What an amazing place! We had the best experience. We had to furnish our entire new home and we found everything we needed here. Angel Fuentes went above and beyond to find stuff of our liking. He spent the whole day with us recommending stylish pieces that suited our budget. The whole team is just elite. Sebastián from management made sure we got the best possible deal than anywhere else. We don’t have enough time on the day to speak about the goodness of the staff and what this place offers. We also got every delivery arranged to be on time and installed the day of our move. No pressure tactics and always nearby when questions were needed to be answered but allowed me and my wife space to talk and decide on our Sofa. The manager John was friendly as well assisting with the final details of the purchase, very professional Team, great job and this is the standard that should be universal but hard to find anywhere else. My sales person did not rush me or follow me around. She let me look and than gave me all the info I needed. She was great. Very pleased

Don’t buy their warranty, I bought one for my dining room table which is all wood and when I called regarding food stains to my table, a technician came out and told me I was getting a new table top and then a few days later it was denied. After many phone calls this is still an issue. My warranty is now expired and they send me an in store only check to use (which the store is 4 hours away, we bought the table and shipped to our new address). Someone from the store was supposed to call and never did, only someone from social media. I wouldn’t have paid for a warranty if I knew my table wasn’t covered from food stains..

Ordered a bed online for my daughter, arrived completely damaged by some 3rd party delivery group neither of them spoke English. Called customer service and they couldn’t give me any answers and also barely spoke English. Now my daughter has no bed to sleep in and it’s been over a week without a replacement or any answers. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Better off paying a little more for better quality and customer service.

I've been buying from ashley for the last ten years.And always had really good experience and the quality of furniture is good. Unfortunately, my last buy, it came damaged. And maybe it happened during shipping, but i'm sure they will take care of it. Wull not stop me from buying again. I just hope they fix this soon.

Ashley I bought a dining room and table and chairs and spent $1,900. I bought the warranty/protection plan on it and there was damage to the table, so I made a claim. Someone came out and said I’d be getting a new table, so I was happy. Then I got a call that our claim was denied and it’s not damage from food/water but yet it was damaged from food and the technician who came out even agreed. I have made several calls to try to get this fixed and no one was helpful. I got an in store credit check for my “money back” for the warranty. I can only use it in store, and a store that’s 4 hours away from me! I called customer service (again) they said someone in sales at the store would call me but nothing. I’m sorry but this experience has been the worst and I will never buy furniture from here again.

They went above and beyond to make sure this was possible (even with system/technical difficulties!!) before the cut off time. Thank youuuu!!!

I went to the Ashley/City furniture store in Boca Raton Florida yesterday and had a poor experience with the staff. I am being generous with my rating of 3 stars in consideration of my previous purchases. This particular instance really deserves 1 star. For context, I have purchased practically all of my furniture from that store (the city side) for my home. The previous staff group (including managers and the store attendant helping me) were very cordial and would come to help me promptly. This time, I went to go buy a bed frame for my daughter. When we arrived, no one was there to help us at all. All of them were seated near the sales desks where the managers sit. I was walking around the store for about 20 minutes browsing the frames to find a good low profile bed frame as my daughters room is on the smaller side. There was not a soul in sight to be seen. When we found one, I went to go find someone to help us order it. I wanted to understand the pricing first because I was confused and I also wanted to make sure she had the right box frame since she already has one for her current mattress. When I saw all the store attendants seated near the sales desks, I waited politely as I was not sure if they were busy with something important. I waited 10 minutes. No one wanted to help me. I then said out loud “If someone would be so kind as to help me since I want to buy a bed frame but if you are far too busy I will go elsewhere”. Only then did someone come up to help me. While she was cordial, I noticed a gentleman glaring at me with what seemed like disdain. He was clearly someone who worked there due to his attire and he was seated in front of a computer. For further context, I am tan. And I mean a deep olive tan. I am also an older woman with an accent. I speak multiple languages and look very much like a foreigner compared to the typical American stereo type. I felt discriminated and uncomfortable. She came to help me. When I went to go ask for help I was by myself and left my daughters by the bed frame. One of my daughters does not look like me. She looks looked her father, super pale and light hair and hazel eyes. Not only did I notice the sales attendant was surprised, but there was a difference in her mannerisms, shifting from cold politeness with a mask of being cordial to more friendly. She also addressed my older daughter who is white most of the time when the bed is meant for my youngest who also looks like me. We went back to the sales area where I found her to finalize payment. The same gentleman I mentioned before, with the obvious disdain he showed me, was also very surprised to see my white daughter and his countenance changed. I have been discriminated before my countless of people due to my appearance so I am very familiar with body language that translates to someone who is very uncomfortable to be near me. I equate that to racist behavior. I am extremely disappointed with my treatment by the general staff from this experience, especially in comparison with my previous encounters with different staff. While the lady who assisted us was not particularly the problem, the over all attentiveness of the general staff, to the lack of help and the undercurrent of what I experienced as racist treatment made me uncomfortable. Although I want to give that location another try, I am not too happy. Also, when I arrived it was around 7 pm so it was not exactly close to the closing hours, and it was certainly not busy either. So it is not exactly as if the staff was spread thin due to demand of customers. I feel that is important to mention if someone was under the impression that I came during peak store hours and am being entitled. Likewise, I came during a weekday and there were plenty of store personnel lounging about on their computers/tablets/phones. My point is there really was not an excuse for the sheer lack of professionalism from the staff on hand. I don’t expect a red carpet treatment, but I don’t think being friendly is too much to ask.

