Let me preface this by saying that my husband and I are so sorry for keeping the staff here late, as we thought they were open until 9pm when they’re only open until 7pm! Julie and Chelsea were SO helpful and not once did they hurry us or tell us they were closing soon. We were not pressured into any decisions and were told multiple times to express our thoughts and concerns with pricing and options. They let us know right away that certain parts/sets were back ordered (which we expected) but they were upfront about exact shipping dates and delays. My husband and I are not very decisive people, but we were reassured that we could be open with them about what we needed, and they certainly delivered! We left very satisfied with the bedroom set we purchased, and will definitely be back (NOT after closing this time!) for our living room furniture when we need to replace. Thanks again Julie and Chelsea!!!
Salesman Mr Inder Singh was very helpful and patient as we roamed about. Unfortunately the sofa we chose is on backorder till mid October but the rest of our pieces will be delivered next week. Very pleased with the service.
We went to Ashley HomeStore to look for a new sofa and take advantage of the Labor Day sale. The selection was great and our sales associate Mavra was very helpful. She helped us find the sofa that we were looking for and got us set up for the delivery. Everything with the delivery went as she had told us it would. The delivery driver was right on time and the set up was seamless. We will definitely go back to Ashley HomeStore the next time we are furniture shopping and will recommend them to our friends and family! And we will ask for Mavra if she is available!

Our sales man Don was amazing! He let us browse for as long as needed and did not pressure us what so ever. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond. We will only be requesting him as our associate from now on. We purchased a mattress and kitchen table set from Ashley’s. We love both items!
Chelsea was very helpful and did everything to make me as a customer happy. She definitely went the extra mile.

We had a very good experience while shopping there. We were met at the door and Jimmy introduced himself and said to let him know if we had any questions and after that we went about looking for a sectional. There was never any hovering or pressure from the salespeople and jimmy stopped by to see if we had questions which by that time we had quite a few. He stayed with us and answered everything we needed. We made our choice and he checked us out in very short order. Good experience and a great selection. We will return.
Our experience was a little rocky at first. My fiancé and I were shopping for a specific size sofa for our beach condo that has low ceilings and narrow doorways. It has been an endless search with little luck. After leaving another furniture store where we found what we needed, but due to Covid it would be 6-8 months delivery, we were frustrated to say the least. Here is where it gets interesting. As we walked in the Ashley showroom there were two ladies. One asked what we were looking for. I explained our dilemma and she immediately started with one objection after another about, "I can't think of anything like that". when I asked if they had any small sofas that some call apartment size. She had a blank look on her face and said she didn't have any idea what I was talking about. My fiancé asked if she had a tape measure so we could measure sofas and her answer was "all the dimensions are on the tags". Then she finally got off stool and pointed at some sofas with a comment "Is this what you are looking for" (sort of sarcasticly). At this point I'm not pleased and turned to my fiancé and whispered ", I'm not happy with her attitude", his answer was "me either". I then walked back to the front of the store and asked the second person, if she was a sales associate. She said yes, my name is Julie, how can I help you. I told her we would prefer dealing with you instead of the other sales associate. Julie, said, no problem, I will take care of it. She returned a minute later and apologized for the other associate and started to show us smaller sofas that were exactly what we were looking for. I know this is a long review but we wanted to give the entire picture of our visit. Julie could not have been nicer. She was professorial, knowledgeable, accommodating and above all, genuinely willing to assist us. We ended up purchasing exactly what we needed, the items were on sale and we will receive them within a week. I have Julie's card and plan on coming back to her for all our furniture needs at the house we are building. Thank you Julie for helping us.
Unfortunately, the wrong bed was delivered. It will be 5 weeks now we are still waiting on delivery on correct bed.
Le doy una estrella, por las bellezas de muebles y comedor que tienen. Pero en servicio son lo peor que tienen. Hice la compra CASH en julio 28 2021, La entrega del juego de comedor era agosto 3 la cambiaron para otra semana, luego la entrega de los muebles me la cambiaron 3 veces, para finalizar todavía me deben 1 cojín del loveseat’. En entregas tienen 0 y en servicio al cliente se tardan demasiado en contestar la llamada. En fin malísima experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

DON'T BUY THE FURNITURE WARRANTY! EVERY CLAIM IS AUTOMATICALLY DENIED. WHEN YOU APPEAL THEY DRAG IT OUT FOR MONTHS AND NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM! The warranty is a scam and just a spiff for the sales people and store!! Rip off
I would NOT purchase from this store. My sons box spring broke and it took them a month to say we don’t replace it. Not to mention the escalation department is not professional at all. The supervisor laughed at me . Don’t wast your time. Room to go is the way to go
