Great experience. Justin was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about furniture and warranties. He introduced himself ask if he could help. He answered my questions and then let me browse which I greatly appreciated. Somehow he knew the perfect time to reaproach. He made buying my new sofa, loveseat and ottoman a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Justin and this Ashley store to my friends and family.
LOVED my furniture, but not so much on the mattress. BUYER BEWARE, DISHONEST SALES TEAM -- There are no comfort guarantees so if you end up with pain from your mattress, you're stuck with it. NO RETURNS ON MATTRESSES and when I called because no one told us no returns, the salesperson KATHRYN told us "My job is to sell them, why would I tell you that?" STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION OR BUY YOUR MATTRESS ELSEWHERE. $2k down the drain!! So disappointed.
Worst company EVER! Waited over 2 months for a bedroom set. First delivery date was a no call no show, second delivery date was canceled, third delivery date received confirmation then they cancelled morning of leaving my daughter with a empty bedroom since we removed everything. Fourth delivery date set, bed comes broken. Customer service never called to reschedule for another delivery date & we still have not received the damn bed! Horrible!

I came in the store early June and spent thousands in the store. I added on an item that was supposed to be delivered the 4th of July along with some other furniture which I of course had been waiting weeks for, to find out it was never added on. I called and spoke with someone there, who was not able to a help me at all and then disconnected our call. I tried calling several times again and no answer. So I then had to drive all the way to the store. They did not have the table I had originally added on. Jeff helped me out, he was great. The girls at customer service are not friendly. But over all, I am very annoyed with how this was handled and upset that I am now having to wait again and spend an hour and half of my time in the store trying to figure it out.
We purchased a bedroom set for my grandson and a dinning room table. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. The experience was good. We received the furniture and a few weeks later some damage occurred to the table and night stand. The tech came out and was freaking amazing everything was back to normal. Daytona location is awesome - Stay away from the Sanford Store.

I made a purchase at this location in Daytona, Fl on June 16th, 2020 and was scheduled a delivery yesterday Tuesday the 23rd, 2020. After having the bedroom suit delivered - half way through the install I was informed they were missing pieces and hardware to the bed frame/canopy. The delivery team was extremely nice and got me on the phone with a dispatcher and technician team to resolve my issues, stating the other items will be in transit within the next 72hrs. As the night had gone on and I was left with pieces of the bed laying in the floor, I started noticing damage and scratches on my brand new furniture I hadn’t even had for 4 hours. One of my dresser drawers has a slice mark in it from when they used a knife to cut open the box, 2 of 4 of my storage drawers on the bed frame do not open properly and of the 1 canopy rail that was delivered (2nd canopy piece is in transit) was dropped and is cracked where the pieces are supposed to align if the bed was completely installed. I have called both the store and customer care number and they said they’ll try to call me back within the next 24-48 hours....very disappointed already with the bedroom furniture and then not being able to get through to the store or customer service. This was my first big purchase from Ashley’s and I understand things happen, but am very disappointed that these items were not delivered the way they should have been.
We ordered a nightstand in this store and it was very damaged upon delivery. It is proving impossible to get a replacement or refund.
Let me start out by saying I've purchased a few items from this store without any issue. However, the latest purchase will be my LAST. We have an entertainment set that includes an insert for an electric fireplace. We decided to get the fireplace insert, which worked for a few months, until it finally started to fail (flash 88). We set up an exchange back in March, and the delivery date was set. Then the world came to a halt, everything cancelled, and I wasn't able to get through to anyone until about 2 weeks ago. I told them I understood the shutdown may have delayed everything, but I never received a call, email, text, or carrier pigeon regarding the reschedule. I finally got through to someone who noticed the hiccup, and said they would escalate this ticket to be re-opened so I can finally get my exchange. Here we are, just over 2 weeks later and NOTHING. Currently on a long hold, probably because everyone has issues. My last hold session on the phone ended up going to voicemail where I was never called back. What a side show. Thank the Lord there are many competitors in my area, like IKEA and Big Lots, who seem to go above and beyond for customer service. Bye.
My wife and I bought $8000 worth of furniture a couple weeks ago. The order was delivered a week ago today. We have multiple issues with our order. I have called the store multiple time and I can’t get a manager to speak with me or call me back. Stay way
Friendly associates and actually very reasonably priced similar to local competition.
Decent selection of furniture. Had to ask for a sales person which is very unusual for a furniture store. Their online prices were much cheaper than the in store pricing.
Ashley home store has some amazing everyday deals. What I recommend about the store is nothing because the experience I had there was really amazing including customer service and the items I found fit my budget well.
Incredibly helpful in every way possible. I needed a recliner ASAP and one will be delivered tomorrow for my injured sister. Karey Schreck was my sales representative and was so professional and helpful. I will be returning to purchase more furniture in September. Thank you so much.
I would absolutely never use your online service again. Two end tables came damaged. I tried calling, numerous times, left messages, even remained on the line, emailed, left a Facebook message and even tried to return the tables to a store where they had the same tables on display. The store said we have to go through the separte online customer service. We have waited a week and have not had any returned calls, messages, emails or anything. We were blind sighted as we have made many purchases through your store without any difficulty. Your online service is a completely horrendous experience that still has not been resolved.