I Was that Ashley furniture/city furniture on Saturday, July 12, 2025. I was greeted by Tonya Who was so sweet and helpful and patient with me. We found the furniture I wanted, and she also helped some friends that were with me. I went back to the next day to look again and make sure it was exactly what I wanted without the help of my friends. I did change a few things and even though I wasn’t ready for delivery, she informed me that the next week They were having a sale and would call and remind me. That next Saturday she did call me And reminded me of the sale. I went the next day and finished the sale and scheduled it with her Help. I saved about $250 which I really appreciated. Thank you, Tonya for such a pleasant experience.

Mikala at Ashley Furniture was awesome to work with! She was super helpful, never pushy, and even called me when a sale started so I could get a great deal on my recliner sofa and love seat. Great service all around. I would definitely recommend her to anyone shopping for furniture.

I was greeted by someone when I walked in. I told her I am looking for something on sale or clearance (I was looking online earlier in the day at items on sale and decided to go into the store), she informed me they do not have sale or clearance and decided not to assist or show me around and end up assisting clients that walked in after me. I had to look on my own. I saw a bed I wanted and asked someone to assist me. While the associate that was sent to assist me was checking me out, I asked if she can show me other beds in that price range. She showed me one model I thought I wanted but then I saw another model for the same price that I liked more. I asked the associate if she can switch to the other one instead. The comment I heard after switching is “it’s a very busy day today.” Which seems to me like she was implying I was wasting her time and she could be helping other customers. I addressed what she said and informed her I can look for this model online if she would rather help someone else. She claim she was speaking in her mic and it was not towards me. From my understanding, you have to press a button to speak into the mic and she was not pressing the button. I have shopped at city furniture before and I am shocked at the customer service I received today. No one seem like they genuinely wanted to assist me from the moment I walked in.

We bought a couch from Cat and honestly? We’re not sure if we got a piece of furniture or adopted a majestic, nap ready couch. It’s so comfy we’ve considered canceling all plans, including work. Cat is the best and would give the couch and seller 10/10

One of the most disappointing furniture shopping experiences! There was a gentleman sitting at the door on his phone. He looked up and barely acknowledged. We looked for more than an hour. Several sales associates walked by on their phones and not a single person asked if they could help or answer questions. We are in search for a whole house of furniture. Did they miss out! .Very poor customer service.

The only furniture store that facilitates haul away of your old furniture. While most stores provide white glove delivery service for a price, the customer is left go his own devices to dispose of old and often heavy furniture.

Purchased a couch, when it was delivered rather than bring it thru sliders, they shoved it thru front door causing damage to door frame, their own couch and an antique vase! Customer service is only reachable by email, they respond every few weeks but if you miss their call you have to wait until they decide to call you back. They did replace the damaged couch and sent someone to fix door but demanded a receipt for a 100 year old vase. Offered a few $100 for vase or go to court. Would not refund delivery charge. Then sent gift card to be used in 45 days! It took longer to talk to someone!! Used card but will not return and suggest no one has them DELIVER! Note: sent message to owner who said his team will reach out. Got a call from manager and stated it was settled???

