We got a new sectional. We didn't have to wait long (less than a week) since it was in stock. They were running a promotion and we got a good deal. The delivery process is awesome. You can track it until it arrives. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. No complaints. It was a positive experience from sales to delivery. I would recommend!

Gita & Brie were the kindest, genuine, hardworking women I’ve ever met!! They really took consideration to what we needed for our home and helped us every step of the way! We will continue to shop at Ashley’s of Daytona!!

I told him exactly what we wanted and he lead the way to the Next Gen sectionals. I was so happy they had the exact couch on display. From there it wasn’t much else to do.lol it was love at first site. He didn’t try to over sale us with a long drawn out pitch. He understood we wanted to be in and out. Now his manager did come over and persuade us to get some protection plan which I told Rafael no already but I understand he had no control over what his manager pitched. My husband only agreed to it because we was working with Rafael and he could tell what his manager was doing. Overall our experience was stress free and amazing. I highly recommend working with RAFAEL if you want to get what you came in for!!! We’ll surely be back and requesting Rafael!!!

John was our sales representative! We walked in a day before our purchase just to take a look at their inventory and he was extremely personable and welcoming. We made our Purchase the next day andJohn was prompt and super kind. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Horrible after the sale experience, purchased couch at the Daytona Beach store November 29th 2025, was scheduled for delivery December 27th, contacted by Ashley December 23rd to reschedule delivery for January 3rd 2026. Today is January 3rd, we waited half the day with no contact, went to website and chatted with agent, only to find out that it would be another week. No way to contact Daytona store or sales person. Poor way to do business.

Intial experience in the store was good. Chose a mattress and was given a delivery date of about a week and a half. My husband stopped into the store a few days later to see if there was anyway to expedite the delivery. He was told at that time that delivery had been pushed back by a week. No communication from the company at all. They "pulled some strings" to move the delivery date back to the original day. Now, the night before delivery is due, we still have not received notification with a delivery window. My husband called customer service only to be told that delivery has been canceled for tomorrow because mattress is backordered and can't expect delivery for another week or more. So ridiculous that Ashley did not communicate anything about changes for an expensive piece of furniture that we already paid for. Very disappointed.

Katie was very helpful and understood what we wanted. We did check out the more expensive competition next door. Came back to close the deal. Very happy with the service and personnel!

Excellent customer service. Did not follow us around like a dog. Allowed us to become one with the furniture.

Our visit started with me falling in the parking lot! I stumbled over a vine in a curbed area. The manager and several workers came out to help me, and were super nice. Fortunately, I wasn’t hurt, so my wife and I shopped for a recliner. Our salesperson was relatively new, so not as helpful, perhaps, as others might be, but we found exactly what we desired, and the purchase went smoothly. They found the best price (in store discount vs online, etc.), and we happily purchased. I recommend this place highly both because of the furniture, nut also, especially, the people!

I had the pleasure of working with Kim, the Store Manager, and Desiree at Ashley Furniture in Daytona, and my experience was excellent from the moment I walked in. Both Kim and Desiree were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Desiree was wonderful—very smart, attentive, and respectful. She gave me space when I needed it and was always there right on time whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I truly appreciated her approach. Kim, the store manager, was outstanding and very professional. She took the time to clearly explain the protection plan and worked seamlessly with her team. Great store, but no one greeted us or offered to help us. We were interested in a lift recliner for my Mom and we're ready to purchase but couldn't find anyone to help us. We were in the store for 30 minutes and then we just left. Could have been a fluke, but we were disappointed.

We bought a reclining double love seat and are looking forward to what it will bring to our apt. We were told it would be delivered on Friday, I cancelled two appointments to make this happen. My daughter saved her money to buy this for us and spent all of yesterday and today getting ready for delivery on Friday, which is tomorrow. Never heard from them and called to find out the time of the delivery and come to learn it is now set for Monday. We have no idea if it will even be delivered Monday. There is no way to call the store to find out, only AI and phone center (out of the US) and chat doesn’t even work. Apparently, when it will show up is anyone’s guess. My daughter bought this as a gift for both of us. What a big disappointment. Lesson, make sure when you make a big purchase you can call the actual store and talk to a real person, someone who lives here and works here. Between AI and out of the country phone people this corporation does not care after they have received your money. Disappointed. Wonder about delivery and product.

Ashley is my favorite furniture! The prices, selection and purchase options are amazing! They even have layaway, you pay what you can, so if you love something, can't afford it then, lay it away ( with the most flexible terms, pay what u can at least once a month, until its yours! or finance Beautiful, wonderful, selection! I feel very happy, like it's Christmas everyday when I visit! The associates from the front, middle and back are friendly, patient and polite...like shopping with a friend! My wife and I walked into Ashley to simply look at mattresses. We planned on visiting three other mattress stores that morning. We agreed we wouldn’t make any purchase until seeing all stores. Our strategy quickly changed when we were greeted and shown the mattress selection by Jak McCurdy. Jak was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and explained the difference between mattresses. He was patient, not in the least pushy, and helped us to find the right mattresses and adjustable bases. I even purchased a $200 pillow which I normally would never do. It was because we liked working with Jak so much that we purchased from him and scrapped the idea of looking any further for mattresses. The mattresses and bases were delivered two days later by a really nice delivery team. They quickly set up our new beds and took away our old mattress. We are very pleased with the Daytona Ashley Store and especially our salesman, Jak.

***Update** Noone from ashley ever reached out to us. We even gave them a third chance to get our order right. They promised us VIP service. We've been waiting for two weeks. And the furniture arrived unboxed, cracked and crushed. AND THEY ARE NOW HOLDING OVER $4000 OF OUR MONEY HOSTAGE. AND WILL NOT GIVE US A CREDIT. There is no manager that will talk to us.And all of the customer service goes directly overseas. All I can say is proceed with caution. I cannot be more disappointed with the big box store than I am with Ashley furniture. We spent $5600 at the Black Friday sale, to finally get the bedroom set, I have been eyeing for a year. We patiently waited the two weeks for delivery. When it was received, the technicians let us know there was no hardware to put the bedroom set together. While they were still here, I heard them call dispatch and dispatch assured us that someone would be out the next day with the hardware to put our furniture together. Needless to say, the next day came and went with no information from Ashley. I texted with their chatbot and talked to their outsourced customer service. Just to find out they couldn't fit us in until Tuesday. So we slept on the floor for 3 days. Waiting for Tuesday to come. The technician showed up and again did not have the proper hardware to put our bedroom set together. And once again, I spoke to their chatbot and their outsourced customer service and got zero response. We finally decided to send the furniture back after five days of sleeping on the floor. Of course, they gave us a hassle and at this point I'm still waiting for the pickup confirmation. Lesson learned.I will always ask where their customer service is. May I speak to a human being. And it must be US based, or I will not be doing business with that store Beyond frustrated and sad.

Did not get attacked at the door. Friendly staff. Showed me what I wanted to see. No extra sales pitches. Found the chair I wanted at a good price. Out the door in less than 40 minutes. My kind of shopping!

Disappointed with first schedule time, no show, no notification. Had to sleep on floor for several days as we had our old furniture picked up. No compensation offered. We had to go to the store couldn’t get help from India. Second delivery went smoothly, delivery drivers were amazing. Furniture well packed.

I decided to stop at your store in Daytona Beach wasn't really planning on buying today, but I have to say the saleswoman Marva was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I walked around the store, maybe five times and no one even greeted me so I left and my friend taught me into coming back a few days later than I was greeted at the door by Antonia and he was very helpful very thoughtful showed me exactly what I wanted. Help me out as much as he could, but my only disappointment is I’m not gonna get my furniture by Christmas, but other than that. I think everything was OK the second time around

Worked with Hiral to find a coffee table and look for a couch but her rudeness of trying to help us find everything. Ended up being pushed into a sale and pushed to being rushed to pickup the coffee table without any way to get the table shipping.

