’m sure only because they’re closing down. That could be why they so busy.

The only reason I shop here is for the ability to pay monthly payments. The prices are severely over rated for such low quality that to even get good quality you pay TWICE the amount that’s necessary.

Homeira was an exceptional salesperson from start to finish. Furniture shopping can be daunting and honestly annoying when you have someone trailing you the whole time. We didn’t have that experience this time. Homie was gracious, thoughtful in responses, and made the process as painless as it could be when your dropping thousands of dollars. I highly recommend her!

Let me start with a positive. The 3 salesmen that help us were very nice and professional. I’m going to try and spare you a long story and sum it up. The employees are not very educated on the rules of what beds have the comfort exchange policy. From being in the store 3 hrs I can only blame the higher ups. We purchased a nectar mattress and were told we had the 90 day comfort care exchange, we could come in and pick something else . When we initiated an exchange we were told otherwise. They wanted to got through nectar for a different nectar bed. I had already picked out a different brand . So after our second trip to the store even the employees were surprised customer care was giving us a hard time. The Ashley manager NEVER came over to speak to us or acknowledge us. Not even eye contact. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. I actually felt bad for the young sales guy helping us. I can’t believe it took 3 hours of back and forth on the phone for them to finally say yes. They had me talk to customers care on speaker phone in the store so everyone could hear me advocating for myself. It was a ridiculous. Get everything in writing for your warranty’s. It was a horrible experience, and a waste of unnecessary time. I would call Ashely customer care while in the store to make sure you get the right information on warranty’s. I have been a long time Ashley customer and I will not be returning. It was so aggravating.

Jayden was an amazing salesperson. They didn't have what I wanted at the store but when I mentioned it was on line, he went in and got it ordered for me. I got a different product because delivery and set up was critical to me. He scheduled a delivery to my schedule. Without him going the extra mile, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. And I got it on sale. Win for everyone

Ashley's quality and customer service has dropped drastically in the past few years. We have been buying furniture from them for over 25 years spending thousands and thousands of dollars. Recently we bought a new King size Beautyrest Black mattress along with some other items from the Sanford store. We started having issues with the mattress from the start. Actually rolled out of bed twice while sleeping. We went to store and filed a complaint. Sales women told us they have been having lots of customers complaints. They told us they have to send someone out. After my wife calling them 3 or 4 times as we heard nothing. Never telling us the store was closing. A technician finally came out and checked out thoroughly . He found it was not to standards and filed a report. After not hearing back for weeks. My wife called only getting the run around or hung up on. Went to go back to store where we purchase only to find its closed permanently. She has now called customer service 8 or 9 times with someone saying they will call back. Never did. Lucky we used there free financing she contacted the lender and told them all the problems. They are contacting Ashley's and told us to only pay them minimum payment till they research complaint. Got call immediately from Ashleys that there sending another technician out next week. We will never buy another thing from them. Found a few much better places that have great customer relations. Just bought a large custom made Sectional and couldn't be happier. Do some checking around before falling for there BS. I will take them to small claims court if need be.

Delivery was great. Product looks awesome, it is what we have been looking for. Your pricing tactics are sketchy. We were lucky to have looked online, prior to visiting the store, and walking in knowing the online price. The showroom price was 200 dollars over the website pricing. It was honored, although it was honored, by sticking me with a protection plan, which for the table was not truly needed. The overall pricing was ultimately 20 dollars over the price online, but I processed that as the cost of Shipping. Which yet again was presented as "free". For someone who may not be doing much of online shopping, we felt they would've overpaid, and that is not clean selling tactics. As a matter of fact we knew the price cause we had not find anything's and had been shopping online in hopes to find what my wife wanted. Had we walked in the store and seen it couple of months ago, we would've probably over paid.

The salesman, Dwight, was honest and direct and was very patient in making sure we had the exact sofa we were looking for. They are very friendly and supportive. The delivery was professional and their set up was superb, we are already looking forward to our next furniture purchase from this store.