Horrible customer service. Incompetence. I bought a SIX PIECE DUVET SET nearly two weeks ago. $300+. The salesperson first borderline stalked me throughout the store as I shopped. I was then told that the delivery for this set would be THE NEXT DAY. Two weeks later, I find out one other item I ordered was marked as picked up at the warehouse and then today the delivery team brings me the duvet and the other 5 pieces are missing. When they called customer service, the agent condescendingly says to me “the other pieces must be in the package” after I opened the duvet, pulled it out, shook it to show the two delivery guys that there is NOTHING else in the package - a tiny package I might add, not Marge enough for 6 king size pieces of a bedroom set. Then without any apology, the customer service rep says “well she can deny the delivery”…. Your customer service is abhorrent. The sales team is not focused on the customer experience but on their commission - clearly bc why else would I be followed throughout the store?! Your customer service team doesn’t care about the customer experience as is evident by the way this woman condescendingly dismissed my feelings over this entire experience. The ONLY people who had any empathy were the two delivery guys. Get it together Ashley Boca.

Beware of the delivery policy. I had an option of free delivery to my address or premium delivery for a few hundred dollars which meant the driver would put the furniture together. I opted to have free delivery as I could put the furniture together by myself. When the delivery driver got to my condo building he stated that he cannot bring the furniture pieces up to my condo. Granted I live on the 3rd floor with an elevator. He stated he can only bring the pieces to the lobby and/or elevator and not inside my unit leaving me to manhandle the furniture up the elevator to my unit by myself. Just be aware what they mean by free delivery

The sales person was great, but I had problems with my delivery and there has been no follow up by them. They gouged my headboard hitting a flood light with it and my footboard had a crack in the wood. Not sure if the crack happened while they were assembling or if it was that way from the factory. They sent a repair person out to fix both of those items, being as I did not want to have to send the furniture back and get it replaced because I needed the room set up for a guest. However, my bigger issue was that I had a really nice Beautyrest latex foam mattress also delivered at the same time. It was heavy and because it is a “plyable” mattress I assume because it is foam versus spring. When the truck pulled up, the first thing they did was roll the mattress out of it onto the parking lot. They did not carry it off the truck, they just pushed it out. Then they decided it was too heavy for the three of them to carry so they rolled it in like a ball up my steps and into my condo. Hitting railings and mistreating it horribly. It has carry handles on the side but they did not use them, instead pushing and rolling it up the stairwell. It was very poorly treated and I paid a lot of money for the mattress. I did call the store now several times to see if there was anything they were willing to do about it, either monetarily or something else and they say they’ll look into it and they just don’t ever call me back. The last time I called, I asked for the store manager. They told me he was busy and then I needed to leave a message with my sales person because he would talk to her first anyway. So I left a message with her again, but she was the one who hadn’t gotten back to me with a resolution all the other times I called. This time she didn’t even call back nor did the store manager. So this is the first time I’ve ever bought furniture from Ashley furniture, it will now also be the last. It doesn’t matter how good your sales person is if no one follows up if there ends up being a It doesn’t matter how good your sales person is if no one follows up if there ends up being an issue on the delivery end. They were very rushed and hurried and careless. There really is no excuse for that or not getting back with a resolution.

I could not be more dissapointed. And was even now notified the second bedroom set could not be repaired today as well. What a horrible experience.....

Very disappointed here, I bought a chair last week and was told I am able to go to the distribution center this weekend to pick up and when I get there they tell me that they have none. I order a couch and the sales rep tells me I will be getting it all at once after first being told it would come separately. I just don’t like the poor communication and getting people’s hopes up. The guy was nice and all but it would be better if yall were a little more organized.

Don't waste your time here. They will use scare tactics and manipulate inventory so that they don't have to honor advertised prices. False advertising! I went in to buy a bed set, couch and mattress and they tried to sell me the bed set at full msrp when the site advertises it on sale hundred lower. I well be making a refund and take my business else where.

After several attempts to get my couch and coffee table fixed, I am pleased to say Ashley Furniture has done the right thing. There were some hiccups in the process, however, Harry Segura made sure to fix this and followed up with me to make me happy. He was professional, kind and understanding. The repair man Steve who came was the only one who could finally fix both my coffee table and couch on separate days. He was great all around! I appreciate the companies commitment to resolving the issue.

Giving 2 stars because I loved the furniture selection in this location's showroom, but Michelle was rude and took advantage of my situation. I came here while visiting family in the area, and already had another order placed at a different Ashley back where I live in Wisconsin. However I preferred the furniture I saw in person in Boca and decided to cancel my original order. Michelle told me the shipping from Florida to Wisconsin will cost hundreds more than the cost for local shipping, but when I told her that I'll just go order it back in WI then she insisted that the furniture I picked was only available regionally in the south and I can't order it back up north to save on shipping. I was naive and took her word. Well I found out when I went back to the Ashley in WI (separate reason) that I could have placed the order for the furniture I liked more in FL through their store after all because everything just comes from national distribution centers. This whole experience ruined the Ashley brand for me as a whole.

