(Translated by Google) DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY! EVERYTHING IS AWFUL! I am an Ashley Furniture customer and I love the store. I was fascinated until I was the one who received something defective. Since I have purchased several things for my home, I went to Ashley to buy a dining room. When the dining room arrived, the color was TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I SAW IN THE STORE. The wood of the dining room I received is horrible, pale, dull, with black spots. Thank God I had taken a photo so I could make a comparison. Upon receiving the dining room, I automatically filed a complaint, and they sent me an inspector. I showed him the image I took of the store's dining room, and the inspector, named ALFREDO M. (as stated in the report), confirmed it and told me, "You're right, it's not the same color, and I can see the defects you mentioned." With a negative attitude, he said, "I see it as difficult to exchange. We'll have to open several boxes in the warehouse to see what matches up." To which I replied, "Well, we should open the necessary ones because I didn't pay $1,200 for something that's totally different from what I saw in the store." When I received the inspector's final response, they denied me the exchange. I contacted customer service. A guy named Fernando took my case very nicely. He tried to help me. I sent him images, they asked for more images, and again they denied me the exchange. I call again and a girl answers, but I don't remember her name. (NOTE: I've already called before and I gave them my address for the security question, the same address where the delivery is made, and I had no problems.) When I give her the address, it doesn't match the one she has, which is completely understandable because it's for security reasons. I mention several addresses, and she tells me it's one of those, but I haven't given it in full yet? !!? I say, "Love, then how can you help me because I need assistance? Is there any other way?" And the girl completely refuses to tell me "NO," if you don't give me the address, no one can help you. Of course, being frustrated with the situation, this pushed me even further to my limit. I contacted another person again. I didn't have the delivery address on file, but I did have one of the addresses I had previously mentioned to the girl, who practically denied me service. This very kind guy tried to help me, but they still refused to change it. Which I explain for the tenth time: I don't want a refund, just a replacement of the dining room, period. I mentioned the inspector to this person, and they said, "That happens a lot. Sometimes they go to customers who tell them they're right to avoid some kind of conflict, and when they report it to the store, they tell them the exact opposite." I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I spoke with this person, and the situation was explained again, and in the end, they told me there would be no change. The situation is very frustrating because they simply give you a COMPLETE NO, and there's no CUSTOMER SOLUTION. I'm also paying $200 for the warranty, and I ask the supervisor what the warranty is for, and he mentions that it has nothing to do with Ashley, but with the suppliers. I say, "Well, you have to contact them," and he gives me the number. I mention that after dealing with this situation with several people, no one has mentioned it to me. To what he responds here, I see that they notified him in an email, and to what I responded, of course, an email I just received 10 minutes after speaking with you. Anyway, no one had informed me of this before. The supervisor tells me that Ashley only makes changes depending on what the inspector says. So, to what I respond, my change was denied because an inspector told them the dining room is in good condition. SO HAVE MORE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE/INSPECTORS WHO ARE NOT LIARS. WHY DID THAT INSPECTOR NAMED ALFREDO TELL ME TO MY FACE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE DINING ROOM IS IN POOR CONDITION, AND WHEN GIVING HIS REPORT, HE SAYS THE OPPOSITE??????? SO THANKS TO THIS PERSON, I HAVE BEEN DENIED THE CHANGE 3 TIMES. I NEED TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM RIGHT NOW. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! (Original) NO COMPREN EN ASHLEY! PESIMO TODO! Yo soy cliente de Ashley Furniture y me encanta la tienda estaba fascinada, hasta que me toco ser una cliente que recibe algo defectuoso. Como he comprado varias cosas para mi hogar, fui a ashley a comprar un comedor. Cuando llega el comedor el color es TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE A LO QUE VI EN LA TIENDA. La madera del comedor que recibí esta horrible, palido, sin brillo, con manchas negras. Gracias a Dios le habia tomado una foto para poder hacer la comparación. Al recibir el comedor hice automáticamente mi reclamo, me envian un inspector.. Le muestro la imagen que le tome al comedor de la tienda, y el inspector llamado ALFREDO M. (Como dice en el reporte) me lo confirma y me dice tienes razon no es el mismo color y puedo ver los defectos que mencionas, con una actitud negativa me dice “ lo veo difícil el cambio hay que abrir varIas cajas en el warehouse a ver que se asimila” a lo que le reapondo “bueno se deben abrir las necesarias porque yo no pague 1,200 DOLARES, por algo que es totalmente diferente a lo que vi en la tienda”. Cuando me llega la respuesta final del inspector me niegan el cambio. Me contacto con servicio al cliente un chico llamado Fernando toma mi caso bien agradable, trato de ayudarme le envio imagenes, me piden mas imagenes, y nuevamente me niegan el cambio. Me comunico de nuevo me atiende una chica pero no recuerdo el nombre, (OJO: ya me he comunicado anteriormente y les doy mi dirección para la pregunta de seguridad, misma dirección donde se realiza el delivery y no habia tenido problemas) cuando le doy la dirección no hace match con la que ella tiene totalmente entendible porque es por seguridad, le menciono varias direcciones y me dice que es una de esas pero que todavía no la he dicho completa???!!? Le digo amor entonces como me puedes ayudar porque necesito que me asistan, hay alguna otra manera? Y la chica totalmente negada me dice “NO” si no me das la dirección que es nadie te puede ayudar y claro esta al estar frustrada con la situación esto me llevo mas a mi limite. Me comunico de nuevo con otra persona igual no tenia la dirección de delivery on file, pero si una de las direcciones que le habia mencionado a la chica anteriormente que practicamente me nego el servicio. Ese chico muy amable trata de ayudarme y por igual se niegan al cambio. Lo cual explico por décima vez no quiero un refund simplemente que me cambien el comedor y punto. Le comento lo del inspector a esta persona y me dice “ eso pasa mucho, aveces van donde los clientes le dicen que tienen la razon para evitar algun tipo de conflicto y al dar el reporte a la tienda le dicen totalmente lo contrario” Pedi que me transfieran a un supervisor. Hablo con esta persona y de nuevo se explica la situación y al final me dice que no hay cambios. Frustra mucho la situación porque simplemente te dan un NO ROTUNDO no hay ninguna tipo de SOLUCIÓN AL CLIENTE. Yo estoy pagando tambien $200 dolares de garantía y le prwgunto al supervisor que entonces para que sirve la garantía y me menciona que eso no tiene que ver con ashley si no con los suplidores y me dices bueno tienes que comunicarte con ellos y me pasa el numero. Le menciono que porque después de haber lidiado con esta situación con varias personas porque nadie me lo menciono. A lo que el reaponde aqui veo que se lo notificaron en un correo y a lo que le respondí claro un correo que acabo de recibir hace 10 minutos de estar hablando con usted , igual nadie me había informado esto antes. El supervisor me dice que Ashley solamente hacen cambios dependiendo lo que diga el inspector. Pues a lo que le respondo entonces mi cambio fue negado porque un inspector les dijo que el comedor esta en buen estado. ENTONCES TENGAN PERSONAS/ INSPECTORES MAS RESPONSABLES Y QUE NO SEAN MENTIROSOS, POR QUE ESE INSPECTOR LLAMADO ALFREDO ME LO DIJO EN MI CARA Y ME CONFIRMÓ QUE EL COMEDOR ESTA EN MAL ESTADO Y AL DAR SU REPORTE DICE LO CONTRARIO??????? ENTONCES GRACIAS A ESTA PERSONA ME HAN NEGADO EL CAMBIO 3 VECES. NECESITO SOLUCIONAR ESTE PROBLEMA YA MISMO QUE DECEPCIÓN

