I had a really awful experience here. I will just post the facts below about the sales process: • Walked in on Labor Day, was told 30% off sticker prices by sales rep but once we got to the final calculation the manager corrected him, saying that this isn't true at all. The "sale" going on was that you can choose between financing or paying upfront for the lower sticker option. During the whole selection process the rep was doing -30% to show us the prices... • Was told that the ottoman was included in this price, but at calculation the ottoman was being charged to us for $150. We asked him to now remove it and he pressured us to still buy it. He also heavily pressured us to buy the extended warranty multiple times. • The rep put his personal email into the customer profile section of the purchase. I only caught this because he was asking me - the customer - for help in finalizing the digital purchase. He even had me using the store computer to enter info and check the pricing. He never explained why he would enter his own email. • The couch arrived and delivery was great, but the pillows that we were told are included did not show up with it. We contacted the store and the rep was now claiming that he never told us they were included. We had to go back to the store again and threaten to talk with the manager before he finally gave us the pillows that he originally promised. • After everything, I got a text asking for a rating and gave mine. The automated system said that I would get a call but no one ever called me (of course). The sad part is that the price of the couch is still acceptable to us. If we weren't hassled and lied to, the experience would have been fine. I would recommend that if you go here, it is on you to do your due diligence and check absolutely everything about the pricing, included items, colors/textures, warranty, EVERYTHING. Read all of he contracts.

Purchased furniture for my son. Prior to payment, was told 3 days for delivery. Once payment was made, was told 6 days for delivery. Eugene, our salesperson, was incompetent. Delivery day rolls around and....nothing. I called the store around 1:00 to find out what was going on. They couldn’t find my purchase information. Once they finally located it, they explained that my number had been entered wrong and my new delivery date was another 4 days. I ended up talking to Cedric (one of the managers) who said he would try to get it delivered the next day but would have to call me back. Needless to say, 4 1/2 hours of waiting and numerous phone calls (by me) to the store and still NOTHING. I finally went to the the store and talked to Bruce (another manager) who was less than helpful and did nothing but make excuses. Finally just cancelled the order and even then they got the number on the debit card wrong. I will NEVER again purchase furniture from this place.

Tom throckmorton was very patient and knowledgeable and I used to work for Baker Furniture. Helped us choose the right dimensions for sectional in our price range.

I first went in to Ashley to decorate my real estate office in New Smyrna Beach. Pleasantly surprised to get just the right amount of help. I knew what exactly I had to have and your salesman Throck was able to pull together my office in one visit. After the furniture was delivered he called to see if I was happy with my selections. They were gorgeous! So fast forward and I sold a house and brought the happy homeowners in to see Throck! He helped them pick out a bedroom set, great mattress and a gorgeous dining room table and chairs. Oh ya, he also soid me a new mattress! Susie 👍

As much as I dislike shopping for just about everything had a great experience. Ask for Tom Throckmorton. He was knowledgeable and more importantly patient. Will be coming back to see Tom to purchase from him again. Also thank you to Cedric the mgr.

As a customer of Ashley furniture for the past 10 years, I have to say I am happy I chose to buy through this company again. This is the first time we ever experienced an issue with our product and I have to say, I am very pleased at how the company is handling it. Special shout out to Michelle at this location who spoke with me and helped me from the very beginning and has shown professionalism even when I was very upset. She is also communicative and reassuring which made us feel so much better. Things are quickly moving along to get everything replaced. Michelle's actions reflect on this store and I am happy to say I'm glad we stuck with Ashley Furniture even with this issue. We will be back in the future..

Store great. Delivery contractors were terrible. No damage to goods but poor service by driver and helper.

The salesman was pleasant and helpful! The items that we bought were great. The delivery service....NOT so much! Pulling up the camera system at my house and reviewing footage as a set of Airpods went missing from my kitchen counter that my daughter spend her own money on. :( Once we find the footage, we do plan to take it to the next appropriate level and press charges. Interestingly this shipment was suppose to be a "threshold drop" but instead the delivery crew took in upon themselves to go up 2 flights of stairs to set it up. Although the gesture was nice, I would have much rather done in myself and not had them inside the entire house. Note to self, keep eyes on everyone at all times. It seemed to happen when my daughter went to go grab them tip money.

I took the day off and sat in this house waiting for them to deliver a bed to be told that they were not coming.I am livid. I promise you I wont ever buy as much as a pillow from Ashley’s Home store again. You wasted my time and my money. I have no idea how y’all became one of the biggest franchises. You suck to the gods.
