We are open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Understandably, the weekend is our busiest time, so if you don’t want to deal with crowds, plan to see us during the week. If you can swing it, try to make it in during “traditional” business hours (open to 5 or 6 p.m.).
We are on Route 1 (locals know it as the South Dixie Highway) on the edge of Cutler Bay and Miami proper. You can find us about a half mile south of the Cutler Bay South Dade Shopping Center. City Furniture is next door to the north, and the Belle Aire Canal is next to us to the south.

What a terrible experience! I do not recommend buying anything at Ashley’s. We bought a dinning set but eventually we had to cancel the order due to them confusing our data and not being able to correct it for proper delivery. Even though we confirmed the delivery address, they saved the wrong data. When we were called to confirm the address we realized it was incorrect and requested them to have it corrected. After innumerable calls, nothing was resolved. They showed no interest or empathy….no solutions but roadblocks…it’s a no go👎🏻

In the middle of us purchasing items a new client came in, she excused herself and told us she would be right back Ashley NEVER came back. We had to ask a colleague of hers to paige her she still did not show up. We had to walk the store looking for her. When I asked for her to give us a new sales person she gave HUGE attitude. Unfortunately as a salesperson she does a TERRIBLE job representing City Furniture. Avoid her as a salesperson.

Purchased an entire home worth of furniture including but not limited to a bedframe, bedside tables, a dresser, a coffee table, a power reclining sofa, and power recliner sectional loveseat. In less than 6 months both the couches were broken. The recliner is uneven and the arm has fallen off one of the couches. The bedframe also broke within a few months, giving no support under the mattress. We have a warranty so reached out to the store to inquire on repairs and replacements. It has been over a year of calling and asking for help. They have sent one person to look at the furniture and there was no follow up. After continuous calls they admitted they forgot to order repair parts. We are still waiting for anyone to follow up with us. Finally I got a hold of another representative and she said was not with City Furniture but with Ashley (aren't they the same company)? and nobody helps, they keep sending me one place to other. I DO NOT WANT THIS FURNITURE IN MY HOUSE, IT'S DISCONNECTED FROM POWER SINCE RECALL, NEVER WORKED PROPERLY, I'VE BEEN REPORTING FOR OVER A YEAR AND MY KIDS LIFE IS IN JEOPARDY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT FOR ANOTHER SOFA OF ANOTHER BRAND. THIS SOFA IS HEATING UP AND MY TWIN KIDS CAN BE INJURED! I WANT A DIFFERENT BRAND REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK! SOMEBODY SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I've been a client for many years and this is unacceptable. Proof attached and if 3 technicians could not solve the problem before the recall I want this sofa OUT OF MY HOUSE! Customer service is not assisting, what a nightmare!
I will never buy anything from this store again. Furniture came damaged 3 times wasting my time. Buying is easy, but when you need a refund it's an absolute mission. Multiple calls getting the run around even with managers. I would have given this review zero stars if it was available. NEVER AGAIN will I make the mistake of buying anything from this place. I would rather pay more for better service.

My furniture was delivered back in September 2022. I made a claim for furniture damaged and damaged to my walls. I’ve called many times to get an update for the claim on my walls and no one can never give me a call back. The furniture claim was resolved by the technician but the walls are still damaged and no updates from company. Ridiculous company can’t call their customer back and give updates to the issue!! On two separate occasions in the months of April and June l visited the Ashley furniture store (in Cutler Bay, Florida)with every intention to purchase items. On both occasions the only person to say any thing to me was the door greeter. I walked around the store at least 45 mins both times looking for table lamps and accessories. Each times the associates walked passed me without a simple hello. On my last visit I pointed out to them how unprofessional they were. I found the items l wanted, my conscience would not allow me to buy them. Please do not spend your hard earned money in a business whose employees do not value you as a customer. Your money is helping to pay their salaries.