They are quick to sell you whatever you like but when you cancel your order they are useless. Went in to see the manager he just straight up pulled out some telephone numbers for me to call. Wasn’t helpful in anyway or form. A month out and still haven’t received any info about getting credited back.

Earlier today I called Ashley Furniture in Davenport, Fl. to check their store hours. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Cordell. He was very professional and courteous when we spoke. I told him we would ask for him when we arrived. As soon as we arrived, I located Cordell Primous and he assisted us in locating the perfect pieces for our home. He wasn't pushy at all. Very friendly and professional throughout the entire process!! We would not hesitate to recommend Cordell to anyone who needs assistance in buying furniture at Ashley Furniture in Davenport, Fl. Thank you Cordell for a great furniture buying experience!!

Don’t bother calling- nobody answers the phone… was told my order would take a week- waited 2 weeks before calling corporate because the store phone just rings only to find out that I was misinformed, my order was going to take 2 months. Overall, the furniture is not great material and overpriced from what you could buy online. Not to mention, the staff just sits around the store furniture- not exactly a great look when entering. Overall, displeased and won’t be returning.

Kathy was an amazing sales associate! She helped us find the perfect couch and bedframe. We just moved down here from up north and she made the process of picking out our furniture so easy and even gave us some advice. We will be back for sure to complete our home with other pieces of furniture!
