Purchased two lamps. On 1/13 I received them and one lampshade is damaged. I have made 5 calls in 2 weeks, still no replacement shade, extremely dissatisfied, I guess the only thing to do is deny the charges when I get my charge card bill.

We had a wonderful experience! Ana was extremely friendly and patient as we were furnishing our whole home ! She walked us through the whole process and patiently stayed with us all the way through setting up the delivery of our furniture. The delivery men were very courteous and put all the furniture together, set up all furniture and took all the packaging with them!! in the game five star

this is the worst store They charge me for delivery after I spend $2,000

I went in the store ,the salesman helped but didn't ask if I want extended warranty. And put it on the bill.I had him take it off the bill. Then I asked if I could get the recliner now,put in my truck ,I was informed that I had to have it delivered. As I looked the recliner I purchased, before I traveled to the store. Is was on sale for $599.99. I was charged $649.99 plus taxes .I then went back up to the same Ashley store and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was out to lunch .So I asked one of the other salesperson about the price and was told see the manager. While I asked how long before she will be back. The same salesman came up from behind the desk and asked if he could help ,I explained that it was on sale online for $599.99 . I was argued with and was told many excuses for why I was wrong,but as the the salesman and I was getting loud another salesman came over and told me I was right and that he would get my refund put back on my visa. It has been a week by tomorrow no refund . And another thing I tried to call the local store phone number and all the calls are routed to a call center . So after I bought the recliner. Had to travel back to the store for a salesman to argue with me. The only reason , I gave 3 stars is the delivery was great . .

My husband, sister-in-law, and I had a terrible experience at Ashley Furniture. The moment we walked in, a Hispanic female staff member asked if we were “there to hang out.” That is completely disrespectful and unprofessional — especially considering I’m almost in my 30s. Not a single employee offered help. Instead, a tall, dark-skinned male associate kept staring at us, walking past us and watching us from across the store. We were clearly profiled and treated based on how we looked, which made me feel harassed and extremely uncomfortable — to the point where I didn’t even feel comfortable trying the furniture. No one should ever have to feel this way. I’ve been an Ashley Customer for over two decades, this experience made me realize that I do not want to purchase from this store again based on how they treat their customers. I wasn’t originally going to leave a review since this happened before Black Friday, but the experience was upsetting enough that it needs to be addressed. We came ready to buy furniture. Instead, we were treated like we didn’t belong. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

The customer service was extremely poor and terrible. They delivered a scratched dining set, and I called to file a complaint the same day of the purchase, but I received no call or message back. Truly a complete failure.

I completely agree with my wife and colleagues who didn't even for a second advise me to come to you, and I apologize to them. I sincerely tell you that you are the worst supplier I've ever dealt with. I am very, very angry very offsets with you all because of my bad experience with you. More than two weeks ago, I bought five Jasperson Power Reclining Sofas. You delivered all of them, right, but in the set: one was okay, three were okay, and two were really dirty. The delivery driver took them back to you, and more than two weeks later, no one has done anything to replace the two that were dirty. GC

I have been shopping for a white sectional couch for over a month. I met Cordell on Oct 31 and fell in love with a couch but couldn’t afford the 5,000.00. I went on line and shopped and drove to Rooms to Go and City Furniture and didn’t find what I liked or wanted. I came back to see Cordell and looked at the one I fell in love with. After talking with my daughter and Cordell, and checking out all the pros and cons, I decided to check out other sectionals in the store. I found the perfect one on sale that checked all the boxes. Cordell said it had just come in the store and had my name all over it. Cordell explained all the features and I decided to buy it, I even added another seat and ottoman to it. Cordell quoted me a great price for the whole package and I purchased it. The only con is that I have to wait till Dec 29th for it to be delivered. Cordell was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I spent 1 1/2 hours with him and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Ashley Store. He is an asset to Ashely and should be commended for his excellent customer service. Ashley Furniture in general is a horrible franchise in general. They sell you the world but any issues you have to eat it. No support for stolen package, no support for exchanges or returns and everyone washes there hand by saying call corporate which is a call center in the Middle East that do not have any access to do anything besides take notation. Will never order from here again. First and final time.

