The Sales Associate, Steve J, was very laid back and had a No Pressure sales approch. At No time did my husband or I feel pressured into making a purchase. We spent several hours there. We did end up purchasing a new King Size bedroom suite and new matress, woth ease. Also, Big Thanks to Steven P! You have an excellent sales Crew and a Beautiful store.

Debbie knows her merchandise. She professionally showed my cousin and I all recliners so that we could make an educated decision. She also quickly found the dressers we wanted. We received the discounts quickly accelerating the sale . Thank you, Debbie!

I ordered a couch and coffee table in early September. The couch was back ordered for some time, but that was fine with us since we were in the middle of a move. The coffee table was in stock at the time, but we assumed the inventory would be set aside and held until our couch would be delivered. However, when the couch was delivered we were told by the drivers that they did not have the coffee table on the truck and that it was back ordered. I was irritated, but I understand things happen and people make mistakes. I called to see when it would be back in stock and when we could have it delivered. I was told that it would be in stock the next day and we could have it delivered a couple of days later. Generally with Ashley Furniture you get a text the night before confirming the delivery window. When I did not receive a text, I called to find out when my item would be delivered. I was given a window. I called later that day to check on the status and was told that they had no record of me having an appointment scheduled. I was frustrated, but again, I understand people can make mistakes. I rescheduled the delivery again for today. Again, I received no text the night before. Again, I called in the morning and I was given a delivery window. Again, I called later in the day to check the status and was told they had no record of my appointment. By this point, I just wanted my money back, since it became clear I was never going to receive my coffee table. However, I was informed that customer care could not process a refund and I would have to contact the store. At first the store told me I would have to drive over to them with my card to process the refund. This was unacceptable to me since I do not live close to the store, and I had already set aside three full days expecting my delivery. I was not going to be further inconvenienced. Finally, after being put on hold several times, the store manager authorized the representative to do the refund over the phone. While waiting for the authorization, the women I was speaking with informed me that my order was still back ordered and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. So after all of that waiting and frustration, there was never a possibility I would get my coffee table. Several of the people I spoke with told me that they generally do set the inventory aside when the rest of the order is back ordered, but they are not sure why that was not done in my case. Although most of the customer service reps were very helpful, I am only giving one star, because this whole experience was ridiculous. The coffee table should have been held until my couch was ready and I should have been informed as soon as the coffee table was back ordered rather than finding from the drivers the day I was supposed to receive it.

Customer service poor. Walked in and the salesman gave me the impression that it was a bother since all I wanted was a recliner. He showed me where the recliners were and when I wanted to ask questions he told me to order it online. I started looking around to see other options and saw sales people relaxing on the furniture on their phones. One even had her leg on the arm of a chair. Very unprofessional. When I was leaving I saw the salesman- his name was Mash telling someone that all I wanted was a recliner. The store at the loop where I purchased my living room and dining room furniture is much more for me. I did find a recliner at a competitor and it cost more but I was treated much better

Once you are done purchasing your furniture at the store they are done with you. My furniture came in damaged and they were zero help. Told me to call customer service. When you call customer service you will be put on hold for over an hour. Very poor customer service. I will never buy furniture here again.

We purchased over $2000 worth of furniture on August 19th. Bed frame, dressers, nightstands, and dining room set. We had everything for the bedroom built and everything looks fine except a scratch on the bed frame. The dining room set on the other hand wasn't even built. They forgot the screws. They explained to us that sometimes it happens because it could've been taped onto another set by accident. Then they tell us that we have to wait for UPS to deliver the screws then call someone to come out and build the table. We called the store upset about it and they refunded us $100 from the $250 we paid in shipping then proceeded to tell us that they would accelerate the process. It's September 8th and we're still here waiting, no word and when we call they just tell us the same thing. That they're unsure what happened and that they'll try doing something. We haven't even received any tracking number or anything for the screws and our dining room table has just been on the floor the entire time. Nor have we received the refund they promised. This is ridiculous.
