We ordered two desks and a bed, although easy to put together, three of the desk drawers pieces had the holes drilled incorrectly and we had to drill the correct hole locations to put the drawers together.

Our Sales Associate was Chinwee. She was very pleasant and helpful. She asked us what we were looking for and led us to the furniture that most suited our needs. She then gave us time to look around on our own. She checked back with us to answer any questions and was able to locate other items that we asked about. We ended up buying what we wanted and left the store happy about our purchase.

Update: Table is being replaced. But it is taking two weeks to get here. I explained our situation that we have to go back home for various reasons. Now my husband has to fly back and rent a car to get a table delivered. If i went to your store today and ordered a table as a new customer i would have it in a couple of days. Also i was told saturday and Sundays are blocked for deliveries when our first table was delivered on a Saturday. Horrible customer service except for Michelle who works at the desk in the store. So my review is no longer here. But I was told to email Ashley furniture to attention of Joe G. His response was I cannot over ride any decision made. WHAT DECISION WAS MADE??? MY table is 3 weeks old and I have a 5 year warranty with Reguard and a one year warranty with Ashley. Regurard says it's defected. ASHLEY says not our problem. Again Do Not buy here.

Found the exact lamp I wanted at the Ashley furniture website and drove from out of town to purchase the lamp. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by an older woman that asked what I needed. I said I’m looking for a “corner lamp” she said “WHAT!?” I said “you know a lamp that stands on its own in a corner or behind a couch. And she said “No We don’t have those” “you don’t sell lamps?” “No” she said. It was also how she said it. Like I wasn’t worthy of being in her store. I was suprised as I drove here specifically for something they advertised. So, frustrated I got back in my car, looked it up on the website and there it was. Went back in and showed her the picture and she walked me right to it. Lost sale. I was going to buy it but she wasn’t making a commission off of me

Really happy with this experience. Been looking for awhile for a new living room set, Ashley has always been in the running. Went back a couple of time before settling on the Durapella set (since I have a big dog who loves to sit on the furniture). Matt was my associate. Mike is the assistant manager who helped get me the best price. Coordinated a delivery time, a few months away...really pleased.

Went to Ashley after doing some homework. To get furniture for our grandfather's new mother daughter suite. As soon as we walked in the door, I was greeted by Mavra. She was incredibly helpful, providing everything we needed to make an informed decision. based on the choices that we had made online. She showed us the furniture in person so that we could look at dimensions, test the firmness of the mattresses, and let us know of all the options that were available for the particular products. She didn't hard sell or upsell anything. She did ask if we wanted to look at dining room furniture as well. We hadn't come there for that, but we went with her to look anyway and found some things that we may purchase soon. Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience. When a salesperson makes you feel at ease instead of overwhelmed and pressured, it's a great thing, and it's rare. That's exactly what happened here. My wife and I were in the market for a couple of recliners and a queen size bed frame, so we swung into the Ashley Furniture store just off North Williamson in Daytona. We were greeted by one of their sales staff, Mike Hall. He asked if we were looking for something in particular, then told us where to locate the furniture within the store and how to navigate their pricing placards at each furniture grouping. He offered to accompany us, but when we said we were just looking, he simply said, "If you need me, I'm here all afternoon." We really appreciated his no-pressure approach. Eventually, we settled in on the items we wanted to purchase amongst their huge inventory. Mike pulled together the paperwork, including the sale pricing and delivery schedule. The store is very clean and laid out well. This is the second time we've purchased Ashley Furniture in the past six months and are satisfied with the quality of their furniture relative to pricing. I purchased a California King bed from Ashley Furniture, and it has been a nightmare. The bed's side rails, footboard, and wood slats broke, and despite having an insurance claim approved, the error in my receipt listing these parts at $0.00 has left me stuck. Michael Perez, who handled my purchase at the Orlando store, made the error and is now working at this location. Melanie Hernandez and Sarah Ziera have been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. Months later, my bed is still broken. Ashley Furniture’s customer service has been appalling, and I demand a resolution or a full refund. Avoid at all costs!

We came in a few weeks before we actually ordered what we needed just to see what they had to offer, and we were greeted by Hiral Mehta she was very quick to get us in the right direction where we needed to be. We came back today a few weeks later and she remembered us and again greeted us with a smile and great hospitality. If we ever come back to buy more furniture she will be the one that we will go through.

We came in to see the sofas. We bought a beautiful sofa recliner. Karey Schreck was our sales person. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is a joke. Customer service is terrible, we waited over a month before we decided to cancel our order after they decided to reschedule our delivery date a few times.

We bought a living room set at the Daytona Beach store and had it delivered on March 1,2024. On delivery we noticed damage to one of the recliners. We notified Ashley and followed their directions, photo of damage and photo of model. We were informed that a technician would be out to repair the damage. Made an appointment, the technician arrives and does the exact thing that I was instructed to do. He took photos. After several weeks (45+ days) of no response I called and asked what was going on. They informed me that the “piece” would not be here until May. I asked for my money back and was told they could not do that. They could repair it or get store credit. How do you repair leather? How is it going to look compared to the original furniture. We chose to get a store credit. We went to the Daytona Beach store and were told that we have 30 days to choose or we would lose our money ( over $1,000). Why can we not get our money back? Why is it that we only have 30 days to choose a replacement. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED with the way this company/store is handling this problem. I would give it 0 stars if it were an option. We have purchased several pieces from them before and have never had any problems until now. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Do not buy the extended warranty . We did . Covers not much more than spilling milk on it . Recliner chair cushion became uneven . They sent someone out to look . He never called us back with a resolution. Called the store , they sent someone out . He never responded back to us either . Called corporate. They said “ your issue is not covered “ 5 year warranty for nothing . Won’t be back .

On the day of purchase of 2 love sofas we were guaranteed they were in stock. Delivery was scheduled and were told we could not change that date. We then received 3 different texts confirming the delivery date until low and behold Ashley Furniture changed the date with no reason given. It is supposed to be today. If they don't deliver today we will be cancelling the order altogether.

My partner and I went into the store just to look around for some new furniture. We were greeted by a sales person named nick. Nick saw that we were young and took advantage to say the least. He asked if we were going to look into financing and it was a possibility for us. He told me there was a way to check what we could get approved for and that it was just a soft credit check that would give us an estimate so we could search in our price range. I confirmed with him multiple times that it was just a soft credit check because I had no interest in signing up for a credit card. We went over to the kiosk and it asked me questions and he was guiding me through the questions it told me the amount and he instructed me to hit “I agree” he rushed me by saying quick you have to hit “I agree.” It then popped out that I had signed up for a credit card. I was LIVID but I remained respectful and left the store. We then spent the next TWO HOURS trying to contact anyone about what just happened. I am young and have worked very hard to maintain good credit even in this impossible economy. Ashley’s customer service redirected me a bunch of times and sent me on a goose chase. Customer Service told me I had to contact the store and the store told me I had to contact Customer Service. In the end they basically told me there was nothing I could do because “I agreed.” I decided to give up with Ashley and just cancel the card when it came in which I did and it ended up TANKING my credit 54 points. I will never be shopping or supporting ashley home store. They should be ashamed of the business they’re conducting and what they’re allowing their employees to do.

