Purchased furniture from them a month ago. The dresser showed up cracked and the bed frame was missing pieces. Frustrating, but it happens. A week later they bring the new dresser but the wrong box to finish the bed frame. Another week later, they show up STILL with the wrong box to finish the bed frame. Bounced around from call center to call center when we called trying to get everything figured out. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one will answer. It’s been a month, my wife and I have taken off work multiple days to be here for delivery and we still don’t have the furniture we ordered and have received virtually no communication from the company.

Stopped in on a whim just before they closed. Rafael patiently waited while we tried several couches chairs and tables. He was very patient and helpful even though I’m sure he wanted to go home and we were still there after store hours. However, you would not have ever known it. Great experience and very appreciative. It was a blast shopping with you. Great job Rafael!

Was told delivery day and never got confirmation because its July 2026. Well guess what Gilbert i canceled the order.

I had one of the most upsetting furniture store experiences ever. I came in with my children, who have special needs, simply trying to look at furniture like any customer would. A manager approached me and accused my kids of “trashing the place,” when all we were doing was touching and trying chairs — which is literally what people do in a furniture store before buying. Instead of showing understanding or basic respect, the staff made us feel unwelcome and judged. The customer service was cold, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing. Shopping should never turn into feeling singled out, especially when you’re just trying to care for your family. Between the poor attitude, lack of empathy, and overall uncomfortable atmosphere, I definitely won’t be returning. There are plenty of furniture stores that treat families with kindness and respect — this unfortunately isn’t one of them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture. I visited the new showroom in Clermont, FL, where the Isanti bedroom collection was on display. The bed in the showroom appeared orange. Before leaving, the salesperson told me the color I was seeing was due to a defect and assured me that the bed I would receive would be the correct light brown color. I received my delivery today, and it is not light brown it has an orange stain and looks exactly like what was on display in the showroom. This is not at all what I was told or what I agreed to purchase. To make matters worse, when I later visited the Davenport store, I was told there were two color options for the Isanti collection. However, when I called today to address the issue, a representative told me there is only one color option. The conflicting information and constant back-and-forth has been exhausting. I am honestly tired of being misled and no longer want to do business with Ashley Furniture. This issue could have been completely avoided if the salesperson at the Clermont location had been honest instead of saying whatever was necessary to make the sale. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I was in the market for a new bedroom set and I went into Ashley just to browse. I found a set that I liked and connected with a salesman named Sean. He was polite, pleasant, friendly, and professional. He spent all the time I needed with me answering my questions. The questions he didn’t know the answer to he was willing to go seek out the answer from his manager Mike. In the end, I ended up buying several pieces of furniture. Sean‘s kindness and patience will carry him far in his career.

I had such a great experience thanks to Ky and his manager Joseph. Ky literally walked through the store with me and a chair to help figure out which rug would work best. That level of care really stood out. I was actually about to leave, but Ky went the extra mile to explore other options and deals that could work for me, and that made all the difference. Joseph was just as amazing, super warm, helpful, and welcoming. Together they made the experience feel easy, personal, and not rushed at all. Because of Ky’s patience and effort, I’ll definitely be back when I need anything else for my home. Thank you, Ky and Joseph — you guys truly rock!

Nice store but no one ever assured us and they had plenty of people working guess not interested. Went to another a furniture store and spent $15k furnishing our house.

No one even asked with numerous people walking past us. 4 employees sitting on a couch with iPads. We found something we liked but will drive to a different store out of my way. No service here. Sad to be a brand new location.

Angel was the best salesperson to work with! He spent two days helping us buy all the furniture needed to furnish our Dad's assisted living apartment. Angel was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, has a great eye for style and color and was a joy to work with! We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Angel!

In love with our new accent blanket/throw thanks to Mr. Joseph Johnson! Sure made our 8 year old feel like a celebrity coming there and hand picking it out. 🥰 Wish I could add the picture of our son with his new treasure.

I went in the other day and Gavin was a huge help looking for a rug. We came in with very specific criteria to fit our home and he went out of his way to make a portfolio of everything throughout the store that would fit our needs. Huge thank you to Gavin!

We were needing a sleeper sofa for when extra guests stay with us and Gavin was super helpful and showed us all their options. He was great! He wasn’t pushy and was so kind and informative.

We went in to this new store to replace our last Ashley Furniture sofa and love seat we purchased new 21 years ago. We were impressed by the large selection and friendliness of the staff. Our associate Sanja, was incredibly pleasant and a joy to work with. We felt absolutely no pressure in any way. We first visited last Monday and we returned Saturday to make our purchase. A great experience. That’s the way all transactions should be! We ended up buying two sofas (1 of which was a sleeper), two love seats and an upscale dining room set. The price we paid for all of these items was less than the last sofa we purchased for our Delaware home! A great product, a great price and an excellent sales staff! As a side note, I’d like to point out that we did not purchase a warranty and while it was offered, we never felt pressured in any way to add it. For a store this large to have been open only for a few weeks, I was impressed by how organized they were!

