Had the best experience at Ashley Furniture in Ft. Lauderdale. I was greeted by Angela when I walked in. I had looked at something I liked online, but was hesitant to purchase without seeing it and it said it would take up to 14 weeks. I explained that to Angela and she knew exactly the set. They had it in the store (online had said only in Gainesville). She took me right to it and also offered to show me a couple others I may like. I stayed with the first I had considered and she said she could have it delivered in 2days! I was shocked. I was thinking weeks! I left to go home and think about it. I was able to call her and make all arrangements on the phone. She explained exactly the logistics of it and everyone went just as Angela had said it would. I had my furniture in 2 days. What a pleasure to work with someone so kind, knowledgeable and competent! I recommend Angela highly and will definitely call her for my next furniture purchase.
A very pleasant experience. Angela Collins is a super star, she is knowledgeable, personable, ,helpful, patient and just good. Because of her I spent thousands I didn't intend to spend.
We have been trying to contact our sales person for a week. We have called the Ashley store in Ft Lauderdale several times and have e-mailed them. One week with no response from them.
