I will never buy from the store ever again. I will never refer anyone to the store ever again. I made a mistake and bought over thousands of dollars in furniture from them to furnished my place. I made sure that I purchased the warranty they went over the warranty with me. Told me exactly what it covered and what it did not cover. After two years I finally needed the warranty and I was denied. They said it was normal, where and tear damage and it is not. They will not even send somebody out to look at it to even decide if it was even normal, wear and tear. do your research, look on Google, look up their warranty. It’s not just me saying this. They will never get another dime from myself, my husband, my family, my friends, and my associates. Complete garbage!!!!

HORRIFIC service from this place! I purchased a bedroom set and while in the store my sales rep asked what size box springs I want. I said I want it to fit just like the floor display we were standing in front of. Delivery day comes and my mattress is sitting WAY too high so I ask if I can swap it out for lower box springs. This isn’t me saying I changed my mind or I want to return everything, I just want the correct box springs. When I asked for help I was immediately dismissed with “All sales are final.” Not even willing to step up and try to do anything. So my rep says “call customer service”, which I did. You guessed it, overseas call center so I got nowhere. When I told my rep I couldn’t get anywhere with customer service, her response was the screenshot. Pretty telling as to the type of company this is. BUYER BEWARE. If you have any issue at all they’re just going to tell you to call customer service in India. UPDATE: Ashley Furniture replied to my original review asking me to email them. I emailed them, it's been three days, still no response. This company does not care about their customers.

Short story: Furniture is nice but don’t rely on them to stick with when they wait items will arrive. Long story: Paid for 2 recliners and another chair. They said it would be here on the 12th. Then I get an automated message that the delivery would be the 14th. Here we go. Today: Delivery comes and only 2/3 chairs are on the truck. Really? I called and they said the 3rd recliner would be here 3 days later. They never let us know of any changes. Never. What the heck? You’d think a large company would have their crap together but I guess not. It’s just disappointing when you already have to wait 2 weeks just for it, and longer than the original promised date. It’s sloppy.

UPDATE: TWO WEEKS LATER Received $1100.....we spent $2182. This is absolutely unacceptable!! The store blocked my number from calling, but was able to call from work no issues?? I have filed a complaint with the BBB! I have also contacted two TV news stations to do a story!! I want the remaining amount!!!! .....I was so excited to purchase the Maggie sofa and ottoman and another rocker/recliner. The items were delivered to our condo on a Thursday and the two delivery guys absolutely refused to even attempt to get them up the outer stairway. They stood the sofa up on it's END and said, "See, it won't fit". My husband even tried to tell them if they turn it on the side, it would fit and he even offered to help. They got agitated and again said, "It won't fit". We were furious and told them to just put them back on the truck and return to the store. The next morning, we went to the Clearwater Florida store to complain. All they offered was a replacement sofa and to try again. We were upset at that point and just asked for a refund of the total amount. They told us we'd have to call customer service which I did. And guess what....they said we'd have to wait 7-1o days for a refund. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!!! We are still without living room furniture as we wait for a refund so we can go somewhere else to purchase. Never again!!!! Day 10 still no refund.

I’m sharing my review because this store has a lot of reviews stating the negatives about the customer service. The customer service that happens outside of the store is 100% out of their control which i can say is not good service. The customer service INSIDE the store is lovely. 10/10. I worked with Molly and she’s so sweet and kind, we furnished our house with her help. I had some issues with my dining table and i moved an hour away from the store. I had to drive all the way back there to figure out why my order was canceled and i was immediately greeted by Molly who took me over to the store manager Zach and they solved my problem immediately after all the trouble i went through with the service outside the store. They handled it so quick and so promptly and my table now arrives in a few days after a month of back and forth. I do recommend Ashley bc the quality is great, the service and delivery is lovely!
