I have never been in an Ashley Store and I wish I found it sooner. Randy the salesman was awesome.

Brett was very helpful in the store. Didn’t “hover” while I browsed. Got a great deal. Will return again.

We went to Ashley looking for a cabinet but found a power recliner we loved instead! Nick was knowledgeable about their products and patient when we shifted plans to a recliner. Our first purchase there but we will be back.

Came in looking for a specific loveseat recliner. Randy greeted me and showed me a few styles. I looked at more in the showroom, and shortly after he came up and told me he found what I was looking for. He put together a modular loveseat without a console. We worked out a deal and I left a happy customer. I'll be back to look at mattresses, Randy!

Molly Quinn did a great job. She was easy to work with and low pressure. Knowledgeable and fair. She gave us a good deal and we understood the value of the protection plan too.

Recently bought furniture from Ashley. My experience was “ I felt that I was misguided with a purchase of a mattress, ( he was a manager) other options weren’t discussed and return policies as well. However after returning twice I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with a sales associate named Theresa , she took her time to explain and offer helpful suggestions for replacement ! If I had to rate my experience with her it would Be 5 star!!! Thank goodness for you Theresa!!!!

Nick was great. We were able to shop at our own pace without feeling “followed” That was very important to us - and was a factor in us returning to the Ashley Store in Clearwater to make the purchase. Nick was also great about explaining the purchase price and protection plan.

This store is the most helpful and friendly. You are not bombarded by salespeople but yhey will help when you need it. Relaxed and comfortable with no pressure as in some other stores. I had a cancelation to make and it was handled promptly and my new order placed immediately. I can't say enuf good things about this store except I will be back to get the rest of my furniture shortly! These items will be in my home shortly.

Poor quality leather! Immediatly scuffed past coloring and tore whare it touched the wall reclining. didn't last two weeks. Sadly, we gave the kids our 20 year old leather funature that is still in perfect condition. Had to fix the reclining hardware hanging up soon after setup. Just plain JUNK for thousands!

As an apprehensive buyer, I walked in not wanting to talk to a salesperson. I was quickly, and warmly, greeted by Rudy and informed him I was just looking. I took a lap around the store to get ideas and then I found what I didn't know I was looking for…a whole living room set that I really liked that was in my budget (deeply discounted and an attractive set). I know that I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with as I’m a person who has done sales in the past. Rudy was patient, considerate, and helpful. Happy to say I am happy with my purchase, and Rudy was top notch from greeting until final sale. Thank you for helping me with my purchase today.

Terrible service. Nightmare delivery. Bad customer service. Terrible delivery crew. The delivery was Saturday 1-24-2026 from 11am-2pm. They arrived at 9am, my niece told them the delivery was scheduled for 11am-2pm, what if I wasn't here right now. The delivery man told her we would take it back and you had to reschedule another day, she told him is your fault for being 2 hours earlier, I have 2 severely Autistic with Retardation and ADHD that needed to be babysat for the delivery of the living room set. He said that's not my problem. He then only brought the Love seat because the sofa was a different color and she had to call to have it delivered another day. She called me and told me all this because I bought the furniture for them. I called and I was given the run around and the sofa was delivered. I was told by the sales man in the store that they would place the furniture in the proper place and remove and dispose of everything including her old furniture. Again they didn't do anything like that and they were unprofessional and disrespectful. This is a big company that should treat her clients with respect. This was my first time buying anything at Ashley and it will be the last. I do not recommend this furniture store. Too bad I was hoping for a better experience, but even the customer service in the phone was terrible, they didn't speak good English and they didn't understand why the frustration. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ASHLEY ALL AROUND.

We bought our sectional on Black Friday and it took until January 22 for it to arrive and when it did the guys that dropped it off were in and out in such a hurry we didn’t get to check it until they left only to discover one entire side of it was very clearly broken and ripped. The wood was all caved in inside. We then had to call and go through more red tape and now it won’t be until Feb 11 that we will get a replacement sectional. No compensation or anything has been provided and it has been an extremely frustrating experience which is very disappointing for Ashley’s as I’ve been a customer for many years and never had any issues before. The service is really an issue here as it will take 3 months for me to hopefully get serviced and a final product delivered to us

The sales team is great. Stefan was great checked to make sure the product was available and we did an order with delivery…. However delivery/fulfillment is horrible! Delivery was suppose to be last Thursday. Then received a call they didn’t have the couch! Delivery was to be today Wednesday 1/21, I called yesterday and was told no Thursday! Then received 2 phone called, an email and a text message all stating it was being delivered today! 😡 Now I’m being told it’s not being delivered until Friday because it was not in the system! Apparently their delivery/customer service/fulfillment team is horrible! I most likely won’t buy from them again! I paid cash they got my money but I don’t have my product! And I can’t call over to the store because it doesn’t let me! Extremely frustrated!

Last week I decided to look for a recliner with better back support. I went a few places and felt “run off” by pushy salesmen. When I went to Ashley CLW I was greeted by Jordan. He initially offered light insight and direction in a relaxed and friendly manner, making it comfortable to shop at my own pace and eventually ask questions. Jordan is very personable and took the time to pay attention to details with being overwhelming…Well done! Today I received my new recliner. Ashley gets high marks all round.

Andrew did a Fantastic job of showing us all of our options in reclining couches and helped us pick the perfect couch. He explained everything, we chose the protection plan and got a delivery date that worked perfect with our schedule. It was a wonderful experience.

If you want the worst customer service experience of your life then you should shop here. They will charge you for items that you never ordered and refuse to refund you. Even after the furniture was sent back, they refuse refunds. If you want to get your money back then you have to dispute it via their store credit card. It is impossible to reach anyone so if you like terrible customer service and stolen from then these are the people you should be dealing with.

If you plan to go to this location make you ask for Stefan , if he isn’t in wait till he is . He will deliver on anything you envision . Going above and beyond to talk with bosses about pricing and finding the right pieces. He walk going all over the store like a rabbit knowing where certain items we asked for . Made the experience shopping so much better for me and my family. Thank you!

