Horrible customer service and delivery process. We bought a couch and recliner and scheduled delivery while at the store. They called us 4 days prior and left a message stating if your address and date of delivery has changed, call us back. Neither did so we didn't call back. Then 1 day prior to delivery they left us a message on our home phone to call back before 5pm to confirm delivery or they will reschedule. Before 5pm, WHO GETS HOME FROM WORK BEFORE 5PM? AND Why do we have to confirm AGAIN? Ridiculous and absurd delivery procedures. Nobody told us we'd have to stay by the phone all day waiting for an unnecessary confirmation call the day before AND then wait all day at home the next day for the delivery. 2 days staying at home for a delivery that is expensive to begin with. I certainly didn't the value for delivery that I paid for. I tried to call customer support and hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes. They really need to add a message update like you are the 5th person in line, etc. So I called my saleswomen and she never called me back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY AGAIN.

Bought a sectional that started peeling within a year . Got no help from ashley furniture , and that was with their extended warranty that i paid for . Spend your money somewhere else!

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from them. I’ve had the worse experience ever. Starting with the salesman Bryan from Brandon. Imputing the incorrect sides and color. He notices it was incorrect and said it will get it fixed. So when the sofa was delivered it was delivered with 2 left sides and the incorrect color. After dealing between the store and customer service none of them could get it together. Error after error. 2 weeks later 2 days prior to Thanksgiving still no sofa have been delivered; after calling like crazy they stated that there was another error and sofa is still in the warehouse and will not be delivered until December. So here I am with no place to seat my guests for Thanksgiving meal. 4 errors in total. It is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! I would not recommend this place for nothing.

I wish I could give zero stars. Delivery was a chaotic disaster, furniture is complete garbage, and customer service is nonexistent. Couch was delivered broken, had to have it completely replaced. Within 2 months our dining table support beam split in half. Don’t waste your time and just go some where else.

Do NOT buy from Ashley HomeStore!!!! We purchased over $3K in furniture. Upon delivery, there was an incorrect piece. The delivery guys took it away and I was assured over the phone we would get the piece the next day or by the end of the week. That was 11/10....it is 11/22, we STILL do not have a bed. They do NOT communicate, they don’t compensate. They don’t care ONE bit for their customers. Our sale is a drop in the hat for them. I’m sure they all have a bed to sleep on. I have called their customer service number, spoken to managers in the store, our salesperson and nothing has been done. Supposedly my piece will be delivered tomorrow. Not once has Ashley HomeStore given is a sincere apology or offered to compensate us in any way. They don’t care as long as they keep making sales

I will never buy another item from this company. Price misquoted on a dining room set. Said it was 4 chairs but showed up with only two. Then refuse to honor the price they originally gave. Lied about the return process and the time I had to return the items. Worst furniture store i've ever worked with.

Don't buy anything from Ashley Furiniture. I purchased furniture from there and not only did I have to wait a month to receive my purchase, it showed up incomplete. We had to wait close to another month to ge the rest. When we finally got the remaining pieces it was again incomplete. The drawers had issues. They sent a "technician" to fix it. He literally use dw40 and said he took out saw dust he also supposedly put in the request for the missing piece. His fix worked well for all of one day. We called customer service for the missing piece after the 14 days the guy said to wait and we were told it was on back order and needed to wait another month. We purchased it in June by this time its September. The piece never makes it. Call again and they said they didn't have the request despite the supposed order made my the the tech and my call. They tell us we have to wait again, it's October and nothing. We were told it would ship the week of October 28th. We are sitting on November 16th and we had to call and find out where this piece is and we still won't get it for another week. We won't be here for when it arrives IF it even arrives. Ashley furniture, get your stuff in order because I will continue to get on every social media medium and write this over and over and over and make sure everyone knows what terrible customer service you all have provided for someone that has been patient with the incompetence we've experienced. It's not difficult. I pay you for furniture and you provide me what I paid for, it's that simple.

I tried calling and using the messaging service provided from 8pm until closing time at 9pm. No one answered the phone and no one answered my questions in the chat. I purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture in the past and had a great experience. Today however really opened my eyes to the kind of customer service now offered. If customer service is something you like I suggest you look elsewhere.