The store was great in Kissimmee when I purchased the couch with the warranty. Now years later before it expired I fill out a claim and it got approved. The guy came to look at it and said we need to order the part. He said when the part gets to g Your house give us a call and we will come out and fix it. I have called them since August. Never received the part! Won’t return my calls. Called Ashley today and they told me they closed the claim!!! Asked to speak to a manager and they have to call me back!!! They need to understand we are. They are our clients and they are not owning up to there promises! We deserve a new couch at this point! Also noted it was at the Kissimmee store it was purchased. But asked the Davenport store for help and they told me to call!

We're from NY and have been to several Ashley stores in the Northeast but this is our first in Florida. It's right near the new house so we gave it a shot. Like many furniture options in Florida we've visited, the color options are limited, a lot of white, cream and grey, and we're fans of color but that must be what sells here. Prices are in line with competitors offering similar quality pieces and while they push the financing heavily (it's sometimes hard to find the actual prices instead of the per month financed prices) everything is marked. They have a good selection of mattress options as well at all price points. Specifically want to call out the staff, though. Both Cordell, the sales associate, and Joseph, the store manager, were incredibly kind, helpful and conversational. Had extended conversations with both about furniture, travel and life. No "sales" pressure from either person and they addressed all our questions. Great experience overall.

Do not do business with this store or company, worst customer service ever!!! Once they make the sale, you will be ghosted. I had tried canceling my purchase after being ghosted by the sales person, called the store and spoke with a different sales person who stated that he would cancel my order but never did. Called the store again and spoke with the store manager who said he would cancel my purchase and send me an email confirming cancellation, never cancelled my purchase. After three more calls to the corporate office I finally found someone who cancelled my purchase and sent me an email while waiting on the phone. Six calls to cancel a purchase which only took three minutes once I finally got someone to actually do their job. I gave this company one star review because I wasn’t able to give them a zero star review.

My wife spent almost $3,000 dollars In a sofa and nightstands And supposedly because the furniture was in Clarence, it does not include the Delivery She had to pay $300 extra for them to deliver the furniture only at 20 miles away from the store to our house

If I could leave Ashley 0 stars I would. The Davenport store staff is great, but the furniture quality is total garbage and the "corporate" customer service they push you off onto after buying in store is atrocious!! We have had nothing but problem from the day of delivery. They busted some of our drawers in the storage bed, as well as the bedroom doorknob, and never reported it. When we discovered the damaged, we call and got replacement drawers but they came completely unassembled. After paying $400 for delivery and assembly, we were stuck putting these things together ourselves. The pieces werent correctly lined up, some had pre-drilled holes, while others didnt. Total trash. When we removed the drawers to replace them, we noticed that the bed wasnt assembled correctly, so I call Ashley customer service to get a partial refund on the assembly fee, which they did not want to give me. After going back and forth several time by phone, they finally agreed to refund me $100 for the assembly and $50 for the broken doorknob, but my 1 year warranty would be voided. Got the 50, but as of today still waiting on the 100.. and I've called and spoken to a manager about 4 times this week alone to try to get it resolved. Besides the fact that I dont have my refund yet, they are saying I still cant file another claim for defective furniture (I'll post the pics). I wouldnt buy from Ashley Furniture again if it was the last furniture store on Earth. Had a wonderful experience with Rooms To Go and Hudson Furniture for our other furniture pieces.. will be sticking to them from now on.

The local store and staff deserve 5 stars! The manager was awesome and our salesman Eli was amazing. Unfortunately, they are the storefront and ambassadors of a horrible company with customer service that is near impossible to deal with. First, I had to deal with furniture infested with powder post beetles. Now, I’m dealing with a canceled order that was still delivered over a month later and charged to my credit card. Every call to customer service means sitting through long wait times only to be bounced around from one department to another, with no one able to actually resolve anything. I retired to Florida to enjoy my best years. I’m a 100% disabled veteran with over 20 years of service who worked hard for my new home and now its integrity may be compromised thanks to Ashley Furniture’s failure to properly inspect their warehouse products for pests. Instead of peace, I’ve been left with stress, wasted time and the possibility of an infestation in my brand-new home. Nothing will become a priority and your are left to deal with the issue until they decided to come up with a resolution. An Ashley Furniture customer service representative even had the audacity to say that maybe someone threw termites (was not termites btw) in my home and there's nothing they can do about it. I had to call an exterminator myself to address the problem. To be clear, the local store staff are not the problem. They are wonderful. But Ashley Furniture’s warehouses, products and corporate-level customer service are unacceptable. You will wait endlessly for any resolution, even in urgent situations. This was my first time buying from Ashley and I’ve had problems with every single order. It will also be my last. Avoid at all costs unless you’re prepared for frustration, poor quality control and customer service that does nothing for you.