Very disorganized. Came to purchase a coffee table. Was told it was discontinued and I had to pick it up between 11-4 within 3 days I asked to leave the name of the person picking it up as I did not have a truck and was told I had to be present. Now today is Sunday and I work Monday through Friday 8-5. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. Will not be back to this store.

Great place to shop. Friendly sales person. We roamed all over the store,looking and trying out different living room furniture. Talked about 2 different recliner sets with each other. Then went home to think about. They have a 5 year warranty on their furniture. We went back the next day, looked at the furniture and tried it out again and decided bto buy it. No pressure. Overall a good experience.

I decided I would replace my sofa and visit the Ashley Daytona Store. I was promptly greeted by Hiral and she assisted me with the purchase of my new sofa. She was very nice and patient with me as there were so many options to choose from! I would highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the market for new furniture.

We had such a great experience with Justin. Buying a house is so stressful, then you have to buy stuff for the house, even more stressful. Justin made it really easy, he was encouraging but did not push. He was very kind, funny and thoughtful as well of what kind of material we should use for our house with having two big dogs. I couldn’t be more thankful to have Justin as our rep!

I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and he was so extremely patient with my bouncing around to a couple different set ups to find what we wanted. Once we new what we wanted we were out the store in very timely manor with just a 3 day window for delivery. They were great with keeping me informed of delivery and kept right on track. I was super nervous coming in to look for furniture for my boyfriends and I'm new apartment; However, Devaughn changed our entire outlook on furniture shopping. He immediately approached us with a kind heart, no judgement, and just a fun attitude. He helped us find a bed frame within our limited budget and our requirements, without being pushy for the sale. He genuinely wanted us to not spend more than what we felt comfortable with, and his treatment towards us was super appreciated. Such a great time! Horrible delivery experience. I only kept one piece. My end tables are missing and not much action to correct the issues. The delivery guys were total idiots and then they tried to get me to sign a document in Spanish! I'm seriously disappointed in Ashley and sorry I ever entered their establishment.

Honored online price for clearance. Fast quick delivery and setup of my new bed. Overall excellent experience. This is my 2nd straight bedroom ive bought from Ashley.

I'm not sure why the "warehouse" part was as good as the service we received in store with our large purchase of 3 beds, 1 bedrm set and couch with loveseat im still waiting on the couch. The salespeople were very helpful since we were buying in one state with delivery in another. I have had multiple issues with Ashley's delivery. This occurred in 2022, and when I purchased furniture and again in 2025, I was assured they had fixed the delivery issues, but not so, They are even worse. We ordered we spent over $13k on three beds, and the first bed ordered in 8/22/2025 took 3 trips and 3 weeks to get all the parts. Until then, I slept on the floor. The second bed arrived today and was missing parts also. They even brought a box from the warehouse stenciled "Empty Box." You can't make up how bad their service is. I am waiting 3 months also for a couch that was "back ordered", then "no longer available" then back to "back ordered". I'm not sure if I will ever get it. Oh, and the delivery people have no explanation. Friends have told me of horror stories from 4 different states. It's all the "warehouse's fault" the Corporation's office numbers posted online are disconnected and no one in store or Warehouse has their numbers and have a 1.5 stars, that is Corporation's no wonder customer service supervisors won't take calls. NO ONE CARES AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! I would not buy a thing from this company, They are absolutely horrible and their customer service is no better than their deliveries. If I could give them no stars, I would. There is a good reason they don't post their corporate number in Wisconsin as they know that folks like me would call and tell them exactly how bad they are. Hello, I recently bought a complete bedroom set from your store, including delivery and installation (both paid). Unfortunately, the furniture was assembled incorrectly, the bed is missing screws, and the dresser handles were incomplete and not installed. Overpriced furniture that when you buy it, you have to wait weeks for delivery. My guests had to sit on lawn furniture because it took 2 weeks for Ashley to deliver my living room set. Poor delivery service. Plus the store does not communicate with their delivery teams. I was told by Jen Bot that my delivery was coming on October 18, 2025 at 1pm. The delivery team showed up 5 hours early at 8am. I wasn’t home at the time. I was out grocery shopping. I returned home at 8:05 only to find the delivery team was waiting for me. I was then verbally abused in Spanish by the team for not being home. I filed a formal complaint with Ashley management. I revived an apology but no discount for my being inconvenienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I made a large purchase a few months ago and was made all kinds of promises that were never fulfilled. I’m still fighting with customer service to get my $900 credit and a $300 pillow that the sales associate promised that I never received. Go next door to the Rooms To Go. Honest sales people, better selection and better pricing

DeVaughn helped me today and went over and beyond to find a wood finish for a bigger buffet that would match my dining room table set that I was purchasing. He literally carried a chair all across the store. Great customer service! He was very knowledgeable and personable. All of the representatives were very friendly too. I would give a zero if I could.DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLYS. I had the wrong table delivered and it is STILL IN MY HOUSE A MONTH LATER. I have called and called for help and I keep getting lied to. I to this day CANNOT get anyone to pick this up and give me the one I really bought. I am handyman and can not drive, which is now what there asking me to do because the store in daytona beach flordia is not answering. AGAIN, DO NOT NOT NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY'S.!!!!!!

We were told over a holiday weekend that if you purchased a Beauty Rest Black model that you would receive a Yeti cooler. A promotion they had displayed on the mattresses that qualified. Turns out it’s a scam. They give you a promotion paper with your receipt at Ashley. You use the paper to go to a website to register and upload your receipt. Give this random site all your information. Then they say you have to wait 10 days after delivery to receive an email code to obtain the cooler. You never receive a code and when you call both the promotion center and Ashley Daytona furniture they both deny the promotion and play dumb. Even got rude with my husband. Told us it didn’t exist. We even reached out to the sales person who helped us with the mattress purchase and a previous sale resulting in thousands of dollars and basically did nothing to assist us for something they promised. Even told us he was addressing but didn’t. Will no longer use Ashley Furniture. False promotions.

ETA: Before "the owner" responded I had already sent an email with my order number and no response was yet received. Wish I had read all the reviews on Ashley before I bought from them. My advice is DON"T DO IT. The salesperson, Tracy, was very helpful until she tried to sneak in a $300 warranty to the purchase contract without asking but made it right when we caught it. When I contacted the store after delivery (which I paid for to include assembly), since they forgot to include rails that would make the bed usable, Tracy promised a call back that day from Michelle, who was very busy with another case. 5 days later still no call. Having to deal with a call center in the Phillipines that has launched a so far 6 day investigation into my "claim" when it is clear from the photos submitted that the part is missing is ridiculous when I just want to know when I can have a usable bed. Emails to customer service, phone calls to both the store and CS all end with promises that aren't kept. Will NEVER deal with Ashley again.

Don't fall for this bs, thought I could simply buy a king size mattress bed frame. +500 bucks, 1. Two week late due to what I was told missing parts, 2. Finally arrived and guess what missing parts, 3. There customer service bucks period, talk to them you'll know, P.s. never again

Walked in and around the entire store looking for rugs for over 20 min atleast. And not one sales associate greeted us nor offered any assistance. As we were leaving out the door I heard an associate greeting a couple that had just walked in offering them assistance.

REGARDING THEIR WARRANTY - DO NOT GET IT. we bought the warranty which came in handy since the reclining mechanism broke on our 2 seat sectional within a year. HOWEVER, the claims process has been an absolute nightmare!!! scheduling a month out for each appt. they ordered parts directly to the house and I had to call them to tell them, hey they're here! they had no idea. then, after almost 3 weeks and being told to take a full day off and they'll give a 3 hour window the day before. Repair day finally comes around then they call me 30 minutes before my appt to tell me the tech can't come. I then had to contact THEM to reschedule which wasn't for ANOTHER 2 weeks and again I told them I need a specific time frame because I now lost work for this. and got told they'd "make a note" horrible warranty service and even more horrible attitude from their staff!