Terrible experience. My furniture came missing pieces and now 2 months later I still didn’t get the missing pieces. Now they are saying it will be delivered in March. That’s insane and we are beyond frustrated. After I did this purchase some friends told me that they also had bad experience. I advise you, don’t buy furniture from this company, it will give you headaches.

I told him my need for an apartment size kitchen table that I could take home, today. And when I say he delivered he did I was back out the door and on my way home within a half an hour. My only issue is that every single time I buy furniture from Ashley they set up a delivery day and then I get a call that my furniture is back ordered. It has happened every single time

I went to purchase a recliner and was met at the door by Randy. I explained my needs and he offered me alternatives and then went over all the different features of each recliner. After trying out about 8 chairs I made my decision. Randy was able to get me checked out very quickly and delivery was scheduled in a few days. I was in and out in less than in hour. Randy was very helpful ad super knowledgeable about the different chair features. I would definitely be delighted to work with him again. Thanks for a great experience.

Do not shop at Ashley Furniture ever. I paid for a couch on 12/6. Paid for White Glove delivery on 12/22 at 6 pm. Got a call on Sunday night 7 pm stating the couch has not been delivered to the local warehouse but will be delivered on Wednesday the 24th. I was told I will get a phone call Monday to arrange a time. Not done. I called them. Said Wednesday and they will call on Tuesday. They didn’t. I called them. Spoke over and over again explaining I need the couch delivered on Wednesday the 24th. Lady refused multiple times stating it is not possible. I talked to supervisor for 77 minutes. Waste of time. I then drove to Ashley and I am here right now. The manager is trying to make it happen. I will never shop at Ashley again.

Worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a green sofa and they sent me a blue one. The delivery person refused to take it back and insisted that I called customer service. Customer service said I needed to go to the store and talk to the sales person. So I did. I talked to the store manager and they informed me that there is nothing they can do from their end and customer service will call me in 20-30 minutes to fix the issue and ship the correct color. It’s been 2 hours now and I have not heard back. I then reached out to customer service and they keep copy/pasting the same generic response about going BACK to the store to resolve it even though the manager said they can’t.

They walked in left it all wrapped up and left i can say one thing I don't care for waiting a month for just one piece that I bought and getting the rest right before Christmas

I ordered a living and dining room set and when I received the order, 5 out of the 6 chairs were defective from the dining set. On each chair, one of the legs was shorter than the rest causing the chairs to be wobbly. I called Ashley and was told to refuse the chairs and that they would send me new ones. Well here it is 3 days later and still no chairs. I have called a million times with no luck. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I’m hosting at my house with no dining room set. This has been the worst experience with Ashley and I will no longer be buying from them. They also have the worst customer service representatives.

Bought the couch we wanted. Two days later our order was refunded with no prior notification. Called the corporate office and they advised us to go back to the store which is over an hour away to pay for it again. Customer service is ridiculous. Not buying from them again.

I Enjoy the hospitality and knowledgeable manager and the sales person. Both used knowledge in what they were doing, and the ability to help me with financing, plus the sales person helped me with choosing the right bedroom for my son.

Very nice people and super helpful

Ashley furniture has not always been the "best" furniture. I knew this going into my purchase. I just needed a new bed. Simple. I knew the "sales" boy was going to try and do anything to make a sale. Jayden Arroyo pitched to me a decent bed. When asked about promotions, he "had to ask his manager", typical sales tactic. Some of my concerns about delivery and removal of furniture were met with personal promises from Jayden that removal of my old furniture would be met. Of course, this was not the case and I was stuck trying to figure out a way to get my old furniture removed after delivery of the new furniture. Jayden, is not a "man of his word" and will pull any sales tactic to get the sale. As I am sure most floor people are trained to do. The biggest issue comes from the delivery company itself. They sent four delivery people to deliver and set up a bed. One of the delivers asked to use the bathroom and was in there for over 30 minutes. The other 3 managed to drop a piece of furniture on my hard wood flood creating a big dent. I have been trying to get them to repair this floor for over 2.5 months now. Communication is poor. They did send a handyman at 730am on a Sunday morning without ever confirming if anyone would be home or available. The product itself (nectar bed and Beauty sleep adjustable base) have worked well and are what is expected. Customer service and delivery is complete garbage. If you are buying name brand and not Ashely brand furniture, it's okay. Find a way to get the furniture delivered on your own as the company they use is garbage. And of course, never take a salesman on their "word".

