This was more stressful than it truly needed to be. I store the rep was good. I was over charged the insurance when I agreed to 140 and was charged 190. I then called 4 times to remove it. Delivery. My cocktail table was all beat up and the sofa had a gash in it. When I called they said I’d get 5% as compensation. Never did. Called three more times just for each rep to say it was never processed no matter how many emails I had with previous confirmation numbers the reps did not care and always said they had no idea where the confirmation number was coming from. Then when it came time to delivering new furniture, I scheduled for the 21st each of those three calls. The reps kept saying they had to schedule it because it was never scheduled. All in all, I would never buy furniture from Ashley‘s again I wasted more time on the phone trying to resolve this issue that I got compensated for including the amount of times I had to step away from work to make these calls

Save your self some time and energy DONT buy from Ashley specifically from this store order number 3 and every single one got delayed no communication last night we waited until 11pm for our bed to get delivered and we end up sleeping on the couch and now they are pushing the delivery 3-5 day please save your energy and go buy from somewhere else whatever you need for your house

When I entered the store I didn’t have many expectations cause I didn’t know how exactly I wanted my bedroom set. When Ginger, my salesperson, came to my help it was like an angel sent from heaven. Maybe she saw how indecisive I was and started making the right questions that took me to what I really wanted. I really want to thank Ginger for her advice and support in all the process.

We had a great experience with Ginger. She helped us out a lot and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely come back for our next purchase!

I gave him specific measurements for a couch, and he not only delivered exactly what I needed, but also gave me a fantastic deal on the entire set; including a rug; at a great price. He was kind, friendly, and truly attentive throughout the process. Also, a big shoutout to Mitch for helping me load everything into my truck. Excellent service all around!

My mother, 2 year old in I came in on Thursday February 12th around 12:30pm to purchase furniture for my new home and we we’re BOLDY IGNORED. several sales associates were all congregating in the middle of the store. Looked up at us then went back to talking amongst each other. We walked through the entire store including past them and no one said a word. It wasn’t until my mom motioned for a new person that had just come in from the back to come help up us then finally assistance was provided. I’ve made major purchases from Ashley’s before with my husband and typically sales reps were like vultures. I watched as two Hispanic women came in and a Hispanic female sales rep barely let them get in the door good before she was offering them help. I’ll be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

Bought a queen bed frame that was on sale. The price was terrific. When I asked about it I was first told well normally you have to buy the whole set together we don’t sell it separately. I mentioned that the sign mentioned it individually and not a set. After getting this settled I was finally able to purchase it. I asked if I could take it today and if someone could help load it. I was told that the warehouse people only work M-F. I asked if maybe they had a screwdriver and my dad could help my unscrew the headboard from footboard so I can load it in my car and they said they don’t have that at the store. I went back a week after since I am not able to go on a M-F to ask of maybe there is a certain Saturday in the month they work and the manager told me nope there’s no way and en lastest the work on weekdays is until 4:30. Her attitude was pretty much you’re out of luck and you’ll have to figure it out. I asked if I could just bring my own tools since they don’t have any at the store so that o could take the bed frame today. She said that I was responsible for anything that happens and they are not liable. When I went to pick up the bed frame we had to move all the other stuff around it because they aren’t able to move any of their own furniture at the store either. They were just able to open the side door where we could take it out ourselves. Honestly works experience ever. Would never return no matter how cost effective the item is. I was given no resolution or options.

Angelina was very friendly, professional, helpful and continued to follow up with me regarding the Stearns & Foster King size mattress & adjustable frame I was interested in. She made my purchase very easy today & it was great to take advantage of the President’s sale she informed me of. Both managers also came to greet me and were very nice & helpful. Bought a cali king theopedic cooling mattress had to wait two weeks for bed to be delivered.. turns out bed is the wrong size it’s just a king, they rescheduled for the following Friday to drop the right mattress. I was just called and they don’t know when the bed will be in stock. What a complete mess.

The sales person was very helpful and nice, she took the time to make sure that I bought just what I wanted.

Our "Sleep Doctor" was extremely helpful and patient as I tried many different mattress and base types. He saved us hundreds by talking us out of features we didn't really need in order to help us find a sleep system that was right for us.

Oswald at the Wesley Chapel Florida store was amazing! He is very nice and great at his job! He was very patient, as we changed our minds several times on the sofas that we wanted to purchase. He knew every aspect of the type of material, the costs, and functions of each piece we looked at. We absolutely love our sofas and our table. Best furniture shopping experience I have ever had, and I will definitely go back! Our delivery personnel were also great!

Extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture on Vildibill Dr in Brandon. I placed an in-store order on 11/16, financed through Synchrony Bank, for a sectional and a rug. I received the sectional on 11/20, but I never received the rug. I was told it would arrive on 11/26, then later told shipping was delayed with no tracking number or firm delivery date. I called customer service multiple times over several weeks with no real updates. On 12/22, I was given a case number. I also contacted the store directly and was promised a manager call back that never happened. To make matters worse, I am still being charged through Synchrony for a rug I do not have. The lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability is unacceptable.

I was told that the loves eat was going to be delivered on Friday and now I am being told not until Wednesday of next week. I bought that piece because of the delivery date,I was left feeling like I was lied to just to make the sale. I will never buy anything from you again

I purchased a bed and the delivery failed twice. Both times the bed arrived scratched. for more than 2 weeks to solve this situación. To make things worse, the delivery workers who came today to Assembled the bed were extremely unprofessional. They walked into my home wearing dirty boots, stepping all over my carpeted floors, showing no respect for the space. Additionally, there was a very strong smell of marijuana, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and inappropriate. I have asked more than three times if I can return the bed due to all these issues, and I am repeatedly told that returns are not allowed, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I returned the damaged pieces and we have now been dealing with this for 20 days. On top of that, the driver arrived a day earlier than scheduled when I was not home. Today the delivery was finally made, but we paid for the assembly service and the bed was NOT assembled. To make things worse, the two delivery workers who came today were extremely rude and unprofessional. Complete lack of coordination, quality control, and respect for the customer. I do not recommend this store.

Warehouse for Ashley stores is a nightmare. Called 3 times before I got someone to answer phone in warehouse by 10:15 to have my order ready for pickup. I was still standing outside at warehouse until 11:36 for 3 barstools.

Me my husband and kids came in looking for twin size beds ! And a dining room set . CJ helped us and was so patient with us the whole time helped with every question or concern ! I’m 7 months pregnant and my Feet were killing me he made sure i was comfortable the process was very fast also .