Terri was great. William, too. Bed arrived just fine. One blemish, about 3" X 3" piece of missing veneer on the inside of a side rail. The end tables that we purchased looked nothing like the one we saw in the store. They were garbage, to be honest. The tops were warped, the finish uneven. Looked like more glue than wood. So now, the saga begins. We send them back with the driver. He says we'll get a call that day about scheduling a new delivery. No call comes. We give it 2 days. Still no call. I call and get transferred 3 times, giving all of my information each time. I'm told there is no record of us sending them back. I insist. She says she will call back in one hour max with the rescheduled time. Guess what happens next... nothing. No call. We go through this exact same routine a second time. The team at the store tells us, sorry you have to call customer service. Still no resolution. Shop here at your own risk.

Ordered 3 different bedroom chest of drawers and delivery being $169. The installers put handles on one chest of drawers and one chest had handles already on since it was customized. Now the highly deceptive Ashley red flag play , one chest of drawers comes out the back on the truck with no box and with handles on. We asked the delivery driver why this item was not boxed since the other two were boxed. The explanation was that "some customers ask for no box , why ever that might be he then asked if this was an exchange item , which we replied No! He reminded us that he was just the delivery driver and he knows "nothing" After the delivery left we were to find out that two of the "new" out of the box chest of drawers have tags stapled to the inside . The chest of drawers that were not in the box had no tag, and the bottom drawer would "not open" . Ashley furniture store apparently had just sold us a returned 6 drawer chest, not in a box and no tags inside and a drawer that does "not open" If this is not a deceptive trading practice then I don't know what would be. My wife phoned the Daytona store and was told to take a picture of the drawer that does" not open", and there you have it the reply of all replies. After posting this we will be as is policy directed to some e- mail to speak to some customer service agent who will aplogise and thank me for my last shopping experience with Ashley. If anyone is in doubt ,try dealing with the Philippines and the online process for returns and having to sign that you will not ever be part of a class action lawsuit against them, buyer beware after the sale. Ashley requested a photo, it's the bottom drawer that does not open, you might not notice the difference it does not open.

So bad. I bought bedroom set with assembly. The assembler was by himself. I fixed his multiple inaccuracies. He made deep scratches on the frame, brand new. Yes I called and tried to get repair 13 times.. Within 4 mos the drawers of this very expensive set stopped aligning And the wood started denigrating. Paint is useless on top of the cheapest wood.

My girlfriend and I were there on August 17th. We bought a kitchen table, livingroom set and a new bedroom set for me. Justin Ward,was SO helpful and very very pleasant to work with. My experience at the store was pleasant enough with the sales person being friendly and helpful. My problem came when they delivered my furniture and did not set it up as promised by the sales person when I purchased it. The delivery guys left 2 large boxes in my living room for me to deal with and were not even going to bring them in the house had I not asked and tipped them to do. Apparently there is a doorstep delivery option and a white glove delivery option with the white glove including the set up.This was not explained or offered to me during purchase which left me to deal with unpacking heavy furniture and figuring out how to put it together. The only thing they went over several times was trying to sell me the protection plan. I’m a 70 year old guy with a hip implant and dealing with this heavy furniture hurt me pretty bad. The only thing Ashley did when I complained was offer me a set up a week later. Very poor after sale service so beware if you buy from them.

Great service but wrong lanps were sent by warehouse

Very nice furniture(spent $15,000), but in order to get it, you have to go through heck. Delivered my TV stand 4 different times delivered My night stand with no legs, took a month and a 1/2 to get legs back. And uh delivered my fireplace, not correct the 1st time, then it was the correct the second, time never bothered to ask me if I I've wanted anything for all my troubles. And although I hate to say it Rooms to Go is much easier to deal with. Sorry, Ashley but you could have done better.😞

Really good selection but you better hope you don't need support. Customer service seems to be at a training event or meeting all hours of every day of the week. There is no 'callback' list so your best option is to go in-person and stand at their desk for help. Quality of furniture is so bad, consider Amazon as an alternative . They have good floor models deals tho!

Went there looking for dining room chair options. Came away with numerous and all VG priced. We wi be buying a bench and chairs for our e siting Dining Room table. Some other neat ideas for patio and walls as well. Lastly...Sales person was great. Let us "look around" without hovering over us. Thumbs up! 👍

Beautiful furniture in this store but they didn’t have quite what I was looking for. Devaugn was my sales rep and he made sure that I was taken care of.

I’ve already left a review and I’ll continue to do so. Shop at rooms to go next door. Ashley delivers defected furniture, dodges your calls, and then when you leave a review the “owner” tells you to email them then they ghost you. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will make it my life’s goal to stop everyone from coming to this store until my BROKEN tv stand is replaced. I will not stop until I get my defected, expensive furniture removed and swapped out with a tv stand where the drawer closes.

I would recommend that no one purchase any furniture from this store. Ordered over four thousand (4000!!) dollars worth of furniture which was scheduled for delivery today. Before the delivery drivers left, I was having doubts about one of the furniture items they had placed, but seeing as they were halfway out the door, I was pressured into signing off on the delivery. As soon as they left, I called the store to try to have them come back (they hadn’t even made it down the road yet!) and I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that the furniture “was ours” and was “final sale,” which I would have understood if I had more than 30 seconds of pressured time to decide if this furniture was fine or not. On top of that, upon calling customer service, I noticed that installation was not completed on multiple of the other furniture pieces that they were meant to install. Upon trying to finish installation myself, I discovered that the electronics for the item were not compatible with the space that was provided. How are you going to leave an item unfinished, with the wrong equipment?!! I brought this up to the customer service representative as well, and had the same response “the furniture is yours and final sale.” They didn’t even finish the installation!! This is completely unacceptable. I don’t understand how they can leave without finishing installation and then have me on the phone for hours over a 30 second window I apparently "missed". If you want your furniture installed correctly and don’t want to be pressured into accepting furniture you don’t like, I would suggest NOT purchasing items from this store.

When they sold us the stuff at Daytona Location , they said $290 for delivery and assembly . I'm coming from NJ. I've worked for L'Oreal for over 26 years, for us honestly first. They said the $290 includes assembly and everything. I couldn't believe what they told me after spending an afternoon with them and I think that almost 3,000 isn't cheap like they said. Well, I hope you have luck, but be honest with your customers. You never know what each one goes through. I chose that store because I buy a lot in jersey and I only had a problem with one chair, which I think I mentioned to them. They lost a big customer plus potential customers. The lack of honesty is really what bothers me the most. The sale associate after she made the sale , she texted me “furniture is cheap” that’s is why no ensamble” according with her she didn’t know. 🤔what does that have to do with it? I bought it because I didn't want to spend that much, not because we couldn't. Honestly If I could give zero stars I would.My experience with Ashley is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

We decided to buy some dressers from Ashley furniture in Daytona and some nightstands. I called ahead of time and spoke with Jak McCurdy. I mentioned to him what I was looking for and told him I was very short on time once I arrived. When I got there, he was ready to show me the pieces and he also showed me a few others. He was not a pushy sales person allowed me Pick what I wanted.. The furniture is a great quality. We are very happy with it. But more so I appreciate that Jak Respected my time and completed my sale in a very quick and efficient manner.

The products are nice but the delivery service is horrible. We were promised that they will deliver and assembled the furniture but the day of delivery they were going to leave the bedroom set sitting in our living room. My wife asked them if they would bring the furniture to the bedroom and they said if you have anyone else can help you move it. Really? -UPDATED- After reaching out the 1-800 the representative told me that they will put a note for our next delivery next week. Reading the fine line on the invoice we were charged $270 for “white glove delivery “ which includes delivery and ASSEMBLED @Ashley Furniture You have my phone number and address on file. WHERE ARE ALL THE SALES ASSOCIATES!!! I walked the store for 30 minutes no one offered to help. They were to busy chatting with each other! Horrible store! Left to Rooms to Go!

