Avoid! Worst customer service! Bought $4k worth of sofas that arrived with manufacturer defects. We were told by the salesman that once they are delivered “they are our’s” and not to contact the store. Call center is useless. Had 3 technician appointments but no help or information on a replacement. I have called numerous times only to be told that the returns and exchanges department would contact me. Now 4 months after purchase, I’m stuck with defective sofas and no returned calls or options to return or replace. Awful customer service and products.

I am strongly urging no one to buy from this store. My husband and I went in there last month and purchased $4500 worth of living room furniture. Not one, but both of our end tables (which are made in Vietnam) arrived at the house broken. One of them had a metal clip on the door that snapped off, and the other one's USB charger wouldn't work and it also had a huge black gash on top. I tried to refuse delivery, but all four of the delivery crew did not speak one ounce of English. They kept telling me an engineer would be out shortly to fix them. Guess what... No one came to fix them. I am now dealing with a foreign call center that has repeatedly called me daily to tell me they are coming to get the tables even though they already picked them up last week. Then they told me they were delivering new tables, but then a delivery crew showed up at my house with no tables. They were confused and didn't even know why they were there. I told them multiple times they have the tables and I better be getting a refund! I called the Daytona store last night to file a complaint with management and I was told the manager was at lunch and would call me back in 30 minutes. I never received a phone call. This store is absolute garbage. Do not buy anything from here unless you want to spend your hard-earned American dollars on foreign-made garbage and talk to foreign call centers. Completely un-American!

Never buying from Ashley Furniture again. Apparently they have zero return policy. So if you don't like it, or there's an issue with it, too bad. You own it. There are better options out there for customers these days.

Furniture delivery was great. 5-year extended warranty was an absolute waste and extremely stress inducing. Tried to make a claim for defective reclining mechanism on the couch, which was most likely a factory defect due to poor metal quality in the recliner, made claim with date of incident 40 days out. They refused to approve repair due to it not being reported within 30 days even though it is a 5-year warranty. Tried making a different claim due to fabric being cut on the corner during transport and they made another excuse why not to cover it. Waste of 300$. Bought extended warranty for kitchen table from different furniture store and they replaced the table-top with water damage no problem. Company needs to drop their warranty provider because they are scammers.

Received a damaged recliner on April 3rd. Replacement scheduled for 4/17. I received an email saying it was 5 stops away. Then I received a phone call saying the chair was out of stock and it wasn't on the truck for delivery. Asked for a refund. Still waiting for cancelation to be approved and could be "several weeks" to actually get my money back. Guess they don't stand behind their products once they have your money. Case # 10299587

The sales part was good, the delivery needs some work. we had damages on delivery, one they tried to cover up. we will see how they handle it. The delivery team needs some training. Of the three, no one spoke English. hard to communicate. one piece had a piece of wood gouged out, probly hit with a forklift in shipping, the other corner of a night stand was damaged, the delivery team tried painting over it with white spray paint. you could smell the paint in the whole house. Never said anything about it!! will need to be replaced.

We had a horrible shopping experience at this store. In fact, much worse than at a car dealership. During the sales process, we were told shipping fees would be $200, and in the end, we were charged $400 for a sofa set and $100 for a table with six chairs which has not arrived yet 3 weeks later, because it was on backorder. A $500 fee for a distance of 29 miles. We were completely scammed. And part of the sofa set arrived broken, we called and filed a claim but we haven't received a response. They should be ashamed.