(as stated in the report), confirmed it and told me, "You're right, it's not the same color, and I can see the defects you mentioned." With a negative attitude, he said, "I see it as difficult to exchange. We'll have to open several boxes in the warehouse to see what matches up." To which I replied, "Well, we should open the necessary ones because I didn't pay $1,200 for something that's totally different from what I saw in the store." When I received the inspector's final response, they denied me the exchange. I contacted customer service. A guy named Fernando took my case very nicely. He tried to help me. I sent him images, they asked for more images, and again they denied me the exchange. I call again and a girl answers, but I don't remember her name. (NOTE: I've already called before and I gave them my address for the security question, the same address where the delivery is made, and I had no problems.) When I give her the address, it doesn't match the one she has, which is completely understandable because it's for security reasons. I mention several addresses, and she tells me it's one of those, but I haven't given it in full yet? !!? I say, "Love, then how can you help me because I need assistance? Is there any other way?" And the girl completely refuses to tell me "NO," if you don't give me the address, no one can help you. Of course, being frustrated with the situation, this pushed me even further to my limit. I contacted another person again. I didn't have the delivery address on file, but I did have one of the addresses I had previously mentioned to the girl, who practically denied me service. This very kind guy tried to help me, but they still refused to change it. Which I explain for the tenth time: I don't want a refund, just a replacement of the dining room, period. I mentioned the inspector to this person, and they said, "That happens a lot. Sometimes they go to customers who tell them they're right to avoid some kind of conflict, and when they report it to the store, they tell them the exact opposite." I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I spoke with this person, and the situation was explained again, and in the end, they told me there would be no change. The situation is very frustrating because they simply give you a COMPLETE NO, and there's no CUSTOMER SOLUTION. I'm also paying $200 for the warranty, and I ask the supervisor what the warranty is for, and he mentions that it has nothing to do with Ashley, but with the suppliers. I say, "Well, you have to contact them," and he gives me the number. I mention that after dealing with this situation with several people, no one has mentioned it to me. To what he responds here, I see that they notified him in an email, and to what I responded, of course, an email I just received 10 minutes after speaking with you. Anyway, no one had informed me of this before. The supervisor tells me that Ashley only makes changes depending on what the inspector says. La madera del comedor que recibí esta horrible, palido, sin brillo, con manchas negras. Gracias a Dios le habia tomado una foto para poder hacer la comparación. Al recibir el comedor hice automáticamente mi reclamo, me envian un inspector.. Le muestro la imagen que le tome al comedor de la tienda, y el inspector llamado ALFREDO M. (Como dice en el reporte) me lo confirma y me dice tienes razon no es el mismo color y puedo ver los defectos que mencionas, con una actitud negativa me dice “ lo veo difícil el cambio hay que abrir varIas cajas en el warehouse a ver que se asimila” a lo que le reapondo “bueno se deben abrir las necesarias porque yo no pague 1,200 DOLARES, por algo que es totalmente diferente a lo que vi en la tienda”. Cuando me llega la respuesta final del inspector me niegan el cambio. Me contacto con servicio al cliente un chico llamado Fernando toma mi caso bien agradable, trato de ayudarme le envio imagenes, me piden mas imagenes, y nuevamente me niegan el cambio. Me comunico de nuevo me atiende una chica pero no recuerdo el nombre, (OJO: ya me he comunicado anteriormente y les doy mi dirección para la pregunta de seguridad, misma dirección donde se realiza el delivery y no habia tenido problemas) cuando le doy la dirección no hace match con la que ella tiene totalmente entendible porque es por seguridad, le menciono varias direcciones y me dice que es una de esas pero que todavía no la he dicho completa???!!? Le digo amor entonces como me puedes ayudar porque necesito que me asistan, hay alguna otra manera? Y la chica totalmente negada me dice “NO” si no me das la dirección que es nadie te puede ayudar y claro esta al estar frustrada con la situación esto me llevo mas a mi limite. Me comunico de nuevo con otra persona igual no tenia la dirección de delivery on file, pero si una de las direcciones que le habia mencionado a la chica anteriormente que practicamente me nego el servicio. Ese chico muy amable trata de ayudarme y por igual se niegan al cambio. Lo cual explico por décima vez no quiero un refund simplemente que me cambien el comedor y punto. Le comento lo del inspector a esta persona y me dice “ eso pasa mucho, aveces van donde los clientes le dicen que tienen la razon para evitar algun tipo de conflicto y al dar el reporte a la tienda le dicen totalmente lo contrario” Pedi que me transfieran a un supervisor. Hablo con esta persona y de nuevo se explica la situación y al final me dice que no hay cambios. Frustra mucho la situación porque simplemente te dan un NO ROTUNDO no hay ninguna tipo de SOLUCIÓN AL CLIENTE. Yo estoy pagando tambien $200 dolares de garantía y le prwgunto al supervisor que entonces para que sirve la garantía y me menciona que eso no tiene que ver con ashley si no con los suplidores y me dices bueno tienes que comunicarte con ellos y me pasa el numero. Le menciono que porque después de haber lidiado con esta situación con varias personas porque nadie me lo menciono. El supervisor me dice que Ashley solamente hacen cambios dependiendo lo que diga el inspector. Pues a lo que le respondo entonces mi cambio fue negado porque un inspector les dijo que el comedor esta en buen estado. ENTONCES TENGAN PERSONAS/ INSPECTORES MAS RESPONSABLES Y QUE NO SEAN MENTIROSOS, POR QUE ESE INSPECTOR LLAMADO ALFREDO ME LO DIJO EN MI CARA Y ME CONFIRMÓ QUE EL COMEDOR ESTA EN MAL ESTADO Y AL DAR SU REPORTE DICE LO CONTRARIO??????? They are quick to sell you whatever you like but when you cancel your order they are useless. Went in to see the manager he just straight up pulled out some telephone numbers for me to call. Wasn’t helpful in anyway or form. A month out and still haven’t received any info about getting credited back.

