Donald Devaul at the store in Davenport is absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable and helped us choose the right furniture for each room in our whole house. The only sad thing is they don’t ship to our location so he won’t get credit. Wish there was a way he could when we do from our area.

SO as a frequent customer at Ashley, I bought several bedroom sets, dining sets, desks, 2 patio sets and a host of nick nacks, I can give an honest review. KATHY is thee name I want you all to remember! KATHY should be promoted right after this post and demote Andrea immediately. I ONLY SHOP WITH KATHY!!! REASONS: Kathy is well-versed in the product line, she is pleasant, efficient, attentive, and understanding of the assignment. She helps to get you the bang for your buck. I was super excited to see her there when I arrived today to spend over 9k on yet another trip to the store. With that being said, there is no way KATHY should still be in sales, although she is great at it. KATHY should be TRAINING or the MANAGER. Every time I texted her, called her, or came in with any issue, she NEVER told me No, and she ALWAYS worked to tell me yes or provided a happy medium. And when she couldn’t say yes, she sent me to upper management as she advocated for me. (Note: these were minor delivery issues along with credits for inconveniences). Yesterday, I experienced ANDREA, the current manager. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Before I could explain my issue regarding a $308.86 credit, ANDREA was saying “no”. We went back and forth until I requested to speak to the General Manager, ABDUL, whom she said would tell me the same thing: “The previous General Manager Steven’s credit of $425.86 minus the lamp leaving me with a credit of $308.86 no longer existed”. I asked her to break it down how my money disappeared, and she said she would need hours to track the money. However, once I asked for the GM, Miraculously she had a printed account sheet with markings on it. I simply told her that when I come back and provide the proof, I have a $308.86 credit I would like an apology. ANDREA said she would not be giving it to me. She has poor customer service at best, and in her eyes, the customer is always wrong. Today, I met with ABDUL, the GM. Within minutes my credit was recognized, and I used my $308.86 toward my $9,000+ purchase. ANDREA almost cost the company $9,000+ but KATHY and ABDUL saved the day! Abdul was shocked this was even an issue. CONCLUSION: PROMOTE KATHY, 1st step GREAT JOB HIRING ABDUL DEMOTE, RETRIAN ANDREA…..KATHY can do the training! I hope this helps for future consumers. Go see Kathy and tell her AUGUST sent you😁

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased some very nice bedroom furniture. regrettably arrived with a broken part. Contacted customer service and sent photos ete. etc Was informed I would her within 48 hours 1 month later I still have not had a response and yesterday was the 6th time I have contacted them. I did receive a response to my last review, asking me to contact them. Not sure why as still no response I advise one to look at customer service reviews before making a purchase. My experience has been extremely poor. I have even agreed to buy another set of furniture, the same for another bedroom, if an agreement of compensation can be made. No response !!!!
