Stay away from store at all cost. Sales representative will miss lead you on delivery times and staff especially management are rude and their belief is that the customer should be thankful that any piece of furniture (from a set) makes it on time. And what I mean is 4 months between pieces. And when they arrive the are damaged. Due yourself a favor and stay away.....

If anyone is looking to purchase furniture don’t stop here, run the other way. In all my twenty plus years of ordering furniture I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and inconsistent than the Brandon Florida location. I came in along with a family member to browse in hopes of finding a desk for my home office, and my family member to purchase furniture for her new home. We had also stopped into the other furniture stores minutes away so we coincidentally ended up in Ashley . Upon reaching Ashley as we came in we were greeted in minutes by a sales agent by the name of Melinda. However as we walked around the store she continued to try and sale us as she should.We both ended up purchasing some items. When it came to my purchase I purchased what appeared to be a white desk and chair and the agent advised me it was also on sale. “ I immediately became excited”. Melinda advised me of the delivery and that it would be 06/13/24. She also advised my other family member hers would be delivered a few days after on 06/15/24. In which my family received her things on time. However I never received my delivery nor did I received a call as the rep stated I would.So Immediately I called the store and they advised it was a mistake of delivery date provided by Melinda and that it was supposed to be delivered on 06/20/24. I thanked the person on the phone and said I would wait because the sales agent probably made a honest mistake. On 06/20/24 which was my scheduled date ,no one ever called or came with my delivery . I then called the store again, and spoke to a lady by the name of Lauren or Loren who advised that I would get a call back within the hour, after she tried to reach the delivery guys. She failed to return the call and gave me a story about their systems being down unaware that I have a family member that works there and I knew that wasn’t the case. She just failed to call me back. I called back the next day and she picked up the phone again as I begin to explain the story she never owned up to speaking to me the following day. I had to tell her she was indeed the person I had spoken to. And that she had also dropped the ball along with the store by not keeping her word. In which she could have easily attempted to reach a resolution. I advised her to process my refund and she agreed. I have yet to receive my refund and have had to call back continuously. This has been the biggest inconvenience and inconsistency that I have experienced with a furniture store in a long time. If you’re looking for a great client service experience Ashley is not the place to shop. Please save yourself the time and frustration. Sincerely a displeased customer.

I received a damaged sofa from the store delivery. When I attempted to have the sofa replaced they would not. The store managers simply states that all sales are final. They will send a technician out to repair the sofa. I asked for them to reduce the price as the sofa is no longer new and they replied with a NO. I am a valuable customer and they don’t care about the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I have have been an Ashley customer for years. No more. All they care about is getting stuff out the door. I had a wall unit delivered on a Wed. and Friday night, I put my crystal bride and groom wine glasses and my cake topper from 36 years ago. The shelf collapsed and these items were broken. Regardless of dollar value, it is about sentimental value. I called the store and they weren't answering the phone. I called the sales person 3 times and left a voice mail. It wasn't until the last call when I said that I was coming over, that I received a call back. I was told the reason that the phone wasn't being answered is there is "a big event with a DJ and Food Trucks and everything". I was also told that once delivered the store can't help and I had to call customer service. I was given a local number that didn't work. I spent over 4 hrs on the phone trying to get this resolved. I won't even go through what this nightmare has been. I would recommend not shopping at a store, that can't help once the item is delivered and there is a problem.

We shopped Ashley's often beginning in Long Island and now in Tampa, happy with product and especially service.

We stopped in to look at dining tables. Edna greeted us, pointed us in the right direction, & then gave us ample time to browse the showroom before checking in on us again. We let her know which table we wanted and asked if we could take it home same day. She quickly worked us through the paperwork & gave great instructions so that we would be able to make it to the distribution center before they closed for the day. Definitely request Edna if you stop in, she was fabulous!