Ashley furniture is the worst place ever. I moved from Miami to Kansas for job reasons. On April 10th 2022 I purchased due to promise it will be there by the time I move. I even picked items I settled for due to them lying telling me if I pick items of high inventory I shall receive it in time. It is now May 15th and when I tried to cancel they all of a sudden tell me the truck just picked up the items so it can no longer be canceled. Not only that, they lied completely to me. Now it will take 3-6 more week additional on top of waiting over a month for my furniture. I been stuck sleeping on the floor since April 12th since I do not have money to afford furniture due to them promising me my furniture so I got the credit card cause of it. Now I owe over $3000 and I don’t have not even a bed to sleep in. I am so frustrated and upset. I can’t keep sleeping on the floor honestly I have back issues and health. The sales rep lied, the manager told me she will give me credit due to the inconvenience and nothing was changed. It looked like she tried to stall me canceling just so the truck can pick up the items so it would not be cancelled and stuck me with waiting another 3-6 more weeks. I hope any customers who see this please do not ever shop at Ashley Furniture store they are complete liars. They would rather have me sleep on the floor and lie for their own commission

I purchased the Bruxworth Queen Upholstered Panel Bed I was searching for a sturdy solid bed to replace my five year old one which was about to fall apart. I had a terrible experience with the cutler bay Ashley Furniture Store. The salesman wasn’t truthful about my delivery. He stated, a time line in which the furniture will be shipped and nevertheless a delivery date haven’t been provided. It’s been over a month and they blame it on the third party shipping and the shipping company blame Ashley Furniture. When I spoke with the salesman regarding canceling my order the salesman stated it was too late. I ask to speak with the store manager who was rude and very unprofessional. He didn’t offer any solutions nor did he refund me for my shipping inconvenience. After, all the turmoil and stress I’m already dealing with Ashley sent me a bill and expect payment, but I have no furniture and they have no ideal when the furniture is coming. I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase furniture from them. I’m highly disappointed and I will never purchase from them again. The inventory is over price and the shipping is over price. The store is a reflection of the poor management and lack of customer service.

I was happy in the beginning as when I went, I was helped immediately and found a lovely sofa. I was told my sofa would arrive on October 27, 2021 and that if this should change, I would receive a call. October 26th came and went so I assumed I would be receiving my sofa on October 27th. I called to confirm and no one answered and I was sent to voicemail. Prior to being connected to the store, there is a message that says I can check the order status online. I check the order status and it now says 11/18. So not only did I NOT receive a call advising of this delay but no one at the store answers the phone or even reached out to me to advise this. I am now extremely unhappy as I now need to head to the store to see what is going on and possibly cancel my order.

I'm going to start off by saying Ashley Furniture has done a great job curating the Yelp reviews on here, as I see they and their sister store City Furniture have 10x the raving reviews of any other furniture store in the area. My story starts 2 months ago, with the purchase of a dining table complete with chairs and a bench. The correct table in acceptable condition was delivered along with the bench on the scheduled day. At the store we were told delivery for the chairs would take some additional time, but would arrive on September 1st. That was 5 weeks from date of purchase, but I was okay with the wait as the PAYOFF should be my butt seated comfortably in my chairs after the long wait. The day of delivery arrives (a day I took off of work by the way) and we don't get so much as a call to inform us that the chairs have been delayed. Now here's where it really gets bad. IF you're one of the lucky ones who received their furniture the day it's promised, you'd never take a guess at how absolutely awful Ashley Furniture's customer service is. After speaking to 3 customer service representatives, I am escalated to a manager. I spoke clearly with the 3 representatives before him, and he tells me he can't hear me. I can hear him clearly, in fact I can hear people talking BEHIND him. Anyways after waiting nearly an hour to speak to management he pretends the reception is bad and hangs up the phone, didn't even call back as a courtesy. Now my bf was also on the phone with a representative, somehow they tell him the chairs won't be available until the YEAR 2039. Yet no one said that to me? Does that make any sense, or is it an example of how they'll come up with any excuse as to why your order wasn't delivered? Fed up, I call the store. Now the associates are only good at one thing: selling. Don't try asking them about anything remotely related to your delivery because they won't ever give you a straight answer. I'm told the 2039 delivery date is ridiculous, and now they reassure us the chairs will be delivered September 24th. Okay, nearly a month from our original delivery date, but I'm an understanding person and can deal with that, right? Well, my boyfriend calls the store last Friday to confirm that delivery date a week before, and now he's been told their are 4 other customers who purchased the same chairs ahead of us, and they only receive one shipment of chairs per month, and must deliver them in the order in which they're sold. Now is this true or am I being sold another bogus story? There are many similar experiences with Ashley Furniture being shared on Reddit, and I implore that you do proper research and that your furniture is being ethically and locally sourced so you can avoid many months of inconvenience waiting for your purchase. Did I mention my PAID warranty on this item isn't getting any younger and I've effectively lost time to be able to use BOTH of the warranty? So as it stands, the delivery date is nonexistent. We plan to go in this week to find the best solution for this issue, whether it be a refund or a guaranteed and expedited delivery date. I will update my review accordingly to how they handle my business. Boy, do I regret shopping here. Update: we never received the chairs. After months of chasing, we were able to settle s refund, although we lost the money for the warranty. Ended up ordering chairs from wayfair that were much nicer and have held up well for the last 3 years. We had them delivered and set up within a week. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

