GREAT FURNITURE. NOT AFFORDABLE.
My salesperson Throck was very courteous and helpful in picking out and ordering our furniture. Our item was backordered so we agreed to wait 3 weeks and a delivery date was set. A few days before our delivery date we got an automated call confirming delivery. Then the day before we received a text where we had to confirm our time window. Morning of delivery we received a text with a link to "track" our order. Checked all day to be sure we were home and when our time came they passed our stop up and it said "unable to complete". I called the store and spoke to MaryEllen, who when I told her we had been skipped and that I had already put my couches out to the curb in prep for the delivery, she told me "well, you better go get them out of the trash!" as if it were a joke! She gave me a number to call and I was then told they were still on back order. I was told I would be called the next day with an updated delivery date, and since I never got a call I called the store. New delivery was supposedly set for the following week. I was offered half off delivery for my "inconvenience " but that still didn't solve my problem of having an empty living room. A simple phone call notifying me that my furniture was still on backorder would have avoided this negative review and the cancellation of my order. I could have happily waited another week or two had I not gotten rid of my furniture. I ended up cancelling my order because if customer service is this bad before I even have my furniture, I don't even want to see what it's like should I ever have a problem.
Recently purchased a new living room set before 4th of july. Ended up with the tramton set. It is a power driven to operate and is very comfortable. Had head adjust and lumbar so you can definitely get comfy. Sales man was great let us do our thing till we were ready to move forward to buy. Less than a week later they had a additional discount on there furniture on line only. I called about special and they did additional discount on my purchase. There was no hesitation just showed them and they gave me the additional amount off. They delivered and they went very well delivered on time and they have a very good track your order on the email they send you. Very pleased.

Helpful sales staff. I bought two bedroom set and a living room from Ashley. Upon receipt of the two bedroom set on Saturday (also bought the white glove assembly), the assemblers discovered that the bed rails on one were damaged (one side) and the storage drawers that are house under the bed were in pieces on the other. Spoke to customer service whom informed me that a tech would contact me to schedule the installation within 24hrs; that was not true! It has now been 96hrs and NO ONE called me, so I placed a call to the 866 number on the site, when an off-shore call center answered me and was forcefully was attempting to peddle me a gift card where I would have to pay $4.95 to receive. Besides not having any customer support manners, he was rude and ended the call by telling me to have a blessed and click! Called the local store, they advised that the parts I need to set up my beds and mattresses were scheduled to arrive 48hrs post receipt of my night stands. I spent close to $10,000 with these people and I wish I would have not. I was made to believe that Ashley home store was a couple of notches better that the competition, but was seriously mislead. If you can go elsewhere, DO IT!

Don’t waste your hard earned money !!! Delivery men damaged freshly painted room , damaged headboard as well as footboard. Spilled a bag of silicone beads throughout my house. They left dresser n chest of drawers unusable because they WOBBLED SOO BAD. Big problem was both delivery men spoke No ENGLISH AT ALL. Three weeks later and not getting any results from Ashley on damaged walls or the silicone beads we are still vacuuming up.
Tom Throck really helped my husband and I find exactly what we needed to make our bedroom look beautiful!!!! From now on we’ll be going to Tom for all of our furniture needs!!! He was an absolute breath of fresh air for us! He now has 2 more permanent customers!! Thanks so much Throck!!
Hey, Tom "Throck" Throckmorton was absolutely on point with helping me and my wife find the perfect set for our bedroom!!! We honestly went to Ashley's not knowing if we'd find what we were looking for. But as soon as we came in the store, Tom didn't try to pressure us to get anything but gave us all the information we needed to make a good choice!! And lastly but above all....His attitude and hospitality, and kindness made us feel like we already knew each other!! He treated us like "people" and not clients......Thanks for everything "Throck"!!! Seriously man. Lol! Thanks!!!!
