I was able to make my purchase and set up a time for delivery without any problems. The sales person was helpful in completing the paperwork while explaining the protection warranty which was suggested as part of the purchase. I didn't write this. This is fraud. Someone has hacked my account.

Great deals over the 4th of July. I knew what I was looking for going in and found it. Super impressed at the amount of furniture to look at in this store. Associates were very friendly and helpful, without lurking. Bought a beautiful full bed that looks beachy, which is what I was going for. So excited for my bed to arrive!

The selection at the Daytona Beach, FL store was excellent. After visiting many furniture stores, Ashley's had just what we were looking for in 2 side swivel chairs and rug. Lily, our sales person, was very professional and made our shopping experience and purchase at Ashley perfect! She didn't shadow us throughout the store, but was always available for questions and our ultimate purchase. It was wonderful that the 3 items we purchased were in stock and will be delivered 1st week of July.

Not impressed with the quality of the product
I ordered my furniture right from the Daytona Beach store and the sales assistant was really nice and the process was smooth. However I revived the delivery yesterday after waiting 6 weeks and only half of the furniture was in the truck. They called me right after the delivery driver notified them of the missing furniture. When they called me that said they will have someone contact me the next day for a new delivery date for the rest of my furniture which is only a small office desk and chair. I still have not received a call and no furniture. I paid for the furniture in full. I’m trying to call but have been on hold for far too long. I feel that they should be contacting me and not the other way around.
I called ahead with a item number an I was told they had it in the store. When I got there it wasn't available at any store. I
I ordered a dining table to be delivered. Their fulfillment group does not call when they are heading over and they don’t have an app to tell you which “stop” you are like Rooms to Go has. You are only provided a 4-hour window. I live in a gated community but they must have followed someone in because I didn’t get a call from them (again). When I called they said the truck might come at the end of the day and if not, I would have to reschedule. I called later that day and they said I would have to reschedule my delivery but I couldn’t reschedule through them. I asked for a supervisor, spent more time on hold only to hear a supervisor wasn’t available. I canceled my order and placed an order through Amazon.
UPDATE: It has been several weeks now and we have not heard from anyone at Ashley Home Stores on them sending someone to repair the damage even though the told us three to five business days in out earlier conversations. They said they passed it to their subcontractor who delivered the item and caused the damage but no one is responding. We did not deal with the subcontractors so we have no means to compel them to make a repair nor do we even know ,how to reach them if we could. This is part of the “Golden Gloves” delivery service we paid Ashley Home Stores extra for by the way. Now we have been notified that the Ashley Home Store customer support email inbox is full and cannot receive any more message. SO IF YOU WERE TO FUND A REASON NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THIS IS A GOOD ONE! We are drafting a letter to the netter business bureau now. We ordered a Blue leather queen sofa sleeper along with the extra cost “Golden Gloves” delivery service. The “Golden Gloves” delivery service turned out to be a third party individual driving an enterprise rental truck. One guy to bring this Queen Sofa Sleeper through the rear of our house and into the bedroom. We asked if there was a problem but he said no he could handle it and brought it around back. When he brought it through the first doorway he lost control of the dolly and almost dropped the sofa though a large plate glass window. Once through instead of completely unwrapping the unit to navigate around and though the hall archway he sped up and tried to go straight through and ended up getting the sofa jammed in the archway. Once he realized it was stuck he twisted it while it was still stuck and bent the sleeper frame, tore the seat leather open, and split the wall at the inside corner of the doorway, taking off some paint and leaving greasy hand prints behind. I would have posted pictures and likely will at another site as this sit doesn’t seem to have that option. We did not accept delivery of the sofa sleeper, contacted customer service, and returned the couch immediately. We were assured that someone would come and evaluate the damage to our house and schedule a repair, We have received a refund but after four separate phone calls, the last one to management no one has contacted us to repair our damaged wall. Each time we call it takes over an hour of waiting and although everyone is apologetic nothing has been done. We were told that they have contacted the delivery company and that they should in turn contact us or the Ashley case manager will call us and that has not happened. Unfortunately we paid Ashely for the “Golden Gloves” delivery and we hold them responsible for the damage. We believe we are owed a repair will likely consult with an attorney in the near term. Two stars for the refund but I will continue to leave reviews wherever I can and should be visiting the store in person soon to loudly complain in front of new customers.
Bought a $4K couch and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Now it has turned into 4-5 months! Absolutely a joke. The sales man Mike point blank lied about this. They also offer ZERO money back. Buyer beware!!!
Bought furniture a year ago, recliner broke in two weeks. After a year we still don't have a replacement. Customer service is certainly not number one priority for this company. Buyer beware.
I am truly sorry that I have bought anything from this store. We had a big problem with our kitchen table, it took a lot phone calls and visits to the store, because they do not answer their phones. We finally got our kitchen table problem almost solved. We were told our delivery was on 26 June never got a phone call to tell us that it was now on back order, the only way we found out was through CS. Tried to reach the sales person never got through to the store it was in stock when we ordered it, then found out that on the 7 th of July they are picking up the original one and the other will not be here until 27 July, I am on hold right now because I want to find out what time they are coming tomorrow. No phone call telling us nothing. If this is how you treat all your customers then we not God knows why you have not yet lost your business
