I will never purchase another item from Ashley Furniture located in Davenport, Florida. I made a purchase, and the sales agent ordered the incorrect mattress. So after the item was delivered when I laid on the mattress I immediately knew it was not the mattress i ordered because i had purchased 3 mattresses before. I told the delivery man to take it back and was told his job is only to deliver, and i should call Ashley. I went to the store and informed the agent, she apologized. She went to the store leader Angie and explained, then she immediately informed me that she couldn't do an exchange. The sales agent was explaining what happened and she told her to shut up in front of me. I told her she has no manners because she cannot be rude to a staff in front of a customer. Apart from being disrespectful, she was being racist, stereotyped me and started communicating in spanish. I reminded her never to judge a book by the cover. I called Ashley customer service twice and reported the incident. I have the reference number over a month now, and no one has ever reached out to me. I am very disappointed and will never recommend Ashley to another person.
If you need anything, please look and ask for Ana. Wonderful experience. She was amazing and took great care of us. We can’t wait to get our furniture. Went to get 2 recliners and left with an entire dining room, living room and kitchen table. Of course we got our 2 recliners too. lol. Also great financing options! Thanks Ana

The service was excellent. The only problem I had was that when I got home I noticed being charged for a 5 year maintenance plan that was never discussed with me. So I ended up cancelling the order because I didn’t like the sales tactic that was used. The sales person would quote me prices as if it was the whole price. At no given moment did he say there was a maintenance plan being added. I believe maintenance is an optional service. So integrity on the sales person was not the best and I don’t do business with dishonest people. Sorry but it was just wrong.

We first visited this location in July 2024, shortly after moving to Florida, just to browse and get a feel for their selection. During that visit, we were warmly welcomed by Anna Perez and her manager, who made a lasting impression with their kindness and professionalism. When we returned a few days ago, ready to make a purchase, we were once again greeted with the same warmth and exceptional service. Anna Perez went above and beyond to assist us, bringing her friendly and joyful personality to every interaction. Ashley spent a 1 1/2 with us showing us 5 different sets of couches. She is absolutely fabulous. She knows her stuff and got us exactly what we needed for our loft. If you know what you want ask for Ashley you won’t be disappointed.

I went into this store wanting to buy a bed, but because the sales person upfront was giving a bad attitude, being rude, and was not helpful at all I decided to spend my money somewhere else where I would be treated with respect.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Similar to the review below this is no reflection of the customer service received by Posner Parks team in store. However the upper managers of the company have been HORRIBLE. My couch was not successfully delivered. The delivery team they sent was having a hard time translating and I bought a very expensive sofa that they crashed into my brand new wall (pics below of the dented metal frame on my arched wall). Now for reference this wall is 52” apart in width- there was SO much space for this to be brought in properly. No apology upon smashing the wall. Then they set it down and before unpacking he said chaise lounge “right” and I said “facing?” Then he shook his head yes as he had very broken English. I said no it’s left facing- he kept repeating right. I then asked can we set it up so I can see? At no point did he show me an iPad with the order stating that it was indeed left facing chaise like I ordered. I asked to call someone but they just gave up and said “we take back!” Then I said “my wall” and they took pictures and left. I have had to now jump through hoops- still have no couch due to poor communication on Ashley’s delivery service, and a damaged wall thanks to the carelessness of the delivery service. I have yet to be called back after responding to the very unprofessional email of we will give you a $100 for the wall…this is ludicrous. Also my couch will take 2 weeks to come back to me even though it’s in stock and in Tampa which is 2 hrs away. NEVER pay for delivery service. This is my 2nd and LAST bad experience with Ashley’s delivery team. I can’t believe they still hire whatever third party company and it’s sad that the manager team can’t get the higher up managerial team and departments to right this problem. I am doing all the leg work for their mistake! The couch was high quality but I may never order from Ashley again after all this.
My salesperson was as nice as she could be. but my order was placed on the 5th of Jan. it was promised to be delivered on the 17th.. it didn't happen and now I've been told the 28. I'm tired of sleeping on the couch.

Bought a sectional from them. We were told we could keep the old broken one b/c it was discontinued. We threw our original ones away and put the old ones our loft. We got the new ones and put those in our family room. Two weeks later they said we needed to return the old broken ones (after we threw the original ones away). They said they need to pick them up or they’ll charge us for it. Now we have an empty loft. The customer service person we spoke with was incredibly RUDE and accused us of “just wanting to keep a free couch”.We explained we threw our original ones away. She didn’t care. Crap service and a load of misinformation. The store and call center need to communicate better.

The staff at Ashley Furniture in Davenport were all very friendly. Brayn helped us originally when finding a good fabric that would meet our needs. We ordered from the store. Our docking of stars comes from the unorganized manor of the warehouse. Deliveries should not be scheduled or given a time until the warehouse has put eyes on every piece within the order. We had 2 cancellations for delivery - the second 11 hours after confirming a time for the next day - by the warehouse and delivery schedule team. And no explanation was given. Had the store and Andrea not been so helpful, we probably would have canceled the order. If that can get fixed, the whole operation would be much smoother.

I went a few months ago to look for a couch and bed set, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by one of the men who worked there. As I walked around the store every time I looked up I would see the guy (Forgot his name, had glasses, I think he was bald, dressed in a sort of cowboy attire). 30 min in, I was trying to control my child by not touching anything & I noticed the guy gave us a look that made me feel uncomfortable and we left, I said I wouldn’t go back again. A few months pass & I give it another try. Walked in, same guy greeted. Tried to avoid him, but again, everywhere I walked to HE WAS THERE WATCHING. I get the commission part but let people shop comfortably!! I felt so uncomfortable and was so mad at this point. I was trying to have another person help but when he noticed that another worker was talking to me about what I was looking for he comes and is standing a few feet away, I didn’t make eye contact because I knew he was just starring & hearing the whole conversation. Once the guy who I was speaking to asked if I was greeted at the door I said yes, and pointed to the guy who made this experience uncomfortable, unfortunately he ended up taking care of me. I felt like he would reply back in a passive aggressive way. Please Ashley furniture in Davenport, please advise your workers to not make customers feel uncomfortable by literally watching their every move inside the store. LET US SHOP COMFORTABLY and most likely we will help boost your commission up. This location will not be getting any profit from me.
Piss poor service damaged couch damaged recliner when received the process to get someone out to repair this issue is a act of congress. I plan to take this items back to the store and let them deal with this issue. Supervisor Joe or Joseph dose not follow up with any issue that I have and Renee our sales person she was just about the sale. But I am going to surprise them for when I return the furniture back to the store. And did I also mention they damaged my door going into the house. Worst store and furniture company to deal with Ashley.

We ordered a table and six chairs, and while the product itself is beautiful, the service was horrible. We paid extra for assembly, only to be told that it covered the table but not the chairs. What kind of nonsense BS service is that? “We’ll assemble the table, but good luck on the chairs.” If we wanted to pay a cheaper price and do the assembly ourselves, we would have gone to IKEA. For a product that wasn’t cheap, Ashley Furniture needs to do better.

I was forced to come into the store to complete my order - and when I walked in the doors, 3 associates are standing and talking waiting to pounce on the incoming person - ANSWER the phone. VERY disappointed with this poor service today - if I remember, Jim is the store manager - I would like to talk with him. I am going to add to my original review. We were missing 4 feet on one of our sectionals. The missing feet were delivered to us promptly within 4 days. The Ashley tech, Brian, came out to the house today and installed the feet. Brian is very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Give Brian a raise to keep him. Overall, our experience with Ashley was very good, no problems and we are looking to purchase additional furniture.... My wife and I went to the store with some furniture in mind. We found what we were looking for and Don, one of the sales associates helped us. Don was very knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations and helped us get the shipping and dates that we need. Overall, we enjoyed a good visit with a good associate and we recommend Ashley Furniture store....
I would not buy from this store or company. Terrible experience with a warranty claim. They denied my claim several times stating "terms & conditions", saying I could not remove a tag that stated "can only be removed by the customer". After a detailed email to them showing their dishonesty, they relented and provided a replacement. Instead of this retailer, find somewhere that provides great service, values your business and has a reputation for honesty; somewhere where they return your phone calls !

Took two days off work for our delivery. First one was rescheduled last minute. Second one, they sent a notice the delivery was 3 stops away then never showed up. The rescheduled date after that the day before, they called to reschedule again. The store had 4-5 sets on the floor! I canceled my order, and got the run around on WHY I was so upset. Ridiculous customer service.

If I could put zero starts I would. Let me start out by saying this review is not a reflection of the store itself or the sales people. They were great in fact, Andrea went above and beyond to try to help me with exchanging a faulty sofa I received however her hands are tied in what she can do. I purchased a sofa recently and it was delivered on 9/3/24. As soon as the delivery guys left I noticed that there was a HUGE gap on the right side of the sofa, where the back rest meets the seat. Also, the headrest on the right stuck up noticeably higher than the other two. I immediately called the Ashley store and I was told to email pictures of the issue which I did. A furniture technician was sent to my home on 9/5/24. He told me that the issue was that it was manufactured incorrectly. He said that the sofa was not bolted in correctly and that it was in his exact words “not fixable”. He assured me that he would put that in his report and he told me that Ashley furniture would replace this faulty sofa with another. I received an email later that day from Ashley stating that they would NOT exchange the sofa because it was up to manufacturing standards. I went into the Ashley store and Andrea intervened on my behalf and reached out to them letting them know that I wasn’t happy. They sent another technician to my home on 9/7/24. This one told me that it was a stuffing issue, that the sofa wasn’t stuffed correctly. I told this second technician what the first technician told me, about it being bolted incorrectly, and that they would replace it. While the second technician was here he made a phone call to someone and I heard him tell the person over the phone “This isn’t right. If the first technician promised her an exchange, we should exchange the sofa” He left and later that day I received an email from Ashley stating once again that they weren’t going to do anything about it because it was up to manufacturers standards. I went back into the Ashley store and Andrea reached out again to Ashley on my behalf. A technician was sent to my house today 9/14/24 to put stuffing into the arm. He agreed that the issue is not stuffing but told me he has to follow his orders which is to stuff the arm. He tried his best but it still doesn’t look right. I have included pictures of the gap and also the side of the sofa that is correct. I even included a picture of the correct side and the incorrect side (side by side) so you can see the difference. You would have to be blind not to see the issue. I have been extremely patient and have been working with them to get my sofa exchanged. At this point, I want my money back. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience. I went to Ashley furniture in the first place because I thought it was a great reputable company. I never expected this level of awful customer care. Ashley furniture should have exchanged my sofa immediately, not put me through the ringer with THREE different technicians coming to my house and all telling me different things. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN and I will most definitely tell all all my family and friends not to as well. The sofa I ordered from the showroom looks NOTHING like what was delivered to my house. If this is their “manufacturing standards” then those standards are extremely low. Save your hard earned money people and shop for your furniture at your local mom and pop furniture stores where they actually care if the customer is happy. Save yourself the hassle that I have gone through over the past two weeks. I am responding to the comment left by Ashley furniture below: my issue HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. As I stated above, the last technician added stuffing to improve the look as best he could but agreed with me that the sofa was not put together correctly. Once again, my issue has not been resolved. I am still in possession of the faulty sofa with no financial reimbursement. I would highly appreciate a refund as I DID NOT receive what I paid for. I do not think that is unreasonable, do you?
Make sure to read the fine print and review the receipts before signing.They definitely don’t explain or clarify the policies. Was sold a warranty but they made it seem as if it came with the purchase of the item. Not additional. But that wasn’t even the main issue. They reword what they are trying to sell you. They draw you a picture of how it’s suppose to look which can be misleading when it’s facing an opposite direction or angle. Unsatisfied and they don’t offer exchanges.

Was in this store about a week ago looking for new living room furniture. Wife found a package that she liked but we continue looking at other locations. Today we decide to go and negotiate a deal on the package. Was greeted by salesperson Maria lords who was very cordial and knowledgeable of furniture. Between Mari and sales manager Joseph zapata, we purchased the package. Let it be said, because of the the employees at this store, we will be spreading the word that this is the place to spend your money!