Terrible customer service and total SCAMMERS. Took our furniture back and never refunded us. I bought $4000 in furniture from this store including a coffee table. After a few days I noticed holes in the coffee table with fresh wood dust around the holes each day. Turns out they were wood worms. So I called the store and they said in order to process a return we'd have to have a professional exterminator identify the bugs and write a report as the bugs may have been introduced in our home (already a poor sign of customer service). So we called an exterminator who identified them and said those bugs stay in the wood for years before emerging so they could not have been introduced in our home. He wrote a report that we submitted to Ashley Furniture. Ashley had a team come out and pick up the coffee table and said they'd issue a refund in 3 days. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS of back and forth with them--at one point they even denied we had purchased ANYTHING from the store. So they not only took the furniture back, but have not issued a refund. We call customer service, they tell us to call the local Brandon store, no one picks up, or they redirect us to customer service. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and waste of time. Another family in our neighborhood said the same happened to them and it took them 6 months to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I highly recommend not visiting or shopping with Ashley Furniture, especially at this location. We had a terrible experience with the sales staff (Jazmine) and are still struggling to hear back from anyone to help us. We made a major, multi-item purchase, when the items were delivered, two of the items ended up being too large for our space, we immediately returned to the store location to discuss our options to switch out the pieces of the couch for others to ensure it better fit the space, (within the 72 hour timeframe required in order to handle these requests), at that time, the sales person made it seem like it was no problem and claimed to file the request for us to return and replace the requested items ... weeks went by without us receiving the new items and we had to literally visit the store an addition 2x in order to get ahold of our sales person (Jazmine) because she would not respond to our efforts to reach out. After we had to physically go in to the store, we finally received our replacement item but to this day we are still waiting for an item to be picked up that we requested to return and are now paying for items we don't even have and / or had replaced. We are STILL waiting for responses from our sales person along with another staff member she tried to pass us off to because she claimed they would better be able to assist us. It's now been over 3 months ... HORRIBLE customer service, gone completely unresponsive and I'm now convinced we are paying more than we need to. Very unhappy and would highly suggest not even wasting your time with Ashley Furniture and this location specifically.

I just relocated to Florida and while searching for furniture we walked into Ashley Furniture. After speaking with a sales person we decided on some furniture but could not purchase until a few days later after the closing of our home . Upon our return we were helped by Sam and we couldn’t have been happier. Sam is the ultimate professional. It was refreshing dealing with a salesman who actually guided you with expertise instead of just trying to sell you something you would regret . He was patient ,informative and educated us when we had questions. Sam went out of his way to make sure that the original sales person we saw got credit for the large purchase that we made and although he wasn't the one getting the credit he took care of us as if we were his own clients. That says a lot about a person in today’s cut throat world . Went to Ashley by mistake thinking that the store location was the competition RTG. We just entered to have a comparison between the furnitures that we already selected in RTG. Ended buying my furniture in Ashley for the following reasons: 1- the welcome and treatment by the employees. Laura was great and sale process was smooth. 2- Selection alternatives 3- Furniture style, construction and quality.

Employees are incompetent and do not know their return policies. We ordered a table from Ashley online a couple weeks ago, my wife decided she didn’t like it. She went into the store physically to process the return and find something to swap it out with, no problem. The employees were happy to help her and reassure her of the 30 day return policy. Fast forward to today, I have an email from Ashley saying because we waited more than 72 hours to process the return, we are unable to return it. Why are your employees telling people they have 30 days to return online orders when they don’t? Incompetent organization, will never spend another cent at Ashley, and this was the third large piece of furniture I’d bought from them.

Incomplete information was given at time of sale (maybe just to get commission) but I wasted time and gas trying to get to another location for my items when it was probably known that the other location was closing (at the time of the sale) knowing the urgency for my items. Therefore I requested a refund!

A horrible experience and still continuing for 8 weeks. Had a damaged piece that was advised to Ashley on December 30 and was ordered. Still do not have this piece. First they lost the order. Then reordered after 2 weeks. They do not answer the phone. Went to the store 2 weeks ago since they don’t answer the phone. This “manager” was supposed to call back with an update. And as usual no call back. It’s now 8 weeks since I reached out. I do not have this piece and it’s a supporting piece for a dresser. Let’s see if this gets their attention There are much better options for furniture.

