BUYERS BEWARE!!! Salespeople (in this case Christy) lie to get the sale. Then they take no returns. Dishonest. Deplorable. Unethical location. You could not pay me to shop here again. Will be writing reviews wherever possible to warn others.
They delivered the wrong items and won’t replace them with the correct ones.
I don't like shopping, but we were in need of a new mattress. To complicate things, we had also recently sold our bedroom furniture and needed to replace it. Of the local furniture stores, Ashley seems to fit our style best. Our second visit into Ashley for this search led us to Amy H who proved to be quite the ally as a sales professional! She worked remarkably well with my husband and I who seem to not be very good at identifying what kind of mattress we like. Additionally (over 3 visits) she worked with me showing pictures of our old furniture and why I didn't like the way it looked to ultimately show me nightstands that I would have otherwise overlooked. We couldn't be happier with the look and feel of our new mattress and bedroom furniture. I do agree with the other reviews criticizing they delivery service though. As a consumer who did pay the delivery fee, the delivery process was less than perfect. I witnessed the bed rails being dropped from the back of the truck and the ends bent. I refused delivery. When our nightstands were carried in, one of the men hit the nightstand on our front door while letting the drawers fall out. Luckily no damage. Our dresser was not delivered on initial delivery because we were told it was damaged. it arrived later that night with us being told they forgot to put it on the truck. It has a small scratch that I choose to live with to avoid further hassle. Our bed rails and foot board were delivered separately later. The foot board has a small cut in the upholstery which was overlooked at delivery. Silly how we have come to accept these imperfections to save time and being with out our purchased goods. This Ashley store has quality employees. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Amy again, but I would be prepared to handle the delivery differently. It is unfortunate that Ashley doesn't have better standards for the delivery side of the business.
Amy was our sales representative and she was amazing! She was very helpful, very knowledgeable and had a great eye. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture on Hwy 19 in Clearwater and strongly encourage anyone to request Amy. Thank you for a enjoyable experience. We are very excited about our purchases.

The furniture is good , the customer service after you have purchased the furniture is pathetic . Paid close to 4k and it was Huge mistake . The delivery is a joke . Our furniture arrived damaged . The guys who delivered it were extremely rude , when I called the store to complain about it , they literally did nothing to solve it . I wish I could give this store zero stars . Horrible horrible experience . Never shopping at this store ever again . They sales reps are extremely sweet only till the time you have put down your money . Do Not Shop At this Store

I just purchased a mattress, bed and base at Ashley’s. The salesperson was Ken, he was very kind, patient and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured from him and felt like he was very real and honest. I am excited for my furniture to come in 2 days! Would definitely recommend-go see Ken; he will take care of you! Thanks Ken! I am editing my review. My mattress was delivered damaged, trash left all over our yard and the front of our house and the bed was not assembled correctly. They apparently use different companies for delivery and you never know who you will get. We called and they sent a new mattress and fixed the bed, but it was a huge inconvenience and terribly frustrating! They should have their own company. I read reviews with the same problem and foolishly didn’t think it would happen to us. $5000 later with damaged furniture is a HUGE slap in the face. Such a shame. I won’t be purchasing from there again, my money will go elsewhere.
My Salesman, Ken was completely awesome! He was personable & very Customer Oriented. He patiently answered my questions and when he didn't have an answer for me, he sought out assistance to make sure that I had all the needed information. My shopping experience was great and seamless even. I will be coming back and next time with Friends/Family!!

Our experience was perfect. Great environment to select furniture, no overbearing sales staff (Cher was awesome!!!) and the furniture was very high-quality. We ended up picking out a sofa which was perfect for our home and got a great price. We'll definitely be coming back!!
If I could leave a negative review I would. My husband and I walked in were not greeted by anyone. However, we found barstools, and were still debating a coffee table. We were then approached by a man named James, who was condescending and incredibly disrespectful. We would have purchased the furniture had he not been there. I will never enter another Ashley furniture again. It's too bad we finally found furniture we loved and didn't want to purchase solely because of his demeanor, and terrible customer service.
Service was excellent, looked around the showroom about 2 weeks ago, with the help of Stephanie. She was very helpful, not pushy at all! Came back today and bought our livingroom set, with Stephanie's help. Hopefully we have good results with the sectional!
I had a plaseant experience picking out my new living room set. Cher was easy to work with and willing to calculate a couple different options for me. They were very accommodating to my 4 year old daughter, giving her a healthy snack and water. Things were quick and easy and I’m excited for the delivery of my new couch!
Was extremely pleased with the service that I received when buying my couch and having it delivered. Now, I am not sure that anyone actually works there to answer the phone. I called 10 times today, yes 10, to ask about having something replaced and never had anyone answer the phone. There wasn't even an answering service to leave a message with. I tried the online chat and was informed that every store is owned independently and that I would need to contact them directly. . . so now I have to go in to the store. Which I am not very happy about. It would be nice if someone would just answer the phone so that I could ask them my question without having to go on my lunch break.

The worst experience I have ever had and I'm still going through it, ti's been 5 weeks now and still not resolved. One star is giving to much!

Absolutely horrible!!!! Where to start? Long story short, I ordered a dresser that was $600 that came broke and when the delivery men dropped off the furniture neither one of them spoke english so I couldn't even refuse the delivery. Over the course of 3 months, there were 4 service calls to fix the warped sliding door, missing leg pegs, chipped finish, gaps where the furniture was supposed to fit flush, as well as the dresser wobbling due to it not being put together properly. Each time the three service techs came out, they said they couldn't fix all the issues but instead of letting me exchange the product, customer service kept refusing and exchange. Fyi, I also had protection plan, but wasn't getting anywhere. The last tech that came out, couldn't fix the warped door or the wobbling issuse and suggested that I put something under the dresser to even out the crooked frame and warped door... why should I have to do that when I paid $600 for a dresser!!! This same tech reported that he had resolved all the damage issues and took pictures of the furniture at an odd angle and cropped the photos so that they didn't show the damage and that it looked like he fix the issue but didn't. When I called in to report this, they asked from proof since his pictures looked like he fixed the issues as reported. I sent them the REAL pictures. In addition, I had to take off work a total of 7 times for 2 deliveries, and 5 technician calls to fix damage when they could have just exchanged it out. I was offered a $200 gift card for compensation, but never received it as was called a liar when I inquired about it. Finally, almost 4 months later, my exchange was approved. When they brought the new dresser, they dropped the sliding door in the driveway which scratched it all up so they took the old door, the one that was warped, and put it on the new dresser. When I tried to refuse the delivery, they told me I couldn't and so I called the Clearwater store who told me to let the drivers go and that they would compensate the price. Well, drivers left and store manager called me back a few hours later telling me that I had to call the St. Pete store since that's the one I bought it from. Called them and never got any resolve. I made a dispute with Ashley credit card for good faith goods and services and the company lied about the claim saying they fixed the issues, which they didn't. I'm stuck with a $600 dresser that is damaged and nobody had done a single thing. This place is ridiculous, led to me, have unscrupulous employees and technicians, and I will never skip with them again. I will be making a complaint to the attorney general as well as FTC and BBB. I can't believe a company would run a business like this and take people's money for worthless services and merchandise.
Very friendly and happy to serve you. But be forewarned if your furniture is delivered damaged or incorrect configuration, the manager Can will NOT replace and you are stuck with incorrect damaged furniture! I have reported to BBB. Unfortunately after purchase, they do not give a flying s**t what happens when the furniture is delivered. Make sure you inspect everything before the delivery boy leaves!
