Lee was outstanding on what I told him I wanted. He listened and found me 2 mattresses that will fit my needs!

BEWARE anyone who purchases anything from this location. They will lie to you and say whatever they need to say to complete the sale. I initially wanted to pick up our purchase from their warehouse to save myself the shipping fee. After negotiation, we were charged for dropshipping (dropped off in your driveway) but we were assured that they can deliver it inside my home. This was not the case. I reached out to my salesperson, Connie, to resolve this issue but she has chose to ignore me after several attempts to make this right. Terrible post sale communication.

Ashley’s Furniture SLAYED. Okay so first off, HUGE shoutout to Brandon because that man was basically a furniture superhero. Like he didn’t even need a cape — he just appeared and suddenly we were picking out the cutest, nicest, boujee-est furniture like it was nothing. He was super helpful, knew exactly what we needed, and made the whole thing feel so easy. Came in to get a new couch and Connie Swann was a huge help. Showed me several options and went over the dimensions and what would fit comfortably in my new home. I thought about it for a few weeks and shopped around, but when I came back in she greeted me and remembered what we had went over and really made the process comfortable and I never felt any pressure.

We were looking for a formal dining table. Tara at the showroom @ 2499 S Ferdon Blvd in Crestview was outstanding! She was knowledgeable about both styles that we were looking at. After giving pros and cons on each style Tara left husband and I to discuss our options. When it came time to purchase Tara made sure to offer us the warranty. After she explained all of the benefits of the relatively inexpensive cost we decided to add the 5 year warranty to our purchase. Tara, thank you again for all of your help.

He let us take our time to decide and even helped us get our mattress and a dining room table within the price range and it worked out perfectly. Went in to get a dining room table for the holidays. I was helped by the assistant manager Lee. He was very kind and very helpful. I look forward to coming back for more.

Terrible quality at a large cost. I’m on my second replacement sleeper sofa within a year of purchase for a faulty manufacturer frame. I used both sleepers once and when putting away the frame breaks and comes through the bottom of the couch. Not worth the headache of filing multiple claims, scheduling repairs etc. I bought a brand new couch and I want one that doesn’t break after one use. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again. Just trash quality. UPDATE: Pictures of the frame of my couch, the back braces are those tiny pieces of wood and the frame is pressed board which is now split and not even lined up correctly since having the “repairs” done. The repair company was here for less than 5 mins to put these screws in. WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY AND ALL AFFILIATES ARE. Better off in a backyard bonfire!

Update: While the sales associate was great, the shipping department needs improvement. We purchased the furniture two weeks ago and were told to expect delivery today (Wednesday, Sept 17). However, when we called to confirm, we were informed the delivery had been pushed back another two weeks. That means we’ll be waiting a full month for our order. Postponing delivery without any notice or communication feels unprofessional, especially when customers have already paid in full.

I would NOT buy from them again and if I could go back, I wouldn’t even give them the money I have. The customer service women are horrible to work with, they have no sense of coordination with each other. One lady promised us the first of the month, the next lady (Giselle) told us that there was no way possible and the third told us it was our fault we couldn’t get it sooner. The last lady was very rude and wouldn’t even let me speak when I tried to say my husband never received the confirmation email for it come the second weekend of the month. They expect their money up front but they won’t give you the furniture until they have to before you report it. The customer service women are nasty to you when you try to reason with him. I can only hope the furniture was worth the price. For the love of God, don’t do it.

The staff are polite and professional I have no issue with them, but rather with the company. The reason im leaving a 1 star review is because from my experience ashley furniture is cheaply made and does not last long whatsoever. Also the warranty is a scam my couch is losing it's stitching and lost some fluff, and additionally the frame broke inside the matching chair. Their warranty refused to cover it despite being within the warranty timeframe. I will never purchase furniture from ashley again.

The manager on the other hand tried to upsell us on a mattress that was way out of our budget and kept insisting that we could afford it. Once he found out I am in the military, he doubled down said that he knows military wages aren’t that bad and I can buy it on a 14 month payment plan. If you go to Ashley’s in Crestview, ask for Constance and stay away from the manager.

Ashley’s I’m Crestview, Fl has some amazing furniture and choices, a great staff that answered any questions. I went there to buy some couches and Mr. Lee the assistant manager was there waiting at the door when we walked in, he provided us some of the best customer service we’ve received in a long time, truly went out of his way to make things happen for us, my mother just broke her back and we needed something she could sit comfortable in, and need it fast. Mr. Lee not only went out of his way and found the exact model that we were trying to described that we liked, but was also able to get it to us faster then normal, and was able to locate the exact color we needed. Highly recommend buying your furniture from Ashley’s in Crestview, FL. If your not too sure on what you want or have any questions I would go to Mr. Lee, he’s a great man and makes the purchase feel comfortable for you, and exactly what you want. We did not feel pressured at any point from dealing with him and his surrounding team. All of our furniture purchases will go through him for now on. 10/10 for the Crestview Ashley store and the management there!!!

This has nothing to do with this store but with ashley home stores in general. I bought online and needed delivery. They only deliver wednesday through saturday. Didn't find thatbout until i had to schedule-after purchase. If i had known that i would not have purchased the couch from them. I mistakenly thought having a local store would make delivery more convenient.

We were recently in Ashley Furniture Store in Crestview FL& we enjoyed a really relaxing & actually refreshing shopping experience. We were greeted at the door by a friendly young lady named Constance. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we said we wanted to look at mattresses. She asked a few questions and she seemed to know just what to steer us towards. We had one question she wasn’t sure of the answer and immediately requested her manager to come over. We were encouraged to check out several models and even though neither of them pressured us to purchase, they checked all of our boxes and we ordered our new temperpedic mattress with the adjustable base. Ashley store in Crestview helped us find the right furnishings for a rental after our house fire when we lost everything. The sales reps (Chris and Tara) were kind and patient with us. Even almost 9 months later when we returned to furnish our new home they remembered us and greeted us warmly. Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience and the quality of the furniture is great too.

The Ashley salesman, delivery staff and furniture repair man were all very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. That kind of service isn't available with most businesses any more. It is with the Ashley people we dealt with.

Came in to look at couches and Brandon helped us out. Showed us a couch that was similar to the one I was looking at on their website which unfortunately wasn’t on site since it was an outlet item. We did fall in love with the similar sectional he showed us, the material and features are great and we’re excited to have our new sectional delivered in 3-5 weeks! I had a perfect experience overall. I walked in with my pregnant wife looking around for furniture in our brand new house and a wonderful lady named Nacy approached us asking if we were looking for anything. Hey y'all Did y'all know they have 3 different models of the purple bed??!?! My daughter and i walked in to a welcome, from a couple of salesman. Rob became ours immediately.