Buying items is a pleasure at the store. Paying for an item is a pleasure. Receiving an item is a nightmare. Bought a pair if lamps on 15 nov and were supposed to be delivered to my home on 20 nov 2025 to have them by Thanksgiving. Today is the 11th of December 2025 and still no lamps. I have talked to my salesperson, i hand talked to the store manager, i have talked with corporate headquarters, i have left many messages with the tampa corporate office, i have called the number that is transferred to the Phillipines 4 times and have been promised many different delivery dates. Today was a different responce, a young lady in the Philippines stated my ordrer will be expedited and a coustomer representative will contact me within 3 buisness days. I will update my review again next week. My suggestion for ashly is, dont make premises you can not honor. Today is the 16th of December. Have not received any correspondence with the ashley store or the call center in 5 days. Called customer service once again. First thing out of the persons mouth was, ashly does not sell the item anymore. Well they still do i told him. His reply was , your right, we do still sell them. Then he stated it is a fedx issue. What a waist of time. He has no clue and i asked for a supervisor. I was conected to a lady that said she will do more resurch and call me back in a couple of hours. Will wait and see. Tired of hearing sorry. Sorry does not improve coustomer service. It should be from the top down, not from the bottom up. Will provide additional notes tomorrow about the promis to call me back. Merry Christmas 17 December 2025, dod not receive a call back last night as promised. Called this morning. Person stated my lamps were picked up be shipper on 12 December and will arrive at my door in 7 to 10 days. Will see... The year is allmost over. Still no lamps. Today is 29 dec 2025. The responce i received today. We are sorry. We understand. We will have a supervisor call you. The item was delivered on 12 dec. A supervisor is busy at this time. Total lip service,no action. No leadership. Update. After talking with Brandon ( store sales manager) he said the reason my lamps have not arrived at my house is that ashly screwed up and sent them to the store and did not think to call me. Thank you brandon for actualy doing somthing, unlike other store staff and coustomer service located in the Philippines. I will put my review back to a 5, only for those that helped me. A 1 star is still for ashly corporate and the coustomer service help line.

I have to say I had the best experience with OZZY in Brandon FL. He sold me my bed frame a year ago and I told him I was looking for a new couch. Fast forward a year (much longer than I expected to wait) and I was finally ready to pull the trigger and get my grown up couch lol. I found ozzy again and he got me right! I swear this is the most patient and polite salesman I have ever encountered. I will continue to buy furniture from him until the end of time. Thank you again ozzy for helping me come to a decision and I can’t wait to spin in my new chair in my new reading nook 🥰

While visiting Florida Ashley store looking for furniture my family and the sales guy Micheal was so professional and so knowledgeable about all the furniture and mattresses in the store. He even took the time to welcome us to the city and gave us great pointers about where to go and enjoy ourselves. As we were leaving he also made sure that we had his contact information for future purchases. We will definitely be back I just love the services that he provided for us.

My Wife and I were greeted entering the store by a sales associate who directed us to general areas where we would find what we were looking for but didn't hover. When we found a dining set we liked but he was busy so I asked for help from another associate. Before engaging with us Ginger checked with her peer to make sure she could help us. Very professional. Table and chairs will be delivered ahead of Thanksgiving as well. Great experience

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT dare to shop at this place again. EXTREMELY unethical. Will not tell you during sale (or online when shopping) that you can’t return sn item even if it’s bee delivered under an hour. Will not return your money. Only store credit. Val, my saleswoman was so quick to try and get a sale but her approach is unethical. Their whole team is. When u spend money on expensive itrms, u should have the right to return it if it doesn’t work for you and get your money back. Not force the customer to have to buy another store item if u return. BERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never shop here again. Will tell all of my own customers about the experience. Ill get people to boycott their store if possible. Nothing worse than having a manager tell u “well there is nothing we can do”. We’ll see about that.

Worst experience ever! I will not do business with them again. I ordered bedroom furniture and tried to return it due to finding better prices elsewhere. The store would not take my call and directed me to the corporate office. I called the corporate office four separate times to cancel my order. Each time I was told the order was canceled and I would receive my refund within 3 to 4 business days. A truck with the bedroom furniture showed up at my house with the furniture I tried to return. I had to tell the truck driver to keep it on the truck and sent it back to the warehouse. I called the corporate office and still have not received a refund for the furniture that was sent back. Now when I call my phone calls go directly to a help center overseas. This is not how to conduct business and it is totally unsatisfactory!

Our salesman made our experience a pleasure. The delivery was timely and successful. Price was fair also.

The driver Xavier didn't put the furniture where she wanted it at he put it a spot and wanted a tip I had to move it when I got off work not happy with the driver and for as much as you charge for delivery he should of done what was asked of him

After reviewing all of what I wanted, I had the salesperson order my furniture. First problem? Not available until JANUARY. 2nd problem? She didn’t even order the right thing. I ordered a reclining loveseat. Not just a recliner. And it’s not even the right recliner in the set I picked from. It’s a good thing that I looked at my receipt. I called to cancel. I would like my money refunded please so I can start the process all over again

Recent purchase experience was great! Initially worked with Sam; went in with some changes and Ziggy (I think that’s his name) was gracious to assist in Sam’s absence. Both were patient with all my changes and thoroughly explained crucial details of the products that I ordered. Highly recommend!

Went to several big furniture stores in the area and Ashley had the best selection and best prices, all good quality pieces. We bought a couch set, the associates gave us some good discounts off the sticker price, made it easy and they were all very friendly and helpful without pestering us.

I’ve been to too many places trying to find new furniture. Prior to today, I purchased a new bedroom set, dining room set, and two new mattresses, all from Ashley Furniture and today I purchased the family room set. I didn’t have a picture to include with the sofa & loveseat, but the swivel rocking recliner is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. But what made the whole purchase experience wonderful was Sam. He was knowledgeable, kind, accommodating and so patient. He’s probably one of the best sales persons I’ve ever encountered. He NEVER pressured me. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, but for the best service, ask for Sam!

It took three deliveries to receive our order for a sofa and two ottomans. The furniture seems fine so far, only a week old, but Ashley's warehouse could you some significant improvement. In addition the paint on ours walls was scratched by the delivery team.

We absolutely love our new mattress, bedframe, and custom pillows that we bought from Ashley Furniture! Ginger was amazing with accommodating our specific needs for sleep, all while staying within our budget. If i could leave zero stars i most certainly would. My husband and i purchased an entire bedroom set for $3,000 back in June of 2025. The set is now falling apart and the bed has become un-useable. I went into the store to see what my options were and they pretty much said they can send someone out to fix it/ replace the bed. Why would i want it fixed or replaced when the quality of it is terrible? My $3,000 bedroom set should probably hold up longer than 4 months. I will NEVER shop here again & i will make sure to tell everyone about my bad experience.