I bought all new living room furniture from Ashley about a month ago. The tv stand was sent to us defected. We called and they had a technician come out to fix it. He could not fix it, and said it needed to be replaced. I called their care team and they said that somebody would call me in three business days to discuss getting a new one sent to me. Nobody ever called. So I called again, and they said they now had to send a senior technician out to me. So that technician came and he said it is not fixable. He said someone would reach out within three business days to discuss getting a new one sent to me. Nobody called. I called almost 2 weeks later to see what’s going on. Somehow, our case number was closed in their system???? so the lady I was on the phone with reopened it. She said someone would reach out in three business days (laughable). History repeats itself, so I have a feeling I’ll be calling them back and no one will call me in three business days. I will never buy from Ashley furniture again. This is absolutely ridiculous. You sold me a broken piece of furniture, so replace it.

We walked in to Ashley’s, told Tracy what we wanted, we walked passed a couple of couches that weren’t exactly what we wanted but then she took us straight to our perfect couches! We tested them out, bought them, and we were able to have them delivered a week later. We’ve lived with them for a couple weeks now and they have become a wonderful addition to our home!

Do not buy from this place! I had the worst experience from this store. Purchased $9,000 worth of furniture and had to wait 7 weeks for it to be delivered because of delays and miscommunication from their end. Getting in contact with customer service is a huge problem. You can’t talk to any person directy in the store for any matters because they will defer you to customer service online which to me is just ridiculous. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for them to install my bed- which should be part of delivery! Please please do not buy from this terrible place.!

Worst experience buying furniture ever … 1st delivery they gave us previously returned furniture from someone else’s order .. not in boxes , used parts , missing hardware , missing parts … had to build our own supports for the bed frame after sleeping on the floor for a week waiting on parts ….. doors on dressers cracked and stained …. Dining table scratched , bench broken .. they sent 4 separate deliveries that we had to wait for … each time parts wrong or broken .. they mailed new doors and they don’t match the existing furniture…. All furniture is delivered by a 3rd party in unmarked rental trucks …. All phone Customer service is overseas ….. asked for a refund of some type as we had missed hrs at work and also to tipped out 4 seperate deliveries at $140 ! ( not the drivers fault - Ashley’s fault that everything is wrong ). … never heard back after many weeks of calling and emailing the store in Daytona …. This company is a mess …. We went go to Rooms to Go …. ( right next door ) 1000% better .. better service …. Better furniture…. And they have their own trucks and staff … everything arrived perfect … Buying from Ashley’s is buy at your own risk Once they have your payment they no longer care and you have no idea if you will get new or previously delivered furniture and most of it is broken or missing parts

Bought a recliner, and the seat tilted to the right a little bit. I called and they sent one guy out said, yeah, it did tilt, then they sent another guy out and he said, it doesn't tilt. This place is a joke if you go under facebook under ashley furniture reviews.It's mind blowingHow many people have issues with them. Their customer service is horrible to deal with. I think back in the day they were a good company. Now it's all about money and not customer service, which is very sad.

My daughter bought $5000.00 worth of furniture on June 1st and everything she got with the exception of the couch and love seat was damaged! Damaged items recliner, coffee table, 2 end tables, and 2 bar stools! And they WERE NOT DAMAGED BY THE DELIVERY GUYS as Ashley is saying! They were damaged during either the manufacturing or when they were boxed up! There was no damage to any boxes! Good job blaming it on a 3 party delivery company!!!It is now June 27th and she still doesn't have everything she bought. She has called their customer service numerous times to get the order fixed and their customer service is well to say the least very unhelpful. And the store is also very unhelpful and they lied to her about getting the rest of her order delivered today! I would like to thank Ashley Furniture for putting undo stress on her as she is pregnant! I really hope anyone reading this will stay AWAY from them before you also get screwed around like her!

Ordered a sofa and armchair and was charged $500 for delivery. This was supposed to be a white glove delivery thus the exorbitant delivery fee. They came and dropped the furniture off in the span of 5 minutes and did not even make sure the recliners operated correctly. My armchair did not recline and come to find out they did not seat the backrest in the latch and left one of the power packs off. I myself had to finish assembling the armchair otherwise I’d have to wait another week for them to come out. I contacted Ashley furniture about the poor delivery and they said they would contact me within 2 days and never did. I wish i would have elected to have the furniture dropped in my driveway and I could have paid someone to help me carry them in for 1/5th the price. In summary Ashley furniture delivery and customer service is terrible… I would not buy here again given my experience

Tracey was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were on the hunt for a new couch and she was great at assisting and showing me everything that would work for our family. She was very patient even when I changed my mind a couple times. Made sure to triple check everything during our transaction and even helped with figuring out delivery and what would work for our situation!

First off brie was excellent to work with so 5 stars for her!! That girl needs a raise! She Even came in on her day off to complete our sofa of choice order. She was a great experience. Anthony the manager was also great and heard us when we spoke when we were there prior deciding what fit out budget best. Also 5 stars for him. But... Mind u, this was a total of 4 visits. Upon that final visit the manager there (pierse?) Was extremely rude to brie IN FRONT OF US, I even stuck up for her to him. Then when completing the order would not let us use a store credit we had from a previously broken sofa. When we called corporate they said he was dead wrong. Store credits come right off the top. It doesn't matter the finance terms or cost of sofa (which is what he was saying mattered). Corporate was as unhappy about this as we were. They were able to correct my invoice. Pierse was rude, unhappy, zero understanding that as clients were there paying his paycheck and even if it is bad news u have to give, do it nicely. This man needs to retire or find a different profession, if he can't treat his employees with an ounce of respect- how is he going to treat aclient?

Here is the TLDR version of this review: Love the furniture we received, but hated the customer service experience we were given, and will probably never shop at any Ashley Furniture store because they don't recognize their faults. Here is the full version of this review: We came in because my husband wanted to surprise me with a dining room table, so I will be writing this review on his behalf. Basically, the surprise was ruined because the delivery men called when they were at our doorstep, instead of 30 minutes before like he was told (he received a call the day before the delivery, where the man on the phone confirmed with him twice that they would call him once they were on the way). We ended up needing to email customer support, and I believe that the email details a majority of the problems we had, so I will copy and paste it for reference. Their email response is the nail in the coffin for us (screenshot attached). We were not looking for any kind of compensation, we wanted them to recognize the fault in their ways, and instead they gave us a copy and paste response not recognizing the issues we have pointed out. Here is our email: "I want to start off by saying that I am not seeking monetary compensation for the product, and that I am happy with it and I am satisfied with what I have received. My issue is with the service that surrounded me receiving the product and the poor customer service I have received since from the store and dispatch. I also want to state that I at no point blame or fault Jak for the situation, but I do believe that he holds some responsibility for not opening the case on Wednesday (May 14) when I called about the issue and instead waited until today (Saturday, May 17) to do so. The situation is that the dining room set was supposed to be a surprise for my wife and the timing of the delivery was an important factor in making sure that the surprise happened. Dispatch told me on Tuesday that the delivery drivers would call 20-30 minutes before arrival in order to give adequate time to prepare for the delivery. I confirmed with dispatch twice on the phone call on Tuesday about the 30 minutes heads-up before delivery, and he said yes, the delivery guys would call ahead of time. Come Wednesday, the delivery drivers called when they showed up on my property, instead of the 30-minute window that was confirmed by dispatch the day before. This caused the surprise to essentially be ruined, which isn't the main point; imagine if no one had been home to receive them when they were already on my property with no one to let them in. Would they have left the furniture in my driveway? Would they have just come back later in the day? Both seem like inefficient answers. I understand that they gave me a time window of 10:45-2:45, but that 30-minute prior notice is necessary to get the house prepared for the delivery. The next issue I have is with, upon airing my grievances with Jak and dispatch, both cases said that the delivery drivers went against company policy and that a case would be made in order to investigate further, and I would hear back from the company within 24-48 hours. Today is Saturday the 17th, and I did not hear anything back from Ashley Furniture, and upon calling the Daytona Beach location, I was placed on hold for over an hour trying to speak to someone in the store. I wasn't able to speak to someone until my wife showed up with her phone. To summarize, my issue is that Ashley Furniture has overpromised and underdelivered. I love the product I received, but ultimately I would like recognition for the errors that have occurred." If you compare the email we sent against the email response we received, I would like to point out that we 1) did not request for the compensation they are trying to deny us, 2) did not ask for notification of the delivery, he only tried to confirm what he was being told to properly prepare for the delivery, and 3) Ashley Furniture continues not to recognize where the mistakes were, which means that they will continue to do this in the future.

