Gary the store manager and Priya worked their magic. I did have an issue with a chair that I purchased that was delivered unwrapped, dirty and dingy. After several attempts contacting customer service, I came back to the store and spoke with Gary, who quickly diffused the situation and replaced the chair quickly. Gary actually made me laugh and Priya was kind. Overall a good experience

Let’s be honest there is no good service anywhere as far as furniture it’s all poor quality, even if they say white glove. Service is horrible after purchasing . I bought living room recliners and bedroom . From the start the guy broke the nail to the dresser handle had to wait months for it to come. Well any away let me get to the important part, DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GET THE WARRANTY ITS JUST BOUGS ! Called today to get my recliners fixed paint is fading, I got this delivered in February 2021. Promised by the sells guy it cover all damage it’s good specially if you have kids it covers milk stains !!!! It’s just a line the only thing it cover was the power to one of the recliners that won’t turn on. But it doesn’t cover the squeaking that the others are making. Ahhhh hello that’s part of the mechanism ! I’m just so mad at all this big companies taking advantage of all us . Are Pennie’s are worth there millions . Don’t fall for the sells guy his just looking out for himself and his commission. ( I still have to wait for service guy to check loveseat and see if the warranty will cover) so more to come for sure

I came in looking for a sofa and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and how I was showed options that met exactly what I wanted without trying to upscale me. Even with some technical issues with the checkout system it went very smoothly. The associate that helped me was Rachel. I plan on coming back and purchasing more furniture once I finish getting moved.

This is by far the worst customer service the salesperson was great however they delivered my furniture and it was damaged I contacted the delivery people and customer service right away to tell them about the damages they took down all the information and emailed me and told me to take pictures which I did then they have not contacted me since it's been over a month and I still sitting here with a $3,000 dollar bedroom set that is damaged and no one will contact me back from corporate do not buy your furniture from here because I'm telling you if it is damaged you will be stuck with damaged furniture,and still pay thousands on furniture that is damaged and never replaced.