Kristen had a very ugly attitude when attempting to help me with my purchase, I left due to her lack of professionalism and returned when Debra was in store. I hate to do this but I feel compelled. First I would like to say I have been a faithful customer to Ashley for 14 years. Me and my husband have been buying furniture there since we got married, most of our house is filled with their furniture and we also hold an account with them. We have not had any bad experiences up until last year. We have bought with them on multiple occasions and every time the sales associate convinces us to buy the furniture protection with the catch that if we do not use it within the 5 years we could get the money that we spent on it back in the form of store credit. Knowing that we had placed a few orders with them before the pandemic and one of which we never used the protection plan, we made sure to call them back at the 5-year mark so that we could utilize the credit. I called the furniture protection company first who then told me that in order to get the credit I would have to call the store directly. Upon calling the store, I was met by two individuals who were EXTREMELY rude. The first sales associate or customer service rep. I believe her name was Emma but I'm not sure and the second was the sales manager whose name was Andrea. They both swore me up and down that the store never carried such a program which I knew wasn't true. The sales manager Andrea continued to be so rude that I just ended the call with her. Knowing that I did not make up this in my head, I decided to call a different location which was Dale mabry. Upon calling Dale mabry, the sales associate immediately knew of the offer that I was referring to but said I would have to call the store in order to get it. After explaining my situation, she put in a case number with corporate. To my surprise after calling corporate they were no help and told me that I would have to get in contact with the store which told me that this never happened so they were not willing to help me. I waited a few months to hear back from corporate. They never called. I called them again and they put in another ticket for me and told me that they will call me between 24 and 48 hours. That never happened. So here I am writing this review. As of faithful and avid customer of Ashley furniture HomeStore, I am very disappointed in their customer service and their chain of command. I would have expected that at least corporate will be able to help me with this issue. With both the Brandon store and corporates lack of concern for honesty and care of their faithful customers is what is calling me to send my business elsewhere. Unfortunate situation but I do not have to spend my money, nor time where I am not valued or appreciated. If you do not want to honor a special, then do not have your sales associates bring it up when they're trying to make a sale.I gave the extra star out of courtesy for my previous experiences there which were quite pleasant.

We are missing three items, valued at ~$400. The crew didn't do an inventory, we didn't sign anything, they damaged our drywall, then they scramed.

Wasn't to happy about how I was treated with paying for my furniture your check inspection company has got a lot to learn on how to treat paying customers I was totally imbarist when I had to go to the bank and get cash and for that I will not be doing business with Ashley again

Phenomenal customer service from the best sales associate, Ms. Edna. She answered every question we had, and she was so patient with us. Ms. Edna went above and beyond assisting us even after our sectional sofa was delivered. One of the pieces of our sectional was deficient, and she helped us file a claim and got a technician out to fix our sofa a few days later. Ms. Edna cares about her customers because no matter how busy she gets, she always responds and always willing to help. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Ms. Edna and I definitely recommend her to anyone. If you ever go to Ashley Furniture in Brandon, go ask for Ms. Edna!

If I could give 5 negative stars I would! The customer service is awful. I went in store and shopped a beautiful real wood bar set with 3 chairs. Delivery day is here and we receive our items all 3 chairs are damaged one wobbly, and the other 2 the nail is coming through the seat. The table has one leg shaking as well. We are explaining to the delivery team we do not want these damaged items (it’s late at night pouring rain) and they keep saying ok sign here and they will come and pick up. His English was horrible and kept saying the same thing. Turns out we are signing and accepting the furniture so we go to the store and the Sales Manager at the Brandon location says oh there’s nothing we can do in store. This is a corporate store. What does that even mean? She says I will open a ticket and expedite this you should hear something in 2 hours. She also said if you don’t hear anything call me she said she gave me her direct number that was a lie. The number provided was a useless number that rings and rings and no one answers. She also said she would be there in Monday night and if all else fails she would help get a resolution on Monday night I called the store Monday and she was on a vacation. At this point I have to laugh I am furious so I call the store speak/yell at this point and she said she’s opening a ticket lol 😂 so I said yes please and hopefully it’s open cause I’ll be there in 2 hours after work. Ironically someone called back in 10 mins and says as a courtesy they will arrange a pick up for the damaged furniture… Yes a courtesy! So here we are on Saturday 01/20/24 and they have the wrong address! 5 hours later the pick up team made it to the correct address they come to pick up the damaged items with no paperwork stating what is being picked up or by who or when. I tell them I am not releasing the furniture due to their lies and deceit until I get paperwork stating I am returning items. They waiting in my home for almost one hour on the phone with their dispatch/customer service in a different country going round and round. Finally the driver screen shots me something with the description of my items stating they were picked up. Shout out to him because he fully understood my concern. Now let’s see if legal action will be necessary for my refund? I am total disgusted and disappointed with this company. The absolute worst customer experience from a furniture store.

Great service! We’ve purchased several items from Ashley over the past couple of years. Today we had the pleasure of working with Edna, and she was great. Helped us quickly find the new leather sofa with chaise we wanted to see, and made the purchase experience quick and easy.

I would give a zero if this reviews platform would allow it. I would suggest that you never go to the store and purchase anything because they have absolutely horrible customer service. I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the store for over an hour and no one will pick up the phone and then someone picks up the phone named Rachel to help me put me on hold and hung up on me

I placed an order over the phone for a coffee & end tables set I viewed on the Ashley website because they were not available at the store location. It was an easy process. The rep I spoke with was very helpful. Looking forward to receiving the tables soon.