Extremely disappointed in my new recliner! Found the chair online,then called the store to place my order.Nice salesperson,hope she gets a commission.Tulen rocker recliner is very uncomfortable! Hurts my back.Very narrow seating area(good thing I'm thin).Closing the recliner takes a lot of effort.Called customer service(1 day later)and they said no returns,but they can transfer me to a technician.Why? I made the mistake of not going to the store and trying the chair out first.Ashley,How are you going to make this right for a very unsatisfied customer?

Poor quality and customer service. Ordered two side tables and the quality control is terrible. They should not have left the factory in that shape. The table legs are not flush. Colors of the tables do not match. They refused to exchange them saying I should have inspected them from UPS before I accepted them. Not sure how I could have done that as UPS does not wait for you to open the box and inspect. Next time I will just purchase from TJ Maxx.

Avoid! Worst customer service! Bought $4k worth of sofas that arrived with manufacturer defects. We were told by the salesman that once they are delivered “they are our’s” and not to contact the store. Call center is useless. Had 3 technician appointments but no help or information on a replacement. I have called numerous times only to be told that the returns and exchanges department would contact me. Now 4 months after purchase, I’m stuck with defective sofas and no returned calls or options to return or replace. Awful customer service and products. *Update: I followed instructions by Ashley’s response to email Ashley Solutions and never received a reply / response. What a joke! A little customer service goes along way but Ashley continues to show they don’t care.

I am strongly urging no one to buy from this store. My husband and I went in there last month and purchased $4500 worth of living room furniture. Not one, but both of our end tables (which are made in Vietnam) arrived at the house broken. One of them had a metal clip on the door that snapped off, and the other one's USB charger wouldn't work and it also had a huge black gash on top. I tried to refuse delivery, but all four of the delivery crew did not speak one ounce of English. They kept telling me an engineer would be out shortly to fix them. Guess what... No one came to fix them. I am now dealing with a foreign call center that has repeatedly called me daily to tell me they are coming to get the tables even though they already picked them up last week. Then they told me they were delivering new tables, but then a delivery crew showed up at my house with no tables. They were confused and didn't even know why they were there. I told them multiple times they have the tables and I better be getting a refund! I called the Daytona store last night to file a complaint with management and I was told the manager was at lunch and would call me back in 30 minutes. I never received a phone call. This store is absolute garbage. Do not buy anything from here unless you want to spend your hard-earned American dollars on foreign-made garbage and talk to foreign call centers. Completely un-American!

Never buying from Ashley Furniture again. Apparently they have zero return policy. So if you don't like it, or there's an issue with it, too bad. You own it. There are better options out there for customers these days.

Furniture delivery was great. 5-year extended warranty was an absolute waste and extremely stress inducing. Tried to make a claim for defective reclining mechanism on the couch, which was most likely a factory defect due to poor metal quality in the recliner, made claim with date of incident 40 days out. They refused to approve repair due to it not being reported within 30 days even though it is a 5-year warranty. Tried making a different claim due to fabric being cut on the corner during transport and they made another excuse why not to cover it. Waste of 300$. Bought extended warranty for kitchen table from different furniture store and they replaced the table-top with water damage no problem. Company needs to drop their warranty provider because they are scammers.

Received a damaged recliner on April 3rd. Replacement scheduled for 4/17. I received an email saying it was 5 stops away. Then I received a phone call saying the chair was out of stock and it wasn't on the truck for delivery. Asked for a refund. Still waiting for cancelation to be approved and could be "several weeks" to actually get my money back. Guess they don't stand behind their products once they have your money. Case # 10299587

The sales part was good, the delivery needs some work. we had damages on delivery, one they tried to cover up. we will see how they handle it. The delivery team needs some training. Of the three, no one spoke English. hard to communicate. one piece had a piece of wood gouged out, probly hit with a forklift in shipping, the other corner of a night stand was damaged, the delivery team tried painting over it with white spray paint. you could smell the paint in the whole house. Never said anything about it!! will need to be replaced.

Justin is amazing! No pressure at all. His relationship orientation and guidance is impeccable. He got us in and out quickly and took care of us with a deal we couldn’t say no to. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

We had a horrible shopping experience at this store. In fact, much worse than at a car dealership. During the sales process, we were told shipping fees would be $200, and in the end, we were charged $400 for a sofa set and $100 for a table with six chairs which has not arrived yet 3 weeks later, because it was on backorder. A $500 fee for a distance of 29 miles. We were completely scammed. And part of the sofa set arrived broken, we called and filed a claim but we haven't received a response. They should be ashamed.

Purchased an electric leather recliner two weeks ago and spent $2000 on it. Within 24 hours of receiving the chair the motor and mechanism was digging into my spine and killing my back. Due to lack of cushion in that area. I contacted them the next day and explained to them how I tried the same chair out in the showroom and liked it but didn’t sit in it long enough to realize the discomfort it would give me until I received it at home myself. In their response they stated that they don’t have a return policy on furniture sold at their store. So any type of purchases done at their store are final. Think twice before making a purchase there, if you have any issues you’ll be stuck with it.

Awful. Received an email and call 2 days ago confirming my delivery date of April 2nd. Nobody came within the window the delivery was scheduled, so I called Ashley. They changed the delivery date for a week from now AFTER confirming the delivery date of April 2nd. We were given no information about the change of delivery and I had to call customer service confused on why our delivery hadn’t come yet. If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t know anything about the change in delivery. It turns out the items are on back order but you would think they wouldn’t call/email to confirm 2 days before the supposed delivery if they didn’t have my items. Very disappointed in Ashley after hearing so many good things.

Karey at the New Daytona location was a breath of fresh air as far as furniture shopping goes .she was very friendly knew her inventory and was very helpful and informative and was super easy to work with.if you go there ask for her she's awesome.

WARRANTY IS A JOKE YOU BASICALLY GOTTA FORCE A SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!! After several calls and messages left I was determined to speak with someone today. Reluctantly I did but the Customer Service sucked !!Her attitude sucks she had no interest in helping me resolve my issue. I have a full replacement that was approved from a claim filed on January 6,2025. Here we are in April still no resolve. Hannah K. in the Customer service department at the LPGA store hung up on me twice, impersonated someone else and then refused to put a manager on the phone when I called back. I had to wait a few hours and call back to get someone to answer without hanging up. I finally got a Devin on the phone who offered some relief thankfully. But I still wanted to speak with management due to how Hannah chose to handle my call but Anthony the manager made excuses for Hannah’s actions and how she handle the escalation to management. Completely tried to brush off the fact she used the companies phone line as if it was her own personal cell phone. As well as he expressed no concern in regard to her lack of effort to get to a resolution of a claim to a warranty in which I paid for that her department is tasked to handle. This further made me feel they deemed me invaluable. Anthony proceeded to tell me he was doing inventory as to why he couldn’t come to the phone smh. Since when does a check off sheet come before a live customer? Had I known I wouldn’t be greeted with the same smiles and eagerness to please as I was when sold the furniture I probably wouldn’t have shopped there the begin with. Once my replacement is delivered I will never shop with Ashley’s again based off how I was treated by Customer service whom which I thought only role was to service the customer. Im a firmly believe my money will be valued more somewhere else! By definition her job description See picture

Was with a friend who bought a chair. All went smoothly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you used furniture and then continuously delay any resolution. They will tell you every time you contact them that a supervisor or specialist will personally monitor your case and will respond 24-72 hours. Then they won’t respond and you reach back out and they say the same thing each time. I have all my chats from the beginning as evidence. THEY JUST DONT CARE. It’s been 192 hours in total.

