Purchasing furniture was a great experience; the saleswoman worked within my budget and was great. Delivery of furniture was an absolute nightmare. 1) called customer service to let them know I got a new number to reach me at for delivery. 2) Delivery is supposed to happen on Tuesday- I called to see what happened and they couldn't contact me to confirm because customer service apparently never changed my number. 3) I call customer service now for the second time to change my number and after 10 minutes the guy said he has it a taken care of and Furniture will be there Sunday at 1. 4) I call Sunday, the store, morning to be sure all is set because I do have a life. they STILL do not have the correct number, so for a 3rd time I give my new number and they say now my furniture will be here between 4 and 7. What? I planned my whole day around delivery. 5) I get transfered to the front who STILL have my old number- this is now the fourth person who says they will update to the correct number. 6) sitting at home waiting for furniture and blew my entire day waiting on these people. Never buy from Ashley Furniture

Place an order on Labor Day weekend. Everything about this place told me to walk out but I needed a bed for my new home. Walked in and went to the mattress section. I was looking for a BeautyRest Black and no one was there to help. At least 3 employees were talking to each other while sitting on a bed but no one helped me. Finally, went to the front desk and asked someone to help me. Paid cash for a bed frame and dresser around $1200. Also ordered a BeautyRest Black with my store card and was told it would be delivered on 9/29. Well it wasn’t. On 10/17, I was told it would be delivered on 10/23 and this was after 4 different delays in shipping. I want to be clear, the delay didn’t bother me. I understand it’s because of Covid and our supply chain resources are very thin. The problem was I called the store 14 days in a row to get updates. No one answered. When they don’t answer, the phone is transferred to a customer service rep in another state. The service rep can only cancel your order or give you an expected delivery date. I asked each time if I can be transferred to the store. Every time I was transferred the line hung up. So I had to start the process again. Imagine calling the same store 5 times a day and never getting through. I cancelled my order. My advice is use Ashley as a last option. Their customer service is a 1/10 in the store and a 0/10 once you place your order.

Dawn made our experience at Ashley nothing short of wonderful. We shopped around at several different furniture stores and she was by far the best person to work with. She was patient and informative but most of all, kind. She really left an impact on me and my family and I will recommend her endlessly. Though we were planning on buying some furniture at Ashley, I will say that I liked a sectional better at another store but because Dawn was who she was, We also bought that from her. Thank you, Dawn!

I went here three different times over a month period. I have yet to get someone to help me. I actually had employees avoid eye contact with me so they didn't have to help me and helped people who came in afterward. I had a couch I wanted to buy but if i can't get a sales associate to acknowledge my existence I see no reason to shop here.

Nice furniture. Just be willing to wait months to get it. Once you purchase, they don't care about you anymore. I got an entertainment center delivered missing the left side. Store admitted they made a mistake and said wait another week. One week later, wait another month. I bought furniture in August. It won't be until November and 3 separate deliveries before i have all my stuff ( I hope)

I went to Ashley furniture because I first bought my bedroom set there and love my set! My husband and I decided we wanted to upgrade from a queen bed to a king. I wanted to keep the same bed frame so it would match the rest of our bedroom set. The entire experience from ordering our new bed and bed frame to delivery has been a nightmare! Last Friday they were scheduled to deliver our new king size mattress and king size bed frame, they showed up 2 hours early (normally I’d be happy but I had planned my day around their 1:45 - 5:45pm time frame), neither my husband nor I can work from home so we planned our day to take off work to be home for the time frame. They called at 11:45 to tell me they were at our house. I informed them I could not be home until 1pm. They came back at 1pm although coming from Tampa I hit a delay. They only waited 8 minutes unlike the delivery person told me 15 minutes, guess they don’t take into consideration people having cameras on their homes. They also asked if I’d let the person detailing my husbands truck that day sign off on the delivery!!! Needless to say we had to reschedule. They were suppose to deliver our bed and bed frame today but we only got the bed. They sent our bed frame to someone else and we now are suppose to wait until December for our bed frame because it’s now on back order. Last week the bedframe and bed were both on the truck to be delivered. Best part, they never called to tell us the bed frame was back ordered. Spoke with 2 corporate employees today and neither could find notes that they ever contacted us to let us know the bed is now on back order. . My husband is a 90% disabled veteran for both neck and back conditions and they have supplied us no answers.

It's rooms to go but less crowded. Quality of furniture is very hit or miss. Service was fine but not particularly noteworthy.

Not very family friendly. We came in with our toddler and no one ever greeted us or asked us if we needed help. We waited in front of the customer service stand and there were probably 5 staff members there. They were chatting and laughing and many were on their phones. No one bothers to acknowledge that we were standing right there clearly needing assistance.

I went to order a Dolante Queen bedframe. Sales person was very nice. I chose the beige color fabric. Saw it in person and the sales person, Alexis printed me a picture. She was very nice. Was told it would be 6+ weeks for delivery (drop off). No propblem. I received delivery late Sunday, and the bed is medium brown. I tried to get through by phone to customer service but it was hours. Went to the online chat and uploaded their photo of the bed and a photo I what I received. Online chat rep said it’s the same color and that the showroom lights made it look lighter! I will drive to the store tomorrow and try and get some resolution.