My wife and i ordered a temerpedic mattress and frame $8,900 and a sofa $4,600 however my wife found the exact sofa for a much lower cost. Ashley would not honor the internet vendor (even though there was nothing in the fine print) therefore i cancelled the order the following day of purchase.  That was the last time i had any interaction with Ashley furniture. In October, we received the sofa from 1stopbedroom, however sofa pieces were damaged and we have an open claim with them to replace or repair damaged pieces.  They explained that they will contact the manufacturer (in this case, the manufacturer is Ashley) for repairs/replacement. Fast forward to December where i received notification via email from Ashley about a delivery.  Delivery arrived on Dec 12th and it was my assumption (confusion too) that this delievry was directly related to my open claim with 1stopbedroom as i have never (not once) called or went into the store to make an order. My account also had not been charged, not until last Friday when i was hit with a charge of $4,622.55 at which point i realized that this delivery was unrelated to our purchase. I called last Sat, however that store was closed the weekend and when speaking with their customer service, they explained that as i accepted the order and it was outside 72 hours there was nothing they could do. I called and spoke with the store this monday 18th where they opened a case for me. I called today 21st to get an update and they explained that they closed the case citing the same script i received above. I have explained to Ashley that this is an unusual circumstance,  and appears to be a system issue on their side but they refuse to accept a return on their mistake and refund my money. Its also very unusual for a company to deliver an expensive item without charging you first. They charged my account only after delivering the sofa. Ive called today 21st to dispute the charge with the credit company and you're my next route.

First time purchasing anything. Found the furniture we were happy with. But VERY disappointed that Debbie the sales person added the warranty for the kitchen table without our consent. We paid the bill, didn't and realize that day the warranty was added for $129. She never asked us if we wanted the warranty on the table. I assume she is trying to meet a quota. How unprofessional and deceitful. Now we have to jump through hoops trying to get that money back. They can't help us in the store because we picked the table up. We didn't see the charge until the day we went to pick it up. Now we have to show proof, send a picture of our ID a reason why through e-mail in order to hopefully convince them!?? Bad system.

Don't bother calling them, they rarely answer their phones, and gave us false information on their return policy, we talked to our rep who assured us of a 10 day return policy after delivery so we can try it out, but when we called to confirm this return policy, they said it did not exist, which was very frustrating for us

I went to Ashley Furniture in search of a TV stand with a fireplace insert. I was looking for one to match my other furniture. Edna walked all over the store looking at the different TV stands and found one that matched my furniture and included shelving for me to display items on as well. I called later to check on the size of the unit and she was happy to measure it for me. I ordered it a few days later through Edna. Edna was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service to me.

Mr. Greg has been and continues to be FANTASTIC! He worked with my husband and I from options on furniture down to financing and discounts. He is a no b.s. salesman who isn't pushy and really cares to make sure the customer gets what they want and what will make them most comfortable!

Do not buy from Ashley. I bought a 3 piece leather living room set in February. I paid about $11K. In July I noticed discoloration on the recliner and peeling (which should NOT happen on leather). I contacted the store multiple times and customer service multiple times in late July. I was told that replacement covers would be ordered and sent to me in August. Then, that date was pushed back to mid September. Then that date was pushed back to mid October. When I contacted them recently to let them know, I still haven’t gotten the so-called replacement parts, which a technician would then need to come and install, they said that I might not get them until December ( they have been giving me a different month since July) because they are coming from overseas and are on back order. Trust me, with the holiday traffic, I will not receive them in December. When I paid for the furniture, Ashley received my payment immediately. There was no 4 to 6 month delay. Zero delay on getting my money. The furniture is also warrantied. So, they are not standing behind the warranty. Customer Service has told me several times that Ashley has the ability to simply replace the recliner, but they would rather drag this on, rather than simply replacing the recliner. So, beware of buying from Ashley. If something goes wrong, they will not stand behind their products. There are many other furniture stores that can be considered. Brandon store, we purchase a dinner table. The sales men always stated that table was all wood but a few year later you can tell is not. Some areas are starting swelling now

Worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER purchase anything from any Ashley Furniture ever again. There is ZERO customer service, ZERO care for issues customers are having in the first week after purchasing their furniture. The "Customer Support" line is a never ending circle of incompetent, rude and clueless folks. It took me over a month of fighting with them over their delivery drivers damaging my property and tearing my furniture during delivery to make any headway. Go anywhere but Ashley Furniture to save yourself some headaches.