The salesman sold me an extended warranty for my couch. Said EVERYTHING was covered for 5 years. Spills, rips, structural etc. Just after one year there’s a rip in the fabric under the cushion (probably from rubbing against the rough wood). Well the warranty company said no that’s not covered. Ashley said it was. Now neither will pay for it. Ashley now says just pay out of pocket for warranty company to fix it. But they won’t refund the amount I paid for the warranty to cover the cost. They now won’t respond to emails. Horrible customer service. Couch is in great condition except for the ripped fabric under the cushion. I’m at a loss. Nothing we did to the couch would have caused this but a poor construction of the couch.

Recently visited this location a few weeks ago to take advantage of a memorial day sale. although the fine print may have made the sale less impressive, we were still very happy with sales associate Ashley (ironically) Escalett who spent about four hours with us exploring the store, comparing colors and materials, changing our minds, and eventually settling on quality dining room and living room sets. unfortunately, one of the four hours was due to computer glitches that prevented us from finalizing the purchase, so we had to return the next day to try again, which worked out well. it was not the fault of the store, but it would have been nice for management to throw us something more than just a throw pillow for the inconvenience, but i guess companies don't work that way anymore. still, no regrets on the overall experience - mainly thanks to the sales person. if you visit, ask for her.

I'm extremely frustrated!! We have spent thousands at ashley furniture, and everything in our house is Ashley, and after our couch of 1.5 years, we are never buying from Ashley again. We ordered a sectional with insurance for about $3k. After 1.5 years, we noticed the couch was sagging down. Lift up the cushion and notice a large rip in the fabric. After multiple days of talking to insurance and Ashley, nobody is going to cover it. The sectionals have no springs or any support holding up the fabric. Even had the contractor from Ashley come out and tell me about the horrible quality these couches are! Plus, there is no point in fixing it because it will just rip in the next year or so anyway. I just feel taken advantage of because when we were given the insurance pamphlet, we were told that we would be covered with our current issue, but we were never given the full list of exclusions. The rip is covered according to the insurance, but because there is a hole, they won't fix it, BUT I can pay the insurance company to fix it. Haha, what a scam. UPDATE: Still no response from Ashley Furniture, and it's been a week. I went ahead and submitted a claim to the BBB.

Ive always enjoyed the quality and selection of furniture, but I didn't enjoy being followed around the store by the sales associate. I understand they are trying to make their sales, but I just wanted to look at furniture with my husband and not have my sales associate show up every time I stopped to look at a couch. It took away from the experience and excitement, and honestly left a sour taste in my mouth. My husband and I ended up going somewhere else to buy a couch where we werent followed around and I didn't feel like my privacy was constantly being invaded. That experience really turned me off to shopping at Ashley Furniture.

Our associate, Ashely, helped us choose the best combination set to match our home! My family and I felt comfortable to browse around as we conversed our options. If you want to literally throw your money away go here. We originally purchased a dining set, sofa and loveseat here. We cancelled the dining set next day because it wasn't going to fit. They then rescheduled our delivery TWO TIMES for no reason. When we finally got our furniture we refused the loveseat. That was over a week ago and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Their billing department will ask you the same questions over and over, the store management is rude and Ashley Corporate exercises no accountability over the stores. It's like the Wild West for retail - the stores just do whatever they want. Go to Badcock or Rooms to Go - we had a much better experience there and the furniture is nicer than the "engineered wood" (a.k.a. plastic) Ashley is selling.
Got my furniture with them a couple months ago and went back to look for wall decorations matching my furniture. I got great service but definitely they need more variety or options matching the furniture they sale. Overall is always great when I visit them.

I now regret giving Ashley in Davenport, FL five stars earlier in the year. My wife and I have purchased a number of items this year at different times and enjoyed shopping there …until today. Two weekends ago, we purchased a power recliner for my elderly mother to use. Today, we noticed the exact same chair on sale for $100 off. When we called to ask if they would refund $100 they told us no. I am disappointed and a little bit angry, too, especially after having spent so much money there in recent months. But it’s all good…there are plenty of other furniture store out there.

Well I would like to leave a positive review however…I ordered my furniture on the 1/20 and it’s 2/9 and I still haven’t received it. The original delivery date was supposed to be the 2/6 and it was rescheduled to 2/9 due to “weather delays” from the Midwest. Then it was rescheduled AGAIN to 2/13 and now it’s because “manufacturing shortage”. When I went to complain the customer service line hung up on me. Called again and got them to connect me to the store (which I should have just called in the first place). Spoke with the store manager Joseph and he said he would look into it and give me a call back in 1 1/2 - 2hrs. It was an HOUR PAST the quoted time he asked for and still hadn’t called so I had to drive to the store to speak with him. Then he said because the team that deals with complaints is closed on Sunday and Monday I wouldn’t hear something back until Tuesday. Leaving me to assume he would reach out to me on Tuesday to give me a status update of my complaint. I was in the area so I stopped by on Tuesday and he wasn’t even working. The other manager had to play catch up to see what the full situation was which was annoying because my time was being wasted. AND when I was there, the system was down so they couldn’t even help until the system was back up and running. I was asking for refund for shipping because I selected a PAID date for delivery and it was rescheduled the first time which I thought was just a load of bull. The manager said absolutely not that the stores don’t handle those types of requests but he could give me a $50 gift card to spend there. Absolutely not!!! Never purchasing from Ashley’s furniture again.

We bought a Living Room set about three years ago when we bought our new house. Hard selling point from the sales person was the 5 year warranty that comes with the furniture and it covers a whole slew of things. We got some punctures in one of the cushions and those are supposed to be covered under the warranty. The warranty company denies the claim without even sending anyone out to look at the sofa. When we spoke to some at Ashley we were told, "Well that is another company and we can't do anything about it." REALY?! Your sales people push the "incredible warranty" that doesn't mean crap when you actually try to use it. And this wasn't cheap furniture and they still sell the style. As soon as this place has your money they really do not care one bit about you. Go ANYWHERE else but an Ashley Furniture store. No wonder they have class action lawsuits against them!
The store is large, clean, and has a good selection of interior furniture in current styles. The display models are well laid out with enough space to walk and check each item for comfort and suitability. It's location at the junction of I-4 and Hwy 27 make it convenient to get to. The staff were friendly and professional. Maria was a great help. We would be happy to shop there again.

Recently purchased a couch on the first week of November, was told it’ll be here in 2 weeks, then got pushed back, then just got punched back again. Already sold my couch I had, having a huge Christmas party and nothing to sit on. Called this store to get some help, they said “there’s nothing we can do”, but when I walked in the store these salesman are all over me like I’m the president of the company. After having a pretty bad customer service experience at City Furniture in Plant City, I was pleasantly surprised how great the service was at Ashley’s. The store is not too big, but has pretty good furniture options at affordable prices. They don’t pressure sales and seemed very upfront with what they can and can not do. Sales associate Ashley ( I know, she happens to have the same name as the store :) was very helpful and super nice. She made me feel very comfortable with the choices I made and explained delivery process and timeframes upfront. Ashley made my store experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Bought a reclining sofa less than a year ago. The recliner feature broke and we reached out to the warranty group. They said since it was less than a year old, we had to go through the store. Reached out to the store and described the issue. They said we would hear something back within 72 hours. A week later after several calls and emails, the problem was "escalated" to someone to be resolved. We now have an appointment in another week to get the furniture fixed. They can't get to us any sooner, but they kindly offered to arrive at an even later date to resolve. Very disappointed, will not shop here again.

So my mother and I were on the hunt for a very specific material we searched the whole show room and no one came to ask us if we needed help… maybe we didn’t look like we had money… anyways Renee came over and saw us looking for someone to help, she asked us kindly if anyone had been over to assist us yet and we said no. She continued to listen to what we needed and was very honest about everything she helped me get financed and explained everything well. We were going to leave because of a color option that was not available but Renee stole our hearts. When we got to the store, nobody greeted us and came over to help us which was odd. We really liked a dresser and 2 night stands to go along with our bed for our brand new home. Finally a lady came over to assist us. Her attitude was very nonchalant as if she was doing us a favor when we’re the ones that are paying her commission. And then she tried to tell us that the dresser actually cost more than what the sticker price said which was absurd. She had to go and confirm with someone and then came back and said that it was okay for us to pay the sticker price. There was no way we were going to pay more than what the sticker price was. At this point we were pretty annoyed but lucky for her, we really wanted the dresser set because it went perfectly with the aesthetic of our bed and the room. So we purchased the dresser and 2 night stands. We scheduled the delivery date a month later on Oct 14th. Come delivery date, we find out that they can only deliver the dresser and one night stand, because they ran out night stands in their warehouse. They had a whole month to get our furniture together and couldn’t even deliver everything on time. So we had to wait an additional 5 more days for the last night stand to come in. Overall, the experience of the purchase to the delivery process was terrible, but we do love the furniture. But we probably will not be going back to this location anytime soon for our furniture needs.

Bought a bedroom furniture set, had it delivered and built. Took a seat on the mattress and boom! I sank deep into the bed frame. They clearly set up the bed frame incorrectly. Called to get a refund but apparently they refuse to give a refund unless the furniture is damaged. Makes zero sense. Customer service refused to transfer me to a manager then they hung up. Terrible experience here. Update: I've called customer service and they are sending a technician in 10 days to try and fix the issue even though all I want is a refund. So for 10 days I'm expecting to sleep somewhere else other than my room because of THEIR mistake, and they refuse to give a refund. Absolutely unacceptable, my back and.neck hurt from trying to sleep on that frame. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

Their in-house delivery service damaged an irreplaceable Henredon sideboard when delivering furniture. They set a plug-in air freshener on it that removed the finish. After extensive documentation and empty promises they have yet to make this right.

Daniel Delvalle and manager Omar Ortiz-Diaz were extremely helpful and nice... after having a very negative experience at the lakeland store that morning and walking out because the manager there was rude . I later called the Davenport location and spoke with Daniel about my issues and he got with the manager looked up my order and was able to process it and actually get me everything I needed that the other location never even told me about. This location has amazing deals and the sales associate that helped me was Brian, he was absolutely spectacular! He literally helped every step of the way, I had quite a few questions in regards to color scheme and style and he was just very helpful throughout the whole process! It’s very hard to find nice, knowledgeable customer service individuals these days so this experience literally made my day. Brian definitely needs to be recognized for his hard work and generosity!
Kathy was the sales rep we worked with. Very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. We ended up with a house full of furniture I know we will enjoy for years to come. Not sure we would have bought so much with another sales rep.

I thought this was a cool store with good style. Bought some artwork, but it didn't fit my decor. I was told over the phone that I can return the pieces for store credit. When I drove out of my way with the pieces, they did not honor their word and told me all sales were final, no exceptions. You would think they would value the business and relationship of a 5br vacation homeowner over $120 artwork, but instead they chose to waste my time and burn bridges. I left my useless pieces there and exited the store. I was hoping to be a regular customer for decor for my rental home, but now I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go back.

