Went to Ashley furniture to find a new bedroom set and we had the pleasure of working with Christy Therrien, she was absolutely amazing. She made our experience enjoyable and memorable. She helped us find the perfect set and we can't wait to have it delivered. We will only work with Christy when shopping with Ashley in the future, she is a true gem!!!

Slightly overpriced, but decent selection of stylish furniture. Shame about the inventory, because the staff will bend over backwards for you. Just be sure to read the fine print.

We were pleasantly please when first walking into Ashley Furniture. We were greeted by a friendly sales rep and had our time walking around to take note of the items we were interested in to furnish our entire condo. We ended up purchasing 3 beds (1 King, 1 Full, and 1 Twin). Our order arrived on the originally scheduled date, which we were again pleased with considering we were only in town for 2 days to furnish the condo. The delivery men asked to use my husband's drill... but in order to use it as a hammer. He refused and explained that he was not going to have his brand new drill damaged because it is being misused. If you are scheduled to put together 3 bed sets, please come prepared. Our King Headboard was damaged while being put together, and it was dropped again against our wall, which damaged our baseboards and wall. While we were told it would be fixes, we were not provided with any follow-up on when, and were not given any contact information on how this would be worked out. Once the beds were put together, we were told by the delivery man that we were missing box springs from our order. Why on earth were we sold 3 beds with NO box springs?! I immediately call the store, and was told that our sales rep would call us back. After 4 hours and no call, I called again. I asked the person on the line if they sold box springs in their store, as we needed a bed to sleep in that night because we just moved in. I was told that we would have to come into the store to purchase the box springs as they are first come, first served. Even though we were technically already "served." So back out we go to the store, about 5-6 hours after our delivery. Our sales rep explained that he thought we told him we didn't want box springs because we said we could find them somewhere else cheaper. We were spending over $4,000, including a $200 "premium" delivery fee, and you think we were worried about paying a few extra bucks for a box spring?! We explained we live over 1,000 miles away, and we came back to town on Black Friday, we were limited with our time before flying back home. We were not trying to inconvenience ourselves and not have a bed to sleep in. Our sales rep explained he had 2 out of the 3 box springs available for pick up at a store about 40 minutes away the next day. No thanks. Never again. Thanks for nothing. he delivery man didn't even put all the pieces together on the full size bed. We still have damage to our headboard and our wall. The bed frames are cheap and made of a fake wood. So our fault for not carefully investigating. Now we know.....

This was my worst experience ever. Should have stuck with online shopping. Ordering is easy but if you don't fork out $150 for set-up they will leave it on front porch which is fine, BUT if there are missing parts or it doesn't fit I would have to drive it back to Brandon myself. So they don't stand behind their product. And they require a deposit even if you have an Ashley Credit card! Worst furniture store experience! Stay away from these crooks!

The associate was very helpful and I did make a purchase, however I purchased an item that they didn't have in store, the item has arrived and after opening the box, this is NOT what I wanted or need, the dimensions of the drawers are 8 inches smaller than the overall dimensions and hinders my storage. Now the store wont let me return or swap it for something different. Which is NOT right, it came delivered in a box ! If I knew the drawers were this small I would've never made this purchase or accepted the delivery! Only purchase something from this store if you actually see it in store.

We had an awful experience at this location. Purchased a table and 3 times they scheduled delivery and never actually showed with our table after waiting around all day. Then when we called and asked for a refund it took two weeks to get our refund of the table we paid in full for. They offered to send us an apology gift card two times and to this day they never showed up. It felt very dishonest and awful customer experience.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a new set of bedroom furniture. For whatever reason, they failed to include the bed rails in the delivery. We have been trying to contact Ashley every day since June 29 2019 they keep saying that someone will contact us to schedule the delivery but nobody ever call. We are still sleeping on the floor for almost 2 weeks now! uPDATE: They delivered after more than 3 weeks (close to a month). The bed is made of cheap materials that it was ruined in just 2 months. We have to call and have them repair our bed. I am never buying anything from Ashley ever again!

They were attentive and got to showing us furniture real quick. The support service for getting small stuff fixed is a little inconvenient. Overall, not a bad place to buy a couch.

Spent 45 minutes in the store not a single employee spoke to me. I walked in and was greeted by no one. I wandered around the store until I found the couch I was interested in. I checked it out for 15 minutes then stood next to the couch for 30 minutes trying to make eye contact with the group of employees who were laughing and talking amongst themselves. I made eye contact with a few but was still ignored. With a near empty furniture store, I shouldn't have to seek out an employee or interrupt them from their conversations to get help.

You sent me used couches that have stains on them and furniture that was broken and forgot some items as well. I said take it back and you said no that someone will come look at it within 30 days. Now I see why you have such horrible reviews, because you're a bunch of scam artist.

Horrible experience from start to finish! They don’t deserve your business. They promised delivery on a certain date, which is why we agreed to buy from them as we’re from out of town and we could only accept delivery by a certain date, but an hour after we paid and left the store they called to tell us they can’t deliver until a much later date. After arguing with them, they made arrangements with a 3rd party to deliver our furniture on the scheduled date. We received the furniture damaged from their warehouse, damaged in the brand new box. When we called Ashley, they pushed us around from one department to another, store and sales managers did not return our messages, and after the 6th call we finally reached a store manager, Ashley, who told us there is nothing they will do for us, they wouldn’t send a technician to repair the furniture or replace it (although that’s what their policy promises). She told us that WE need to return the furniture to their warehouse and that we need to take it up with the company they hired to deliver the furniture, claiming they’re the ones who probably damaged it, although I saw the furniture come damaged straight out of the box. Ashley had no problem taking our money, then wouldn’t follow through on any of their promises or comply with their company policy.

I am very disappointed in Ashley Furniture in Clearwater. I purchased a California king mattress and mattress protector in July, which they had to order both. I’ve been waiting on my mattress since then. I even went back to the store to pick up my protector, and picked another mattress in August. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Every time it was suppose to be delivered, I received a text 2 days prior that it was on back order. Two weeks ago when a I received the text I canceled while I was out of the country. Today I tried to return my mattress protector and they would not take it back. I never received the bed. Their customer service and management at this store is terrible. They are quick to take your money, but not give it back. I get for sanitary reasons they cannot take stuff like this back on a normal case, but when you never get the bed. Really? After I left the store very upset, we called their customer service line, in which a lady named Sam was amazing. She was very understanding and handled our call with a lot of care and compassion. Sam called the manager at the Clearwater store and was disgusted at how he handled us and our situation. Needless to say she took care of us with a gift card, that will not be used by myself. I bought all of my furniture from Ashley in the past, and can honestly say I will never be returning because of the lack of management and customer service skills I have received from them in the last 4 months. I am truly disgusted!!!!

If I could give no stars I would! I purchased a leather couch, wedge and love seat along with a warranty about a year and a half ago. Long story short the arms need to be replaced bc they are starting to peel. I called in the beginning of September to set up a service call. They said the first available was close to a month away so I had no choice but to wait that long. The day before the tech was to arrive no one called me with a time so I called them to confirm. They said yes someone will call you by the end of business day. No one called and the next day no one showed up either! This has happened twice! I’ve spoke with managers who promised to return my call and have not. I called the corporate office and left a message for a supervisor or manager to call me back and they have not! It now November (2 months since initial call) and cannot seem to get anyone out here to fix what I have a warranty for!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!DONT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!