This store is setup very nicely. There is no-one pressuring you as you walk around. From previous purchase experience , Ashley's furniture are very well made and long lasting. I highly recommend this store. Sales man Mr Abreu is very knowledgeable in all questions regarding the furniture, warranty, finance options. I had no doubt placing my order with Mr Abreu knowing that I made the right choice for many years to come with my new purchase.
Looked around for 15 minutes and not one sales person asked if I needed help or was even around for me to ask a question. The one salesperson was helping another customer and I had to interrupt her to see if anyone else actually worked there. The sales person that did finally come was of no assistance and had to keep walking away to ask questions. The service was terrible I ended up just walking out and not purchasing anything.

The associate that helped us out was great, his name was Larry. He was helpful, but also gave us our space to browse. I've had some really annoying furniture store salespeople that hover and try and guide you towards pieces they want commission bites from. So I appreciated his patience with us. The delivery and the product upon arrival, however, were pretty rough. They did show up earlier than expected, which isn't an issue at all, so that was a plus. But, my girlfriend answered the door for the delivery and said the two delivery men made her feel uncomfortable taking our delivery in. On top of that, our TV stand came in beat up, missing pieces of the frame, uneven and poorly assembled shelves, the back piece that encloses the shelving was punched in and heavily damaged, as well as some scarred screw holes from missing hardware. Luckily, I'd purchased insurance protection for the item, so it's no big deal in the end, but we'd just moved here, and were watching TV off totes until our TV stand came in. So it was pretty disappointing opening up the box to finding a mangled unit inside. All in all, the experience shopping and the furniture to select from was quality, but everything after that was some what of a let down.

Matthew walked me through all my options, including features and materials available. Even shared his opinion as to which one was the most comfortable and he was spot on! I live 3 hours from the store yet I received my delivery in 3 days! I Loved the fact that for a minimal fee I have 3 years of worry free service. Financing was quick and easy.

I finally just decided to call the Cutler Bay location and spoke to Naushad who was so very helpful. I sent him photos of the sectional I wanted and he was able to find it in stock and show me a Live Photo of the actual color. I even asked him to take a few measurements and he was happy to do so. I never write reviews, but I feel that I need to share my experience to ensure that no one else goes through this! First off, I chose to come back a to Ashley Furniture – Cutler Bay because of the great experience I received 3 years ago. I went to the store specifically looking for a bookshelf. Once I found exactly the bookshelf I wanted, I asked for someone to assist me. An employee indicated the GERMAN ORTEGA would take care of me. At first, German happily came to assist me until he realized that all I wanted was a bookshelf and that I specifically wanted the display. He started to give me attitude and spent 15 minutes of our interaction basically trying to convince me not to buy this bookshelf. Then, when I reassured him that I still wanted to purchase the product, he went to another colleague to get the price reduced to the display cost. As he is walking to his colleague, he ROLLED his eyes and NODDED and let his colleague know that he ended up with a customer only buying a bookshelf. I understand that these individuals work with commission, but customers should not feel belittled and uncomfortable during a purchase. We are currently in a middle of a PANDEMIC and people have lost their jobs and are financially struggling. If a customer wants to buy the display product because it is cheaper and it is available for purchase, then the customer should not be treated so HARSHLY because it is not ideal for the employee trying to receive commission. If that is the case, then please stop selling the displays. Customers should not feel degraded. When I went to pick up the product on the day/time that we agreed on, he continued to give me attitude. He was upset at the time I got there even though that was the time that we agreed upon. Overall, my whole experience was horrible. I am not planning to make any further purchases at this location.

