Not impressed with Ashley Furniture after hearing good things about the store. After placing my order and getting home and going through the envelope of paperwork I was provided, I cancelled one of the items due to multiple errors. I proceeded to call customer for assistance however still had to go back to the store to complete cancellation and refund. Highly Frustrating

While I enjoyed working with Eliza, I will never shop Ashley again. I have had non-stop issues with my order. I paid for premium delivery and they were suppose to assemble my kids’ beds. The delivery guy refused. Then I get one bed finally set up, only to have the 2nd bed missing a part, so I cannot put it together at all. I’m being told to wait another 72 hours for someone to contact me, because the part I need won’t get to me until late august. Not acceptable at all. I keep getting the run around. Why can’t you guys just do right by your customers?

This is by far the worst retail experience of my life. To list all the issues in detail would require about 20 pages, so I will simply summarize here. 1. Double charged for items 2. Items delivered left in the rain 3. Wrong Items delivered 4. Big ticket items delivered damaged 5. Impossible to resolve with customer service 6. I am stuck with broken furniture I can't seem to return, replace or repair. This company is TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time and money.... I have spent about 20 hours trying to resolve these issues and keep having to start at square one on each call....

Purchased a lamp for my sons bedroom. Was told that I couldn’t take one of the many identical (probably 20 ) that were on the showroom floor. The sales guy that was helping me insisted that shipping would only be a couple of days and that I should have it very soon, no problem. A week or so went by and I didn’t receive the lamp, not any notifications that it was on its way. Spent half an hour on hold to speak with someone at the local store who mentioned that nothing ever ships that quickly. Said it was estimated to ship out on August 15th. A MONTH after I paid for it in the store. The sales lady said that was ridiculous for a lamp to take that long and she assured me she would look into it and call me back. No call back ever. Have called several times since and literally cannot even get a live person on the phone to speak with.

Ashley Furniture in Brandon. If you're looking for great furniture outstanding service in customer service and wonderful customer care do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. But if you want your furniture not to be delivered on the delivery date or the wrong items then Ashley is your place. They will retain your money until their internal department reviews their own error and decide to give your money back Ashley Brandon is the place to visit thumbs up

We ordered my daughter a bed and dresser she really liked it. Unfortunately after paying and promised that it was in stock, it wasnt. I felt I had been lied to!. So we went back to store same day they said to pick another set so she settled for one and again we were promised it was in stock and bonus got 30% off. So went to warehouse to pick up. Again not in stock. Lied to a second time and that 30% wasn’t a discount it was the discount that was happening at the time. Bad experience will not shop there again can’t trust the sales people to have your best interest at heart it’s their bottle line their working for. I hope many people read this and stay far away from these kind of sales people and a business that according to me has total lost face with credibility. I had them refund my money I was done and they did like no sweat off their back with no apology just a statement from sales person “I don’t blame you” shocking. 0 stars out of 5 for me

I did not buy from this store, however, after reading all bad reviews and not answer from the store I assumed the customers never got a resolution. I am looking to buy furniture for my new appointment and this store won't have my money.
