Great selection and prices
Update: within months, the back pillows did not hold up and became deformed. The upholstery on those pillows became frayed and one eventually just shredded open. Then within 6 months, the wood started creaking, and you guessed it, the front panel cracked off. We're now sitting on a couch that we paid off about 3 months ago that is not usable for guests. We're going to try to fix it ourselves as they had explained that there was no warranty because it was a floor model. Needless to say, it was obviously made cheaply. I'd read other reviews on this couch but I thought they were just negative ninnies. And now I have the same results. Makes me nervous to buy another item from Ashley. And if I did, I'd make sure it was a newer version and I'd pay for a warranty for sure. Don't get me wrong, their service was great and the set was really beautiful. But it was barely used, we don't have kids or too many guests, and our last couch lasted fifteen years. I'm very disappointed, but, you get what you pay for. I still love Amy, she was great and very helpful!!! Went in with my caveman husband, he is tall, hates 90% of all furniture. True to form, he went through the store grumbling on each piece. But the sales woman kept listening and working with us. Finally we thought nothing would fit for him, but he mentioned one that might have worked, back at the front of the store. Amy, the sales woman, walked us back to the front and it just so happened this was a floor model on clearance. We bought a high quality 6k set for about 2k, 8 foot sofa, love seat, accent chair, 3 tables, 2 lamps, and a rug. Omg! He was happy with the size and the price. And it was my birthday, so I was very happy to get a sleek new living room that was stunning. Amy was very kind and attentive and never once seemed to judge or get get impatient with my husband. I'm very impressed with Ashley and can't wait for delivery. Very happy so far!
We had an excellent experience, the staff was helpful and the environment was relaxing. The only problem was price and selection, we couldn't find a style we liked and the prices were high.
This store is so unprofessional and unorganized. And since nobody has responded to me from corporate or the store, I want to ask you Zack and the corporate for a total refund ASAP. ITS AUGUST 9th and still dont have all my furniture.I made a purchase on June 23rd and still dont have all my furniture and some of my bedroom furniture is still not fixed or replaced. I had to put in a dispute with the creditors. The manager Zack rolls his eyes at me while asking how can I help you. After I asked him what's going on, he rolls them again and I said are you serious you know why I'm here. With all my missing and damaged furniture. I have only been in the store 4 times since last Tuesday and nothing has been resolved. I mean come on what do you think I'm here for! Then he says do you think your the only customer. I got a paper work from Nick L and a secretary on Tuesday the 23rd for the difference to upgrade my tempur pedic bed with the difference being $569 and he said they should be able to let my friend Jeff pay over the phone because he paid for a sofa in person in June and as the secretary is ringing me up because they wont let my friend pay for it over the phone, Zack comes over and says you owe $799. So then he calls the police on me because I raised my voice and said the F bomb.

this store will say anything to sell you something and not deliver your furniture for 2 months after you pay for it. they are dishonest and dont want to help you after I spent 7k and still dont have all my furniture.
We purchased new sofas today at Ashley’s and couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson to assist than Cher. From the moment we walked in, she was so friendly and helpful. She was very detailed in explaining the different sales, items on the floor, and different layouts and colors available. She was also very patience as we walked around checking everything out and taking time to make our final decisions. Thanks so much for all your help, Cher. We cannot wait to get our new sofas delivered!
Ashley HomeStore its the worst, they have really bad customer service, DO NOT buy from this people - they delivery my new sofa broken. I called their customer service and they are a bunch of incompetent people. I called the store and they dont even answer their phones. I will never get anything from these people.
Looking for a bedroom set. Nice looking furniture and friendly salespeople although they did not sell us anything.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I ordered items over 2 weeks ago totaling almost $4,000 and when they delivered my items to me it was missing the frame to my bed. It has been weeks and no one will answer my calls, answer my questions or ship my missing items to me. By the way THE BED DOESN'T WORK WITHOUT A FRAME!!!!!! I have talked to people at the local store and corporate and still NOTHING!!! I have been on hold SEVERAL different times for over 25 plus minutes and still no one who can actually do anything has spoken to me. They keep bouncing me back and forth between poor little costumer service people. In THEIR computer system it has me missing my dinning room table NOT my bed frame. WTF?!?!?!? Terrible everything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!