The store has a lovely selection of attractive furniture. My salesperson, Mariam Hammoud, was very pleasant, not pushy, knowledgeable and honest. However when I got the set in from the manufacturer it had a number of defects. Photos attached. Initially it was a no refund policy, come make another choice from the store. But there was nothing in the store that I cared for that would work in my home. So I worked my way up through the corporate resolution dept. and finally received a refund. I am now on my third set of furniture purchase attempt, from Wayfair this time, and it came in defective. Sadly, I don't think that any of the furniture manufacturers are doing very good work these days. But, I don't blame the store for that.

My husband and I bought 2 Partytime recliners from this store as well as the extended warranty. In early 2023 partytime had a recall on their cupholders due to a fire hazard and we were instructed to leave them unplugged which is pretty difficult since that was the only way to recline. Multiple calls were placed to this store and Partytime with absolutely no help whatsoever. So after 10 months with no help from this store, on our own we finally got to corporate who has a technician coming in a week. In short, buyer BEWARE!

Ashley Furniture has a wide variety with reasonable prices. Our sales person, Mariam was professional, informative and friendly. Mariam has an awesome personality and extensive knowledge of furniture! The questions on furniture and pricing went beyond closing time and I didn’t feel rushed at all.

It is as you would expect. They try to sell you everything they can. But otherwise not a bad experience.

We spent $3000 on a sectional, paid $250 for delivery. The drivers showed up 5 minutes prior to the window beginning, I received the “courtesy” call 5 minutes after they left. My son took the delivery, did not have them put the pieces together and when my husband came home a couple hours later he found the wedge piece to be broken. He immediately called the customer service number to let Ashley furniture know about the damaged piece and request a replacement. He was told to call back the next day because the truck had not gotten back to the warehouse yet. He called the next day and the only option we were given was to have the furniture repaired. We did not want a repair but a new piece of furniture. We are continually told that they will only repair the piece. BUYER BEWARE!!! Check your furniture carefully before the delivery guys leave or better yet Don’t purchase anything from Ashley Furniture in Daytona Beach UPDATE: 1/31/24 I did email Ashley as they requested on this review and they did replace my broken piece with a brand new one. The service I received as a result of this review was top notch. I only wish I would have gotten this type of response from the beginning. I will give Ashley Furniture another chance in the future and upgrade their rating to 3 stars.

Very shady and untrustworthy company. I was in the market for a new mattress. Naturally I went straight to Ashley furniture because I have furnished 2 homes through Ashley previously. It was always my go to for furniture. I spent hours in that store laying on every mattress, trying to find a good fit. We all know how important the right mattress is as we spend a lot of our lives on it. I did finally find one that was everything I was looking for. It felt great in the store. It was delivered 2 weeks later and this is not the same mattress I picked. They must have changed something in manufacturing between this one and the one they had in the store or make the ones special for the store so they seem more comfortable than they really are. My matress is EXTREMELY bouncy, doesn’t feel AT ALL like the one we layed on in the store. I went back to the store 5 days later which was as a soon as I could get there and confirmed that the one I layed on was totally different although looked the same. Spoke to the manager who was nice but told me that Ashley didn’t have any kind of sleep guarantee on their mattresses. First, I would have liked to know that from the start but that is something the sales man never mentioned. I definitely wouldn’t have bought anything without a sleep guarantee and I thought buying ASHLEYS OWN BRAND that it would be a product they would stand by above all else. WRONG. I have been back and forth with customer service and they will do nothing. I wake up in extreme pain from this mattress every morning. And it’s not like I can buy another one after just spending $2000 on this one. My mother in law just bought a house and we were going to buy her a living room set as a house warming gift. I will never be shopping with Ashley again. We have been loyal customers for years. They are scammers and con artist. Those mattresses they have in the show room aren’t at all what you’re getting. You will get something way more cheaply made and not at all what you asked for. It’s really a shame what con artists and scammers this large companies have become for a quick buck.

Do not buy an Ashley brand mattress! You pay $2000 for a mattress. It arrives in a tiny box. They unwrap it and tell you not to lay on it for 8 hours. And when it feels nothing like the one in the store(the model) your stuck with it. No exchanges and no comfort guarantee. I’m stuck with a $2000 uncomfortable mattress that came out of a shoebox. Edit: after reaching out like the owner below asked me to do they did nothing. Basically confirmed they have a no return policy and no comfort guarantee on their $2000 mattress they deliver in a shoebox. I’m stuck with an uncomfortable Mattress because the salesman never told me about the no return policy or the no comfort guarantee. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store and they will not get another penny

Buying something as expensive as a new mattress has a Pressurized feeling of guilt attached to spending that much money for just a mattress. And as a senior citizen, it is hard to imagine spending that much money on a mattress. I keep Hoping that buyers remorse does not set in tomorrow. This is by far the worst experience of my life. We paid over $20,000 to furnish our entire house after a cross country move. Every piece of furniture delivered has issues. Its been two years and they refused to repair most of the defects, flaws and function issues. Their repairman reported it as customers opinion. He said we weren't getting custom made furniture, its assembly line furniture and you get what you pay for. It makes me sick to think we wasted money on a trashy, poorly run company like this! Save yourself of hours and hours of phone time and endless disappoint and find a better store who deserves your hard earned money!

Ashley Stores always have a great selection so I knew if I headed over there, I would return with a successful purchase. Leana was at the front door, so I told her exactly what I needed. It was 12:45 so she did some quick paperwork and got it scheduled. She was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, not pushy at all, and I'm a satisfied customer. Great deal on sofa but was deceived into buying a protection insurance plane for sofa. Don’t buy the insurance plan even if rep tells you it covers everything. Just take the deal and keep it moving.

Paying for bunk beds ended up with 1 bunkeyboard and 2 mattresses. Not a very good delivery.! And trying to get ahold of somebody at the store and can't. Only phone number is customer service. the Store you can't call ! Here is a picture of my bunkeyboard and two mattresses.

This store has excellent sales representatives who take their time to understand what you are looking for. I've returned multiple times while in the process of buying a new home as I like to see furniture before buying and spoke with four to five different representatives, each one able to keep things moving forward. They started an account as I decided/showed interest in a product and then I took screenshots of the list to reference for later when it came time to buy (I needed more time to get a clearer picture of the furniture for the house). Placing orders at the store is really easy if you decide to go that route. I accidentally used the wrong credit card while paying at the store and they were able to quickly and confidently solve the problem for me. Lastly I just want to point out that you'lI easily be able to get information on after-sale support here. Hopefully my furniture doesn't get damaged or stained anytime in the future but if it does I know what the process will be like and what numbers to call! I highly recommend this store!!

Overall a horrible experience. Horrible customer service. We purchased a dresser and no hassle delivery. The dresser came damaged. It had scratches, a smashed corner and the drawers barely open. The delivery people, who spoke Spanish, showed us the damage and left. They tired to tell us (at least I think that's what they were saying) that they would contact support. We received a call and were told they would try to send a technician to examine it. However, we were not available on the dates they offered. They then offered a refund. A few days passed, and they tried to send a technician again, in an email sent at 4:45PM expecting a reply by 5:00PM. I called the next day, and again was assured we would get a refund. The representative said we would be contacted in 24-72 hours to schedule a pickup, and the refund would happen 7-10 days after they picked it up. 4 days later, we received no notifications. No calls, no emails. Nothing. I called and was told they would not be refunding as the dresser was already delivered. Several times I stated that we had already been promised a refund would happen. But the representative said she would try to process the refund again. What a horrible experience!