David Bruce is the worst sales person ever to deal with. He’s worse than a used car salesperson and will lie straight to your face regarding the extended warranty that they sell for their furniture, these warranties are worthless and not worth the paper they are written on so avoid paying for these, even though David Bruce will swear that these have full coverage when it’s a flat out lie. This third-party insurance company will come up with every excuse to deny your claim and not honor anything. Good luck trying to get through to the store when you call. once that first year warranty runs out, they want nothing to do with you. Stay away especially do not deal with David Bruce.

Great selection at the best pricing in the neighborhood. Everyone was easy to work and amazing clearance deals. Love it!

Great experience at Ashley furniture. Homeira was very helpful and catered to all of our needs. We were shopping for a couch after moving to a new apartment and we were very indecisive about what exactly we wanted. “Homie” made the experience as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend for anybody to come see Homeira at Ashley Furniture in Altamonte.

I will never shop with Ashley Furniture again. Their customer service is unhelpful, and the entire process has been a nightmare. I ordered a $1200 sofa in July, but it arrived damaged with ripped leather. The delivery team told me to keep it and said Ashley would replace it, but later customer service insisted a technician had to repair it instead. They canceled the repair without telling me and just mailed me a piece of leather, expecting me to reupholster the sofa myself. When the tech finally came, the leather piece they sent had a huge cut. Ashley then agreed to replace the sofa, but the next one also arrived damaged. I refused it and asked for a refund, but they only offered 5%. After going back and forth (including visiting the store manager), they eventually offered 20%—still not acceptable. They tried delivering more sofas, but every single one was damaged, showing poor handling from their warehouse. Finally, I scheduled a pickup for 9/12, and the sofa was taken. But now customer service is stalling my refund, claiming the warehouse hasn’t scanned the sofa. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I just want my full refund and to be done with Ashley Furniture forever

Terrible flimsy overly expensive product sold here. Poor customer service after the sale. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I can't quite put into words how awful this company is. I waited 6 weeks for the bedframe to arrive (no big deal). The in store rep told me they would install. Upon delivery they didn't have orders to install. I paid them cash to do so. I then had to go in store to fight for my refund. About 2 months later the support system broke. When I checked it out the installation team had screwed in the supports incorrectly. Since July the bed has not been able to be used. They order parts - incorrect or not enough come in - tech shows up - more parts needed - repeat. I have begged for my money back to no avail. Yesterday a team came in and realized they needed more parts. They're now saying it'll be over a month for those to come in. AND that I've had the bed for too long to be refunded......when it first broke I was probably within the refund timeframe! All you can talk to is seemingly foreign customer service reps who do not care how frustrating the situation is. I will post on every single social media platform and spread the word in public as much as possible, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! What an absolute disgrace.

I was always a fan of Ashley's but this particular store has the worse service. I walked in and no one treated me. I thought that was ok because I didn't like people over me. But no one really cared until a bit later a salesman came over and he seemed in a hurry, very short in options and just no desire of selling. Horrible customer service. This place was dead. I was disappointed.

They were able to get us the ENTIRE set, love seat, sofa, ottoman, and oversized chair for the price that was right in my budget! Stephanie with acima was extremely helpful in finding a payment plan that did not run my credit! This process seamless and reassuring that we made the right choice in furnishing our new home!

Zero stars for Customer Service. Salesman does not return calls, store doesn’t answer when you call.- update to further the horrible customer service. The order was canceled on September 5 and then they still delivered the package on September 26 to a vacation home. Communication from the store and sales people are the worst I’ve ever experienced please pick up the merchandise as there’s no one there.

