Absolutely beautiful store. The sales staff is so knowledgeable. The store manager Edison and sales manager Yarima are wonderful people. They took the time to go over my order as well as all the furniture I selected. Ashley furniture is by far one of the best retailers to buy furniture from. The quality of furniture is top-of-the-line in comparison to its competitor. I would highly recommend this location and it's friendly and knowledgeable staff for all of your furniture needs. They have the largest selection of mattresses I've ever seen and can even tell you where the pressure points are on your body when you sleep on your current mattress. Definitely a go to if you need a new mattress.

Excellent Experience. Went to Ashley Home Store in Posner Park to find a new mattress. Was greeted very warmly by Amy. She helped me weigh all my options from all the choices they have to offer. Helped me pick out what I needed without any high pressure of buying. Walked me through all the financing options available to help make this a smooth transaction. Amy also did follow-up calls prior and after delivery to make sure my experience was the best it could possibly be. Amy was also very personable and assisted with anything she could possible. I would recommend buying a new bed or anything from Ashley Home Store in Posner Park. If you go, go see Amy and tell her that Charles recommended her for your great buying experience.

There was friendly ladies even one man....no problems. We will get new mattress and recliner by this Sunday....we will be back whenever we will need furniture . It is close to our home. We do not have to go to Loop to shop.

1st of all their products are amazing. Their sales are a extra bonus. I bought a 14 PIECE bedroom set for only $999 which includes the mattress! I have looked around in a lot of place and never seen something that can top that. The whole staff were wonderful to me. I greatly and deeply recommend this store to everyone. Manager Edison treated me so well when I spoke with him about something I was confuse about he was able to explain their policies how things worked and everything. I'm a 1st time buyer, love that they took their time with me. Please please please go down to this store. You would not regret it.

This store has the most AWFUL customer service & no skills in following up with dissatisfied customer. The store manager, Edison, has absolutely no desire of guest retention and mostly refuses to accept calls. The rest of the management & staff are a true reflection of him and are clueless, unhelpful, completely not concerned with keeping any of the promises they've offered. I would NEVER recommend this store location.

I had a great experience with my sales person Robert (Robo) I made the biggest mistake when I decided financed s small portion of the sales with acceptance now. The representative MJ told me what my balance was and I had 90 days to pay before interest. I was paying on the account until a gut feelings told me to call the store for the balance. The balance in there system was way more than what I was on my contract. I kept getting the runaround, no one returning my calls ask to speak to someone in there corporate office I was told the person has a personal number they will call me. All road blocks. DO NOT FINANCE With ACCEPTANCE NOW you will double what your furniture cost

