I have to say the integrity of the delivery people is not what I expect! Yes, they are fast and they but to leave screws underneath the bed probably because it doesn’t fit, they just give up, and don’t say anything about it. and quickly leave! If I pay $119 for delivery & installation, then I expect good customer service and INTEGRITY! If I hadn’t been preoccupied with child I may have caught this before I signed and they left, but it should be left up to me to. Also, if they gonna leave parts lying around, maybe it helps to notify owner that they are extra parts so we don’t worry it could fall apart someday.
Great experience with Ashley Furniture at Posner. Takria Jackson was very professional. Helped us just the right amount we needed. Was not overbearing. We made our selections, and left in short order! We had already Browsed the website before coming and had a good idea of what we wanted. We will now wait impatiently for the delivery!!!

I have been doing on dealing with my purchase because they first delivered the wrong dresser and a broken bed. After 2 or 3 weeks dealing with situation the General Manager of the store helped me to get a new bed or a REFUND. I really want the product but they still delivered the other day a broken dresser. After another 3 weeks they finally delivered my item but themed is broken again I am not happy with this purchase at all bec6I have clothes all over my bedroom. Now I call customer service and the store, customer service does not answer and they keep telling me at the store that the manager CAN NOT HELP ME when he is been helping me.
I am having the worse experience of my life with this company, I purchased a bed on 05/28/20 and as today I have not be able to have my assembled, I have had delivered the wrong missing parts on 4 different occasions and have had many technicians and been on the phone at least twice a week since 5/31/20 until today and the issue is not solved and they don’t even want to give me my money back, I feel played and frustrated this is very wrong to play with the customer like this, nobody gives me a solution
Went in today to buy a couch using my Ashley Furniture Synchrony Bank credit card I have had for 3 years now, but paid off last year. I was never mailed a credit card so when I went today I had to give them my name and social to find my account. When they found my account they told me I couldn't use the account because I hadn't used it in a year. They made me apply for another credit card there, but I wasn't approved for the amount I needed. They wanted me to then apply for another credit card, but I decided to walk out and think about it. I went home and called synchrony bank and they said my old account is active and fine. So this Ashley Furniture told me I couldn't use my old account and I had to apply for another one which now I will never use and will be on my credit!!!
They dont return phone calls ! We had a damaged delivery, which we paid $120 for. They have not returned our calls , which means we paid for damaged furniture. The sales person advised us to pay for the delivery and set up , just incase something was wrong with the furniture , and Ashley would take care of it immediately. We paid and definitely was addressed immediately, this was not addressed at all! During these times people are spending their more than hard earned money and i feel that Ashley furniture shows no appreciation for their customers ! Beware on spending with companies that have regard for your hard earned money!
This store and company do NOT stand behind their products. We’ve had our furniture less than 6 months and the kitchen table is turning colors. We’ve asked to have it replaced, then sent a “repair” out who dumped chemicals all over the table, rubbed it for a few minutes and left. I’ve called the store, corporate, warranty and get no where. They all play the blame game. Next stop lawyer.

Renei is a great sales person. She help me to pick my couch and do all the process. I wait a month for my delivery and when the day came. They never call me and when i call the store the person that pickup the phone was very rude and told me because i never pickup the phone they change my delivery for the other month. I ask why and that was the only reason she told me. I asked to return my money. And she was like ok !! She never give me any option. So yes i am going back to take my money. Worst experience ever. The persons on the store are great but the delivery is super worst.
We purchased new bedroom furniture at the end of May. (2 months ago) We are moving into our house in a few days and just received a call. ( day before we close on the house) the headboard is out of stock and nothing can be delivered till it comes in. Also the other order has a dresser that’s out of stock and that order is delayed. If we paid for something it should be held for us. I think it’s BS. We have no furniture a day before we move. Tomorrow I have to take the trip to the store it’s 45 mins away and speak to someone to see how they can help. If it’s not resolved I will get a refund and go somewhere where I can have something delivered the next day. Bunch of crap !!!!!
I never bough furniture from this store. I was surprised at selection. No need to drive to ikea or rooms to go. This store has a homey feel. Nice sales stuff who will ask you what style you are looking for and try to help you make a right choice. I came up with my own just by walking around the store and I’m glad I bypassed going to rooms to go which feels generic to me.
I walked in just to look around, immediately fall in love with some of the furnitures. Nick assisted me with everything. Most important, he treated me like family. I love this store itself. Nick, you are a generous person. Patricia😄
I had a great shopping experience at the Davenport store. All thanks to Sales Associate Takria. With her help I found exactly what I was looking for. Plus a great deal to boot Takria was professional courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this store and advise to ask for Takria.
