The staff are polite and professional I have no issue with them, but rather with the company. The reason im leaving a 1 star review is because from my experience ashley furniture is cheaply made and does not last long whatsoever. Also the warranty is a scam my couch is losing it's stitching and lost some fluff, and additionally the frame broke inside the matching chair. Their warranty refused to cover it despite being within the warranty timeframe. I will never purchase furniture from ashley again.

The saleswoman that helped us, Constance Swann, was very helpful and did a great job of listening to our needs and helping us stay within our budget. The manager on the other hand tried to upsell us on a mattress that was way out of our budget and kept insisting that we could afford it. Once he found out I am in the military, he doubled down said that he knows military wages aren’t that bad and I can buy it on a 14 month payment plan. If you go to Ashley’s in Crestview, ask for Constance and stay away from the manager.

Ashley’s I’m Crestview, Fl has some amazing furniture and choices, a great staff that answered any questions. I went there to buy some couches and Mr. Lee the assistant manager was there waiting at the door when we walked in, he provided us some of the best customer service we’ve received in a long time, truly went out of his way to make things happen for us, my mother just broke her back and we needed something she could sit comfortable in, and need it fast. Mr. Lee not only went out of his way and found the exact model that we were trying to described that we liked, but was also able to get it to us faster then normal, and was able to locate the exact color we needed. Highly recommend buying your furniture from Ashley’s in Crestview, FL. If your not too sure on what you want or have any questions I would go to Mr. Lee, he’s a great man and makes the purchase feel comfortable for you, and exactly what you want. We did not feel pressured at any point from dealing with him and his surrounding team. All of our furniture purchases will go through him for now on. 10/10 for the Crestview Ashley store and the management there!!!

This has nothing to do with this store but with ashley home stores in general. I bought online and needed delivery. They only deliver wednesday through saturday. Didn't find thatbout until i had to schedule-after purchase. If i had known that i would not have purchased the couch from them. I mistakenly thought having a local store would make delivery more convenient.

We were recently in Ashley Furniture Store in Crestview FL& we enjoyed a really relaxing & actually refreshing shopping experience. We were greeted at the door by a friendly young lady named Constance. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we said we wanted to look at mattresses. She asked a few questions and she seemed to know just what to steer us towards. We had one question she wasn’t sure of the answer and immediately requested her manager to come over. We were encouraged to check out several models and even though neither of them pressured us to purchase, they checked all of our boxes and we ordered our new temperpedic mattress with the adjustable base. We went shopping for our new home, Nancy Lee was very helpful and patient. She made suggestions but was in no way pushy & made the process enjoyable. However we bought a bed and when it was delivered they did not have the hardware to put it together, told us they would mail it to us (that it was easy to put together). That was mid July so we have since purchased our own. Big deal? No but not professional.

We purchased 2 new beds and mattresses at Ashley. No pressure sales, no following us around the store, but our salesman Brandon was always available to answer questions we had on the Tempurpedic line of adjustable beds. Beds were delivered by an outstanding 3 person crew, white glove delivery. They set up the beds, programmed the remotes, and hauled away the packing material. Great experience from purchase to delivery. And a special thanks to the sales manager Chris. He made sure all promotional items were given to us.

Don't buy from here!! The prices for the furniture is already on the higher end and so are their delivery prices. If you do purchase some don't expect to get it when they say you will, add on at least a few months to whatever date they give you. Have an issue or questions about your purchase or delivery date? Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the store to ask questions too. They straight up said they aren't answering the phone and if by some chance you get ahold of someone in the back they will be rude, laugh at you, and tell you good luck too. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing furniture. I will never ever buy from them again and I would suggest that anyone looking to buy furniture to look else where and not to buy from here.

Ordered table and chairs back in May was told it would take 8-12 weeks. When I called to get an update i was on hold 45 minutes and when I left my call back number no one ever called back. Chairs arrived a month later in June. I finally got the table today and it is damaged (see pics) i am so over this pathetic cheap furniture chain and will never recommend this business.

With the help of Susan Wright at the Crestview Ashley HomeStore, I purchased a rocker recliner on 06/24/21 which was scheduled for delivery 12 weeks out, however on Sunday 07/4/21 I received a call setting up delivery for my recliner on July 7th, which I was pleased to hear. The delivery was on time the two young men who deliver it were polite and efficient and the chair is great. Thanks to Susan for her help, and great customer service and to the two young delivery men for being so efficient and polite. Great Service Ashley.

Ordered a couch. Half of it came. Waited a couple Months. Other half came but wrong piece. Waited another month and was about to cancel the order entirely but would have had to eat 200$ for a refund. Finally low and behold after 3 months of needing a couch we get what wr paid for. Wow....