Perfect! Is the first word that comes to mind. The first time I walked in there I wasn't bothered or bombarded with people coming at me. I was allowed to browse a little bit before someone finally came over. When I told her exactly what I wanted she showed me some great options. She came up with some great deals and bargains, and was very patient with me when trying to explain how things worked on the item. I went in looking for a three-seated reclining faux leather or leather sofa and she stayed within my budget that I had mentioned and was very easy and joyful to work with. Even when my husband had all kinds of questions for different types of features, she was very patient and lovely to be around. She was very thorough when we purchased our sofa in that she explained all of the different options and went over all of the instructions of the purchase. ⭐ 1 Star – Protection Plan Is a Complete Scam My parents purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture in Clearwater along with the “Protect All” protection plan, and the experience has been unbelievably frustrating. They filed a claim over a YEAR ago, and despite countless attempts to contact both the protection company and Ashley, there have been zero updates and absolutely no progress. This protection plan feels like a complete scam. They tell customers to file a claim for any issues, but they never follow through. Instead, people are forced to go out of their way to chase down the company relentlessly, and still nothing gets resolved. No communication, no repairs, no accountability. Ashley should be ashamed of promoting such a horrible protection plan and partnering with a company that treats customers this way. I do not recommend purchasing the protection plan from Ashley Furniture. Save your money and avoid the headache.

We spoke to Molly Q. at 24244 US Hwy 19 N. Clearwater, FL location. She suggested something we had seen online and already liked. She told us more details about the item which helped us make a decision. After much shopping at other competitors, we came back to her and bought the loveseat. Totally different story at the Ashley’s in Pinellas! Spoke to Thomas who we felt was out for a quick sale and we felt pressured. We left and went back to Molly at the other Ashley’s store to order! So my wife and I decided we needed a new couch. She's always been a fan of Ashley's furniture so that was the first store we stopped at. When we got there we were greeted by Molly and we informed her we're just walking around. Ask her where certain things were and she pointed Us in the direction. After looking around for a little bit she checked in on us to see how we were doing and that's when we started talking to her and asking her questions. She was extremely helpful and polite. We ended up buying what we wanted with her help through the process. There was an issue with the delivery and when I contacted her about it she got it taken care of right away highly recommend you talk to Molly..

The customer service here is phenomenal! What started out as a very negatively challenging situation with a warranty issue (a third-party provider) the manager Zack turned it around into the most positive experience for us. We had been long time, Ashley customers, and we could’ve walked away, but he personally took an interest in our situation and did all he could to turn it around. Today we finally had the last chapter and our sales professional Nick wrote the final chapter and everything was exceptional. Thanks to exceptional customer service at the store, we will remain faithful Ashley customers.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Buyer Beware — Deceptive Warranty Practices and Poor Customer Service -Clearwater location I’ve never felt so pressured or misled during a purchase as I did at Ashley Furniture. My husband and I repeatedly told the salesperson that we did not want the $1,200 warranty, yet they continued to push it at the end of the transaction until we finally gave in. We were baffled over how we ended up with a warranty and I called Ashley corporate to cancel it. The representative told me there was no warranty on file, even after confirming my full order details. She could see both of my furniture purchases (indoor and outdoor sets) — but no warranty attached to either one. I began recording the conversation at that point for my protection, and she still insisted nothing was listed. When I reached back out to my salesman, Steve, he claimed corporate was wrong and that he could see the warranty. When I asked for a refund, he said he didn’t know how to process one and warned me, “you’re under contract with us.” When I pressed further, he stated there are, “terms and conditions that apply to your order.” I told him that sounded like a threat and asked to speak to the sales manager. The store manager eventually called me, and while he confirmed there was now a warranty showing on my order, he became defensive and rude once I mentioned recording the call. It took over a week of phone calls between the store and corporate to finally get a refund for the warranty — which makes me believe the warranty was added after the fact once they realized I had proof it was never on the order initially. To make matters worse, a picture I purchased on August 22nd has still not been delivered. Corporate has told me repeatedly that they have no estimate for when it will ship, since it’s not in stock. I requested a refund almost a month ago and still haven’t received it. The furniture itself is fine, but the business practices are extremely questionable. The warranty process feels deceptive and dishonest, and the lack of accountability from both the store and corporate has completely eroded my trust. I’ve drafted a complaint to the BBB and if I do not receive a refund within the next few days I fully intend on moving forward. Buyer beware. Be sure to review your receipt carefully and record everything — because once they have your money, getting it back is a nightmare.

its been more than a month and I just can't have my order canceled. Order was never delivered. Don't even think about returning/canceling. It will never happen. They still have my $1,400. this is my order number: Sales Order Number 708H607837 I think I'll have to sue the company. I have called every week, spoke with them, they say: "Yes Sir, order is being cancelled!", I also went to the store that iI purchased the goods, they called the customer service for me, and said 5-7 business days, and money will be back. its 10 business days, and there is nothing, no email, no calls, nothing. STAY AWAY!

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service from Ashley furniture. We were making purchases and hoping to do a payment plan, but with that plan we were not told that we were actually signing up for a credit card and that was something we were not interested in at the time. When we got the email about the card, I called having questions about why I was not told up front that we were signing up for a credit card and all I was given was frustration and attitude. It happened to be the same girl who also sold us the mattress and mattress cover(which also ended up being $100 over what she told us initially). I do not recommend this location due to them not being upfront and honest with their sales and payment methods. Very sneaky and unprofessional.

Never had such a poor customer service experience than with this store. Ordered a piece of furniture 6 weeks before needing it and was assured a specific delivery date only to find out (by chance) that it was completely out of stock. No real explanation other than “we just don’t have it.” Thank God for Amazon coming through as my plan B with a better price and delivered in 3 days. I do, however, appreciate my sales person who tried her hardest to help out and who was very kind but wasn’t able to make it happen. Never again Ashley Furniture. I will take my business elsewhere.

Furniture was delivered damaged. Every call is routed to a foreign country with no way to talk to the store unless you go there. The service team is absolutely awful and difficult to deal with. They sent the replacement part to the wrong address. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Kane's or Rooms to Go. I've wasted countless hours trying to resolve this, regarding the message below, too little, too late.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ashley Furniture. I placed an online order that was later cancelled, but despite the cancellation I have not received my refund. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have already called your customer support team six times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I was assured the matter would be taken care of, but there has been no progress. This lack of follow-through and accountability has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. For a company of Ashley’s size and reputation, I expected far better service. Holding onto a customer’s money after cancelling a delivery is unacceptable, and the repeated calls without resolution only reflect poorly on your customer support process. Case Number: 10600041 I urge you to address this issue immediately and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay.