Earlier today I called Ashley Furniture in Davenport, Fl. to check their store hours. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Cordell. He was very professional and courteous when we spoke. I told him we would ask for him when we arrived. As soon as we arrived, I located Cordell Primous and he assisted us in locating the perfect pieces for our home. He wasn't pushy at all. Called in this morning for something simple, I purchased a sleigh bed frame from ashley 3 years ago… its out of warranty and i never bought the extended warranty. My bed shortly after rhe warranty expired had the screws that attache the side rails to the bracket has torn out of the side rails causing everything to come crashing to the ground. I called in wanting to know what the store could do to help me out since a pice of furniture should last more than 3 years. I spoke to a sales manager who dismissed me immediately and wanted to send me to the call center after i had already told him it was out of warranty, then he simply said he cannot sell me the parts with a very rude and condescending attitude, at which point i asked to speak to the GM to which he responded “i am the manager” i again asked him are you the gm? To which he told me no im the sales manager, i again asked to speak to the gm he coughed up and attitude and put me in hold, when he came back he said he was busy and hed have to call me back, i tried to get hum to take my number to which he was again rude, he told me i was the one who was being rude and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from ashley and have never been treated so poorly

My wife and I stopped in look for a dining table to fit our small Park Model in Deer Creek. Cordell was extremely helpful.but we couldn’t find what we were looking for as our odd shape of our window bay. We had a custom bench seating done by a friend of mine. So anyway as we were looking around we stumbled upon the best loveseat recliner I’ve ever seen. We had one at home that was left by the previous owners. We didn’t like the color or the fact it was not our plus not enough bells and whistles. I told Cordell that if I came back I would only ask for him. I called him a day or so ago to let him know I was coming back in. Cordell called me back from my phone call I said I will be in when you’re working again. I came I bought. Arrives next Thursday. 😊

