Brett was very helpful and thorough. Painless purchase
My in-store shopping experience was pleasant. However, the quality of the furniture delivered to my house was very poor. I had 4 different deliveries of the same items that arrived with damage. I also had three different in-house repairs to fix these damages. Ashley wasted so much of my time with their defective deliveries and inconvenienced me with their poor quality product. They would e-mail the day before each delivery saying my item had gone through their VIP inspection, but the items would arrive damaged every time. Their customer care lied about reimbursing me for all the time they took out of my schedule. Once they completed the last repair they simply stopped responding to my e-mails. I don’t recommend Ashley Furniture due to their poor quality product.
Great experience
This store loves helping people find the right furniture for them. Customer service is awesome! Savannah and Buba are insanely helpful and jump through hoops to help. I will definitely be shopping there again because of them.
Great store. Have bought many pieces of furniture. Made in America too. Prices excellent. I always watch for sales.
Had the pleasure of working with Joanna T. She was very professional and sweet.
Horrible experience! Couch was 3 weeks late. They promised us a 200 dollar credit to make it right..then when we come in for credit they denied it. Bunch of clowns working there. Nobody knows what's going on. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER buy furniture from there!!!!
