The buying and delivery process was very easy. The delivery pre programmed phone calls were always reminding me of delivery time both by texting and leaving a message. The day of delivery was prompt and professionally handled. I have only had my sleeper sofa for 2 weeks, but I am very happy with it.

Throck(we call him Brock) did an absolutely outstanding job with helping us select the items we needed, as well as getting us the lowest prices possible. Rachel Jordan was absolutely wonderful. Rachel went out of her way to help us pick out the furniture for the new condo. I bought a living room sectional & end tables, a dining set, an entertainment center w/fireplace, and a power bedroom set. We are enjoying them all....thanks so much Rachel for your help and expertise, it was a great experience at Ashley.

We went to every furniture store in the Ormond and Daytona Beach area. When we got to Ashley Furniture we met a salesman named "Throck". He was very pleasant and had excellent product knowledge. We ordered from their catalogue without being able to touch and feel but felt confident in what Throck had explained to us. It was delivered today and it met all our expectations and more. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Corey (sales manager) about the delivery and he really stepped up. He called me back quickly as promised and everything he told me happened just like he said. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the furniture we very pleasant, courteous and professional. We will definitely be back soon.

Sales man told a differant story than the dilevery men came with a broken draw.

We went into the store off International Speedway in Daytona Beach on Nov 23rd, thinking we could beat the shopping crowds over Thanksgiving, picked out and ordered a chair that was on sale to be delivered on the 26th-2 days later, actually 3 because of the holiday. The salesman had a really hard time on his computer finding the brown color to match the color that was advertised in the flyer and I just got a feeling that this was not going to go as smoothly as promised. On Friday, we got a call stating the chair would be delivered between 9am-1pm on Saturday, so we waited around ALL day for the delivery that never came. I called the c/s # at 110pm and had to wait for a call back. In the meantime, my husband called the store and spoke with a very helpful and well meaning employee, who told us the chair had been delivered, verified the address, said it took 19 mins, but hmmmm, no customer signature. We told her that no chair had been delivered and we had heard from nobody all day. After many attempts, this employee could not figure out what to do so she said she would put a note on Diane's desk, in c/s, to call us back. Diane never called back to help. Since we were going to be in that part of town on Monday, 11/28 anyway, we decided to make it our first stop. We headed back to c/s to speak with Diane, who in my opinion probably has the worst c/s attitude in terms of being cheerful and helpful to the customer. We told her what happened and she did not seem the least bit interested. She called for the store manager and he got us a salesman, who went looking for the chair we originally wanted. At first, he told us we would have to wait 2 weeks and when my husband said no, we want something comparable to be delivered in 2 days and we want the delivery charged waived, the salesman went back to his computer and found us the original chair we wanted, in the right color and it could be delivered in 2 days. Don't think we will go back to Ashley anytime soon. This was way too much trouble.

My husband and I bought two recliners from Ashley Furniture Home Store in Daytona Beach. The chairs were delivered as promised and looked fine. THE SMELL of the black paint that the under carriage of the chairs were painted with is just unbelievable and was not noticeable until the next day. The fumes will make your eyes water. We called customer service and told them of our problem and they told us it would be at least 5 days before they could come and exchange them. We have wrapped them in plastic and we keep the door to that room closed up because you can't stand to be in there. We really don't want to exchange the stinking chairs for two other stinking chairs but we were told we have no choice and we feel they should have removed them from our home a lot sooner. They also told us that we could have store credit for the $649.61 we spent on the chairs. I suppose we will exchange the chairs and throw them out if they stink. I know that we certainly don't want to do business with Ashley Furniture again. Their "Customer Service" is non-existent. Ashley Loves You? What a joke motto.

The store we purchased furniture from was in Wesley Chapel, FL. The staff was excellent. The call we received 5 days later said the furniture was on back order and it would be another month before we would see it. Very disappointed that we were not even told it was a possibility that it would be later. Will not shop at Ashley again.

Great service and quality in KY and NC but in FL. WOW, horrible in almost every way and too much to list here with issues that we are still having. Can't say to use this company in FL.

The only reason this place got one star is because it wouldn't let me give it no stars. I purchased a reclining sofa from the Daytona beach store. The salesman sold me a warranty that I happily purchased because I have three dogs. He explained that this warranty would cover everything from stains to gouges that my dogs might do with their toe nails. Almost one year to the day I started having wear marks in the center of the seats. Then it became a hole. I called and sent pictures to the warranty company and they said this was normal wear and tear. I called Ashley and they said there was nothing they could do. Really!??? Normal wear and tear??? My husband and I are not overweight nor are we young kids that would do such a thing. They sold me a lemon!! The material has to have been defective for this to happen. And happen so quickly!! I will never, ever purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley. I highly recommend that you think twice about it yourself.

Very disappointed in service dept. A four hour window in the middle of the day on the day before Thanksgiving is unacceptable. I called that morning to see if the time could be narrowed and was told a manager would call me back never happened! I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I am only giving this one star because it makes me give it something.

TERRIBLE. Spent almost $3k on a bed set and it was delivered damaged. When the driver left he ran over our MAILBOX and drove away! We had just closed on the home that same day and now we have been told to contact the driver for a replacement mailbox. INCREDIBLE. NEVER will I buy from Ashley Furniture again. Terrible experience. Beware.