But for some reason found a way to talk to my wife and inform her that they are commission based for whatever reason.and that we basically wasted his time since we was just looking This was completely unprofessional and I would never return to this location. When I moved into the area and needed furniture, my first visit at the store was great. Delvin was my sales associate at that time, and I was able to get what I needed efficiently. He was very pleasant and informative, and I had a great experience. I am writing this review because of my recent trip there. Jose was my greeter and sales associate and he was great! However, when I visited, I was not planning on purchasing furniture but rather some decor. When I found what I needed, I asked the closest sales associate to check out and they asked me "who greeted you at the door?" because they did not want to check out a few pillows. This casual interaction let me understand that they were based on commission. My sales associate needed help overriding a coupon I earned from my last purchase, and it took a moment for another associate, I believe who was named Moe, to come by and help. I did not mind the wait and understood they were busy, but I noticed that there were other associates lounging around. Although this recent experience was slightly unpleasant, I did appreciate the professionalism of those who assisted me.
I am just suprised how they wanted me to put 10 percent down for my purchase. We bought 3000 dollars worth of stuff and they only gave us 0 percent for 1 year. I will say the Daytona beach store is much better with there advertising and deals. I have been getting emails sent to me for the last 2 years to buy something. KATHY is thee name I want you all to remember! KATHY should be promoted right after this post and demote Andrea immediately. I ONLY SHOP WITH KATHY!!! REASONS: Kathy is well-versed in the product line, she is pleasant, efficient, attentive, and understanding of the assignment. She helps to get you the bang for your buck. I was super excited to see her there when I arrived today to spend over 9k on yet another trip to the store. With that being said, there is no way KATHY should still be in sales, although she is great at it. KATHY should be TRAINING or the MANAGER. Every time I texted her, called her, or came in with any issue, she NEVER told me No, and she ALWAYS worked to tell me yes or provided a happy medium. And when she couldn’t say yes, she sent me to upper management as she advocated for me. (Note: these were minor delivery issues along with credits for inconveniences). Yesterday, I experienced ANDREA, the current manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Before I could explain my issue regarding a $308.86 credit, ANDREA was saying “no”. We went back and forth until I requested to speak to the General Manager, ABDUL, whom she said would tell me the same thing: “The previous General Manager Steven’s credit of $425.86 minus the lamp leaving me with a credit of $308.86 no longer existed”. I asked her to break it down how my money disappeared, and she said she would need hours to track the money. However, once I asked for the GM, Miraculously she had a printed account sheet with markings on it. I simply told her that when I come back and provide the proof, I have a $308.86 credit I would like an apology. ANDREA said she would not be giving it to me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased some very nice bedroom furniture. regrettably arrived with a broken part. Contacted customer service and sent photos ete. etc Was informed I would her within 48 hours 1 month later I still have not had a response and yesterday was the 6th time I have contacted them. I did receive a response to my last review, asking me to contact them. Not sure why as still no response I advise one to look at customer service reviews before making a purchase. Great shopping experience, I met with Levander upon walking in to the store and he showed me a few different pieces. I had already picked out the recliner online that I wanted and he showed me the display piece and seemed knowledgeable about the product.

Awful experience nothing ever gets solved or fixed. Salesperson will tell you not to send back damaged furniture contact her personally she'll handle. My section sofa was dirty and my house wall got dirty and my new house door damaged in the process of delivery. Plus ETA (estimated time of arrival) is not accurate. I was not able to receive my product on time or with an accurate date it would be in stock after purchased. Almost a three month wait. To be straight forward and make this short. Worse experience hands down after being a loyal shopper of Ashley’s nationwide for almost 20 years I furnished my first apt walking into a Ashley’s at 18 and even furnished my entire home here recently this isn’t a little money that we are talking to furnish this house was almost 25,000..January I go into the store located in Posner Park Mall and pic out what I felt was a very nice office desk with book shelf and chair told one thing and wasn’t communicated that part of this set is on back order I was willing to wait because this was for a rental property of mine… month turned to another month now we are talking 5 months and still no eta so I politely asked for a refund the lady at the front who issued this refund stated that the sales associate no longer works there after stating my frustrations.. The sad part is these stores are showing product that they have no idea of time on I only imagine a young couple first house waiting 4-6 months for there dream furniture if it’s out of stock pull it from your display. They never once offered me a display model which 3 stores locally have the complete set which is ridiculous.
1- here in this location all the representatives from customer services and sales are trash nobody care and they don’t have just a little bit of customer service skills. 2- we bought the most expensive mattress on the store with a protector and some pillows almost 5k bill and just on shipping charged $450 whattttt??? They have twice now delivered our furniture to our new address that we do not live at yet, weeks before our delivery date! We called and they offered to change the date and are now delivering 3 weeks before the new changed date. We accept things go wrong like delivering the incorrect colour but it’s how a company and its employees deal with the customer to rectify the problem is how companies are judged. Going back to the store on the same day as the incorrect delivery was fruitless and the customer service agent in store took all the information but couldn’t do anything themselves and although they said they would get it sorted the following day, it appears they were not proactive as we heard nothing! Ringing the customer service number provided and waiting 1hr in a queue listening to how great beds are produced I finally had another customer service agent answer the line but he also couldn’t assist as it appeared the incorrect furniture had not been scanned back into the warehouse! He did however get in touch with the store and the initial salesman phoned to apologise for the mistake and he would process the correct order and ring us immediately back with a new delivery date. We heard nothing, 2 hours later we rang customer service again and they said they would contact the store. The salesman finally rang to confirm the re delivery for 4 days time. A lifetime if you’ve already disposed of your old furniture as Ashley no longer take it away due to COVID restrictions! Overall very unsatisfactory with the customer having to be proactive and keep chasing to get the situation rectified in a timely manner.
The store was nice and had a variety of furniture. Manny, who assisted us, was great. We really felt that he cared for us and not just a sale. Note: We have not received our furniture yet (just purchased today) so can not speak on the delivery aspect.
We were greeted at the door and shown the areas we f the store we asked for. Check out was quick and easy. Delivery was right when they said. The gentlemen were friendly, accommodating, and professional. This was our first experience with Ashley. We were impressed.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ashley's. Sergio, the gentleman that helped us, was more than patient as we made multiple trips over a couple months trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. Even after we made our purchase and had an issue with delivery, he stepped in and made sure we got the replacement piece we needed in time for our big reveal. We won't go anywhere else and recommend everyone to Ashley's and especially Sergio.
Store had a great selection of everything furniture related. Sales reps weren't pushy or anything. Kathy helped us with our purchases and was helpful and patient with me and my wifes discussions (loudly) about couch sizes lol.

Returned to the store to buy 2 small mattresses after being you the store several days prior. Prior we looked at several rooms of furniture but was told everything we looked at was 6-8 months for delivery. Left the store and bought elsewhere with shorter delivery times. Today Renee met us and she was much more accommodating. Ended up spending over $1000 and delivery time is expected 4-12 weeks. Can cancel if we choose.. She was great

It’s been almost 6 months and I’m still waiting on all my furniture that they keep calling or emailing to tell me reschedule because it’s on back order now today I expected half my delivery another email saying they don’t even manufacture the items I should reschedule again and the sofa would be coming dec 30 bet they would tell me to reschedule again customer services said I should go to the store and re pick something or work it out with the manager no thank you and never again

Its been 3 weeks and still waiting for help with my order. We spent 10k in that store and no one will help. They make promises they don't keep. I have called and emailed Corporate my case number. The store passed me around for days. Once you pay you are done. They do not care. Me and my mom, and my sister have cut and canceled our Ashley cards. We will never ever buy from here again. Customer service is horrible and so are most if the people in the stores..rude and they make you feel like your bothering them and your not important once you pay.
I went to the Davenport store to purchase a entertainment center,to be told I had to assembly it myself, but the other one by the same company comes assembled. What type of mess is that. When you buy furniture you expect to have it assembled upon delivery. SHAME ON YOU ASHLEY, large sell lost.
I do not shop for furniture often and when I do I think about it for a while because I dislike the "pounce" effect one experiences in every furniture store, car dealership, etc. Although Ashley's Furniture sales people are required to do this, it's quick and once you tell them you're browsing and will look for assistance when needed, they leave to browse to your heart's content. That was my experience yesterday in the Davenport store. Madeline was very helpful and answered all my questions, processed our purchase and provided us with contact information should we need anything else. Overall a very nice experience, their furniture is of good quality and nicely priced. Will be going back for other pieces of furniture in the near future.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Kathy showed us around, answered our questions, and even let us see a piece we were interested in that they had in the break room! Our only disappointment was the availability of some items. We fell in love with a dining room set and then found out it might take 4 to 6 months to get it. Yikes. Still, it's not their fault right now. We got ourselves a coffee table, storage bench, and a pair of love seats for a good price. I would recommend this location to friends
Horrible Experience incompetence to the max. My sale guy was nice until the table that we order wont be in warehouse till April 2022 which we figured out when they delivered the chairs.They don't have anything available, but they are still showcasing item with the excuse of show room. We went several times to figuring out what happened nothing they can do then stay by door for new customers meanwhile we were in the middle of the conversation like we are nobody to them at this point. They have no product knowledge I witnessed them selling table knowing that they were not available. First and last time with this store I would rather spend my hard earned money somewhere else

I had done my research and knew what beds I wanted to purchase. I had the prices, free shipping etc. I had to educate the staff on what was available and spent way too much time while they figured it out. Then they refused to apply my “move in” coupon they had sent me in the mail. Should have stuck to doing it myself online

DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Customer service is the absolute worst. First, you can't get through on the phone unless you are on hold forever. If you try to email them it will take a week for them to respond to offer you a discount and then not respond when you decline. If you want to return anything, you are out of luck, because they have a 72 hour window, so you won't make it trying to get ahold of them. I am out $600 on a dining table that I don't like and can't return after a few days. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Ashley, our salesperson, was awesome! She was very nice and was very patient with us while we decided what we were going to end up buying. I highly recommend her to any customer who decides to shop at your store.
We walked in and wanted to look around. The host was not wearing a mask when I believe for our area it is mandated masks inside all buildings. Then as we were looking at a couch or two and immediately started asking about running our credit to see what options were available. This is 5 minutes into looking at the store and we had not even decided if we would buy anything. We did not buy anything. We walked out a few minutes later.

I would give a zero but that isn’t an option. Website states they want customers to be 100% satisfied but this location doesn’t even attempt to do this. Sales person knew I had concerns about the size and states I could return or exchange if it didn’t work. When it was delivered I instantly knew it was too big. Tried to exchange furniture but was told no exchanges.
I placed an order in May was told it was in backorder so that I would get my order in about 6-8 weeks well didn't get anything decided to message them and was told I would get my order July 18th well I canceled plans I had for that weekend and guess what nothing again... well messaged them again and was told my delivery would be at warehouse August 6th and that I was scheduled for delivery August 10th LMAOOO guess what NOTHING again well messaged them again and now I'm told I'm scheduled for September 3rd!!! That the earliest they can delivery is September 16th umm no thank you decided to cancel order and get my deposit back since I paid them cash apparently I have to wait 30 day's for them to mail me a check! Um no I gave them cash I want my cash back!! So whenever y'all see this review I hope the manager reaches out to me! Either way I will be back tomorrow!!! Y'all are the worst!!!!!
I don’t like the store,I bought my home whole furnitures from the store. After they delivered it, there was a table bench out of stock. The seller said: 7th August or 8th you can receive it, but after l waiting for two weeks, I still haven’t received the bench. We called customer service and they explained that we will contact you tomorrow. The next day we waited for a whole day and did not reply. I drove to their store to cancel the order. the cashier said：the seller were not here.and I let her send message for you tomorrow, but the next day I waited all morning and didn’t receive a reply. I sent another message to the salesperson. I was disappointed in her attitude. If my furniture has not been delivered yet, I will cancel all my orders and never buy again. I will tell my friends not to buy from the store .There is a big difference between the attitude of this store before buying and after buying, which makes people very angry. Don't spend money from the store。
I went in to Ashley Furniture to look at bedroom sets and to check prices. Surprisingly I ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set. My salesperson Kathy was great. She knew all the answers to my questions and was able to save me a great deal of money using the online pricing for my bedroom set(which was 40% off). I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture for your needs and ask for Kathy. The manager Steven was also great!