Terrible customer service and delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and low level of care. It look over 6 weeks to get the wrong and damages pieces and multiple weeks later it’s still not resolved and the replacement piece is unavailable. Customer service doesn’t call back when they say they will and sales associate was very rude.

I have never been so disappointed in a company before in my life! I bought furniture in June and was told that I would have to do a partial delivery because part of my couch would not be available until August 10th. I really didn't want to wait that long but, I did....August 10th rolls around and I do not hear from them at all. I called customer service and was on hold FOREVER! The rep that finally answered told me that it was coming however, she couldn't see what time..That was a complete lie because my furniture never came. I waited a week and nothing ever came. I finally went to the store on the 17th and was told that my order didn't come because it was showing I still owed money. Well, why the heck didn't anyone call me to tell me that???? To make matters worse it was an error on their accounting side because I was paid in full. Once they caught their error they had me sign a new sales slip so they were able to process the order again for delivery. Then they tell me that it will be delivered on September 23rd. I couldn't believe it another month away! I was again not very happy having to wait another month but, I thought there shouldn't be an issue since we took care of everything. So, I am patiently waiting for this delivery when two days before my delivery I get a phone call from them saying that they will have to do another partial delivery because my recliner is not going to be available until October 21st but the rest of my couch will still be coming on the 23rd. Are you kidding me???? Guess what today is 9/23/20 and no delivery!! I called the store to see where my furniture is and their warehouse pushed it back again and the store does not know why?? I literally have no words for this....this is absolutely terrible!! I am going on 4 months with out my furniture with no hope in sight of when I will actually get it. This is not the 1st time I had trouble with their delivery. The last time I order from them was in February of last year and they did the same thing with partial deliveries. They literally came to my house a total of 5 times (where I had to leave work) to deliver pieces of my bedroom furniture and 3 out of the 5 times they didn't even have my furniture on the truck! How does that even happen?? I thought I would never use them again after that but, I do believe that everyone deserves a second chance. I sure am regretting that second chance I gave them. This is absolutely annoying, frustrating and very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend to anyone, NOT to use Ashley Furniture!!

I tried to get My severely broken bed frame fixed for two months they denied my even exchange before the third technician came out because they said that no one had been out to look at it , after the third technician was sent out I had to call the store a week later even though they’re supposed to contact you within 72 hours and I was informed that they were denying my reselection (they don’t make the bed frame anymore) because it was “fine when they delivered it to me.” I’ve left voicemails and put in orders since the beginning of July for someone to call me and no one has worst company I’ve had to deal with ever. From the first day I bought the furniture I left the store with pillow I had purchased, they had the wrong pillows packaged in the wrong cases. The day that they were supposed to deliver my mattress and other furniture they showed up with everything except the mattress when I asked why they didn’t have the mattress nobody knew, found out it was because the trucks were taking too long to be loaded in the morning they said it would be 24 to 48 hours until they could come up with a solution. I ended up having to drive an hour and a half away to pick up the $3000 mattress that I had purchased, when I got to the location they said that they did not have the mattress even though I had called between the store in the warehouse a couple times to make sure they had it turned out they did shout out to rosa for helping me. Now I’m waiting on them to decide if they are going to fix my mattress which was ripped because of the broken wood on the bedframe

I bought a sectional couch, stood on couch to dust a picture frame on the wall the couch frame breaks. I call the local store as requested and since I didnt purchase the warranty plan there is nothing they can do. I asked if i could schedule someone to come repair it? Sorry maam you will need to call a handy man for the repair. I cant believe after spending 1700 on a couch they cant even send someone to repair it even when I offered to pay for the repair. I will not buy from Ashely Furniture Store. I cant even stand on it to dust. I only weight less than 120 lbs. I usually dont write reviews but I work hard for my money. Frustrated and disappointed!

I am SO disappointed with this store. I bought a sofa almost a month ago and it was supposed to arrive at most by Set 8th (yesterday). I called Ashley's yesterday because I didn't receive any text message/call confirming the delivery 1 day prior as I was told I would. After talking for more than 30 minutes on the cell phone with customer service, the representative said all she could do was to reschedule the delivery for the 15th. I would absurdly have to wait one more week and the only thing she said I could do to try to speed it up would be contacting the Clearwater store, which she said she tried to contact as well but nobody in the store was answering. I’ve tried to call the Clearwater store many times for the past two days without any success. However, I managed to talk to the person who sold the sofa by calling her cell phone, in the same number that she was using to message me when I was about to buy it. She said that the system had registered that I said that my house was not ready to deliver(???). I told her that at no point did I say that and she said she would look into it and call me back. She didn't call me back, didn't answer my calls or text messages and after trying a loooot, the next day she finally replied to me by sending me a text. She was very rude, accusing me again of having said that my home was not ready and was totally unhelpful. I was treated like it was my fault and haven’t at least heard a simple apology! The worst thing about all this is not even receiving the sofa late, but having to deal with an extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant staff that treat their customers poorly.
