After counseling my delivery for four times I decided to cancel the entire order. No, I’m on my second week waiting for the return of my funds to my account, in which they said it would be by a certain time and I haven’t heard from anyone from the company at all

The manager was fantastic! The salesperson was distracted trying to get the business of every customer walking by. This made it difficult to give her customer quality attention.

I went to store and in maybe 45 min I was out with my new bedroom set and fast delivery.

I came in And bought an outdoor umbrella, and it took nearly 30 minutes to ring me up. It’s ridiculous how much paperwork is done for a Big purchase let alone a small purchase. At least next time I’ll know if I need to come in and make a quick purchase. Ashley’s is not the place to do that.

Friendly and knowable staff

The worst experience I have had. Delivery was delayed and when the order finally came it was missing parts. We cancelled the whole order and sent it back at the time of delivery. Two weeks later we were contacted and told delivery had been setup again. We found out the sales lady had resubmitted the order without our permission. We cancelled a second time over the phone. After a month I spent an hour and half in customer service line trying to find out where was our refund. The line went dead and to a customer survey came up on the phone. We had to submit a dispute with our bank and finally after almost 2 months we got our money back. They are horrible and I do not recommend purchasing through Ashley furniture! Never again!

Hi, My husband and I were so excited to come to Ashley Furniture store to purchase a new sectional couch. Rose was extremely helpful with finding us one.. So excited to get the couch delivered, and when they were unboxing it, there was a few pieces that were all dirty. I was so upset! How could they delivery a dirty, expensive couch to us like that.. wow Second time for delivery, I had to be home and wait for them and the exact same thing couch came all dirty again. Ugh this is awful!!! We spoke to manager at the store ( it took days to finally get a hold of her. Phone goes straight to Philippines, you can’t even get a hold of anyone in the store and half of them don’t speak good English and can’t understand what you are talking about. Very frustrating when you can’t get a hold of the store directly. Finally, we were able to get a hold of the manager. She said she was going to give us a credit toward the couch for everything that has been happening. . We have never received the credit she not very helpful to say the least or apologetic on what happened with the couch. I will never be shopping at this furniture store again! I highly recommend you shop someplace else!! Worse experience ever!!!!!

Was told that a piece of furniture came with a feature by the sales agent at time of sale after asking multiple times to confirm. When furniture was delivered it didn’t come with feature. Had to call sales agent Homi and after her giving multiple excuses I had to call store manager and got office manager and was told I could come and get the feature and install myself. I said no I paid for delivery and install. She then made sales agent bring to my house. The next time they came to deliver they would install the feature. Well that day came and installation crew said NO and spoke no English so we couldn’t communication and were very rude to my wife so she called store and store manager tried to get a sales person to talk to them they hung up on store. Also they also signed my wife’s name on sheet after she said no because it wasn’t done. So store manager had to come to my house and install. Still have not heard from my call to corporate office and complained. Store manager told my wife he would be calling me to discuss and figure out compensation for all of this. Please call me.

Mike at the Altamonte store was great

Poor customer service. Delivered items with missing parts. Had to wait two weeks to use the furniture. Was told I had to build one of the items. At the head of the bed, there is a gap with the wooden slabs and mattress is sinking. Much better customer service from Wayfair. Update: After a while, someone did come to inspect the furniture and did notice the gap. Installation of the slab feet was not done and still pending. Since then I have received no communication. I did receive one email from this review, but after responding, no further communication was initiated. If something is wrong with your furniture expect extremely poor customer service.

I just purchased a mattress + accessories from this store, and Karen was lovely to work with. RATHER THAN REPLACE IT, WE GET TO WAIT MONTHS FOR PARTS. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! It is 10/31 and we have heard nothing from the solutions people. This is a garbage company!!

I purchased furniture back on 7/22/2024, and it's been a nightmare. I still have not received all my furniture, and my orders have been pushed back about five times now. I asked my sales rep to have the manager call me regarding my orders, and I still have not received a call. They were also supposed to waive the delivery fees per the manager, who never called me back, and they still haven't credited me back. This would be the last time I ever purchased my furniture from Ashley Furniture store I spent over 6k and I can't even get a store manager to give me a call back about my orders. My bed frame that was delivered to my house 4 months later had dirt marks in the cushion head board there was also black smudged on the railing of the bed. I sent the pictures to my sale rept and she advised I wouldn't be able to get a replacement bed frame and board until November… remember I already waited 4 months for my bed because they keep pushing my order back.. Smh And to top it off they charge my Ashley credit card 3 times for amounts that where never authorized I reached out to my sales rept Rose Clark and she advised she is not working and couldn't assist me to call the store who you can't even get in touch with.