Angel took care of us and from the very first moment, we felt completely at ease. His energy is extremely contagious, you can feel it the second he welcomes you in. He’s very educated, intelligent, and not pushy at all. What stood out most was how honest he was, genuinely guiding us toward what would look best for our needs. We 100% recommend asking for Angel, his name truly fits him. Thank you, Ashley, for hiring people with such genuine hearts.

We stopped by the new Ashley store in Clermont and had an awesome buying experience. We already own an Ashley couch and loveseat, so we knew the quality going in and felt good about shopping there again. Our current set held up great, but kids and pets definitely put it through its paces, so it was time for an upgrade. As soon as we walked in, we met Sean. He took a few minutes to figure out what we were looking for, what materials we preferred, and what options we wanted to check out. He never rushed us, answered every question, and was super patient while my wife and I talked through what setup would work best for us. Once we made our choices, he worked his magic and got us the best price possible. Overall, a great experience, we’ll definitely be back. If you’re shopping for new furniture, go see Sean. You’ll be glad you did.

I went on their first day (Jan 1) even though it was just the soft opening. The showroom is huge and the parking lot is smooth. Everyone was so nice, positive, and polite. No one felt pushy or annoying. I HATE being dogged by salesman, but they give you your space while also trying to be helpful. I imagine the salesman do make commission, but they don't seem to make it their personality. I was shown the whole place- all the sections, including the mattresses. Sean took care of me when I was there and I'll definitely be back. Mattresses, computer desks, and couches are at the top of my re-do list. Ask for Sean. He's got a great customer service attitude without being pushy.

I’ve never, in my entire life, had a worse experience trying to cancel an order I made a day ago. The store didn’t want to deal with it. The 1-800 number is absolutely no help, they hang up on you, They don’t speak English, they transfer you, and the cancellation department refuses to get on the phone with you. They claim they’ll “call you back”. It’s ok though. I’ll get my money back, my order cancelled, and I’ll happily send out the 2 news organizations I work with to run a store on the scam this store is running. Run, don’t walk.

We had a great experience at the Ashley store in Clermont. Langston was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us make the right decision without any pressure. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!

Had to leave due to how pushy they were. We told her our price range & that we were looking for a couch. They kept trying to get us to prequalify after looking at one couch. Then tried to get us to do a consult with the mattresses. When we said we had to go, she offered us an appointment when we said no she asked why if the price was too high. Now we were in there for 5 mins and didn’t feel like we could come back

This process has been a complete nightmare from the beginning however, the sales person was pretty good even though he never even asked if I wanted to pay one extra thousand dollars for a protection plan that has been almost a week to get it removed from my account and that’s beside the point. I’ve ordered two chairs and end table a kitchen table and a plant along with three barstools. When the delivery driver showed up, only half of the order was with it, apparently Ashley forgot to let me know that they rescheduled the other part of the delivery, and then comes to find out even the second part of the delivery not all items will be there As a business owner, I understand that things come up and things change. However, the lack of communication is appalling for a company of this size. And they never said it was out of stock. If it was out of stock, I would’ve made a different choice for I don’t have a kitchen table and I’m sick of standing up to eat my dinner.

I have never been treated so poorly by a very obvious commissioned salesperson in my life. She tried to be all sly, tried to have an actual conversation with us, but failed miserably. She asked for our first AND last names, where we were from, where we worked. All this just to enter “her” store. She followed us everywhere. When we declined a bed demo- she asked “why”. The reason is because we had literally just bought a new mattress less than a month before. She wanted to know where it was purchased. She was a total creep and we will never be back. Thank God the mothership Ashley in our hometown of Arcadia WI isn’t like this. Completely unimpressed.

I’ve never experienced such disorganization. There was plenty of help, but the help kept disappearing when needed. Fatima said to call her if we needed anything. When we needed her, she was nowhere to be found. We found a mirror we liked and another associate said she’d contact Fatima to see if one was in the warehouse. Ten minutes later Fatima was helping somebody else and it took another ten for her to come over to us. We started filling out information on her tablet to get one delivered and she disappeared again. Another 10 minutes and a couple other associates showed up so we could finish the purchase stating Fatima was helping yet somebody else. Three customers at a time is probably too many. Neither knew how to properly use the tablets. We walked to the front desk where one associate actually knew how everything works, but kept getting interrupted by multiple associates with questions. Then, he disappeared never to be seen again. At this point three new associates were pooling their limited knowledge to get my purchase complete. Fortunately, I asked for a printed receipt since the email one never arrived. In total it took over an hour to order one mirror; a process that should take 10 minutes. During the payment process I got the impression the associates cared more about their portion of commissions than anything else as three associates specifically mentioned their portion of whichever sale, wasn’t correct, further slowing down the process. I realize the store is new as are the majority of the associates, but it was total chaos and associates need to learn to only work with one customer at a time or that they can be attentive to. My personal opinion is Fatima wasn’t interested in helping us since we only bought a mirror.

Great to have another Ashley very big inside they have a modern side and a traditional side. Love the accent furniture they had as well