I must say that just a few days ago, I did not think I would be writing a positive review. There were several problems with the order. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give the store the opportunity to rectify the situation, but I had only three days to cancel it. When I went to the store to cancel, I spoke with the Sales Manager, Mohamad Azzam. Of greatest concern to me in all of the issues was that I have an extremely bad back, and I needed a good mattress as soon a possible. My previous mattress had been picked up, and our other mattress was too soft. Mohammed offered me this. He refunded all charges in question, made more than generous adjustments, and indicated that he would try to speed my order along. But he went one step further. He GAVE me a new mattress at no charge to use until mine arrived, and then to keep. I am confident I would have been in and out of medical offices for another 9 months, as I had been before, had he not offered to do this. He let me pick out the mattress from the selection that he had authority over in making that type of offer, and he had it delivered that afternoon. What a kind and generous thing to do. I should also note that he also told me that if I wanted to look other places to see if I could find the mattress I needed for my back, that he would allow me additional days to do so and then would cancel my order with no penalty. Today I received an e-mail. My new mattress designed to make my back happy will be delivered over a week early. I am confident Mohamad orchestrated this and that the office staff there carried the request for early deliver out flawlessly, as they were exceptional, too. I simply cannot say enough good things about Ashley Furniture Davenport or about Mohamad. This kind of customer service and customer caring is nearly impossible to find today. In fact, as I told Mohamad, he provided the best customer service I have ever had in my life, and I am 68. Please give Ashley Furniture Davenport your business. If, after you order, you find that something is wrong, please wait to write your review and go in personally and explain your situation to Mohamad and his team. I am living proof that they will go far above and beyond what is customary to rectify the problem.
If I could rate this zero stars I honestly would. Ashley's furniture strictly wrote on our order slip that we live on the 4th floor and had us pay an extra fee because it was on the 4th floor, also stated that they can't use the elevator. The delivery drivers were so rude. They said they don't deliver to the 4th floor and only to the 3rd floor. When we explained to them that we had paid an extra fee for a 4th floor delivery they weren't happy. They threatened us because we told them to use the stairs to deliver the rest of our couch. They only delivered half of the couch before slamming trolleys onto our NEW couch that we paid 2k for, started punching the truck and our couch before driving off. They gave us a number to call and they said "it is the last delivery.of the day they are tired." and then hung up. Update: Went to Ashley's furniture this morning and talked to the store manager Stephen and he was able to help us out. Still disappointed that we had terrible service from the delivery company, and that we did not get our couch on time.
Ashley at the store in Posner Park was very helpful. She knew her products and was able to answer all our questions. She was professional. Will buy from her again.

After seeing the online price disappear while in my cart Kathy at the Davenport store was most excellent in matching the online price which had risen from $2559 to $2879 inside of 36 hours. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Nice having an Ashley close to home without the crazy inflated prices of some competitors.
Gotta love a salesman! They make the sale, get the commission and the customer gets screwed. The last week of June, we shopped this store and selected 2 new theater-style recliners to purchase. We asked our salesman if there was any word of them going on sale for the July 4th sales a week later. He said no, so we went ahead and closed the sale. Added to the price of the chairs was premium delivery and a 5 year warranty, raising the end price, even with all his 'great' discounts. We were promised a delivery date of July 16, which truth be told was longer than we really wanted to wait. We checked the holiday sales and found that the chairs were indeed on sale. In order to receive the sale price, we had to return to the store with the credit card to receive the sale price. This credit did post quickly. We excitedly waited for the delivery date and when we didn't hear anything from Ashley, made a phone call to find out what time to expect delivery the next day. SURPRISE! We were never informed that the chairs were not going to be delivered as expected, but were on delay. Ashley's customer service needs some serious attention. At this point, we may consider canceling the order for a full refund if these are now not delivered as promised on another date. Our records indicate that we were notified of this delay, yet no email, voicemail or text message was received. This is our second disappointment with Ashely Furniture. We chalked the first one up to a grumpy sales person and we left without purchasing anything. But this is just very poor customer service as far as we are concerned. We never received any follow-up from our salesman on any of the above. Buyer beware! You don't get what you paid for!

Don't buy from Ashley. I purchased a dinningroom ser from Ana Perez, and she does not know what she is doing. She sent us a different bench, we went to store to talk to her and she ignored us and walked away, when we tried to speak to her. Very unprofessional. A second co worker of hers told us that she had made a mistake fter 3 attempts to deliver us the wrong bench. We asked for refund and they tried to tell us no, but we called corporate and got a full refund.

I recently moved into a new place and needed furniture for almost every room. I was really impressed with the selection and the customer service/ experience provided at the Davenport location. After reading some negative reviews regarding how long it took to receive delivery I was concerned my furniture wouldn’t arrive on time. I made sure to order my items with plenty of time (12 weeks). I checked in with my sales person Delvin every week to make sure everything was on track. Delvin was very patient and reassuring. Unfortunately on move in day a couple of the items that came were incorrect. Wrong dining chairs for the table and wrong box spring for the bed. This left me without a place to sit and eat and resulted in me sleeping on the floor. To their credit Ashley Homestore/ Delvin did everything they could to make it right and I had the correct items delivered for no additional charge the following week. Overall I’m thrilled with the furniture. Everything looks great! The only negative with the experience is the delivery process. I was advised to schedule my delivery sooner than I needed and keep rescheduling until the desired move in date to ensure my furniture was held and available. If you have already paid for furniture you should not have to play games to get your items and worry about it being given to someone else who has a delivery date before yours. I’ve received lots of compliments on my furniture and would definitely recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone. Everyone from the in store sales people to my delivery guys were helpful and professional.

Lots of great furniture
This has been nothing but a headache. I applaud them for delivering the furniture on time but I paid for premium delivery and since I'm 15 to 20 miles away I paid $119.99 for it. The delivery guys were shown a "threshold delivery" on their side. Even the furniture has a threshold delivery label on it(picture attached). Why? I paid for and have a receipt for premium delivery(picture attached). They dropped off my furniture in side and it's been sitting by the stairs all weekend. I'd lift it myself if I could create shadow clones to carry the other side up the stairs, sadly I cannot. I called customer service to see what happened and I was being told that it wasn't a premium delivery. My receipt and payment clearly show premium delivery and yet I had to waste time repeating myself. I scheduled with dispatch a time to set up my furniture on Saturday but they never showed. I called today and hopefully I can get someone out now. It turns out that the sales representative that I bought the furniture with forgot to fix the error on my email so I never received the set up confirmation. It was an honest mistake on his part but I don't see why I didn't get a confirmation text like everything else smh. Furniture has to sit by the stairs for now smh(picture attached) UPDATE: 12:06pm EST No one called back to set up a set up date so I'm calling customer service again. It's really getting exhausting repeating myself about ordering premium delivery. This is the third time calling. Now they're telling me the receipt that the CS representative is pulling up says "threshold delivery". As you can see on my receipt, I was charged for premium.
Consumer beaware this company sells manufactured defected furniture then convinces you to purchase a insurance that covers basically nothing its a scam to get your money. Most things covered dont even happen . Furniture lasts 2 yrs with out showing defect by then policy expires great way to do buisness. Never again will I buy from Ashley Furniture. Not to mention expensive and poor quality.

Walked in past several employees, no one even looked up or said hi. Everyone was on their phones throughout the store and didn't even look up. We walked through the entire store, sat on every couch, walked past all sorts of employees on their phones or talking amongst themselves, made eye contact with a few.. not a single smile, not a single word. Even asked for directions to the bathroom and the employee didn't look up from his phone to answer. There were some employees helping customers but most were idle. This was on a Friday at 5:30pm and there was probably 5 customers in the store to the 15-20 emplyees.. needless to say, we didn't buy anything and walked out past yet more employees playing on their phones at the welcome desk. We won't be back.

Tried calling several times during the course of a week to ask if they had a floor model. No one answered and was redirected to the main customer service line each time. The last call I made, Customer Service tried calling the store directly and was hung up on. As others have stated, awful customer service.
Don’t call and ask for assistance. I’m writing as I’m currently on hold for almost an hour to have a sales person on the line. This a unbelievable. No customer service.
Worst consumer experience I have had in my life. Furniture returned due to missing parts. One month later still waiting for refund. Davenport non-responsive; will not even answer the phone. Corporate ineffective, deferring to store, which again does not respond. Terrible organization, with Davenport being the perfect case study for horrible customer service.
Ask for Manny: he is a great salesperson. We loved how he took a lot of time showing us everything we wanted. Most importantly everything we bought was on stock.

The worst experience of my life with this store, we bought a room set more than 2 months ago and supposedly the day we bought it they delivered it to us in 3 weeks and then without warning they changed it to a month and a half and today they were going to deliver, my Husband confirmed that he was going to see people at home and when my husband called to see how everything was going they told him that they canceled because no one answered the phone and that if they delivered the matres they had already given them to another person, that was before noon , I mean we waited 2 months for this, I NEVER GO BACK TO THAT FURNITURE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!They are a disaster in service, read the reviews before buying there, the service is a disaster!They changed the delivery for their pants for one more month and we have to wait as long as they want to get the money back, and change the date without notifying you, such a bad experience had never happened, think about it before buying over there!!

I went to exchange some vases and it was the worst experience at Ashley in the 16 years my husband and I have been shopping with them. Unlike Ashley from Osceola Pkway who have excellent customer service.
We were greeted a soon as i opened the front door. My sales person listened to me and took me to what i was looking for right away. Found the furniture i was looking for and was done with purchase and setting up delivery in about a whole total of 15 to 20 minutes. If you are looking any type of furniture i would highly recommend Ashley furniture.

I love the showroom which displays so many beautiful options. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The piece of furniture is scheduled for delivery on May 9th so that’s great! I look forward to it’s arrival.
We purchased a patio sofa about a month ago for $1,200. Although we sat on it in the store we did not realize that the seat sagged so much that you can't sit on it for more than 15 minutes without getting back pain. We basically got a wicker frame with cushions that have such poor quality foam that we had to put in a plywood support under the cushions to make it even close to being comfortable. We still have to replace the foam in the cushions. The salesperson was very helpful but that's the only positive part about this experience shopping at Ashley.
Delivery guys bring this score way down. Brought my sofa and loveseat. Left both in the plastic and cardboard. Didn’t offer to put the feet on the bottom of either. Based on their service, I would not purchase from the Davenport store again.

We were just at Ashley’s in Davenport Florida looking for a sofa bed which we found one on our own. Could not get any one to help us and there was plenty of service people there but they were walking around or sitting playing on their phones. I even made comments about about if we can’t get any help we might as well go to another furniture store and yet no one came to us. We weren’t the only ones who was having a hard time getting service. I would never recommend this store to anyone and the sad thing is we had other furniture to buy in the future. Big miss on their part.
Terrible customer service. I spent over $9k on furniture and one piece was delivered damaged. They promised a replacement part for it in 3-5 days if I would accept delivery. I did, and it turns out that was a huge lie. Now they will not exchange or refund the piece. The store gave me a customer service number and said they were the only ones who could help me. The customer service rep said the store could help me if they chose to do so, but they are individually owned and they are choosing not to help. I'm so frustrated - I want the (undamaged) furniture I purchased or a refund. I regret doing business with them.
Jose took excellent care of us. We were able to find a couple beautiful pieces along with some knickknacks to go along with it. Ashley furniture has always provided us with quality furniture and a quality buying experience. This time was no different!

-Worst customer service- They hang up on you if you bother them for your missing furniture. We purchased $5,000 worth of furniture in August of 2020 and we are still waiting on chairs. -They don’t keep their word- I have to keep rescheduling work because of them, constantly changing my delivery date on the last minute. Experiencing a problem with furniture under extended warranty that they refuse to even look at. When trying to call the phone goes into a que for an extended time then finally gets answered by a call center that has no idea how to reach anyone to discuss the problem.
Excellent customer service!!! Alberto went above and beyond! He answered all my questions plus had a great sense of humor. Customer service is absolutely everything and I appreciate the way I was treated at this location. Great job, I’ll be back!