Had the absolute worst experience at the Ashley Furniture Altamonte location. We stopped in with every intention of spending money at this location but the sales lady was so incredibly aggressive that it made the process so uncomfortable. She hounded us like prey and did not listen to anything I said or asked, instead she rambled… so much… all these numbers regarding prices, financing, warranty, etc before I even found something I liked. After being followed around for several minutes and being interrupted by her over and over again while trying to discuss decisions with my wife, I told her I’d let her know if we had any questions… she didn’t take the hint and continued to follow us around, so I asked for some space while we browsed and tested out furniture and that I would go find her when I was ready… That lasted for about 30 seconds and she was back, interjecting her opinion and telling me what I would love (how does she know what I love when she hasn’t listened to a word I’ve said?) I really wish I was exaggerating on 30 seconds, but I’m not… This happened at least three more times. My wife and I even joked that we needed to run to the next furniture set so we have time to talk before she was back interjecting herself on a crazy rant. I couldn’t believe this was actually my experience while furniture shopping, it was worse than any car dealership I’ve ever been to and her behavior and explanations were so bizarre that I legitimately felt like I was being pranked. We left and spent $10,000 at Macys furniture store down the road, where we had a great experience with Maribel.

The in store ordering was good, and the delivery drivers were amazing, however the headboard was cracked and we reported it immediately. They said I would hear back in two days, and I still haven’t received anything. They called two days before the delivery to say that two of the kids mattresses wouldn’t be delivered on time. The delivery was scheduled for 10/31, however I was told the mattresses were delayed and would be delivered on 11/1. I get a call on 10/31 after the 1st delivery saying that the mattresses would not be available and delivered until 11/2. I asked a second time as I knew that was a weekend day. On 11/1 I get a text to reschedule the delivery AGAIN due to the item not being available. When going in to choose the delivery date, the 1st available wasn’t until 11/5🤦🏾‍♀️ At this point I am over it. If it doesn’t arrive on 11/5, I will be canceling and ordering elsewhere.

Yesterday I went to Ashley furniture to furnish my new apartment & I had the pleasure to meet Max. Right when I walked in he greeted me & told me about certain sales & clearance items. I wandered around the store for a bit and then he approached me again asking if I could use some help. I explained the items that I was hoping to find for my new living room and he was extremely helpful. Max walked me around the store, making recommendations based on the pictures I showed him. I was surprised at his expertise! He knew exactly where everything was located & had a wealth of knowledge about the inventory. He was extremely patient with me and my particular taste — even moving furniture all around the store to show me how different coffee tables would look in front of different couches. He truly went the extra mile! I ended up taking advantage of the financing option that Ashley offers with no interest for an entire year so I will absolutely be coming back to get more furniture & definitely asking for Max to help me out!

Felt like i was at a car dealership. High pressure sales tactics. Sales rep (who I won’t single out because I’m not like that), appeared strangely desperate to make a sale. I went in knowing what I wanted, so it should have been easy but she just refused to LISTEN. If she hadn’t been so pushy, we would have likely kept shopping for more, but she made us just want to get out of there. At checkout, she tried to add on a warranty that I specifically said I don’t want. Be advised too, all the recent google reviews are no coincidence. She literally said “open up your google account and go to the page”. Then once on the Ashley furniture store, she said “ok press 5 stars and then leave a good review. Make sure to include my name”. Absolutely bizarre behavior from a store. If you earn 5 stars, I’ll give you 5 stars. Unfortunately, you’re getting 2.

