I APL lied for financing. Was approved. Made down payment, signed all paperwork. Ready to leave and then we were asked to pay another $280. Manager wouldn’t speak to us, only through salesperson. Called Corp and call us sent out of the country. Girl said no one to talk to about the manager. Said she would put a note on my cancellation. I said I want a manager over the Daytona FL and she said no where to send me. Great customer service Ashley
My boyfriend told me he wanted to go to Ashley to look at artwork for his new condo but when we arrived, he said that was just a ploy to get me to go to Ashley so he could buy me a new sofa!! WHAT??? I was flabbergasted to say the least! Karey, our Sales Executive in Daytona Beach, showed us every sofa in the store and guided us to the most scrumptious, comfortable, to die for sofa!! Karey’s professionalism and knowledge of the inventory is exceptional. Karey has impeccable taste, interior design flair and a personality that makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life! Great deals and no pushy sales people!
I purchased recliner on 1/3/23, one day later I started experiencing problem with foot rest which doesn't stay up. I complained to the local store, they give me case number but piece of junk is still in my home. Customer Service just giving additional 48 hours to someone to attend to mthis issue. I want them to pick up this recliner and return my money. Today is 1/22/23 No one yet from Ashley store made any attempt to cure the whole incident. Its been 4 days that went bye and still no words of any kind of remedy to have this chair removed from my home and no credit was issued yet for the purchase. How long will it take to remedy this? My next thing will be contacting my bank to help me recover my money.
We purchased a sofa set and a dinner table with 4 chairs. On delivery, the mechanism on the recliner was not working. A replacement mechanism was requested. It was scheduled to be delivered in one month. The dining table chairs were missing two of the front levelers screws, they requested replacements and we received in two weeks. One of the chairs was missing a screw holding the chair seat. A new crew was placed by their repair person. One week latter , several other screws simply fell off. We contacted Ashley’s and requested new chairs as it was not acceptable to have to repair these new chairs 3 times since purchased. We ended talking to a supervisor . She stated that there was nothing they could do. As she stated, “you should have read the fine print of the purchase agreement” . She stated “ the fine print forces you to accept the repairs or default your rights” New furniture, repaired three times! There is no questions that quality or customer service/ satisfaction is not important to Ashley’s . Ashley’s quality and services is very poor. Ruben Sierra, MD
Bought a beautiful set from Ashley and the love seat came in the time frame they stated. The couch they delivered came unboxed and with a nasty blanket over it. It has stains all over and ripped in some spots. I couldn't believe they tried to deliver it to me. I rejected it and asked for a new one. It took 5 MONTHS!!! finally after calling and spending hours talking to them they delivered my couch. Let me just say it's not even that good of quality. I am extremely disappointed.