Ok, not too impressed with furniture or prices. So we found a couch that we liked. Was told that it would take 4 to 12 weeks to get it. They stated that they had to say 12 but actually could take less. Here we are its been 12 weeks and they can't tell you when it will be. They have no communication with manufacturer and say they don't know when we will receive it. Yet they have our money and so they don't really care. I would tell you don't buy from Ashley unless you don't care when you get it. I can understand things are bad right now, I don't understand misleading customers. I don't understand not being able to contact the manufacturer to get the status. If you cancel you lose 25 percent of your money and you get a gift card to spend in their store so you can keep waiting. REALLY!

$1600 hundred dollars for a head board and frame that took well over a month and came in two separate deliveries. Then to top it off they show up and because the mattresses aren’t leaning up against the wall they won’t put the frame together. Are you f...... kidding me. For $1600 you can’t be bothered. I’ll stick with Badcock. Ashley’s sucks. Never again.

Had the product we wanted and at a good price.

My husband and I were in the Ashley HomeStore in Crestview, FL, while vacationing this week. We went in because our son was looking for an item for his apartment we had just moved him into. Though he did not find what he needed, Nancy Lee graciously waited on him and gave him information. My husband spotted a loveseat that intrigued him, and we sat on it and asked Nancy about it, but admitted there was no way we could buy it in Crestview because we are from Illinois and could not get it home. Even though she realized she would not be making a sale, she patiently answered questions and encouraged us to take all the time we wanted testing the furniture out, and even to take pictures. We really appreciated the friendliness and help of Nancy Lee, and plan to find an Ashley HomeStore once we get back home. Hopefully we'll soon be able to replace a piece or two of our furniture at home!

I spoke to Chris today ( Manager), regarding the horrendous experience with my TV stand- getting delivered broken and damaged. I kindly asked the contact information who I needed to address the situation to. He hanged up & didn’t call me back . This Ashley store is PRIVATELY OWED. I called Head quarters and they can’t help because they don’t own this store location. I will continue to file a formal complaint against this store and ALL general management who refuses to help.

Attendants were SUPER helpful and attentive. Answeres all of our questions and didn't try to force us to buy. Would highly recommend.

We went to Ashley Homestore to look at their sales. After finding a couch we liked, we asked what financing options were available. After reviewing our options, we determined that we would leave to talk about them and come back at a later date if we wanted to go through with it. 2 weeks later we received a letter in the mail with 2 credit cards included, saying we had an open account. The sales associate did not inform us they would open an account in our name. I even opened a case with BBB and Ashely refuted every claim and refused to take it off our credit report. We are trying to build our credit and having something like that on our report and no intention to use it and having to close the account only hurts our credit. This is bad customer service and misleading business practices.

There communication is terrible. First our couch came with a huge rip. They said they would mail us the fabric to fix it and then call them when it came in the mail so they can send someone to fix the couch. 3 weeks went by and nothing in the mail. We went there and the fabric was at the store the whole time and under the wrong last name. We also ordered a bed and they said they would call us when it came in and they didn’t. My husband had to call and ask if it was in. Unfortunately we will not be using Ashley furniture again.

They were having a great sale the day we went in. We were looking for a console table and ended up walking out with a console table, a sofa, loveseat, and end tables. Great selection!

Nice stuff but little too pricey

Not quite sure what to make of this place yet. I like the fact that there was a greeting when I walked into the showroom. The associate was very welcoming and after the initial greeting she left me alone to shop around and even told me to feel free to get comfortable in the furniture as I would at home. I don't like someone breathing down my neck when I'm shopping, for sure! I didn't feel any pressure at all to buy something right away. She even told us to think about what we would like. There were a couple of other associate that spoke to us as well, again no pressure and freedom to shop. The questions that I had were answered right away and the associate seemed very knowledgeable in what they had to offer. The prices listed can be a little confusing, but she cleared that up for me as well. I know that you don't want to have to finance any of the furniture for the 6 year plan, it is way over priced to do that. Buy with cash and save with the sale prices. They do match the online prices, so definitely do your homework before agreeing to their showroom price. I'm not a fan of "engineered wood", when I buy furniture I expect it to last for a long time. You definitely have to flip the furniture around to see the material that it's made of! From what I see, not all of there furniture is what I would call quality made.. so watch what you buy. I always say that you get what you pay for.

Ashley was awesome. The delivery date for our furniture kept getting moved farther and farther back, to the point where I had no help getting it when it was supposed to come in. I explained this and they helped me out. Then on the day of the delivery, something came up and rather than me having to cancel completely, they were able to move some things around and get it to me in the window I was home. Really appreciate all the extra they put in to make this a pleasurable experience.

