We stopped by Ashley Home Center, Crestview, shopping for a recliner, Chris the Manager, was awesome, very helpful, informative, Great Personality, we ended up purchasing a beautiful Brown recliner/massage overstuffed, with storage underneath both arms, with USB connection, ended up purchasing an 8 x 10 area rug, also beautiful!….🤗
This has nothing to do with this store but with ashley home stores in general. I bought online and needed delivery. They only deliver wednesday through saturday. Didn't find thatbout until i had to schedule-after purchase. If i had known that i would not have purchased the couch from them. I mistakenly thought having a local store would make delivery more convenient.
We were recently in Ashley Furniture Store in Crestview FL& we enjoyed a really relaxing & actually refreshing shopping experience. We were greeted at the door by a friendly young lady named Constance. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we said we wanted to look at mattresses. She asked a few questions and she seemed to know just what to steer us towards. We had one question she wasn’t sure of the answer and immediately requested her manager to come over. We were encouraged to check out several models and even though neither of them pressured us to purchase, they checked all of our boxes and we ordered our new temperpedic mattress with the adjustable base.