Ordered a comforter set from Ashley online . Received and there is a problem with the fit. A defect in the sizing. I explained this to customer service at the 800 number and HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO SHIP BACK FOR MY REFUND AT MY OWN EXPENSE …not what they advertise or promise. I would have tried another one, but with this poor customer service , I will never purchase another item from online, in store or anywhere there is the Ashley Furniture name. They do not stand behind their products. Less than One Star ⭐️!

I would update this review once it gets resolved but I am left very disappointed as a first time Ashley customer. My wife and I found a dresser we absolutely loved and came back later to purchase it, The sales associate was kind and helped us put in the order. The piece gets delivered and when I get home to open it I see the leg of the dresser is completely broken off due to the box not being strapped properly or not stored correctly on the truck. I reach out to customer care and get my case created and the agent was helpful and reviewed the photos and said someone will contact me in 3 business days. as of writing it has been 6 business days and I called about an update since I've heard nothing and the agent left notes on the case and said minimum another 3 business days to hear anything about replacing the piece! We absolutely wanted to order more furniture in the future because what we have seen, it is a beautiful piece and feels high quality, but the delivery process has not been good for us and I hope Ashley Furniture can make things right. Update: they did finally have an appointment to take the old dresser and place the new one, I just feel like I had to fight for anything to get done. I am very pleased with the dresser itself

Wow I'm currently in the store and overheard conversation amongst salse reps and I'm floored!!! How they are speaking about potential customers is insane! That they won't help you if you don't engage them among other absolute rude comments! Just wow!! It's like being in this store is about them not the customers! If I were the owner or corporate they'd be fired immediately! Just Wow!!

If I could give zero stars I would.My experience with Ashley is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.Ordered furniture in October.January 21 scheduled delivery, 2 men to deliver and assemble an entire 3 story house of furniture, they were there from 1-7pm.it was their first day of work and admittedly untrained.Didn’t know how to assemble anything.2 Headbords with 12 screws drilled all the way through to the front where you lay your head on each headboard! couches un-assembled,floors scratched, tables dropped and broken,pieces missing, fabric stained.ashely sent 2 techs/delivery men a couple weeks later.I was told “not my job” when I showed them the mess and noticed money missing from my bag when they left.I paid for “white glove delivery service” and twice it was a horrible experience. It’s now March.Still no functional furniture and no calls or updates from management at Ashley who assured me this would be escalated and has yet to do a thing about it

Worst customer service I have had to deal with. They delivered my product damaged and had to take it back to the warehouse. I was told by customer service that my order was going to be redelivered the next day or the following day due to the issue, and I was going to be treated as a VIP customer. I have to say I don't feel that one bit. I called to find out that my delivery won't be delivered as stated but actually out a week. In the meantime, I have guest who will now have to sleep on the floor due to Ashley Furniture incompetence. This is not the first time I've had this issue with them, but I can promise it'll be the last. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else. Another issue I had was that none of the 3 delivery guys that showed up spoke English at all. The communication barrier was frustrating on top of my order being delivered damaged.

Absolutely deceitful. We went in to just try out mattresses to see what we liked, and the mattress sales manager lied to us and tricked us into opening a credit card after we JUST paid off our remaining ones!! She stated we were looking to see if we prequalified for payment options and we were pressured into checking, but little did we know. Absolutely insane and she even lied about a $7k mattress helping her moms back from not needing surgery. Don’t even waste your time talking to them! Scammers!

Good store

Went to find a new bedroom set, passed 4 store associates that were just walking around with no purpose. Walked by one, made eye contact and he kept walking, looked as if he were wearing pajamas. Once I realized he was an associate I asked if I could have some assistance, he didn’t even turn around or anything, just kept walking. On my way out I believe I passed the manager wearing all black, I asked one last time for assistance, he smiled at me and kept walking. Won’t be coming here ever again. Highly don’t recommend.

Very poor quality bed set for the price. Called Ashley to fix the issue . Same issue started again in a week. Also they changed delivery date like 5 times . Every time I had to take off from work and they will call and say “they don’t have in warehouse yet”. Then why give delivery date while taking payment. Can’t return it or anything. Won’t go back again ever,

Leona was SO incredibly helpful, patient, and kind during our search for a new sofa sectional. I came on three separate visits before making the purchase and on each visit, she answered every single question, measured (countless times), and was overall a lovely saleswoman to work with. The store itself has countless items from which to choose to fit a range of styles and tastes. It is clean, bright, and well-organized.

Update: After talking to the store itself. The remaining furniture was delivered. The store staff is nice and courteous. The problem is the delivery logistics. Update: make this 5 times of rescheduling on their own. No consideration whatsoever to people schedules. Their logistics and delivery contractor is really bad. They rescheduled our delivery 4 times without informing us. Big waste of time. We still have not received our furniture after waiting for it 4 times.

Ordered a 3 piece sectional with additional ottoman two weeks ago and have been waiting for delivery until today. Got the delivery confirmation email saying it would be delivered today however on the inventory it listed 0 on quantity for one piece of the sectional, which is the biggest part of the sectional. No warning or notification given. When we finally got through the automated maze of their phone system, we got a hold of a person who only told us what to do for the scheduled delivery and told us the missing piece didn't make it on the truck. She couldn't provide any information on the missing piece, like when it would be delivered. The fact we paid over 2.5k for a sectional, won't be getting all the pieces we paid for, no idea when it'll be delivered and can't get anyone on the phone that actually knows something is ridiculous! We never would have bought anything from them if we had known this lack of professionalism is what we'd be getting.

We came to Ashley today because the switch on our couch is broken. Michael Perez, Manager took care of us. He was so pleasant and helpful. He explained a claim had to be put in for the repair and he did that for us. We, also mentioned we received the wrong rug when we received our furniture. He told us to find the correct rug. He then ordered a replacement. I am so grateful for his assistance. I will tell all of my friends to check out Ashley Furniture. It is a great store and we love our furniture!!

I repeat DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE UPDATE: They offered to replace the table and upon arrival the delivery men refused to take the table and ARGUED with me in MY HOME about putting the new table together. I called because I was interested in buying something from them and I literally could not get past the AI assistant on the phone. I never could get a live person... This is why brick and mortar businesses are going under left and right. If I cannot get a live person, why not just order from Amazon or another on line business... There are probably four or five sales people sitting around and nobody will just answer the phone to help the customer!

Worst experience. I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase and the subsequent service I have received. In early November, I bought a sofa bed and a chair and a half at the Ashley Daytona furniture store. Unfortunately, a grey chair was delivered instead of the ivory one I ordered. Since then, I have visited your store four times in an attempt to exchange the chair for the correct one, yet the issue remains unresolved. Despite your assurances that the problem would be fixed, no action has been taken to correct the mistake. Additionally, even after purchasing another piece of furniture for exchange, your team is unwilling to take back the incorrect chair. Extremely disappointed with the service."

