DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you used furniture and then continuously delay any resolution. They will tell you every time you contact them that a supervisor or specialist will personally monitor your case and will respond 24-72 hours. Then they won’t respond and you reach back out and they say the same thing each time. I have all my chats from the beginning as evidence. THEY JUST DONT CARE. It’s been 192 hours in total.

Ordered a comforter set from Ashley online . Received and there is a problem with the fit. A defect in the sizing. I explained this to customer service at the 800 number and HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO SHIP BACK FOR MY REFUND AT MY OWN EXPENSE …not what they advertise or promise. I would have tried another one, but with this poor customer service , I will never purchase another item from online, in store or anywhere there is the Ashley Furniture name. They do not stand behind their products. Less than One Star ⭐️!

Brought 10k worth of furniture at daytona beach store and got worst service an installation..furniture delivered in February and still missing parts with no response from store managers or customer service...DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE

I would update this review once it gets resolved but I am left very disappointed as a first time Ashley customer. My wife and I found a dresser we absolutely loved and came back later to purchase it, The sales associate was kind and helped us put in the order. The piece gets delivered and when I get home to open it I see the leg of the dresser is completely broken off due to the box not being strapped properly or not stored correctly on the truck. I reach out to customer care and get my case created and the agent was helpful and reviewed the photos and said someone will contact me in 3 business days. as of writing it has been 6 business days and I called about an update since I've heard nothing and the agent left notes on the case and said minimum another 3 business days to hear anything about replacing the piece! We absolutely wanted to order more furniture in the future because what we have seen, it is a beautiful piece and feels high quality, but the delivery process has not been good for us and I hope Ashley Furniture can make things right.

Wow I'm currently in the store and overheard conversation amongst salse reps and I'm floored!!! How they are speaking about potential customers is insane! That they won't help you if you don't engage them among other absolute rude comments! Just wow!! It's like being in this store is about them not the customers! If I were the owner or corporate they'd be fired immediately! Just Wow!!