Very disappointed with Ashley's Customer Care Team. I purchased a bed and opted for delivery to my door. Once the shipping box was opened it was discovered that the box had been dropped causing the headboard to crack. I called the Customer Care Team to make a claim. I was asked to send photos and was told I would have a response within 72 hours. Four business days later, no response so I sent an email inquiry and received no reply. Today I called and was told due to high volume my claim was probably taking longer. The customer care rep I spoke to (obviously in an off-shore call center) said he would notate my call and seek to prioritize response. I complained that this was not solving my problem and the wait was too long. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After a brief hold the supervisor (not in the off-shore call center) spoke to me, approved the claim and arranged shipment of the replacement. The claim process should not take multiple calls and a request to escalate. The claim's outcome was clear from the start. Ashley took too long to resolve. I hope the replacement arrives undamaged.

Very poor service. Delivery guys tried to set up end tables on the wet lawn in the rain, when I had moving blankets on my floor for them. Dragged the furniture across the brand new carpet. Delivery guys then proceeded to swear at my husband. When customer service called to asked how the delivery went and I tried to tell them they put me on hold and then disconnected the call, they did this twice. Very unprofessional. I will not do business with this company again.

You are truly missing out if you don’t buy from Ashley. From the amazing customer service to check out to the follow up and timely delivery of our furniture it has been a great experience. I drove down from PC to the Daytona Store after work during a busy freeway time. I knew when I was greeted by Chinwe it was already going to be so worth it. I didn’t have to spend a lot of time looking at the entire store. I told her what I needed and she had a few different options and all in the same area so I didn’t have to walk from one end of the store to the other. My husband and I love love our furniture. It’s perfect for him and our lifestyle. Chinwe, you’re truly the best along with the entire staff that helped me out in such a quick time. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I’m sure we will see you soon with husband in tow this time!!

Spent 45 minutes on phone to order bed, after all that, oh, by the way you have to come in store to pay. (Should have let me know that 45 minutes earlier) said be there on 9th. Drove 30 minutes to store to pay and delivery date changed to 13th. Told it changed while you were driving here. Then, the saleswoman pissy with me because I no longer wanted bed

Salesman Matthew Meyer was very friendly, led me right to the type of furniture that I told him I was looking for, answered all my questions and quoted prices for all of the pieces of bedroom furniture that I was possibly interested in. When I had decided about a month later what I wanted to order, I called him, asked more questions and was able to place the order over the phone by credit card. It was an easy process.

They encourage you to purchase things and if it doesn’t work in your home the way you intended to be they will pic it up without a question. This place felt so fun to look around I got lost looking at all the pretty setups. I ordered a dresser from here and was going to buy another one as well because I liked the pattern on it but it wasn’t big enough and the one I I was ordering was just a plain grey, the one I liked was like a snake skin looking black but it was a lot smaller.The dresser that got shipped to me must’ve been a mix up because I got the dresser I ordered but in the snake skin color I I didn’t even know it was possible. Good, quick help ordering a couch.

After spending thousands of dollars at this store, I can tell you I am done. I purchased a Catanzaro dual power recliner less than 2 years ago. The metal frame has split because they use cheap pot metal in their construction. When I call the store, the girl who picks up basically tells me there is a 1 year warranty, after I correct her and tell her its a 5 year warranty on recliner mechanisms per the Ashley website, she asks if I can hold and wait for a manager. I wait half an hour before I am hung up on. When I call back I get someone named Christian who sounds like he is in high school. He tells me that the manager is too busy and cant be bothered right now. What's the manager busy doing? Because its not solving my problem. If you want to come to Ashley and overpay for furniture, let it break on you, and have nobody take responsibility for it, then this is the place to waste your money. The only thing worse than their cheaply built furniture, is their customer service.

Honestly, this place is terrible. The sales staff are very pushy, rude, and impatient. The customer service staff behind the desk in the back are the only people who really seem to care a little. I ordered a table set for my living room, and the tables came damaged. They didn’t even come wrapped or in a box, just loosely thrown in the back of a box truck. After many weeks of unreturned emails and calls, I finally went back to the store and sought out help. The customer service staff in the back were able to help me on the spot with some money back, which was nice. But that was only after I had gone back into the store three times, and I still have damaged tables in my living room that I paid hundreds of dollars for.

I bought a piece to complete my Texline sectional couch. Customer service was excellent. Chinwe answered all of our questions and showed us many options for dining area. She also guided us through a procedure related to the protection plan. I’ll definitely buy again from this store.

I would have to call these medium to low prices with an outrageous selection and I think we were both pretty impressed by the fact they had these cool little maps of the furniture and all of the options and sizing that could be selected. Are helpful sales associate was helpful but not overly pushy you know how they can be. Anyway I think we found some cool stuff there it's probably on the top of our list. Compared to badcock this was a few hundred dollars less for the same stuff.

Had a horrible experience with them. Went with an elderly relative to pick out a lift chair, picked one out paid and scheduled delivery for 2 days later. When called about a delivery time, the store couldnt find my order at first. Then realized the info had been entered wrong. When the lift chair finally showed up, there was no power cord with the chair. The delivery men didnt speak english and couldnt help. Called up the store and was told it needed to be a warranty claim to get the power controls. And that if approved it would be 2 weeks before it could be delivered. Horrible for my expectant elderly relative who needs this chair for mobility. Not helpful or a pleasant experience at all.

Purchased 2 recliner chairs and returned. Ashley furniture has not issued a credit. On-going battle. Poor follow-up from store, employees rude. Sad

I’ve been calling there for over an hour now I have it all recorded on my daughters phone, which I will be posting this all over social media. I literally had to ask Skyler for her name and she didn’t say when she answered the phone. She didn’t sound to happy that I asked her name. I told her that I was calling to see if the check that corporate said they were going to issue me for 150. was going to be in the Daytona store to pick up or if they were able to mail it Someone was supposed to get back to me on this, but never did and it’s been several weeks so I thought I would call. I was hoping that I would not have to drive 45 minutes each way to pick up a check for a bed that they told me they could not fix for my daughter. Skyler asked me for my phone number I gave it to her and she told me to hold on and never came back to the phone. I was on hold for several minutes while this is all recorded from my daughter cell phone then I was forwarded to a survey which then hung up on me. I called back several times over the course of over an hour and kept getting Customer Care which said they couldn’t help me that I had to speak to someone in the daytona store. I’m not sure why it is taking so long for someone to pick up for such a big company. i’ve been going back-and-forth with Ashley’s furniture for several months now. Terrible customer service!

This time, as happens often with this company, they shipped damaged furniture but this time, it wasn't shipping that caused the damage. Somewhere along the road, the manufacturer thought putting magic marker with a nonmatching color would hide pretty significant gouges and a 15" scratch in the top... and they still shipped it to a customer... just unacceptable

Don't buy their extended warranty. We bought high end leather loveseat/recliners. Leather is wearing away where you rest your arms. They will not fix or replace. You can't reach customer service in the U.S.A. Furniture is all made in Vietnam.

