I made the mistake and bought furniture here before reading the reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Good luck trying to get a hold of them also. They dont answer the phone
They are always having computer problems and don’t answer their phone. I refused delivery on a bedrooms set and it’s impossible to get a hold of someone to issue my $3k refund!
Second time buying furniture from here and usually I’m a fan of shopping around by myself with my husband with the freedom to look around and not be followed by someone but on Friday we decided to upgrade our bed and I found a frame I fell in love with online but was trying to find a comfortable mattress. We were greeted by Big Rick once we walked in and he was able to pull up the frame I wanted instantly without even looking at it after a few key words because of course my service on my phone didn’t want to work. He took us around to look at similar styles and color of the bed frame to show us our options and then went by the mattress and was able to help us find one spot on to our current needs of how we sleep and how our body feels as once we lay on our current mattress. Although, we did spend way more than we would have liked on the mattress. Big Rick was phenomenal and quite the comedian. He was fantastic in assisting us and I would definitely recommend him to anyone walking in who finds the furniture shopping process frustrating because he definitely makes it way easier.

Even though they didn't have what I was looking for the staff was extremely helpful. They actually helped me figure out a solution that didn't involve buying something from them, which is unheard of. This is a service that truly puts the customer first. Thank you!! You've earned my future business!
A bunch of crooks without any morality. You are better off with Ikea: same quality at 1/4 of the price and far better professionalism.
Don’t purchase furniture from the Brandon branch... if you do and once it’s delivered send it all back if you find it damage... if you keep it it’s HELL from there on. This is WORSE than buying a new vehicle. Worse experience of my life. They don’t care once they have your money. I don’t recommend it.
Do NOT shop at this location. They do NOT answer the phone. I received damaged furniture and they are not responsive at all. Also they changed the delivery date without notifying me of the change. Was told by the delivery driver and warehouse that you have to go into the store to get anything resolved with this location in particular. Personal there are to many comparable items/stores in the area to deal with sub par service. I'm still shopping for additional living room, dinning room, and adult bedroom furniture so I'm open to suggestions!
Ordered a beautiful entertainment center with a fireplace, Full bedroom set and an "U" shape couch, and bar stools. Customer Service is excellent... Only thing I didn't like is, they are a little pushy.

The staff is friendly and accommodating while you’re shopping and when you’re purchasing. But that doesn’t mean they’re doing their jobs correctly. We purchased a piece of furniture and paid for it outright. They forgot to add on the protection plan so we had to go to the back to pay for that separately. The rep who added the protection plan onto our purchase was too busy giggling and singing along to music and flipping her ponytail to actually add it to our purchase. We paid for it, we gave them the money, it just wasn’t attached to our purchase. So had we needed it, we’d have had to go through a lot of steps to prove we’d purchased the protection plan. That level of disregard for customers purchases and time is inexcusable. We found this out when we went in to cancel the purchase. So less than 24 hours later we were refunded the entire purchase and thought everything was good. Despite the time it took for us to show “look, here’s our purchase and here’s our second receipt from where we purchased the protection plan.” They were more worried with who did the sale and the sale of the protection plan than they were making sure their job was done correctly. Two days later my husband and I received texts saying that our delivery was scheduled and we should call to confirm. Come again!? So I called and it turned out the store never cancelled the order and some delivery people were just gonna show up with our already refunded purchase. How inefficient is this place!? The rep on the phone said if they’d delivered the couch that we’d have been charged again. Like hell. So I had to inform my bank of what was going on so they could put a block on Ashley Home Store just in case they tried to pull some ignorant scam BS and THEN the rep on the phone told me to contact the store to make sure we really weren’t going to get the delivery. We’d was I even on the phone with this rep for!? So since nobody answers the phone at the actual store ever, we had to waste ANOTHER trip. Is Ashley home store giving me a credit for my time and gas? Nope. We stood at the back waiting to be helped for a half hour before someone acknowledged us and said they’d be right with us. Then we had to explain the whole thing for a third time that day and just like that, the guy was like ok it’s cancelled. It should have been cancelled when we went in and cancelled the damn order the first time. I shouldn’t have had to go in and cancel it, call and cancel it again and then go back to the store and cancel it a third time. I am so glad we ended up cancelling because the lack of professionalism from all aspects of our experience made it so we will never have a piece of furniture from an Ashley Home Store in our homes ever. It’s just not worth the wonder and god forbid you have to actually speak with a rep about anything, none of them do their jobs, imagine if we had a claim or needed to use the protection plan. You absolutely cannot trust that they’ve done their jobs. Blah, no thank you! They want your money and couldn’t care less about your time or the quality of their services.
Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong couch and we called multiple times with no call back.
Like many other consumers we set out on a mission to buy quality furniture at fair prices. After finding some merchandise that we were happy with, we made a purchase. Because of our circumstances (Household members) we thought it might be a good idea to invest in an extended warranty. During the first 12 months, a main seam on the seat of the cushion gave way and had to be repaired. It was taken care of in a timely fashion. Several months later, the problem recurred on the same cushion at the same location. again the issue was reported and repaired in a timely fashion. The first two repairs were completed under the 12 month warranty. Once outside of the 12 month warranty, the issue occurred a 3rd time. This time we were referred to the 5 year extended warranty that we purchased, but alas they would not cover the issue as it did not fall under the warranty. I was told I could purchase the material and they would install it for there normal service charge. So on 2 occasions I was told they would check to see if the right parts were available and I still have not received an answer. This is so unfortunate that there is no follow up plan in place to insure customer satisfaction. Please stop faking customer concern and start putting your words into action, which would translate into customer satisfaction.
First time buying furniture at Ashley Home Store and loved the whole experience! Our sales man Esteban Kelcourseh us out tremendously !! We moved from Iowa to Florida and needed to replace furniture and he was very helpful but not to pushy and got us just what we wanted in no time at all!t! Our experience was great and I would recommend the store to everybody.
Worst experience ever!!! Still trying to get them to pick up damaged dining table that delivery guy busted at install. After two attempts received credit, ordered new table and they cancelled delivery because I did not verify and confirm via phone two days prior. They have been told multiple times I do not have my cell during the day and to call two other numbers. This last time they called my cell and no other numbers. Customer service said order was postponed because I did not confirm. Store said it was changed due to product delay. Cancelled order yesterday at store. Still FIGHTING WITH them to get damaged table picked up and MONEY Returned. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY

Horrible customer service! Big Rick is a big manipulator! They put in furniture protection plans and charge you even though you don’t want them, don’t return phone calls and the online pricing is cheaper very often! Not a place I really want to do business with given my recent experience and even that of a family member That they tried to manipulate! You all Have a lot of room for improvement!