I am VERY unhappy with my delivery service. Last week I had a scheduled delivery from 12pm-3pm and my items didn’t show up til 9pm at night!! Today, I’m exchanging items and getting new ones delivered. ETA again 12pm-3pm. Still nothing and the time just keeps getting pushed ahead. I really do not appreciate this, while I have other things I’m supposed to be getting done but I have to wait around all day for something to get delivered at a completely different time than I have been told. Since 12pm, the customer service line has told me I’m stop 12 and they just finished stop 11, but I still have nothing. This really makes me never want to order items from Ashley’s furniture ever again because now my whole day is wasted. Only giving some stars because I like the items but zero stars for the delivery process.

Dear Ashley Home-Store Management, On September 28, 2025, my fiancé and I visited your Brandon, Florida location to furnish our new home. We were warmly greeted by several sales associates, and ultimately worked with Ginger, who stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our visit. Over the course of 2–3 hours, Ginger assisted us as we explored various options for beds, office desks, bedroom sets, and living room furniture. Her customer service remained exceptional throughout the process, and we were confident in our decision to proceed with a purchase totaling over $10,000. During the final stages of our transaction, we discussed delivery details with Ginger, emphasizing the importance of the selected delivery date—Saturday, October 11th—as it was the only day both my fiancé and I would be available to receive the items. Ginger assured us that we would receive a confirmation call or text 48–72 hours prior to delivery. However, as of today, October 10th, we have not received any communication regarding our scheduled delivery. Concerned, my fiancé contacted Ginger directly and was informed that our delivery date had been changed due to a request from another customer with the same first name. This change was made without our consent or notification, and our original delivery date is no longer scheduled. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the significant investment we made. The lack of communication and the mishandling of our delivery date has caused considerable inconvenience. We were very clear about our availability, and now we are being asked to wait an additional 1–2 weeks. We are requesting immediate attention to this matter and a resolution that honors our originally scheduled delivery date. Spent thousands of dollars to pay for a leather reclining sectional with tables. We were offered to purchase the showroom set for a good price (if we picked it up) and then were eventually offered a brand new (IN STOCK) that could be delivered (no fee, that was a nice upsale for you, huh? 😅). So about a couple hundred dollars different. We settled on the new one with our sales person Ozzy. He really wanted to end q3 strong. What is horrible about the service this place provided is that I purchased and set a delivery date about a week and a half ago. Now less than 24 hours till delivery, I am told it’sNOT BEING DELIVERED as expected. The website said it was on back order…. (Conveniently, after my husband confronted them at the store, the website now says selling fast) They throw their hands up and say there’s nothing they can do. They have no information on where furniture is or the truck, but yet can schedule a delivery. They just wanted their sale, as usual. Let’s see how the owner responds to show if they care about real customer service. I should have just purchased the show room set, but Ozzy wanted that extra couple $$$ I guess. The most worrisome part is that the employees, including this Brandon who is supposed to be the “branch manager” had nothing to offer except the empty promise that is will supposedly get here Saturday. He was showing no effort and seemed dumb founded that he was finally confronted on the lack of management in company he represents. I will be back to update if it actually made it here. I have a feeling they will cancel the day before because they claim they don’t know where the trucks are, only an estimate. What a sad scam of a business model they have running.

Couch set has been fraying, no cats / dogs, no undue use or moves. Just loose threads everywhere. Called, nothing they can do because we are at month 13... so 1 month outside of warranty, couch looks terrible. Gotta love 1 year quality and poor timing ... Nothing we can do is a statement better interpreted as we don't want to do anything. You COULD replace the couch. Instead you LOST customers who've used Ashley furniture for a number of years. Unacceptable.

Horrible customer service by the employees in this Brandon store. The guy who was assisting me would not even look for the item I wanted. Just says he cannot pull it up and I should call someone that can do it but he cannot find anything. Seem like he didn’t want to help at all not even showing me alternatives or nothing.

Ginger is the best customer service representative Ashley has in Brandon. She's attentive, not pushy at all. She actually listens to your answers. She gets to know as a person not just a number. Your online price was lower by $700.00 and she honored it withno problems. Plus she tried to get us a higher than military discount since you only offer 5%.

Never by from this store, spent 4k on a bedroom set, came Monday to deliver the order, was missing parts, said they where coming Tuesday and never showed up, called all day Wednesday, they finally showed up, then they where still missing screws, so I was told I still couldn’t use my bed, this is my insane, I’m lived and so angry I can speak to a manager!

We shopped around. Ended up at the Brandon store. We bought 2 love seats powered. Not cheap ones either, the 1st one had issues, they replaced. 2nd one developed issues, we were disappointed. Once again, called the online number, terrible, beyond terrible experience. Sooo, we drove to the store. Just had a hip replacement, so this is how important we felt it was to get handled fast. Walked into store, and Robert the store leader took over. What a fantastic experience, he is what customer service should be. Took care of return and our new purchase. Fast delivery. This is the model other businesses should follow. The call center needs to be updated to more English speaking personnel. Not being racist, just a fact. We will be seeing the Brandon team again. In early August, I ordered a king-size mattress and bed set with delivery scheduled for September 5th. On September 3rd, I called to confirm the delivery window, only to be told my items were delayed and wouldn’t arrive on time. I had already taken PTO to coordinate my move around this delivery, so the news was frustrating and stressful. After getting no solid answers from customer service, I went back to the store in person. The associate I first worked with tried to help, but everything available was either out of stock or had a much later delivery date, and none of it was what I originally wanted. At this point, I was beginning to feel defeated, especially after spending over $3,500 on these items. That’s when Brendan stepped in. He truly went above and beyond. Brendan worked tirelessly to find me a bed set that was very close to what I had originally chosen, negotiated so I could still get it at the same price, and even pushed to ensure it was delivered on September 5th, just two days after I returned to the store. Thanks to his dedication, I was able to move into my new apartment and sleep comfortably on my new king-size mattress and beautiful bed set as planned. Brendan, I can’t thank you enough. You turned a stressful situation into a positive one and proved that true customer care still exists. You’ve been nothing short of a superhero, and I am extremely grateful for your help.

Edit: I was instructed by the response below to contact customer service once again, yet I have received no response. It’s clear that customer concerns are not a priority here. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere to avoid the same frustration. I would give zero stars if I could. When we purchased furniture from Ashley, we were told in store that we had 30 days to return or exchange if needed. That turned out to be completely false. After trying to return our items, we were informed that Ashley has a 0-day return/exchange policy for in-store purchases. This is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. Once they have your money, you’re stuck with the furniture whether it works for your home or not. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere—there are plenty of furniture stores that stand by their word and value their customers

Purchased $7,000 in furniture and our electric couch leaves us stuck. Called Ashley several times with little help. Finally a technician comes out after two months. While the technician was here the couch worked, so they said no issue, said try again and they will document. So we are a waiting game! Customer isn’t right and has no value! Customer service is a 0.

