Disappointed with our experience here. We came here on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving because they were having their Black Friday deals. We arrived at 6:45pm and they close at 8pm. We walked around a bit and then a lady came up to us and told us they were closing in 10 minutes. We saw that it was 10 minutes to seven and asked if they didn’t close at 8pm? She replied that they were closing early because they were having their holiday party and that they had a sign on the front doors. She also said that their Black Friday sale was 10% off. Of course the signs everywhere said 30% off. But how is 10% off a Black Friday deal?!? Ten percent!!??!! So, obviously we weren’t going to buy a new living room set in 10 minutes. So we left and went next door to Rooms To Go and spent our $4500 there. So, I hope your party was worth losing a $4500 sale. I give two stars because I’m sure the furniture is nice. But I’ll never know.

I’m giving this store a one star review only because a zero star review is not an option. As I sit here on my sofa that is only about three years old, I am picking off little balls from pilling. I never wrote a review but as time has gone by I’ve become more and more bitter. Now I want to warn people. I spent about $8000 on a sofa and ottoman three years ago, about a month after I had it the fabric started pilling. I understand that companies produce products and occasionally after they hit the market there are some quality issues. That is completely excusable. What is NOT excusable is that when this happened I called the company and they said their warranty does not cover that. End of story. Needless to say, they lost me as a customer. In the next year or two I will need to replace my sofa with another company (of course). I felt like I needed to warn people, not necessarily of poor quality regarding Ashley Furniture, but of extremely poor customer service. I would even go out on a limb here and say zero customer service.
