Ashley, our salesperson, was awesome! She was very nice and was very patient with us while we decided what we were going to end up buying. I highly recommend her to any customer who decides to shop at your store.
The sales team was amazing. They opened early just to make sure we could close the deal. Ana, our sales person, was fantastic. She went above and beyond what we expected and made our purchase experience perfect.
Renee did a really nice job and helped us to choose beds, a bedroom set, a kitchen table and familyroom furniture. She was patient and helped us change our order when we changed our mind on some things.
So many selections. They match the online prices
I went in to Ashley Furniture to look at bedroom sets and to check prices. Surprisingly I ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set. My salesperson Kathy was great. She knew all the answers to my questions and was able to save me a great deal of money using the online pricing for my bedroom set(which was 40% off). I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture for your needs and ask for Kathy. The manager Steven was also great!

Once you order/buy the furniture the help and support goes away
We walked in and wanted to look around. The host was not wearing a mask when I believe for our area it is mandated masks inside all buildings. Then as we were looking at a couch or two and immediately started asking about running our credit to see what options were available. This is 5 minutes into looking at the store and we had not even decided if we would buy anything. We did not buy anything. We walked out a few minutes later.
the absolute worst customer service .... will never go back here. save yourself the headache and go to badcocks or any other furniture store
Ordered a dining room table in June , was scheduled for delivery in August. August came and no one showed. I called the store I purchased from in Davenport , no answer. Spoke to corporate and was told sorry your delivery was pushed back until September. I was fuming on the fact that no one ever called to inform me this . September rolls around and still no furniture. I go to the store this time because no one answers the phone. I was told sorry your shipment is pushed back until November . I then requested a refund and was offered a measly 200 off . When I spent 2100. Never again . !! Stay away from this place
If I had the option to give it a zero I would’ve. Salesman was just pushing us to buy certain items we weren’t looking for, had us in the store for more than two hours going from one end to the other. At the end we ended up getting out items but he continued to delete and add items to our receipt making it very confusing for us. He tried selling us an adjustable frame then removed it then said he would add the mattress with the box springs which he deleted it and we never got it. Not satisfied with the service
After purchasing a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and side table during the memorial day sale, I was told the loveseat could be delivered at the end of June, but it would be about 8 weeks for the rest of it. I told them I definitely needed the partial delivery as soon as possible and was told it wouldn't be a problem. I called towards the end of June when I didn't hear anything about delivery and was told the loveseat was in the warehouse, but they had me scheduled for delivery in July once the sofa came in. I told them I would still like the paypal delivery because I really needed at least the loveseat. I was told they put in a request to the warehouse and I would hear back to schedule it. After still getting no response I called back again and was told the loveseat was not in the warehouse and they had me scheduled for Aug 19th. obviously very frustrated, I asked if it was going to get pushed back again. I was told I would get everything except the coffee table which wouldn't get in until the first week of September. Now today I am once again being pushed off until September 7th and my code table won't be available until October. Why are you selling furniture you don't even actually have or plan to make in a reasonable amount of time? I could have had my children build furniture by hand in the amount of time taken so far. I feel like I have been tricked into buying something that will never actually be produced in the hope I will change my mind and pick something more expensive. Don't fall for it. I will never purchase from this place or this brand again.
I would give a zero but that isn’t an option. Website states they want customers to be 100% satisfied but this location doesn’t even attempt to do this. Sales person knew I had concerns about the size and states I could return or exchange if it didn’t work. When it was delivered I instantly knew it was too big. Tried to exchange furniture but was told no exchanges.
I don’t buy furniture often but I will never buy from you again. Not only did I have to make the phone calls to find out where my reclining sofa was with my over month delay of it being on back order and now my delivery it has now been pushed back even further after confirmation for a delivery date. I have to reschedule my work day again in hopes that I can have my recliner sofa delivered without interruption to my personal business again.
I placed an order in May was told it was in backorder so that I would get my order in about 6-8 weeks well didn't get anything decided to message them and was told I would get my order July 18th well I canceled plans I had for that weekend and guess what nothing again... well messaged them again and was told my delivery would be at warehouse August 6th and that I was scheduled for delivery August 10th LMAOOO guess what NOTHING again well messaged them again and now I'm told I'm scheduled for September 3rd!!! That the earliest they can delivery is September 16th umm no thank you decided to cancel order and get my deposit back since I paid them cash apparently I have to wait 30 day's for them to mail me a check! Um no I gave them cash I want my cash back!! So whenever y'all see this review I hope the manager reaches out to me! Either way I will be back tomorrow!!! Y'all are the worst!!!!!
I don’t like the store,I bought my home whole furnitures from the store. After they delivered it, there was a table bench out of stock. The seller said: 7th August or 8th you can receive it, but after l waiting for two weeks, I still haven’t received the bench. We called customer service and they explained that we will contact you tomorrow. The next day we waited for a whole day and did not reply. I drove to their store to cancel the order. the cashier said：the seller were not here.and I let her send message for you tomorrow, but the next day I waited all morning and didn’t receive a reply. I sent another message to the salesperson. I was disappointed in her attitude. If my furniture has not been delivered yet, I will cancel all my orders and never buy again. I will tell my friends not to buy from the store .There is a big difference between the attitude of this store before buying and after buying, which makes people very angry. Don't spend money from the store。