Sales agent lied to me. They told me my couch was in stock and will be delivered by the 23rd. The warehouse called and told me it’s not and that we won’t have it until January sometime. My family lost everything after the last hurricane and have been waiting for months to move back in our home. We specifically ordered this couch because it arrived on time so we could have Xmas as a family back in our home with a couch at least. Now we have no where to sit on Christmas. Thanks Ashley furniture for ruining an already hard transition and Christmas for my family.

UPDATE: I contacted the store, from the reply to my review, and they did absolutely nothing. They pretend to care, but do not follow up. Don't fall for their claims. I will NEVER shop here again, and I will warn all my friends and family as well. This store DOES NOT stand behind their products. I purchased a sofa for $1300 and after 2 months the fabric is wearing thin. After trying to file a claim with the warranty I purchased, it was denied. All these people care about is making a sale. I will NEVER purchase from Ashley again!

Our sales rep, Paul was very thorough and patient with us as we were trying to decide on three different sofa loveseat combinations. He extended himself in every which way he could. If you are seriously thinking about buying furniture, stop in and see Paul.

I bought a table, they delivered it to damaged. Told them that I did not want to accept it. They left the table. Then you have to call into a call center in the philippines heads up. They give you the run around 2 and a 1/2 weeks later. I still haven't got my replacement table.I went to the store.They said they can't help you.You have to go to the call center. This company is worthless and they give away the jobs to other countries or furniture comes from another country as well. I will not be recommended doing business with them..... I can tell by your cut and past corporate response , and the way you make people jump through hopes having to call talk to a ai.then transfer to a 3th world country where you pay them pennies on the dollar . And then i'm trying to figure out ways not to honor placing it and wanting to repair not replace.

After several attempts, I finally was able to get transferred to the Daytona store and the rep who helped didn’t call me back like she promised. My order never got delivered and I don’t know why. I just spoke to your customer service today to track my nightstand I ordered on Sept 18, supposed to be delivered after 5 days from purchase date, via direct ship but I have not received the item until now. I do get that the item was pushed back probably not available but the customer care lady is BADDDD! She is not fit for the customer care because she said she can’t help me at all if the item is direct ship. Sooo, who can I ask then? The other store???? The Ashely general customer care is just directing me back to you. I have been a loyal Ashley customer but this lady in Ashley Customer Care DAYTONA is RUDE! Lucky I did not ask her name but please, put her somewhere else, not in customer care, please! Ashley is a good furniture store. The responsibility of Ashley should not end with the customer even if the item is direct ship from the courier. I dont get that! Bewareeee🤯

We purchased a king bedroom set with the mattress and box spring. When it arrived the mattress was damaged and had to replaced. The box spring was too tall for the mattress for the bed we purchased. We felt that the salesman should have known it would be too tall, but when we tried to get Ashley to let us swap it for a lower profile foundation, they wouldn't help us. We had to purchase another appropriate foundation elsewhere and sell the original one for less than our original cost. There are a lot of great furniture companies in our area and we will be shopping at all of them EXCEPT Ashley in the future. When I have the opportunity to recommend a furniture store, it definitely won't be Ashley. Bad customer service!

My name is Gregory Rosenheck. Do not buy anything from this store. I am not a crackpot I will have pics to prove what I say. 1. on 8/25/24 I bought a Stern and Forster mattress. While in the process of buying one I had to go to the restroom and then the agents switched the frame on me. I thought I was getting a Stern and Forster Frame but after reading the specs on this one I said ok. I'll take the Frame they wanted me to take. 2. On 9/5/24 I sent e-mails to report that my Frame was Squeeking and the edge of my matress was starting to Sag. 3. On 10/18/24 ( Reason for long responsive delay was because I had to go into hospital) A tech somes out tightens up all the screws on the frame. The technicians efforts did not fix the problem. he says Afterwards I did the best I can with the frame. in regards to the mattress he said he sees something but it's not sagging enough for Warrenty ( please be aware i only had the bed from 8/25-9/5 which is 11 days. from the first time i reported it. A $2000 bed This is BS. 4. Whenever I try to contact the store I get Customer Service in veitnam, or china. I called to complain and wanted to speak to the store. when they transfered me I was told by the agent the store refused my call and the technician said problem with the mattress was customer use and my bed will not be covered under warrenty. ( after 11 days) 5 I immeditly went up there and spoke to Michelle. She said the store would never reject my call and she did sees the problem. However she is not corporate or the manager. She said send the picture and she will see what she can do. Even if she can't do anything I still think she's the only one who provided me some genuine concern and customer service. However this does not change my opinion of the company. on the picture I provided below facing the wall look at the back left corner near the night stand This is what I want I want a new mattress and bed frame and the old taken out. If they will do that I will take down this review. however please note everything in this review is 100% true UPDATE. I tried to resolve it and now I want my money back. 1. The night manager said I shouldn't been sold that frame, yet he won't declare my mattress a defect because the frame broke that the day sales manager sold me. 2. Instead of giving me a heavy duty metal frame they wanted to sell me a bed set and wouldn't let me out of the store to researdh first. i was sold for an extra $500.00 3. The day manager won't declare the mattress a defect after 11 days because the tech said the impression wasn't deep enough. The night mananger said he won't make it a defect because it was the frame that broke the mattress. ( which they sold me) So now if I swtich the mattress they won't give m a 90 day warrenty on the new one. which is covered by store. The night manager gave ne $500 on a new upgraded mattress but when I orningally got the mattress it was on sale so it was close to a sale price or even exchange. 4. night manager promessed 1/2 off on the new wood bed ( which I really didn't want.) The 1/2 price never went on and I was charged $49 for a 10 year warrenty which I wasn't informed of. 5. Upon buying the new bed They wanted to do then and now instead of letting me go home to reasearch what I was picking out. I picked out a bed that was bareable, but later on from the reviews I found it was low quality. When I went back my sales agent had a rotten attitude with me by saying I felt sorry for you yesterday because I'm not working now you want a quality thing. He was also complaing that he was supposed to get off at 6 and stayed late for me to make me feel guilty. I asked him to stop with the attidue and he walked away without Day time sales manager offered me to get the truck here and get my stuff and give me a 100% refund but it has to get approved. I want my refund and I never want to go into Ashley furnature store again and I would say avoid this place their sales people don't tell you everything then you get stuck with Junk.

Great store . Friendly staff . Ask for Will, he got me all set up with an amazing bed and mattress set . Do not go next door, it's not worth it . Will had an impressive amount of knowledge on mattresses and now I'm supper happy and sleeping like a baby again . Thank you Ashley Furniture!

Julie in Daytona is incredible. We walked in from next door (rtg) where we found a couch my mom liked, but it was was pretty expensive and came with nothing else. Julie found an even better couch with the same fabric and put together an entire living room set with tables, rug, and even a throw blanket for $500 more than the one couch next door. So glad we stopped in here. Mom is re-starting after hurricane Milton, and Julie was very kind and helpful. Ask for Julie!!!!!

Do not buy from here! They tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to purchase. I was told if I was unhappy I could exchange and have up to 90 days to do so. I get inside and talk to Donald (my original salesman) and he still telling me ya we can exchange no problem. Then he says let me go talk to my manager comes back and says oh you have to buy one of equal or higher value! I called him out and said that's not what you told me 40 days ago because I made sure to ask because this is the most I've ever spent on furniture (thousands of dollars!) He admitted yes I did tell you that but the policy changed!!! Are you freaking kidding me.

Bought furniture two months in advance on the date delivery they did not have items. As they were suddenly back ordered. Rescheduled delivery multiple times. Did not show up with in the four hour window of delivery. Charge astronomical fees for delivery ($400). They drop ship have no products in store and no local warehouse. Would never buy from them again. They use a call-center outside of the United States. Difficult to reach local store or management in the store. Their excuses is they are a large corporation, so no exceptions or changes can be made.