Be careful with buying pieces from Ashley’s. We bought multiple pieces like 4 pieces and paid for the delivery fee and all of them showed up all with a defect/damages. They told us the tv stand would be fully put together it was not and missing one of the holes to properly do that. They incorrectly placed the slats on the bed frame and they were uneven and slanted. We had to go to Home Depot and buy a drill in order to remove their work and do it correctly. I do not think the 200 dollar fee is worth it at all they are not properly trained and rushed with bringing everything. They sent out a technician to fix but not replace it and feel it would still not be new condition like an outlet piece basically after it being fixed. So beyond disappointed in this company and will not buy their furniture ever again. We will be requesting for the bank with proof of the issues and for full refunds on everything.

From confirmed delivery to fake backorder — Ashley redefines incompetence. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid Ashley. One of the worst experiences with Ashley. Salesman entered the wrong number, I corrected it and even gave it in writing — still never fixed. Delivery kept calling the wrong person, then my delivery got rescheduled. I had to change my travel tickets and pay $600 extra because of their mistake. Original date was Aug 16, now pushed to Aug 20, and suddenly it’s marked “backorder” even though I got a text on Aug 4 saying it was available. Terrible service, careless staff, zero accountability. Never expected this level of incompetence from a big company.

Great customer service, good quality furniture

I ordered an entryway table in-store with delivery to our house. It had issues with broken screw and three minor dents at the top of the table when it was unpacked. A service technician was assigned to attend the broken screw. On trying to assemble thereafter, I uncovered the new screw was positioned inappropriately which resulted in out of place table top. Another service visit was scheduled to address it, but this time a new issue popped up - the table corners were damaged on trying to fix it. I demanded a complete replacement but was denied that its repairable. Now looking forward to the next appointment. Although they are trying to address the issue, the overall experience has NOT been as I expected it to go.

Upon entering the Brandon location, every one is so welcoming and bright. I had the honor to have Brandin a wonderful manager, and Fadi Ahmad that likes to be called Sam as my representatives. I already knew what I wanted from previously roaming around to find furniture for my new home. They explained everything and handled everything professionally and they also got to know me as a person which made me more comfortable and confident in doing a purchase. To have a good buying experience I definitely recommend coming here for Home purchases, as the people and the items are beautiful! Thanks again Sam and Brandin at the Brandon location!! They sold me a sofa along with a warranty. However, the warranty was for a bed and the warranty company would not honor the warranty. I have been trying to get resolved through Ashley Customer Service and only getting the run around at this point. Would have liked to have the couch worked on per the warranty I thought we had. Instead I am just hoping to get my warranty money back at this point. Very poor initial sales on their part and poor service recovery as well

I stopped by looking for living room furniture. When I walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. Walked around for 20 minutes still no one asked if I needed assistance. Then I saw 5 employees sitting in chairs talking to each other I was still invisible 🫥. Finally I asked for help with a recliner that wasn't even in the showroom so that was no help. Guess what? Ashley lost my business!!! Horrible customer service!

Buyer beware - There are no exchanges or returns. Whatever you buy make sure you sit on it, size it etc. Once it is delivered to your house they will not exchange or take returns no matter what. We tried everything with their customer service (that we will buy something of a higher value or maybe charge us a restocking fee). Now we are stuck with a hideous looking large couch that does not fit our space.

Purchased very expensive reclining sofa and loveseat, it has been two months and one of the motors are already out. Their warranty claim process is an absolute joke, it’s done by a virtual system that asks repetitive questions. No one at the store will answer the phone so you can’t talk to a person. If you call the warranty office they refer you to speak with the virtual assistant. Save your $ buy elsewhere

I explained to Kirk, the Polish associate, that we had a negative experience with Ashley Furniture about four years ago. At that time, we were promised a one-week delivery on a piece of furniture, but the delivery was delayed by several weeks—so long, in fact, that we no longer wanted the item. With that in mind, I asked Kirk if a specific piece of furniture was currently available in the warehouse for immediate pickup. He answered "yes" with conviction. Based on that assurance, he guided me through the financing application process. Once I was approved, he suddenly informed me that the furniture would not be available until [X date] and asked if that would be acceptable. Naturally, I was not willing to fall into the same situation again. I was shocked—"Are you kidding me, Kirk?" I asked him to void the financing application. He told me there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to contact Synchrony Bank directly. I also spoke with store management, who confirmed that they were unable to reverse or cancel the application. I then contacted Synchrony Bank and requested that they void the application. However, they informed me that once I submitted my Social Security number, the application became permanent and could not be reversed. They also mentioned that it would likely be reported to the credit bureaus. I submitted the application under the belief that the item was available for immediate pickup. I consider this a clear case of misrepresentation of inventory availability. Kirk’s strategy of falsely claiming that the item was in stock has not only caused me unnecessary emotional stress, but also wasted a significant amount of my time dealing with a financing application I did not need in the first place. His actions led me into an avoidable situation that has now created potential long-term consequences for my credit standing. Having an additional and unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report due to this misrepresentation may negatively affect my creditworthiness and potentially disqualify me from obtaining future credit approvals. Due to the mishandling of this transaction and the misinformation I was given, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure this type of practice is formally addressed and prevented moving forward. Consumers should be alert and cautious when dealing with retailers who use misleading strategies that play with the estimated time of arrival of items. These tactics are not only unethical but also exploit the trust and financial standing of honest customers.

We had a bad experience when I walked in the door and the first rep we spoke to, Kristin told me they had nothing below 1k which was our budget. So I walked out. My husband said to go back in and see what they had anyway ( our baby was in the car sleeping) so I went back in. We got another rep ( Danny) and she was so sweet. She showed us all around and led us to about 5-6 different sofa / chaise combos under one thousand. Why the first rep was dishonest about no furniture under 1k, I don’t understand but I did not like how she treated me. I’m thankful our experience was better with Danny. She was very warm, kind and knowledgeable about the furniture / prices/ details of the pieces. If I didn’t return and have a different rep I probably would never have set foot in Ashley again because of the way I was first treated.

I visited your store today and spent about 10 minutes walking around, during which I asked for help twice. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent a significant amount of money at this location over time. However, it felt like I was being judged based on my appearance, as I happened to be in my work clothes. That experience was disappointing and disheartening—and unfortunately, you’ve lost me as a customer.

