Purchased a bedroom set over a month and a half ago first delivery they said the box was damaged at the warehouse so they didn’t deliver half of it then they rescheduled for another appointment two weeks later to deliver the bed and a dresser that we purchased after the first purchase was only able to receive the dresser and not the bed because they didn’t have the bolts to put the bed together tried talking to store manager multiple times and was told he would call back and never did still no results still don’t know when our furniture will be delivered.....Will never recommend this company .Was told yesterday by a guy named Bruce that the store manager of himself would reach out today as far as compensation and an appr window Nuthing as of 4:30
Spent 2k on a dining room table and chairs, waited over a week for delivery which we obviously had to pay for, gets delivered with dirty stained chairs and the table was cracked in half. No customer service or apologies. All I get is you have to wait until the men take it back to the warehouse and I’ll get a call to reschedule lol. Won’t be purchasing any cheap furniture from here anymore. Horrible customer service on the delivery and warehouse side
Warranty service is impossible to set up at a convenient time to CUSTOMER. Store manager hasn't called back from message left 3 weeks ago. Sales person passes the buck to manufacturing. Furniture looks like it has been used for years and is only 3 months old. Never again!
Had our furniture delivered,paid for delivery to have the furniture dropped in place. Handles not put on ,legs not put on, sliding door on dresser not working properly, peices missing and phone plugs left in packages on top of nightstands not installed. Two services calls and at least 10 phone calls that I had to repeat the story to several people per phone call and issues still unresolved.Will never purchase from this company again.

Ashley's furniture has a great selection and the prices are very competitive. But don't expect your furniture anytime soon. I purchase my furniture on October 21st and I will not have my furniture until Thanksgiving which is just absolutely ridiculous!! The delivery date has changed three times and then I get a vague text message that my furniture will be delivered from the 5th of November to the 27th of November. I was also told that the gentleman I purchased my furniture from with see if he would be able to expedite the delivery date and never heard from him. I will never purchase furniture from Ashley's ever again.
Great Furniture and Discounts!
Purchased a reclining loveseat a little over a year ago. We were away for 4 1/2 months in that time, so this piece of furniture was literally used less than 8 months out of that time. The cushions are broken down and out of shape already. The center armrest has ALWAYS been understaffed so that you can feel the wood at the bottom, on both sides. We are both average size people. We’re very disappointed.
I love Ashley furniture. The salesman Throck was wonderful. He was friendly, informative, patient and very helpful. I will definitely look for him on my next purchase. The delivery was great. The two men were friendly, careful and helpful. My overall experience was great.

Purchased a Temperpedic bed. Shopped everywhere. We came back and purchased from JEFF GRIMM. He was willing to work with us and match or beat temperpedic. Excellent customer service.

I had a really awful experience here. I will just post the facts below about the sales process: • Walked in on Labor Day, was told 30% off sticker prices by sales rep but once we got to the final calculation the manager corrected him, saying that this isn't true at all. The "sale" going on was that you can choose between financing or paying upfront for the lower sticker option. During the whole selection process the rep was doing -30% to show us the prices... • Was told that the ottoman was included in this price, but at calculation the ottoman was being charged to us for $150. We asked him to now remove it and he pressured us to still buy it. He also heavily pressured us to buy the extended warranty multiple times. • The rep put his personal email into the customer profile section of the purchase. I only caught this because he was asking me - the customer - for help in finalizing the digital purchase. He even had me using the store computer to enter info and check the pricing. He never explained why he would enter his own email. • The couch arrived and delivery was great, but the pillows that we were told are included did not show up with it. We contacted the store and the rep was now claiming that he never told us they were included. We had to go back to the store again and threaten to talk with the manager before he finally gave us the pillows that he originally promised. • After everything, I got a text asking for a rating and gave mine. The automated system said that I would get a call but no one ever called me (of course). The sad part is that the price of the couch is still acceptable to us. If we weren't hassled and lied to, the experience would have been fine. I would recommend that if you go here, it is on you to do your due diligence and check absolutely everything about the pricing, included items, colors/textures, warranty, EVERYTHING. Read all of he contracts.