Bought a chocolate leather couch under 6 years ago and immediately the dark color started wearing off. We thought it was our 17lb Havanese dog so we let it be. After a few more months we noticed it was coming off everywhere. Its like it was painted by a child with water colors. The leather underneath still looks good but the staining horrible for what i paid for. Just in time to be out of warrentee. Be careful with their leather. This pic is only a section, its everywhere. What a waste of money.

They finally gave us a price and we were scheduled to receive the delivery on the 7th of August; when we received it the item was completely destroyed and we had to send it back. So during Covid my husband I decided to get a dinnet set, we had previously seen it in the store in Doral. We decided to go to the store on US1 in Kendal for the ride. Everything went well with the purchase when they deliver the table and chair, they delivered the wrong size table. I had to then argue with the manager for them to pick up the wrong table and bring me the right one in a decent time frame. It took two days and that was with me following up everyday. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company or their owner city furniture. Yes they are very nice in the store when you’re buying but if you run into any issues upon delivery it is an absolute nightmare to correct. I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. UPDATE: the social media team reached out to us and was very helpful with trying to resolve the issue. They worked to send out a replacement piece for the defected piece of our new sofa...twice. Luckily they would follow up with phone calls so we didn’t have to go through the regular channels. Unfortunately each piece they sent had issues with it. They offered us a third replacement but we finally decided to stop getting replacement pieces and they offered us a portioned refund.

I am also switched and transferred to everyone in the store, because the managers refuse to speak with me. I had the staff update my address information for the furniture to be shipped to me, and that was not even done properly! I called the store 18 times to get my address updated again, and literally the phone was never answered. I then called customer service and after being on hold for 30minutes, was told my address cannot be updated at the time and would have to continue to wait! Hopefully I will one day see what I’ve paid for!

I’m really shocked that I was asked to give a review for this store after receiving the worst customer service in my life! I made an order in November and it is February and the store never follows up with me on the progress of my order! I called today and they told me that they would be able to get an estimate of when my order will arrive by March, and then I am sure that they will keep delaying and saying that it will arrive in 3-5 weeks like they’ve been saying to me for the past 3 almost 4 months! I wish I could find a corporate number to find out what is going on with my order and why this store which is not very busy can’t even complete my order!

I purchased a bed from the Ashley Furniture in December. When I purchased the bed the support was incorrect. The representative told me not to worry about it and that he would order the missing pieces and that it would get to me by December 20th. December 20th came and went and nothing was received. We moved and as we are disassembling the bed, we realize this was never done. So I call customer care. First person I spoke to (Miguel) told me he did not find the order and that I needed to speak to the showroom. After disbelieving me that the showroom closed, he transferred me to the nearest location. I spoke to a sales associate (Coralisa) who told me she could not help and transferred me back to customer care. There I spoke with another representative (Julissa) who told me she couldn’t help me and that I had to speak to the EXACT associate who promised me that I would receive these pieces by Dec 20th. I asked her what would happen if he is no longer working for the store and she had no response. So I escalated the call and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she transferred me to Reginald, who later informed me that: 1) I was not speaking to the right department bc he was in the warranty department, that 2) what I wanted was “impossible” and that there was “no redress”, 3) who wanted to REPEATEDLY transfer me back to the showroom that I TOLD HIM DID NOT EXIST BECAUSE IT CLOSED and who 4) FAILED TO LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS SAYING and was simply doing everything possible to tell me my son’s bed was an AS-IS purchase even though I told him I don’t know how many times that the ONLY reason I did not cancel the sale at the very moment I purchased it is because the Ashley Furniture Associate PROMISED me he would get me the proper support delivered to my house by December 20th at no charge. I advised this was an oral promise (and thus, a legally binding contract by Ashley Furniture to me) and he continued saying sorry there was nothing he could do. I spent TWO EXHAUSTING HOURS on the phone with FIVE different people who DID NOTHING, who DIDNT CARE about my four year old son’s safety and who sucked the little energy I had today out. I AM NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CLIENTS. THEY WOULD RATHER SAVE $100 THAN MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ARE COMPLETE... THEY REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO BELIEVE ME WHEN I TOLD THEM THIS WAS PROMISED TO ME. I felt like I was being called a liar every step of the way today, over and over. As an attorney, I found this treatment to be APPALLING. If I ever treated one of my clients like this, I’d have a bar complaint knocking at my door within a week. This treatment of me as a repeat client was DEPLORABLE. I urge you to spend just a little more money and buy furniture from a more reputable place.