The sales associate was very nice but not knowledgeable and seemed very disorganized. I wasn’t given and delivery options and was charged $329 for delivery. Checking out, I noticed all the charges on the screen and that’s when I saw the delivery charge. She was quick to complete the sale without disclosing that charge then said it couldn’t be taken off. I spoke to the store manager who was absolutely no help. He had an attitude from the beginning and literally walked away from us when we were talking. I didn’t get his name, not that it would do much good, most of the employees seemed annoyed at their jobs. I purchased furniture from here before but probably won’t go back. I definitely won’t recommend Ashley Furniture in Daytona.

This was an amazing shopping experience from the start, browsing at the store to the end, the delivery a few days later. Michael Hall, the sales associate , was very knowledgeable about the products and he guided us expertly and pressure free through the vast field of sofas/ sectionals options at the store in Daytona Beach. The delivery a couple days later was on time, professional and expedient . The products were expertly wrapped and in perfect condition. Having read some of the devastating reviews on this site, I feel compelled to share my experience. It‘s truly a luxurious experience to lounge in this swivel chair and the oversized chair and a half.

It took a long time to fix a credit card approval, Jim stayed with us and helped until the process was complete.

Worst customer service EVER. Do not spend a single penny here. Issues with couch falling apart - the technician they sent out mentioned the issues and then claimed the couch was fine in the report so Ashley refuses to cover the couch warranty. I have called the store manager multiple times, only to be told "they are at lunch or not available" and then they never call back. We have furnished over 18 AirBNB's with Ashley. Never again. We are about to just bring the couch back and put it in their lobby.

The mattress and box springs in the king bed I purchased produced bugs! I verified with pest control companies not in my home haft come in the product No doubt were picked up on delivery truck. Their technician viewed and the bites on my feet and legs. They refuse to replace mattress and box springs Be careful!!! I'll never shop them again. This was a $7000 cash purchase. After losing everything in hurricane Ian and the trauma I am shocked they deny their product was a problem. Care about disaster issues for the community? NO they do not. The update Ashley responded to my review stating for me to contact them and try to resolve AFTER I received email denying any further attempts to exchange the mattress.

I APL lied for financing. Was approved. Made down payment, signed all paperwork. Ready to leave and then we were asked to pay another $280. Manager wouldn’t speak to us, only through salesperson. Called Corp and call us sent out of the country. Girl said no one to talk to about the manager. Said she would put a note on my cancellation. Great deals and no pushy sales people!

I purchased recliner on 1/3/23, one day later I started experiencing problem with foot rest which doesn't stay up. I complained to the local store, they give me case number but piece of junk is still in my home. Customer Service just giving additional 48 hours to someone to attend to mthis issue. I want them to pick up this recliner and return my money. Today is 1/22/23 No one yet from Ashley store made any attempt to cure the whole incident. Its been 4 days that went bye and still no words of any kind of remedy to have this chair removed from my home and no credit was issued yet for the purchase. How long will it take to remedy this? My next thing will be contacting my bank to help me recover my money.

We've purchased from Ashley several times over the years. Friendly staff, not pushy. Products are nicely displayed. We were looking for a new sofa and living rooms chairs. Disappointed because all of their sofas are tan or brown. Bummer, guess we'll look elsewhere.

We walked into this Ashley and passed 3 different salepersons. Not one said, is anyone helping you, or can I help you? we walked around a single bed that we came back to purchase for 20 minutes. No one ever came to see if we needed help or wanted help. I am very disappointed and to think we have bought all our home furniture from here. Never again.

Nice furniture and great salesman Very knowledgeable

I thought the prices were higher than they should be given on some pieces (coffee tables) the quality was that good. Very disappointed that there isn’t a Military Discount or even a Disabled Veterans Discount. Very disappointing!

If you’re looking for any type of customer service whatsoever you won’t receive it here. Do yourself a favor and go to rooms to go!

I purchased furniture and Diana in the show room is totally rude and nasty. The customer experience was awful and I requested a manager and was denied access. The associate Donald refused to help in a situation he created instead he avoids the situation and not help .

I had a patio table/fire pit delivered today. Went to hook up the gas, and the rack under the table that is meant to hold the can is attached with a single screw, so obviously it collapsed. Upon further inspection I realize that is because everything was installed backwards, so none of the holes lined up. I guess they just figured screw it, since they couldn't figure it out. The top with the gas controls were also reversed. So altogether nothing was done correctly, and when customer service tried to call them to get them back, they would not answer. This is the last time I will be doing business with Ashley.

I'm extremely disappointed in the purchase of my furniture and Ashley's customer service. Delivery was a nightmare, both pieces were damaged, the driver wouldn't bring furniture in the house or unwrap and check items. The technician will need to make 2 visits in an attempt to fix things, due to a wrong part ordered and not enough time given to do the job. Instead of reaching out on the most recent issue, Ashley is scheduling service appointments WITHOUT CONSULTING ME. Despite this ongoing issue and request for manager response, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me and make this right. I'm beyond frustrated after making multiple attempts to get a person on the phone. Is this expected "customer service"? For my money it doesn't meet expectations and really makes me dislike the furniture. Unless something is done to rectify the situation, never again Ashley. You've lost a very loyal customer.

Discrimination against Disabled Customers -The customer service at this store was absolutely disrespectful. I am a service dog handler as I need a service dog to perform daily life. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a man with a disrespectful tone informing me that dogs aren’t allowed into the store. In which I responded that my dog isn’t just a pet. He continued to tell me that I needed to providr proof and documentation of my service dog. It was extremely offensive and and which I responded that I don’t have to provide documentation. However, can ask what purpose and jobs my dog perform. It is Florida law and also implied by the ADA. Next time, ensure that you’re employees know how to treat people with disabilities who need extra services to be able to adequately shop. I’m just as much of a paying customer as anyone else.

I called Ashley Furniture in Daytona Beach on 12/29/22 and worked with Hiral Shah over the phone to order a couch. Hiral was exceptional. She sent my order to me electronically to review. It was perfect!! I paid for it securely online. Delivery was scheduled for 12/1/22. They delivered it promptly - within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled time!! I highly recommend Hiral. She made my experience phenomenal!!

Not Happy! My husband & I purchased a living room set. But the next day after our purchase, got a call from the guy that waited on us. Apologized. Said Co. Discontinued. So went to get our money back. Have to wait 2 weeks to get money back. Not acceptable! & The young girl at the desk, was smiling about it. Not Funny!. The co.needs a locked cash box, to return your money back!

Had my furniture Delivered two weeks ago the same day at the delivery I called with a defect of my bedside table and the bed call the store person that help me when I bought it and I’m still waiting for someone to call me to come over and see and be replaced . Spoke with the sales person three times and I’m still waiting for someone to call me back.

They won't clean a 1250$ lift chair even though I bought the extended warranty. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

We purchased a sofa set and a dinner table with 4 chairs. On delivery, the mechanism on the recliner was not working. A replacement mechanism was requested. It was scheduled to be delivered in one month. The dining table chairs were missing two of the front levelers screws, they requested replacements and we received in two weeks. One of the chairs was missing a screw holding the chair seat. A new crew was placed by their repair person. One week latter , several other screws simply fell off. We contacted Ashley’s and requested new chairs as it was not acceptable to have to repair these new chairs 3 times since purchased. We ended talking to a supervisor . She stated that there was nothing they could do. As she stated, “you should have read the fine print of the purchase agreement” . She stated “ the fine print forces you to accept the repairs or default your rights” New furniture, repaired three times! There is no questions that quality or customer service/ satisfaction is not important to Ashley’s . Ashley’s quality and services is very poor. Ruben Sierra, MD

My daughter recently purchased her bedroom, living room and dining room from Ashley. She has since decided that she doesn't like the dining room, she has had the set less than a week and is being told you will not exchange it?????? She has spent thousands at your store and you are unwilling to give? Normal refund/exchange in any store ( including Tiffany's) is 30 days!! You need to fix this! Strange how you only comment on good reviews.