Part 2 - Barbara R.....Yes, the Office Manager Andrea…not knowing, I was providing her with my claim and she interrupts stating that I signed a document where its states the equal or greater value called Tempur-Pedic “Comfort Guarantee Terms” that is was in my paperwork. I asked her what it looks like, because I have all my signed documents and I don’t see that one; I also told her, I don’t recall signing or even been told about this “Comfort Guarantee Terms”. She raised her voice and said Yes, I see it here in your paperwork and the call dropped. I continuously called the so called “corporate numbers” until I was connected to someone called “Lanford” (extension given by him for call back was 0829-don’t try-USELESS). He advised me to go to the store to verify if that document was in my paperwork, because if I signed it; that means I agreed to the terms and to call him back. We returned to the store and was greeted by Renee, whom wanted to immediately take us back to the mattress area however, I told her that I need to verify a document that the Office Manager Andrea rudely indicated over the phone that she had it in front of her signed by me. At that moment, Renee quickly pulled out a copy of that document and stated “no, you didn’t sign it, I showed it to you and verbally told you”. What!! I looked at the document and observed it has an area where the customer must to sign to acknowledge, that it was read and understood! Yes, the Office Manager Andrea LIED! This document was never spoken of, disclosed or provided! Manager of Store (nameless) had a brief discussion with my husband. Tensions arose, yes it did, the GREED WAS OBVIOUS! We left the store promising to tell as many of our friends and family NEVER TO VISIT THIS STORE! Funny part is that all their responses were: Why did I even consider AFHS, did you not read the reviews. UPPPS, I should had known better. This is where I bury AFHS and all their greedy, lying and forever worst customer service experience. This purchase may not work for my Husband and I; but I believe it may help someone else in need as we will do our due diligence in reviewing other stores and mattresses (IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY; MY HEALTH IS PRICESLESS). The worst customer service in the world. Still using old technology for communication.No store manager phone number to address issues. Employees nerds more training. Selling items that they dont have and promising delivery dates with items in backorder. No follow up on orders and no calls to update status. Any Ashley furniture homestore corporate VIP call me. So i can discuss the big issue you have as business. And so called number 1 store in furniture...i dont think so.
Severely under staffed and employees were rude and unhelpful. We walked out without making a purchase.

They have set back our delivery date 4 different times and it’s always a day before the originally agreed scheduled delivery. We have been waiting over a month for our living room set. Poor communication and lack of urgency for customers that have paid for the furniture including the first initial payment on the purchase. If I could lower the rating I would. Do not shop at this location. They are all about inconvenience. Go anywhere else but here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went into Ashley on 11/01/2020. I spoke with a sales associate that I had previously worked with and my husband pulled her aside to help us with a piece of furniture we wanted to purchase. She was looking into it but then handed us off to another salesman and said that it was “his turn”. He said “Well, I greeted them” which I thought was kind of rude but I let it go because the rest of the transaction seemed fine. He gave us discounts and helped us out. I ordered a TV stand with a fireplace that was compatible with that specific TV stand. Our delivery date was scheduled for today, November 25th. I was fine with that because I knew I would have it before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Fast forward, 3 weeks and a few days later, we have a delivery window of 3pm-7pm today which is a little late, but fine. Throughout the day, the time keeps getting later and later. The delivery guys show up at 8:15pm. Keep in mind since 3pm I have been waiting to see when they will show up. So finally, they show up and tell us “The hardware to put the tv stand together is not in the box.” Ok...so you’re telling me I’ve waited over 3 weeks for this delivery, scheduled it specifically on my husband’s day off (he is needed to disconnect our current tv setup and move it as I cannot do it by myself), and now I will not have it the day I needed it? Oh it gets better though! We call Ashley customer service and then they tell us that our salesman actually ordered the completely wrong tv stand. So basically, it’s the salesman’s fault. He added an extra number to the item number of the tv stand. So now, we have no tv stand and the mistake cannot be fixed to my liking or needs. I have no free days to simply sit and wait at home within the next two weeks and I am not about to wait 3 more weeks for something that I needed by Thanksgiving. Now tomorrow is a holiday and I have no one to get in touch with and a card that still has a charge on it for an item that I do not have. Please do yourself and a favor and don’t buy from this furniture store. I will choose another retailer in the future in hopes that I can get the product I need in a timely manner. I will be asking for a refund on this product as well.

Just getting back from this store. In the past 6 months I bought a dining room table and chairs. I also bought a living room set and 2 desk. The sales lady, Renee is who helped me three different times. I received a $50 reward in my email for making these purchases. I decided today I would go buy an accent piece with that reward. I looked at rules, no minimum to use and only had to make the purchase using my Ashley synchrony bank card. The sales rep on the floor that said he would help me, Daniel passed me off to Renee because he was busy with another customer. When she found out that I was using that reward and only buying something for $69 then she became rude. Telling me that I probably couldn’t use that and we needed to walk up front. On the way there we passed Daniel and she looked at him like she was saying oh my god I can’t believe this. We get to front and she talked with manager and he said okay to everything then we turn to leave and she keeps looking back at them with same attitude, like she can’t believe this. We get back to register and now she says, I can’t believe they chop down so many trees for that. I’m still trying to figure out at this point why she is being so rude. I told her last trip there that I would be back for my bedroom furniture. She gave me her cell # and said call to make sure she’s there when I come. Now I will not be going back to that store again. She really embarrassed me. If anyone uses this store, don’t use Renee as your sales rep.

I bought a living room sofa and a dining table set and I call because the couch is too big and I want an exchange because I know they don’t do refund once furniture is delivered. I went in a week ago and order a sectional I was told by sales rep (Danny) that it would be delivered worst case scenario 6 weeks. Called the store today since I hadn't received an update and woman told me that it is scheduled for delivery on December 11th. Thats 12 weeks! They lied to me! If I had known that it was going to be 12 weeks I wouldn't buy it there. Im so upset!! Beware of the dishonesty at this store and if you need something in less 3 months don't go there!!
Sales lady not too polite. She seemed to get disappointed when asked many questions about the products and prices. Prices seemed to be inflated to give you the 25% discount which I believe is the real sale price.
I had the worst experience trying to use a warranty with this store for my bed. Apparently there is a known issue with the Tempur Pedic Foundations according to the Ashley Furniture Techs yet they keep pushing them off on customers. Customer care is a joke and they NEVER pick up or call you back. I left messages for over a month and NOTHING. When you call the store, they tell you to call customer care and that’s there nothing they can do for you. Edit: Amber and the GM from this store came to my rescue. After a horrible experience trying to get things rectified with my box springs, Amber worked with her leadership to correct the problem. Amber is the ONLY person who called me back to help me. She was able to get me new box springs and is scheduling have them delivered in a timely manner. I’m really appreciate her diligence, customer service and efforts. She truly saved my business and relationship with this company.

I visited the Davenport store twice on Labor Day weekend. The second time, I was determined not to leave until I found a dining room set of my dreams! All of my previous attempts at furniture shopping during the week had failed miserably and I was exhausted! Plus, Ashley held a drawing for a $100 gift card and my entry WON! so how could I not stay? My sales-woman, Deb, was very attentive throughout my visit and her knowledge of interior design was put to the test a number of times! The only drawback was learning the buffet for the dining set I had selected was discontinued :( Another set and a mismatched pair were quickly eliminated when Deb turned my attention back to a set I had only previously glanced at. Turns out, the black color of the new set will be a wonderful contrast to the dark brown cabinets in my kitchen and contrast was a concept I had previously considered. The more I think about my new set, the more I'm falling in love with it and I can't wait for it to be delivered! Thanks Deb!! I paid for a desk early last week. I explained I only wanted to order the desk if it would be delivered and set up by Friday’. I was assuredly by the salesperson this would not be a problem. The delivery was late and they had no instructions nor a clue how to assemble. I was then told another team would come Friday evening to assemble. I waited again for help with assembly. The employees again showed up with no instructions nor a clue how to proceed . After they called someone I was told the warehouse would assemble a new one overnight in the warehouse and they would deliver it the next day before noon. I again waited all day and another man showed up hours late (with no assembled desk nor instructions) and again my desk was not completed. He then took the pieces of the desk with him and said someone would reach out to resolve this from the store. The store never called. I had to call them multiple times requesting to speak to a manager. I offered to take any desk available and was told that they could no longer get me a desk before Monday when I Was to begin my job. I asked the store manager to just refund my money for the purchase and delivery. It’s now Tuesday and I still have received no communication back from Ashley. I have not received a refund for the desk as they said corporate would need to approve it, this company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any furniture store I’ve ever used. Not only did they not fulfill my order but have not refunded my money so that I could purchase one elsewhere!!!
It was a good experience shopping for a bedroom set. That I would and appreciate for years to come. Can't wait to get my bed so I can get a good night's rest. Personal are great and not pushy.

I am having the worse experience of my life with this company, I purchased a bed on 05/28/20 and as today I have not be able to have my assembled, I have had delivered the wrong missing parts on 4 different occasions and have had many technicians and been on the phone at least twice a week since 5/31/20 until today and the issue is not solved and they don’t even want to give me my money back, I feel played and frustrated this is very wrong to play with the customer like this, nobody gives me a solution
They dont return phone calls ! We had a damaged delivery, which we paid $120 for. They have not returned our calls , which means we paid for damaged furniture. The sales person advised us to pay for the delivery and set up , just incase something was wrong with the furniture , and Ashley would take care of it immediately. We paid and definitely was addressed immediately, this was not addressed at all! During these times people are spending their more than hard earned money and i feel that Ashley furniture shows no appreciation for their customers ! Beware on spending with companies that have regard for your hard earned money!
This store and company do NOT stand behind their products. We’ve had our furniture less than 6 months and the kitchen table is turning colors. We’ve asked to have it replaced, then sent a “repair” out who dumped chemicals all over the table, rubbed it for a few minutes and left. I’ve called the store, corporate, warranty and get no where. Renei is a great sales person. She help me to pick my couch and do all the process. I wait a month for my delivery and when the day came. They never call me and when i call the store the person that pickup the phone was very rude and told me because i never pickup the phone they change my delivery for the other month. I ask why and that was the only reason she told me. I asked to return my money. And she was like ok !! She never give me any option. So yes i am going back to take my money. Worst experience ever. The persons on the store are great but the delivery is super worst.

If I were you I would not buy from Ashley's furniture store!!! They are quick to take your money in store just to have broken furniture delivered and then being told they cant and will not help you to get any issues resolved. I have a dresser that was delivered broken 3 weeks ago. The store keeps telling me there's nothing they can do..customer care will not return any phones calls. Tech comes out just to tell you they cant fix it and you need to wait another 2 weeks for parts on a Brand new dresser you paid a brand new price for. They store manager is unavailable unless you come in the store during covid 19???? And put your life at risk just to speak to him. This is the worse experience.

I bought a living room set here and Renei who I worked with was great and very helpful. The reason for 3 stars is that this store ignores phone calls. I didn’t have room to take everything the day I purchased it, so I had to come back and get my couch the next day, but was told to call ahead so they can move it to the back. Called 3 times with no answer waiting 20- 45 minutes on the phone each time. I decided to just go to the store, once I arrived, they weren’t busy at all. I went to the customer service desk and asked if their phones were down and they shrugged it off and said no. Happy with my furniture set, but it would be nice if people actually picked up the phone. If you’re trying to call, don’t even bother, they won’t answer.
Try answering the phone for once. Going elsewhere to buy my bedroom and livingroom set now.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ashley's Furniture store this past February and purchase my son's bedroom set. Takria was my sales person and you could not have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond the call of duty to get the initial price I was quoted and followed up every step of the way. Her customer service was second to none. She also explained about the interest free financing as well as delivery options. The staff at the financing desk were also extremely helpful as well. When delivery date came everything was perfect. If you should ever need any furniture I would highly recommend Ashley's over anyone else. Their stress free shopping experience was a pleasure and Takria was the best sales associate ever! Looking for furniture for our new house, we walked into Ashley Furniture and Renee greeted us at the front desk. She was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. (She was also extremely understanding of our two toddler daughters who were with us, who we thought were rambunctious, but Renee kept reassuring us they were fine!) She was even the first to hear that our offer was accepted on our new house, as we were looking at furniture when we received word! However, at no time was she pushy and she let us move at our pace. We kept her informed of our situation and she was happily there for us when we needed her. We pretty much bought all of the furniture for our new house at Ashley Furniture, but if we need more, Renee will be the first we call!