It was a bad experience with this store. I ordered alot of things I paid on 17th. They told me some of the them it will be delivered on 21 st and the rest of them it will be delivered on 22nd. I went to City furniture to pickup my order and i asked they about my order from Ashley that I must receive everything today but till now I didn’t receive any call or anything. It shows for them it’s rescheduled on Monday 27th without I know about the rescheduling. They will force me to change my flight ticket that I must travel Friday. Be aware of them because they doesn’t respect there delivery appointment.
This is the worst Ashley furniture in the whole United States. They lie about everything including their promotions and purposely missed to inform you about things resulting on overpayments. They will destroy your credit!!! Additionally their delivery personnel are very irresponsible and they broke both of my lamps upon delivery day while assembling what I purchased which it was also wrong since the sales rep "Edwin" tried to deliver me the wrong items which it was a cheaper version of what I picked, resulting on myself calling his top chain. Do not go to this location at any cost if you love your clean record and the money you work hard for. STAY AWAY!!!

Had a good experience in person at the store when I placed the order. However, the delivery company made a rather large mistake with the headboard for the bed, rendering it useless. I've been getting the run-around from Ashley since then. Call to the national customer service # and they said no ETA on replacement headboard and that I should contact the original sales associate. I've reached out to the original associate, Edwin Guzman, multiple times by email, text, and phone. He never responded to ANY. I reached him only once by phone, and he said he needed to speak to corporate and get back to me. He still hasn't gotten back to me. I'm still sleeping on the floor due to Ashley's mistake with the bed. Extremely frustrated and have no idea what to do.

Ashley is my favorite furniture store! But this time I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I thought this was a pretty sofa however, I spent $2,000 for this sectional and it was a waste of money, also purchased a matress for $4000 and I'm very happy with it but this sofa is already ripped and the feathers are all over the sofa and the floor they're coming out of the pillow holes ridiculous. I have warranty but I'm stuck with this cheap made sectional until I decided to throw it away . Of course this has nothing to do with their excellent customer service but lately they are selling cheap made sectionals.

Had a great experience when purchasing furniture on 11/25/19 but then it turned out a nightmare from hell. Placed a order to be delivered before Christmas and was told my order has been delivered to a different island which the invoice says the right place On there, not sure how this happen but I’m mad. Call to make a complaint on 12/1/19 but have not heard anything back from a supervisor From the store location or customer service which I believe is a joke since I just spent my hard earn money and can’t get answers on when I will receive my furniture.
My husband and I have had positive experiences with Ashley Furniture in the past. Our dining room table, our son's bedroom set, and our family room couch and love seat were all purchased at Ashley, with no complaints. However, our most recent experience has been an ordeal. We bought a couch, chase, and love seat with Edwin as our salesman. Upon delivery, the fabric on the chaise was torn. The man who delivered it wanted us to keep it. We refused delivery. When we received the new chaise, we discovered later that day that the back was wobbly, like a loose tooth. Within one week of the couch being delivered, the center bucket seat was completely caved in.Now we have to wait two weeks for the furniture repair team to come assess the damages. This furniture is clearly poorly made and the team has been less than forthcoming. We cannot have family over for the holidays. Thank you Ashley Furniture. Now we cannot have family over to enjoy our furniture as we had planned.

once they finally delivered the furniture, having it for an extra 2 weeks, the bed frame came cracked completely and they had to take it back, will not get another one replaced for another week! after looking at the quality of material, you are better off with another brand, its very cheaply made

I’m 3 1/2 months pregnant and my fiancé and I has been sleeping on a air mattress living in our new place u til we can buy a new bed. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night as soon as we woke up we were like oh no we need a mattress, TODAY! The cheapest place we found online was Ashley furniture the bed I wanted was $244 online I believe but when I called Dolores mentioned the mattress was $399 in store :( she honored the online price and was super helpful throughout my entire ordeal. We had to pick it up at the warehouse in Tamarac which believe me after sleeping on the floor we did not mind! Lol! In total it came out to $262- we purchased the queen hybrid bed in a box and this is about the comfiest bed I’ve slept on! It works well with my back I’m petite and not used to this belly lol! Definitely would recommend Ashley furniture to anyone !!!