It was easy to see the options they had and we picked a couple to look at. Our sales rep Cordell was fantastic and very kind! We will be coming back for our couches! If you come to the one in davenport ask for him! It was raining and he came out and helped us get the kids out of the car and helped us load them back up when we were done! We really appreciate Andrea the Store manager she is very nice and treated us very good (Gracias 🙏🏽) overall I do recommend this particular store, we spend the day in City furniture and rooms to go. City furniture was ok but didn't have most of the items and expected us us to wait a month or more for bed and stuff like that. Rooms To Go we walked half the store maybe a good 1hr or so before anyone even acknowledged we were there trying to shop, sales person kinda just asked if we need it any help and showed us 1 sofa and left, not really the treatment you want to receive when you're about to purchase 10K + in furniture. Overall Eli and Andrea thank you for an excellent treatment your focus was not only to sell what ever and make numbers it was really about letting us breathe and and giving us Ideas and feedback.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I walked into the store to buy a vanity I had seen online, and what I experienced was beyond disappointing. The workers profiled me and my friend in the most blatant way, treating us like we were out of place and unwelcome. Instead of offering any assistance, they made it clear they had already judged us, assuming we weren’t ‘buyers’ based solely on our appearance. It was infuriating and humiliating to be dismissed like that. Their rudeness was unacceptable and left us feeling like we didn't deserve to be there. No one should ever have to endure such profiling and disrespect while simply trying to shop. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this store if you expect to be treated with basic human decency!

Horrible experience I went in thinking that I would be greeted like every other regular customer but instead I was asked for my age when I told the associate my age she didn’t believe me and asked two more times for my age still didn’t believe me, I showed her my ID to get through and get to shopping for a table as soon as I go to the area where tables are the manager Joseph apologized but didn’t have the associate apologize I sincerely felt discriminated and I told him that I was actually there to purchase something and he was defensive and got in my face after I told him that it would be nice to receive an apology from the associate as well and he told me he was deescalating the situation when the situation wasn’t what it had to be he was raising his voice when I was talking to him with no tone and with my inside voice sad to say that I have to be asked for my age to shop there won’t be there again poor customer service never experienced anything like that before.

My couch was delivered ruined, and we immediately reported it upon delivery—and so did the delivery team! A representative called me and stated they would send a tech out a week later to “fix it” instead of just automatically offering to replace it for the price that I paid for it. Also, no apology was offered for the inconvenience. I will be going to the store to talk to the manager personally, as I couldn’t get a hold of anyone when calling. UPDATE: it is now June 2, and I still have not received a replacement for my couch that was delivered damaged on 4/17/25. They sent out a technician to my apartment to assess damages. The technician said it was not repairable and would order a new one. I received a call confirming that it would be replaced between 7-10 business days. We are now over a month in and I have not received my couch, they tried to send a technician OUT AGAIN to assess damages and tell me they would process my replacement order then! When it was already confirmed back in April. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and taking legal action. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I will never purchase another item from Ashley Furniture located in Davenport, Florida. I made a purchase, and the sales agent ordered the incorrect mattress. So after the item was delivered when I laid on the mattress I immediately knew it was not the mattress i ordered because i had purchased 3 mattresses before. I told the delivery man to take it back and was told his job is only to deliver, and i should call Ashley. I went to the store and informed the agent, she apologized. She went to the store leader Angie and explained, then she immediately informed me that she couldn't do an exchange. The sales agent was explaining what happened and she told her to shut up in front of me. I told her she has no manners because she cannot be rude to a staff in front of a customer. Apart from being disrespectful, she was being racist, stereotyped me and started communicating in spanish. I reminded her never to judge a book by the cover. I called Ashley customer service twice and reported the incident. I have the reference number over a month now, and no one has ever reached out to me. I am very disappointed and will never recommend Ashley to another person.