Update9/19/25 Once again totally dissatisfied. Finally after numerous discussions a tech came out to exam problems - conclusion normal wear n tear although extreme and possibly defective. What a waste of my time, my energy, my money my issues with my sofa cushions two of them having deep craters, and lots of creases Not only is it unsightly it is very uncomfortable, it is not normal wear and tear as the technician stated it’s extreme and Ashley Furniture will not budge on helping me out. They clearly do not care about their customers. Customers do not come first with Ashley. I will be taking this matter further to corporate A very terrible awful experience with subpar furniture and subpar customer service technicians management .Buyer beware 9/3/25- UPDATE I have NOT heard from anyone regarding my matter after emailing your solutions dept as you stated to do.I feel I should have heard from someone - it’s been 1 week. Once again I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Ashley furniture , Their subpar furniture and horrible customer service. I am stuck w a piece of junk sofa. Can somebody please help!!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase the extended warranty ( regard)from Ashley furniture. I am also VERY disappointed in the subpar furniture Ashley sells. I purchased a $3k sofa 13 months ago . The wear n tear is awful. 2 huge crater like holes and creases on bottom cushions and a bowed out arm rest, which look awful and are very uncomfortable .This isn’t normal wear n tear . We are 2 adults who work full time,the sofa is not used and abused. I called the Warranty department and I was out of Warranty . The Warranty department advised me to call the extended warranty company , Regard . After several phone calls with them , dealing with incompetent customer service reps, and several emails pictures back-and-forth,They rejected my claim. the terms and conditions of the extended warranty are ridiculous. They do not cover anything that would happen in normal life to a sofa. For example, they cover such things as a burn, things that don’t happen most of the time .I called the store in Clearwater Florida, where I purchased my sofa to ask for some type of help. I was not able to speak to the manager. I kept getting told he was busy and the associate really couldn’t help me . I am stuck with a $3000 sofa 13 months old that looks terrible and is obviously very poorly made and or defective with no recourse. I do not recommend purchasing anything at Ashley ,dealing with their associates, Customer Service or Warranty departments. It would be nice to hear from a representative to rectify/resolve my issues.

I am beyond disappointed with this store and its deceptive practices. They eagerly sell you a warranty with promises that “literally anything can happen to your couch—even if it burns down, it’ll be covered.” Yet when the time comes to actually use it, nothing is ever covered. This is a clear example of dishonesty—saying whatever it takes to close a sale, with no intention of honoring the agreement. It’s shameful to see a business built on misleading customers. If you value honesty and trust, avoid this location entirely. You’re far better off purchasing online, where at least you don’t have to deal with the dishonest sales tactics this store relies on.

Today i went in Ashley furniture and my husband and i were greated by Molly. I knew what i was there for so it would be quick. Molly kindly approached and asked what we were looking for and led us right to it. She had an answer for all of my questions, she was not pushy, she was very patient and educated. I was so happy she provided wonderful customer service. Ask for Molly and you wont be disappointed. Shes not like other pushy sales people.

I made sure that I purchased the warranty they went over the warranty with me. Told me exactly what it covered and what it did not cover. After two years I finally needed the warranty and I was denied. They said it was normal, where and tear damage and it is not. They will not even send somebody out to look at it to even decide if it was even normal, wear and tear. do your research, look on Google, look up their warranty. It’s not just me saying this. They will never get another dime from myself, my husband, my family, my friends, and my associates. Complete garbage!!!!

HORRIFIC service from this place! I purchased a bedroom set and while in the store my sales rep asked what size box springs I want. I said I want it to fit just like the floor display we were standing in front of. Delivery day comes and my mattress is sitting WAY too high so I ask if I can swap it out for lower box springs. This isn’t me saying I changed my mind or I want to return everything, I just want the correct box springs. When I asked for help I was immediately dismissed with “All sales are final.” Not even willing to step up and try to do anything. So my rep says “call customer service”, which I did. You guessed it, overseas call center so I got nowhere. When I told my rep I couldn’t get anywhere with customer service, her response was the screenshot. Pretty telling as to the type of company this is. BUYER BEWARE. If you have any issue at all they’re just going to tell you to call customer service in India. UPDATE: Ashley Furniture replied to my original review asking me to email them. I emailed them, it's been three days, still no response. This company does not care about their customers.

Short story: Furniture is nice but don’t rely on them to stick with when they wait items will arrive. Long story: Paid for 2 recliners and another chair. They said it would be here on the 12th. Then I get an automated message that the delivery would be the 14th. Here we go. Today: Delivery comes and only 2/3 chairs are on the truck. Really? I called and they said the 3rd recliner would be here 3 days later. They never let us know of any changes. Never. What the heck? You’d think a large company would have their crap together but I guess not. It’s just disappointing when you already have to wait 2 weeks just for it, and longer than the original promised date. It’s sloppy.

UPDATE: TWO WEEKS LATER Received $1100.....we spent $2182. This is absolutely unacceptable!! The store blocked my number from calling, but was able to call from work no issues?? I have filed a complaint with the BBB! I have also contacted two TV news stations to do a story!! I want the remaining amount!!!! .....I was so excited to purchase the Maggie sofa and ottoman and another rocker/recliner. The items were delivered to our condo on a Thursday and the two delivery guys absolutely refused to even attempt to get them up the outer stairway. They stood the sofa up on it's END and said, "See, it won't fit". My husband even tried to tell them if they turn it on the side, it would fit and he even offered to help. They got agitated and again said, "It won't fit". We were furious and told them to just put them back on the truck and return to the store. The next morning, we went to the Clearwater Florida store to complain. All they offered was a replacement sofa and to try again. We were upset at that point and just asked for a refund of the total amount. They told us we'd have to call customer service which I did. And guess what....they said we'd have to wait 7-1o days for a refund. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!!! We are still without living room furniture as we wait for a refund so we can go somewhere else to purchase. Never again!!!! Day 10 still no refund.

I’m sharing my review because this store has a lot of reviews stating the negatives about the customer service. The customer service that happens outside of the store is 100% out of their control which i can say is not good service. The customer service INSIDE the store is lovely. 10/10. I worked with Molly and she’s so sweet and kind, we furnished our house with her help. I had some issues with my dining table and i moved an hour away from the store. I had to drive all the way back there to figure out why my order was canceled and i was immediately greeted by Molly who took me over to the store manager Zach and they solved my problem immediately after all the trouble i went through with the service outside the store. They handled it so quick and so promptly and my table now arrives in a few days after a month of back and forth. I do recommend Ashley bc the quality is great, the service and delivery is lovely!

We entered the Ashley store during their Memorial Day Sale and we were greeted promptly by Katelyn. We told her we were looking for a casual dining room set for our kitchen area that had matching counter stools. She walked with us to the area where they were while asking how big an area we had to fill. Katelyn was very knowledgable and extremely personable. We were very happy with our purchase and the professional customer service that was provided by Katelyn! Well, I could stop there and that would be enough but honestly there was so much more. The delivery was made within days and the delivery team that showed up at our house was very polite, worked quickly and was very careful with our furniture. The logistics communication process and follow up were on point as well. Great experience overall!

