The furniture at Ashley's is beautiful....whoever... the service is the worse I've ever experienced.....when they want to sell u something... they're very friendly...but if u have any problem and u have to go costumer service ...that's it ... even spoken to 3 managers and still the problem is not solve....

Do not I repeat do not buy furniture from this Brandon store....or trust Melinda.....they aren’t honest,...they will use the corona virus as an excuse not to exchange furniture even though you have 72 and I went in the store and the manager was like sorry not sorry...as soon as they get your money their whole tune changes....the delivery was by three different people and they forgot a mattress in the whatehouse...very unprofessional....they made my moving experience way more stressful .....soooooo disappointed....DONT ORDER from Ashley especially Brandon store

I bought several furniture for my new house almost more than $6,000 .when I purchased my items they said I can price match if they lower there prices within 30 days which they did it was a difference of almost 1,000 when I contacted my sale person melinda she said it shouldnt be a problem that she had to contact her boss we she got back to me she informed me that since I purchased it in a 60 month plan I couldn't do it. This is very unacceptable talk about False advertising they never stated I had to purchase it on a specific term Also I denied an item cause it was damaged we they brought it ashley never called me to give me a date to redeliver I called several times for almost 4 days and still.no response. I had to go to the store and talk in person . I still have several purchases I need to make for my house but ashley furniture wont be the place I purchase again.. very disappointed with the service and customer service.

They were great! Professional and courteous. They called to let me know they were on their way and I love the tracking what stop they were at. They tested the mechanics to make sure everything was working.

I went in to purchase a sofa bed couch. I was told by the salesman the couch would be delivered on 6/21. I received a call on 6/18 from Ashley that it was delayed to 6/30. I accepted and then received a text confirming 6/30 delivery. On 6/30 - Ashley did not reach out about the delivery. I called and was told it was on backorder until July. Terrible communication. I got a refund and will NEVER will Ashley again. I do not recommend them to anyone. No one apologized for the lack of CLEAR communication and now I need to find a solution for my guests last minute. They are a waste of time.

Me and my fiancé spent months searching for a sofa. We dealt with so many different sales people. But Ashley furniture had a great set up, and Kevin our sales person was awesome. Definitely recommend Ashley and if you’re in Tampa ask for Kevin.

Ordered furniture on 5/23 and it’s about to be July and still haven’t received it. Paid in full date of ordering and original delivery date was 6/17.

I went to this HomeStore a week and a half ago with my mother and was assisted by Akrm Elgabry. This was my first time in the store let alone buying furniture for my soon to be new place and he did a phenomenal job with assisting me on that end. I told him about how I planned for each room to be with the type of motif for each and he helped me bring that notion to life. Even when I had to go back to the store a few days later to change the address I wanted my items shipped to, Akrm saw me and came my way to see if I needed further assistance and made sure that the change of address was done efficiently. This was a good experience overall and I appreciate Akrm for going above and beyond.

My experience at Ashley HomeStore was great from beginning to end. It wasn't extremely busy but I was greeted, attended to and adequate time was spent assisting me with my purchase. Additional items were suggested but not in a pushy way. Although the bedroom set wasn't available (month on backorder) the service provided was great. I actually went back a second time and found some really cool treasures (accessories). Can't wait for my delivery...theyll set everything up for you in home!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever. They said everything was in stock and ready for delivery the next day. That was 2 weeks ago. they said they would deliver a kids bedroom set between 3-7pm today and to make sure the room was clear and ready for install or they would not wait around. Well it is now 10pm at night and my 4 yr old has no bed to sleep in. I really wish that Ashley furniture would not take advantage of people this way. We spent a lot of money and are very unhappy with the whole experience. They should really be ashamed to call themselves a reputable company.

We ordered $9,000 in furniture. We paid $400 for delivery. Karen set up delivery for anytime between 8am and 7pm on a Friday. The truck pulled up to my house at 8:30pm to unload 5 rooms worth of furniture. It was 1 am in the morning and I was putting furniture together myself to get the delivery crew out of my house. I put together 3 full rooms of furniture and had to claim warranty of multiple item's that were broken on delivery. The furniture had grease stain from the truck and damage due to the movers not being able to lift the furniture. I have been waiting for 3 months on a replacement night stand that was broken on delivery. Karen set delivery again for after hours on fathers day. After a heated conversation, she keeps calling and hanging up on me and scheduling delivery for the absolute worst days and times. Karen is inconsiderate. I will be filing a better business bureau claim to have my night stand refunded and felivery fees returned. Avoid this location unless you have your own delivery method and make sure to check the furniture out of the box before accepting.

Ashley Homestore expects you to wait 4 months for a dining set.... and then we said we did not want to wait any longer and would like to return the boxed, UNOPENED items sitting in our kitchen they told us they would not accept them. After deciding to play games over the phone they decided they would then ‘create a case.’ This is unacceptable. The communication throughout the entire process has been horrible. We were told our time would already be a ‘week’ or so late (mind you we ordered a month in advance for delivery). We then picked up our sectional and we’re told our entire order was at the warehouse. Upon getting to the warehouse we are then told we have a bench and chairs but no table. After 2 weeks of waiting to hear something, we call the warehouse again, only to find out our table is still another 2 months out. And then to be told we can’t return?

The experience there was horrible I kept having to go back to have my items corrected they left the balance on my items so when I went to pick them up the warehouse kept telling me I owe money when I didn’t because I paid in cash. The sales rep wrote the wrong item on the sales receipt went to the right warehouse it was the wrong item I went ahead and I paid for the correct item and today Makes it a week since this happened I haven’t heard from the store nor have I received a refund. They do not pick up the phone there. Overall horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible experience.

The in store experience was awesome! Great customer service and prices. The delivery was horrible. We were never told there was an issue with our delivery no call or text, when we called them they couldn’t figure it out and told us to call the store. Finally we went into the store. Thank goodness cause it was all messed up. Mean while I had already given our couches away to a family who needed them and we were living on camping chairs. When we explained this to them they were able to up our day by like two days but that still made us over a week past when they were suppose to deliver.

We were overcharged $1,000 extra on our furniture list from what my wife found online. We were assured the discounts in store would be better than anything through their website, but thankfully my wife put everything into a cart online to get us the additional savings, otherwise we were going to be out of that money. The bed frame arrived with a damaged leg, which Ashley did send out a replacement in time, though I was guaranteed I would get a call back for someone to replace it. I've yet to hear anything back, in addition to the two emails and voicemail that I left a week ago. There are other furniture stores in the area with better quality and fairer prices, along with much better follow up. This was unfortunately the only place we found the bed set we wanted.