Finally found the dining room set that I've been looking for at a great price. Cant wait to get it in our new home.

Salesman was really fantastic, and spent a lot of time with me to find just what I wanted. The furniture, on the other hand, after about 6 months, turned out to be garbage. Couch fell apart. The 5 year warranty only covers upholstery, not the supports underneath, which is what fell apart. Dining room table finish is coming off. I paid to have it put together, and a man came to put the table together, but not the chairs. The table is now wobbly and the screws of the chairs keep falling out. Worse, I failed to notify the claims department within 30 days of discovery, so they denied my claim. I wasted $3,000 on this furniture and can't use any of it.

The salesperson was great. I had part # (chair) that I wanted, she found it and quoted price, I agreed, she wrote it up then THE TROUBLE BEGAN. Your “pay online” program sucks. Purchased a couch 2 months ago and found myself in same position! Your program would say accepted then 2 seconds later say payment denied. We tried 3x and I called Capital One, they said charge went thru….but you said DENIED. After thr 4th try, I finally ran to store to get it done. Guess what, NO HASSLES, payment made, out of store 10 min.But very aggravated with your system. FIX IT!

Bought a piece of furniture with extended warranty coverage/protection back in April of 2021 that was denied by the provider when the furniture piece failed 8.2022. Worst customer service ever! My gf and I bought a bedroom set and the dresser door will not fit flush with the dresser. You can tell it's bowed out. Called to have a manager call us back 5 times and still haven't received a phone call back. They take your money and run. I will never buy from them again. We're still waiting for a phone call back!!

I resolve to stop buying furniture here - it just is not good quality. I paid more than $3500 for a leather living room set and after 5.5 years it is ready for the trash. The stitches are worn and there are spots where the dye has faded and ripped. Very disappointing. Stopped back at the store but they wanted nothing to do with me as far as providing service or information, very much a pressure sales culture. Never going back.

My experience was horrible! I received a mattress that wasn’t the one I chose. Delivery was horrible trashed my floors. Scraped my walls, as well as dented them. Didn’t put the items where instructed and left without me knowing. I was also told by Jonathan if I was unhappy with the comfort of my mattress I had 90 days to call to get it switched out. Customer service claim they will handle it and call back. They never did! So I called and nothing was notated. The mattress feels like I’m sleeping on concrete. Definitely not what I ordered. The delivery guy also scraped my ceiling with the headboard. My bed and nightstand is so close to the bathroom door. I hurt myself often trying to get around it. Oh and didn’t put any handles on the dressers. Unbelievable. They need to compensate for all the damage done to walls and ceiling immediately!!! EDIT- I’ve done everything possible to try and get this matter to be resolved. I have been disrespected, cursed out, hung up on. As well as ignored in between! I still have all the issues I listed above. And we’re now in September and there’s no changes . This company I wouldn’t suggest ever going there! I even went in the location and the supervisor Cedric cursed at me which lead me to come out of character. How dare he! It’s my money spent and I want what I paid for. I’ve even suggested they come and remove everything I no longer want to deal with them. At this point I will be taking legal action.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. We were lied to, deceived, and ignored several times. My pregnant wife had to go in the store many times to get answers and we were deceived over and over. When our furniture finally arrived it was missing a shelf and in true Ashley fashion they ignored my requests for a new shelf. Due yourself a favor and avoid buying from this retailer you will cause yourself unnecessary headaches

We have been waiting on our table for over 8 months. I was contacted 3 different times with a congratulations email that my order would be delivered soon. I was excited after our first email and prepared our dining room as instructed and got rid of our old table to make room. I also requested the scheduled delivery day off work. I was then called by Ashley rep. and advised it had been backordered until June! I was very upset but was told the new date would be July 13th so I calmed down and waited yet another month. In July I got another congratulations letter that our furniture was coming, I once again requested off work to make sure I was home for the delivery. I then get an email from Skyler at Ashley’s furniture in Daytona that our Financing authorization had expired, and I needed to provide the card number and security code for the order. I never received a card in the mail, I assumed it was because they hadn’t sent the furniture, so I did not have that information. I told Skyler I had been waiting and expressed how frustrating it is to wait 8 months and now I am being asked to drive 45 minutes away to reauthorize my financing information because our order was so delayed it expired. I told Skyler I would come down there that night if she could tell me that my furniture was still on its way this week. She advised it was now on a “Finance Hold” and she could not view those details. She then said she could email the warehouse and find out and would call me back. My husband and I waited anxiously on standby to drive down but never heard back from her. I called the next day and was told once again; they couldn’t tell me if the delivery was still scheduled due to the Finance hold. I explained to her how frustrated I was. We have been eating on a card table for months and if it was going to be delayed again, I would rather just cancel instead of driving 45minutes to re authorize our financing which expired due to the length of time it has taken Ashley to deliver the furniture. What happened to emailing the factory??? I then asked to speak to a manager. I waited 5 hours and did not receive a call back. I called again and was told the manager was to busy to speak to us. I was given to another employee who took my information and said she would reauthorize the order and call me back that evening or first thing in the morning with the furniture delivery date. She never called. I have no idea if my furniture is coming this week or not. I will never buy from them again! Delays, poor communication, lies about contacting the warehouse. Run don’t walk, run to any other furniture store, it would be better then buying from Ashley home store furniture. We spend about 25k to furnish a home here in Florida. They sold us the warranty and 14 months after we have a fire pit patio table that is losing it finish ( which they claim to make) warranty says manufacture defect, contact them. Ashley furniture says over one year call the warranty you purchased. So if you are even remotely thinking of going to Ashley’s, first go to face book customers , complaints you’ll read hundreds, they have created there own site. Because on Ashley’s fb page they delete all negative reviews. As I said run don’t walk to any other furniture store. They total sell junk and don’t stand behind there products.

Wow! Where do I start. DO NOT BUY AT THIS LOCATION OR AT ANY LOCATION FOR THAT MATTER! Worst Customer Service EVER! The sales people at the store will be nice to get you to buy, then God forbid something goes wrong with your order, they will not want to do anything to do with you. They will give you the "I am just a salesperson" answer. They will not make any attempt to make it right with you. Not to mention the phone number to the store will automatically redirect to the WORTHLESS Customer Service Department. I purchase a bedroom set over a week ago. Been sleeping on the floor ever since. Ashley Furniture has been to my home twice to correct the error (wrong hardware to install the bed) and after numerous calls, including speaking with the "so called Escalations Department" they messed up again. How do you mess this up? Unacceptable! They could care less. I will never buy furniture from them again and I will make sure any friend or family stays away. As I am writing this, I have been on hold on the phone, trying to once again get someone to get this right. I will attempt to contact Corporate as well. Again, STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!

