Don't fall for this bs, thought I could simply buy a king size mattress bed frame. +500 bucks, 1. Two week late due to what I was told missing parts, 2. Finally arrived and guess what missing parts, 3. There customer service bucks period, talk to them you'll know, P.s. never again

Walked in and around the entire store looking for rugs for over 20 min atleast. And not one sales associate greeted us nor offered any assistance. As we were leaving out the door I heard an associate greeting a couple that had just walked in offering them assistance.

REGARDING THEIR WARRANTY - DO NOT GET IT. we bought the warranty which came in handy since the reclining mechanism broke on our 2 seat sectional within a year. HOWEVER, the claims process has been an absolute nightmare!!! scheduling a month out for each appt. they ordered parts directly to the house and I had to call them to tell them, hey they're here! they had no idea. then, after almost 3 weeks and being told to take a full day off and they'll give a 3 hour window the day before. Repair day finally comes around then they call me 30 minutes before my appt to tell me the tech can't come. I then had to contact THEM to reschedule which wasn't for ANOTHER 2 weeks and again I told them I need a specific time frame because I now lost work for this. and got told they'd "make a note" horrible warranty service and even more horrible attitude from their staff!

Terri was great. William, too. Bed arrived just fine. One blemish, about 3" X 3" piece of missing veneer on the inside of a side rail. The end tables that we purchased looked nothing like the one we saw in the store. They were garbage, to be honest. The tops were warped, the finish uneven. Looked like more glue than wood. So now, the saga begins. We send them back with the driver. He says we'll get a call that day about scheduling a new delivery. No call comes. We give it 2 days. Still no call. I call and get transferred 3 times, giving all of my information each time. I'm told there is no record of us sending them back. I insist. She says she will call back in one hour max with the rescheduled time. Guess what happens next... nothing. No call. We go through this exact same routine a second time. The team at the store tells us, sorry you have to call customer service. Still no resolution. Shop here at your own risk.