We came back next day and she worked with us on the original bed and explained about an additional bed for father. Do not waste your money on the extended warranties they try and make you buy. The extended warranty company will use every excuse to not pay your claim so you don’t get anything done or fixed. This is a waste of money save your time and energy and don’t purchase these. The sales person David Bruce is worse than a used car sales person!! I already reached out to your corporate office from the number your Altamonte store gave me and they said there’s nothing they can do. Needless to say, I will never go to an Ashley store ever again and I’ll make sure I let friends and Family know to stay away.

Came here for the first time and i gotta say they have an amazing staff here and great affordable payment plans! Shoutout to Mikey, Stephanie with Acima, and Homeira. They were all extremely helpful and professional!

Ordered a TV stand on 4/3 without being told at any point that it was backordered. After multiple rescheduled delivery attempts, finally got the stand delivered on 4/22, with a critical support piece missing. The stand began to sag in the center almost immediately. Spoke with the staff at this location who could do nothing but direct me to the customer support line. After one failed "repair" from a technician, finally got Ashley Furniture to issue a replacement stand with a scheduled delivery date of 7/26. The day prior, I am informed that the product is backordered again and my delivery has been rescheduled to 7/30. On 7/29, same message. Now being told 8/23. As if I believe that at this point. Staff unhelpful and I'm stuck with a broken TV stand that can't hold up a TV while I continue to miss days of work for deliveries that never come and a disassembled living room for months. Avoid if you value your sanity.

Let me redo my review this is the worst store I have ever dealt with Purchased a mattress financed through Acima (horrible interest never use it again due to their return and financing. ) in the first week of delivery i tried calling the store, I could never get a hold of a live agent or a live sales representative so I text the sales person I told her I wanted to return it. They said, I had to keep it for 30 days and then I could trade it for any other mattress. So kept it the thirty days, with all the back issues and everything that I have had Got my financing papers, and it was $200. Every 2 weeks knowing that I don't make that kind of money. I called and asked about the return policy. They said, if I no longer possess the mattress, they would cancel the contract, went to the store, the person that worked.At Acima that day was the worst finance person.He was all business, did not have any personal touch.For customers all he could tell me, was what I signed, and what the contract said that was it, we had a it's a little moment.I apologize for it.Everybody that worked.There seemed to not know what to do supposedly, they sent in to corporate about the 90 day. Comfort exchange. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks so because of everything. I closed the bank account that I signed up for the finance. Because at the end of the day, I'm trying to trade a bed or return a bed that I no longer want nobody seems to communicate. I've had a couple phone calls from the manager of Acima went well but still no resolution, I will never, ever buy or finance from this store again Let me add to this this is the worst experience I have ever had traded the bed paid cash had to wait month to get it still didn’t get the free base waiting on that waiting on the cancel From Acima refund on that OMG what a joke

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Be prepared to have your order rescheduled multiple times without anyone even confirming with you. Support will pick a time and date to send your order without knowing if anyone will even be home. My order has been pushed back 3 weeks from its expected date and I trying to reach anyone that knows what they’re doing is impossible.

We weren’t too happy about Ashley’s service. The delivery got delayed and they missed a part which delayed the whole order again. It took about a month and a half since we bought our couch to actually get everything delivered. They were super inefficient especially when we called customer service. It took having to drive to the store to get the issue la resolved but they were very slow with sending us all of the parts.

Homeria was amazing and super helpful for our recliner purchase. She is kind, honest and provided all the information we needed to know in order to purchase a big purchase. Thank you! Highly recommend working with Homeria.

Avoid this store at all costs. Every employee we encountered was incompetent from beginning to end. We placed the same order twice for the same item—charged $4,000 both times—and both were ultimately refunded due to repeated errors made by the sales rep. Both times, I received email confirmations with scheduled delivery dates. I took the day off work twice to be home for those deliveries—only to have no one show up. After following up, I was casually informed that the orders had been canceled. No call, no notice—just silence until I tracked someone down. Every time I requested to speak with a manager, I was promised a call back that never came. Not once. After over a month of waiting and being jerked around, I gave another Ashley HomeStore location a shot—only to face more of the same disorganized chaos. At this point, it’s clear the problems run deep. Ashley Home Furniture, as a whole, should be avoided.