***7/3/25 UPDATE: I appreciate that Ashley Furniture looked into my issue and we reached an amicable resolution. I have adjusted my review to 5 stars to reflect the promptness and resolution that Ashley offered. However, I must add, this was only after I left my 1 star review below. As feedback for Ashley, it is a bit frustrating when you are a customer and reach out to Ashley, but are forwarded to a foreign call center or ignored by the people who answer the local store's number. Other than the first lady I spoke with (in person) in the Brandon location, everyone else I spoke with on the phone (prior to leaving the 1 star review below) was quite rude. Horrible customer experience, Ashley has lost me and my family as customers. I purchased a sofa/chair/ottoman set a couple years ago. The chair was defectively put together by Ashley, but I didn't realize this until outside of the 1 year warranty window because I don't generally flip furniture over and inspect the feet if "professionally" installed. If you buy anything here that comes assembled for you recommend you diligently inspect how the tech put it together. Because it was defective one foot broke and a wood support beam also broke. I was aware they might turn me down for any assistance due to the 1 year warranty, but went into the store and was told a ticket was submitted and I should respond to the email with my pictures (I'll add I was upfront about the time period and they were able to look up the purchase date, so Ashley was well informed this was related to damage after the 1 year period). I sent my pictures depicting the shoddy work and missing piece on the one foot for my chair and the next day I was called (left a detailed voicemail) and emailed the following: "Upon further review of the photos we have received, our professional furniture technicians can bring this product back up to manufacturing standards, at no cost to you." Then I was instructed to select a date for the repair, which I did. The day of my repair no one shows up, so by the afternoon I call to inquire and I am told that because it is outside of the 1 year warranty they cannot do anything. This was not news as I told the store employee this when she submitted the ticket. I was also rushed off the phone with a vague promise the person who answered would look into it and email me. I got an email within minutes just repeating the same thing with no further explanation. I called the Brandon Ashley store and started explaining the situation to a rep, but the rep either muted me or walked away from the phone and I had to hang up. This is probably their tactic, if someone complains ignore and ice them out until they get too frustrated to do anything further and give up. I've never experienced such atrocious customer service. My recommendation to Ashley is don't tell people one thing then change up on them without any sort of respect or consideration. I intended to buy a second chair and footsool before we realized the defect, because my family genuinely likes it, but this has completely turned us off from purchasing anything ever again from Ashley. Hope this prevents people from purchasing defective items or dealing with Ashley's horrific customer service in the future. I'm attaching pictures of the email exchange and chair damage for reference. The chair/sofa/footstool set is called the "Maimz" Lovely set, but for the defective chair. Now I have a chair that I need to either trash or remove all feet and have on floor level.

I really have had nothing but a frustrating experience with Ashley’s. We purchased a couch and a bedframe from them so we spent good money with them ($3000) the wood that came with the bedframe is basically sinking in and every-time my boyfriend and I would lay down it felt like we were sinking in to the middle. I called Ashley’s twice to have them come out and fix it and both times no one ever came and when I spoke to someone after the two failed attempts they said it’s because they were ordering the part…. But then why tell me someone was coming out on a specific date that I’m waiting around all day for a phone call and someone to come and then they never come. That was 2 times and it’s at the point where we are sleeping on the floor with just the mattress. So as you can imagine I’m just done with the bed frame and don’t even want it anymore. So I called Ashely’s yesterday and wanted a refund for the bedframe and for someone to come pick it up. A nice man on the phone told me no problem he put in a case for it and let me know someone from finance would call me in 24-72 hours, he gave me a case number and that was the end. I finally thought okay they will at least give me a refund since there were 2 failed attempts at a fix. But I was wrong someone called me this morning saying my refund was denied and they can only just bring me a new part and I explained that the man yesterday I spoke with said I was gonna get a refund and someone from finance would call me. She said well what’s his name? And I said I didn’t think to ask for his name but he gave me a case number and everything and she said well this is what I can get for you because we have a no return policy. I said okay well I’m gonna speak to my boyfriend about it. Well I called back again to say I’m completely done and over Ashley’s and I want that refund that I was told I would get. So basically moral to my story is do not shop at Ashley’s they have horrible communication and customer service and a no return policy on all things. Don’t even waste your time!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a bedroom set and mattress from Ashley's in Brandon, and spent the $300 delivery and set up fee. My job takes me down the West Coast of Florida so I asked my father to receive the furniture. The first issue was the mattress, the young lady who sold it to me told me it was on sale, not clearance. Married to the bed, the top of the mattress is 30 inches off the floor. When I asked for the same mattress but in a 6 or 10 inch, I was informed they do not take mattresses back that were on clearance, in fact the sales woman i worked with didn't seem to care. It should be mentioned that none of the paperwork I was sent home with mentioned anything about clearance or sale items not being returnable or exchangable. In fact, when I spoke to customer service and created a ticket, they never bothered to respond to my questions in any way. I simply never heard back from them once I hung up (this would be the end of April). At the same time the $300 nightstand wobbled. The sent a technician out to fix it and repair the scratches on the top. Now, nearly a month later, I'm back home and I find the dresser itself also wobbled. Now, I have to create another ticket and deal with customer service to deal with things that should have been correct in the first place. I spent nearly $3,000.00 at Ashley's and feel like I just left an independently owned car lot: ripped off. Be very careful when shopping at Ashley's in Brandon. I like the furniture but the quality of customer care, the techs who set up my furniture in the first place should have seen these issues (at least with wobbling legs on the dresser and nightstand) from the get go. No one should have to spend this kind of money for shoddy set up and subpar customer service. If you're going to shop here, do not expect the person you're working with to be looking out for your best interest. They're paid commission and it showed at the end of my experience…which is terrible, they have a great selection of furniture at pretty good prices. Sorry, I can't share videos.

Danielle made my experience effortless. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warmth exceeded my expectations. We had been to other furniture stores ready to make a sizable purchase but the customer service was nonexistent. Danielle restored my faith and found us gorgeous furniture at a reasonable price. The manager, too, was a delight. We just built a new home and I look forward to continue to furnish it with Danielle.

Sales process was okay. Delivery scheduling is very inaccurate and frustrating. I originally received a text link that delivery would be between 11:30 and 3:15. At 1:30 I received a phone call that the time had been moved back to between 4:00 and 5:00. Text link was then changed to 4:00 to 5:00. Deliveryman showed up at 2:00.

Delivery was an absolutely miserable experience. We waited around until 6pm on Saturday to have our fireplace TV stand delivered just for it to be completely destroyed. Customer service assured us that they would contact us within 24hrs with a re-delivery scheduled. They failed to do so. What a shame to have this horrible experience taint our view of Ashleys furniture, after we had such a such a great in-store experience with our sales rep. Update: Today they delivered the replacement. And while the TV stand itself is not broken, the electric fireplace does not turn off or give off heat. Only the LEDs work. What a horrible experience that I do not recommend

They have a great selection but trying to pick up furniture from their warehouse distribution center is a nightmare. They give you a sheet with pickup info saying to call to make sure your order is ready. Phone is never answered. I called 5 times left 3 msgs & never did get a call back. It also advised that picking up on Saturdays can take 2-3 hours to be serviced.... WHAT?! We ended up paying $199 for delivery just to get the furniture.