I purchased living room and bedroom furniture 2 years ago and went back to get 2 more recliner and I plan on getting a love seat sleeper

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Assembly and Worse Customer Service I purchased a dining table from Ashley and paid nearly $100 for their in-home assembly service. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster. The team that came had no idea how to assemble the table: they left screws missing and loose, switched the legs multiple times, scratched the finish, and even used power tools improperly—despite the manual saying not to. They left the footrest bar upside down and the whole table unstable and unsafe, especially with children at home. I documented everything with photos and videos, but Ashley refused to replace or take back the damaged table, even though the issues were caused by their own assembly team. They told me that due to company policy, I had to keep the damaged table and accept a basic repair—no replacement, no refund. This isn’t about the quality of the furniture itself, but about a company that fails to take responsibility and offers terrible customer service. I won’t be shopping here again, and I strongly suggest you think twice before paying extra for their assembly service.

So far I am not impressed with Ashley in Clearwater My 96 year old mother ordered furniture and paid for the white glove service to have it delivered installed and placed where it needed to go. I got the call saying they were 10 minutes away. I rushed to my moms and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for them to show up. The bed frame didn’t have the correct brackets and the dresser was missing the legs. They came back 3 days later to replace the brackets but didn’t bring the legs for the dresser. We have spent literally hours on the phone with overseas customer service. Everyone tells you something different. We were told they would send a new dresser and pick up the other one. Yesterday someone dropped off legs. I guess my 96 year old mother is supposed to turn the 100 plus pound dresser over and install them. But wait it gets worse they aren’t even the correct legs. Almost $1800 she spent for horrible delivery service and even worse customer service. We will be sending it all back and buying somewhere else.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review due to it being impossible to get in contact with the store via phone. On may 23rd I visited for a couch and was assisted by the sales rep Darian. I was told that I could “CHECK” to see if I was approved for an Ashley credit card and how much money I would be approved for. After checking I ultimately decided not to open another credit card and bought my couch out right. Darien assured me that nothing has been opened in my name because I still needed to sign an agreement paper if I actually wanted an account with them and it’s a soft check. I was under the impression nothing had been opened and I would not be sent a credit card based on what I read on the screen and what I was told. I expressed to him that for this very reason I do not like to open new accounts but I was assured nothing had been signed to receive an official credit card or open another account. Today I noticed that a credit card was in fact opened in my name and on my credit report. Now I’m having to jump through hoops to get it removed as this is not something I want to my name. And could impact my score. I’m writing this because I was told this would be a soft check to see what I was approved for and would not be opening a card and don’t want anyone else to have to go through the same.

We informed we weren’t sure, there was no pressure and stress free. When we decided on a piece, it was a hassle free, professionally handled experience. Buyers Beware! Ashley's customer service has gone to the lowest level. They sell you furniture that you will be stuck with no matter what they say. I purchased a dining room table, 6 chairs and server and was told by the sales person that if it was defective or unacceptable in any way to tell the delivery driver to take it back. Upon delivery the chairs all wobbled and the cushions were hard as a rock and the server wobbled as well. I told the delivery driver to please take them back and he refused. When I pressed the issue he called customer service and they said someone would come out and if it was not corrected completely I could return them. When the repair person came out he fixed the wobble but said he couldn't do anything about the chairs being extremely uncomfortable to sit on and that I needed to go talk to the store manager. The store manager said they no longer do customer service in store. She was rude and wouldn't even give me her name for when I called. She said she wouldn't give her name for safety reasons and I hadn't even raised my voice I was just following the maze they created to keep them from having to deal with customer issues. They take your payment and then take you in circles if there is an issue. I'm stuck with chairs no one will want to sit in.

Our shopping experience was very positive. Our salesman Steven was highly knowledgeable and very pleasant. When I needed to make changes to our order, Sean and Lauren were very helpful.

I went to 4 other furniture stores before finally going to Ashley Furniture and I ended up purchasing the first couch that Katelyn recommended based on my preferences. I would recommend going here for all furniture needs. Prices are very reasonable & the sales representatives are very helpful and not pushy like at most other furniture stores.

My salesperson was OJ, he was non-pressure & made me feel relaxed & has a great sense of humor. I bought a queen Sealy mattress-firm style which was very comfortable for me. I've had several back surgeries. And getting $1000 off the bed didn't hurt either. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience. My husband and I are downsizing after being married for 56 years. We needed new furniture but had not been furniture shopping for a very long time and did not know where to begin. On our first day out we were fortunate enough to walk into Ashley's in Clearwater and be waited on by Katelyn W.. We had size restrictions so did not have a lot of flexibiity. Katelyn was so patient and helped us find a bedroom set made out of Mango Tree wood. My husband both really liked this set a lot. Katelyn was very professional and would not give up until we found something that worked. I would highly recommend Katelyn and look forward to working with her in the future!

I went to buy new nightstands or side tables for my bedroom. Ashley Furniture has a very nice assortment of these items. I did not buy either of these items because I was not happy with the way the delivery and assembly instructions were presented to me. I was told the side tables that I purchased only needed the handles put on the drawers only to find out from the salesperson that the items needed to be fully assembled because they came in a flat box and would be dropped off on my doorstep. I was then told that I could change my order to Premium Delivery for an additional $60.00. I felt this was unfair because the assembly instructions were not confirmed by the salesperson before they ran my credit card. I had to immediately cancel this order because I cannot assemble the tables due to my recent knee replacement surgery. Ashley Furniture was very quick to process my order to my credit card but now I have to wait 5 business days to get reimbursed.

I will never shop at Ashley Furniture ever again. They mess up my whole order. You can't talk to customer service because no one there barely speaks English. I buy for white glove service and they only set up one of my beds when I have 3 beds. The guy Sean who is the manager was no help at all. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. Update: So I have send 2 emails to the email address that was provided and I get an automatic response that I guess they send to everyone who has an issue. The crazy thing is I never received a box spring that I ordered and I have been charged for it. I even have gone to the store the day my items were delivered to file a complaint and I'm still waiting for the corporate store to call me. So I have looked online (Reddit) and it seems that a lot of people always have the same issue as mine. So please if you order from any furniture store be prepared to not receive your items, assemble your furniture together or even get your money back. I guess next step is to contact a lawyer and take them to court. I really didn't want to go this route but they have given me no choice.

I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. We spent over $13,000 at Ashley Furniture on a bedroom set, adjustable base, and mattress. When the delivery team arrived, they claimed the bedroom set was incompatible with the adjustable base — something that should have been confirmed long before the furniture showed up at my door. We had no choice but to refuse the set and keep only the mattress and frame. When we called management, they insisted the set was compatible and promised to send the delivery team the next day to pick up our old mattress (which they just left blocking our hallway) and properly deliver and set up the furniture. Instead, the team showed up four hours early while my husband and I were at work, with an empty truck — there to pick up a mattress only, no bedroom set. When we called corporate for answers, they told us the delivery was marked as canceled and that there was nothing they could do — not even refund us the money they were more than happy to take. This company is a complete disaster — incompetent management, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for their customers’ time or money. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to think twice before wasting their hard-earned money here.

