looked on line for some computer furniture, what i found was available on line only, visited the store, and your sales person, Mr. Bruce, showed us several items that were equivalent to what we found online and then found us an exceptional item and we made the purchase. We were pleased with the service and the kind attention to our needs provided by Mr. Bruce, now we are awaiting our delivery. The real proof is in the pudding, so we shall see how this purchase gets implemented and our satisfaction will determine whether or not we made a wise choice.

UPDATE: Ashley responded to my negative review. SERIOUSLY??? This offer to help is FAKE! If they truly wanted to "assist" me, they could have done so yesterday. They do NOT want to "assist" me, nor do they "completely understand your frustration". They just want to "LOOK GOOD" for the public who read my post. I say to them IF YOU TRULY WANT TO DO RIGHT BY ME, GRANT MY REQUEST AND ALLOW ME TO RETURN THIS RECLINER AND REFUND MY MONEY! To the public who read my post: I'll keep you updated ... but not holding my breath! WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ITEM IN-STORE!!! MINUS 100 STARS! THEY DO NOT VERBALLY INFORM YOU THAT NON-DAMAGED, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED! In much smaller print HIDDEN ON THE BACK of your invoice you will see this disclosure but when they give you the invoice,THEY DO NOT CALL YOUR ATTENTION THAT THIS VITAL FACT ON RETURNS IS ON THE BACK OF YOUR INVOICE. Had I been properly informed of this store policy, I would not have purchased this item in store. If you find the recliner (as in my case) uncomfortable, unsuitable, TOO BAD FOR YOU! Damien, a Customer Experience Agent stated "Your request for a return has been Denied. Based on the delivery service you chose of premium delivery items can be refused at *time of delivery." SERIOUSLY? Based on this "logic", I'm supposed to "know" that I am going to be dissatisfied with the recliner at the TIME OF DELIVERY!!! DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE WITH EVEN HALF A BRAIN??? I couldn't possibly know that AFTER HAVING THE RECLINER IN MY POSSESSION and sitting in it 3 hours I would find it uncomfortable and unsatisfactory! I called Customer Service well within 24 hours of having this recliner in my possession. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! They don't care why you need to return an unsatisfactory item, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY/COMMISSION! GO ANYWHERE BUT ASHLEY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
