We absolutely love our new mattress, bedframe, and custom pillows that we bought from Ashley Furniture! Ginger was amazing with accommodating our specific needs for sleep, all while staying within our budget. She ensured we were receiving everything we wanted promptly with great professionalism, and we plan to come back and request her on our next visit when we decide to shop for a new living room set. The store itself was clean and organized in a way that helped us, as customers, flow through different sections efficiently without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated. Overall, a great experience during a stressful decision-making process.

If i could leave zero stars i most certainly would. My husband and i purchased an entire bedroom set for $3,000 back in June of 2025. The set is now falling apart and the bed has become un-useable. I went into the store to see what my options were and they pretty much said they can send someone out to fix it/ replace the bed. Why would i want it fixed or replaced when the quality of it is terrible? My $3,000 bedroom set should probably hold up longer than 4 months. I will NEVER shop here again & i will make sure to tell everyone about my bad experience.

I am VERY unhappy with my delivery service. Last week I had a scheduled delivery from 12pm-3pm and my items didn’t show up til 9pm at night!! Today, I’m exchanging items and getting new ones delivered. ETA again 12pm-3pm. Still nothing and the time just keeps getting pushed ahead. I really do not appreciate this, while I have other things I’m supposed to be getting done but I have to wait around all day for something to get delivered at a completely different time than I have been told. Since 12pm, the customer service line has told me I’m stop 12 and they just finished stop 11, but I still have nothing. This really makes me never want to order items from Ashley’s furniture ever again because now my whole day is wasted. Only giving some stars because I like the items but zero stars for the delivery process.

Had a lovely experience at this location and my second interaction was over the phone , Melinda was extremely helpful and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend coming here , two very pleasant experiences.

Dear Ashley Home-Store Management, On September 28, 2025, my fiancé and I visited your Brandon, Florida location to furnish our new home. We were warmly greeted by several sales associates, and ultimately worked with Ginger, who stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our visit. Over the course of 2–3 hours, Ginger assisted us as we explored various options for beds, office desks, bedroom sets, and living room furniture. Her customer service remained exceptional throughout the process, and we were confident in our decision to proceed with a purchase totaling over $10,000. During the final stages of our transaction, we discussed delivery details with Ginger, emphasizing the importance of the selected delivery date—Saturday, October 11th—as it was the only day both my fiancé and I would be available to receive the items. Ginger assured us that we would receive a confirmation call or text 48–72 hours prior to delivery. However, as of today, October 10th, we have not received any communication regarding our scheduled delivery. Concerned, my fiancé contacted Ginger directly and was informed that our delivery date had been changed due to a request from another customer with the same first name. This change was made without our consent or notification, and our original delivery date is no longer scheduled. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the significant investment we made. The lack of communication and the mishandling of our delivery date has caused considerable inconvenience. We were very clear about our availability, and now we are being asked to wait an additional 1–2 weeks. We are requesting immediate attention to this matter and a resolution that honors our originally scheduled delivery date. Based on this experience, we are deeply dissatisfied and are reconsidering any future business with Brandon Ashley Home-Store. Thank you for your prompt attention. Sincerely, Adrian Bethea

Spent thousands of dollars to pay for a leather reclining sectional with tables. We were offered to purchase the showroom set for a good price (if we picked it up) and then were eventually offered a brand new (IN STOCK) that could be delivered (no fee, that was a nice upsale for you, huh? 😅). So about a couple hundred dollars different. We settled on the new one with our sales person Ozzy. He really wanted to end q3 strong. What is horrible about the service this place provided is that I purchased and set a delivery date about a week and a half ago. Now less than 24 hours till delivery, I am told it’sNOT BEING DELIVERED as expected. The website said it was on back order…. (Conveniently, after my husband confronted them at the store, the website now says selling fast) They throw their hands up and say there’s nothing they can do. They have no information on where furniture is or the truck, but yet can schedule a delivery. They just wanted their sale, as usual. Let’s see how the owner responds to show if they care about real customer service. I should have just purchased the show room set, but Ozzy wanted that extra couple $$$ I guess. The most worrisome part is that the employees, including this Brandon who is supposed to be the “branch manager” had nothing to offer except the empty promise that is will supposedly get here Saturday. He was showing no effort and seemed dumb founded that he was finally confronted on the lack of management in company he represents. I will be back to update if it actually made it here. I have a feeling they will cancel the day before because they claim they don’t know where the trucks are, only an estimate. What a sad scam of a business model they have running.

Couch set has been fraying, no cats / dogs, no undue use or moves. Just loose threads everywhere. Called, nothing they can do because we are at month 13... so 1 month outside of warranty, couch looks terrible. Gotta love 1 year quality and poor timing ... Nothing we can do is a statement better interpreted as we don't want to do anything. You COULD replace the couch. Instead you LOST customers who've used Ashley furniture for a number of years. Unacceptable.