Came in to browse for a dresser and chest of drawers. Katelyn W helped me out. After thinking it over for a few days I purchased the Trulani Dresser with mirror and the matching chest of drawers in white. Had them delivered a few days later. The delivery guys did everything. Set them up perfectly. They are absolutely gorgeous! Edit: I have a small room so they could only fit next to each other.

Ashley had everything we were looking for. We were greeted but given time to browse without pressure. When we were ready to place our order, Molly was attentive and gave us options for purchase. Our experience from start to finish was uncomplicated.

Found what we needed. Easy to deal with.

First of all, I wanna say that my review is not a reflection on the quality of the furniture or my sales person. Roman was our sales guy several months ago and he was wonderful. He was incredibly helpful and often answered questions for us outside of work hours whenever we need help. My problem is the fact that me and my Ordered, and paid in full, in cash, $15,000 worth of furniture. Not only was our delivery messed up the first time, we still have not received full bedroom set that we ordered. We were told that our bed set was on backorder then over 30 days later when we were told it would be delivered. We got another text message saying it was gonna be another month before it came in. Our bedroom set was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it still has not come and we have heard nothing from Ashley furniture. I can’t tell you how incredibly disappointed I am in the fact that we spent almost $20,000 on this furniture and not all of it is delivered yet and it’s been three months. Poor communication, and not keeping their word on Our delivery date is absurd. You would think if you had customers that spent this much money all at once in full, we would be treated much better. Not that it matters. Whether you’re financing or pain in cash, you should still be treated A++ But the fact that we spent this much money, makes me sick and we still haven’t got what we paid for.

I bought a bed, two night stands and a kitchen table from this store.they made five attempts to deliver the bed and every time they sent the wrong bed,I had to rework my work schedule to accommodate the delivery, after the 5th attempt I am demanding a refund. Nobody from this store did anything to rectify the problem or even apologize for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this company to anyone poor customer service and bad management.

Great wall hugger reclining sofa on sale.

My mother purchased a recliner here to use after her breast cancer surgery, which she is currently recovering from. It was missing a part on delivery, therefore making it defective and they were notified within the required 3 business days by the delivery driver and me. Nobody can tell me when the part will come, if ever, so I decided to return it because she needs to be able to use it and we need to get another chair elsewhere. I went to this location in person where it was purchased to try and resolve the matter, and they refused to accept a return violating their own terms.

Poor quality products and poor customer service. I bought a sofa and chair, coffee table, and end table and lamp. The coffee table and end table were delivered via direct ship. The coffee table was placed against my door and I couldn’t get out of my house. (Extremely heavy). The coffee table was broken (marble cracked down the middle) they sent me another one and it was again placed against my door and I couldn’t get in. Both times I had to get someone to help me move the box away from my door. When the second table arrived, it was also broken. (Again marble cracked down the middle). The store was not helpful, didn’t return multiple calls when I finally got through and left a message and the foreign customer service didn’t help me the first time I submitted photos. I had to call back a second time and they said they never got my first claim. (But I have emails sent and spoke with a rep on the phone who said she received the). When my chair and sofa were delivered, the chair wouldn’t shut. The delivery guy rushed me along and said it was normal that it was difficult to shut. When they left, I noticed its tilted forward. The store set up a technician to come out in 2 weeks (first availability). I would not recommend buying anything from this company unless you want a headache every step of the way. I would give zero stars if I could.

Stopped by Ashley Furniture looking for a new love seat. I told Brett what I wanted, the first one he showed me had all the bells and whistles I was looking for and more. I would highly recommend Ashley’s warranty program for peace of mind and value.

worst customer service i have ever had i can not even buy online because my billing and shipping address is different. over 20 people from customer service have failed to help me. My issue has been resolved and I am very happy

The sales woman was nice. Helpful did her job. The delivery came when they said it would. Put together the furniture quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The reason for the 3 stars was we were told we had like 48 hours to report any issues. Well I tried doing that within the time frame and nothing back. There was a cut under the couch which honestly is fine. We don’t see under the couch no big deal. But one of the cream colored couch pillows looked like someone drove over it and it going to assume the people putting it together knew this bc that was the side facing inwards. Now sadly I wasn’t home for this my husband was and didn’t think to check everything before they left. I checked when I got home and found this. I tried to report the pillow to get a replacement. Just 1 pillow not the whole couch and received nothing back. It’s been 3 months and nothing. But Ashley’s furniture was a better experience than rooms to go. They couldn’t deliver 1 lamp. At least Ashley’s was able to get an entire house furnished the day before thanksgiving.

Called maybe 6 or more times this morning: we know what bed we want for our son and just need to ensure it’s in stock before arriving to purchase . We have a toddler that will be very sad if we get there and it’s not there so we are hoping to check first . Sadly you can’t get anyone to answer the phone for the last hour and half . They answered once while laughing in the back and hung up . Do better . We are trying to give you money . I’m sure the owners of this store would be disappointed to hear this .

ncompetent staff, won’t ever buy here or recommend any one else to buy here. Would give negative stars if I could. Ordered a TV Stand in October 2024 for a November 2024 delivery. Ultimately cancelled the order December 2024 because the item ‘wasn’t available’. Fast Forward to Almost March 2025 and the purchase is still ‘pending’ on the credit card statement. Thou yall sale good home style, yall wood is so so so extremely cheap, Easily scrape, and peals off.. Pieces are not always in places, missing, screws and pieces, the whole on the most frame don't match the original wholes to assemble the pieces, far off the measurement.... I had to adapt and adjust the frames and pieces with own screws and pieces to put it together. But I always notice yall furniture pieces are cheep as wood... even while putting screw in the wood chips away in ways it brakes wood assembled parts... and i have bought from ashely a lot, to not notice this... change of furniture and throwing all I gotten in the garbage... and the paper frame yall add on, peals off easily... so my stand and dresser stand peals.... just sharing.... pointing out the obvious.... I know many notice this, just sharing

We paid for a tv stand couch 2 dressers and desk. Everything was paid to come built. 7 flat boxes of parts of the items came to be built not built as paid for over 6000 dollars worth. I didn't know Ashley's was ikea. Waste of money.

Darian was wonderful!! He has a great personality, is kind & has integrity. be careful with him if you're easy to be sold to or you'll spend all of your money lol. He helped us pick out our furniture & was honest about what sounded best for our needs! His manager seemed a bit annoyed and did not want to help him while we were trying to negotiate, but other than that it was a good service. also, it was not fully explained that interest would occur in the credit card, but I'm sure I just skipped over reading that and it is the salespersons job to say the 0% interest part in their pitch. overall satisfied! can't wait to get my bedroom suit & barstools!!! 🤸

1st time shopping at Ashley’s, great price & their warranty I was impressed with .

