My husband and I purchased a sofa and loveseat we had to wait because it wasn't in stock after waiting for a month we finally got it once received I noticed on the bottom of the sofa the sewing was all wrong the fabric was bunched up and it looked horrible I contacted the manager and was told they would put in a work order this can't be fixed in my home it needs to go back to the manufacturing plant and I was told I can't get another Sofa and I have only had this 2 week's and been getting the run-around every since I don't waste money so since that's the game the want to play I'm going to take it to court because it's not right even if the lawyer cost more than the sofa it's the principal of how you treat your customers.

Horrible service. Shopped store for a replacement 6 draw tall chest that was water damaged. I purchased the set from this store approximately 5 years back, unfortunately it was discontinued about a year ago. Rick, sales rep told me the 6 draw chest that was similiar and recommended to me for replacement by another sales rep there, was discontinued, and the entire line was going to be. So he attempted to sell me an entirely different new set. I Placed the deposit, went home found the dresser was available on web site. I Called the store back and on hold for 45 minutes. Called again later, on hold for a half hour and finally transferred to another sales representative, Vickie. Vickie said she would call me back to order the tall chest, no return call, what a surprise...lol I called the store in Tampa, I explained situation, they routed me to a sales rep. She had someone call me back that spoke English(It's now just ridiculous and laughable) I Heard the entire conversation while they thought I was on hold. Manager said the Brandon store is very busy and don't care about an order like that. Final result pending, corporate will call me to authorize sale via credit card w/o having to go to the store again, and one further from my home. I will not shop in the Brandon Store again. Also this furniture is for a second spare room. Quality of furniture IMO is second spare room status. On a good note Monica from corporate called me today and made things right. She is addressing the poor service I received. I give credit where it's deserved. Taking action speaks for itself. Everyone deserves a second chance. Can't condem their reputation due to a few people's actions at one store. Corporate recognized a problem and is addressing it, guessing at the management level in that particular store based on some other reviews I read. I Thank Ashley Furniture for living up to their reputation.
We had a delivery window today from 3p-7p then got a call at 11am that just said “your delivery is late & may be delivered after 7p”. Fine. We waited. The online tracking stated the new window was from 9:30p-10:00p. Extremely inconvenient as there is still work tomorrow & this is not what we planned for. Still we wait & track. Finally I checked the tracking info & it said the delivery was at our stop. We go look outside to see as we didn’t hear a knock or get a phone call. Nothing. Check again & see they are at a completely different address in Brandon. We live in Riverview. So we wait to see if anyone calls. Nope. Check again & the status was switched to unable to complete. Meanwhile there is still enough time for the driver to complete the order. We call the number on the tracking page & no answer. If the driver was lost, why not call? Instead we’ve waisted our time & for nothing. This is ridiculous & completely unacceptable. At this point I don’t even want the furniture anymore & would rather take my business elsewhere where my time & money is not wasted & the people being paid to do a job actually do it & have the basic courtesy to make a necessary phone call instead of just quitting early.
Please consider local furniture store. Third class customer service. When you are there to purchase store will promise every single need of yours. Specially their protection plan is good for nothing please do not fall in trap to buy that. Gaurdsman require you to file claim on phone/online then print forms and mail them with picture physically. If have rising star your claim will approve for work after some few weeks. Please ask before buying protection and read it how to file claim and stipulations.
Do not buy this cheap furniture. If at all you buy it. Please Please do not fall in trap of Extended Warranty So CALLED PROTECTION PLAN. Try to call store number for help. If you are lucky some one will pick up may be in 15 - 20 minutes. No post purchase service available. Gaurdsman protection does require to call for claim. After all this you have to physically mail the documents with claim form. only accidental coverage. No Mechanism or motor covered after 1 year. Very tedious process to claim go through. Very poor customer service.
good overall experience, there were some issues with my order and furniture delivery, but and there’s a but. everyone was very professional and helpful. we worked through all the communication issues and the floor manager scott made everything right in the end. I’d recommend ashley furniture to anyone looking for modestly priced good looking furniture

DO NOT purchase furniture Ashley...customer service is horrible. My experience with delivery service and quality of the furniture was not good.
As usual, they had just what I was looking for at a fair price.
Tough to get help, tough to get results. Customer service is horrible. We purchased a bed on 6/30 to be delivered on 7/12/19.The sales rep was great. When delivery came the bed was missing the feet to the foot board. Not a biggie, it happens, however what came next was horrendous. Spoke to customer service the day of delivery. Told us the warehouse would be in touch with us that day to set up another delivery date. No call came. I called back the following Monday and they were never contacted. Promised me a call back in 1 to 2 days once the pieces were found, no call back. Wife called the Brandon FL store and was hung up on multiple times and eventually calls began to be ignored. Had to call another store and be transferred so they would pick up the line. Got a hold of a customer service rep (always a 45-60 min hold) who scheduled a 3-4 day delivery. Here we are going on day 17 and still no parts. To top it all off not one person showed empathy or attempted to earn our business back. Their loss because we are in the process of renovating and purchasing furniture for multiple rooms. Can't say I will ever go back.
Right at the entrance I was greeted by the very helpful sales person. He helped me go through the different options of what I was looking for and gave me a great deal. Just before coming here, I had actually gone to Rooms to Go and my experience was totally different. I entered the store and nobody was there to welcome me. Then after someone finally came to "help" I was offered the item for twice what I ended up paying in Ashleys and didn't even include one of the items included in Ashley's package. Ultimately ended up saving about 50% in comparison to the offer from RTG.
Horroble customer service
I thought a bed at Ashley Home Furniture I Brandon, FL a year ago and the insurance policy on the bed just in case something went wrong. I was told if there were any issues with the bed it would be covered under the warranty. One year later my bed rail broke I called the store to have them repaired under my warranty I took pictures of the break and sent it to the company and to the warranty department it literally took 4 weeks for them to finally come out and fix my bed and replaced the bed because the bed was no longer available. When they came out with the replacement bed the bed drawer was broken, there were pieces that didn't fit and it was scratched on the baseboard. I have to wait another week and a 1/2 before someone can come out and look at it and fix it. I will never use this store or company again. If I could have just gotten my money back I would definitely buy my bed from another store. Even if they get you to buy the warranty be aware that everything is done on their terms not with the client in mind.
The price you see is never the price you will pay. The lower price is the cash price if you shop online first. If you don't you will find your self negotiating like you in a use car lot.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This store is all about their commissions and NOT the customer. My Husband and I spent over 20k in this store. As soon as the sale was over, we never heard from Salesperson again. Most Sales are repeat business which happens from follow ups. I came in to purchase another piece of furniture and because it was only a bed, nobody wanted to be bothered. I was passed around from person to person, all while the “young” General Manager stood there and watched, while I voiced how upset and disappointed I was, and didn’t once step in to take control. Finally a Manager came over who refused to show me around because he was too busy and said the beds are all over the store. Today I call back to make a purchase and my salesgirl tells Customer Service to help me instead of her helping me because she was too busy. I will never deal with any Salesperson at this store again. The only reason I shop here is because of their great prices. Next time I will help myself. This is not my first bad review. 😡😡