Had a very uncomfortable experience shopping at this branch of Ashley Furniture. My husband and I wanted to browse the vast variety of couches, as we knew the shape and size we wanted for a sectional, but didn't know color, texture, and some other features so really wanted to take our time. The sales associate who decided we were his, followed us around and wouldn't allow us any time to browse. When we said we wanted a sectional, he informed us we are too young and will move too often and that's a bad choice and told us what we should buy. I appreciate knowledge and sharing and general advice, but the approach was abrasive and that just continued. We felt forced into buying something, and following an overall horrible experience, he told us he wanted to watch us write a five star review, but we just awkwardly sort of left, as we knew we couldn't speak positively of the experience. To be totally fair - we love our couch we found and the selection here was good, delivery was phenomenal and the method of payoff was easy and intuitive. I have just never had a customer service or sales experience like this in my life, constantly demeaning and talking down on us like we were children. Will never return again, now that it's all paid off!

Sales lady gave us time to shop for a mattress on our own first, then checked on us and answered all questions respectfully. She gave her advice and asked questions of our needs and concerns. She was very helpful. Made the purchase, smooth and easy.

Today was the PERFECT definition of customer service as Brandon not only listening to our concerns but also helped my wife and I with a warranty claim for an item we purchased a few years ago. He could have easily passed on the number but instead he called multiple offices which led me to do additional business with the store. I also rate Sam “I am” a perfect 10 as he was personable, didn’t hover, and he didn’t pressure us to purchase anything. He gave us all of the bed room options for our split base adjustable and even helped us upgrade a secondary bedroom. We had plans to visit another furniture store but spending our hard earned money with this location was well EARNED. I highly recommend this location for your furniture needs.

Went to the store looking for a dining table set. I found a few options that we liked. Went home and measured. Then called the store and spoke with Melinda. She was great on taking my order at no time. I paid through email which was convenient. I was able to pick it up the same day. The warehouse was very close to the store which is a convenience. Overall, we are happy with the quality and the service. Definitely recommend it.

This will be the last time I purchase from Ashley’s, both times the delivery’s came with missing pieces and the process to get them to come back is grueling to say the least, seems like they do a lot of sales training but hire just not delivery drops the ball. It’s a shame they have great product but the prep for delivery is way off.

Never shop here. We tried to buy a bedroom set from here 2 years ago, and every time they tried to deliver the set, it was broken or missing important pieces to properly build. We had to go into the store and demand a full refund because their customer service would not work with us. Now, 2 years later, they are attempting to finally process that refund. They can not tell me why it has taken two years, and they can not connect the customer or store manager to a direct line with accounting to resolve an issue that should have been handled 2 years ago. Whatever was wrong 2 years ago clearly hasn't been fixed.

Ashley products are so attractive. I bought a recliner and dining table, and I love them already.

1) damaged wall during delivery in 2022.:..2) sales person lied about what to buy when explained the width of the house which caused damage 2) additional furniture pieces promised to assembled told by delivery team can not on delivery and caused me to cancel 3) now year later they own a refund for almost $500 and won’t give a refund because I don’t have the credit card anymore by a bank that doesn’t moved away from this credit card and taken over by new bank and forcing me to get a letter from a bank no longer associated with this card or won’t give a refund yet it’s so simple to write a check. Took them over a year to contact me to tell me they won’t refund me….Do not to business with this store or Ashley!!! A Better Business Burreau Complain also filed.

I was at Ashley's last Saturday. Our sales associate was Debre. She was very helpful. We went home and measured the room and selected the correct size. I returned this Saturday to make the purchase but Debre had called in sick. Laura assisted just in ordering the bed. I did not appreciate her not asking if I wanted it delivered or if I wanted the 5 years warranty. She showed me the price and and I was shocked. I had to ask for the delivery to be removed and then I had to ask about the other addition cost. I should have been given an explanation of the additional fees and asked if I wanted them. This is bad costumer service. I would like Debre to get the commission if possible.

I've had one of the worst furniture experiences I can ever have from 4 different date changes to 3 different partial deliveries and being with 0 furniture for mothers day after specifying that if this order cannot make it in time I'll wait...I've been told managers will call back out of the 3 times one did.. my order was canceled in the process without my consent..that delayed it even now once reprocessed.. It was such a nightmare That even Ashley gift cards or the final delivery of the items wouldn't have made the experience better... they were a few reps that managed to make it better and one that stood out the most was DEB from warehouse..she's definitely an asset and super genuine. I appreciate her very much so thank you for your efforts but only so much she can control.. will unfortunately say I'll never shop there again, atleast the Wesley Chapel store 100% won't bother

Super friendly staff, asked if we needed help, but left us alone to browse (no pressure, or 'over helping'). We found the dining set we were looking for, had delivery date arranged in minutes!