The worst customer service i have ever had to deal with! If I could give no stars, I would. Deliver drivers assembled my table and chairs.. while they were putting it together, they knowingly damaged my table and 1 of my chairs. I called customer service right away, sent photos of all damage and it will still be more than a week away to a technician can come out to "assess" the damage to see if it just needs repairs or replaced. Ill will never ever buy from Ashely Furniture again. And it's too bad, my sales rep was great.

Sales associate was friendly. There is a lot of good options for furniture choices. We did however feel very rushed once we made our decision on our couch and asked to look at rugs to go with it. I felt like the sales associate was running us around the store so she could get done with us and move on to the next sale. I must have misunderstood something about the payments work, as I received an Ashley credit card in the mail. Or the signed me up for that? Our delivery arrived almost 4 hours earlier than we were told, there was no communication that it was coming early. Good that it came early, bad as we were not prepared. We could not communicate with the delivery drivers and they did not seem to understand that was needed time to finish moving our furniture. In the feedback survey we received afterwards it asked if the delivery team offered to put on shoe covers or take off their shoes, they did not. I would have liked to know that was an option. Unsure if we would use Ashley furniture again.

We spent over $10K on furnishing our apartment. For the most part the furniture was good. There were a few problems of damaged wood drawers that they eventually replaced. Then my last purchase they delivered an unstable etagere (bookcase) that two of the glass shelves didn't fit in. The delivery person said customer service will call you immediately. They didn't call so I called them a day later. They scheduled a technician to come look at it. They wouldn't replace it. Stayed home from work and the technician wouldn't park because there's no free parking. I said you can get free parking by downloading an app. They aren't allowed to do that. The loading dock wasn't open yet. So they just left. I called customer service and said that I wanted to return it and get a refund. They said there are no returns. So I paid $500 for a rickety unstable bookcase. The moral of the story is don't accept damaged product at delivery. Also you get what you pay for. Next time I will go to a better furniture store.

When they left their delivery vehicle hit my parents car and they refused to do anything about the damages. They just drove away. Warranty department has been NON RESPONSIVE. Furniture arrived damaged and since day one we have reached out to the warranty department 5 times without response or remedy. We are now disputing the charge on our card for the furniture related to this issue. We are very disappointed in this company's customer care.

This past week, my wife and I set out on a journey to buy a sofa and some other living room furniture. We visited three stores, spent several hours looking, and ended up at Ashley Furniture. The the first two stors will remain nameless but the service and attention we received can I compare to the service and attention we received at Ashley. Danielle was our salesperson and she was a delight to work with. She listened to our needs and tried her best to address them. We had an opportunity to meet the store manager as well and walked around looking for something that would meet our need. Danielle did a fantastic job showing us how Ashley puts their furniture together, how it it is made, and the quality; we were very comfortable working with Danielle. After visiting the three stores we landed on a sofa and purchased it from Ashley. We looked for other items and saw a chair that would meet our need but there was only one available and it was discontinued. Danielle and the store manager tried very hard to find another chair for us to purchase at another store. That is great customer service when they try to find an item at another store. Needless to say we purchased the sofa at Ashley and will be back in the next few weeks to find the rest of our furniture. Things to Ashley Furniture and Danielle, we don't have to search anywhere else. If you're looking for furniture stop by Ashley and ask for Danielle. You'll be glad you did.

To be 100% transparent, I hate shopping. Furniture stores, and car dealerships, have always given me the impression of shady rip off artists. I had every intention of shopping multiple stores to get the best deal. I made 1 stop, and was sold at the Brandon store. I was in a baseball hat, and extremely casual clothing. Richard, a salesman, approached me when I walked in. He was casual, not pushy, personable, and just a down to earth person. I told him what I was looking for, along with the challenges of dogs and kids. He went over multiple options ranging from low end affordable, to higher end sustainable material. He gave me the information, and let me make my decision. Not once did he ever try to influence my decision. The sales manager was equally impressive. The store manager I was not impressed with. He walked by, and Richard introduced us. He was completely disengaged with the sale. He was arrogant. Because of my experience with Richard, and the sales manager, I will absolutely purchase from Ashley again.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY HOME STORES! They are only welcoming when you want to make a purchase once done they do not care about you. I have been waiting on furniture for the 5th rescheduled dates on their end, they sent 1/3 of the furniture the rest was damaged and still not available. And because I only received a 1/3 of the furniture they have increased the price of the chairs without notice which is very un professional and un ethical. Do not waste your hard earned money here and their furniture is trash not good quality at all the table and chais are peeling and deliver scratched!! It's also been almost a week the manager still hasn't reached out. Stay far away from Ashley home stores they are trash!!

UPDATE: 2 weeks later and still no furniture. Never seen a company where I have to call the customer service team to get updates on my order. Then you get the fake responses like below to email them with your problems for no one to respond. Store rep got her sale though, but just transfer you to CS when you call. Once I finally do receive my furniture, Ashley will never get my business again. Where to start…ordered a bed and dining room set and asked for everything to be delivered together so I didn’t have to take multiple days off work (simple enough request). Day of delivery, just a mattress shows up while dispatch calls to inform of a back order on my table even though the day before I called to verify everything was coming, strike one. Fast forward a week later and the dining room set shows up and looks like someone dropped it, strike two. They say they will send a tech, to which my response is send a tech to try and repair a smashed table that I just paid good money for? No, you can replace the whole thing. And now here we sit waiting for their lovely we will get back to you in 72 hour response. Now we wait to see if they make it right.

DO NOT BUY HERE. They lie about their inventory. For the love of God - trust the reviews. My husband and I were dumb enough to not look into Ashley before going into the store and buying a couch. We went in on 12/15/2024, were told everything would be in the warehouse by 1/15/2025, and it is now 1/21/2025 and the DAY OF DELIVERY they tell us they don’t have the whole couch and will only be delivering some pieces today and we have to reschedule the delivery of the other pieces (which we already rescheduled the first delivery to today, so this is an additional delay). All of the reviews complaining about delivery are 100% accurate and no one is helpful over the phone. The sales associate we talked with at the store was nice, but it’s not even worth giving more than 1 star for his customer service because it doesn’t outweigh the absolute inconvenience and this ridiculous, unprofessional, unacceptable business. We would ask for a refund and go somewhere else at this point, but we got the Ashley’s credit card to fund the purchase and don’t have the option of applying at a bunch of other furniture stores. We are incredibly frustrated and disappointed and I sincerely hope this company goes out of business for how awful and deceitful they are.