If I could give 0 stars I would. We we’re told we had a 90 day sleep trial with a mattress that we bought, we absolutely hated it and couldn’t wait for the 30 days to be up so we then filed to get it returned or exchanged and we have been calling for 60 days straight getting no answers from anyone getting no email replies from anyone call the store doesn’t get any help from the store, this is a giant scam. You can find the mattress way cheaper anywhere else do not buy a mattress from Ashley furniture especially this location ever because they are a bunch of liars. They sent someone from the company to come out and take a look at the mattress before they could return it, then once they left, I never heard from them ever again. It’s a $6500 mattress they’re trying to stick me with it, It’s all over the website that I have a 90 day trial they even told me in store. Do not buy a mattress from Ashley furniture!!!!!!!!!

Terrible quality! You are better off buying from Amazon. The fabric on the sofas we bought is pilling on every surface and fraying on the arms. The cushions sink in terribly even though we are hardly home to use the sofas. Don't let the 0% financing lure you in! After less than a year, Ashley won't do anything about these issues, and we will be paying for new furniture elsewhere even though we owe on the current set. The tech that came out to inspect even said they have switched their manufacturer to a cheap Chinese company and the quality has dropped drastically.

Hey guys, do NOT EVER EVER buy a mattress from ashley furniture cause they say you have 90 days to return if you hate it….. never thought I would need to do that, after the minimum 30 days of sleeping on it…. I never actually slept and called to start the return policy. Well, now we’re almost to the 90 day mark, and they still have not come to pick up this mattress and issue me a refund. 🙂 I’ve called 4 separate times now trying to get a pickup date over the last month, now they’re trying to sell me sales are final even though it’s all over their website and they tell you in store you have a 90 day sleep trial. DONT FALL for it. … i think im about to go karen. $7k on a mattress you hate is not something to take lightly.

These people sell protection plans for their furniture that are complete trash. They should educate their sales people to be a bit more truthful on what these plans really cover.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, ESPECIALLY IN STORE. THEY WILL SEND YOU DAMAGED GOODS OR GOODS THAT ARE NOT THE SAME IN STORE AND NOT LET YOU GET A REFUND. BEFORE YOU SIGN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS- MAKE SURE YOURE OKAY WITH GETTING TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NOT BEING ABLE TO RETURN IT. We bought a mattress from this store- in store. They sent us a mattress that wouldn’t air out even after 3 weeks and was moldy smelling. We had to take it back ourselves and didn’t hear anything on the replacement. We had to go back to the store and get them to order a new one. The new one was defectively made but did not smell terrible like the first one. At this point we had gone to the store about 4 times because you cannot get anyone on the phone from the actual store. We agree to have another one sent (the 3rd one!)- thinking that it couldn’t possibly be as bad as the first one. Boy were we wrong! This bed was so insanely off gassing for weeks! We have asked for a refund- they refuse, and state that we can only have a different mattress from them. They won’t even give us store credit. My husband has gone to the store 6 more times at this point, been on the phone with their “customer service” giving us the run around for hours- “ the store has to approve” “Corporate has to approve” and back and forth. We finally just asked for store credit- they refused and said that we can only take a new mattress from them. Their whole set up and method of sales and the “rules” for refunds and exchanges is criminal. I will NEVER give my money to Ashley again in any shape or form. This organization is pure criminality, and the quality is terrible. We have not be able to sleep in the same room for two months!! How dare you waste our time and resources like this when we bought a bed from you in good faith.

Nick was great! After a month long search at numerous different stores, we FINALLY found the right living room for us! After so much shopping, we really got a feel for what the furniture market has to offer. The prices and options here couldn't be beat. I wish we would have just started at Ashley to begin with!

Ordered my couch on December 17th in store (one of the employees ant guest services was incredibly sick which was very off putting) and was told it wouldn’t be delivered until Jan 11th. No problem! Then I see my debit card was charged twice for the warranty. When I call customer service they say it will be refunded in 7-10 days… still no refund. Then on delivery day I get a call an hour before delivery that the couch is not available and is on back order for another week. So now I have no couch for a week (in the 30 minutes my old couch was outside the house in anticipation for delivery, someone drove by and took it). I called customer service and the person on the other end of the phone was uninterested in helping other than just repeating that it is on back order. Currently using a camping cot as a couch until my new couch is available…. Very very unimpressed with my experience.

Good experience with Ashley yet again. A few things, careful when working with sales for finance. When I went to finance the 0% interest deal they first thing the sales rep pulled up was for financing with 34% interest and I caught it. I had financed before and I have excellent credit so I questioned right of way. Walked us over to the customer service desk and it was fixed immediately and corrected. However if I had not been paying attention I would have signed the deal for the extremely high interest rate. Way more than just putting it on a credit card in fact. Beyond that great service and the delivery teams were professional and careful and even helped me move out some old furniture to an area for pick up and discarding. Couldn’t be happier with our latest purchases of a dining room set and over sized chase to name a few items.

We purchased our living room, bedroom and dining room furniture from Ashley. They have a wide selection of items from different price points. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have great discounts, we had a 10% off coupon and after we made our selections we were given 22% off our entire purchase with free delivery and set up.

Dante was fantastic. He spent time making sure we considered all aspects of the furniture we were looking for. He brought pieces together from different parts of the showroom so we could be sure of the cohesiveness. He was truly a pleasure to work with. No “hard sell” but rather concentrated on our needs.

Not good follow-through. One sales person a female was impatient and had to walk away when you’re spending a lot of money you’re entitled to take your time. They never follow through. Everything was just messed up. I won’t shop there again.

Terrible customer service. Many pieces arrived damaged. Refunds were offered but never followed through with. The promotion when we purchased was a prepaid gift card for $350. We only received $130 and no one will actually fix the issue. After we spent our money the customer service absolutely stopped. Yet prior to buying we got 5 calls asking if we were going to buy. Don’t buy from this location.

Ashley in Clearwater had great options for couches and sectionals! Each one was customizable to our size and material needs and Katelyn, our associate, was super helpful in finding what worked best for us. We ended up choosing the Elissa sectional, which we could fit in our living room, had great style, and all the cushions were removable and washable for those unavoidable pet/baby stains.

I was looking for a mattress & Ashley didn't have one Sterns & Foster Med pillowtop mattress.