We have completely furnished and decorated two homes with Ashley furniture. Now, I am furnishing my office starting with beautiful sofa that I found at a really great price. We keep coming back because of the quality of the furniture AND the excellent customer service. Big Rick has been our go to guy for the past few years. This guy really knows his stuff. He is not just a great low pressure salesman he is also a great interior designer. We will be back!!!

But after going into the store, I must say I had the best customer experience that I’ve encountered in a while. Terrible Service. Damaged product sent initially and No Delivery for the rescheduled product. Pathetic customer service by 'Jay', dispatch team changes schedule at their will, worst warehouse manager, customer service representative keep on hold for almost 30 mins, no response from store associate 'Casey' when requested for cancellation. 04/05: Placed order in the store for Sofa. 04/08: Delivery came around 1pm but received a defective product. Dispatch team immediately took it back. 04/08: Received a confirmation call around 7pm that new product will be delivered on 04/11. 04/10: Called to confirm that they are track for delivery on 04/11, which the warehouse team confirmed. 04/11: Didn't receive product as expected. Called customer service where a representative 'Jay' mentioned there is no Order with Sales Order Number. They changed my sales order and I was informed about it. Later he checked and said that dispatch team rescheduled it to future date in the last minute with no reason and dispatch team is not answering them. Later received call from warehouse manager that dispatch team changed the schedule to 04/13 and she is rude in her behavior. She forwarded the call to store associate upon request to Casey. I requested for Cancellation of open order as no delivery is done. She mentioned she will get the cancellation done after checking with her manager and call back once done. No call for 3 hours, I called back to check on status. They kept me on hold for 30 mins with no response and no updates.

Made a purchase over the phone after learning the mirror I wanted wasn’t available in the store. Melinda was a great help and took all my info for the purchase. The whole transaction took less than 10 mins.

I was very disappointed with the couch that was delivered! I would return it in a second if I could. The material was not as soft as it was in the store. The pillows sound like they have plastic rap underneath them. The material smells like old polyester. I would not get this couch or recommend it to anyone .

I would never, ever recommend for anyone to shop at Ashley. Who does a 3 day return period?! We can return a $90k car after 30 days but not a $300 table that was bigger than expected? Blows my mind.

Great customer experience with helping us find what we wanted. Shout out to Sam I Am for his great salesman experience! He was a great help with all of the options available to us. We had visited another furniture store and the sales lady HOVERED over us with an aggressive sales tactic. Not my cup of tea! Sam was considerate and let us peruse the store on our own, checking in with us every now and then to make sure we were ok and answer any questions we had. Great buying experience and would definitely recommend you ask for Sam I Am when you enter the store. And yes, Sam I Am is actually on his business card 😂

BEWARE!! I purchased a sectional and it is a Down comfy Style and a year after purchase it is the most uncomfortable couch. We opened the zippers on the back pillows and cushions and some are down and some are a brown cotton material which is not holding up like the other side of the couch. I got the 5 year extended warranty and Guess what it does not cover because they say its a wearing out of the cushions. How do you figure half our pillow material and half is like brown cotton balls. This was an expensive couch. I called and asked if they still had the couch on the show room floor and they said NO .. of course not because I was going down there to unzip the cushions and pillows. So I guess I can only sit on one side of my couch. I feel so scammed and because it is over a year before I unzipped the cushions nothing can be done about it.

I don’t shop for furniture often but Ashley is the place I go when I do. Edna Williams helped so much in helping me get options for my sectional and then left us to make our decision, no pressure just help. We had a broken leg upon arrival and she took care of the complaint. We had a hiccup along the way , due to my confusion, but Alicia in customer service handled it and also made sure technician called to make appointment with us to fix the broken leg. I could not be happier with the service or the product.

Completely disappointed on the quality of furniture they are selling. We spent 3k on a sectional and after just 4 months they are pealing and have created little bubbles on the material. The wood frame is completely felt when you sit in them and the padding has moved. We bought warranty and none of this is covered. Not one call from any manager even though the associates sent out several emails and cases and no one helps with this issue. Will never buy from this store again. Waste of money and time.