The mattress I purchased went on sale the day I got it delivered, two weeks after I ordered it and you would not price match it because it was delivered that day to my house. If I had purchased it online it would have been price matched but the store would not do it. Also, the $300 mattress protector that that I purchased with my bonus credit completely negated the Tempur-pedic mattress features. I used it for two nights and went to return it and was told because it was open and used and was betting it could not be returned so now I have a $300 mattress cover that I will never use. I will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture again. Your customer service is horrible and the woman was very rude at the counter and on the phone when I called.

The store is beautiful, and there are so many amazing options. We were furnishing our entire new home so we wanted quality furniture at a good price. The sales team is good but somewhat rushed. We did have an error in our order that resulted in a 2 week delay in delivery for our bed, and we ended up having to settle for a headboard we didnt want. Delivery was adequate for most items. But for our bed, the 2nd team was horrible. They refused to move the bed over until I demanded it after the 4th time asking. And my husband and I both asked to move it throughout the process, but we were ignored. On top of that, only 1/3 of the slats were screwed in, causing the mattress to bow in the middle and top. My husband had to go to home depot to get screws to fix it himself. They also damaged the frame by not screwing it in correctly. It was very frustrating and will affect our decision to shop there in the future.

We recently purchased the matching couch and love seat that paired with the patio table we bought 2 years ago. Once the furniture was delivered we realized how much the table and chairs had faded and turned the color green. We asked to return the furniture within 48 hours and was denied because it was not an online purchase. Knowing this new furniture would turn geeen in 2 years we contacted customer service asking them to please let us return it and could they replace our table. Nothing was done but we received an apology via email and in addition this patio furniture is kept in a covered patio area. We will no longer be using Ashley Furniture or referring its furniture to friends and family.

My experience with Ashley it has been poorly, from the very beginning when I bought my furniture to today having issues with my delivery. Starting the day I bought my furniture they sold it to me for $200 more than what the price was thankfully I realized of that mistake and went back to the store and let the associates know and that extra amount charged it was reimbursed to my card. I was supposed to receive my furniture in dec 18 unfortunately I had an emergency and I was not able to receive it that day. I contacted the delivery team and they told me there was no problem and that they were going to be able to deliver it the next day. They told me they were going to call me on Thursday 19th to scheduled a time I did not receive any call and of course did not receive the furniture either. When I called on Friday 20th they told me they don’t know when I can receive the furniture since they don’t have it anymore are you seriously??!. Then I called on Monday and another representative told me she contacted the warehouse and they told her all the furniture was ready to be delivered.Today Thursday 26th I called again and they still does not have any update I asked the representative Vidal to transfere me to a supervisor and he transferred me to Sean now she tells me she can not delivered the order cuz they don’t have it anymore. I asked her what happened with the furniture I bought she now said it was defective and it is discontinued are you for real?. She stated I can cancel the order I said I don’t want to cancel it since I need the furniture. Never buying form this store again.

Worst experience. Worst furniture store in the world. I purchased a sofa set in October. Two of the chairs came damaged, and the delivery man told us we have to keep them until a technician comes to review them. A week later, when the technician arrived, he told me the sofa did not qualify for a replacement but a repair. I did not accept the repair of the new sofa and called customer services. After long calls, they accepted the replacement and placed a new delivery date for me. One month later, the two chairs arrived, and one of them was wrong , the right armcorner chair instead of the left armcorner chair. I refused the delivery and notified customer service. They told me I had to wait 24-72 hours for someone to call me back. A week later, no one called me back, the system was down, and so on. Every day I called them to place the replacement, they placed my call on hold, wasting my time , more than 30 minutes every call. It is December 18, and I have a damaged sofa in my living room. They stole my money

Danielle in the Brandon store was very polite. As sales representative she is not pushy, she knows the products. We got extactly what we wanted and she helped us find what we needed. She took the time to walk us through everything. She acknowledged our concerns and was very helpful. Would definitely return back and deal with Danielle.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. When we purchased our patio furniture, we were promised a delivery date of 11/30/2024. However, that date was pushed back to 12/24/2024 without any proper explanation or consideration for our situation. We agreed to the purchase specifically because the delivery date was guaranteed to not exceed 11/30. In the meantime, we sold our old patio furniture, thinking we’d have the new set by the promised date, and now we are left with nothing for the events we had planned. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering Ashley Furniture’s supposed high reputation. I expected much better service and communication. Would not recommend. Update** Now the new “guaranteed delivery date” is going to be a partial delivery and they are pushing out my order to 01/06. I was just told this one day prior to my delivery date set for tomorrow. Unreal. Never again will I buy furniture at Ashley.

The week before the delivery date we were getting all of our confirmation emails. We even got one the day before. We were super excited, but unfortunately received a call 12 hours before our delivery window that our furniture was suddenly on back order. It was now tentatively schedule to arrive 12/30. How was it all good and on schedule to suddenly be on back order hours before delivery? That ruined our holiday plans because we got rid of our old couch two days before the scheduled delivery. Now we have nothing. My wife reached out to Melinda. She told us that her office manager said the shipment got held up because of inclement weather. Which one is it? Back order or transportation/weather issues? I wrote a very unhappy email to someone that Melinda reluctantly provided as the store manager’s email. I understand that Christmas just happened but I still haven’t gotten any responses from anyone at the store. We got a call from the call center (not the store) stating that our furniture won’t arrive until 1/7/2025 now. That’s 2 full weeks from the original date we agreed upon and 5 weeks after purchase. What is that all about? This entire experience went from great to absolutely the worst I have ever had with a store. I’ve been patient and given as much time as I am willing to tolerate, but this is just unacceptable. I will not be giving this company any of my business ever again. If their name is ever brought up or someone I know wants furniture, I will be sure to steer them clear from this place.

