Went into Ashley Home Store and specifically told the salesmen I needed a table and chairs by a certain date, in order to host my guest. He triple checked my order and ensured me it was correct. Days later, I receive my order and it's wrong. I'm given the wrong table, so I decide to go back into the store to confront the salesman. All he could tell me was "they should have put a picture next to the item I ordered for you, my bad." Just horrible customer service!!!! I will never in my life order from there again. Loosing one customer at a time can run you out of business, no matter how big you are.

DO NOT buy from Ashley furniture store. I purchased a sectional in July they have changed my delivery day 4 times now they are telling me my delivery day is November 25, this is crazy 4 month after. Very upset never again . They blame the COVID-19

I didn’t want to have to do this because I like this brand, but DON’T waste your time with this company. It has been almost a month since I’ve called and canceled my order, and I still didn’t receive my refund. I purchased a living room set in June of this year at the Brandon Ashley Home Store. The salesman was great! He was knowledgeable, charismatic, and had excellent customer service skills. They said it would take four weeks, and I was ok with that. July came, and I didn’t get an email, a phone call, or a letter explaining the delay. Late August rolls around, and I get a voicemail talking about delivery day. I’ve been so busy that I completely forgot to call and cancel my order with this company as I already purchased another set. Let me just say that the customer service department is 50/50. I spoke to five different people with no resolve. The first customer service rep I called was accommodating and started my ticket. The second person I got was professional and told me to wait another week to receive the refund. The last three times I called the representatives, we're unprofessional in terms of tone. It seemed like none of them knew what was happening with my account and the last representative put me back in the call queue. I called not too long ago after waiting online for another 20 minutes, and it seemed like she didn't know she picked up and was having a conversation with someone in the background. It seemed like she was fussing about another customer. After screaming hello for about 30 seconds, the phone went silent—very unprofessional staff on the customer service lines. I know we're in unprecedented times, but this is entirely unacceptable; This is crazy. I just want my money! Next week it will make a month since I called to get this issue resolved.

Dennis has been the best sales person we have encountered in many years. Very humble and professional and provided us with excellent customer service. He allowed us to shop with out making us, the customer, feel pressured or harassed on making a decision. It most definitely is a component that is missing from many others. The service is HORRENDOUS. The manager is never available and they are quick to take your money but will try to deliver bits and pieces of your order. They are FULL of BODY WASTE.

Spent over 18 grand in store, I've been waiting for my dinning room table and my queen pullout sofa for over two months. They where supposed to be delivered today. I received no confirmation so I called to check on the status. I was told I had to wait five more days for the table and another month plus for the sofa bed. That will be over three months after purchase. I understand its difficult times but come on.

I was a returning customer who hasn't had any past issues and was happy with my previous purchases. Unfortunately, it just takes one bad experience to ruin a customer for life, and this is it. Good experience purchasing in store. Poor experience with delivery and communication following. I expect delays or potential issues w/ the current pandemic, but there appears to be a huge disconnect in the supply chain between store and delivery. I was contacted that the delivery would be a week late. No problem. Then the day of delivery my window changed without my consent. I scrambled, but was able to take delivery. However, once item was partially put together, I was then told there is missing part. Delivery team wanted me to keep half built item and said they would ship missing part via UPS. I said no take it all back. Upon putting it back on the truck the integrity of parts were damaged and furniture blankets were not used. I was contacted after truck left by warehouse and put on hold for 15 min until the person blamed the store on the incorrect order and told customer service would call me in 48 hours regarding reorder. That day, I called the store directly to try and resolve, but did not get an answer. I then called the customer service line who was also unable to get anyone on the phone at the store. So I waited and after 48 hours I never received a call . I tried the store again and was finally able to speak to someone. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide a time frame for my reorder nor provide any other solutions so I cancelled my order. Waste of time!

If you are on the market to purchase furniture, I highly recommend seeking different retailer. Do not purchase from Ashley HomeStore brandon . You have a ton of options from retailers that actually service their customers. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I purchased furniture for my new home and was told I would have everything in two weeks. 1/2 of the furniture was delivered and I can not get a eta on remaining items purchased. I have been guaranteed several times a member of management would contact me, however they will not. #ashleyhomestore

Melinda was great, she let us time to walk around and look. We hate feeling pressured. She checked on us once in a while and provided helpful information. Once we made our decision, she made sure all was set up and made the process easy. Great choice, great quality and Great buying experience! We recommend Melinda!

There's so much to say about this place and my experience, I'm pretty thorough when it comes to anything important, I went to 5 different furniture stores and this one by far was the best, it had things in my price range, the selections, but most of all the salesperson Roberto San Miguel was a top notch help, I mean, he was quick thinking and made sure that I ended up with what I really liked, I may have ended up with the best sales rep. there b/c he honestly didn't feel like one. I would now probably buy all my furniture at Ashley's in the future. I recommend the one in Brandon to anyone as well as the sales rep. Roberto.👌

I rarely write reviews but felt the need here. Our delivery for our sectional and dining room table has been moved back 3x without us being made aware and each time I call in it's because a different piece of my sectional is missing or this last time that there waiting on all my dining room chairs. The lack of communication and accountability is so frustrating all I keep asking for is a clear answer of what I'm missing and when my delivery day will be and it's always changing. Shop at your own risk, this is just my experience but if you read the other reviews it seems to be trend
