After seeing the online price disappear while in my cart Kathy at the Davenport store was most excellent in matching the online price which had risen from $2559 to $2879 inside of 36 hours. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Nice having an Ashley close to home without the crazy inflated prices of some competitors.

I recently moved into a new place and needed furniture for almost every room. I was really impressed with the selection and the customer service/ experience provided at the Davenport location. After reading some negative reviews regarding how long it took to receive delivery I was concerned my furniture wouldn’t arrive on time. I made sure to order my items with plenty of time (12 weeks). I checked in with my sales person Delvin every week to make sure everything was on track. Delvin was very patient and reassuring. Unfortunately on move in day a couple of the items that came were incorrect. Wrong dining chairs for the table and wrong box spring for the bed. This left me without a place to sit and eat and resulted in me sleeping on the floor. To their credit Ashley Homestore/ Delvin did everything they could to make it right and I had the correct items delivered for no additional charge the following week. Overall I’m thrilled with the furniture. Everything looks great! The only negative with the experience is the delivery process. I was advised to schedule my delivery sooner than I needed and keep rescheduling until the desired move in date to ensure my furniture was held and available. If you have already paid for furniture you should not have to play games to get your items and worry about it being given to someone else who has a delivery date before yours. I’ve received lots of compliments on my furniture and would definitely recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone. Everyone from the in store sales people to my delivery guys were helpful and professional.

If I could rate this zero stars I honestly would. Ashley's furniture strictly wrote on our order slip that we live on the 4th floor and had us pay an extra fee because it was on the 4th floor, also stated that they can't use the elevator. The delivery drivers were so rude. They said they don't deliver to the 4th floor and only to the 3rd floor. When we explained to them that we had paid an extra fee for a 4th floor delivery they weren't happy. They threatened us because we told them to use the stairs to deliver the rest of our couch. They only delivered half of the couch before slamming trolleys onto our NEW couch that we paid 2k for, started punching the truck and our couch before driving off. They gave us a number to call and they said "it is the last delivery.of the day they are tired." and then hung up. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Gotta love a salesman! They make the sale, get the commission and the customer gets screwed. The last week of June, we shopped this store and selected 2 new theater-style recliners to purchase. We asked our salesman if there was any word of them going on sale for the July 4th sales a week later. He said no, so we went ahead and closed the sale. Added to the price of the chairs was premium delivery and a 5 year warranty, raising the end price, even with all his 'great' discounts. We were promised a delivery date of July 16, which truth be told was longer than we really wanted to wait. We checked the holiday sales and found that the chairs were indeed on sale. In order to receive the sale price, we had to return to the store with the credit card to receive the sale price. This credit did post quickly. We excitedly waited for the delivery date and when we didn't hear anything from Ashley, made a phone call to find out what time to expect delivery the next day. SURPRISE! We were never informed that the chairs were not going to be delivered as expected, but were on delay. Ashley's customer service needs some serious attention. At this point, we may consider canceling the order for a full refund if these are now not delivered as promised on another date. Our records indicate that we were notified of this delay, yet no email, voicemail or text message was received. This is our second disappointment with Ashely Furniture. We chalked the first one up to a grumpy sales person and we left without purchasing anything. But this is just very poor customer service as far as we are concerned. We never received any follow-up from our salesman on any of the above. Buyer beware! You don't get what you paid for!
Don't buy from Ashley. I purchased a dinningroom ser from Ana Perez, and she does not know what she is doing. She sent us a different bench, we went to store to talk to her and she ignored us and walked away, when we tried to speak to her. Very unprofessional. A second co worker of hers told us that she had made a mistake fter 3 attempts to deliver us the wrong bench. We asked for refund and they tried to tell us no, but we called corporate and got a full refund.
I will NEVER order from them again! I ordered a king size bed and a nightstand took two weeks to show up and it showed up with a footbed broken in half the delivery guy didn’t speak any language and just took it and left, then we went and looked and the headboard had a huge chunk in it took us almost a week to get someone on the phone about it no one wanted to help me I kept getting transferred to another person and another finally got someone and told them just to come get the bed I want it gone and refund since it had almost been two weeks with no footboard and my mattress just on the floor that was a week ago…just called for an update (since they said they’d call us with one last Friday and never did) and we’re still waiting, they said it take 7-10 business days just to get approved for a return and if we don’t get approved I have literally no idea what to do and if I do it takes 4-6 weeks to get my money back AFTER the 7-1 days for approval so I can’t even go find a different bed for at-least another month $1200 just sitting in pergatory, the prices of furniture to return just sitting at my front door and my mattress on the floor for almost a month now and will for another month after giving them $1200 cash!!! this is insanity! I will never order from them again!!!
Horrible customer service. They promised a delivery date, they couldn’t make it and wanted me to wait another 2 weeks. Rude csrs, long waits, hung up on me. All this for a sofa
Bought better furniture from walmart. Kinda angry cancelled protection plan for chair found out even though I told Ashley furniture employee that I did not want protection plan on table they charged me for it. I cancelled both table and chair GBS protection plan 2/4/2021 (called before January but was not "noted" in file.) So now its 6/1/2021 and I've been on hold 1/2 hour once again. (I do this every 2 weeks) and every 2 weeks I give them my new phone number and address and everytime I call it was not updated. Still have not refunded me for cancelled plans. Never call me back when they say they will. GBS puts it on Ashley and Ashley puts it on GBS and here I am in the middle not able to get it set right. If you deal with either of these companies pray your purchases go smoothly or you'll be in "it's their fault, no its their fault" hell. Update 7/4/21 6 months now still dont have money. I was told by Ashley corporate I would get a check but instead they sent it to the closed Ashley/Synchrony bank card. Now they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back. They don't care about their customers. Worst experience ever!
DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. 6/3/21 I CANCELLED A $658.00 SOFA ORDER. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND DESPITE MANY, MANY, MANY PHONE CALLS AND A LETTER TO ASHLEY FROM MY MASTERCARD...THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS AND KEEP YOU GOING AROUND AND AROUND AND AROUND. THIS CORPORATION IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!