Update: This store tells lies when selling furniture especially what is available in their warehouse and what is not so I have to reduce to 2-stars. Do not tell a customer it is in the warehouse based upon “it could possibly” be in the warehouse by the delivery date. The customer service received after making purchase was horrible - I was told all pieces were in stock upon purchase so I made sure my old furniture was removed before the delivery and then the day before the delivery I received a call and was told I would only get the sofa and the ottoman was back ordered. When furniture arrived I received half a couch. After calling customer service I was transferred to Lauren and she swore she would setup for the rest to be delivered and would call me the next day with updated information on the rest of the furniture. The next day - no phone call from Lauren. So I call customer service the next day and they tried to reach Lauren at the store and they were told no one by that name worked there. So I go to the store the next day and guess who’s the manager on duty - Lauren who tried to act like she didnt speak to me over the phone. All in all, I have half a couch and now they say they can deliver the other piece in two days, there is no let me do my best to get you your furniture its this is what you’re gonna get, we do not care that you do not have all your furniture. Oh and the ottoman, will be delivered 13 days after the actual delivery date. Good thing I didn’t purchase a bed, I guess I would receive the frame but no mattress. Great experience shopping here. The 5 stars are strictly for Sah, Rob and Mike.. I lost everything in hurricane Milton and needed everything when I walked into Ashley about two weeks ago. Bedroom set, dining table, sofa and mattress set. Although overwhelmed with the selection at the Brandon location, I was able to pick out everything I wanted there. I was introduced to Sah for my mattress needs. I know nothing about mattresses and honestly was looking for the cheap way out. Sah understood the assignment and not only got me a mattress set I could afford but ensured my comfort was in the mix as well. I checked out and I was on my way. Delivery day came and 1 HOUR before delivery, I get a call that the mattress foundation was sold out and they were unsure when they'd be able to deliver it. Considering I haven't slept well in 3 weeks ... I'm furious. I remember Sah left me his business card so I shot him a text in hopes he could connect me to someone who could help. He did much better than that! Sah got his manager involved and I was able to get what I needed SAME DAY! When I arrived at the store, Sah, Rob and Mike were nothing short of amazing. They found a foundation at the location, broke it all the way down and loaded it into my car! I am more than pleased with these gentleman's customer service and heart! Thank you guys! I am soooo ready to sprawl out and catch up on these zzzz's I've been missing.

I’ve had two bad experiences at Ashley Furniture-Brandon, Fl. The first one was in August 2024, when I was charged for an assembly service that I never received, even though I paid for it in the store. I went to the store three times to try to get an assembly date, and ended up waiting in the parking lot for an hour and a half because the representative told me I’d receive a call back within 15 minutes, which never happened. I eventually requested a refund for the assembly charge. My second bad experience happened today, November 12th, when I went to buy a bar stool to complete a set of two that I already have at home. The price tag on the stool in the store was $170, but I was charged $180. I requested the show room price, and they said they would refund the difference within three days. We’ve purchased here because they offer 0% interest, but honestly, their prices are high compared to other furniture stores.

If I could rate this -100, I would. Let me start by saying my rating is not against this particular store but Ashley overall. I ordered a Dresser that was initially delayed because of Hurricane Helene. New delivery date was Oct 31st. I received multiple emails about the delivery date and one asking me to confirm the date and time which I did. delivery time was given from 2:15 - 6:15. I also received a couple of text messages regarding the delivery. I took off work to make sure I was home for the delivery and at 1:43 p.m. received an automated call that my delivery was 10 minutes away. 2 hrs later no delivery. I called customer service and they informed me that the item had not yet been delivered to the warehouse!!!!!. Needless to say, I went to the store to complain and cancel my order. I will NEVER purchase or step foot in an Ashley store again !

My son bought his first bedroom set and they give him 2 headboards and no footboard. He and now I have been trying to get a hold of them and I get someone in Asia. I've been on the phone for over 1hr and 30 mins to just get my footboard and still waiting. Unbelievable. Hoping to get this resolved. It's been over 1 week. No one ever pick up the phone at the store.

She wasn’t overbearing in any way and gave us the space to look around and decide. Once we decided, she made the sale process quick and easy! We will definitely be going back to see her!

If I could put zero stars I would. I purchased a new leather sofa. When the delivery guys delivered the sofa it had a cut in it and an area that had a big fold in the leather. My husband was not informed that if you did not tell them to take it back right then, you are screwed. They sent someone to repair it. I said I bought new and I want new, I didn’t want to pay full price for a repaired sofa when the damage was not our fault. They said they would not take it back and now I am stuck with a “repaired” sofa when I paid for a new one. The repair guy did what he could but the fold is still not 100% right. If the issue would have been caused by us I would have understood but the damage was not our fault in any way. First time buying from Ashley. Also the last time I will buy from Ashley due to their lack of customer service. UPDATE: After contacting the CEO office, they called us within the day to apologize and arrange for a replacement sofa to be delivered in the next cycle week. The replacement sofa was received today and all is good. Thank you for making this right

Purchased a new adjustable bed frame and mattress. On the day it was delivered, it already had a broken part that would not allow the leg portion to adjust, so my brand new bed already needs to be repaired. When I swept under my bed after they left, I found two plastic packages with the parts still inside. One marked ‘P’, the other marked ‘AB’…so DAY 1 and the bed doesn’t work and I need a replacement part plus 2 random parts found. By the way, the people who assembled the bed didn’t even bother to show me how to operate it. If I didn’t ask them to stop and show me before they left, I would not have figured out the bed was defective. Not a single person at the store could help me, much less transfer me to a manager and so I was transferred to a call center, which in and of itself was a hassle since it was a foreign based call center, which made explaining everything tedious as I had to repeat myself multiple times and ask the agent to repeat themselves several times as well. I was not transferred to a supervisor there either and was told I will have to wait another 2-3 weeks between the part arriving and scheduling a tech to come out to install it. Worst customer service from the store itself, poorly trained technicians to assemble the bed, and difficult to understand the foreign based customer service reps. Who are doing the best they were trained how to do. I regret my purchase from Ashley Brandon Location. SHOP AROUND FIRST.

My original visit to the store, furniture purchase, and delivery went fairly smoothly. My terrible experience has occurred since filing a warranty claim with the extended warranty that I purchased. I purchased my furniture in 2021 and have a 5 year warranty on all of my furniture ( I furnished my entire apartment with Ashley furniture and spent thousands of dollars to do so). My tv stand and coffee table are both made of a similar material and both have irreplaceable damaged parts and are no longer functioning, the damage is included under the conditions of my warranty so I filed a claim. I have had to file the claim three times through the proper channels with the extended warranty company over the course of 12 months without receiving any communication. After 12 months of ZERO communication I finally received an approval that both pieces of furniture are approved to be fully replaced, however I would have to pick it up from the Brandon store. This is a complete surprise to me and the problem is I have moved to Chattanooga, TN. When I first purchased my furniture I informed the sales person that I would only be in Florida for 12 months due to my job and will be moving out of state after the year is over so I asked if I would still be able to fulfill any warranty claims for parts to be replaced, damage repair, etc. The sales person told me that as long as I move somewhere in the U.S. with an Ashley Furniture store my warranty will have coverage. I have since been attempting to find a solution to this, as I would have NEVER spent thousands of dollars with a company knowing that I would be moving and have no access to furniture repairs. I have spoken with the General manger Robert and customer care representative Veronica H Both are not willing to find a reasonable solution to a problem that was created by their store. Do not shop here.