Bought bedroom furniture and was very very pleased with the quality,service,and selection and most of all the price.

Went in here just to look around and was greeted by Jeff; really nice genuine guy to talk to. Never pressured me once to buy anything (which is a huge deal to me). He let me wander around the store but still checked up on me. So if the Mrs. Signs off on getting any new furniture I'll definitely be going back here and specifically be asking for Jeff.

My entire family loved Ashley Furniture until now! I ordered a whole bedroom suit April 29, 2018 at Ashley in Crestview, FL. My sales woman Amber was great but she told me my night stands wouldn’t be in until end of May & I was fine with that. But they never came in they were on back order another month well I call again they won’t be in until end of July! I already paid my entire set off the by the second week of May! I would have never paid those night stand off which were almost $1k if I knew what would still be without them 3 months later. I will never buy from Ashley furniture again. They will take your money and lie about when your product will be in over n over. I don’t blame Amber I blame the owner DAN CHANDLER.

My intentions were to stroll in and see what was new, because i have not visited an Ashley store since i left Texas a year ago. What i found was informed & attentive-not pushy salespeople. Tracy did a great job helping me. I will be returning soon to finalize my purchases!

Kenya gave us a very warm and non salesy greeting. We felt very comfortable walking through without the pressure and usual smothering feeling that most furniture places give to their customers. We were impressed by his mattress knowledge. It seems like there is a lot I didn’t know about mattresses and now I have the right one. It will be an Ashley adjustable type and we opted out of the massage feature. Then we bought a bed frame that he showed us on their website. We then bought a couch as well. We forgot to buy pillows but had looked at the memory foam cool touch type and will go back for those. We stayed a while and wound up opening a credit card which which was approved in minutes for $7000. The whole process was very refreshing. Delivery arrangement was simple. Prices were great. We wound up with a phenomenal mattress at what we feel is a great value. The differentiator was Kenya though. I don’t usually adopt well with sales type personalities. His demeanor was so unusually comforting for a person in that role that I didn’t feel like I was getting pushed around or talked at by a used car salesman. Now for certain we will be going back for a kitchen/dining room table, and kids bedroom furniture. In case my ex-wife and ex-kids read this, don’t worry, you will be getting your child support so you can go shopping with Kenya also. Have no fear.

There's alot of great couches armchairs beds and housing units that'll make your home something out of a tv show.

The lady that took care of us was very kind And professional, she didn’t “hover” or pressure us But was very quick to assist us when we told her that we had made our decision. An overall comfortable and enjoyable visit. I think her name is Tracy, forgive me if I got that wrong but everyone there was very polite also.

My husband and I bought furniture 4 years ago the couch has already broke down and our tables were discontinued when we bought them which was ok the wheels on the table has broken 2x's, they no longer can get the wheels but they said they could get us extensions for the legs which was great but we kept getting the run around, the customer service is a little more relaxed than what it used to be we had to call up to the store 3 times to get information on this issue and went in to the store twice. Not very happy with Ashley Furniture..

I was not able to make it to the store to actually try the chair myself due to medical reasons. So, the initial chair I received did not work for my medical condition. Christopher, which is the manager at the Crestview store, worked with me for the longest time. He did not stop his search until he found the perfect chair that fit me and my medical problems. He delivered several different chairs for me to try and finally working with him over the phone found the perfect chair. Thank you so much for the help Chris. Many kudos to you and the store. If you are thinking of a store to buy from Ashley furniture is the way to go.

The staff at the Crestview, FL store are friendly and courteous. It was an enjoyable experience when I went shopping for my living room furniture. I highly recommend them!

I previously went in to browse with my wife and we found two loveseats that we really liked. One was perfect but the timing was off as we didn't know the exact dimensions of where it would go. We were assured that the sale price would stick around till the following week. There was no pressure to "buy now" or any of that. Tracey was awesome and happy to help. Sure enough, the price stuck around and I went back in to buy it so I could surprise my wife. Amanda helped me through the purchase and we quickly lined up everything so I could be on my way. It took me all of 15 minutes with no fuss, no trouble. Amanda was great and really made me feel like I was making a great purchase. Thanks again!

Experience was fine. But I've only owned my couches for one year and the seams are ripping. We are pretty gentle on our couches too. Won't be buying furniture from them again.

with all the inventory they had I was STILL disappointed.. sales gal was nice, they work on 100% commission? Even Radio Shack paid better than that!! I feel for her.. but the price vs quality was just not close.