Had a great shopping experience. Found the perfect living room set for our new condo. The furniture specialist, Jeff Grimm, was courteous and knowledgeable.

Cannot get through to the store to actually speak to our salesman! Went there to find him on a day he said he’d be working but they told us “he took the day off” Left our number for him to call us and still we have not gotten ahold of him. Trying to call the store again this week and still on hold listening to the advertising loop of how wonderful Ashley Furniture is. We really like our couch but do not like the customer service. Once the sale is done…they are done with you it seems. Disappointing.

Unhappy customer. The furniture delivered was like it was model furniture, scrapped up, drawers don't work, legs were missing, dining room chairs are not level, and trying to get this resolved from Customer Service/Care is like pulling teeth! It's been this way for over a month now. Have tickets open with customer care, but they don't respond. Have asked me for photos 3 times, and I've sent them 3 times! They say they will schedule me after receiving photos, but no. Still waiting.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, AND ASHLEY FURNITURE IN GENERAL!!! AFTER SPENDING $3000 HERE MY FURNITURE ARRIVED DAMAGED AND THE DELIVERY TEAM SEVERELY DAMAGED MY BRANDNEW HARDWOOD FLOORS, IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS NOW WITH NO RESOLUTION. RIDICULOUS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.. I ALSO HAVE NOT HAD ANY SUCCESS GETTING A RESOLUTION AFTER CALLING THE STORE AND CORPORATE A COMBINED 100 TIMES, SHOP ON AMAZON OR IKEA, YOU WILL SAVE MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE DEALING WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS. CURRENTLY FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR ALL OF THE ISSUES THEY HAVE CAUSED. Edit: an additional shout out to Daytona Ashley Furniture store and their customer service personnel. We had a problem that wasn’t Ashley fault and they went to bat for us to get it remedied.

Although delivery for a particular item has taken close to 8 frustrating months (and still waiting) to deliver...I want to take a moment to praise these wonderful ladies for their support. ****Update now that furniture piece received, what a complete waste of time and resources. Waited forever for the media console to arrive only for it to come beat up and with the damn manual wedged between two pieces that were assembled. The staff assembling definitely saw it and decided this was still good enough to deliver. Meanwhile, the pieces will have to be removed to get this booklet out from in between. Who does this and whyyyy??? Lazy and careless employees are a dangerous thing! Also, one door doesnt close flush against the unit and protrudes out a lot (pic below) and the last thing is the delivery guy unwrapped the unit on its side and the shelves were resting on top but enclosed in the blanket wrap and they came crashing down and hit the ground so hard the corner received damage. It’s just so stupid to have these kinds of issues but clearly people don’t care about the hard earned money you’ve spent in an attempt to have nice/functional things. And NO HARDWARE was assembled. They just left everything here for me to do. If I wanted to build furniture, I would’ve shopped at IKEA 🙄

Horrible experience here in this store in daytona i bought a loveseat one year and 3 month and when they did the delivery,ones of the loveseats was broken and i went again back to the store and tell this problem and they told me they will send a technician to fix it so its the time im still have the loveseat broken in my living room because the cant do anything until yesterday that i went again and they told me come this saturday to talk to the general manager to see whats he will say so this is unbelievable and i pay for the warranties $400 and some and no one fix my problem and im still waiting 1 year and 3 month just for change or fix the loveseat and this is the first problem here is the 2nd problem I went 8 week ago to buy a bedroom set for my dad and i choose one set and they told me takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the bedroom set so its 8 weeks already and no body call me for anything to tell me anything this is ridiculous they dont know how to work with clients always is a problem that they dont trying to fix Final dont go to this store to buy anything its ridiculous

The minute I walked into the store Jessica was sitting there at the desk she greeted me with a big smile and I showed her a picture of furniture. She took me right to it I would recommend Ashley’s HomeStore to anyone in the DAYTONA area

Failed to deliver, they rescheduled me a week later, hope it gets here on their 2nd promised date which will be a week later. I hope this is not habitual!

My wife and I came into the store unsure if we were going to purchase a living room set or not. We were helped by a salesman named Mike. Mike was very professional, charismatic and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and ended up purchasing more than just a living room set. Highly recommend this store and it’s employees, ask for Mike!

If you must buy at this location avoid the extended warranty. Wile the issue was resolved after years of avoidance it was not worth the stress. My advice is avoid buying anything here. That’s my plan!

I ordered 2 accent chairs and an accent table in my local store on 1/7/22. They set up delivery for the chairs on 1/12/22. They did advise that the table was on order until April. I decided to go ahead and get the table even though it meant waiting 3 months. On January 12th they delivered the WRONG chairs. I called customer service and the hold times were really long - it said I was 875 in queue. I decided to go back to the store. They were able to see what happened and place the order for the correct chairs. They advised it would be February. I agreed. They said we could keep the incorrect chairs until the new ones came. I got a delivery alert for 2/8/22. Turns out this wasn’t a delivery at all. It was Ashley Furniture picking up my chairs leaving my room empty. After calling Ashely Furniture I was told they new chairs would arrive in March. I later got a delivery date of March 23rd. I confirmed the delivery. I waited home all morning. I called Ashley furniture in the afternoon. They said the chairs would not be delivered until April 16th. I asked why I got the delivery alert for today. The representative said “I don’t know”. Well that’s not helpful. I waited home for nothing. They also informed me that my table is now showing it won’t be in the warehouse until July! So after spending $1000 in January I still have an empty room in March. Had I known it would take this long up front I would not have cleared out the room. I cleared out the room for that initial delivery back in January. Lesson learned. Do not buy from Ashley furniture in the future. They will mess up your order and leave you with NOTHING except an empty wallet. They charged me a delivery fee too even though there is no way to pick up the order. Only option is for them to deliver it.

I’m a young shopper and typically, people don’t pay much attention to me or take me seriously and I usually experience a lot of side eyes and prying questions when I’m in a sales environment. This store really was looking to be the same with some of the salespeople until I met Don. He approached me like he would any other customer and was around checking in with me. Right away he was respectful of me, professionally and helped me without hesitation. I found a couch I loved and expressed my interest and he gave me so much great information about it. He had all of the answers to my questions and he wasn’t upset when I told him I was going to measure my space to make sure it would fit and I’d be back after mapping it out to purchase if it works out. He gave me his card and told me his availability. When I texted him later on that day, he was responsive and answered my questions happily. I came back the next day and we made the purchase. He answered all of my questions about the warranty and gave me some experiences and situations on why it would be a good idea for us. He was transparent about all associated fees with delivery and he was completely friendly and professional. It was so refreshing to not be pushed and pulled at the mercy of a salesperson. He told me about financing options and I told him I was going to buy it outright, and he was still happy to help even though we weren’t financing with the store. Normally, I am very judged and shopping for high priced items is uncomfortable for me because people make assumptions or think I’m wasting their time with my questions. Don was not this way at all. I’ll definitely be back as we continue to furnish our new home!

Not nice, Daytona store has been the worst…I rather deal with Sanford store better customer service and they tell you the truth, I will never shop there again.

