Kind of overwhelming because it is a big store but Sam made it a breeze. He is truly an expert. He wasn’t pushy and took the time to help us design our dream space.

Let me start with I love this place and how easy they made buying furniture for me. Sam was so helpful he made me and my wife comfortable from the beginning by suggesting his opinion to fit my family's needs also the difference financing options, it was so easy and smooth i got the whole house furnished. No doubt the guy i recommend talking to is Sam!

Nice selection, no service. Walked around for 30 minutes only one salesperson approached us to ask if we were some other person in there...should had said yes. Oh well their loss, spent 12K at Kanes instead.
Bought a table with two chairs which was delivered in a timely manner. However, the delivery guy didn’t install the beams at the bottom and said someone would get back in 24-48 hours. No one reached out and when I called they scheduled a technician to come in two weeks later. The cabinet in the table which is supposed to be held by the beams is a hazard since it keeps falling off. When I called to report this I was told it would take another two weeks for the beams to arrive. Very very disappointed with their service and follow up :(
My wife and I decided to look for a purchase a new couch in Mid August. The sales rep told us that it would be delivered to us in late September. Our initial thought was, "Great, let's do this!" Late September rolls around and we call to ask the status of our order and we are then told it will not be here until early November. My wife and I thought about it and we have been trying to cancel our order and get a refund but have been given the run around for about 2 weeks now. I understand the shipping dilemma going on right now in the world but it feels like we were lied to just to get a sale. I will not be giving my future business to Ashley HomeStore.
This location is the worst and bad service after you buy your furniture we will not know you they will send you damage furniture and then didn’t care about you they will give you a hard time
Just got another call my table is still not ready. Do not buy from here worst service ever. They say someone will call you back and they never do. i have spent hour's on hold . No one can ever give you a straight answer they have theh don't care I will never buy anything from therej ever again.
I would rate it with 0 star is I could. Worst customer service ever. We had coordinate 4 times for our bedding set alone, and it’s still not assembled yet, not mentioning our problem with the power recliner. This is our worst experience with delivery ever. The delivery is rude, walked on our brand new carpet with shoe covers, leave items unattended in our room and left without explanation. Will not recommend to anyone!
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. Aftermarket customer service is very poor. Purchased a sofa set and paid $150 for protection plan. After few months the power recliner stopped working so contact them and the warranty company. Waited 4 months and NO service received. So walked in the Brandon store for getting refund that $150 as directed by Ashley customer care. But the lady in the store said that is not their responsibility. ( if they cannot help then why should they charge $150 as protection plan )!!
Good/decent furniture. You have 50 salesmen and one maybe two people to process sales. Also, the ottoman we had was damaged and we didn’t notice until we picked it up and unpacked it. I spent an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone and nothing. I went into the store and they were totally indifferent and told me I have to take it back to the warehouse. Definitely don’t recommend buying from these people
Purchased reclining sofa set for more than $3000 and added protection plan for $150. After few months power recliner stop working, so contact the store & warranty company. Waited 4 months could not get any help. When i contacted customer service they said to go to the same store and ask for refund $150 what i paid for protection plan. But the store said they will not refund & they not responsible for that
NOTICE THAT ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE. THEY ARE WRITTEN BY THEIR OWN SALES PEOPLE. Bought a couch and loveseat and a few other items form there. My delivery of the couches was pushed back twice, by 3 weeks each time. Bought in July and now going into end of Sept. Each time you speak with them they say someone will call you in 24-48 hrs. While I was waiting this 24-48 hrs, no one called. I called back and was told my loveseat was given to someone else in line who ordered this item. Asked them WHY it went to another customer, and after holding she said it will be arriving into warehouse later today. They lie so much they get tangled in their own lies…. I am canceling my other items that are on backorder and will be buying elsewhere.