I was a little disappointed in my visit today because I asked to buy a city furniture $1000 gift card for a client and the guy that worked there told me they only had ashley furniture gift cards and I knew my client didn’t like ashley furniture so he sold me the ashley furniture one and then I asked the girl at the front desk if they had city furniture ones and she said yes so I asked him to return the ashley furniture one and change it to City furniture and now I have to wait a few days till he can change it and go all the way back to pick it up Round-trip for an hour from my house to pick up the gift card since my client does not like ashley furniture. I do not know why he said he had no city furniture gift cards without even looking! What a waste of my time and what a lazy guy not to check to see if he had the cards before wasting my time and making me now return that one and come all the way back to pick up a new one. I’m a big customer at your store if you look up my account and what a waste of time for me since he couldn’t even check to see if you had a city furniture gift card, which was right in the desk right by where he was standing. Thank God, the girl at the front told me you did ..or I would’ve had to hand my client ashley furniture that is not what I promised that I would get her!!! Very upset

I went to the show room found some pieces I liked the quality is average. A few days later I processed my order on the website and got an error page. The order never went through but they still charged my credit card!!!! Over $3,000 now I’ve spent hours on the phone with the call center in India and they basically say it will probably get refunded! I’ve had to open a complaint with consumer affairs and will probably have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges!!!! All this aggravation it isn’t with it! Will never do business with them again!

The first week of July I purchased $10k worth of items from Ashley. Everything was set to be delivered the last week of July, when the drivers came in to deliver, we noticed half of our order was missing, so we got on the phone with customer service and they said the usual "we apologize it will come in the next delivery" and they had to reschedule me for another day, meaning I would have to take another day off from work. The second delivery comes, and they bring the furniture in the wrong color, so once again we had to call customer care and let them know that this was incorrect so they took some of the items back and got me on a third day. Meanwhile, as part of our original $10k order, we received an adjustable base as a promotion. I was never called or informed that between the day I placed my order and the delivery date, they went out of stock. Originally, they told me "your items are reserved because you are on a schedule". The delivery driver was the one to tell me the expected delivery window will now be October-November, 4-5 months AFTER I placed the order. I have been countless hours on the phone with the Team Lead by the name Safari and another supervisor and no one can do anything. After all this, because the adjustable base was on back order Ashley Furniture without my authorization added the Wooden Slacks for the mattress to go on and charged me for it even though I did not need it because we were receiving the adjustable base. So they charged me without my consent, did not deliver in a timely manner, and continue to reschedule my delivery because they are incapable of organizing my delivery. Finally, I decided to upgrade to a King size bed and mattress to which they declined, I want to give them more money and I was fine paying a restocking fee, I just want to be able to sleep in my bed and put everything behind me. I demand I be able to upgrade to a King size bed, I am fine paying a restock fee, I want my bed and be done with Ashley Furniture

My experience at the City Furniture was great. Nik was an excellent and informative salesman. However I can’t give a full view of my whole experience since the large couch was damaged during delivery. I am letting them try to fix it. But that is only with the assurance from Ashley furniture that I will get a new couch if the repair cannot be done. I cannot except any dents. I’m still waiting on the delivery of my dresser

So I want to acknowledge my sales Mr. SAM VERY PATIENT AND KIND!!!! I was really indecisive about my choices but he was very honest and open to help me and spouse out. When I finally my decision on which bedroom set I wanted, he sat down with me and spouse through the whole process. Through the finances was kind of different which I excepted but he was very certain about me getting my bedset and he made it happened!! He was so so pleasant and patient with us. Horrible Experience! I bought furnitures from this place with insurance that was promised to return my $300 after 2 years. Never received that check for it. I called customer service and got directed to the local store. I got email from an employee, who got permission from the manager, saying that they would give me a credit to pick something out at the store. I came, they didn’t honor it because the person is no longer working there. DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU. The lady I talked was no accommodating at all! Unwilling to listen!

One and done. I walked around the entire store looking for a sofa and not one person approached me to help. I was invisible, apparently. No customers were in the store, but the sales people were happy just talking to one another and staring at their cell phones and work tablets. Zero customer service must be the strategy at Ashley.