I visited the Ashley Clearwater store on Black Friday. I had spoken to Sean on the phone earlier that day. The item I had originally needed information on was not in the Clearwater store to view. He did tell me, however, that there were other pieces in that line that I could see. I was most interested in the color. When I entered the store, he greeted me and walked me over to the items that he spoke to me about on the phone. On our way, he showed me another item that I actually liked better. He was very patient and spent as much time as I needed. Along with the entertainment center,I ended up purchasing a queen sofa bed and I was quite happy with the experience. I called later that day to change one of the items in the entertainment center that I had purchased and replace it with another one of similar type. Again, he was very helpful and Customer Service dealt with the change with absolutely no problem. I was very happy that I decided to visit the store that day. It was a long day for the employees and I appreciated their time and expertise.

Arielle Rodriguez was a phenomenal employee of Ashley furniture! That was the only thing that was good about Ashley Furniture. They have terrible communication, delivery people who are rude, fast and they do not speak English well. It took almost 2+ months to get all of the furniture delivered that was not damaged. We ended up getting some compensation after we pushed them to finally get some replief. I will not purchase from the Clearwater Ashely Furniture Store ever again. This was a waste of time, money and effort.

They did not accept a return on a $2800 couch in perfect condition within the 30 day window. Their response is sickening. They will say sorry you did not know the policy. I can’t name one other furniture store that has such a shady return policy. Extremely unprofessional and not at all upfront about that when I purchased. The sales rep did not tell me that nor was it listed anywhere. I wanted to purchase this $2800 couch online, it was sold out. So I called this Clearwater store and ordered it over the phone. This was a full price item and they gave me a 15% discount. Received the couch and it was not comfortable so I wanted to return within the 30 day window. I called them and they told me all “in store purchases” are final. That is outrageously poor customer service. And a shady customer service policy. I will never buy anything from Ashley again. Cheap furniture and lousy customer service. This is why I normally buy from Costco and Lazy Boy. I will be tossing their uncomfortable couch out. Imagine the company they could be if they actually wanted to make customers happy and do what is right. Or imagine if they were so confident in their product they took returns back within 30 days if unsatisfied. Amazing it’s 2024, and companies are still operating this poorly

To everyone purchasing furniture at this location be careful I will never do it again. I got an entire bedroom set that came infested with Bittle bug from their warehouse ,paid the pest control twice to do treatment , didn’t work I have proof how bad the entire set had bugs , and this company is the hardest to communicate with no one knows procedures or next steps , they also don’t pick up the furniture infested and don’t even recommend or help pay someone to get rid of that furniture , now I’m waiting on a refund that’s not guaranteed but the last thing I want is to get furniture if it’s coming from the same warehouse. What kind of customer service is this ? I wish I could give a zero star that’s how disappointed we are.

20% off sale but… after I spent hours picking out various pieces of furniture, when the final bill was calculated, I am THEN told you only get the 20% IF you also purchase the protection plan!!! If you don’t, you only get 10%. They don’t tell you that until you have aprecast invested a lot of time and energy. I don’t mind a protection plan on things like fabric covered chairs but night stands? And end tables? Really not necessary. Very shady way to deal with people. Also the sale was to “help” hurricane victims. I don’t think making them spend half of what they were saving on a protection plan they will most likely never use if being helpful or honest. VERY sketchy business practice.

I bought a lamp that had to be a direct ship. The lamp arrived broken so I wanted to return it to the store. The mgr would not give a refund, as I did not want a replacement. This was the third lamp I purchased, and the second to arrive broken. So I have a lamp coming I do not want! I will not shop at Ashley again! I will also tell friends and family no to!

So basically don’t ever order anything from this store. First I was told my couch would be here today (Monday the 21st). Then I got a call saying my wedge was back ordered so I wouldn’t get that but I would still get the rest of my couch. Meaning 2 separate deliveries. I’ve been waiting at home all day for this couch to get delivered and eventually it was past the delivery time so I called customer service. They told me that my delivery got cancelled today and I’d have to wait another week for my couch. There has been ZERO communication between the company to me. I was the one that had to reach out. They left my couch at the warehouse instead of delivering it. And now they’re saying there’s no way to get it delivered any sooner since it wasn’t delivered today on an open date. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had furniture shopping. Edit-updating to 3 stars only because of the warehouse director. He contacted me and had the couch delivered today (10/23). He seemed like the only person I spoke to who knew what was going on with the couch. Right before he called me today to tell me that the couch was being delivered Ashley customer service had called me and told me I wouldn’t we getting it till the 30th. Glad to have someone who knows what’s going on. To the warehouse director thank you so much!

Order furniture a month ago. We moved from new york to Florida and our stuff was gonna be here the same day. The delivery times changed 3 times and now they won't deliver the stuff that was order 5k worth BTW. Because of the rain. Now we are here with no beds and couches or kitchen tables to eat or sleep.

My mom michelle Order furniture a month ago. They were delivering it today and won't now because of the rain. Spent 5k and I have no bed to sleep on no couch. Just moved to Florida clearwater from New York. Now my family has to sleep on the floor and eat our dinner on the floor until they can deliver. So mad I thought this was a top of the line company but I guess not. Never do thus again would rather do it all myself and known it will get done know matter how much rain comes down.

I would give it less than one for sure I am a very upset customer and also a repeat customer! I have bought a bedset from Ashley funiture in Clearwater location in 2020 and was satisfied so I went back to by another bed set September 6 2024 and Ismael Gonzales Rodrigue was my sales representative and he sold me the wrong bed he sold me a bed that needed a box spring! I don't want a boxspring I wanted like I bought before storage and mattress only! They had my bedroom set delivered to my house on Wednesday September 11 2024 and the installer told my 80 year old mother that I need a box spring for the bed they were setting up! This is the wrong bed and is still set up in my bedroom and the mattress is still rolled up because I was supposed to get an email from corporate office so I could get the right bed! I went to the Clearwater location the same day to let them know we got the wrong bed on wed September 6 2024 talked to manager Liam Rodriguez and he said he would put the claim on that day my claim number #09693096 so it has been well over 72 hours I called Saturday morning September 14 2024 customer service and they said I would get a email that day! Still nothing! I call today September 16 2024 and customer service says they sent to wrong management and I have to wait another 72 hours this is Ridiculous for me to have to go this long with out a bed! For one I am going to never shop from you again your sales reps and customer service is unprofessional for me to have to wait and go without a bed this long! I am still waiting for an email back ! So either I can get the right bed or my money back! And still haven't heard back from them they are in my opinion scam Artist!

In store customer service never answers the phone. To the point where you have to go into the store for answers, and can see employees deliberately not answering the phone. In store purchased arrived damaged, after waiting months for it to be delivered.