I was told it was “broken” but I rescheduled the piece for delivery because the driver was late and on the day I was suppose to receive it, I was told I wasn’t getting it because it was damaged due to unloading. I assume it was given to the next customer in line to receive this piece of furniture, I hope I am wrong.

Great experience in the showroom choosing bedroom sets and living room with Bruce. Delivery not so much. I bought the most expensive bedroom set in the showroom Ave paid for assembly, only for it to be build without the cross boards on the bottom being installed. What did I pay for then? Bought a very expensive sectional that was almost $4,000 and finally today after 2 months it is finally fully functional!! They did this to me on a previous visit and I thought it was a fluke. Seems like it is the norm. And if you buy insurance (they promise you full credit if youI don't use it) and items were damaged during delivery and you call for items to be fixed. They charge it to your insurance instead of their mishandling of pieces. In the end you never get that insurance money back. Overall would never use them again. I spent life 10,000 cash with them last month, which I would have put ít on a credit card to dispute. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

So the quality of the furniture is good, but prices are very high for what you get. My husband and I had Edwin, whom seemed very nice, but was clearly trying to up-sell for his own benefit. We told him our budget numerous times and he opted to ignore it. Very unprofessional due to the constant talking about religion which made us uncomfortable. He also is not very educated on the products he sells; claiming the bed frame we bought was made in the USA and it wasn't. Anyway, if youare greeted by him at the door, run for cover because you will be spending more than you should.
My significant other and I had a great experience shopping here. Oscar was our salesman, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them if you're looking to purchase some furniture.

I went to Ashley Furniture in Cutler Bay looking for sofas for my new home. I met Said Palacios, the general manager, who helped me with everything. I purchased two sofas and it was a great deal. I texted him a few weeks later for a delivery date and he made it happen right away. He reminded me the day before the delivery and followed up right after the delivery. Germaine and Rodney were great delivery guys as well. Great experience and will be back! Customer service goes a long way.

Furniture shopping can sometimes be a little stressful and frustrating searching aimlessly in a big store but with Dario by your side it’s safe to say you’re in great hands. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable on all the products we had questions for. He held our hand through the whole process and even followed up the day after just to check and make sure that we were happy with their purchase which of course we were. I would hands down recommend you go straight to him next time you go furniture shopping as we will definitely be doing the same on our next trip there!

The worst experience. No accountability for anything here. My furniture was delivered over 2 months after I ordered it. I received a call the week it was scheduled to be delivered in July saying "looks like your furniture was delivered, hope you're enjoying it" ....my furniture wasn't delivered until today. The sales rep had zero idea what was going on, he never returned my calls. Everyone that works there is argumentative especially the customer service manager Salema, not sure how to spell her name. Overall just very frustrating experience with zero customer service. I understand things happen but no one wanted to help or follow up in any way.

He has made me a believer that Ashley's Home store employee's care enough to make sure their customers are happy before leaving their store. The furniture is beautiful and durable. Took the time to explain the type of mattresses and their differences. I was able to make the right decision due to my herniated discs. Without Samantha our experience wouldn't have been the same. We were at the store passed closing and Samantha and Guillermo make us feel welcomed and never rushed us. What impressed me the most was even though it was late she didn't rush us, she took her time in showing us all the pieaces that she thought we would be interested in. We found the perfect sofa, bed, rug, and tv stand for our home. This store has some very nice furniture. I recommend it.

I recently went shopping for a new dinning table at Ashley furniture-Cutler Bay. Michelle was great, she answered all of our questions and made the entire process bearable. The store had a great selection of inventory. The delivery process went well, the guys called when they were about 10-15 minutes away. The furniture was delivered in perfect shape and the employees were nice and professional. I gave only 4 stars because since this is my first time buying from Ashley furniture I'm not sure of the longevity of their products. So far, so good. I would recommend this store to others.

Great experience while visiting Ashley Furniture. Me and my wife walked in wanting a coffee table, but walked out with a new bed set instead! The piece of furniture was not only breath taking but at a very affordable price! We also seen other pieces of furniture that was interesting for our children.