Hey everyone! Please very careful to shopping at Ashley in Davenport FL, I think that furniture store is to make you happy! Any time you have something new at home, makes the entire house beautiful right! With diferente and positive energy, I'm so disappointed, my dream was get my first house, and after years working hard I finally got my first and new house in USA, I decide to shopping all new Furniture, did searches and Ashely at Davenport I went last Saturday 08/26/17, Dan was the selas person, I told him that I need set for entire house 3 and 2/5, first of all the living set with 14 pieces was set up with parte that included 14 pieces right! The dinner set comes with 1 table and 4 chairs right! King set bed and dresser and night stand, quem set the same, I bought $8k furniture huge order, then surprise! The dinner set, come yesterday with only one chair! The order says I bought only one chair!!!! So I'm a costumer and I put the order in computer, so the employee did right! Called yesterday to store some guy answer the phone I explaining that others parts was missing like the dresser king set, living room table, etc etc, I was on the phone for 36 min on hold then of curse I have something to do I work executive jets parts that the costumer is so important to me and I can make mistake but my customer never he is always right! Anyways disconnected the phone call, calling back for 7 times no answers the entire store couldn't answer the phone, so Call the Kissimmee store a lady there so polite talked to me minutes later Rebecca MANAGER Davenport calls and said she can give me discounts for the 3 chairs for dinner set for $100 each, can you believed!!! I said I bought the set for entire house, it's so easy to understand that the employee makes mistake and I need my 3 chairs I will not pay for the employee mistake! The problem is the money at all the problem is how come they took advantages for a costumer, English is not my first language, but I will not let people doing it with my dream to have my house set up! Even if I have send everything back I will it's about trust! If I bay everything SET on the same store is about the trust I don't put orders in computer to sign the huge shopping was about that I TRUST to all my staff was there! VERY CAREFUL!!!!! THE PEOPLE AT STORE, Dan and Rebeca are not good people they take advantage for you!!! Telling me to buy others chairs they robbing me as costumer! I will write it everywhere that people needs to know what they are very unfair with costumer!!! In December of 2016, my husband and I purchased our couch from the Ashley furniture in Kissimmee, FL. We absolutely loved it and had the best experience we have ever had with any furniture store. We took out a synchrony credit card, knowing we would be back because we loved the service so much and we were interested in possibly purchasing a bedroom set as well. In July 2017, my husband and I finally bit the bullet and decided to go back into Ashley to purchase a California King mattress. This time, we made the grave mistake of trying out the Davenport location, which is closer to our house. We go into the location on July 7th with full intentions of purchasing the mattress, and meet a salesperson (I want to say his name was Steve). We found the perfect mattress, but it was a bit out of our comfort zone in price. He was quoting us 2499. When we asked if there was anyway he could get it below 2000, him and the sales manager came out and said there was absolutely nothing they could to bring the price down any lower. We left and went to dinner. While at dinner, we look on the Ashley website and see the same exact mattress for 1899. We went back to the store immediately after dinner and showed him the website listed price. He didn't look happy at all, and seemed incredibly frustrated (like he couldn't believe we would look online). They ended up honoring the price, and we went ahead with the purchase, also purchasing the box spring and a mattress protector. We asked him if there was any way the mattress protector could be delivered at the same time as the mattress, and he said there was no way because the mattress would be coming from out of state and the protector would be coming from Tampa. Okay, no problem. As he writes up the paper work and we go to leave, he tells us it should be delivered to our door within the next 3 weeks, but would call us on Monday to confirm the actual date of delivery. The following Friday, I still hadn't received a call about the delivery. So, I call the store and speak to someone named Rob. (Rob, by the way, has been fabulous through this experience). He tells us that he's not sure why the salesperson would say it would be delivered in 3 weeks, because it's a California King and has to be built and sent from California, but that he would call us the following Monday to let us know an exact delivery date. He calls me on Monday and confirms the bed will be delivered in another 3 weeks. Two days later, I receive a call from the corporate office, claiming that there was a problem with the mattress, and they still need to build the mattress, and that coming from California, it would take at least another 4-6 weeks. I called Rob again, and he tells me he will look into it and get back to me to let me know exactly what's going on. He calls back 2 days later and tells my husband it will be delivered in 3 weeks for sure this time. At this point, I saw the internet price on the mattress dropped again to 1499. When I asked him about it, he wrote up a new invoice with the 1499 price. I asked him if there was anyway it could be delivered with the mattress protector, and again he said there was no way because it was being sent from California, and the mattress protector factory was in Tampa. The date of delivery, we were told it would be delivered between 3-5 pm. By 5:30, the mattress still hadn't arrived. I called Rob again, and he told me the delivery drivers were on their way and apologized for the delay, but it was raining and they should be there in the next 20 minutes. At 6:45, the delivery drivers show up with the mattress. They tell us our old mattress can't be removed because there was a tear in one of the seams along the edge of it, so it was soiled and they couldn't take it. They also proceed to tell us about how horrible the traffic and rain was travelling from the Tampa factory. Curious, I asked them if they usually deliver the mattress pad with the mattress. They told me they usually do, and thought it was strange that it was on this invoice but they never received the mattress pad. I call Rob yet again, and ask him to deliver the mattress pad. He told me there was no way, and that I had to go into the store to pick it up. I asked him to cancel the mattress pad, at this point fuming about the entire experience. Fast forward to today... I look at my synchrony statement and see the credit limit available isn't what it should be. When I call synchrony, they proceed to tell me that there is a hold on my account from the Ashley furniture in Davenport from July 9th for a 2500 purchase. They say I have to call the store and ask them to release the hold from my account. I call the store and a woman picks up, I explain the situation and she tells me there is no way to access my account without be physically being in the store because they need my personal information to access it. This is for the mattress that I have already purchased!!! I told the lady there is absolutely no way I am able to go into the store today to get this off my account. She tells me I can go to any Ashley store to get it removed, but I have to be in person. So, I call the store I had a great experience with in Kissimmee. This woman tells me they can't access the transaction because it happened at the store in Davenport, but she can transfer me and they will do it over the phone. Guess who they transferred me to? Rob, again, answers the call and asks for my credit card number to deal with the situation with synchrony and is able to do it over the phone. This was another 3 hours of my life I have dealt with Ashley furniture nearly 2 months after the purchase of my mattress. After this entire ordeal, I can proudly say I will never walk back into another Ashley furniture store again, which really is a shame because of my positive experience with the store in Kissimmee. Needless to say, no one in my family will be back to an Ashley furniture again.

I went to this store in Posner Park Davenport, FL in August 2017. I came in the store and wasn't acknowledged for over and hour. It was busy to be fair. However, I walked past sales reps and they didn't even look my way. James was the first guy I dealt with showed me around the brought me to Yorima. She threw discounts my way if I bought certain products which was great. The problem really began when delivery got delayed because of the Hurricane. Understandable. It got pushed for over week. Delivery comes in and mirror comes in damaged, bed has a noticeable mark on the headboard and the mattress foundation is incorrect. Yorima (manager) tells me about bed foundation is correct according to sku on the computer and it's the warehouse's fault. Ok I wanted the 5 inch low profile tempurpedic foundation and I received a bunk board BTW. Second try was on Friday 9/22/17. The delivery people bring me the same exact incorrect one again. The driver tells me to talk to salespeople to change order on their end because I'll keep getting the same one with that sku. I called Ashley Furniture again and left a message for Yorima to call me both Friday and Saturday. I even called the warehouse and they said they will make it right. I get no call back from Yorima though. (Disgraceful). I receive an email from her on Monday. Not even a call back. Saying the same thing, they will make it right. Today, 9/28/17 for the third time, yes that's right, the same incorrect foundation. I called several times from 5:30pm til 8:30pm and no one answered. I had to drive up there to their store to speak with the manager. I completely changed the foundation type to see if they get it right on the 4th try. With whatever bs kohl's like savings I got, I lost in revenue from taking off work for these deliveries. This is the worst $12,000+ I've ever spent anywhere. DON'T SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. THIS PLACE HAS THE MOST DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. GOOD SERVICE DOESN'T COME CHEAP AND CHEAP SERVICE DOESN'T COME GOOD. SMFH