Brought our 80 year old grandmother to Ashley Furniture for a new couch and spoke with Brett. We had no issues and Brett was fantastic throughout the entire purchase. When we got home, all my grandmother could talk about was how great Brett was and we even went back two days later to purchase the matching love seat, I imagine mostly due to the generosity of Brett and how great he was. Highly recommend the experience and if this store can make my grandma happy, I am sure it can make others happy as well.

I am happy to share my most recent experience with the Ashley store location in Clearwater. First and foremost, I would like to recognize Molly our Sales Representative who was most helpful to us during and after the sale. We were in the middle of a move (new home purchase) and money is tight. We had to break up the purchase of the bedroom set that we chose piece by piece. Additionally, we purchased a Temperpedic mattress set, which proves to be well worth the money spent (we were able to take advantage of their Labor Day sale). I don’t think I have slept this well in 10 years…..All night Long, Wow! My husband is a post back surgery patient and this has made a world of difference for him also. I have been in healthcare for many years, and we stress the importance of sleep as part of total health and wellness. On top of the attention to detail before and after the sale, Molly even helped us with the delivery. My family and I are originally from Georgia and the weekend we were to take delivery of the mattresses, I had to leave at a moments notice to go to our home town of Winder following the Apalachee Highschool shooting. This school was the school that all my girls attended and graduated from. I was “band mom” there for years and helped out. My best friend works there and her daughter is a student (thankfully they are ok). My husband stayed behind but had a scheduled medial appointment the day of delivery. Molly actually came out to our new home and waited for the delivery and my husband to return from his appointment. This was on her own time. I cannot say enough about her and the dedication she has shown. I have also sent her text on her days off and she has helped me. Please accept our sincerest Thanks and much Appreciation to Molly! Ashly has a customer for life. 😊

Ashley Furniture is horrible. Sold me a defective mattress, then replaced it with another defective mattress, TWICE!!! They wouldn't refund me. It is impossible to reach a manager or corporate office. Instead of getting help to rectify the situation fairly, I spent multiple days and countless hours on hold and being transferred in circles between people who lack knowledge and are unable to help. I will NEVER shop with them again. Buyer Beware!

Predatory sales. Do not purchase the “Protection Plan” or any other up-sale product they offer you. When the time comes that you need to use this expensive add on, this store and the company they sell for will not honor their product. They tell you everything you want to hear while selling you these useless “Plans” sometimes they even say it’s “mandatory”. It’s not. After spending over 10k at this store, they have lost my future business for life over $499.00 worth of garbage they won’t honor. Terrible customer service after point of sale. Don’t fall for their friendly sales tactics. They are just taking your money and moving on to the next.

Ann Taylor was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with every question I had. She wasn’t too over baring like most sells reps are. You could tell she genuinely enjoys the job and knows what she’s talking about. If you go to Clearwater Ashely furniture she is the one you want to ask for!

I purchased 4 items from Ashley in Clearwater. A purple mattress and smart base, a mattress protector and a bed frame. The mattress and smart base had to be picked up via the store due to it being a clearance item. The rest of the items are being delivered. Scheduled a pickup on the following Thursday with my sales associate and was unable to make that day, so let her know we were unable to make it and needed to pick it up another day. She confirmed with us Saturday would be a good day to pick up the mattress and smart base. Upon arrival to the store (with our rented U-Haul truck) we were made aware that we would not be able to pick up the items because that was only Mon-Fri. The sales associate was not there, and all I had was the text messages we exchanged telling us to come Saturday. Luckily after negotiation, the manager sean, let us take the mattress but not the smart base because it needed to be broken down. I am still questioning why it was not already broken down and off the floor as we were supposed to pick it up two days prior. Regardless, we took our mattress home. The following Monday I got a call from the front desk of the store asking when I could come pick up the smart base. Let them know that because of the situation, I would have to now find someone to pay and had a big enough vehicle to pick up the base. Asked the front desk representative to have the sales manager sean give me a call to discuss this mess of a situation. This was on 8/5. I still have no received a call from Sean. I checked in with receptionist last Thursday and she said she would remind him again. The only good service has been from the receptionist, she has been responsive and great. However Sean, the manager, has yet to reach out about an issue his employee has created. I have been left to deal with the inconvenience because of wrong information given by the employee. Will not be returning to this store and hope this can be a warning to all of the service provided here.

Ashley's Furniture called two days before the expected full delivery to tell us the sofa was not making it. No transparency as to why. I was told we would have to wait an additional two more weeks to get the sofa we purchased. On the website, it says 1-2 weeks expected delivery but we had to wait a whole month. I called the store to speak with a manager to express frustration and that we shouldn't have to wait two more weeks on top of the time we already had to wait. The manager said she would call me when the sofa was in and she would also call the warehouse to send out a truck to deliver it sooner. Failed on that promise. Manager never called me back with an update. To the manager I spoke to, please do not make promises to customers that you cannot keep. It's bad business and it ruins your reputation. Day of delivery: The tracking system was not working. Had to wait in limbo for hours. Why offer a tracking system when it's not accurate or constantly updating. I checked it at 3:30pm and it said our delivery was for 10:30am-11:30am that day. Also, it was constantly stuck on stop 8. Terrible customer service. We bought a product and they failed to deliver it upon expected time. What it made worse- No transparency, there was a lack of organization, and no communication/follow up.

Brett was a very knowledgeable salesman and very helpful, but after that went downhill fast . Sofa And loveseat was delivered in a timely fashion , and we were waiting for end tables and coffee table . Was delivered in a box , we have to put it together which is not a big deal but was delivered damaged . They sent someone to view our claim and told us we would get a replacement then we got a call and they sent another tech and he asked if it was ok to get replacement parts instead. To us no big deal but after 7 weeks still no parts and no honest answers. Customer service has continually lied about my parts so on three occasions I have requested a refund but keep being told corporate has to approve that. Don't know why when u buy something and it's broken and can't use the items you can't get a refund , but whenever I call to check status of refund that request is not in the system. ASHLEY FURNITURE CORP IS CRIMINAL DO NOT SHOP THERE. DO NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER . SHAME ON THEM . STAY AWAY

As I was browsing for furniture, I saw a 5 piece decor set marked down on clearance for $21.99. I asked the salesperson for it. She attempted to ring me up for it and the item number was no longer in the system so she stated she couldn’t sell it to me. I asked what would happen to it and she stated they would throw it out. I realize it wasn’t a huge sale, but they would rather throw out something perfectly sellable instead of letting me buy it. Makes no sense.

My Mom recently moved to Florida and has been looking for a sofa sleeper! Molly greeted us at the door and brought us to all the variety they had. She was super sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and my Mom found her sofa sleeper and is now on cloud 9! She is so thrilled and excited which made the entire experience fantastic!
