We had such a great experience because of Chinwe. We just came in to browse quickly but found with all of Chinwe’s help that we were able to find a living room set and a tv stand. Prices were good and we will definitely be returning for additional furniture. Ron and Olga

Our Sales Associate was Chinwee. She was very pleasant and helpful. She asked us what we were looking for and led us to the furniture that most suited our needs. She then gave us time to look around on our own. She checked back with us to answer any questions and was able to locate other items that we asked about. We ended up buying what we wanted and left the store happy about our purchase.

So my review is no longer here. But I was told to email Ashley furniture to attention of Joe G. His response was I cannot over ride any decision made. WHAT DECISION WAS MADE??? MY table is 3 weeks old and I have a 5 year warranty with Reguard and a one year warranty with Ashley. Regurard says it's defected. ASHLEY says not our problem. Again Do Not buy here.

Hiral was very helpful, she was very knowledgeable with all items we purchased and very patient. We bought a bedroom set, dinning room table, banquet cabinet, lamps, sectional couch and a large free standing mirror. We will be back. Thank you so much for such great customer service.

We purchased a dining room table with 6 chairs. We barely used the table since we have an island. We notice spots on table. We contacted Reguard since we purchased a 5 year warranty. First of all There are no care instructions with furniture. We have down place mats and coasters. We sent reguard pictures and they said table was defective. Ashley furniture sent out a representative who LIED in his report and said we put down a hot plate. No we did not. I'm 67 years old and I know not to put a hot plate without something underneath it. Reguard can't repair it and Ashley won't replace it . You call the store and no one answers the phone for hours. When I asked our sales person will it leave a mark if I put a glass on it. Her response I don't know try it. I should of known that not to buy it. You are paying for the name. Next time Wal-Mart or wayfair. Now I have a table with a warranty we paid for and got nothing. DONT SHOP HERE.