Worst customer service ever. Once you get the delivery there is no returning or changing anything. You have 0 options what so ever, they’re good for taking money but that’s pretty much it. I went to get a couch and a Tv Stand and told them the size of my tv I liked a table and asked if my tv would fit and they said yes. Get everything delivered and the table it smaller than the tv, called customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do no exchange no returns nothing. Why bother having a call center. My husband and I went into the store and everyone there was so happy to help us out but the delivery young men were horrible. We were delivered tv stand with a fireplace which the guys rushed in and sat down without putting the fire place in or even giving me a minute to look over. I asked the delivery guy how to turn it on and he said he did not know.We paid them to put it together and here they just literly took off. I ran out side asking for paper on fire place and they pulled it out of back off truck which was in box. After they left I noticed the handles on the doors were missing and opened to see no shelves plus the side of the stand was glued back together because the wood was broken. I paid for a new piece of furniture with all the pieces and not damaged. I called the store and we were told we had to wait for someone to come to our house before they could take it back. Finally yesterday they came and did not want to take back. What kind of business is this? Never been with such horrible service in my whole life. Look out people.

If your looking for new furniture and happen to go to Ashley Home store in Davenport see Chelie. She extremely helpful on what our needs where. Plus what I have seen Ashleys showrooms are staged fantastic. I went to other furniture stores and 1 was a upscale one wasn't pleased. Thank you again Chelie!

Purchased a mattress at this location a couple years ago. Customer service was terrible at the time. Delivery took longer than expected. We didn't get the mattress protector that was supposed to be delivered with the mattress. Now, this $2000 mattress is so uncomfortable my husband and I sleep on the couch. It's more comfortable than our bed. Terrible.
The staff at Ashley was absolutely wonderful. Nick was very patient and understanding with our children who were over tired and cranky. Nick helped us furnish just about our whole home even staying later than the stores operating hours with the Manager Kishan My husband Arthur and I would love to have him and his ole lady over for dinner!! They got along as if they were old friends laughing and joking while conducting serious business at the same time. Once we finished picking out our pieces it was a very quick scheduling of delivery that worked with our busy schedule and sense of urgency to furnish our brand new empty home. I went in there looking for a living room set and was there for over half an hour before anyone asked me if I needed help!! By that time I was on my way OUT THE DOOR. This is a relatively new store and I expect more from them. They should be ashamed of themselves for such poor service.
I basically furnished my home from this store. I am really disappointed with their warehouse service. Every time I received a delivery, I had refuse items because they were broken, or damaged. They use sub-contractors for deliveries and you don't know who is coming to your house. I do not recommend this furniture place.

Disappointing Delivery! Apparently the local store, corporate headquarters and the delivery location do not know one another. Attempting to call and get delivery when promised is a nightmare! Ashley automated system promised delivery between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM but when we arrived home at 2:00 PM we discovered they had attempted delivery at 12:55 PM! Two phone calls to the store were ignored. No answer, until we attempted a third call. A manager at corporate promised to return our call but naturally did not. No one could help us get redelivery. We had to go through rescheduling delivery for the following Sunday! Be warned! If you buy from Ashley Furniture BE HOME ALL DAY! Do not call for help, you will be disappointed.

Received shipment of two lamps. One damaged. Called store and was told that they would have to “investigate it” and get back to me by the end of the day. It sounded that the person I spoke with never had any experience on how to handle a complaint. Just said we have to investigate it. I then called and left a message with the salesman who sold the lamps to me to call me and have not heard from him. Not impressed

We bought the Watson Console table in the store and the salesperson was Amazing and the service was a WOW ..... we saw the table online and try to go to see in store my hushband go to the store in Osceola Kissimmee and he found it and buy it.... next day we receive a call from the vendor to let them us know when we gonna receive it I personal receive text messages .... wow ... Love It !!!! WOW WOW to Ashley and the salesperson and the service and the deliver guy...Best Experience ever and so quick deliver . We Love our new table is Gorgeous and go perfect in my entryway in our new home....

I ordered a couch and coffee table in early September. The couch was back ordered for some time, but that was fine with us since we were in the middle of a move. The coffee table was in stock at the time, but we assumed the inventory would be set aside and held until our couch would be delivered. However, when the couch was delivered we were told by the drivers that they did not have the coffee table on the truck and that it was back ordered. I was irritated, but I understand things happen and people make mistakes. I called to see when it would be back in stock and when we could have it delivered. I was told that it would be in stock the next day and we could have it delivered a couple of days later. Generally with Ashley Furniture you get a text the night before confirming the delivery window. When I did not receive a text, I called to find out when my item would be delivered. I was given a window. I called later that day to check on the status and was told that they had no record of me having an appointment scheduled. I was frustrated, but again, I understand people can make mistakes. I rescheduled the delivery again for today. Again, I received no text the night before. Again, I called in the morning and I was given a delivery window. Again, I called later in the day to check the status and was told they had no record of my appointment. By this point, I just wanted my money back, since it became clear I was never going to receive my coffee table. However, I was informed that customer care could not process a refund and I would have to contact the store. At first the store told me I would have to drive over to them with my card to process the refund. This was unacceptable to me since I do not live close to the store, and I had already set aside three full days expecting my delivery. I was not going to be further inconvenienced. Finally, after being put on hold several times, the store manager authorized the representative to do the refund over the phone. While waiting for the authorization, the women I was speaking with informed me that my order was still back ordered and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. So after all of that waiting and frustration, there was never a possibility I would get my coffee table. Several of the people I spoke with told me that they generally do set the inventory aside when the rest of the order is back ordered, but they are not sure why that was not done in my case. Although most of the customer service reps were very helpful, I am only giving one star, because this whole experience was ridiculous. The coffee table should have been held until my couch was ready and I should have been informed as soon as the coffee table was back ordered rather than finding from the drivers the day I was supposed to receive it.
Customer service poor. Walked in and the salesman gave me the impression that it was a bother since all I wanted was a recliner. He showed me where the recliners were and when I wanted to ask questions he told me to order it online. I started looking around to see other options and saw sales people relaxing on the furniture on their phones. One even had her leg on the arm of a chair. Very unprofessional. When I was leaving I saw the salesman- his name was Mash telling someone that all I wanted was a recliner. The store at the loop where I purchased my living room and dining room furniture is much more for me. I did find a recliner at a competitor and it cost more but I was treated much better

Once you are done purchasing your furniture at the store they are done with you. My furniture came in damaged and they were zero help. Told me to call customer service. When you call customer service you will be put on hold for over an hour. Very poor customer service. I will never buy furniture here again.

When I found one I liked he was helpful in describing its features and even carried a heavy side chair over so I could compare fabrics. We didn't buy the couch that day. But when we came back, we asked for him. He was friendly and incredibly helpful. The couch is now here, delivered on time, and it's beautiful!

I was having issues making a purchase online and went to the Davenport store to make my purchase. I worked with Cubby and he listened to my needs and made recommendations on what would work best for me. I ended up saving money on the sofa sleeper because of his recommendation. I was very pleased with how easy he made the process and his knowledge of the products. I will definitely be back to use his help in the future!

On 7/14/19 I bought a new bedroom set (headboard, footboard, rails, large dresser, and two nightstands - all for about $2k) from this Ashley Furniture Davenport location. It was delivered one week later. I upgraded to the supreme delivery service (whatever they call it, for $200 they will bring everything in, assemble, and arrange it in the room). The delivery men were awful. They hardly said two words to me the whole time and they left my front door open for an hour straight; no matter how many times I got up to shut it they would find another reason to go back out and leave it standing wide open (even after everything was carried inside!). They never made any attempt to be polite or civil. That's fine though, I just sat on the couch and kept out of their way. After about an hour, they were done assembling and started taking boxes outside to break down and put in the dumpster. During this time I go in to my bedroom to check how everything turned out. The first thing I notice is that the furniture doesn't fit in the room the way they set it up. That's my fault for not measuring, but the guy could have said something like, "hey if we put the bed and nightstands on this wall, then your bathroom door won't open - is that ok?", to which I would have said "nah that's not gonna work let's do it on the other wall". That obviously didn't happen so I've had to move things around by myself. Besides that, there were several small dings and imperfections in the furniture, which is disappointing but probably something I would have to live with no matter where it came from. Even worse, the nightstands both wobble and are uneven, and the drawers on the dresser don't slide out easily like they did in the showroom (they don't even seem to push in all the way; it's like the tracks are not installed properly). I was waiting for the delivery men to come back inside so I could point this stuff out but I never got the chance. While I was inside inspecting the furniture and waiting for them, they finished breaking down the boxes (and left a huge amount of garbage and debris in the yard that I had to go clean up) and then got in their truck and left. They never said they were leaving, never had me sign for anything (I'm 100% certain they are supposed to, so they must have faked my signature, which sounds absurd even to me), didn't ask if I was okay with everything, nothing. Not that it matters, but as unhappy as I was, I still had money out to tip them and couldn't even do that. The guy even left his open box cutter on my floor along with tons of trash (small pieces that they didn't want to be bothered with picking up). When I got a follow up call about the delivery an hour later I conveyed all this to the customer service rep. She then scheduled me for a technician to come out FOUR WEEKS LATER to check the drawers and nightstands. As of today 7/28/19, I'm still waiting to be able to use my $2,000 furniture (what's the point in putting everything in the dresser if I'll just have to take it out again so they can fix the drawers?) and will have to deal with another Ashley Furniture representative coming in to my home and probably treating me like I am an inconvenience to them. I'm really disappointed in the whole experience and wish I would have spent a little more money and bought everything at a nicer store where I might be treated with respect.
Very disappointing on the service and the miss information. I spent over $13,000 in this store. Not only are they happy to take my money but they make it appoint to add all the insurance on your furniture, but when you need them to come and fix something that they messed up in the first place no one knows who/how to have someone come and fix it. After spending $13,000 cash I went back bought additional furniture. Was told by the sales representative mash I could have it returned if I was not happy with my order. I get home after working all night and see the stools at my counter are too high. So high you hit your knees on my counter top. I call and the first thing I get told is once we deliver WE DO NOT RETURN!!!!! After speaking with a manger and the sales rep mash I was told there was nothing that can be done, and that they can not have anyone come to my home to pick up the merchandise, and so my husband and I decided to tell them how about we drive to Tampa and bring them to your warehouse and pick up the right size stools?, and of course that was the best in the world right????!? I THINK NOT after a long night at work my husband goes to return/exchange and brings them home.10am Tuesday. which I was happy with because at least now I have stools that fit.. . THIS IS THE BEST PART I get a call from Ashley’s dispatcher at 5pm that the truck is outside of my house to pick up the merchandise they said could not be picked up once it was delivered!! Very disappointing I would not recommend anyone to this store location. I also recommend doing research before you purchase from them. This also happened to my mother where she purchased a piece of furniture. Got the text message they will deliver and time frame they will arrive. Guess what they never showed up. Happened to be the store sales representative lost her paper work. Smh. This store needs to have a store meeting and get all of the workers to understand the importance of their jobs when it comes to customer service and misleading clients. I love Ashely’s furniture I alway’s have after this I will never step foot in another Ashley’s. THANK YOU FOR LEAVING A BAD TASTE!!! NEVER AGAIN.
This was my first and last Ashley Homestore experience! Yes the instore experience was amazing but after that you can forget about it. Out of the 6 items we bought we had issues with 2. Paying such a premium price there shouldn't be any issues to start with, but we are going on 4 weeks of waiting for a "technician" to come out before they can do anything! One of the items is probably a simple fix, but the other has a piece broken off and should have been replaced IMMEDIATELY upon notification!!!! We've talked to "customer care" 1 time each week and it's always at least an hour wait just to get someone on the phone. I'm also starting to wonder if there is even a store manager here as we have gone back twice to talk to someone and they never seem to be there. Also, their products are made in Vietnam, not the USA. Long story short... If you expect customer service I would shop elsewhere.

