Really good selection but you better hope you don't need support. Customer service seems to be at a training event or meeting all hours of every day of the week. There is no 'callback' list so your best option is to go in-person and stand at their desk for help. Quality of furniture is so bad, consider Amazon as an alternative . They have good floor models deals tho!

Went there looking for dining room chair options. Came away with numerous and all VG priced. We wi be buying a bench and chairs for our e siting Dining Room table. Some other neat ideas for patio and walls as well. Lastly...Sales person was great. Let us "look around" without hovering over us. Thumbs up! 👍

I’ve already left a review and I’ll continue to do so. Shop at rooms to go next door. Ashley delivers defected furniture, dodges your calls, and then when you leave a review the “owner” tells you to email them then they ghost you. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will make it my life’s goal to stop everyone from coming to this store until my BROKEN tv stand is replaced. I will not stop until I get my defected, expensive furniture removed and swapped out with a tv stand where the drawer closes.

Worst store ever, worst company ever. Not only do they make furniture that doesn’t even last 5 years, they hold on to your money longer than the 3-5 business days, when requesting a refund. Will NEVER purchase at Ashley Furniture again. Highly disappointed.

I would recommend that no one purchase any furniture from this store. Ordered over four thousand (4000!!) dollars worth of furniture which was scheduled for delivery today. Before the delivery drivers left, I was having doubts about one of the furniture items they had placed, but seeing as they were halfway out the door, I was pressured into signing off on the delivery. As soon as they left, I called the store to try to have them come back (they hadn’t even made it down the road yet!) and I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that the furniture “was ours” and was “final sale,” which I would have understood if I had more than 30 seconds of pressured time to decide if this furniture was fine or not. On top of that, upon calling customer service, I noticed that installation was not completed on multiple of the other furniture pieces that they were meant to install. Upon trying to finish installation myself, I discovered that the electronics for the item were not compatible with the space that was provided. How are you going to leave an item unfinished, with the wrong equipment?!! I brought this up to the customer service representative as well, and had the same response “the furniture is yours and final sale.” They didn’t even finish the installation!! This is completely unacceptable. I don’t understand how they can leave without finishing installation and then have me on the phone for hours over a 30 second window I apparently "missed". If you want your furniture installed correctly and don’t want to be pressured into accepting furniture you don’t like, I would suggest NOT purchasing items from this store.

When they sold us the stuff at Daytona Location , they said $290 for delivery and assembly . I'm coming from NJ. I've worked for L'Oreal for over 26 years, for us honestly first. They said the $290 includes assembly and everything. I couldn't believe what they told me after spending an afternoon with them and I think that almost 3,000 isn't cheap like they said. Well, I hope you have luck, but be honest with your customers. You never know what each one goes through. I chose that store because I buy a lot in jersey and I only had a problem with one chair, which I think I mentioned to them. They lost a big customer plus potential customers. The lack of honesty is really what bothers me the most. The sale associate after she made the sale , she texted me “furniture is cheap” that’s is why no ensamble” according with her she didn’t know. 🤔what does that have to do with it? I bought it because I didn't want to spend that much, not because we couldn't. Honestly If I could give zero stars I would.My experience with Ashley is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

We decided to buy some dressers from Ashley furniture in Daytona and some nightstands. I called ahead of time and spoke with Jak McCurdy. I mentioned to him what I was looking for and told him I was very short on time once I arrived. When I got there, he was ready to show me the pieces and he also showed me a few others. He was not a pushy sales person allowed me Pick what I wanted.. The furniture is a great quality. We are very happy with it. But more so I appreciate that Jak Respected my time and completed my sale in a very quick and efficient manner.