We reached out an emailed as they requested - and nothing. Their response below is only to make it seem to people reading this review rhat they attempted to remedy this, thus comforting future buyers. They've done nothing. Proving full circle - this is a terrible location/company. Save yourself the time and headache. We ordered a couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, entertainment center, bed frame and dresser - originally supposed to arrive the 6th. We got it the 13th. Three pieces of the 4 piece entertainment center are broken - won't send replacement but will send someone out to "see if they cam fix it" on the 23rd. The worst in store experience and the customer service since has been such a hassle we're thinking of telling them to come pick it all up and give us the mo ey back. There are too many furniture stores around here to waste your time and amazon has the EXACT same furniture for a third the price. Probably faster delivery too. Not worth it to go here, find literally anywhere else.

I wish I could tell you why I was even in the store to begin with, however I am married and have learned that such questions are fruitless. What I can tell you however is that we got several things ( that I was told we needed ) at a great price due to a sale of some sort that was happening. We were helped by employees Nas and Berry, at least I believe those were there names...at any rate they delivered a truly awesome experience! Before we left my wife proceeded to exclaim that we would definitely be back to see them so I have no doubt they are all conspiring against my wallet, in cahoots if you will. But I digress 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are in the area and in need of furniture...no tacos though. Side note I was originally going to give them only 4 stars due to the blatant lack of tacos but then my wife glared at me menacingly soooo..5 stars

Unethical sales tactics. I went to Ashley to buy a dresser and nightstand. I knew exactly what I wanted, so there was no sales work required by thier staff. They charged me a $200 delivery fee and when I questioned it, they told me it could not be changed. I later discovered they have two other less expensive delivery options available that I was not offered. They failed to answer their phone multiple times. When I called the Ashley customer service line, they told me I had to deal with the local store. They were unable to contact the local store as well and offered to email the for me. That was almost two weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone.

I indicated i was just looking and didnt need assistance, that I would come see him if we needed anything. I dont appreciate being followed around by a sales rep for 20 minutes. Literally within 10-15 feet. Creepy.

This were my first time shopping here at Ashley Furniture in Altamonte for my home. I couldnt ask for a better sales associate or sales managers. Luis, Stephanie and Sedric did an excellent job. Luis greeted us as we entered the showroom. I went in with a budget and Luis were a big help. Luis were very knowledgeable and patient with me with all the many questions I had. He stayed at a distance until I needed him and I didnt feel pressured to purchase furniture that wasnt to my liking. Stephanie were very pleasant and helpful as well. Any questions I had she answered with respect even when she had to repeat herself twice to ensure I had a clear understanding. As we were closing she realized two of the items were on back order till late August. Stephanie, Luis, and Sedric worked together to find us one that were actually better than the original items. Thanks Stephanie for your great customer service. Sedric were very helpful and polite. He came in at the end, but he was also patient with us. David, if you don't want to do your job or be pleasant because you're not getting the "sale" just stay home. Learn how to be a team player and provide a good experience for your teammates when they are unavailable. Sweating and giving curt responses has earned Ashley one star.

First visit was a month ago, our sales person was Leslie who showed just enough attention without being the pesty sales person and running us away, we returned today and was greeted by one of the managers Naz who was absolutely terrific, she passed us over to a salesman by the name Brian who overcame our objections and delivered an awesome alternative to our initial choice, he also met our delivery date expectation and did an awesome job at up-selling the warranty package. We purchased today..as a V.P. of Sales it was great watching a well trained team work together to deliver an amazing customer experience.

Experience in the store was fine... Once it came to delivery, well... the items that were loaded onto the truck were incorrect and they had to take back the furniture, now the rescheduled delivery is 2 weeks out, due to availability... This is why I put in 3 stars... Had the delivery been on point and no kinks, this would have been a 5 star review. The warehouse needs to take the time and make sure what is being loaded is the correct items, otherwise everyone's time is being wasted.

After visiting 4 other furniture stores, we found just what we were looking for -- couch and loveseat in a lovely color -- at Ashley Store, with Karen's help. She recognized our criteria, comfort and fit first and then color, and gave us guidance to look around and find it. The earlier visits elsewhere probably honed our search, but Ashley had the color that made the sale.

Furniture delivery scratched and dirty after two separate attempts. They actually had the nerve to resend the same piece that was refused on the first delivery.