Ashley Furniture experience was horrible. Delivered damage furniture. They tell me they will replace it. It take 2 weeks for another delivery day. I Wait all day and no one shows. Not a phone calll or anything. When I go to hell I'll them Ashley Furniture sent me damm them.
Was really excited to go furniture shopping, and pretty thrilled with how the furniture looked. That’s about the only good thing Ashley has to offer. We ordered a a desk set and picked it up with no issue. We then ordered a bedroom set and the sales man ordered the wrong color. Once it was delivered, and we realized it was the wrong color, I called immediately and was told I would get a call back. 3 hours later, still no call back. I took it upon myself to go up to the store I bought it from and the salesman was trying to dodge me. Finally was able to get down to brass tax, and the correct night stands we’re back ordered a month and the bed was going to be dropped off 2 weeks later, even though on the initial purchase of the bed set, they could get it out the very next day. I have tried to get them to pick up the old set at least, and they couldn’t even do that for a week and a half. This was handled completely unprofessional, and I will not shop at this store or chain again.
I had such a wonderful experience with Debbie L. She was exactly who I needed to see without even knowing it. She made my order super simple, she was very upfront, and just accommodating in all ways she could. The store is well kept and all the other associates were very friendly. Check out the Awesome Party Time sofa, they told me, IT'S NOT available on line because its so new, and they claim I get an awesome bargain price of $3700 for two pieces. I walked out the store because I told them my budget was $2500 and they told me I can NOT do it for that price. I found on line for only $2700 for THREE PIECE, Sofa, Love seat, AND Recliner AND warranty included, FREE Shipping too. !!!

Bought our entire living room set from this location. Our salesperson, “Cubbie,” is one of THE nicest and most caring people we’ve ever dealt with. Delivery was quick except for one table that is on backorder and will be delivered in a couple weeks....all of the salespeople in this location are nice....and helpful to not only the customers, but also to each other. The delivery was awesome, with updated texts sent frequently as to the arrival time and the delivery guys were GREAT! Thank you to everyone, but especially to Cubbie!!!

I ordered a dining room table they have tried 3 times to deliver this table to me and all 3 deliveries have failed as follows 1st delivery - table was broken 2nd delivery - table came with wrong screws 3rd delivery - after being told that due to problems with my previous deliveries this order will get VIP treatment the table came with only 2 legs!!! It has been 4 weeks since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for my table
Ordered a platform bed from Ashley Homestore. What was delivered was the correct frame, but for a box spring not a platform. The deliverers didn't speak any English so they did not even understand the problem. I had to drive to the store we purchased the bed from and the manager took pretty good care of us and ordered a bunkyboard to convert the frame for us for free. It did take another 4 days to show up, but the problem is now fixed. Good prices, good products, the manager had good customer service, but the rest of the staff lacked behind.

The staff is super friendly in store especially the girls in finance, however, I purchased an entire bed set (frame headboard footboard nightstands and even an Ashley brand memory foam king mattress) and was told several times I would not need a box spring as this was (supposed to be) a platform bed. I verified twice with James (our sales agent) and even asked about the platforms under the memory foam mattresses on display and he assured me I wouldn’t need it. Issue 1: the delivery date was a full week after purchase. 2: timeframe was 2-8pm and they arrived at 830pm with no previous notice of being late. 3: after bed assembly, the delivery guy asked if I had a boxspring! No! I was told I wouldn’t need one! “Oh, ok! They probably just forgot to add the slats, no problem, just sign here and call them in the morning and they'll bring you the slats!” 4: the call led to be informed that I should NOT have signed but instead refused the product, slats had to be picked up from a warehouse two hours away from my home. this entire ordeal has been a huge disappointment and the bed still isn’t right and I’m just so upset about having paid so much thinking I was getting amazing quality and customer service when it’s all just another sale to them.

I went there to purchase some furniture for my new home out Fl. I picked dining set, my bedroom set my daughter picked out her bed. Also picked sofa.delivery was crucial as I was traveling to NY in couple days. Salesman took forever to get order written up. Mind u as u enter store everywhere they have signs that state 25% off & an additional 10% more. There was no discount ,they brought my daughter wrong bed knowing that her bed was not in stock he sent a much cheaper delivery was 12:00 midnight.This place sucks. Oh by the way he tried to apologize 4 sending wrong bed he knew he didn’t have the correct bed in stock but he rather be conniving n sent a different bed. Just to get out $. Very unprofessional in this establishment.

I bought a bedroom suite in Oct 2018 - the delivery men assembled the queen bed and base. Only afterward I saw that both night stands were damaged : DISAPPOINTED that something like that would be delivered and I have to PAY for it! Then, when moving two months later I discovered that the base was missing 3 support legs. I reported this on 28 Feb 2019 and was promised that they would be delivered within 3 weeks. It is now 5 weeks - NO DELIVERY yet and struggling to get hold of a customer care agent to help me . Will NEVER, if I can buy ANYTHING from this company again !!!!
Our sales person Debbie Lutes has helped us before and when we finally got to settle on the property after hurricane Irma we came back to Debbie to replace our furniture that was damaged. She took excellent care of us.

We got the exact same bedroom suite furniture at the Kissimmee location for over 1,200 dollars less. The manager at the Davenport location told us multiple times that we could not get a better deal anywhere else and at one point told my husband he was wrong & was very defensive & rude. They quoted us $4,600 for a set we purchased at the Kissimmee location for $3,300. Do not go to this location. Take your business elsewhere.

Don’t buy in this store anymore , I spend a lot of money , they did the delivery and they forgot all the living room pieces, when I went to see the dinning room table it was all scratched because of the drill they use to build it , one of the dinning table chair was broken . I call the store the girl that answer the phone was screaming at me so mad telling me is not her fall because is the delivery guys not her , this is crazy and then the store people they don’t help you . I call costumer service they don’t want to exchange the table. Please don’t go to this store they only wants to take the money and they don’t help you . If I could give this store ZERO stars I would! On the 17th of February we went in looking to purchase living room furniture. The moment we stepped in we were greeted as per usual but then contacted what felt like every 5 minutes after. I won’t use names but the woman that ended up being our salesperson hounded is throughout our entire time in the store. Every time we sat on a couch she would approach us. Once we picked one out we wanted to find a coffee table, mind you we had our kids with us which makes it all that more difficult and she wasn’t helping by making suggestions she would simply ask every time we looked at something oh you like that? Let me pull that up for you. We were so rushed. In the end we got our couch and coffee table scheduled for delivery 10 days later for Wednesday the 27th. Fast forward to delivery day and the couch arrives totally destroyed. I took pictures and I was told I would be contacted by someone from the store or a customer service rep for a reschedule. 2 days later and nothing so I messaged our salesperson directly because she said we could if we had any questions or concerns. Instead of being apologetic or empathetic she just plainly replied with we can reschedule for March 16th or 17th. 2 weeks?! I had to wait another 2 weeks! I held my tongue and rescheduled. My husband on the other hand was very upset with how everything was being handled and decided to go to the Osceola location to cancel the reschedule and get a different set entirely. Wow what a world of a difference over there. They were absolutely amazing and they helped us even though the Davenport location did the most shady thing! Knowing we were canceling our order they charged it out anyways which they aren’t suppose to do until the items are delivered. So now the funds couldn’t be refunded and the Osceola location had to eat the difference so we weren’t charged for the couch we weren’t getting anymore. On top of all this our original salesperson LIED that the couch we had originally chosen was being discontinued and that if we didn’t purchase it that day there was no guarantee that we would be able to get it. I hope management sees this review and makes the necessary changes in the way they run their store because they are running it like crooks.

It was delivered on Friday morning at 11am, by two very pleasant men, who fitted it all upstairs in a matter of minutes. The price and quality of the item are excellent. Delivery was smooth but I noticed that when I placed my queen mattress on top of the queen foundation the bed was too high. The delivery guys had just left so I was unable to contact them. I called the store and they which is located in Posner park and they basically said that I was screwed. So I called customer services and they basically said the same thing, I must contact the purchasing store and speak with the manager. I called back to speak with a manager and he/she was in a meeting that’s lasted 2 hours. REALLY 2 HOURS. Again they basically said I was screwed. I should’ve just stuck with my original plan and shop at RoomsToGo, but since Ashley is closer I decided to shop there. BAD MOVE. I was never told to inspect the furniture that they is no refund. Lesson learned. I’ll take this lost but will never shop at Ashley’s furniture again. Buyer be ware before you sign off on your furniture from Ashley please inspect and refuse before you sign, if not then you’ll fall victim like I did. Sales team should advise buyers of policy. My Family was not at Ashley Home Store. We went to Kay's Jewelers.
We went to this store to get our living room set, Julisa Santos was our sales person, when we got our set, one of the legs on the sofa was broken, the delivery guys told us that the technician had to go and check the sofa and try to fix it (we didn't want him to fix something that is new) and if he can't fix then they would have to give us a new one... We went to the store the next day to do an exchange for a different set, the manager Todd Snow told us it was possible, but anyway he needed the report from the technician and Julisa saved our new set in the computer to do the exchange (it was the same price)... We waited for a week and when the technician came and told us he was unable to fix it we called corporate and they told us to go the next day to the store, and we did, but in the store they said they didn't receive any email from corporate and we had to wait until Monday... So we went on Monday and they told us we had to wait 4 or 5 more days, they were waiting for an email to schedule the delivery and we asked if it was for the new set and Julisa and the lady in the office told us yes!! Now we went to the store (again) and they say they can exchange sofa for sofa instead of the whole set that we were told... So nobody has communication between them, nobody is in the same page, Todd Snow and Julisa Santos promised something and they did nothing at the end... When we asked for help to Julisa her favorite answer was ”I don't know!!” The people has to be better trained and don't just sell for sell... IS BETTER IF YOU GO TO ROOMS TO GO!!

My husband and I moved about a year ago from South Florida and are used to much larger Ashley Furniture showrooms. We have been looking for some items for some rooms in our home and after looking online my husband found what we were looking for at reasonable pricing. We were greeted by Devlin and that was the beginning of the end.. He was so personable, friendly and informative along with his manager Todd that one couch turned into a 4 additional pieces. We have never had such an enjoyable time buying furniture. They made it a fun experience and we look forward to going back.

Robert Melendez with the Davenport store helped make our buying experience truly enjoyable. We shopped with Robert earlier this year, but we were not quite ready to purchase. After shopping around, we realized that we needed to go back to Ashley because we felt so much more at ease, no high pressure sales tactics and no misleading sale pricing. We were preparing to buy a new bed and we wanted to make sure it was perfect since it will be with us for years. Robert took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions with patience and a smile, never once making us feel rushed. I’m giving it 1 star because no stars is not an option. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! NEVER go to Ashley’s in Davenport and Andrea the sales lady was even worse then the store. When I purchased my furniture I was advised that they are 6 weeks out. I called periodically to check on my order and I was advised when I called that everything will be delivered on the schedule date except for one piece. When I called again to make sure everything was in I was advised that another piece would not be available until a few weeks later. So one bedroom set would have to be delivered in 3 different deliveries. I have never experienced anything like this. Nobody called to tell me I just happened to call. When I voiced how I felt about the customer service experience nobody cared and nobody apologized. They offered me a $100 Ashely credit which I have absolutely no use for. When I said I was going to cancel it was no big deal to them but when I was in there spending my money they were very nice to me. The very same day I canceled I went to another furniture store and my furniture will be delivered on Wednesday, 48 hours after I placed the order and all of it will be delivered. The sales person and Andrea was not customer service oriented whatsoever. This has been most unprofessional shopping experience ever out of all my 20 years of buying furniture. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. I did however following up with the bedroom set which makes it so much worse.

We just moved to Florida and needed to furnish our new home. When we arrived at Ashley HomeStore James Southers introduced himself, explained the layout of the store and offered his services. My first thought was oh great this guy is going follow us around the store and be annoying. I could not have been more wrong. He let us roam around on our own and somehow knew when we had questions and would appear out of nowhere to answer them. He was vey hands on in a manner that was very unobtrusive. He was with us the whole way of furnishing our house down to helping me pick out the perfect throw pillow for a bed. If you are ever in need of home furnishing please ask for James Southers. is is the best.