New Ashley at the Tanger was great, dealt with. Hiral Shah she was knowledgeable and great to work with reasonable prices as well!

Well, had not been to this store and I’m glad I went. I had been considering purchasing through their website. The young man that tried to help me was very nice and made the effort. However, I was shocked, beyond shocked actually at the extraordinarily poor quality of the furniture. It all looked lovely actually but, upon touching and examining the pieces I found everything to be so flimsy and poorly made that I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I even asked to see their most expensive pieces and they were just as disappointing. If you want decently made furniture try elsewhere. PS. A nightmare to get anyone to help you over the phone.

I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture and their handling of my recent purchase. I spent over $4,000 on bedroom furniture, ordered on August 4, 2024, and it was delivered on August 14, 2024. To my dismay, one piece was cracked in half, and the dresser drawer wouldn’t close properly. I was assured a replacement piece would arrive on August 21, 2024, and someone would call to fix the drawer. Come August 21, there was no call about the drawer, and the replacement piece was delivered—only to be cracked in the exact same spot as the original. This meant I had to take two half-days off work for defective furniture deliveries. Things went from bad to worse. On September 11, 2024, I was scheduled to receive a third piece. That morning, I was told the piece was unavailable. Then, about two hours later, I was informed the truck was on its way. I rushed home, only to find out an hour later that there was no truck coming. As of September 13, 2024, my dresser is still not fixed, and the replacement piece is still not delivered. On that day, I received a phone call saying, "Your furniture was delivered. If you have any questions, please contact corporate," but there was no return call or resolution provided. I’ve called countless numbers provided by Ashley Furniture, only to be hung up on or told I need to speak with corporate, with no resolution in sight. The store’s phone number doesn’t work, and I am left feeling frustrated and abandoned. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I am ready to demand a full refund and take my business elsewhere. I highly advise against purchasing from Ashley Furniture if you value customer service and quality

PLEASE BE ADVISED of their POOR customer service!! After seeing what my aunt has went through with Ashley furniture in Daytona Beach, FL, I feel they took advantage of her due to her age, disability, and maybe thinking she would not share the information online, so I am advocating for her! "I purchased a sofa, love seat and glider accent chair on July 27, 2024, that was delivered on August 8, 2024. With me being handicapped and needing to walk with a walker, I immediately went to the store as soon as the opened on August 9, 2024, to ask to replace the sofa for another love seat since I could not walk through my living area due to the couch being much larger than expected in my new home that I had just downsized to. The store manager told me the decision was up to headquarters and wrote up the request to exchange the sofa for another love set and emailed it to them. Immediately the request for me to exchange the larger couch for a loveseat was denied. About a week later, corporate called and asked me to send pictures. I sent pictures showing my walker did not have adequate space for me to walk through. I had to contact them on Thursday, August 22, 2024, to know what corporate had decided. They again denied me to exchange the furniture. I was told Ashley would not take back or exchange furniture once it was delivered unless it was damaged. The difference in cost was only $50, and no one had even set on it. Per Ashely furniture return policy, “In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be:n new/unused condition”, so I am unsure why they are not working with a loyal customer for many years. I put a cover on it as I told the store manager I would do and do not have any animals or do not smoke.  I realize I should have measured before I purchased it, but I really thought the furniture would fit in the area. I had planned on buying a dining room set, but I will not purchase anything from Ashley furniture again. I have been a customer for many years plus I purchased a living room and two bedrooms from them ten years ago.  To me this is very poor customer service and people should be aware of this."

We recently moved to a smaller beachside bungalow and needed a much smaller living room set. We shopped at different places being shown much more couch and size than we need, left with the idea of ‘we know we can always come back.’ Then we went to Ashley’s. Wow, super impressed! My family & I were greeted by Mavra McCann, what a delight. To say she understood the assignment is an understatement. She joyfully showed us items that would work in our small space. Mavra also helped us move a sectional piece out of a floor model to see if it would work in our space. To us that went above & beyond what was necessary. She chatted with us while finishing our order and was so kind & friendly. Because of her, I believe Ashley’s will always our first choice when furniture shopping. Thank you Mavra, I hope you always enjoy our little beach town.

I came in looking to furnish my new home. The store was clean. Staff was friendly and not pushy. Justin was Amazing! I will always go back to him. The sales Manager was equally nice. The reason for the 4 stars is the first people who did my delivery didn't put handles on something. A door was damaged on something else. I didn't accept a piece of furniture as it didn't fit. That same piece of furniture was scheduled to be delivered 2 x. I'm still waiting for my account to be credited. There are definitely some kinks with getting their products to the customer. Hopefully that will get worked out soon.

After writing my original review on how great the store was I dont want to take away from my rep Hital she was great but the customer service of the rest of the store and company are horrendous!l and that is putting it nicely! I have been lied to multiple times, put through the ringer getting transferred here then out the country, store wont pick up, all they can do it out in tickets, blame it on the hurricane, ect. When this has been going on since AUGUST! This is all for a piece of furniture that their own delivery team broke when taking it off the truck! This is just one of the many mistakes that delivery drivers made!

We went into this store for 1 piece of furniture that we saw previously. Out of the gate we were "approached" immediately. This is pretty typical of furniture stores that have NOT grown to provide better training for salespeople. We didn't want to be followed but was told the district manager was here so he had to follow us or get a new job. Really? Ashley should train their staff to be available but not hover so obviously. Also, we were told they have free delivery but the system wasn't working so we couldn't get free delivery. I repeat myself, REALLY? Either don't mention it or get a manager to override the system. With buying what we wanted we were still left with a bad soipping experience and doubt my future return here.

Stopped in while driving from St. Augustine to Orlando and Mavra helped us look at bedroom sets in multiple price ranges and answered any questions we had. She made us feel very welcome. Beautiful new store and we enjoyed our visit!

Love the new store ! A major improvement from the old location. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Our sales associate Mariam Hammoud was on point and very knowledgeable about what we were looking to purchase. We ended up changing our mind and making a bigger purchase. No issue what so ever and the ease of the transaction was very easy and stress free. We will definitely be returning . Outstanding customer service Mariam Hammoud. Actually we returned today , same day we did this review 7/27/24, and bought more furniture with Mariam Hammoud. I requested her as soon as we walked in the door. Mariam is outstanding at what she does in your store . She's very kind and went above and beyond today. And Michael , the sales manager , was a great help today as well on the second purchase. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly ! I will definitely recommend Ashley's as the place to go for outstanding customer service and the place to go for their furniture needs.

I like the Ashley Stores variety of styles. They also have better prices than some of their close competitors. And they give a military discount which some others don't. I appreciate the friendly, helpful yet not pushy service we received.

We bought our furniture set just 10 days ago and they delivered our furniture 8 days ago. We saw the same furniture on Amazon a lot cheaper, so we decided to go into the store cause their website says they price match. They have the identical items on Amazon and clearly did not honor their Price match guarantee that says they will price match within 30 days. We figured they would keep their word and did not. We are not happy customers.

This is the most unorganized furniture store i have ever dealt with. Waited 4 times for delivery and then called delivery, oh, its not coming today, it’s backordered. Seriously. I was due to get a credit for the inconvenience i am still waiting 6 months later, even after repeated phone calls. Tried to give them the benefit of the issue and bought matching additional pieces. Delivered today, supposed to be assembled and its not. Another phone call to Daytona store and as usual no answer and goes to customer service. Told this rep the issues of both problems. Assured me she would call back within 24-48 hours. If i could give this store a negative number rating i would. Go to any furniture store besides this one.

And ended up buying a whole living room set. 2 days Pryor to delivery I was looking for a couch cover and found our set on Amazon for $1,300 less than we paid. It says on their website 30 days price match guarantee. The store manager said not after the sale. Do not shop here they do not keep their word! Buy from Amazon it’s cheaper.