Furniture is good but poor customer service. The first time we went in and the salesperson was no help at all in aiding us in finding what we wanted. Just kept saying all of their couches are comfortable. We asked if they had a couch in a different color and was told no. Luckily we were talking to the floor manager and brought up the couch and she told us it was available in a different color. On day two we went in to get measurements and instead of using the tape measure on their hip, they tried to give us the measurements from online and they were wrong. On day three I was rushed through the purchasing process because they were busy, they made numerous mistakes on the shipping address and then failed to mention the total i was paying or the $200 shipping fee until they handed me the receipt with the total. Update: Emailed the provided email 3 days ago but no response yet. Will update. Do have screenshots of other customer's reviews who also had the delivery fee conveniently go unmentioned

We recently went to Altamonte Springs location and what we thought was a nice experience at the store resulted in a nightmare days later. Salesperson "Dave" presented himself as a nice man, so we did not feel threatened, rushed or that we should be on guard for tricky sales. We were so wrong!!! We repeatedly asked if the delivery fees we were paying included assembly and Dave every time, looking straight to our faces, said yes, 100%. So we trusted him and did not pay too much attention at the time of signing the documents. The furniture was delivered, and the assembly was not included. Our fault 100%. We also bought a wall clock, and he never told us that the green piece of document we were signing was because we were buying it "as is". He never told us the clock was the one in the show room, full of dust and some scratches. The clock did not work after putting the battery in at home. We thought we were just signing the receipt. Again, this was our fault for trusting a "nice" man that will never lie to 2 women in their faces. We were moving to a different city the next day, so taking the clock back was more trouble for us. I am giving 2 stars and not 1 because the furniture was delivered in good condition and on time, but shame on Dave. Karma always circles back, and this case will not be an exception.

We had a very poor experience with “trusted advisor” Luis Diaz Ortiz at this Ashley. After greeting us at the door, he started off by making rude comments about why we parked far away (to not get door dinged and to stay in the shade). We informed him we were just looking around, and he acknowledged this and assured us he would not follow us around- but then proceeded to essentially stalk us through the store, asking us if we needed help multiple times. Once we settled on an item, he did a very poor job of guiding us through a needlessly complicated sales process. When taking down our information, we specifically asked him NOT to sign us up for email or print marketing, which he assured us he would not (we’ve been getting incessant print mail and emails from Ashley since our visit). He then made a complete mess of the continued sales process, turning what should have taken 5 minutes into over half an hour. He ran our credit card wrong, told us it was declined (untrue) and then proceeded to make snarky and disparaging remarks about the card and the fact that we were purchasing a piece of clearance furniture. We did eventually successfully purchase the item, and upon returning to pick it up, were greeted again by Luis making offhand comments about purchasing clearance furniture. To close things out, he took a FaceTime call on speaker phone from a relative during the pickup process. We found this entire experience to be farcical and extremely off-putting. To call Luis a “trusted advisor” (the title on his business card and name tag) is absurd. If you’re reading this, this is indubitably the worst customer service experience we have ever had, to the point it was comedic. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and Luis like the plague. To management: we would be more than happy to discuss this experience. Thank you.

We went in to upgrade our living room, and to say she found the groove of what my wife and I were looking for is an understatement, What was great is she LISTENS to what your saying and she makes it a reality, our vision and her know how and back ground in design is a key factor and has such and eye and passion for what she does, Which makes it such a great perspective and tool to have as you speak to someone seeing what you want. I'm adding just 1 photo and if I can I'll come back for more in the future, we have our furniture a bit covered because we are getting the puppies and kitties used to not jumping up and so far so good. We purchased a table/2 chairs and 2 stools for a table in our nook, We purchased a sectional with count it 4 recliners and corner seat, as well as a single recliner, as well as a table behind the couch with 3 stools (has electricity for powering up phones, laptops etc.) and an end table as well as for me the fireplace is what I felt was the missing piece and you can see here the look. We still intend on adding indoor plants as a suggestion from Karen and you can see it's missing something and we hope to fill that soon. Before writing this I wanted to give it a good title and I like "The Reverse Karen" which is everything positive from knowledgeable, Attentive, Caring and most of all GENUINE!! She asked us questions on what my husband and I’s styles were, and she advised us accordingly. Hands down best sales rep I have ever dealt with. We were in the store for about 3 hours, and we left satisfied!
