Greeted at Ashley Furniture by Big Rick. He was not only enjoyable to work with but very knowledgeable, no-pressure, humorous and nice. He showed me only varieties of the item for which I was looking. The store was smartly arranged having beautifully styled settings. Fantastic selections. And, importantly, it was clean and all wore masks.

Me and my mom were looking for a bed set, and in the middle of a furniture shortage we were having a rough time looking for any decent furniture. We were immediately greeted by a man named Big Rick who was an absolute wonderful sales associate. He helped us find a bed frame and mattress that perfectly suited our needs, explained everything to us efficiently, and didn’t sell us on things that we didn’t need. Hands down one of the best most seamless experiences buying and financing furniture. If you ever come to this location definitely ask for Big Rick for a wonderful experience. Me and my mom left extremely satisfied and we excitedly wait for our bed set to come in!
The products I have bought have been of cheap quality but have been expensive and broken.
Current customer but wish I went to Rooms To Go! (Bought my couch and power recliner from them with no issues)We spent a lot of money on a bedroom set and bed foundation, when they delivered my stuff they never installed the supports in my bed foundation and now we can’t use the bed at all. When we called and was passed through a call center for 30 mins and explained the situation they argued blah blah bottom line is they don’t have any urgency to help me, but have my money. I feel completely helpless, I would have never bought anything from them if I knew they were gonna treat their customers this way.
Horrible service after you buy. One person at the customer service desk. Manager is useless and non existent. Will never buy from this location again...
Good morning, I would like to inform you about this company. Unfortunately I don't advise anyone to buy any furniture from this company their capacity is very bad. I have a problem for three months so they can deliver the furniture and they do not deliver it to me and they are saying that I received the property, unfortunately the company disorganization is not recommended for anyone. I advise people to search before buying any property, they he promises that he will deliver it next week or even next week, but unfortunately I've already been trying to get the furniture I bought from them for 3 months and they can't solve my problem, unfortunately I'm very dissatisfied with this company and with the people who work in this store . Unfortunately the department is not good for its customers I recommend that people search and go to another store to buy their products. I am not satisfied at any time and I will never buy anything inside this store again.
In store purchase went great, but furniture came damaged on delivery. Had to speak to 5 different people on the phone at “support center” to be told the damaged item will be in tomorrow and someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me. Called back and no one can figure out who to set up delivery date. Had to go online and set up a new date which is almost 3 weeks out still, and about a month from my original delivery date. Worst customer service ever, won’t go back solely based on the after purchase experience.
I have never had a worse experience at any furniture store!! I travel a lot, work full-time an extremely busy schedule, and a full-time caregiver. I recently purchased two living room chairs to be delivered tomorrow. I took the day off from work to prepare for this delivery. I get a call today that they are rescheduling for Wednesday and to call them if I have questions. This is unacceptable for us! My time is precious and I made special accommodations to be here that day! I call the number he provided and the wait was horribly long. I don’t have time to wait as I work long hours and meet with people all day! So I text them and the person said she couldn’t help me and I needed to call that number. I then get ahold of my salesman who now tells me Monday is the soonest they can deliver. They specifically told me Saturday, and I cannot be in limbo while they change their mind. I told them it is unacceptable as the store is only ten minutes from my house and both chairs are in stock! Needless to say, I will be cancelling my order and ordering elsewhere. I cannot deal with a group of inept personnel who thinks my time is not important, when they are the ones who set the original delivery date! If you are busy, avoid this store at all costs!
We ordered a couch back in July and it's September and still have not received it. Every time we call to check in on the order the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. If we would've know it would take this long we would've went with a different option. It's a little ridiculous at this point! I don't recommend this chain.
