Worst furniture store. The drivers are lazy. The sales people are too hungry for sales and are not helpful at ALL!!! Our couch is sitting in our garage and they can’t even put it in our living room. It’s a disaster.
Justin at Ashley's furniture was great. Very helpful explaining prices and different features with the 2 sets I liked. No pressure, cared about what was best for me. It really was a pleasant experience . I can't wait till furniture is delivered. I definitely will go to Ashley HomeStore for more house hold items. Thank you Justin for all your help.
I was searching for a queen mattress for my 2.5 year. I didn’t want anything cheap, but not to high end either. Mariam found me a great mattress for what I need, and my checkout was easy and fast. She listened to what I needed and didn’t try to get me to buy something I didn’t need. She is a wonderful! You need more people like Mariam! She has helped renew my faith in your store, I had many problems with my last purchase with you. Thank you Mariam!
2nd furniture purchase and still happy!! Labor Day specials and Great salesperson Miriam at Daytona Beach Fl store provided great customer service and delivery in 2 wks with Carlos was great as well

I was able to make my purchase and set up a time for delivery without and problems. The sales person was helpful in completing the paperwork while explaining the protection warranty which was suggested as part of the purchase.
I have been searching for furniture for months on end, and I finally pulled the trigger and bought a bedroom suit from Ashley Homestore today. I'm very happy with the quality of the furniture here. And they are very competitive on price.
It took over a month to get all of our sectional. When we finally got the love seat, half of it didn’t recline. My husband was on hold 45 minutes waiting for Customer Service. They can’t come out until next week to look at it. When you pay over &7000.00 for something, you should expect it to work or be made right sooner than 10 days
Thank you Donald for the best customer service I have ever received from a furniture retail store!!! This is now my go to place for life. I tired other stores but for one reason or another I always go back to Ashley's. Their buddle prices are awesome for their bed sets and mattress. Made it a no brainer when I just bought a whole new set. Donald also stayed after they closed to finish out sale and made us not feel rushed at all. But it is not just Donald everyone there is super friendly.

Customer service is horrible. We ordered a couch from the Daytona store. The delivery took a month and when it arrived it had three stains and a ripped cushion. We called Customer service they were rude and disconnected us several times. The first time the tech came to our house was two weeks after we called, he cleaned the spots and one would not come out. We then immediately called back to report one of the stains did not come out , another week later they send another technician out with a needle to repair the ripped cushion and verify the stain was still there. We have not sat on our new couch and are very frustrated with the service and are still waiting for a replacement cushion cover. We feel our couch is no longer new.
I am the one who bought the product. America. Don was a great salesman. I found what I wanted pretty much right away. I have made purchases in the past and was very satisfied. The salesman ( Don) introduces himself and asks if we needed help. We like to look around and told him we would do so. He didn’t bother us and came periodically to check on us. We had a great experience. We bought a fireplace/tv stand. The only negative was no directions in the box but the quality and beauty of the piece outweighed the aggravation. I highly recommend this store ( Daytona) absolutely!
Karey was very knowledgeable and patient. She spent many hours with me helping to pick out furniture for whole house. I would highly recommend seeing her for any furniture needs.
Do not believe a word they say. Back in July we purchased some furniture the delivery day was supposed to be "confirmed" for today 9/9. Confirmed meaning "guaranteed delivery". We call today concern because we did not receive any notification... after a long time on hold someone answer and told me that delivery day was moved to the end of November. No previous notification was given to us (email, text) and the online tracking said "no information is available for your area". Very poor way of conducting business... yes I did cancel the order, and will be closing my ccard account later today... oh! one more thing make sure you check the price on line and bring it with you to the store if you are still planning to buy from them, you'll see the difference, which the sales person will not let you know... but you could avoid the frustration just doing business with a more serious business

Inder Singh was absolutly wonderful. He helped my wife and I choose just the right furniture for our new home. Inder is extremely knowledgeable about the selections Ashely has to offer. Our entire experience was outstanding.
WORST store to buy furniture from. Bought a $700 kitchen table and had it delivered. Waited 35 days for it to get delivered. My delivery guy called me on my delivery day and said that he couldn’t find my place and HUNG UP on me. Then called back and said he was going to complete his other deliveries before mine because Ashley’s apparently had the wrong address in the system. Called Ashley’s to try to get a delivery credit back for the RUDE and inconvenient delivery service I received. Was told the manager was on the floor and would call me back in 30 minutes. Waited all day and NEVER received a phone call back. Had to drive all the way to the store to talk to their manager for him to do absolutely nothing for me. Told me that I needed to call the delivery customer service phone number. He didn’t apologize nor try to give me a credit for my poor delivery service. He was so rude he WALKED away from me and ignored my problem. I will never buy from this company again. On top of that when my table finally did get delivered it came Chipped and scratched. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
Justin was great, took me to see the couch I wanted based on a brief description. He even helped me measure the model so I could build the sectional I wanted in my space.