This company’s customer service is a joke. I have called customer service 3 times to open a ticket to figure out where my missing piece of furniture was. No one could tell me what the resolution was nor a time frame of when I could expect an update. I received notice the delivery team was supposed to be out today, they came to my house to pick up the missing furniture for return… I called the store. Manager isn’t available. I call customer care. They say it’s supposed to be delivered at a later date and they just seen where they scheduled the pick up as a mistake…. No one is offering a solution or even the courtesy to keep me in the loop with this information. In the 3 weeks this has gone on with messages left at the store and tickets open not once has anyone reached out to give me an update. Very disappointing as we spent almost $5k on new furniture that no one can tell me when to expect my remaining items to be delivered.

Upon arriving I wasn’t approached by anyone, after walking the store I had to go up to someone to get some assistance. David B., then asked me if anyone had greeted me because if so then he insinuated that, that person would be the one who would need to answer/help me. After explaining that I was looking for specific furniture that I’d seen online he didn’t offer to show me, he pointed and directed me in the area where those items would be. I explained that my dad would be the one purchasing my inquired items. He then seemed to be disinterested because he realized I was alone and not with my dad. He hurried to help another customer out when I wasn’t done with my questions and such. I had to go look for him again and really rather wished to speak with someone else but it appeared that the other salesmen didn’t want to interfere with another salesman’s opportunity and were hesitate to assist me. When I made contact with David again, and told him I wanted to purchase something today he said “do you have the card”? After my reply was yes then he made an effort to show some enthusiasm. It was a quick wam bam thank you mam. I purchased a bed frame, mattress, and box spring. He didn’t bother to show me any of the items that may have been in store. I wanted to match a price I’d seen online but with slight changes to the package I seen online, he didn’t take his time with me and I feel I could have gotten a better deal with another salesman. He advised he has returning customers but I don’t see how that could be because he was not personable at all. Maybe I just wasn’t appealing to the eye and he thought I was there to waste his time but I was not. I furnished my entire home at another Ashely store for this reason. I will say however, I am happy with my purchase but I do believe we both would have been better off had he taken his time with me.

It was a good experience. Miguel approached us, we said we were just looking but would come back to him if we saw anything we were interested in- then we reached out and it was smooth sailing from then on out. Honest and without pressure made the purchase smooth. Thank you Miguel!

They are pretty good selling, but when it comes the time for warranty is definitely another story. I bought a bedroom set a few years ago and even bought a separate warranty. My mattress started to sink at some point around the first year ( Also, I'm not a heavy guy, I weight around 155 lbs). I called Ashley, and they sent a technician, but he said that it was still within specs. So, I ended up buying a topper to help with the uneveness but a few years later it got even worse, so, I called them one more time and a technician showed up to my house and took new measurements (the mattress measure a little bit over 1.5 inches in depth) , this time my mattress was way off comparing the first call. The technician told me that someone would contact me to tell me how to proceed. So, no one did.... they actually said that my case was closed because the report said that the technician resolved the issue. REALLY?? I really want to know how to fix a mattress, I probably could start a new business with that... at the end of the day, I tried to contact the store and even Ashley online, and everyone was just tossing my claim left and Right, like me and my wife are not sleeping there... so, I'm leaving this review here. That way, someone can read about it and know what to expect. Becuase this is my 5th time trying to get to an agreement and providing any evidence they are asking for, but they seem not to care. I tried one more time to get this situation corrected, but they just keep playing their game. So, I bought a new mattress at Rooms to Go (which I have never had an issue with, not even with a warranty) and learned my lesson. I definitely know that the only product I will ever have from Ashley's is what I have left in my house. And if Ashley Furniture is reading this, please, stand behind what you offer, I even had to send a screenshot to customer service online because they said it was 1 year, then 5 year...the morale in this world is already low to start adding big companies like this into the same boat.