After two weeks waiting for my furnitures I called the store to find out the status of my order. The lady who answered told me about my delivery date and time frame and it was wrong. I asked for the manager because no one notified me even though I gave them two different phone numbers and an email to contact me. The manager never talked to me and told the lady to inform that was a mistake in the system. After all these communications, they " Ashley furniture" did the delivery at the wrong time and date! After two weeks of this review another manager contacted me and gave me the delivery money back :)
Terrible customer service and cheap product that’s extremely marked up. Make sure you look at online prices, in store we spent 2700 and found a four days later the same EXACT furniture for 999.99 and seeing’s we already paid there was nothing they can do. Those sales rep Don’t care about customers needs at all.
STAY AWAY! Edit***** They charged my credit card TWICE! Called and they said it could take a few months to process. And the sketchy part, the charges were made 2 weeks after I made the original purchase. Be cautious with them! Ordered furniture and is having it delivered, had to pay to have it delivered. Upon delivery day, I was given a window of 10:30-2:30pm and it is now over an hour and a half past that window time and they are still not here. Called customer service and they are not open on weekends, I have not received one phone call in regards to my order. I have never shopped with them before and I will NEVER go back! *** They ended up being over 3 hours past the window time and still never called- just showed up.

Experience at the store was pretty good. However, delivery took 2 weeks and the delivery was late and it wasn’t until late at night. ~8pm Super annoying.
BAD EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Stay away from "Robocop" if he's still there. He doesn't mind lying to make a buck. We thought we were buying one head board but got another in a size that we specifically stated we did not want. We told the delivery men that they brought the wrong piece and they said to call the store. We spoke with management and they said that we should have denied delivery. The sides have gaint stains, probably from storage and the expensive mattress looks like a truck ran over it.

Mash and Stephen were the best! I purchased A bedroom suit and new mattress to replace the one I had from hurricane damage and these two gentlemen were awesome. The process of buying was fast and painless. They took good care of me and offered discounts to help bring the price within my budget. They were both very pleasant and very dignified. No pressures whatever! I would highly recommend dealing with these two gentlemen again. And I will be back for future purchases.
The experience of the store was fine. However, we purchased two complete bed sets, both of which we got delivered. Upon delivery, one was already broken. We promptly returned it and got a new one. The other bed however was fine when it came in, but not 6 months later the bed frame collapsed. The bed was basically being held together by staples. While the furniture does look nice, it is very very poorly made and is definitely not worth the price.
Although this store has a beautiful selection of furniture, we will not be back. We went to look for some new furniture and walked all around the store and not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed help. We stuck around for about 20 minutes. The store was not busy and there were at least three times as many employees as customers and yet no one bothered to help. Such a shame.
Great shopping experience sales associate Mash gave us his undivided attention and with Edison following up as well to make sure we where getting everything we needed and were promised. Mash and Edison were a great team and I will keep bringing my business back to Ashley and will recommend family and friends.

I just left the store . I was here yesterday I came looking for a bed . Pay for the mattress ,box spring and the frame because according to the salesman it was on special because it still had the Black Friday discount . He said to came and pick it up during the day . I came back at 4:00 pm and showed my receipt and now tell me that the frame is not included that I have to buy the frame ... What a bad experience I told them to give me my money back. While at Ashley furniture I was helped by Mashud, even though I did not make a purchase he was very attentive and professional. He answered many of our questions and showed us a wide variety of furniture pieces that may have interested us. We ultimately did not make a purchase because of the fact that we did not feel like the furniture was modern enough for our taste, but Ashley's quality is going to always be top notch as Mashud has demonstrated. I would definitely recommend Mashud to anyone who is interested in buying new furniture for their home.

What an awesome experience from walking in to walk out the door! Ashley has been a homerun hit every time I've visited. If you get Robocop (salesman Rob Melendez) you will be in for a sales extravaganza! Smiles and jokes the whole time! The best part was that he listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. Robocop helped me compare the items I chose so i could make the best decision for my needs, fashion and budget! I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Edison, and he was very quick and helpful with my situation. The camaraderie in this store is beyond belief between the greeters to the financial/office staff to the sales personnel and managers. Great store! I went to this store in Posner Park Davenport, FL in August 2017. I came in the store and wasn't acknowledged for over and hour. It was busy to be fair. However, I walked past sales reps and they didn't even look my way. James was the first guy I dealt with showed me around the brought me to Yorima. She threw discounts my way if I bought certain products which was great. The problem really began when delivery got delayed because of the Hurricane. Understandable. It got pushed for over week. Delivery comes in and mirror comes in damaged, bed has a noticeable mark on the headboard and the mattress foundation is incorrect. Yorima (manager) tells me about bed foundation is correct according to sku on the computer and it's the warehouse's fault. Ok I wanted the 5 inch low profile tempurpedic foundation and I received a bunk board BTW. Second try was on Friday 9/22/17. The delivery people bring me the same exact incorrect one again. The driver tells me to talk to salespeople to change order on their end because I'll keep getting the same one with that sku. I called Ashley Furniture again and left a message for Yorima to call me both Friday and Saturday. I even called the warehouse and they said they will make it right. I get no call back from Yorima though. (Disgraceful). I receive an email from her on Monday. Not even a call back. Saying the same thing, they will make it right. Today, 9/28/17 for the third time, yes that's right, the same incorrect foundation. I called several times from 5:30pm til 8:30pm and no one answered. I had to drive up there to their store to speak with the manager. I completely changed the foundation type to see if they get it right on the 4th try. With whatever bs kohl's like savings I got, I lost in revenue from taking off work for these deliveries. This is the worst $12,000+ I've ever spent anywhere. DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. THIS PLACE HAS THE MOST DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. GOOD SERVICE DOESN'T COME CHEAP AND CHEAP SERVICE DOESN'T COME GOOD. SMFH

This is our third purchase from him and this location. The store manager, Mr. Flores, also helped us for a second time by helping us meet our preset budget but getting us the product we wanted. 1st of all their products are amazing. Their sales are a extra bonus. I bought a 14 PIECE bedroom set for only $999 which includes the mattress! I have looked around in a lot of place and never seen something that can top that. The whole staff were wonderful to me. I greatly and deeply recommend this store to everyone. Manager Edison treated me so well when I spoke with him about something I was confuse about he was able to explain their policies how things worked and everything. I'm a 1st time buyer, love that they took their time with me. Please please please go down to this store. You would not regret it.

Hey everyone! Please very careful to shopping at Ashley in Davenport FL, I think that furniture store is to make you happy! Any time you have something new at home, makes the entire house beautiful right! With diferente and positive energy, I'm so disappointed, my dream was get my first house, and after years working hard I finally got my first and new house in USA, I decide to shopping all new Furniture, did searches and Ashely at Davenport I went last Saturday 08/26/17, Dan was the selas person, I told him that I need set for entire house 3 and 2/5, first of all the living set with 14 pieces was set up with parte that included 14 pieces right! The dinner set comes with 1 table and 4 chairs right! King set bed and dresser and night stand, quem set the same, I bought $8k furniture huge order, then surprise! The dinner set, come yesterday with only one chair! The order says I bought only one chair!!!! So I'm a costumer and I put the order in computer, so the employee did right! Called yesterday to store some guy answer the phone I explaining that others parts was missing like the dresser king set, living room table, etc etc, I was on the phone for 36 min on hold then of curse I have something to do I work executive jets parts that the costumer is so important to me and I can make mistake but my customer never he is always right! Anyways disconnected the phone call, calling back for 7 times no answers the entire store couldn't answer the phone, so Call the Kissimmee store a lady there so polite talked to me minutes later Rebecca MANAGER Davenport calls and said she can give me discounts for the 3 chairs for dinner set for $100 each, can you believed!!! I said I bought the set for entire house, it's so easy to understand that the employee makes mistake and I need my 3 chairs I will not pay for the employee mistake! The problem is the money at all the problem is how come they took advantages for a costumer, English is not my first language, but I will not let people doing it with my dream to have my house set up! Even if I have send everything back I will it's about trust! If I bay everything SET on the same store is about the trust I don't put orders in computer to sign the huge shopping was about that I TRUST to all my staff was there! VERY CAREFUL!!!!! I had a great experience with my sales person Robert (Robo) I made the biggest mistake when I decided financed s small portion of the sales with acceptance now. The representative MJ told me what my balance was and I had 90 days to pay before interest. I was paying on the account until a gut feelings told me to call the store for the balance. The balance in there system was way more than what I was on my contract. I kept getting the runaround, no one returning my calls ask to speak to someone in there corporate office I was told the person has a personal number they will call me. All road blocks. DO NOT FINANCE With ACCEPTANCE NOW you will double what your furniture cost
Went there today and picked out a bedroom set and two mattresses and a box spring. Amount aprox $1,800. I apply for their long term credit that is heavily advertised as their grand opening and I get approved for $3,000. Why wasn't I surprised when they show me the bill and it's close to the $3,000. So I look the bill over and it's "oh wait, that was cheaper wasn't it". Then they slipped in a 5 year protection plan and $150!!!! for delivery. When I asked them to remove these I was lied to and told you had to do delivery and then they suddenly changed the financing to 1 year. When I argued this they tell me if I do long term then I have to pay full price for everything. I walked out empty handed and I won't be back. Place recently opened so wait for more reviews. #bateandswitched #feelscammed Update: Be aware, most of these positive reviews appear FAKE. I've ran some of them on Review Skeptic and they come back deceptive. Most of the reviewers have only ever reviewed that store and some appear to reside at the store and the constant naming of staff by their full name even is a big RED FLAG.

THEY MADE FURNITURE SHOPPING A PURE NIGHTMARE THAT I'VE RELIVED FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS. EVEN THE FINANCING PROCESS WAS REDICULOUSLY CUMBERSOME. I'VE MADE COUNTLESS VISITS AND PHONE CALLS AND NOT ONCE HAS MANAGEMENT DONE ANYTHING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILY, APOLOGIZE FOR MY EXPERIENCE, NOR EVEN FOLLOW UP TO CONFIRM THAT ISSUES WERE RESOLVED AS EVEN NOW A WEEK AFTER DELIVERY ERRORS PERSIST. BUYER BEWARE, CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS, AND MAKE SURE ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE EXPLAINED. DON'T SHOP TOO LATE AS THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO RUSH YOU OUT OF THE STORE AND IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY WILL EVEN GO SO FAR AS TO PRODUCE FAKE AND INCONSISTENT RECEIPTS THAT STILL WON'T MATCH YOUR FINAL FINACNING PAPERWORK. THEY ARE FRAUDULANT AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE.
we had a great experience with our salesperson Robert "Robocop" Melendez who introduced us to an entire line of great furniture from Ashley. He was smart, witty, kind, and knew every crevasse of the products and beds he sold us. I truly recommend this location and salesman for the best possible experience.
My salesman was Robert Melendez, they call him **Robo Cop** as he is a retired Police Officer. This gentleman clearly knows what the meaning of customer service is as he treats you as if you are family! I highly recommend him and the Ashley store in Davenport!
Absolutely beautiful store. The sales staff is so knowledgeable. The store manager Edison and sales manager Yarima are wonderful people. They took the time to go over my order as well as all the furniture I selected. Ashley furniture is by far one of the best retailers to buy furniture from. The quality of furniture is top-of-the-line in comparison to its competitor. I would highly recommend this location and it's friendly and knowledgeable staff for all of your furniture needs. They have the largest selection of mattresses I've ever seen and can even tell you where the pressure points are on your body when you sleep on your current mattress. Definitely a go to if you need a new mattress.
This store has the most AWFUL customer service & no skills in following up with dissatisfied customer. The store manager, Edison, has absolutely no desire of guest retention and mostly refuses to accept calls. The rest of the management & staff are a true reflection of him and are clueless, unhelpful, completely not concerned with keeping any of the promises they've offered. I would NEVER recommend this store location.
Excellent customer service by Nick! He helped us pair coffee and end tables to the couch we liked. He stayed late for us to be able to come back to complete our sale. He even took measurements of our furniture and emailed it to us to make sure everything is would fit. Wonderful experience all around!
