DO NOT BUY HERE. They lie about their inventory. For the love of God - trust the reviews. My husband and I were dumb enough to not look into Ashley before going into the store and buying a couch. We went in on 12/15/2024, were told everything would be in the warehouse by 1/15/2025, and it is now 1/21/2025 and the DAY OF DELIVERY they tell us they don’t have the whole couch and will only be delivering some pieces today and we have to reschedule the delivery of the other pieces (which we already rescheduled the first delivery to today, so this is an additional delay). All of the reviews complaining about delivery are 100% accurate and no one is helpful over the phone. The sales associate we talked with at the store was nice, but it’s not even worth giving more than 1 star for his customer service because it doesn’t outweigh the absolute inconvenience and this ridiculous, unprofessional, unacceptable business. We would ask for a refund and go somewhere else at this point, but we got the Ashley’s credit card to fund the purchase and don’t have the option of applying at a bunch of other furniture stores. We are incredibly frustrated and disappointed and I sincerely hope this company goes out of business for how awful and deceitful they are.

Jasmine was the best! The moment we walked into the store, she greeted us with such positive energy and the greatest smile! She showed us everything we were interested in and explained how to care for the furniture. It was a pure delight shopping experience!

Thanks Ashley! Delivery services are lacking to say the least. Fail. Communication that our delivery was delayed? Fail. Correct info from customer service? Fail. Something tells me the sales associate would have know one tiny useless item in the whole purchase was back ordered but just wanted to make the sale. Hopefully we get our furniture someday. 🤞

She spent nearly two hours with us—at the end of a long day, no less—helping us find the perfect couch and dining room set for our new home.