Sales rep was nice and helpful, BUT, I was told there was a $100 shipping fee. When I said I don't want it shipped and I'd pick it up in store, I was told they don't do that and have to have it delivered. She said she could knock it down to $50 for door step drop off, so I said ok. Later on, was on their website and saw that if I had ordered the same exact furniture online it had FREE shipping. Maybe don't up sell your customers

Beware of the salesmen at Ashley’s that push for the furniture insurance. It’s a complete scam. Falco advised us that with the purchased insurance everything would be covered if something happened to the couch, WRONG! The insurance is a third party and they will pick and choose what they want to cover. We accidentally ripped the couch while moving, however they denied coverage because it’s on the seam. We paid around $400 for 5 year warranty. I would highly advise against listening to the salespeople at Ashley’s pushing this insurance. I feel scammed.

I had given this store a great review then I tried to have my furniture delivered. First I have to say that I had to cancel the delivery three times because of the fact that my husband was in and out of the hospital after a heart attack. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and advised that my husband was in hospice Care now and in order to bring him home I needed my furniture delivered as quickly as possible. I did not know, and I blame myself for this, that once your furniture is in their warehouse if it is not being delivered that week they can sell it to the next guy that comes along and wants any or all of your merchandise. I've had to put off bringing my husband home from hospice for 3 weeks now because practically everything in our order has been sold off and I had to wait for it to be reordered and brought back in. As I said I do take responsibility for mistakenly believing that all my furniture was going to be kept in a little corner of the warehouse until the day I was ready to have it delivered. I just called with regards to my delivery and was advised that yes most of my stuff will be delivered but now I have to go out and try to find mattresses that could be delivered by Tuesday, today is Sunday, so that I can bring my husband home on Wednesday. I have tried calling the store, no answer and if I did get someone to answer and I asked for a manager I was told the manager would call me back I've been waiting 2 weeks, while calling at least every other day to ask for the manager I believe in 2 weeks I was able to connect with someone once. If you have a life and people in your life who may or may not get sick or may or may not pass away don't buy anything here because they will sell all your furniture at the drop of a hat to the next idiot that comes behind you. Nope I'm not going to add any photos

We had a wonderful experience with Randy. He was super accommodating and helped us figure out the best pieces for our home. He helped us for both our living room and dining room, finding a way to make my husband and I compromise on pieces until we found the perfect fit. Would definitely shop here again. Edit: 3 stars - we needed to cancel a part of the order as previously discussed with Randy as we were unsure if the table would fit in our space, but ordered in case it worked to avoid a secondary trip to the store. We tried to contact him multiple times to edit the order as he claimed he would be available and he has not answered a single phone call or text message. We had to utilize the chat to which no one responded within 72 hours as promised. I then called the customer service line where someone was FINALLY able to ensure our cancellation was processed. They were super understanding and extremely helpful - 5 stars. It shouldn’t require this many avenues to ensure our order was processed accordingly. Do better and definitely don’t have your staff give out personal information as comfort if they aren’t going to answer and it’s just a ploy to get us to order shit. Very frustrating.

Very disappointed in the customer service with Ashley furniture. I ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered back in January. We are almost in April and I still have yet to receive my delivery. Every Time the furniture is scheduled to be delivered, They state they do not have all the parts. Customer service has not been helpful. I have asked for a corporate contact several times with no success. Will never order from Ashley furniture after this, as I have missed two days of work for Delivery drivers to shop and say they do not have all the parts to build the bed. A waste of time.

Update: As requested, I contacted the provided customer service email to discuss a “better solution.” Predictably, I received no response. Terrible, terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. First, I was misled by the sales rep and signed up for the financing with the assurance I wasn’t going to get a credit card in the mail and it would only require a soft check to my credit. 1 week later I get a credit card in the mail, and my credit score gets dinged by 20 points right as we’re trying to buy a house. Second, the delivery date was delayed several times due to back order. 2 months after ordering, I’m moving into the new home and have to change the delivery address. I’m told I have to come in to the store to change it. I do. I speak with Nas, a manager there. She changes the address but can’t schedule for me because …. It’s still on back order …. She promises to look into it and get back to me within a few days. I never hear from her. I call the store but can’t reach her. I email her but she doesn’t respond. I call again and am told that I have to come back into the store to show my ID to confirm the address change….. again? I go in. Nas is there, but this time they take me to the manager Abby who profusely apologizes and promises we’ll get it straightened out. She tells me the soonest they can deliver it is 21/2 weeks out. I tell her I have family coming to visit and need it sooner. She promises she’ll look into getting a sooner delivery date and will call me by end of day either way to give me an update. Do I hear from her again? Of course not. I think at this point I’ll be canceling the order and getting furniture somewhere else - anywhere else - for my visiting family to sit on