If you need anything, please look and ask for Ana. Wonderful experience. She was amazing and took great care of us. We can’t wait to get our furniture. However the upper managers of the company have been HORRIBLE. My couch was not successfully delivered. The delivery team they sent was having a hard time translating and I bought a very expensive sofa that they crashed into my brand new wall (pics below of the dented metal frame on my arched wall). Now for reference this wall is 52” apart in width- there was SO much space for this to be brought in properly. No apology upon smashing the wall. Then they set it down and before unpacking he said chaise lounge “right” and I said “facing?” Then he shook his head yes as he had very broken English. I said no it’s left facing- he kept repeating right. I then asked can we set it up so I can see? At no point did he show me an iPad with the order stating that it was indeed left facing chaise like I ordered. I asked to call someone but they just gave up and said “we take back!” Then I said “my wall” and they took pictures and left. I have had to now jump through hoops- still have no couch due to poor communication on Ashley’s delivery service, and a damaged wall thanks to the carelessness of the delivery service. I have yet to be called back after responding to the very unprofessional email of we will give you a $100 for the wall…this is ludicrous. Also my couch will take 2 weeks to come back to me even though it’s in stock and in Tampa which is 2 hrs away. NEVER pay for delivery service. This is my 2nd and LAST bad experience with Ashley’s delivery team. I can’t believe they still hire whatever third party company and it’s sad that the manager team can’t get the higher up managerial team and departments to right this problem. I am doing all the leg work for their mistake! The couch was high quality but I may never order from Ashley again after all this.

The staff at Ashley Furniture in Davenport were all very friendly. Brayn helped us originally when finding a good fabric that would meet our needs. We ordered from the store. Our docking of stars comes from the unorganized manor of the warehouse. Deliveries should not be scheduled or given a time until the warehouse has put eyes on every piece within the order. We had 2 cancellations for delivery - the second 11 hours after confirming a time for the next day - by the warehouse and delivery schedule team. And no explanation was given. Had the store and Andrea not been so helpful, we probably would have canceled the order. If that can get fixed, the whole operation would be much smoother.

I get the commission part but let people shop comfortably!! I felt so uncomfortable and was so mad at this point. I was trying to have another person help but when he noticed that another worker was talking to me about what I was looking for he comes and is standing a few feet away, I didn’t make eye contact because I knew he was just starring & hearing the whole conversation. Once the guy who I was speaking to asked if I was greeted at the door I said yes, and pointed to the guy who made this experience uncomfortable, unfortunately he ended up taking care of me. I felt like he would reply back in a passive aggressive way. Please Ashley furniture in Davenport, please advise your workers to not make customers feel uncomfortable by literally watching their every move inside the store. LET US SHOP COMFORTABLY and most likely we will help boost your commission up. This location will not be getting any profit from me.

Overall, our experience with Ashley was very good, no problems and we are looking to purchase additional furniture.... My wife and I went to the store with some furniture in mind. We found what we were looking for and Don, one of the sales associates helped us. Don was very knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations and helped us get the shipping and dates that we need. Overall, we enjoyed a good visit with a good associate and we recommend Ashley Furniture store....

I would not buy from this store or company. Terrible experience with a warranty claim. They denied my claim several times stating "terms & conditions", saying I could not remove a tag that stated "can only be removed by the customer". After a detailed email to them showing their dishonesty, they relented and provided a replacement. Instead of this retailer, find somewhere that provides great service, values your business and has a reputation for honesty; somewhere where they return your phone calls !