I DO NOT recommend buying at this location at all. They all act so nice and helpful to get you to buy something and then they don't care about you anymore. I ordered a very expensive couch back in august and was told that it would arrive in September and no later than the beginning of October. I was notified closer to the time the it was supposed to be arriving and was told the couch wasn't coming until the end of November. I didn't have a couch in my new apartment for over 6 months. I just moved to the area and this made it so much more stressful. The couch finally came in at the end of November and was MISSING A COUCH CUSHION!!!! I paid over $3000 for a couch with a missing cushion there's a huge gap in the couch. I told them this and they said they would order it for me. I've called and gone back so many times and I STILL have not received my couch cushion and it's already February. This has been such a nightmare and I will definitely be bringing this matter further and elevating it since it hasn't been resolved. This is not a way to treat your customers. How would you feel if this happened to you?????

We are in the middle of a move and knew that we would need some furniture. Ashley Homestore is advertising a big sale going on and we already decided on a specific sofa. As we entered the store, we were greeted by Leona, who was ready to assist us. We showed her what we wanted, had the sofa ordered and scheduled delivery in no time, even matched the price that we saw online. Leona is knowledgeable, personable and ready to go to work for you. Later in the day we looked online again and found a couple of pieces that we were interested in buying. She got that done a second time all without any kind of pressure sales techniques. It was a great experience for us all around. High five to Leona. Totally awesome and left the store very happy.

have shopped there before and my furniture is 15 years old and still is in great shape. This time I had a lovely salesgirl named this time I had a lovely salesgirl named Leona from the Daytona Showroom. she was very patient with me even though I drove her crazy. I ended up cancelling what I first purchased and rebought something else. She took care of us and always was very pleasant. Your furniture is of good quality and very nice.

Jimmy Cunningham… our salesman who deserves a big five ⭐️ review! Jimmy has excellent customer service skills AND very helpful in navigating us through the store, showing us the beds, mattresses and pillows. He was nice and patient, stayed after hours to complete our purchases. He was thoughtful about what each person needed and found a way to make sure the beds are delivered and set up this weekend! They will lie to you!! About delivery, waiting times.. they lie about inventory to get the couch sold.... Watch them lie to you about months and months of waiting times.. I warned you.

We have been purchasing our furniture for almost 10 years from Ashley Furniture. They are the best. Ordered a table in November. Delivery date was January 9. Table never arrive. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. Says over 70 colors ahead of me. I have no information on where my table is. We would love a callback. Can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. At least we can do is know when our orders coming. Online says order doesn’t exist. They got my money where is my stuff.

7 months after waiting for a accent table they sent an emal and said it could finally be delivered and early, I confirmed once again and waited, got a phone messgae the day it was supposed to be delivered saying the paperwork needed to be resigned, went to the store to resign the paperwork waited in a huge line that never moved, Decided to call instead, I was then told they could do the paperwork over the phone but I would not get my furniture for another 3 to 4 months. Thanks for wasting my time!!! How is it possible to be delivered one day and then it magically dissappears for another 3 months? Went home and called They now toell me that my piece won't be here until March or April.

Jonathan, provides the best service ever. He dedicates us all the time necessary to make sure we were comfortable with our selection and he let us take all the time. He never pushed or pressured us. Have a bad experience last time that I bought. The bed sets came late, the nightstand drawers broken and the never change it for a new one. A year later still have issues with that and waiting for been fixed

It was the best experience I have ever had at an Ashley's Furniture. The sales lady was very good at what she does and we were very happy with our decisions. We were furnishing a whole house and she didn't try to hurry us and when we would find something we wanted to change she wasn't bothered by it at all. She would change it. She was a Saint. There are a few more things I would like and I will return to buy them.

Rip off store!! Buyer beware! I bought a dresser for $504 during the new years sale. I came back to the store 3 days later to possibly buy more furniture from the same bedroom collection. I noticed the dresser I just bought for $504 was now only $410. I talked with a manger and she told I'm out of luck, they would not adjust the billing credit of $94 on my 12 month zero interest same as cash account. Rip off store avoid!!! I shop at Hudson and Room To Go now. I feel confident with them

My husband and I walked in to take a look we need living room and dining furniture for our home. We had multiple employees look at us but no one offered to help us. We walked out after 20 minutes

Bought a double reclining couch and we were delivered one with a broken handle. A few weeks go by and the back breaks. Tech comes says says he ordered the part. Week goes by we call and no part ordered, "forgotten about." This was about one month ago. Still using that broken expensive pies of garbage. Highly disappointed. Give them minus 1 star if it were possible.

I had heard that furniture was taking a long time to be in stock due to covid so to be proactive, I placed an order in June for our closing on our house in December. On November 27, we received confirmation that all of our orders were in stock and ready to be delivered to us in December. We were thrilled! We received this confirmation via phone and email. Then two days later on November 29th, we got a voicemail that our deliveries would not be in stock until February 18th!!!! I am livid. I spoke with a manager and no one is able to help or explain why this would happen. I am furious and Ashley’s will not and has not made this right. I do NOT recommend ordering from them and I never will again!!!!!! Terrible customer service!

I bought all new furniture from Leona Reeves. Came in for one piece and bought 6. She is an asset to your company. Your management staff (can't remember her name) Greeted me and took good care of me. I had a great time spending money! First time ever with all new living space, thank you!

Got 2 bedroom sets at Ashley on international speedway. Justin Ward was amazing, he was knowledgeable, prompt with service. Listened and understood what we were wanting.

Real people in the Daytona store can make a difference! I appreciate their patience and help. I spent several hours attempting to order a dresser using Ashley’s website. It said repeatedly I should call my credit card company because there was a problem. The credit card company said there was no problem and that they had approved all transactions submitted by Ashley. So I called Ashley customer service (several times). What a joke! They finally revealed the real problem: the Ashley IT department does not support ANY Apple device. I asked how I was supposed to order the product and they said use a PC or order by phone. I called the number they provided, but was growing older by the minute as I waited. I decided to call the Daytona store directly. Thank Goodness for Jimmie at the Daytona store! He had everything taken care of in a few minutes. The IT department at Ashley is out of touch with how the real world operates. They force other employees to deal with ridiculous issues that shouldn’t exist in the first place. Ashley needs some competent software engineers.

While visiting in Florida we finally found the dining room set we wanted! Unfortunately, Jeff was too busy to sell it to us. I guess we will have to try the Knoxville store.

Went to Ashley looking for a nightstand and dresser, came away with an amazing bedroom set at a great total price! Our salesman, Will, was more than perfect! He met us at the door, told us where to look and then let us wander. We both dislike salespeople that follow you around pointing out things we’re not interested in and Will was more than willing to just check back with us. After finding what we didn’t even know we were looking for, Will was right there to walk us through their process. We could not have more pleased with his service and the furniture we found (did I mention that we weren’t even looking for it?? Lol). Not sure that we’ve had a more pleasant experience. I placed an order for two office chairs that won’t be available until January next year. Leona was very efficient and pleasant to work with, she also made a notation on my order to ship my items as soon as possible just in case they came in early.

I had a great Experience at Ashleys in Florida! I had come in and found a couch that I really liked but wanted to go and shop around. I was astonished at the furniture in other stores around, awful! I came back to Ashleys and Jimmy helped me and was amazing. He stood back and let me look around and then when I found something I liked he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I went in for a couch and left with a couch, dining table and console. I am currently building a home so I was able to leave the delivery as ETA/ able to let them know when I had a move in date-I could even deliver pieces at separate times if that was easier for me. Great service and I will be back!!

