I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ashley Furniture. I placed an online order that was later cancelled, but despite the cancellation I have not received my refund. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have already called your customer support team six times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I was assured the matter would be taken care of, but there has been no progress. This lack of follow-through and accountability has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. For a company of Ashley’s size and reputation, I expected far better service. Holding onto a customer’s money after cancelling a delivery is unacceptable, and the repeated calls without resolution only reflect poorly on your customer support process. Case Number: 10600041 I urge you to address this issue immediately and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay.

9/3/25- UPDATE I have NOT heard from anyone regarding my matter after emailing your solutions dept as you stated to do.I feel I should have heard from someone - it’s been 1 week. Once again I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Ashley furniture , Their subpar furniture and horrible customer service. I am stuck w a piece of junk sofa. Can somebody please help!!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase the extended warranty ( regard)from Ashley furniture. I am also VERY disappointed in the subpar furniture Ashley sells. I purchased a $3k sofa 13 months ago . The wear n tear is awful. 2 huge crater like holes and creases on bottom cushions and a bowed out arm rest, which look awful and are very uncomfortable .This isn’t normal wear n tear . We are 2 adults who work full time,the sofa is not used and abused. I called the Warranty department and I was out of Warranty . The Warranty department advised me to call the extended warranty company , Regard . After several phone calls with them , dealing with incompetent customer service reps, and several emails pictures back-and-forth,They rejected my claim. the terms and conditions of the extended warranty are ridiculous. They do not cover anything that would happen in normal life to a sofa. For example, they cover such things as a burn, things that don’t happen most of the time .I called the store in Clearwater Florida, where I purchased my sofa to ask for some type of help. I was not able to speak to the manager. I kept getting told he was busy and the associate really couldn’t help me . I am stuck with a $3000 sofa 13 months old that looks terrible and is obviously very poorly made and or defective with no recourse. I do not recommend purchasing anything at Ashley ,dealing with their associates, Customer Service or Warranty departments. It would be nice to hear from a representative to rectify/resolve my issues.