We purchased a mattress back in 2021 and now we’re having an issue with fiberglass, and of course they won’t do anything about it because “guarantee is over”. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with fiberglass in the first place, they didn’t take any responsibility. So if you bought a mattress like the one in the picture check under it and be careful.

We have always purchased from various Ashley Stores in the Central Florida Area. We called the Altamonte Springs store on Feb-9 2025, to enquire about a living room set before we traveled to this location to make sure it was available. No answer. We tried 3 additional times, no answer. Talked to the operator at the call center. They could not reach out to them, Call center left a email with our information no call back. Frustrated and disappointed we contacted the Millenia Mall Location, which was even further, they picked up first ring, answered all of our questions. We ended up working with "Mo" Not only did we purchase the living room set, we purchased a dining set also and some additional pieces.Sadly there is no customer service anymore, however Mo from Millenia Mall nailed it! Would encourage the staff and management to take note how that store runs it's location. We will continue to shop this location even though it is 1.5 HRS away.

*BUYER BEWARE**** Had a reclining sofa delivered today and delivery guys dropped it and broke the frame. Then, they actually brought it inside and were trying to leave it after my husband saw them drop it off of the truck. I refused it and downloaded video from security cameras that shows how they dropped it off the back of the truck. They charged me $100 for delivery. I'll be cancelling my order and credit card tomorrow.

No returns! Better love what you buy because you can’t return undamaged items. No mention of this anywhere in the store or sales process, wouldn’t be important to know upfront. Spent over $10,000 in a month furnishing my home and can’t return two chairs that were $300.

I arranged for a company to dispose of my old furniture while I awaited the promise delivery on 1/29/25. But Ashley screwed me over. Moreover, it's impossible to reach the store. Instead you have this ANNOYINGLY BAD phone service. And your on-hold music is unforgivable. UNLESS THIS IS RESOLVED, AND RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY TODAY, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY. I came to this store a little over 2 years ago to purchase a new mattress, bed-frame and bedroom set. All I can say is that this was one of the worst mistakes I made in my life. To start the employee who helped us knew absolutely nothing and looked completely disheveled, sweaty, and almost possibly drunk. The employees lack of knowledge led me to buying a mattress (for thousands of dollars) that wasn’t supportive enough for my back. Nor did he explain that tempurpedic beds sleep hot and offer less support the hotter they get, which I mentioned sleeping hot was a problem for me. Now onto the disappointing quality of the furniture itself and the "assembly team" who delivered it. The furniture itself looks and feels cheap, draws don’t align properly and feet are uneven on the dresser the whole thing looks like it was made in a Chinese sweatshop. But I could live with that, what I can’t live with was the improper installation and setup of my bed frame. The "assembler” did not properly install all the supports on the horizontal slats that the mattress lays on This has led to me my mattress sinking well over 6 inches over the course of my time having it. Due to the poor quality of the mattress and bed frame, I have been dealing with debilitating back pain for over a year. TLDR: don’t support this company, its product is subpar trash and so are its employees.

Walked in for a dresser for my son and the employer Homeira was very kind and helpful .

I made an online order. I took time off work to be available for delivery. I get a call the day before telling me there is a partial back order. I kindly ask that the accommodate me by simply leaving the back ordered lamps in my code secured delivery door and they refused. I am single dad of 2 minors and I work 6 days a week across 2 jobs. A little bit more communication and a lot of customer service would have gone a long way.

We were immediately greeted. We were allowed to just wander and look at our own pace. Our sales Joanne Boatright was very kind and took care of our purchase and the details. Great experience.

I want to add to my tevoew thwt the delivery team left me 2 ottoman by mistake back in February.