If I could put zero starts I would. Let me start out by saying this review is not a reflection of the store itself or the sales people. They were great in fact, Andrea went above and beyond to try to help me with exchanging a faulty sofa I received however her hands are tied in what she can do. I purchased a sofa recently and it was delivered on 9/3/24. As soon as the delivery guys left I noticed that there was a HUGE gap on the right side of the sofa, where the back rest meets the seat. Also, the headrest on the right stuck up noticeably higher than the other two. I immediately called the Ashley store and I was told to email pictures of the issue which I did. A furniture technician was sent to my home on 9/5/24. He told me that the issue was that it was manufactured incorrectly. He said that the sofa was not bolted in correctly and that it was in his exact words “not fixable”. He assured me that he would put that in his report and he told me that Ashley furniture would replace this faulty sofa with another. I received an email later that day from Ashley stating that they would NOT exchange the sofa because it was up to manufacturing standards. I went into the Ashley store and Andrea intervened on my behalf and reached out to them letting them know that I wasn’t happy. They sent another technician to my home on 9/7/24. This one told me that it was a stuffing issue, that the sofa wasn’t stuffed correctly. I told this second technician what the first technician told me, about it being bolted incorrectly, and that they would replace it. While the second technician was here he made a phone call to someone and I heard him tell the person over the phone “This isn’t right. If the first technician promised her an exchange, we should exchange the sofa” He left and later that day I received an email from Ashley stating once again that they weren’t going to do anything about it because it was up to manufacturers standards. I went back into the Ashley store and Andrea reached out again to Ashley on my behalf. A technician was sent to my house today 9/14/24 to put stuffing into the arm. He agreed that the issue is not stuffing but told me he has to follow his orders which is to stuff the arm. He tried his best but it still doesn’t look right. I have included pictures of the gap and also the side of the sofa that is correct. I even included a picture of the correct side and the incorrect side (side by side) so you can see the difference. You would have to be blind not to see the issue. I have been extremely patient and have been working with them to get my sofa exchanged. At this point, I want my money back. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience. I went to Ashley furniture in the first place because I thought it was a great reputable company. I never expected this level of awful customer care. Ashley furniture should have exchanged my sofa immediately, not put me through the ringer with THREE different technicians coming to my house and all telling me different things. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN and I will most definitely tell all all my family and friends not to as well. The sofa I ordered from the showroom looks NOTHING like what was delivered to my house. If this is their “manufacturing standards” then those standards are extremely low. Save your hard earned money people and shop for your furniture at your local mom and pop furniture stores where they actually care if the customer is happy. Save yourself the hassle that I have gone through over the past two weeks. I am responding to the comment left by Ashley furniture below: my issue HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. As I stated above, the last technician added stuffing to improve the look as best he could but agreed with me that the sofa was not put together correctly. Once again, my issue has not been resolved. I am still in possession of the faulty sofa with no financial reimbursement. I would highly appreciate a refund as I DID NOT receive what I paid for. I do not think that is unreasonable, do you?

Make sure to read the fine print and review the receipts before signing.They definitely don’t explain or clarify the policies. Was sold a warranty but they made it seem as if it came with the purchase of the item. Not additional. But that wasn’t even the main issue. They reword what they are trying to sell you. They draw you a picture of how it’s suppose to look which can be misleading when it’s facing an opposite direction or angle. Unsatisfied and they don’t offer exchanges.

The salesman sold me an extended warranty for my couch. Said EVERYTHING was covered for 5 years. Spills, rips, structural etc. Just after one year there’s a rip in the fabric under the cushion (probably from rubbing against the rough wood). Well the warranty company said no that’s not covered. Ashley said it was. Now neither will pay for it. Ashley now says just pay out of pocket for warranty company to fix it. But they won’t refund the amount I paid for the warranty to cover the cost. They now won’t respond to emails. Horrible customer service. Couch is in great condition except for the ripped fabric under the cushion. I’m at a loss. Nothing we did to the couch would have caused this but a poor construction of the couch.

Recently visited this location a few weeks ago to take advantage of a memorial day sale. although the fine print may have made the sale less impressive, we were still very happy with sales associate Ashley (ironically) Escalett who spent about four hours with us exploring the store, comparing colors and materials, changing our minds, and eventually settling on quality dining room and living room sets. unfortunately, one of the four hours was due to computer glitches that prevented us from finalizing the purchase, so we had to return the next day to try again, which worked out well. it was not the fault of the store, but it would have been nice for management to throw us something more than just a throw pillow for the inconvenience, but i guess companies don't work that way anymore. still, no regrets on the overall experience - mainly thanks to the sales person. if you visit, ask for her.

I'm extremely frustrated!! We have spent thousands at ashley furniture, and everything in our house is Ashley, and after our couch of 1.5 years, we are never buying from Ashley again. We ordered a sectional with insurance for about $3k. After 1.5 years, we noticed the couch was sagging down. Lift up the cushion and notice a large rip in the fabric. After multiple days of talking to insurance and Ashley, nobody is going to cover it. The sectionals have no springs or any support holding up the fabric. Even had the contractor from Ashley come out and tell me about the horrible quality these couches are! Plus, there is no point in fixing it because it will just rip in the next year or so anyway. I just feel taken advantage of because when we were given the insurance pamphlet, we were told that we would be covered with our current issue, but we were never given the full list of exclusions. The rip is covered according to the insurance, but because there is a hole, they won't fix it, BUT I can pay the insurance company to fix it. Haha, what a scam. UPDATE: Still no response from Ashley Furniture, and it's been a week. I went ahead and submitted a claim to the BBB.
