Can't ever get a hold of store I live 30min from closest store and want to ask a question so I don't waste my time going for no reason..crazy amount of business you must lose I have called for an hour and all you get is customer care and they can't do a damn thing for you basically is what they tell you... disappointed Brandon Florida location

Never by from this store, spent 4k on a bedroom set, came Monday to deliver the order, was missing parts, said they where coming Tuesday and never showed up, called all day Wednesday, they finally showed up, then they where still missing screws, so I was told I still couldn’t use my bed, this is my insane, I’m lived and so angry I can speak to a manager!

We shopped around. Ended up at the Brandon store. We bought 2 love seats powered. Not cheap ones either, the 1st one had issues, they replaced. 2nd one developed issues, we were disappointed. Once again, called the online number, terrible, beyond terrible experience. Sooo, we drove to the store. Just had a hip replacement, so this is how important we felt it was to get handled fast. Walked into store, and Robert the store leader took over. What a fantastic experience, he is what customer service should be. Took care of return and our new purchase. Fast delivery. This is the model other businesses should follow. The call center needs to be updated to more English speaking personnel. Not being racist, just a fact. We will be seeing the Brandon team again. Thank you!

In early August, I ordered a king-size mattress and bed set with delivery scheduled for September 5th. On September 3rd, I called to confirm the delivery window, only to be told my items were delayed and wouldn’t arrive on time. I had already taken PTO to coordinate my move around this delivery, so the news was frustrating and stressful. After getting no solid answers from customer service, I went back to the store in person. The associate I first worked with tried to help, but everything available was either out of stock or had a much later delivery date, and none of it was what I originally wanted. At this point, I was beginning to feel defeated, especially after spending over $3,500 on these items. That’s when Brendan stepped in. He truly went above and beyond. Brendan worked tirelessly to find me a bed set that was very close to what I had originally chosen, negotiated so I could still get it at the same price, and even pushed to ensure it was delivered on September 5th, just two days after I returned to the store. Thanks to his dedication, I was able to move into my new apartment and sleep comfortably on my new king-size mattress and beautiful bed set as planned. Brendan, I can’t thank you enough. You turned a stressful situation into a positive one and proved that true customer care still exists. You’ve been nothing short of a superhero, and I am extremely grateful for your help.

I would give zero stars if I could. When we purchased furniture from Ashley, we were told in store that we had 30 days to return or exchange if needed. That turned out to be completely false. After trying to return our items, we were informed that Ashley has a 0-day return/exchange policy for in-store purchases. This is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. Once they have your money, you’re stuck with the furniture whether it works for your home or not. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere—there are plenty of furniture stores that stand by their word and value their customers

Purchased $7,000 in furniture and our electric couch leaves us stuck. Called Ashley several times with little help. Finally a technician comes out after two months. While the technician was here the couch worked, so they said no issue, said try again and they will document. So we are a waiting game! Customer isn’t right and has no value! Customer service is a 0.

Be careful with buying pieces from Ashley’s. We bought multiple pieces like 4 pieces and paid for the delivery fee and all of them showed up all with a defect/damages. They told us the tv stand would be fully put together it was not and missing one of the holes to properly do that. They incorrectly placed the slats on the bed frame and they were uneven and slanted. We had to go to Home Depot and buy a drill in order to remove their work and do it correctly. I do not think the 200 dollar fee is worth it at all they are not properly trained and rushed with bringing everything. They sent out a technician to fix but not replace it and feel it would still not be new condition like an outlet piece basically after it being fixed. So beyond disappointed in this company and will not buy their furniture ever again. We will be requesting for the bank with proof of the issues and for full refunds on everything.