82 year old woman who had surgery needed a lift chair, so we bought it and when it was delivered it was entirely too large for her and her house. All we want was an exchange of the BRAND NEW NEVER USED CHAIR for a smaller one, so this poor lady can heal in comfort. Manager Zack is beyond rude. Customer care is no help. What kind of store says “No returns of any kind” and then claims they have a 3 day policy for returns on line? How can you take advantage of people this way? Customer care is a run around and a joke. This has been a traumatic experience for this whole family, but especially for this poor little old lady. Stay away from Ashley Furniture, in Clearwater or anywhere else!
We recently bought a bedroom set and couch from Ashley Furniture. Our sales associate Alexis, was incredibly helpful and patient with us. It took us two days of browsing and back of forth of measuring dimensions but Alexis made the process as easy as possible. She went above and beyond in every aspect, I can’t say enough good things. We definitely will be back in the future.
All I wanted was to be able to complete my guest bedrooms! I bought 2 bedroom sets on June 30th with a delivery date of July 14th. A few days later (July 5th), I decided I wanted to upgrade the bed from one of the rooms to a storage bed and add a 5 drawer chest. I was told it would be no problem at all but because the upgraded bed was on back order, the entire delivery date would have to be changed to July 19th. No problem, I said that was fine. On July 19th the changed items were not delivered and it was realized that the store associate (Alexis Lopez) put in a delivery date for the year 2049! After going back and forth, I was told the soonest they could deliver the remaining pieces was July 25th. When nothing showed up July 25th, I called again to find out that it was never updated and there was no delivery scheduled. Karen (Office Lead) from the Clearwater store contacted the warehouse and was able to track down a set and said they could get it to me but not until the next day (July 26th). I waited again all day on July 26th and when it didn't show up within the delivery timeframe, I called again to find out this time someone at the warehouse dropped the ball. Once again, I was promised my furniture will arrive on July 28th. I'm not confident that will happen and have lost all respect for Ashley Furniture. I just bought a new home and still have more rooms to furnish but will be shopping elsewhere going forward.
Hey Ashley where is my furniture that i paid a few thousands $$$ in cash ??? We are still sleeping on the floor with my daughter thank to you .worth customer serves ever !!! I just moved from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom place and was planning to get all i need from this place too bad you lost a cash paying client ! Furniture came damaged with ink stain on the table ,delivery guys did not set up the bed from the first delivery stuff comes one by one.
The product is goo but the customer customer is very very bad ( delivery time)
Received the lather wedge with scratch so that I returned back with the delivery, they schedule appointment after one week, they don't understand that no one in home early to wait the delivery, after waiting on call more than hour I want the time to be any day afternoon but no way. I should to take one day-off from work to wait..... they have alot of orders but using one truck.. they reduse there cost and customer take day-off to wait .
Please do not order from this store ....... let the buyer beware. Our experience has been a nightmare, from canceled deliveries to damaged furniture. In addition, when you call, the wait can be up to 35 minutes and you may or may not have the correct department. No department knows what the other is doing. We are now going on 6 weeks since the furniture was ordered and paid for, and still don't have all the parts- undamaged to our bedroom set. This company is totally dysfunctional
I purchased a new King size bed set from their online site. It was delivered and upon installing the bed frame, I noticed that there were 6 screws missing from the box to attach the support beams to the side rails. I called their corporate office 3 times, first 2 times there was a 15 minute wait time and when I finally got someone, i was transferred to someone else. The 3rd time I spoke to someone and she said that she has to open a case and it will take anywhere from 7-10 business days for this to be resolved. I then tried to call my local store but they wouldn't help me because I made the purchase online through their website and not in store. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with this company all over 6 screws that weren't put into a box, not any damaged or missing furniture but 6 assembly screws. Ridiculous!