Dimitri great salesman, found what I needed quick, got me in and out quick. No aggressive upsells, found me just what I needed.

My husband and I ordered a bedroom set! The first delivery the men did not put our end tables together correctly! They left out screws so when you moved them, they just fell to the floor! And our bed frame was missing parts! I even tipped them and they said NOTHING! Just lifted! We then had two more men come back to fix our bed frame and end tables! The one guy asked for gorilla glue?!! Umm what?! It’s not supposed to need gorilla glue, they are BRAND NEW! So they left with an end table STILL broken! Now we have scheduled for a new end table to be delivered AGAIN this Saturday! Let’s hope this time it’s fixed! It’s been a not so great experience!!

Purchased furniture 3 month ago,I haven’t got anything yet.so disappointed

Let me preface this by saying that my husband and I are so sorry for keeping the staff here late, as we thought they were open until 9pm when they’re only open until 7pm! Julie and Chelsea were SO helpful and not once did they hurry us or tell us they were closing soon. We were not pressured into any decisions and were told multiple times to express our thoughts and concerns with pricing and options. They let us know right away that certain parts/sets were back ordered (which we expected) but they were upfront about exact shipping dates and delays. My husband and I are not very decisive people, but we were reassured that we could be open with them about what we needed, and they certainly delivered! We left very satisfied with the bedroom set we purchased, and will definitely be back (NOT after closing this time!) for our living room furniture when we need to replace. Thanks again Julie and Chelsea!!!

Unfortunately, the wrong bed was delivered. It will be 5 weeks now we are still waiting on delivery on correct bed.

NO COMPRES EN ASHLEY A MENOS QUE QUIERAS DOLORES DE CABEZA!! Le doy una estrella, por las bellezas de muebles y comedor que tienen. Pero en servicio son lo peor que tienen. Hice la compra CASH en julio 28 2021, La entrega del juego de comedor era agosto 3 la cambiaron para otra semana, luego la entrega de los muebles me la cambiaron 3 veces, para finalizar todavía me deben 1 cojín del loveseat’. En entregas tienen 0 y en servicio al cliente se tardan demasiado en contestar la llamada. En fin malísima experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

Salesman Mr Inder Singh was very helpful and patient as we roamed about. Unfortunately the sofa we chose is on backorder till mid October but the rest of our pieces will be delivered next week. Very pleased with the service.

We went to Ashley HomeStore to look for a new sofa and take advantage of the Labor Day sale. The selection was great and our sales associate Mavra was very helpful. She helped us find the sofa that we were looking for and got us set up for the delivery. Everything with the delivery went as she had told us it would. The delivery driver was right on time and the set up was seamless. We will definitely go back to Ashley HomeStore the next time we are furniture shopping and will recommend them to our friends and family! And we will ask for Mavra if she is available!

We will only be requesting him as our associate from now on. We purchased a mattress and kitchen table set from Ashley’s. We love both items!

Bought a beautiful set from Ashley and the love seat came in the time frame they stated. The couch they delivered came unboxed and with a nasty blanket over it. It has stains all over and ripped in some spots. I couldn't believe they tried to deliver it to me. I rejected it and asked for a new one. It took 5 MONTHS!!! finally after calling and spending hours talking to them they delivered my couch. Let me just say it's not even that good of quality. I am extremely disappointed.

Our experience was a little rocky at first. My fiancé and I were shopping for a specific size sofa for our beach condo that has low ceilings and narrow doorways. It has been an endless search with little luck. After leaving another furniture store where we found what we needed, but due to Covid it would be 6-8 months delivery, we were frustrated to say the least. Here is where it gets interesting. As we walked in the Ashley showroom there were two ladies. One asked what we were looking for. I explained our dilemma and she immediately started with one objection after another about, "I can't think of anything like that". when I asked if they had any small sofas that some call apartment size. She had a blank look on her face and said she didn't have any idea what I was talking about. My fiancé asked if she had a tape measure so we could measure sofas and her answer was "all the dimensions are on the tags". Then she finally got off stool and pointed at some sofas with a comment "Is this what you are looking for" (sort of sarcasticly). At this point I'm not pleased and turned to my fiancé and whispered ", I'm not happy with her attitude", his answer was "me either". I then walked back to the front of the store and asked the second person, if she was a sales associate. She said yes, my name is Julie, how can I help you. I told her we would prefer dealing with you instead of the other sales associate. Julie, said, no problem, I will take care of it. She returned a minute later and apologized for the other associate and started to show us smaller sofas that were exactly what we were looking for. I know this is a long review but we wanted to give the entire picture of our visit. Julie could not have been nicer. She was professorial, knowledgeable, accommodating and above all, genuinely willing to assist us. We ended up purchasing exactly what we needed, the items were on sale and we will receive them within a week. I have Julie's card and plan on coming back to her for all our furniture needs at the house we are building. Thank you Julie for helping us.

Worst customer service ever. My parents ordered a sofa and loveseat set. The love seat arrived a month ago and the sofa was supposed to arrive today, And without any notice now it’s supposed to arrive on the 9th. We cancelled our days plans anticipating arrival of furniture that got rescheduled without any notice. Ridiculous service. Never use Ashley ever again.

I have always loved Ashley's furniture and preferred it over other stores because of their quality and great customer service. Just wish it wasn't so darn expensive sometimes!

Ordered $6,000 worth of furniture on May 4th was told I would get it in June. Delivery Date changed 4 times didn’t receive furniture till July 26th. Received mismatching sofa and loveseat ottoman with no legs. Called customer service they sent our legs but acted like tough luck we got your money have a good day regarding our sofa that didn’t match our loveseat. So in the mean time we are storing this huge sofa in our garage it patiently waiting for a solution. Bad Customer Service but good furniture.

Very unhelpful, they just want money. Our sales lady found my budget, showed me one couch that was in the budget and our desired style, and then when my husband and I were unsure if we were ordering the right configuration offered no help, didn’t talk to us about the room, and added the protection plan even though the couch was at the top of the budget, never saying how much it added to the total. We ended up ordering the wrong couch due to the lack of guidance. It looks so stupid and we absolutely hate it. I will never shop here again, I’d rather spend the money at ikea and build it myself.

Great selection and inventory was available, unlike a major chain furniture store across the street who said availability wouldn't be until next year! Ashley HomeStore is delivering my beautiful dresser, chest and 2 nightstands in 5 days. Excellent costumer service

I called ahead with a item number an I was told they had it in the store. When I got there it wasn't available at any store. I

I ordered a dining table to be delivered. Their fulfillment group does not call when they are heading over and they don’t have an app to tell you which “stop” you are like Rooms to Go has. You are only provided a 4-hour window. I live in a gated community but they must have followed someone in because I didn’t get a call from them (again). When I called they said the truck might come at the end of the day and if not, I would have to reschedule. I called later that day and they said I would have to reschedule my delivery but I couldn’t reschedule through them. I asked for a supervisor, spent more time on hold only to hear a supervisor wasn’t available. I canceled my order and placed an order through Amazon.

Elizabeth was wonderful!! Prices were great too! I'll be back for sure!

The bed we picked out for my son was perfect the gentleman Michael P. Was an amazing salesman and very helpful. Definitely coming back to see him to get a bed for myself.
